"What is an ai. I company of what is the most decisive. What you think about framing it. The most concise ways annoyingly W-we at that. As i companies is a company that puts a s. But really this is part of the reason. I wrote the book People are starting to understand the imperative to care about. Ai they reading about it so much and hearing just how powerful it is that they don't really know how to bring that into the day to day whether they're you know a line manager company wants to get a promotion whether there's someone running a family business whether starting company the startup otherwise you people don't really know how to bring it into practice and this is why cold at the actress company because i wanted to create this imperative to put a guy fest. What does that mean. It means putting first when you're having your initial conversations about what the next product we gonna build his the next pessimist higher in a what's out policy for x. It's how you price products every conversation. You have at a business. Every day can have an annual on it which helps you ultimately develop a company with this really powerful competitive advantage that gives you and this book teaches people had to have those conversations gives the the vocabulary to have those conversations etc and so to wrap up. That's what an actress company is a company that puts the considerations around a. I had get data had faded into predictive models and how to develop a system that automatically gets better of time. It's a company that puts those considerations into the compensation la so they can build a real a- system that develops competitive advantage themselves rather than just try to sprinkle it on

"FM w Welcome to Dr Thomas alive. This is Dr Tom Rose alive. We are here waiting for you on a day. That's kind of iffy outside, right is supposed to be rain sunshine. Who knows what the client it'll show up? Nevertheless, still in opportunity to get outside. Go for a walk. Get a little exercise enjoy the day, But in the meantime, we have a very opportune program for you one. That's we talked about kind of indirectly, sometimes very directly. Not only on the program but in the office, and we're going to talk about the impact of emotion on your health and on your wellness question. What happens when You know that Tiger gets ahold of you and really starts non at your back and and how his body begins to break down a little bit, but to go back and forth with this, I need somebody who's really expert at it. And somebody who really knows the subject. Well, and who am I talking about? None other than our natural Patrick physician. In the result, Senator Healing office Stephanie Pino. Dr Pena. Welcome again. The weather is looking a little weird out there. But you know, there are some people walking around. That's good. It is, you know, and you get out yesterday I went for a ride, and I went out to Ah, Friends house and picked up a couple of things. But it was a perfect day. Then all of a sudden The clouds opened up in the rain hit and you really could even see in front of you was coming down so heavily that I was in the western suburbs out the Ashbourne Ashbourne area, but it it was just unbelievable. I hate to think what would happen if this was snow? I mean, we'd be buried and like for 10 years now, having said that, let's you know we're talking about emotional impact, anxiety, depressions, spot processes all those things and how they have an impact. On immunological response is, if you will emotions, emotion has an impact on your health. So We've gone through several months now of anxiety. We have adults and Children are in a state of depression. I don't think there's any of us that it hasn't had even you know the first line defenders, If you will. The heroes is they're putting out the people we're dealing with with all of this. Because and some of it is is Riel, and some of it is the hyperbole. If you will of buying into a scenario that could be right, and some of it could be wrong, and I want to discuss it and loved to discuss it with our listeners today, and they all they need to do is cause that Triple 86309625 and we'll take those phone calls and discuss the topic. But Let's get into a little bit and let's start with something very basic. What does emotion have to do with someone's health and perceptive reception if you will of incoming bacteria, viral patterns and pathogens that ultimately end up in something called sickness. But we know overall intends Tio not make a really impact, but at the same time, it's something that we can change probably easier than the outside environment and quicker than we can change the inside environment. Well, too. We know that as you're saying anxiety fear depression is open all the time now, especially since March in February, But essentially, what's also happening is and I'd like to discuss to is the fact that it's been going on the whole time like we've always had. To put our emotions aside, even for a physical health is only see patients come into the office where we get asked questions. About how do we address mental health issues, different types of emotions. How does that correlate with physical health? We know that it slows down chronic healing process is chronic pain tends to be worse. If we don't have the support systems in place and different people, we can work with it even different types of therapies. We know that that can lead to more and more issues. It gets steeper and a lot of times. People even have trouble expressing what they're feeling to begin with, so they don't have a diagnosis or an idea of where to start. So really opening up the conversation with a lecture. Levin are like this is a good place for people to start with, because they do know that they're not alone up there and that there is consequences that they're probably not figuring that their emotions are affecting their physical health, immune health. Being one of them here we are trying to protect ourselves our immune system. From the covert virus and everything else is going on. Essentially when you think about it, no one's really looking at the emotional side of it. So this is a great opportunity to kind of dive into that. But then what we do when You know, we have normal issues, normal stressors that trigger our emotional impact as well. But the thing that I want to get into his wells and people need to understand our listeners need to really appreciate is that emotions can be positive Emotions could be negative emotions can be supportive and healing. Emotions can be ah, in a very subtle A continuous suppressive way, knocking out our in neurological responses, and subsequently we become more predisposed. If you will, to all kinds of things that a place I've had years of being able to follow and treat and Learn from some of the Masters when it comes to how the mind body connection works, and that's really what we're talking about. In our practice. We'd talk about three things that cause anything either injury to the nervous system. Biochemical by electrical insult all the things that around this examination is, if you would, and the third piece is the emotional piece, and that's how the mind works and or the mind