Jack Posobiec Unpacks the Latest Manifestation of Antifa Extremism
"Let's place a piece of tape here. This is the Fox report play cut 27. The Atlanta police department is describing Sunday's clash with protesters as a coordinated attack against law enforcement in this video released by the Atlanta PD. You can see things get violent pretty quickly at the site of the $90 million city proposed police and firefighter training facility often referred to as cop city. You see protesters, many dressed in black, many with their faces covered through a large rocks, bricks, fireworks, and molotov cocktails at police. Some of those projectiles just narrowly missing officers who is that guy protesters, protesters. Who are you? What is that guy? That's not a protest. That guy shouldn't be allowed on television. Protesters actually, I actually didn't check that guy's name. I didn't catch it there, but whoever that guy's not tweeted at, that's ridiculous. That's an insult. These are domestic terrorists. Let's show the aerial footage. This is what that clown just called a protest. Doesn't know what he's talking about. He's reading some screen. Let's watch this here. So there's no sound here. We're just going to narrate it, Jack, you can do it alongside me. So folks need to understand what you're looking at. So the white is heat the black is cold. So you see when the clouds come over a little bit, there are some heat there because of the moisture. So what you're looking at is a crowd of 50 to 60 now it switches over to optical image right there. So you're looking at 50 to 60 militants that are spilling out following a path through the forest into this police training facility $90 million. And in fact, there may have been actually, if you look at that, there may be as many as a hundred bears, Charlie. You're looking at a platoon. So how are we looking at military operations? Only 23. Oh, so where are the rest?

Treehouse Antifa Sacks CopCity With Jack Posobiec
"Have down here in Atlanta. Is this situation where when we were told, you know, we're told in the media, we're told in the press, 23 protesters arrested by police and left wing sources are out there saying this, go and watch these videos because we've got flir video from overhead drone imagery that's infrared forward looking infrared flir. Of a crowd that looks to me like 50 to 60 strong in a coordinated attack, spilling forth from the Woods at a police training facility outside of Atlanta, Georgia. This is run by the Atlanta police department. Now Charlie, you remember, as well as I, that it's the left that is always saying the police needs to be better trained. It's always the left saying the police should have, they should have shot him in the arm. They should have tried deescalation. They should have tried everything else. Well, the police said, okay, fine, we're going to go into the Woods and set up a training facility and we're going to do just that. Well, antifa is now attacking it. And people want to laugh about the left using violence. The people want to say, oh, they're not that great at it. Oh, they suck at it, et cetera, et cetera. Guess what? They're actually out there doing it. Because they have something in their movement that I don't always see on the right, and that's called moral clarity. They actually and truly believe in the violent actions that they are doing. And I'm not saying the right should ever condone violence, but my point is the right needs moral clarity in our in our positions and in our values if we were actually going to fight to take back this country. These are the people who fervently believe in destroying our country, tearing it down because they hate the people that run the place now. They hate the people who founded it. They hate our institutions, and they hate the west. And it's as simple as that. You don't need all of the philosophy and ideology to understand. They just hate you, and they want to take away everything that you have. But do we know who the ringleader of this was? This was a domestic leader. This was a domestic terror attack. We don't know specifically who the ringleader was yet, but they call themselves hashtag stop cop city.

"Antifa down there, going to war with the police and nobody's talking about it on the national stage. Yeah, it's really it's a scary situation, basically I'll sum it up in about 30 seconds for you. There is a parcel of land. Acres and acres right on the edge of Atlanta between Fulton and da cab county. And they are putting up a 90 million that's 9 zero million police and fire training academy. Wouldn't you think that after everything we've been through with George Floyd, BLM, all sorts of cases that have gone on that you would want your police firefighters EMS first responders trained at a new facility, one would think, right? Except that you have this very organized funded by whoever flying people in from out of state. You had people here from Utah, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maine, and then you had two foreign dudes, one from France and one from Canada. How did they get here? Last I looked, those tickets are over a $1000 one way or round trip to Atlanta, Georgia. It's not cheap to fly anymore. And here they are. All these outside agitators with the exception of one guy from the southern poverty law center that left wing institution. He was arrested and now luckily they're facing a domestic terrorism charges, so at least they're not going to be getting out in a revolving door. These people actually have to hire attorneys for setting it on fire. They set some equipment on fire. They set a police car on fire. They were throwing bricks sticks, rocks, shooting off firecrackers at the police. They deserve what they get.

