"Like, said it over alerts. Sarah came to me this week and she was like Zor can shut that thing off. I'm getting alerts all the time and I long along ahead. Getting all the alerts just because what one? but I think we we were you with that. was you know okay, so you have sight, Hound and now? Which? I. Think honestly if you are upset about the over alerts now. Definitely, don't go to Blue Iris because Sight Hound definitely has better obviously a I it's the most accurate for alerts, and it has the people tracking built in and everything like that I have in the alerts on Laris even the mobile app the way that when you get an alert and you hit the alert. It doesn't take you to that video. It just opens the out so there's a lot of things that I think. Is probably better for almost everyone especially for you, Jim. It's really for the rare use case for people like me who I have a usually two or three monitors in my house open all the time showing all my cameras I. Just Kinda like that. I even have now raspberry pie in the living room, and when the TV's not watching something I switched the input, so it's just playing all the cameras. It's just and so for me. That's not possible aside hound. But. For, most people, I think sight hound is the way to go. That's what kind of determined is that the the AI in their the alerts are so much better insight. Hound that I think now I see where the price difference comes into. especially with all that stuff is just built in. So yeah I mean so I think what I've really learned. Just in summary of what I was just talking about is kind of what I just told Jim Right. I think for the most. If you are willing to spend the money on Sight Hound, I think it's. It's by far way easier to set up. It's got much more accurate. Triggers for alerts and much better recording right without setting up something complex. Just mentioned you guys. In the use case where union more control over users, you want more web control when you're not right in front of the machine, you need the nice grid of screens, especially like in a business environment, I think is probably a little bit better for business. Environment us because you know, we have a security guard seeing monitoring it twenty four seven. That's where blue irises probably a better fit. But I think Sight Hound wins in these cases. But moving on real quick, another interesting story, and and like I said so this is we're GonNa talk about I I swapped my modem out, and usually that's not very exciting, but this left my head scratching a little bit. So the reason I bought a modem was simply because I was paying ten bucks a month to Cox Communications for the rental of their newest panoramic Wifi it's actually. Shrimp here, let me grab. So? This is the latest and greatest from Cox. This is this what you can get panoramic? WIFI right? It's a dachshund. Three point one modem. And, apparently the wife is good I had it in bridge mode, but it's this is the best thing you can get. You cannot get anywhere from Cox. And, always paying them ten dollars a month for it. That's the reason I switched or so I thought. So I grabbed the heiress surfboard SB. Eighty two hundred. It's a three point one doctors modem. And here's what I noticed. I had been doing speed tests right up until now and I paid for the gigabit plan, but I was capped out at five hundred, and not it was almost like it was a hard coded cap, because it wasn't like it would fluctuate over five hundred ever it would speed test hit five hundred and just flat line, and so when I talked to Cox and when the guy came out and fix it the first time he said. Yeah, you know like there's they're throttling people back a little bit because the pandemic just to make sure everyone can have good Internet access you know, so you might see your speeds. Pre a lot lower than your gigabit. Obviously half this point I accepted that was like five hundred good enough for me right now. If the stick around hope, I would probably complain a little bit. If this you know went into the next few months stayed five hundred when I'm paying for a bit. I would've been more upset, but I get. It I understood that. And, but the other thing I noticed was that. On the unified devices, so you guys know I had the Cox Modem in bridge mode, and I use untangle from my router on custom hardware, and then for my access points I use the UBIQUITY AC. Pros I have two of them in my home and the one nice thing about those. When you open up the controller, you can see how much congestion is on the different channels that you're using for your access points and I noticed that. That on the two point, four gigahertz spectrum no matter if I chose one six or eleven, I was constantly getting a lot of interference with the other cool thing you can do with ubiquity as you can go into neighboring access points or neighboring networks. Remember what they call it, but essentially you can pop up and it will say hey here. All the networks, their signal strength that are near yours and I had one with a hidden ssid. That was ninety nine percent signal strength, Michael. That super weird. That's like in my house. Because all the rest of them I can tell our neighbors and they're in like. The highest one is sixty percent signal strength. Most the other ones are in like the twenties to forties two. Zero to ten right, but nothing at ninety nine percent signal strength, and, but it was weird that ubiquity showed as a hidden. But I didn't notice what I popular with my phone that now there was a Cox Wifi. Network. In my house strength, so what I figured out was that. Cox was actually doing the same thing. I think spectrum or charter, or you know one of them. A, while back to this I, think might have been verizon to Essentially. They started using. If you were using their equipment in their home, they would have your network esociety out there your private one, but then all of the ones that everyone houses was also emitting in this case, a Cox Wifi network that Cox subscribers could connect you essentially creating like a massive spread of Koch Wifi. Across the cities right, you've a lot of people with the modems, and you had no ability to turn this off because I didn't even know it existed until I kind of started to look around. You know once all your Wifi is set up in your house. How often are you opening the Wifi settings and looking through the local networks that are around you not very often for at least. So when I did that. I noticed the Cox Wifi are interesting so I went back into the Cox Modem and sure enough. There's no way doesn't even tell you. It's doing it no way to turn it off. It's in full bridge mode. So I I had to do that so I swapped out long story short guys. A long story because you know, Jim was gone, so how long? Thanks for yeah, just.

We're seeing the two ten yield curve spread excuse me up around eighteen nineteen basis points at kind of double topped up on twenty two twenty three seeing a little bit of a flattening of that to ten spread which is going to continue to pressure. The financials that being said, here's we take a look at the care re this purple line right here is the two hundred m a we're below that the broader market different sectors are testing the two hundred eight. So again, we have underperformance in the banks that being said, we might be able to trace a little bit of inverse sensual this year, if there's going to be a little bit of a retest, and we do push up that would be great up around the fifty to fifty three Mark in Kerry would be constructive. But there's a lot of wood to chop above that being said, I do own a Bank in my portfolio. I own Bank of America. It's best in breed and XL f same concept with Bank of America to exa left. Look at the ratio, basically. Bank divided XL f is this line is going up Bank is outperforming the the Financial's same thing two hundred smack dab into it. We've been hanging around there for a while we've backed off a little bit here and Bank of America if we can hold some support and again shop through one hundred day constructive, I own Bank of America. If we don't hold lower levels, which show you on this next sharp. All right. We're going to talk about it right around the twenty six twenty seven Mark. There's a gap in Bank of America. If we close that gap and don't find a bid, I'm going to bail as they said financials are under performing a regional Bank, really really good relative strength..

"You know the now you have to figure out how to coexist the you have to figure out how to exist as teammates now because before the part was i didn't understand that is not in having enough appreciation for at the time when i was younger and i do now is just at the time that i'm spending with all these guys they are getting of very very intimate look in terms of who i am you're at all times sometimes more than my family gets to see go so i'm around the mary sunam working and now you have to figure out how this environment can be conducive for everyone here to still feel like they can be themselves who in a very comfortable setting while still playing at a very high level in the expectations are skyhigh because of the talent that were surrounded with so you combat all that stuff try to mix it end in you know you just you just function as a team and that that's one of these things the in team sports that is just like the arri in chemistry is someone match yes you end up seeing some one in a very very new light because you get to see the ups and downs yeah the and heating to maximum potential that they can physically and mentally give you like it and then while still dealing with the same factors audio with which is life the alec via hemley like their their their goals their intentions in people talk about that like to the other teammates are you cut editor one kinda leave that like what standard procedure there.
