But let's talk about the first pieces of footage that Jacob translate footage and the Brian sicknick off cyclic footage. So with the case of sicknick, here we have heard again and again and again, the president, the vice president, Pelosi and others say that police officers died that day. No police officers died that day. Only people like Ashley babbitt were killed that day. The actual January 6th demonstrators and now we have proof positive do we not that there was no violent event on behalf of a January 6th protester that led to the death of Brian sicknick. If I had to pinpoint the most outrageous lie related to January 6th, then there are a lot. I would point to the exploitation of the tragic death of Brian at age 42 by all accounts a really decent man who had served his country with capitol police officer, I've been in communication with one of his closest friends who he actually texted. On January 6th said they'd antifa was there, by the way, that's been lost in a lot of the coverage as well. But Brian sicknick tragedy, tragically died of a stroke caused by two blood clots on January 7th. The next day, though, The New York Times rolled out a completely fabricated piece sourcing two anonymous law enforcement officials that claimed Ryan sicknick had been bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher by Trump supporters. Now this provoked an understandably nationwide outrage that Trump supporters would beat to death a capitol police officer with a fire extinguisher. Of course, I didn't believe it from the beginning because there was still no video or pictures that even claimed came close to showing that. "Big news over the day is, Kevin McCarthy, if I had a hat on, I would doff it. I would doff my cap at you, why? He just did something quite interesting. There are 44,000. I'll repeat that again. 44,000 hours. Of footage. That the January 6th committee refused to release from their witch hunt show trial. January 6th committee didn't address it. And I believe that there are many people that came into the capitol on January 6th whose civil rights and liberties are being violated heavily. And this committee will, I hope mister chairman look into those civil rights. Oh my God. They're happening in a jail right here in this city. They were breaking and entering. I'll just point out that, you know, she was shot as members of Congress were trying to do their jobs and people were screaming hang Mike Pence. Well, that's not justification for shooting it on unarmed woman, unarmed anybody. It's not. You can't say a half mile from here, somebody said, hang Mike Pence. Therefore, we can shoot this person. That she must have justice. Some ways somehow she will. Through the courts through the systems we have. But, you know, I do think this was almost a plot against Trump. And, you know, my book is very pro law enforcement. It is, of course. However, we should not be blindly loyal to law enforcement. And the Capitol Hill cops, they allow themselves to be politicized and they failed on January 6th in spectacular fashion. They let the door open for people. We have it on tape. They walked away at the key moment just before Ashley babbitt was shot. How do you defend that? So many unanswered questions, but what's worse? So many unasked questions. Yes. So I'm still kind of coming to terms with the report and what I should do with it, what I can do with it. But the idea that these holes, these problems, are in plain sight, and nobody has the time to tackle it. Including me, I only read it because I happen to be on the plane for it to excessive amount of time. And I don't travel very much. But once you deal with it, then where do you go and who no one seems to have to bandwidth anymore, Charlie. Everybody is in a rush. And I'm talking about our lawmakers. And I love them. "The January 6th committee does, well, kind of what everyone thought that we're going to do, why? Because this is a committee stacked stacked with Trump haters. It has democratic Trump haters. It has a couple of Republican never Trump Trump haters. People like Adam kinzinger and of course the fanatical Liz Cheney. Let's go back and remember that this is a committee that was supposed to have Republican and democratic members. Kevin McCarthy had nominated people like Jim Jordan to be on the committee and basically Nancy Pelosi said, no, I get to pick not only the Democrats in the committee, but also the Republicans. So Jordan withdrew those names, and this is how the committee ended up being this kind of an ideological hit operation. It's always been that. And so even though you read media articles, January 6th investigation, investigation is a joke. There's no real investigation. There's, first of all, what does a January 6th committee say about the killing of Ashley babbitt? And nothing. They have tried to keep that completely off stage. What do they have to say about Roseanne boyland? Nothing. What do they have to say about ray apps, nothing. So the January 6th committee is really a propaganda operation of show trial operation. By the way, we know that former ABC News executive James goldston has been literally choreographing these public hearings as media events knowing of course that there's a kind of but liking media that's all too eager to sort of service the January 6th committee kind of in the manner that a dog might serve as a hydrant and so this criminal referral is kind of meaningless.