I think I should, you know, maybe we could reach out to them. You know, I'm just, I think people see me on YouTube and on radio and they park the online brand is just hot head and he's a radical. But in person, I think I'm a lot more calm and I'm a lot more calculated. You know, I'm not gonna get on the show and be arguing with these women and stuff like that. I don't think I would. And I'm not gonna let them punk me and talk over me and all the rest of the stuff. But you know, I think I would come across as very reasonable. And very confident that I'm not just, you know, like I'm confident in this stuff I say because I'm not reading talking points. Like these things I've researched these things I understand and so when I argue with these people or when I have a debate with these people I'm very confident about the things that I say. And therefore I don't have to get upset. I don't have to yell. I don't have to scream in nobody. I don't have to feel any kind of white any kind of way. I'm already, you know, I already know that what I'm saying is right. Because I've done a research in a lot of times these people don't do any research. If I were to tell them that black people get white people get killed more than black people do, this would be a shocker to them. And they haven't looked at any research in the first thing they're going to say, but it's more white people. Well, that's not an argument, because every person on earth is not patrolled. If you look at, you know, the same people that saying, always bought us more white people claim that black communities are over patrolled. Well, you just already made the argument against your own statement. If black communities are over patrolled, then that means that they are over represented in police engagement. And if they are dying less than white people who are less represented in police engagement, that tells you something. That white people are disproportionately being killed if you look at the amount of police engagement in the community versus somebody's inner city communities. And we all know it, like I just said earlier in the show, I said,

Brandon Doesn't Mind If He Doesn't Get an Invite to Mar-a-Lago
"All right, I'm done talking about Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis. I know a lot of people and they feelings about it. But I just got to tell it like I feel it. And I like Donald Trump, and I feel bad that I have to say this about him because, you know, I would love to go to Mar-a-Lago and do some of the other stuff and maybe, you know, I don't know, he's sending him a sample to my energy drink or something like that one day, but you know, I really tell the truth and be kissing somebody but just for favors and hanging out and being cool. I've never been that person, man. And listen, I'm really an introvert. I really don't like being around people in the first place. So if I don't get invited to Mar-a-Lago for an event, I don't give a flying flip. I'd rather be at home with my family and my wife and my kid. You know, hanging out, having a good time, being with the staff here at my headquarters. And I don't ever need to be invited to stuff, but see some people don't feel that way. Some people got to keep their hook, you know, 'cause they got donors and they got stuff like that. So they gotta keep the hook in. And it's nothing against them. I don't blame them. If that's your business model, don't miss your business model up. You can divert from these conversations. You move on to the next. If that's what you want to do, but for me, I honestly just say things how I feel them. And I want people to understand that when I say things is that I mean them. I'm not saying that because I feel like I need to say it. I really mean it. I really believe it. And I know there's a lot of people that agree with me. And sometimes they want to say, but they just can't say it because they don't want to get canceled. I understand.

While it's a disenchanted kingdom, you'll see how Disney executives are purposely exposing young children to the LGBTQ agenda in their fams and also at the theme parks. You know, you know, some people just don't learn from anything. And people used to always say Donald Trump is very arrogant person. Donald Trump, he's a narcissist. And I really didn't see that in Donald Trump. And now I'm starting to see some signs of this. I don't know why his handlers and people aren't just saying leave desantis alone. Because when you talk about him, it makes in desantis isn't saying anything about Trump. It's not like they're going back and forth. You know, it's like dating some woman or dating something man. Tom Brady Says He's Retiring 'For Good'
"Tom Brady announced announces his retirement from football for good. A 45 year old NFL star posted a video message to fans on Twitter. He said, I'll get to the point right away. He said you're doing a message. I'm retiring for good. Now, I think he retired for good a little too late. Or maybe it was right on time. When your wife leaves you and it appears that you pick football, not you, it appears that your passion was the play another season and it appears from the outside looking in that the wife was not okay with it. He did it anyway and it became a strain in their relationship. Maybe it has been a strain over several years to be honest, I think that you got to be such a trashy woman to leave your man because he's pursuing his passion. Now I don't know if that's the case here, but it does seem kind of weird that she leaves him in his last year planning NFL and then now he officially retires. I think it's a good thing. Maybe he played long enough. He's giving his life and his talents and his time and effort and energy to fans more so, you know, more so than your family. You can't spend that much time with your family when you're gone all the time traveling all the time, playing for different teams. You know, you got to study fam. You got to go to practice. You got to get rehab. I mean, being a football player takes a lot of energy. And people may not understand that. They don't just show up at the game and have fun, right? You got to watch film for hours as a team. And then if you watch film as an individual, you're watching film even longer. And when they play when they play a football game, 60 minutes of punishment, they have to go to rehab. When I say rehab, I'm not talking about a psychological rehab, which some of them may have to go to psychological rehab. But they have to go to a physical rehab. I mean, you got to get massages, you got to get stem on your legs, you know, you have to get all of these different things to make sure you're operating in full capacity. So it's a very significant strain on your family on yourself. And I think that when a person of football player dedicates his life and craft to the game, his family take a hit a little bit.

