"Even how we measure. Intellect and intelligence is not really important based on what you're doing. It's not always really about intelligence. There ought job descriptions out there that women read that they know are not for them as women. There's a code written in there that just makes it clear the ninja rockstar. Language that discourages women from applying. What is the race version of that and whether there are certain kinds of culture statements. That would very clearly signaled to a black person you know at this is not an inclusive environment when it comes to organizations absolutely the the case i would never go into a pub that has england flag bunting on the front. I am not an anti nationalist. I don't hate england. I know that not every public. England bunting is a. Bnp pope is a racist the b. m. p. is the british national party right. But i know that every racist. Emp pub. i've ever been passed on. Had trouble at has got england. Five bunting on the front so many organizations don't realize that when you look at their web site it's essentially england bunting a financial institution that we work with. I looked at their videos on their website. The first video that showed skydiving polo golf archery. Those are the whitest sports i can think of. I'm not even enough to play them. What we know about that is. It's men stuff and is white men stuff. Yeah and that's how you know this is not for me. Let's actually change the way that we present what our organization is all about and magically this this pipeline problem where we claim. There's just not enough talent. Might start to go away and stop making excuses right so there are lots of leafy suburbs. Where very nice organizations on based you've got some of the big bio farmers and they always say well. We can't get people who want to live in is like no black people like fresh attitu- it's just that if the fresh air also comes with a touch of racism then were a little less inclined to go and live there in. that's the differentiation. I would welcome the fresh air just without side of racism. Many workplaces have tried to fight that racism with unconscious bias. Training and. John is not impressed with the results. Can we have an evidence based approach to training. Please i love story but let's not have an anecdote led approach to training. This is what works and if it works on his unpopular. It's still what we do. Stop trying to teach complex nuanced stuff in three minute bytes. Let's do some team based learning stuff that's made a responsibility of senior people to teach which means that some of their time is going to have to be caught out to give them the skills to coach and teach because i think that's part of the responsibility of leadership. Let's stop criticizing people. For the development of talent let's abandon utilization cultures utilization cultures the billable hours culture of professional services. And let's rearrange this to a value based culture which will involve ongoing learning. That makes so much sense. I never thought about that as a piece of the diversity and inclusion puzzle and thinking of the develop feffer work showing that when people are paid hourly they start to think about time is money and they're not willing to do anything that doesn't have an immediate financial return that closes the door on all kinds of learning. Including why the hell would i ever attend a half day. Bias training workshop right. that's not generating revenue. We know that our attitude entering into education matters so if we enter into the idea. This is just costing me money. We're already in trouble at the same time. We know that there's so much that's mandatory and organisations. Why would this not be mandatory. If you have to do health and safety it's mandatory but being able to respect and show that there's dignity for your colleagues who are different is not. That's a weird message to send to me in our second episode on bias later this season we'll tackle wide training often backfires and what the evidence tells us about how to overcome individual and organizational bias. In the meantime my biggest fear when it comes to anti racism is that nothing meaningful will change. It's a fear of john's taylor. I remember nineteen ninety-one rodney. King was in america at the time. I remember dan rather telling everybody but he was telling me that. This grainy footage from an actual camcorder would change everything and here. We are during covid. A workforce became humanized. We suddenly realized not resources but the human beings who have worries in struggles in the morning and anxious and mental health was taken more seriously than his jim pass and then on top of that we had this shed psychic trauma for all black and brown people which is to watch somebody murdered for looking like you. It's devastating to people psychology. The biggest thing that i lent his jobs voice is that black people are strangers to white people and i think that wounds white people a lot that absolute abject lack of knowledge around the lives of black people is a choice. 'cause this television that sport there's so many ways to access the lives that colleagues and yet somehow we've managed to not know anything about them that hurts. So the hierarchies real and the window is.