How are you going to do an insurrection with no weapons? You didn't have brought a pocket knife. They didn't have nothing. How are you going to do an insurrection when you walk around taking selfies? Now, I would like to somebody to answer this question for me. How did they leave? How did they leave? They just walked out. They didn't the National Guard didn't come in after knock people unconscious and all of this stuff. They just started walking out and leaving. How did they get in? Some officers let people in. What kind of insurrection are you talking about? And then the only person that got killed was a Trump supporter. In the black officer that shot, I should be in prison right now. He said he had no business shooting that woman. I made a video about this and I don't know if they took the video down or not. I made a video about this and I proved that he lied on news. They did a 60 minute win. He lied and said that the windows were barricaded. He could not see, and it was, and then you go back and look at the video and I showed it. He could see right through the glass. Nobody was even standing in front of the glass. They had nothing blocking these big old four foot windows. Then let me tell you this. Ashley babbitt was standing back there, they had capitol police standing in front of the doors initially, then the capitol police nobody had their gun out of nothing. The capitalist police walk off to the side, they still there, but they're standing against the wall. Why are people shaking the doors? The capitol police didn't see anybody as a threat. They didn't pull out a single gun. And when Ashley babbitt was climbing through the capitol police were standing right next to her. They did not even think the poor her down. She was not a threat. The S.W.A.T. team came up after Ashley babbitt. Nobody's shot her in the back. If you look past the dummy with the gun in his hand, everybody else walking through nonchalant. Nobody even have a gun out. Nobody's even running anywhere. They're just walking around. He's the only one with his gun out. And he gets to shoot her in the neck and kill her and everybody try to act like that's justice. He could have walked up and backhand her. And she would have filled out the window and that would have been the end of it. He really had to shoot her in the neck. He murdered that woman and lied about it. And nobody's talking about that. No capital police died on the day of the incident. I think somebody died from a heart attack subsequent later and another one committed committed suicide, which then never tell you why he did that. They never give you follow up on any of these situations. They just throw it out there and tell you that police officers die. They lying. They ain't never cared about police officers, not one time this year in 2020 they were getting slaughtered. And they wouldn't even put a face on their face on the news. "Remember the phrase compassionate conservatism? Compassion for Brian sicknick's mother. But of course, as Kerry Lake pointed out, according to the medical examiner, Brian sicknick died of a stroke and he attributed the death to natural causes. Not injuries sustained by being struck by protesters. I mean, again, another smear and another bald faced lie that they try to regurgitate over and over and over again. Trump supporters killed three police when they're like three or 5 or 7. You know, by November the 8th, there'll be a hundred police officers who were slaughtered on January 6th. No. The only person who was killed as a direct result of any of the actions of January 6th was a Trump supporter named Ashley babbitt, who was shot dead by a capitol police officer, Capitol Hill police officer. That's the only death. And yet, Carrie Lake managed to answer that question. Without disparaging Brian's sicknick's mother. And yet, it was a splendid response to a CBS reporter attempting to make Carrie Lake look bad.

Do you get into though this idea that the rioters killed anybody? Because the only person that I can see from my analysis that was murdered to straight up murdered on January 6th was Ashley babbitt. Walk us through the actual the tactical setup there because how far were you from that hallway when lieutenant bird fired that fatal shot? Yes. The shot took place in the speaker's lobby, which was behind me. And I would probably say a distance of maybe 50 yards. I was at the doors that lead into the House chamber, trying to make sure that they didn't breach the House chamber. No rioter never got on the House floor, so the left Benny Thompson and everybody. They're telling you that if Ashley babbitt would have jumped through that window into the speaker's lobby, she would have been on the House floor. That is just a false sense. It's not true.

"The guy that killed him, the guy that ran him over, the young 18 year old was calling his mother after the spat, he was walking through. I believe it was an alleyway of some sort. He calls his mother for a second time first calls her and says, hey, do you know this guy or whatever calls her back or she calls back? I forget exactly how it goes. And when she tries to call back, there's no answer. Her son, her son had been killed. By this guy, Shannon Brent, because the guy came back, he first called the police, he left the scene. He comes, he comes back to the scene, he admits that he had run him over. Said he had a little bit of drink. Frankly, I don't care. 41 year old grown behind man. And maybe, you know, Estelle some of the things the spell, some of the things that this country has said about her, not patriots, because I believe patriots know her spirit, the spirit she went there in with a million other people to redress their government over a stolen election, which is really at the heart of the issue. The fact that an election was stolen from this country and we are lost to it. You know, not only January 6th, but look at the downfall of this country and people don't understand that the insurrection was on November 3rd. And the fact that all of this stems from that, you know, and your movie 2000 mules, that sets out. That's proof. You know, and some Nancy says we can't see the 14,000 hours of footage, but there has been some video come forth from the Patriots that were there that day that is pushing the truth to the top. "Thing the mainstream media is obsessed with these days, if you look over at MSNBC or CNN, and I did, big mistake. They are fixated on this audio tape and a book by a couple of New York Times reporters hoping to continue to stir and spotlight divisiveness among the Republicans because Kevin McCarthy was on the phone with Liz Cheney two days after January 6th. And Kevin McCarthy on tape said he was going to suggest that president Trump resign. Which is, of course, absurd. But they had a big pile of chairs, I think we ought to take a little bit of time to have a bit of compassion for how that messed with people's heads.