Violent protest in downtown Atlanta over killing of activist
"A peaceful protest in downtown Atlanta turned violence Saturday in the wake of the death of an activist killed by authorities last week. What started as a peaceful march up Atlanta's famed peachtree street turned violent when a smaller group of protesters with rocks and fireworks in front of the Atlanta police foundation broke windows and lit a police car on fire on Wednesday a small group was protesting the site of a planned public safety training center that they dubbed cop city when authorities cleared that group. They say a 26 year old activist shot and wounded an officer. That person was shot and killed by police, but activists questioned the official version of events calling it a murder and demanding an independent investigation. I'm Julie Walker

"The police and corporations are enacting upon the lani forest. Honored Portuguese his legacy by embodying their joyous bravery. Portuguese presence on this earth is a gift that will keep on giving for generations to come. It is time for people to join this movement and to say no to this pointless escalation by the police. That was an anonymous statement by an Atlanta forest defender sent to democracy now. His voice disguised. Vigils for the slain forest defender church Gita have taken place from Los Angeles to Minneapolis to Charlotte to Chicago in Atlanta. Activists held a vigil the night of the shooting and are planning a march on Saturday. For more we go to Atlanta to speak with kamau Franklin, founder of the organization community movement builders. Camaro welcome back to democracy now. Can you please tell us what you understood happened? Well, we are very little information on what take place besides which earlier the recording just said, that the only version of events that's really been released to the public has been the police version, the police narrative, which we should say, the corporate media has ran away with. To our knowledge so far, we find it less than likely that the police version of events is what really happened. The idea that he was sitting in a tent and fired out of the tent at basically a S.W.A.T. team to cap county police, Atlanta police and Georgia state troopers who were there in great numbers to do the raid that they conducted in the park. And the idea is that this person shot and their navy fired back. As a little Intel that we have, residents said that they heard a blast of gunshots all at once. At night, one blast and a return of fire. Also, there's been no other information released. We don't know how many times this young person was hit with bullets. We don't know the areas in which this person was hit. We don't know if this is potentially a friendly fire incident, all we know is what the version of the police has given. And that's why we're calling for an independent investigation, not when it's done by the Georgia bureau of investigation, not when it's done by any federal authority, but a complete independent investigation. Because that's the only way we're going to know what really happened. But right now, based on what we do know, we can not say anything except that this is probably a political assassination. This is something that could have been prevented. There is no reason for them to take the tactics that they did in terms of going into the forest with weapons in hand with pepper spray with the live ammunition to go shoot forest offenders who were engaging in civil disobedience and direct action politics. Come out, Franklin, can we step back and talk about what cop city proposed cop city is and why people are encamped there? Top city is an idea that came after the 2020 uprisings by the city of Atlanta, the Atlanta police department into Atlanta, the Atlanta foundation, Atlanta police foundation. The idea basically is that they want to develop a militarized police base that's right next to a black and brown working class community. And by building this space, they want to cut down over a hundred acres of force, they want to develop an area where there's a room for explosive testing, explosives testing over 12 firing ranges, a place where there's a Blackhawk helicopter landing pad, a training center for them to practice crowd control. We should also mention that they are engaged in international training with the Israeli police, and so we think this project really is the beginning of a militarized police base here in Atlanta, which will be the largest facility of its kind in the country. And the reason for doing this coming out of the uprisings we believe is to stop movement politics and movement, building in Atlanta to coordinate efforts across the country with other police departments and now internationally to stop movement building and we think this is going to be further sort of terroristic action on black and brown communities by a police state, which is out of control at this particular stage. Come out, you had a peace and truth out. And I wanted to it was headlined MLK's vision lives on in Atlanta's fight against new police training facility. Interestingly, in 2021, the city of Atlanta announced plans for cop city saying it was to carry on the city's civil rights legacy of Martin Luther King and others. Can you talk about this? Yeah, I mean, we live in a dystopia where the legacy of doctor king is being used by city officials, the same city officials who say that they love good trouble. They love John Lewis. They love doctor king. When doctor king was alive, doctor king was working against police brutality and police militarization. Doctor Kean poignantly stated that the police themselves harassed and are open to and conduct raids on communities. Obviously, doctor king was surveilled by the FBI, a local police task force along with federal police task force that they harassed doctor king. They said a letter to doctor king to kill himself. And so these tactics and different ways continue today. The cop city task force, which has developed between the FBI, the decap county police department, the Atlanta police department, and several other agencies, Homeland Security, is basically a task force to stop out movement activity because they're afraid that the protesters, the various types of protests that are happening are getting the word out that no one has asked for cop city, any survey that's been done has shown that 70% of the lanterns have been against the building of this facility, but yet they went ahead and decided to build it anyway. And now that there's a protest movement against it, they're using all actions all everything in their capability and capacity to stop this movement. And now they've turned to the idea of actually murdering protesters as a way to stop people from going into the forest and to stop the defenders of defending the force. Last December, the Atlanta forest defender turgida, who was shot dead by police this week, was featured in an article headlined the forest for the trees that was written by David peisner, published on the bitter southerner. In the piece, her two Gita says, quote, we get a lot of support from people who live here. And that's important because we went through nonviolence. We're not going to beat them at violence, but we can beat them in public opinion in the courts even. They're also quoted saying, this is my home now. We've built a nice community here. It's about reclaiming the parks and public space. The Atlanta community press collective also wrote tortuga quote spent their time between Atlanta, defending the forest from destruction and coordinating mutual aid for the movement and Florida, where they helped build housing and low income communities hit hardest by the hurricane. They were a trained medic, a loving partner, a dear friend, a brave soul, and so much more. And towards name, we continue to fight to protect the forests and stop cop city with love rage and