"This path don't really have people that you can tell us too so. I just like grinning ear the. US The cup of coffee it works. You know I was really excited about that and I can really tell anybody because most people when you start talking about something you're. So like to keep myself I try telling my mom about it, but she's like she. She grants planner. She's thinking Oh my gosh. What is Niki Gotten ourselves into? But no I had to keep it to myself. So a so I'm sitting there manifesting started manifesting money and then opportunity started happening and you know. It was. Every man station is like a level. And I would just I would just start things start happening in I would be in awe and then I had to get comfortable with it because what would happen is I would have like a level of manifestations happen and then I get scared. Oh, my gosh. Would it by 'em doing all this right? CanNot is this possible responsible would've been really thinking stop Ns urban and sign that scared. So I blinked back off in the navy something like contrast negative happen, and I kind of have to eat us changing my mindset around to like dig myself out of that old. Soon as I got comfortable with it though then things like I started off with a list and I talk about this in my previous. Episodes, high opposites but. I started off the list and I had like a hundred plus things on this list. And the list has got smaller and smaller. But the beautiful thing is can go back and I did see on my Gosh I meant I meant that a memphis. But meanwhile, I'm learning how to trust myself learning how to love myself. I'm learning how to submit my beliefs of a of how I want my world to be structured how I want people to show up in my life still working on that one that this was today's lesson. Thus why you're talking on live has today's lesson was. People have they show up in your life. But Yeah. So you know I would I would learn he's lessons and then I hit a plateau and then I'd level up again another five now and then I again and you know slowly but surely I started seeing jeans. Real changes and also I started seeing changes about how I started thinking about myself in relationship to other people and that's kind of where I am right now where I'm still working on and all. Thank you. That is my goal in life to sounds we end to smells feet down as one of my businesses is perking. But yeah. So I would you know I tried to wear legacy weren't working on what I'm working on right now is. Just trying to create those connections meeting people like minded people who are you know leg talk to about the law of attraction manifesting In not speak be so much in like a service road because that's that's being the coaching. Warm to develop relationships with these people not. Fee for service type relationships, and that's what I'm moving towards. Kind of building a community are becoming part of a community and creating connections so that there's other people that I can call and say hey I M s another cup of coffee you know. So that's that's one. Third because I brought up to reasons to the first one is. People. Don't know what they want really what they want. The second thing is people don't Have a ideal guys. This is the thing why I don't do this live because I forget and I'm not I'm on the final meeting written down south. The second thing was Not Feeling really right. Not Believing that you. Deserve what you want. You know and I. The one thing is one step I have for that is in feeling worthy feeling deserving is that If. You didn't have this desire right I certain thing whether it'd be house the strong desire like it's you wouldn't Attitu- and identify with it and I think there is a strong what I notice in the people that I talked to You for coaching people ask you questions is that? People just they just don't see anything that they could think. Of, some people just think if I'm thinking of it, I'm not supposed to have. Like no no no that. Opposite if you're thinking of it, you are supposed to have it. You know it's just.

