Has Fox News Turned on President Trump?
"And it sounds like Fox News has turned on president Trump. Did Fox News carry his rally in Waco? If not, why not? Because if they didn't, and I don't believe they did. I think newsmax carried it, but I don't believe Fox News certainly none of the other networks carried it. And it's a huge story because it was the really the first official campaign rally for president Trump's 2024 effort. And if Fox News didn't carry it as I suspect they did not and for one of their stars, Brian kilmeade to go scorched earth on Trump the way he did, I mean, clearly Fox News is pulling for somebody else. I mean, kilmeade is also somebody who wants blamed Trump for January 6th as I understand it. But it's not just these guys don't do these take these positions in a vacuum, believe me. I know enough about how TV networks work and how cable news works. This is all calculated. And it's a, it's a big deal. It's a big deal. And, you know, I don't think I don't have anything personal against Brian kilmeade, he's a nice guy. He just hates Trump evidently. Brian kilmeade thinks Trump should ignore the very real possibility that he's about to get arrested over this nondisclosure agreement payment that he's supposedly made to stormy Daniels. You think he's going to look the other way from that?

The Latest Hunter Biden Developments Are Absolutely Stunning
"Story is absolutely stunning to me. If you needed any evidence that the Biden family aren't just corrupt, but traitorous, this story does it. That laptop from hell is causing some real damage to the Biden family. So the media would love you to be focusing on Trump and desantis and everything else they don't want you to focus on the border crisis. They don't want you to focus on, you know, lord forbid, you know, a bank collapse, all right? They don't want you to focus on any of that stuff that the Biden administration is causing and the damage that they're doing. So they stay fixated on former president Trump. Partly because they are scared of them, and they hate them, but also because it's an easy distraction because they know that most people have some type of emotional connection to Donald Trump, either they absolutely love them, or they absolutely hate them. I don't think there's a lot of people that are that are in between, but you know, but maybe, yeah, okay, I take that back. I'm sure there's some people that are in between, but nonetheless, this story is one of the most damaging stories that I've read. I want you to hear this audio clip. A Miranda Devine was on Fox News last night, and I want you to hear what she has to say about this. This is absolutely insane. This takes this family from corrupt to straight up traitorous. Audio clip number three popov Chan. Actually bizarre. I mean, it's another bizarre twist on an already bizarre story about the Biden family and the cast of characters involved in their influence peddling scheme around the world. And doctor gal loft is the latest one. He is an Israeli energy expert, a professor, he was arrested in Cyprus as you said, and is still in a Cyprus jail. He's charged apparently with gun running and Farah violations and various things. And he claims that he is innocent and that he's only been arrested to shut him up about what he knows about the Biden family business. And you know, a lot of his story does check out. He is regarded in his orbit in Washington, D.C. as, you know, he's well regarded. He's a legitimate energy expert. He's a former high ranking officer in the Israeli defense force. He has multiple degrees and he also talks about this FBI mole that he claims Hunter Biden used to tip off his Chinese partners that there was an FBI investigation into them. And there is some corroboration of that from the reporting that we've already done from the laptop. We know that Hunter Biden did have contacts within the FBI. We know that he used them to benefit at least one of his Chinese business

Hunter Biden Used FBI Mole Named 'One-Eye' to Tip Him Off
"Want to get to a couple of stories that are big stories. Have you guys heard about this? Have you heard about this? Okay. Have tip New York Post. Hunter Biden used an FBI mole named one eye. To tip them off to China. To tip them off to China pro, so I had tipped New York Post. Again, thank you forgot manhunter Biden had an FBI mode named one eye who tipped off his Chinese business partners that they were under investigation. This, according to an Israeli energy expert arrested in Cyprus last month on gun running charges. That's going to be very significant. So hold that in your mind. Gun, running charges, gun running charges. Doctor gal luft was arrested to keep quiet in my opinion, but the House oversight committee with James comer has gotten involved and now they're investigating what is an explosive claim by doctor Gallo. He's a former Israel defense forces lieutenant colonel. He has deep intelligent ties in Washington and Beijing and he says he was arrested to stop him from revealing what he knows about the Biden family and the FBI corruption as well. Details he actually told the DoJ way back in 20 19.