interprets and Adapts and you know, puts upon our system there was. The body can heal virtually anything but can also destroy anything. And that's what we have to be very, very careful the words that we use the thought process that we agreed to the applications based on things that are outside of us, and you know, we have to take that too. But Because here's the the beginning Consideration take us through. That emotion and immune system response relative to a basic scenario were afraid of something. We are constant state of Ah Ah Perceptive jeopardy. And what happens to our body's immunological response is why does that have such a powerful impact? Sure, And the good thing about this is that it's something that's built into our system to actually help us to keep us alive. Because when you were mentioning the tiger running after us, it was a survival mechanism. But when it gets overblown in one way other than it's just Tio, you can only survive by changing off where energy Spence is a spent running away from the tiger or defend me from illness. So one of these just think Think of is our nervous system is broken up into the economic system that essentially has this sympathetic system, which is our fight breaking free system and then our parasympathetic system are rest digest and reproduced system. Essentially when we have that stressor, no matter what it is, And even if it's in our mind is a stressor, which is a good point to bring up. It doesn't have to always be physically in front of us the fear of the unknown and that's Could be even more so what's going on right now? Our body's going to respond without us having to think about it. And so if when that fight flight mode, which is basically getting us ready to run from the tiger to respond in the fight or to freeze in place. Basically, we have to basically be creased some of our other system so our immune system goes down. We're trying to get all the blood circulation to our muscles to our hearts, our lungs to breathe. So what happens is that the systems that are in place to take time like our rest? I just zone they need more time T relax. So essentially, what's happening is that the immune system needs a decrease in order to get the blood flow where it needs to go. And so we have to sacrifice Our basic functions. And so sometimes things like digestion also kind of become an issue. And you see that more and more people with chronic stress may have digestive issues They may have cooked in processing things, sleep issues as well to. So all of those issues. Digestion asleep are part of the immune system. We can't just let one system go down in order to save the other. You know, in today's world, particularly over the last many months, you hear people talk about hopelessness, Despair. Ah, rejection, sadness, depression, anxiety,.

Yeah, I definitely out. An also I pretty much the only. Covers all the home games at the woman. So there's sort of combo of like you being a woman and also yeah, being definitely not looking like a bunch of the old fuddy duddy white guys in the press box. I was definitely going and just because being a new beat writer and having ever done it before that was kind of nerve racking enough definitely the terror of my goal was just an athlete would question. "I mean, this is this is the type of movie I grew up with and when you think of attack the block, that that is a fantastic movie. That is such a fun movie that I know Edgar right really helped with it was like Edgar right. Really I think he helped produce that movie. So Edgar right eye for talent, Joe Cornish here we go. I think this is he waited a long time to do this movie because I feel like he wanted something to sink his teeth into what a great first trailer. I mean, I'm in this looks fantastic period's going to be even more fun for viewers to watch this movie because of who the lead is. Ashbourne circus of course, is the son of somebody who's been around cinema for awhile? He's Andy circuses kid? Yeah, I thought he, I mean, not just for that reason, but he definitely has that kind of young lead field. I just read it right now. I watch the trailer and I was like, oh, this kid looks. Then you find out that I did know that going into it, but you could just see that he could command the screen in this trailer. The thing that I was trying to kind of play out in my mind a little while I was watching it is what would I've thought of this trailer? If I didn't know the Joe Cornish was the director in admittedly, I might have been a little skeptical about certain effects that we see in this. But when I go back to attack the block and how he captures the aliens in attack the block, I get all that confidence just flooding back again that he is going to be able to nail all the visuals in this movie. But really it just looks like fun. I want a fun adventure with some charming characters, and that is exactly what we got in this trailer. And clearly I am a. Huge, huge attack the block fan. I've watched that movie way too many times I would even want to admit. So it's about time. He got back behind the lens and I really hope this pans out as well as that one did Patrick Stewart plead playing Merlin and Rebecca Ferguson is playing the villain in this film to. "Of the original government backing of the internet the original companies that had ended up over there and then that kind of sprouted other other tech businesses right and seems like that happened with you and so you started hosting company you sold at hosting company right garage the i saw that to a canadian corporation called entirely digital their base that are toronto they acquire smaller hosting companies um and yeah i got an hosting a ride after i was doing some contracting look at you unit and other companies doing microsoft and cisco stuff and then i got into hosting because my brother was doing some freelance web designed so he was at come host some of my sites that the time owes like what is webhosting and this is in about two thousand three and then i launched a bio four but a website up and immediately started getting some hits its are you know someone else's hosting initially we did resell yeah initially what i it is i actually got iraq at a server a company in a houston called arrack shack ev one serve moore's baid then were acquired by a larger hosting company i i you actually got your own servers you put them in in a cold room somewhere the i initially and on you at the beginning and which was a mistake we seat thing called c panel now see panel still around now it's huge but at the time these joe can say it's a panel i was very basic so we put a c panel on a basic so run and some server and it was very buggy so then i jumped into another company based in baltimore maryland called allen banza and that was a full hosting solution their servers were very expensive i remember was a grand a month per server and they gave you the control panel of hosting server excuse me and the billing system and i started reselling dot luckily at the time hosting was a lot more expensive so i became profitable pretty quickly um but yeah i did eventually resolved then i got my own servers in ashbourne and another data center called raging wire.