"I can't remember his. You had a vicious outburst brutal. Yeah Oh my God to tie the lead need Williamson was his last name. Yeah he was a Super Nice Guy de God. Forbid that happened once for US I thank God in previous prevent that one hundred percents goes right in the one hundred percents on us so then we get to eighteen Hof Goes I put one in the harbor in the harbor so now I thought I made a great swing Attitu- I looked up and I'm like that's manages all right sal back it up so you got one shot lead in in the championship and your partners in the harbor offense what are you. What are you thinking? You're not well I think at this point going into it. I went to so zone then and I mean I was. I didn't even know I had a partner at the time. Once he went out. I was like there's no partner here out of focus on yourself. Yeah so I kind of just focused in on. I didn't look laughter right. I was looking at the ball and at the car and ready to go so I stepped up and I made almost like a terrible swing. Felt like it coming down down at it but when it hit the face and went on the air I was like. That's perfect so let's walk this down. That's walk this back. Yeah Yeah it was. It was not so because they postpone out there and I remember I remember hearing God. That's that's deepened. I'm like all right here. We go. You Ain't GonNa get me on this one so I had to step up. I just think and in swing as far as you can and don't go right. Don't go harbor so worked on it right. Got It out there. We got to the fairway and and I think what we have one thirty five in the again they switched depend on the Front Yup Front and was in the back right. which is it that back pain was tough earlier earlier? Really not that trump him missed four now until. We're not gonNA talk about that so looking at this. I Seen Day. They hit their second shots in looked like it. Looks pretty good at the pen. And and I like zipped off my little short left in the French and I'm thinking to myself and my God I love this shot one thirty pitching wedge choke down the club and just hit. Don't believe don't well just hit so I hit it and once I hit I knew it was perfect and everyone was screaming. Sits sets a and that thing had some sauce on it serious. That thing played as as perfectly can think of put up behind Penn at least fifty feet in zip the back to for seventy feet Then get into the partner or get into the green. I'm thinking aren't they don't really have easy if they make this. You know I'm not messing but we got to the point. I was like okay I just need to but and like I said we've been in this situation before where I've nine point anything. Yeah this is all me. We were torn before around or I want to hear this when we got the championship around. It's like a big a big event and Ross qualified Thursday Friday. You play two rounds of match. Play Saturday Saturday. matchplay and then Sunday semifinals and championship. She's so we get through everything some crazy rounds and then we get to seventeen. Were down one. We're now we're we're. We're all squared on seventy one seventeen. I made a birdie on seventeen get the eighteen. We both down the middle. We both he hits one on the green like the perfect spot like there's no flat spot on the screen and it's like ten feet straight uphill no movement. I'm in the bunker. I hit one out to the green. And I'm like like in the other guys line where he's putting par Birdie or something like that rock is like pick it up. What am I gotta par? PUTT I mean if I make this it's like you release some stress off you pick it up. I'm like you're not giving this guy a line on anything so I'm not trying to get any advantage and the next thing you know it's John I'm like all right. He missed his Birdie. PUTT on my God. We've got to Iran the same exact. Oh No we had liberty Nash on Eighteenth Green Liberal was the first thing this is nightmares all over again. So no way I ran this by like five feet five feet and now it's coming back. It is a slippery slider fast as this table. And he he's in his pocket. Pick it up and I guess are blessed with Mr Nestor Parliament. Now just to lose the Hong Kong till playoff. We're GONNA play off and we lost the second hole and it starts at this point literate down porn. They make Birdie on to lose the championship. Classic Scott like eight feet or whatever it was you and I'm like holy. I remember this look looking for him I please. I know discounted them like already displeased. Got Two points there. Even I want to make it so bad I just. It doesn't matter if you make the pot and you still win or youtube on you. Know I was like he got. I think I put it by like a foot and a half. He's like take your time. Okay I got it makes me nervous it was privy. I don't think most nervous shot I had was on sixteen to the playoff. 