Brandon Straka Reacts to the Potential Arrest of Donald Trump
"I want to get your reaction to when you saw that Trump may be arrested because this is clearly political persecution, the January 6th there's yourself. Many other people have also experienced political persecution, pro life people, and so on. And so what is kind of your reaction to something like that happening when you've experienced that happening to you also? Well, to me, it's really a clear indication that I've been saying for a while now, certainly the last two years, as I've gone through this, that, you know, we've known for a long time that the left has taken over the entertainment industry. They've taken over the school systems, academia. They've taken over so many aspects of our society and culture, but I think the most frightening aspect is them taking over the criminal justice system. And I think that there's evidence all across the board from left to right that this is what's happening. And coming after Trump supporters, including people in their 60s and 70s with no criminal record and sending the FBI to break their door down. And abduct them and take them away to Washington, D.C. in the middle of the night is obviously gut wrenching and sickening enough. But then to see the kind of brazen callousness of going after a former president and a current candidate, the most popular candidate on the right side who's running for president, to me, it just speaks to this incredibly brazen attitude that they have. That they're accountable to nobody. They can do anything that they want. They tend to continuously pretend like 74 million people at minimum who supported Donald Trump voted for Donald Trump don't exist, like we're not real. And we saw that even immediately after the 2020 election, when you had more than 74 million people crying out that we wanted to have the 2020 election authenticated that we wanted forensic audit that we wanted to make sure that we could feel safe and secure that our elections were safe and secure.

Caller Unhappy With Dr. Sebastian Gorka's Criticism of Ron DeSantis
"I was hoping to take a minute, maybe 90 seconds and address the top of my Friday, I think. All the people that are just outright attacking Ron DeSantis the past couple of days. And I saw an interview last night. Our newsmax, where the whole interview Brian understand us. And then they brought in a couple of people to respond to runs interview and one of the people with sub gorka. And I'm just on fire after sub gorka said that Seth was all wrapped up about Santa's being silenced for two whole days. After the Trump announcement that he was going to be arrested and then he was mad about sub was mad about Ron DeSantis using the term hush money for a porn star. And he was upset because others were thinking about that's what the case is about. Hush money to a porn stock. But what really got to me was when this was a quote, Ron DeSantis looked into a camera. Point this thing, everyone said, you are a former jag rang, meaning judge efficacy general. Rule of law should matter to you. And I thought I was just, I just went back. For the past year, I'd just like to remind everybody that in April of 2022, Ron DeSantis signed a bill banning CRT from Florida schools from kindergarten to 12th grade. In August of 2022, he formed the election crimes in security office, which has been very successful, but he's looking in the voter fraud. Also in August of 22, Ron DeSantis fired that Soros prosecutor Andrew Warren for not doing his job. I want how many people remember that in September of 2022. We

A fourth officer, Desmond mills, voluntarily surrendered his certification. His lawyer said it's meaningless at this point, and that his time was better spent defending his client, saying mills was wrongly indicted on the second degree murder count. The lawyer for another fired officer maintained that Nichols was violent during the stop. Which is big news for newsmax. I'm sure they're celebrating over there. Here's Eric. Talking to our colleague, Sebastian gorka, and doctor G doesn't sound like he's much of a Ron DeSantis fan. Let's just say the governor of Florida has not shout himself in glory in the last four days. Let's remind everybody that president Trump is a resident of the state of Florida that he is governor of. He says nothing for 48 hours about the impending arrest of the 45th and potentially 47th president of the United States. And then in the press conference on Monday on another topic he's asked and he does this snarky thing twice. He has to talk about hush money for porn stars twice and get giggles from the peanut gallery. It's an NDA. I signed an NDA with president Trump in 2015 and I ain't no porn star. I was writing security papers for the presidential nominee debate and an NDA is absolutely normal. So the idea that he says this is none of our business I'm going to concentrate on Florida. Sex trafficking plea deal unending 'nightmare' for Texas mom
"A Texas mother says she'll never stop fighting to get justice for her daughter, who was sex trafficked by two men who received probation under a plea deal she's questioning. For San Antonio mother erma Reyes. Like a nightmare that I can't wake up. In 2017, her teenage daughter was put in rehab for substance abuse, but she ran away in days later, advertised online as being available for dates with men. Two men were allegedly renting her and another girl out for sex. And taking half their money, the men were arrested, San Antonio detective, Manuel and Guiana says they had solid evidence from video receipts and cell phone data. I don't think I've ever worked a case that had more evidence or actually work done on it. After years of delays and changes in prosecutors, the two suspects pleaded no contest. And wound up being sentenced to 7 years probation. It's one of many sex trafficking cases in Texas under the office of attorney general Ken Paxton. Now, under scrutiny. I'm Jackie Quinn