I'm taking a deep dive in the January six I've been in law enforcement for 30 years and Ashley Babbitt. I was murdered in our nation's capital on January six. Well, mainly, I think they're trying to remind Americans. We've got a lot of fellow Americans who did nothing more than trespassing, exercise our First Amendment right to protest and there's still locked up in jail without bail. Um, no one's talking about them and except for maybe these people who are going out to protest Well, of course it And when you look at January six, and you look at Trump's speech, you look at the time lines and the media doesn't want to really get into all these timelines. But President Trump spoke for 75 minutes he started speaking about three minutes before noon. He spoke until 1:10 P.m. and the first breach, so to speak with a bicycle racks. We're going into the Capitol Police were 15 minutes prior. To the end of Trump's speech. So everybody wants to see it and say that the 5th 30 to $35,000 that were in the Ellipse lifting the trump speech. Those are the ones that went into the capital cause all the destruction they didn't because nobody left. Trump. Uh, speech. People stay there. So it was the extreme far left in the extreme far right? That really caused the problems for us. On January six. It wasn't the Trump supporters that were at his speech because the timeline doesn't match. Let me ask you this congressman. How is it that in places like Harris County Weekend, let criminals out some of them career criminals out NPR bonds and we have people being held in jail for January. 6th. What happened that day I misdemeanor charges with no bond available. How is that even possible? While because the ones up in up in D C. There's a federal, uh, jail in D. C and there is no bail in the federal system. You're either held or you're not. And that's why those individuals have been held up there. You've got some liberal judge and don't surprise you're up in the district of Columbia up there that are being held. But yes, absolutely. What took place down here throughout the entire summer would take place across the entire country with individuals burning our buildings and throwing trails and bottles at law enforcement and every other thing out of their body. Throwing it at law enforcement. Those individuals have been released. Maybe not even any charges at all. You know very very terrible timing. I understand because he's like it's an intense moment. Yeah it should have been direct from his heart to his hands behind his back. Whatever everybody was like he he probably even really honestly as incompetent as he as. He looks like he realized he was. Like you know quick. Exactly who's trying to sneak van. That's yeah you think he's trying to seek it. It really is longer. Maybe even even if that's the case already already did some terrible decides that he wanted. He's the reason they're did what i think this shows is just the body language the fact that it could be. It could be instinctive or reflexive. But he still. He's still seconds watching. That and that could be indicative of an attitude of. Oh i don't really wanna be college longer is is going to be It could be subconscious. maybe thinking subconsciously. He's still working so think when you say let's say it's a habit you think whenever you have a habit left think this you're an intense moment and you're thinking all you're thinking about is how you need to be presentable imperfect or whatever you're trying to be that way so i sometimes i would think that that have it kind of goes out the window because you're constantly thinking about what you're doing. Does that make sense. So maybe what you're saying like he's just he must not be present in the moment. You gotta have the ring or whatever. But i've used to look at my watch if i like. You're always standing behind your hands behind your back or whatever I want to be so worried about that rain that i'm not even going to think about the habit of look at them and watch right. Yeah right you're so singularly focused almost every time i move my hands from around my back to the front or whatever i will look at my watch live in instinctual. So he's not in the moment. Yeah not in the moment dude. Wow well anyway. So that's why he was slamming. Guess for that. that's crazy. That's crazy dude. And then ashley babbitt out here not even getting like not even getting justified. That's that's that's super said. The fact that that officer said oh i would have. Do you watch the interview. Whatever the guy. He said it wouldn't matter whether she was armed or not. That doesn't matter when you're shooting someone armed or not.