'cause like again that weight was a little while and then like it had me thinking though I take this to take that so that was that was my nervous shot and eighteen eighteen just kind of like I said zone down. I was in in the zone as you could say I walked everything down. I kind of look like a little douchebag but are you kidding me. That's that's that's what you it should dream like. You're walking down. Eighteen you throw that club into the slot and you're walking the ball on the Green as me your cat. He's pulling off your head cover. Yeah that's great. I didn't again. I didn't know about the history so that makes things when I go back and watch it. I'm going to be a little queasy. No no but I mean you you you got to. I will say too. I thought in my head with how much kind of like swagger you had at the time I was like even if Williamson or whatever. The guy's name was right Williamson. No offense them. Sorry for just saying I miss Greg player if he makes Rocco's making I was just like I don't think it really matters. I didn't think he was GonNa make if he does. I still think Rocco make because you had like six feet you've been playing lights out And I think that both groups starting with Birdie on sixteen was like Oh we're going to school and we were talking before about how I didn't want that didn't want but like you'd prefer not have to like twentieth handicaps win the whole thing because then it becomes like we've all seen before like San Bagger member gas that Oh yeah and it's like how come their handicaps to that high. There's no way they shot this or that they're being like Oh. I played a career around. And it's really sketchy instead. You guys are both like one or two handicaps. It's like well. Those are the guys that are supposed to win the tournament. Those are the best players players so that made me feel good. I think fifty percent really helped that a lot. That was perfect totally and anybody who bitches about that. My reaction to it is like if is the number one complaint is like well that that really favors the lower handicaps. And I'm like well you should be rewarded and having advantage of your better at something. I can't play this game. You got to be better totally totally. Anybody can have a chance. said it's fifty percents of urine eighteen anti cab. You WanNA plays a nine. You have a chance. You can totally getting some strokes but if anything it's going to reward the best people who should be rewarded because they're better simply may WANNA be better planet B boys well. Congratulations thank you. You got this trophy right here until well I probably until March I think around March where we're going to start next year's tournament so guises until then and your name will be on forever. Thanks to Alan. Thank God it's corrected. It was wrong I kind of wanted it to go on. I'm telling you I'm looking at it. And I've seen a May do the MIC. That's an aide that's not reich a come on out after all that you guys I imagine it'll be at the phillies stop next year. Yes you have a lifetime exemption into the tournament not into the championship. We'll take it despite your efforts to have a feeling you qualify again next year hoping so but we'll see all right. Anthony Rock appreciate it. Thank you you guys. Thanks for coming in.

"What's up adultish fam- we want to introduce due to a podcast for marketplace that we'd know you'll love. It's called this is uncomfortable. There's a weekly show that drops Thursdays about life and how money messes with it we all know adulting ain't easy and surprise dealing with money is even harder. This is uncomfortable looks at stuff like what happens when one person in a relationship is way more debt than the other and what happens when work the thing that makes you cry at work. I can definitely relate to that one. This show is funny a little tints and I might might even say a little uncomfortable so subscribe to this is uncomfortable. Wherever you get your podcasts? I just WanNa thank you for opening up about you and your mom because has you just shared with us one of the most intimate parts of your adulting life the most intimate parts yeah I mean that's that's that's a lot to be going through right now especially at this time in our lives when we're figuring out everything else I just want to know what is your relationship like with your mom now now mar relationship with her not like it's not a hundred percent better. I'M NOT GONNA say it's been peaches and cream since I did the piece but I've been taking advantage of a lot of the little moments that I do get with her and just taking advantage of like what she can still. I do like me and actually meet her danced in the kitchen together like the other day for no reason at all. What Song was too too eager by tyler like I was playing the whole album in the kitchen walls meal prepping? You know about that about that fit life. It's almost like the whole album really cool she she really liked and I think that's the main thing I've taken advantage of like the little moments that we do get together so when she said in the recording everything that happens to you happens to me. Do you think that she also felt that you know distance. You felt from her when all this change change was happening shoot. That's that's a really good question. I never really thought about it like that until you just said that. I think it's so easy I'm to be going through a situation and you just think me me me me me how I feel and look at it like from such a selfish perspective but I I definitely