Raz0rfist Unpacks What We're Witnessing in America Right Now
"Are we witnessing in America right now? Because it's really weird for me, raise a fish that I come to this nation as an immigrant who's been naturalized. He's worked in The White House, who was born and raised in the mother of democracies, the home of the Magna Carta, but whose parents escaped a communist regime whose father was actually liberated by freedom fighters from a political prison. And I'm at a point where I have to admit things like America has political prisoners. You know, I've had the family members of the January 6th who have been imprisoned for two years without an arraignment. And I look at the idea that a man who's not only a former president who to use a British term is the current leader of the opposition, is about to be arrested on a trumped up charge that even if it were true would be a misdemeanor slap on the wrist and a fine. Am I overstating the case? Or are we at risk of losing the republic to those who think that the mechanisms of the state are there for political targeting of their adversaries? It's true. And I think it's a fundamental, it's an inversion of the philosophy upon which the country was founded. The reason I made that Abraham Lincoln video wasn't because I harbor any kind of grudge against Abraham Lincoln. It was because Abraham Lincoln is one of the fathers of a belief that the government is ruling from the top down and lording over the states and that the states, in fact, Lincoln literally argued this, the states were created by the union. Historically, that's absurd. When England finally surrendered, they acknowledged each individual state by name as sovereign separate nations, right? And then they formed a union later on. This is really sort of sadly. It's interesting you bring that up. It's apropos to the point. Biden is a believer in this as well. And many of his followers, unfortunately, are this believe that ultimately the government, the federal government, is what gives us our rights.

Raz0rfist Reacts to Ron DeSantis' Latest Trump Comments
"Reza, you recently did a video on desantis, vice the dawn. Let's have a little reminder of what the governor of Florida had to say on Monday about the impending arrest of the 45th president. You're talking about this situation with and look, I don't know what goes into paying hush money to a porn star to secure silence over some type of alleged affair. I can't speak to that. But what I can speak to is that if you have a prosecutor who is ignoring crimes happening every single day in his jurisdiction and he chooses to go back many, many years ago to try to use something about porn star hush money payments, that's an example of pursuing a political agenda and weaponizing the office. And I think that that's fundamentally wrong. Well, brave words, it's fundamentally wrong. He said nothing over the weekend on Monday he didn't give it a statement he responded to a question from a journalist and not once, but twice he had to put that little digging hush money for a pawn star. Your reaction to the governor of the state in which the 45th president resides who, by the way, is a former jag in the navy. Yeah, you didn't. You don't think he maybe saw the, was it Rasmussen or one of the quinnipiac polls that had him a couple of points down to Trump in the Republican primary in his own state. This last week, maybe? Yeah. That was published shortly before he finally made a statement. So yeah, I think that probably had a little bit of something to do with it. It just to me more than anything came across like sometimes Ron DeSantis can come across at his best like the adult in the room. Other times he comes across as painfully politician. You know what I mean? And there's a reason that when politicians in just Viagra, they get taller. You know what I mean? There's a reason for that. And Ron DeSantis at his worst reminds you of that.

But tell me if I'm wrong. Look, I'm a guy. I'm happily married now for 26 years. But no woman I've been associated with prior to my marriage, any of my girlfriends or my trysts, none of them would I publicly in front of millions call a horse face because I think it would look bad on me. Monica Crowley: Interesting Turn of Events in NYC Trump Case
"I'm curious to know your take on what's happening right now in New York. Something is up. And I'm wondering if Trump in his brilliance was able to really thwart what could have been his arrest. It's a very, very interesting turn of events, isn't it? Because somebody obviously leaked late, I guess, Friday night. And by the way, I was at Mar-a-Lago on Friday night. I emceed the Republican organization's Lincoln day dinner for Palm Beach county in Florida. It was held up Mar-a-Lago. I was very honored to be the MC and very honored to introduce president Trump. And I was with him that night. I introduced him and gave me a big hug and a kiss and then gave a fantastic speech. He didn't rely anything, but obviously he had heard something by late Friday night and then of course we got the news later that night or the next morning. Look, somebody broadcasted this to the world. And all heck broke loose, right? As we saw now, it's becoming crystal clear according to all these leaks that even a Manhattan grand jury which has been impaneled now for years on this subject, years. And by the way, there's no original crime. There's no concealment of a crime. There's no secondary crime and it's way out of the statute of limitation. So there is literally nothing here. They've wasted New York taxpayer money in impeding this grand jury for years at a time on this thing. But now it looks like Alvin Bragg canceled the grand jury yesterday and today and it looks like they're having difficulty convincing even a panel of liberals who probably hate Donald Trump in New York that there has been a crime committed here and that they should hand up an indictment.