Atlanta police officers were first called out to the Wendy's for someone who had fallen asleep in their car while in the drive-through line. Officers Devin Brosnan and eventually Garrett rolfe responded engaging in a calm 40 minute conversation. When officers tried to arrest Brooks for DY, that's when things turned deadly. Special prosecutor Pete scandal akis. Officers had no way of knowing or anticipating that within seconds of this encounter, both would be attacked by Brooks and that Brooks would overpower them, take the taser from one of them, fire the stolen taser, both of them, and then attempt to escape while continuing to fire the taser at the pursuing officer. That's when officer Ralph opened fire hitting Brooks twice. On Tuesday scandal latkes and his co counsel Danny Porter spent more than an hour explaining the decision during a press conference which included showing still images from multiple videos of the events leading up to the deadly shooting. Porter addressed questions about Brooks being hit in the back while running away. In this case, officer ros first shot was fired while Brooks was still aiming the taser at him. All three shots were fired in approximately .56 seconds. L Chris Stewart and attorney for rayshard Brooks family takes issue with deadly force being used as Brooks ran away instead of when officers were physically struggling with Brooks. They didn't know if he was reaching for a gun or whatever. They could have used deadly force. And I would have backed any officer that did it. But they did not. They did not. They chose not to. When they were justified. But they decided to use lethal force as a man was running away 19 feet away. On a larger level Stewart says the issue is that a jury or grand jury never got to consider the case. Oh, we're asking is that the community resolves these situations when it's close call? And it goes to a grand jury. Letting the people decide. Stewart says the path now is a civil suit against the city