think she was probably feeling that distance. I mean my mom. She even came into my room and she asked me straight up like am. I still your Fred read. I know I'm your mom but are we still coup essentially league and saw me she definitely was filling the distance and I'm glad that she got to get that off her chest like relief almost that you both are on this mutual wavelength again exactly but what about you like. Have you ever felt any. Let me talk distance where your mom for me. It's actually kind of the opposite. My mom and I have always been close even after I moved out probably because we've got a lot in common like like where the youngest daughter is our families. We've got spicy personalities. I mean my mom's first name is straight up Kimchi. Yeah like the Spicy Korean fermented though that at all I mean you know you even heard us up top at episode like we're very comfortable so in being weird with each other but it's way different for her and my big sister Christy because they're not close at all but you and your sister sister closed the right yeah like super close so that's why in my mind my mom and sister should be at least sorta close but they're not in known in our family has been able to figure out why so that's what this next story is all about okay but before you start I think it's Kinda normal or at least like not uncommon to see like like certain family members be somewhat distant like me and my brother we kinda don't really talk that much at all but we're good and we both know is good so why does their relationship. It mattered so much to you okay. It's because I've had this theory that my mom and sister WanNa work on getting close but neither of them wants to initiate so I was like okay. I'll do it if you're not going to quit. So my story starts out with the question I asked Christie and it's actually the same one I asked you earlier. Can you describe your relationship with Mommy well. If I were in the middle of estranged in close. I need you to close but not necessarily close. If that makes sense I said but it didn't didn't make sense. There's no reason why even closes because you know she snapchat every game we don't talk. It's hard to hear my sister's say I. She's not close with my mom. How are the two closest woman in my life so distant from each other and I was okay because for me? It's nothing out of the norm. I've never questioned my relationship with and I think for me too. That's why I get too emotional. When mom says I love you or me mm-hmm? We're not close. My sister recently started therapy and says she's got mommy issues. Her words not mine and curious. If any part heart of her is envious about how mom I connect when my grandpa died my mom had a panic attack and it seemed like I was the only one in the family he would talk her down and and we hug but my mom doesn't hug my sister like ever really seen that I can't even think of a time. This is my big brother Andy. I mean it you even bomb like that. You know sometimes it'd be like trying to be cute than like kiss on the Sheikh hockey's not give it easily so like sitter culturally to just to be sure I texted ten of my friends asking asking if they had hugged their mom in the last month alternative them said no so and he's got a point. My mom and I hug because I initiate them. I know it's it's not a deal but I feel good enough about our relationship to where it doesn't make me feel bad but I wonder what it's like for someone who doesn't get hugs in the first place someone one like my sister or maybe even my mom when she was younger. I don't actually know if her hugging her own. Mom was thing so I asked No. My mom is so very busy busy lady because she had ten children so app the she gave ed so young. My mom was born during the Vietnam War and h thirteen. She lost her own mum that meant no hugs or affection but she told herself off when I grow up I'm GonNa make sure that I'm there for my children and she was even though mom was busy managing finances for families auto body shop she still made time to go to special events like Christie's High School Championship Softball Games but when I asked her if she ever told my sister she's proud of her. Mom paused then then said No. I did not tell because I don't know maybe that's one of my the mistake that I really don't bring her in and tell her that. Are there other things that you wish you could say to her now. I want to tell I wanted to ask. I see what you're doing. How you feel how your lie everything but I'm of fe she can be set more because she know that I love her if she led it out more what she have? Maybe our will be more set in the life in your life in my life to hear the my among associates sadness with expressing love to my sister is heartbreaking. She wants to be closer to her daughter but chooses not to act upon it. I don't fully understand on that 'cause she. Blazes her feelings to me and not doing the same for my sister. Let's got hurt. I told mom that so so I just next time we all three talk then I. I really challenge you to say exactly what you are proud of her for because if you never tell her she won't know Oh yeah of course of course the lamb saying you