Will Alvin Bragg Try to Arrest Donald Trump at All?
"Don't think this is going to happen that the district attorney Alvin Bragg in New York City is not going to arrest Donald John Trump. I think that he sees the writing on the wall here. Now, yesterday, a letter serviced. That seems to indicate that Donald Trump was not involved in the hush money payment to stormy Daniels. And this letter, it's pretty condemning. And this could be one of the reasons why the grand jury has not been meeting yesterday's proceedings were canceled. Today's proceedings canceled again. There's word that the district attorney may call the grand jury bank for, but not because of Donald Trump. As a matter of fact, the reporting of NBC News says that they may not even address the Trump issue until next Monday. But I think what's happened here is that team Trump has been pretty masterful at playing all of this out. They had heard the rumblings and they got out ahead of the story. But the reality here is that Michael Cohen, in this letter, it's pretty evident that he had everything to do with this and Donald Trump had nothing to do with the hush money payment made to one stormy Daniels. "And when you hear people say that it could hurt him in the long run, they're really specifically talking about donors, the big donors saying, okay, well, this is too much of a liability. We're not going to back him anymore. We're not going to give him the big dollars to his pack. You know, he won on so little in 2016, one could say that maybe he doesn't need that again. This go around, you know, I tend to think it helps him more than it hurts him because with the regular voters, they're not in line with the donor class anyway. Now that donor class is increasingly shifting to Ron DeSantis as is Fox News. In fact, well before this, months ago, by the end of last year, I already heard that Fox News host major ones like Laura Ingraham, which we saw last week or making their shift to the fantasies. That's something that the network at the top has wanted to do. So Trump's already lost them anyway, but it doesn't seem to have hurt him. What the people, I guess it just remains to be seen. Look, this Manhattan DA's want to push forward with it. That's not the only one. I think it's still likely that the Biden DoJ tries to come up with some sort of charges. And charge him federally because really that has been their goal since day one. I think it's been pretty clear. I think Merrick Garland has been pretty open about that being what they want to do. He'll always say, well, you know, no one's about the law and he will never say they won't indict the former president. He leaves that door open and talking to people behind the scenes. I know that that's definitely conversations and the goal that they're working towards. Look, a lot of can happen in the next less than two years. And we've been, you always think, I remember covering The White House, you always thought, well, once we get through this, I'll tell you, you know, then it's gonna be good. And it's not been that. We've been this now, Donald Trump has been such a disruptive force in American politics. And whether you thought he did a great job or not, or if you got maybe he could have done a few things better or he maybe should have fired a few people, which I think I would have liked to see a lot of different personnel in The White House and I hope if he's there again. I mean, he plays as a role uphill battle getting there, especially considering our elections have not been fixed, but I would hope he's learned some personnel tips since then to put it nicely. He was a disruptive force. And he did more than anything he was a flashlight. And he revealed what our members of Congress on both sides of the aisle were really doing. He was more of a people are more aware of the uni party that includes the so called Republicans and Democrats more than ever before. And since then, since the day he came into the picture, they have furiously and with panic try to stop him and his movement, but he's awake in so many people. It is now beyond Donald Trump. Now, he's still the face of it that people, that Genie is not going back in the box and I can tell you having been in that swamp for so long.

"I think you definitely serve several purposes, right? Like you said, there's the banking crisis. There's also the continued fallout from the so called vaccine. This comes shortly after the revelations for project veritas in regards to that Pfizer executive and also the fact that the Ukraine conflict is not going the way that The Pentagon, the Biden administration, assured us it would go. And we continue to throw billions more over there as it escalates and puts our own national security at risk. That further escalated with the shooting down of the drone with the revelations about our likely involvement with the destruction of the pipeline, America is in a very, very sensitive place right now. We don't have the military. We don't have the supplies within our defense in order to even really engage in a major conflict should say China decide they really want to do something. And Americans are becoming more aware of it. So yes, this is another look at that shiny object, and it also serves the purpose to go ahead and start trying to take care of Donald Trump as he is the most viable candidate right now on the Republican nomination for 2024, and it is, here's what I think people should pay attention to, especially Republicans, is that this is all happening while we have a majority in the House. Now, I understand that they don't, you don't have the Senate really. So they're limited on what they can do, but there's a lot they can do. So wash very closely what Republicans do during this, what they say, but especially what they do because they promise a lot. They're supposed to be accountability and so far, things just continue to head in the direction that the Biden administration or Democrats want it to. Yeah. Yeah, I wanted to get your reaction to why you think maybe some people are speaking up on this topic. Some people have not spoken up. I am curious to see as the days go on, what some people's response might be, but I guess do you think that that is something people should be paying attention to this week as some people don't comment on this topic? Absolutely. I don't think there's any need for equivocation here. We're talking about a former sitting president who is now a candidate for the presidency again. Being arrested by his political opponent. That is no small matter. That is, that is threatening to our very country. No matter what party you're in, and those GOP hopefuls for the presidential nomination, whether they're in or out, should be definitive, they should have very strong statements on what this threat is to our country and actually what it means. If they can't say that at this point, you have to question them because I don't understand it. Now, I know that Ron DeSantis did get asked about it. Just a little earlier. Today, I believe, and he said there were more important issues to focus on and he and Florida were going to really get involved in it. But this is, it might be in New York matter, but Donald Trump is a resident in his state now. He is governor and he is also probably based on everything I hear getting into the race himself especially if he is.