Democrats only control it because they have The White House. And while Republicans are favored to win the house, this fall, the Senate is considered up in the air. Democrats are growing more confident that they can retain control. NPR senior political editor and correspondent to medical montanaro has a new analysis up on NPR dot org looking at the top ten Senate races to watch. Hi domenico? Hey Ari, you want to list the ten for us? We're not going to go we're not going to go that straight out. Okay. Look, because the Senate is 50 50, right? Republicans have to net one more seat than Democrats to gain control. And the Senate majority is really going to be determined by these ten states, but the parties are really focusing on 6. And of those Republicans are on offense in four of them. Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, and New Hampshire. Democrats meanwhile have just two targets in the top 6, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin, their Ron Johnson is pretty unpopular the incumbent but Republicans say he's grinding out a good on the ground campaign despite early polls showing democratic lieutenant governor Mandela Barnes with elite. This isn't the first time that you have looked at the top ten Senate races in the country. So how is the map shifting? The fact that Democrats feel like they've got a good chance of retaining control seems to be a relatively recent development, right? Yeah, I mean, back in April, last time I did this analysis, Republicans I talked to were growing confident that they were going to win the Senate, but now after the Supreme Court overturned roe V wade and a slate of pro Trump candidates won GOP primaries, this very much looks like a jump ball. Abortion is really shifted things. Frankly, I mean, democratic fundraising has gone through the roof. Democrats have narrowed the enthusiasm gap with Republicans because of it. But Republicans still have some fundamental advantages this cycle because of those high prices with inflation and President Biden being pretty unpopular. How do you see abortion playing out as a campaign issue on the trail? Well, it's playing out pretty substantially. "The wealthy suburbs that are paying all of the tax base and they're the ones that are funding the police and the fire department, but they're the ones not getting the services. They're not getting the protection of the police department because the police officers are busy taking care of crime elsewhere in the city. And a group of folks in one of the suburbs in a place called Buckhead, which really is a beautiful area of super wealthy. You have Linux bowl, you have some incredibly wealthy shops and Neiman Marcus and those kinds of places. So it's very Tony section of Atlantic. Kind of like maybe and I know our folks in games will Georgia and the north, Georgia suburbs might be able to help us out here with this, but it's almost like the Beverly Hills of Atlanta. So you have a lot of wealthy people, a lot of celebrities, music stars, athletes, and they live in this area. And the folks of Buckhead are saying, you know what? We're done. We are done. We're done with the crime. It's unbelievable how many shootings there have been at Linux mall, which again is a high dollar high end mall. But you have all these people coming in from the city. They're taking the subway and they've got a subway stop right there at the ball, and they come up, they call all sorts of mayhem, start shooting people up and then they get back on the subway and they go back home. And now the people in Buckhead are saying, yo, we're done here. We want to secede from the state or from the city of Atlanta. And we've had the people involved in this campaign, the guy in charge is named Bill white. And their argument is that they need the right to be able to create their own police force and that they're concerned that the defund the police movement has really weakened the Atlanta police department. "W a B E Atlanta I'm Emile Moffat This week the Atlanta police department hand delivered evidence from the Atlanta child murder's case to a private lab in Utah that specializes in analyzing deteriorated DNA The evidence in these cases 40 years old the technology for DNA testing was not available back in 1982 when a jury found 23 year old Wayne Williams guilty of two of the killings But to this day some remain skeptical that Williams was responsible for all the murders of dozens of black children across Atlanta Lou archangeli is retired from the Atlanta police department he was deputy chief and a detective on the case When we spoke earlier today he started by taking us back to the technological challenges of solving these crimes some 40 years ago Of course DNA at that time wasn't really a part of police work We don't with fingerprints witnesses and blood with the Wayne Williams case we began to deal with fibers Detective bob muffin tin found fibers on victim Eric middlebrooks and it transformed our evidence collection at the crime scenes So the evidence that they're going through now is looking at that same those things that were collected from the crime scenes in 1979 80 and 81 But a meal Please take into account that DNA evidence and DNA strands are fragile The likelihood of getting DNA evidence off of 40 year old evidence that hasn't been contained in a very climate controlled setting a sterile setting is very small What do you think are the strongest pieces of evidence against Wayne Williams Strongest evidence against Wayne Williams was presented at trial It's over 600 pieces of fiber evidence There was blood evidence presented in two of the pattern cases And of course then there were 6 eyewitnesses who linked Wayne Williams two victims right before they went missing and were subsequently found murder There have been many documentaries and podcasts and movies made about these crimes And you've taken issue with how the Atlanta police department and detectives are characterized in these portrayals Tell us what your concerns are about how you and your colleagues are portrayed Well a number of the documentaries and what I call mockumentaries portrayed the police as inept Some of them go so far as to say that the police did not care about young black victims And both of those are not true The colleagues I worked with pay careful attention to detail My colleagues were shaken by these crimes It was difficult to work a homicide I mean a 11 year old boy I saw one of those victims in the Atlanta more than it was it shattered I mean it was even now I remember seeing that skinny little boy And it bothers me We cared about these victims And so many of the documentaries have explicitly said that police didn't care about young black men or elected officials didn't care about the poor black men who were being victimless That wasn't the case Maynard Jackson petitioned the president of the United States for FBI support The documentaries did not accurately describe what was going on in the Atlanta police department or in the Atlanta political scene It was unprecedented at the time for the FBI to get involved in a local homicide investigation Unprecedented had never happened As you kind of wait for the results or what outcome you may have from those DNA tests are you hopeful that it may be able to answer questions that you still have about these cases I'm hopeful that this DNA review will reveal additional facts There's been so much interest in this case over the years that additional confirmation would be helpful It might finally convince some of the naysayers that Wayne Williams is completely 100% guilty Remember this is not the first time that DNA has been analyzed from this case In 2007 there was an analysis done on both hairs bound from one of the young black male victims and a dog hairs that were found on many of the victims The DNA analysis of the human hair that was found inside the shirt of one of the young black male victims came back as having a 98% chance of belonging to Wayne Williams The dog hairs that were found came back with a 98% chance that those dog hairs were from sheba the Williams family dog It was a mathematical certainty that Wayne Williams was guilty of having children at least 12 people Mister archangel thank you very much for your time and your