know I know my go to one day you be a mother you will know the attitude up issues of your child. Yael is a busy you talk like you know how should reply back till in Russia will cry and then she'll say and I don't really get that last part. I have a little problem with what mom's saying. I might have a quote easy Attitu- a two now but that's because it took years of my childhood struggling to figure out how to vocalise when I need it. That's also I have a problem with the phrase mother knows best West. Does my mom really know how to come for Christie in the way that she needs because I'm starting to think she might not so to clear up some things. I've got all of us together for a three way. Call as he will know. I've talked with both of you individually and now today's Day where we're all talking to each other so how it's GonNa work. It was easier than I expected to get them to commit to the call. I myself was anxious one and thought Ooh Ooh what if I'm disrespecting their boundaries they might opt out because of that but they both agreed it was fine so after helping my mom download skype in waiting for Kristie to come home after a therapy session it happened. I'm not close ally. which you tell you every single thing would request to talk a lot that talk to hold onto it? I I'll own self righteously. Yeah I wow I wish I would have said that. See what's happening here. Almost right after we started my mom and sister starts saying it's okay that we don't talk. We still love each other start a problem yeah if they for us less is more and that doesn't mean we're distant so I asked them then. Why do you say you want to be close? Why do you keep hiding from each other? I'm the first child so I was the first reason why she became a mother and I think with that. There's this pressure of not wanting to disappoint. Sometimes yes I of course of course I want to be as open with mom as you are with her right but for some reason I just get to this very vulnerable place than I I shut down in that. I don't ask questions because I'm afraid of if mom was even more hurt I don't I just feel so bad I don't I don't know how to put it into words right now. Kristie does any part of you wish that you could hear from mommy more like how much she loves you or like a simple. I love you you kind of thing yeah because we already know that we love each other obvious yeah so the parents yeah we it. It doesn't come very easily because we already know it but it's it's just not localized or verbalised but for me I learned in this translates into my relationship with my husband is that I learned my love. Language.

Don't you think you know but I would. That's my uniform now. I do know what you're saying. Yeah I mean snoop told me one time don't wear the long tough ties. No you know you can't it's funny. Dion one time ran it backwards for the first twenty twenty yards and and once tried for stride with me backwards Yeah Philip rivers is I think is ratings of sixty. Five speed rate is five so you give me about a rating Philip. Oh No I gotta tell you that then. I thought it was been generous. I'm going to family family. Members fast field now come on. We're going to be well versed in wealth with the travels of rob gronkowski for many years to come. And I for one couldn't be happier about it. All right. It is Gambier tonight Tuesday top-five coming up, I'm gonna give you my personal top five Super Bowls. And now I won't throw the bears beaten the patriots in Super Bowl twenty. Although that is one of my happiest memories from my childhood, but I'm talking about games with high drama, and let's face it. I mean shutdown whoop that ass. So wasn't a lot of drama there. But I still remember how happy my dad was in on our fridge. This was in our house and panel. My sister put a seven and a two on our fridge like the freezer door out of seven in the fridge door attitu- because you know, the fridge. Thank you. It's no problem talk to who. Have I talked to from that team? I've had Tom fair on before who's on the bears broadcasts. Ron Rivera spoken with him about that before. And that was good times. All right. Let's hear from Bill Belichick because you know, here's the deal Brady and Belle check every year right here, they go again back in the Super Bowl. And you think yourself like for a guy like Brady like is. He really going to play till he's forty five and I said last night like after this year. I'm firmly believing that that's exactly what he's gonna do. Because you keep thinking like why wouldn't you just ride off into the sunset? Right. I mean what else? Do you have to prove? And I think Tom Brady just wants to continue to widen the gap. So you know, it's gonna take a couple of generations for somebody and even get a sniff of what they've been able to accomplish. I mean, the longevity factor all the winning just in. And obviously being in lockstep with your head coach that whole time. I mean Brady and Bella check that's synonymous with greatness. So you wonder where do they keep finding this motivation? Here's a here's Bill Belichick earlier talking to the media today about his motivation for going for a six Super Bowl in nine tries..