Some people are saying that because there's another witness coming forth today that maybe it won't happen tomorrow. But either way, what was kind of your reaction to seeing this news over the weekend? Well, not shocking for me. I've been saying since last year that the plan ultimately for Democrats, whether it's the Biden DoJ at the federal level, or you've got the states that are also New York, which we're seeing with Alvin Bragg, and then Georgia down in county, the district attorney down there, trying to arrest Trump. We knew it was coming. Now, am I a little bit surprised that it can be a state level charge before the actual federal charges from the DoJ? Yeah, I'm a little bit surprised by that, 'cause I'll be honest, I've been talking to people since early last year within the DoJ that are not exact exactly Biden activists like the majority of the DoJ, then that is ultimately the goal under Merrick Garland. They've been looking at a way to arrest Donald Trump. There was some thought that it would even come on federal charges before January. There was some talk before the midterm elections, but I don't think they quite have it lined up. So the real question is here, I think, is how involved is the federal level. The DoJ in Washington D.C. with this state level charge. Now, either this Manhattan district attorney is going outside of the Biden administration and just going ahead or either there's some consideration that there's possibly a buying DoJ. We know a former former attorney from the DoJ, the Biden DoJ has been former. So it's now being hired or has been hired to help with building this case. So you could say there is some level of Biden federal orchestration on this, but it is the actual now acting officials in the DoJ in D.C. helping to orchestrate this impossibly. It is because they can't build the case with what they want to be a January 6th charges. And they're just looking at a way to get him in any possible way they can and then watch the dominoes fall from there. No matter what, even if it's state level or federal level, this is a former sitting president of the United States. So it has major major implications for our republic in that you everyone will be asking, you have to question, are we still a constitutional republic when you can arrest your political opponent who has been a president on these kind of drummed up charges? I mean, I know you probably looked into it, Danielle.

If you're a regular dinesh d'souza listener, then you've probably heard me on here before since I'm the only person who substitutes for him. It's a bit like The Godfather, everyone, everything stays in the family. So I'm kidding, but no, I love doing the podcast. You may just find that dinesh and I agree on everything, but I may be even more conservative. So you'll see. But I host a regular show on epic times called counterculture, and I love doing it. I cover news of the week, but especially important cultural and social issues. And that's where you can find a lot of my content, my videos, my thoughts on everything. So today, we're going to be talking about reports of Trump potentially being arrested. Trump posted about this on his truth, social this weekend. He said, quote, the far and away leading Republican candidate and former president of the United States of America will be arrested on Tuesday of next week. And naturally, social media erupted. People were outraged and rightly so. We're also going to be talking to independent journalist emerald Robinson about all of this and more. So let's get started. This is the dinesh d'souza podcast.

"6th has now happened. He knows the effect of the language that he used that day and how it led to violence. And here he is coming very close to that language again. It makes it very hard to avoid the conclusion that he is willing to use the threat of violence as part of his political strategy. Okay, but by the way, this is also a wonderful way for them to backfill in entire rationale for arresting him in the first place. The man, it's completely circular. He's so dangerous that we have to arrest him. And then if you protest his arrest, then that's unbelievably dangerous, which is why we have to rest him. It's incredibly circular. So you can see what the left is doing right here. All of the incentives are aligned in other words for this to happen. Chekhov's gun has to be used. Do I think that Trump is going to get arrested and that I do. I think at some point somebody is going to rush in his item. He's like, I don't think that they can withhold themselves from doing it. I just don't think they can stop themselves. And so they will. And the fallout from that, well, we have yet to see that. Meanwhile, speaking of people who probably should be arrested, more details are now coming out about the Biden family and the payoffs they receive from China. The FBI has been investigating Hunter Biden for apparently the last 200 years. They launched their investigation into Hunter Biden and his corruption and his drug problems and all that stuff back in like 2018. Again, it's now 2023. So I don't know why it takes the FBI years and years and years to come up with anything. But I mean, we now have some fairly significant details about exactly how the money flowed inside the Biden family. The Biden family has been capitalizing off the Biden name for a very long time. The only question is whether Joe himself received any money. That really is the only question because every single other member of his family, his brothers, his kids, there were receiving money off the Biden name from foreign sources. Last week, in a development notice only by the right, but completely ignored by the left. The House committee on oversight and accountability issued a memorandum revealing new evidence resulting from investigation into the Biden family's influence peddling in business schemes. Subpoenaed financial records show that from 2015 to 2017, Biden family members Hunter Biden James Biden Haley Biden and an unknown Biden and their companies collectively received $1.3 million in payments from accounts related to rob walker, a Biden family associate.

"So Glen kershner MSNBC legal analyst has compared the all caps rant to his posts leading up to the capitol riot on January 6th, 2021 and said it could affect the terms of his release. He speculated a judge could interpret Trump's post as an attempt to incite a crowd to riot. He said, I would slap a government exhibit sticker on this post and I would introduce it at his criminal trial. Okay, now I understand that you all want him to languish in jail. He's getting bail. And you're not going to put what? You see a flight risk? You really think he's going to lead an armed revolt against the DA in Manhattan? So much wish fulfillment happening right here. They just want they want the headline, and that's all they care about is the headline. Because again, in this case, it's way too weak to go to trial on. Unless you just assume that there's a left wing jury in the jury is going to convict Trump of jaywalking. And no matter what happens, reasonable doubt no longer matters because Trump has to be got. So you go get him. By the way, the dead giveaway here that this is not about the criminal violation is the fact that Alvin Bragg, the DA who is going after Donald Trump is one of the softest DAs in all of America. He announced, in January of 2022, he released a memo, detailing his new charging bail plea and sentencing policies. Among the crimes the brag said his office would not prosecute. Marijuana misdemeanors, including selling more than three ounces and not paying public transportation fair trespassing except a fourth degree stalking charge, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration in certain cases and prostitution. So he's not enforcing any of that in the city of New York. He announced he wasn't going to in January 2022. New York has been a crime ridden hellhole for the past several years. This guy was elected as the DA. And he immediately said he's not going to prosecute crimes, but he's making sure that he definitely goes after Donald Trump for activities that originally took place in 2006, and then a payoff that happened in 2016 and the year is currently 2023. Yeah, he just he's basically just a Harvey dent type seeking justice no matter where the road leads before it turns into two phase. Clearly that's where this is. He's like an Atticus Finch style lawyer, Alvin Bragg, or alternatively he's really, really looking for a headline. And of course, never one to let the possibility of a headline pass him by. He then leaked a memo from his office. So I doubt that he leaked the possible Trump arrest to Trump. I really doubt that's what happened again, as I said earlier, I think what probably happened is Trump heard through the Grapevine that Russ was imminent. And so he went on truth social and decided to beat everybody to the punch. But Alvin Bragg did leak something to the press over the weekend. And the thing that he leads it to the press is a statement in which he told all of his law enforcement officers that are doing a spectacular job because he is just a servant of the law he is. Quote, our law enforcement partners will ensure that any specific or credible threats against this office will be fully investigated in the proffer, safeguards are in place, so all 1600 of us have a secure work environment. In the meantime, as with all of our investigations, we will continue to apply the law evenly and fairly and speak openly only when appropriate, we do not tolerate attempts to intimidate our office or threaten the rule of law in New York. Well, mostly the rule of law has been threatened in New York by Alvin Bragg. And by Democrats who decided not to enforce the law in the city of New York. But this moment was going to happen. Again, that gun had been placed above Chekhov's mantle for the entire first act here. If we are now in act two of Trump the movie, the gun has to be taken off the mantle and used. The possibility of some sort of prosecution of Trump had to come to fruition, Democrats needed it. I think Trump probably needed it. Is the truth? I mean, in terms of his campaign, his campaign has been fairly lacklustre so far, but you want to talk about a shot in the arm for Donald Trump's campaign. Have him arrested on a bunch of spurious garbage charges. Nothing is going to enliven the Republican base in favor of Donald Trump again, like the feeling that he is being targeted not because of something that he has done. But he is being targeted because they hate his guts and they hate his guts because they really hate your guts, which was again, his 2016 campaign. So we'll get to the political fallout from all of this momentarily first. Let's talk about the fact it's difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You're a busy person. I'm a busy person. I got to tell you, that combined with the fact that I hate vegetables with the fiery passion of a thousand tons means I don't often get the nutrients that I need, which is why I rely on balance of nature. Balance of nature, fruits and veggies are the best way to make sure you are getting essential nutritional ingredients every single day. There are capsules are packed with 100% whole food. They can you can take it any time. Bounds of nature uses a cold vacuum process that preserves those natural phytonutrients in 16 whole fruits and 15 whole vegetables and encapsulates them for easy consumption.