"Twelfth thirteenth year right now has a third round grade. Tom in North Carolina. Good morning time. What your question? Good morning guys. Big Boise state fan out here in North Carolina. Well, family hurts his ankle gets transferred to North Carolina State, ripping comes down to the great job do either one of them. Get drafted. Rip into me as a late round possibility. As a backup tight there's a lot of things to like about him. He was there. Obviously Finley Tommy stored end up going to Kane and did a great job there. So a lot of things happen to Boise state with a quarterbacks were there because Rippin was the big recruit Tommy stored ends up going to do Kane. Ryan Finley goes, then state Ryan Finley will be a second round pick. Brett Rippin will be end up being probably fifty seventh round pick, Robin Virginia. Rob good morning. What your question? How did hundred Renfro look this week? And where do you see him going the draft? Yeah, he's a gamer. I think you look at him. You put him within the offense structure and as a slot receiver Adam Humphreys, nobody's doing a Tampa Bay hunter Renfro to me. There's a lot of guys who have come out with great productivity. They've slip way down in the draft undrafted like Welker amendola, and look what they've done. So I think he's going to be a guy that carves? A niche and ends up being a solid player. Look at all the great things. He did on third down. All the clutch catches. He made get the ball in his area. He's going to catch it, and I didn't catching the football and being able to be quick and get some separation. He can do that. Again. He is a Bella penny heart Isabela, UMass heart. Georgia state all those guys are going to be drafted. I think heart goes third round. And it gives a Bella goes third or fourth round. And if I had to say right now, I think when you look at the slot receiver like hunter rent goes fourth or fifth round out west to one of my favorite states because it is gorgeous. Andrew is in Utah. Andrew good morning to you warning. Gentlemen. Quick question at a couple of Brigham Young players that six nine Kukuchi, Gorka, Susie. And she only Taki Taki wondering if they'll both get drafted or even one of them, you know, for to be like, you said a run less years Vanoy, then all set Khufu see Boerner last year that continuous your. Yeah. Will I think they both get drafted? I Khufu was in the top ten all year you go to. Yes. Bien dot com. You saw him in that top ten defensive line group. Yeah. He's a raw kid. I think he's going to develop I would say day three for him. And to talk to you. I would say they three as well for him. Let's go one more real quick why not mardi? He's in Virginia mardi what you got. I don't like to know on the long-suffering Redskins fans wondering if we will take a chance on a quarterback or go off into you know, receiver or something like that to try to get something more for offense or power. They're gonna have to take a quarterback. I think at some point early, Alex. Smith. Will you be ready for next this coming year? Probably not. I had Chicago polite. The outside linebacker, Florida bianca's it Ryan Kerrigan. That's what they need. It didn't get any sack production opposite. Kerrigan this year, president Smith didn't emerge. So I think the pass rusher there and certainly a quarterback. I don't think Cuyler Murray's getting down to fifteen. It's too early for Daniel Jones or drew lock. So I think if you don't get go up to get Murray go up to get Haskins you probably wait till the second third fourth round about our first lady to join the show. Deb is with us from Ohio, Deb your closing out. The first ask Mel of the day, which you got. Yes. I wanted to ask what the prospects are for Dwayne Haskins in the draft tremendous prospects Dwayne Haskins. I I haven't going right now a six to the giants. He conceivably could go number one overall the Zona cardinals trait outta there or at two if if Bosa goes one in the forty Niners won a trade attitu- and not take Josh Allen the outside linebacker from Kentucky. So I ask him. I think after all said and done Dr. Ends up either the first or second pick in the draft..

It would be a fifth for Michigan. I do think Michigan is going to get this. And with that would have it would really have a claim to the best resume in college basketball. But Kansas winning. I was state would also put him right up there. Big ten by the way, up big ten time. It has Michigan state Ohio State, Indiana, Michigan unless I'm way off on this. I think those are the four best teams in the only teams without a loss and leaked play. So they all get to meet this weekend seems down to only two teams without an L in the big ten by Sunday night. I won't be surprised. If India does keep it close and Romeo length for it's coming off a twenty eight point game that was a career high twenty eight points that he got Thursday night. A rough Anisi do we know yet if he's going to play because he missed Thursday night's game using concussion protocol, I'm unaware if he will or will not well, that's obviously a big deal like they're different team with him on the court. So I think either way the result is the same. Michigan gets the W Indiana gets the ale. But obviously if they got there. Starting point guard. Indian has got a better chance to go to Michigan.