"Okay, so again, Trump announces that he is likely to be arrested on Tuesday and then he put out another post saying, quote, it's time. This is all capital letters. It's time three exclamation points. We just can't allow this anymore. They're killing our nation as we sit back and watch, we must save America, protest, protest, protest. And this, of course, led the entire media to immediately jump into. He's going to start another interaction. It's an interaction. First of all, there's nothing illegal about calling for people to protest. If there were, then the entire Black Lives Matter movement would not never got off the ground in June of 2020. Democrats love protests until they are protests of things that they don't particularly like at which point it becomes a threat to democracy. Trump saying protest does not mean that he is calling for a violent insurrection against anybody. You know how I know because there's an actual crime in the United States called incitement. You can be prosecuted for it. If you say it's your neighbor, you should go out and you should commit an act of violence against bob. And then he goes out and commits an act of violence against bob. Then you will be prosecuted for incitement. It is not incitement to say protest, protest protest, even in all capital letters, even if it's Donald Trump, even if there are lots of exclamation points. So let's go through a little bit of the actual case here with regard to what happens. First of all, Michael Cohen, who would be the chief witness in all of this and who himself has been, I believe, convicted of perjury. He lied when he was talking about his taxes and all of this. And he pled guilty to campaign finance fraud, as we'll talk about that as implications for Trump's actual case because those two cases are one and the same with regard to stormy Daniels. But he was also convicted for hiding money from the IRS and all the rest Michael Cohen says Trump isn't doing this because the DA leaked. He's doing this because he's essentially leaking the fact that he's going to be arrested. Okay, whatever, here's Michael Cohen. This untruth social post that was put out by Donald, knowing Donald the way that I do, I don't see a reason that Donald would have put out the statement unless he has or his team have been contacted by the district attorney's office and advised accordingly. It's not Donald to turn around and to come up with something for just because he's bored that Mara lardo sitting there on a Saturday morning, hey, let's stir this all up. And I'll tell you something else about when I read that post. It's eerily similar to the battle cry that he put out just prior to the January 6th insurrection. Okay, that sort of stuff is super tiresome. Super tiresome and the reason that it's super tiresome, of course, is because saying that you want people to protest is not the same thing as saying that you want them to commit. Acts of violence. I will say, every time I hear Michael Cohen, I can't help but think of the Donald Trump tweet. Maybe my favorite Donald Trump too of all time. And there's a long list. I mean, Donald Trump's Twitter feed is just lit. But Donald Trump, August 22nd, 2018, quote, if anyone is looking for a good lawyer, I would strongly suggest you don't retain the services of Michael Caine. One of my favorite tweets of all time, of course, Donald Trump has a habit of not hiring the best people. I mean, let's just put it out there. They have the people who he's hired, he's either fired because he thought they were incompetent or have ended up being prosecuted. In any case, Michael Cohen is, it turns out, was not a good lawyer, and this is what is going to lie at the heart of this particular case. What did Trump know and when did he know it? And what was going through his head when he authorized a payment from Michael Cohen to stormy Daniels. So to recap this rather salacious saga, the story here is that way back when. Donald Trump likely stoked stormy Daniels who was a former porn actress is 2006. And all the way back to 2006. This is ten years before Donald Trump was running for president. And he was at some sort of golf event. And he hit on stormy Daniels, and then he essentially invited her to his hotel room, implying that he would cast her on the apprentice, and then he had sex with her. And she waited for like years on end for this because Donald Trump was not exactly known as captain monogamy. This has never been Donald Trump's brand. Donald Trump's brand has never been that he is a particularly holy man when it comes to his wedding vows. And so there's really no there there. There was no actual story there with regard to stormy Daniels screwing Donald Trump because, after all, Donald Trump for several decades screwed anything to move. And they married half of those people. So in any case, that was not a story. It became a story in 2015, when Donald Trump started running for president. When that happens, stormy Daniels saw a paycheck. And at that point, she was like, okay, I've got a story to tell. She, of course, is not the only person who said that she had a story to tell during the time. There's also Karen McDougal, who's a former Playboy playmate who had also allegedly had some sort of affair with Trump, and she also started retailing her story. And all of this got very much tied up with both the campaign and with monetary payoffs. Even The New York Times recognized by the way that any of Trump's conduct with regard to authorizing Michael Cohen to pay stormy Daniels, even that would not be illegal. It would be salacious and kind of gross, but it wouldn't be an actual crime. As The New York Times, I mean this is The New York Times and me. Okay, The New York Times, which Donald Trump and love nothing better than to see the guy perp walk. They would love to see him with a picture with the numbers in front of the in front of the police screen the whole deal. Even The New York Times is like, yeah, this case is not really amazing. Quote, it would not be a simple case. Prosecutors are expected to use a legal theory that has not been assessed in New York words, raising the possibility, a judge could throw out or limit the charges. The episode has already been examined by both the federal election commission and federal prosecutors in New York, neither took action against mister Trump. That includes Cyrus Vance, who is very much motivated to attack Trump. Trump for his part denies ever having had sex with stormy Daniels and said he did nothing wrong. Now again, that's exactly what you predict from Trump that doesn't mean he didn't, but the notion that he committed a crime is very much up for debate.

"Let me get at them with a sword. I'll take care of them, even if the rest of them all back off. Watch me go Jesus. Now perhaps the baseness of Judas excited the boldness of Peter. And surely his good intentions offer an excuse, but not a justification for his actions. Because while he apparently was about to fight for Christ, he was, of course, actually fighting against Christ. But it was God's purpose from all of eternity that his son would be the atoning sacrifice. For sins. And so he foolishly exposes his brethren to a bloodbath. Which might so easily have ensued. Calvin has a tremendous comment on this, and I know you're just desperate to hear. Says Calvin, it was exceedingly thoughtless in Peter. To try to prove his faith by his sword, while he could not do so by his tongue. When he is called to make confession he denies, but now unbidden by his master, he raises a riot. Warned by such a striking example, let us learn to moderate our zeal. And as the wantonness of our flesh ever itches to dare more than God commands. Let us learn that our zeal will turn out badly whenever we dare to undertake anything beyond God's word. And so his action is in need of correction. Jesus intervenes in Luke's gospel, it's no surprise that the doctor tells us with his interest in physical healing that Jesus touched the man's ear and healed him. And he asked the question that demands the answer, yes. Put your sword away, shall I not drink the cup, the father has given me. So rhetorical question, but the answer is yes. In the Old Testament, the cup had been associated with suffering and the bearing of God's wrath. And for Jesus to see this to Peter to look him in the eyes as he's going to have to do on a number of occasions now, and to see them all, Peter, this is not the way it's supposed to be.

"In your mind that is a prompting in your spirit, which says, in a way that is almost inexplicable to you. Now, go ahead and embrace this Christ, then embrace him in that moment. For you have no guarantee that another such moment will ever come again in all of your existence. There is a tide in the affairs of men, which taken at the flood. Now the question that he asks is for this is more than matched by the devotion that he shows to his followers. Isn't it interesting how he asks this question twice, who is it you want? Jesus of Nazareth, he replies, I am he and again, he asked them who is it that you want? I think perhaps he gives them the opportunity to reply twice in order that he can make it clear out of their own mouths that they're concerned at least in this moment is with the shepherd and not with his sheep. Clearly none of his disciples could accomplish the task that had been given to him. There was no other good enough to pay the price of sin and verse 9 explains it. If you're looking for me then let these men go. And then this happens so that the words he had spoken would be fulfilled. I have not lost one of those you gave me. The fulfillment of these words in the ultimate spiritual sense whereby those who are Christ's own are brought to safely into eternity is in no way hindered by what we have here as if you're like an intermediate specific physical application of this truth. Lord Jesus. He says, I haven't lost any. I won't lose. I thank you father that I haven't lost any of those that you gave to me. He's just prayed this in his high priestly prayer. And now he says, if you're looking for me, let my friends here go. Why is there ever a kinder shepherd? Half so tender have so sweet. As the savior who would have us come and gather around his feet. He is not only protecting his disciples, but he is providing for his disciples. Because as he stands forward here, he stands forward as our substitute for sin, he stands forward here as the fulfillment of all that had been anticipated in a shadowy form when Abraham Isaac go up that mountain together. And Isaac asks of his father the question, where is the lamb?

"And they wanted to make him a king by force. You can read that in chapter 6 in verse 15. They came to Jesus and they wanted to grab him and make up my king by force. They wanted a force a crown on him, inappropriately, and at the wrong moment, and he withdraws from them, and he continues with his journey. Here, when they come to force across upon him, he stands out and takes his place in the open. Now this must have been quite a staggering thing for those who were in the detachment, soldiers were routinely employed in circumstances like this because the person would have been a danger either to himself or to others. They would probably anticipate that they were going to have to employ their training and the torches and the lanterns and the weapons would not have been taken along simply for a show of strength, but they would have been taken along out of a sense of necessity. And so they all arrive clustering themselves into this beautiful setting. And all of a sudden they are quarry stands forward and says, are you looking for somebody? And they reply in verse 5 were actually looking for Jesus of Nazareth. And the reply that Jesus gives as it is therefore you inverse 5, is more striking than we may at first realize. Because Jesus employs a simple phrase, which is the same statement that we find back in chapter 8 when they were engaged in discussion with him, claiming that Abraham was their father, and Jesus had said to him on that occasion before Abraham was ego Amy. Before Abraham was, I am. And we are told that they picked up stones to stone him. Why? Simply because he made what was apparently a ridiculous claim that Abraham, who was so ancient and so long gone, could somehow or another have been predated by Jesus. They knew when he had been born. They knew that he was from the Carpenter's workshop in Nazareth. It's why would these stone him just for that? They didn't. They stoned him because they realized that he had taken upon his lips, the very phraseology that they knew to be part and parcel of the circumstances of Moses when he had encountered God in the burning bush and when God had said to him, I want you to go and see the fear all to let my people go and Moses and say, well, who will I see is send me, and he said, say that eagle eye me has sent you.

"Who was himself, so dreadfully lost, becomes the guide. He comes with a detachment of soldiers, some officials from both the chief priests and the pharisees. You know, when your deeds are dark and devious, and you prefer to be surrounded by a great majority. You can afford to be on your own and with the minority. When you're standing with someone of worth, surely there is an irony in this, John's gospel is full of it. They come carrying torches, to find he who is the light of the world. They come carrying weapons to arrest, he who is the prince of peace. And look at where Judas is described as standing. Verse 5 and Judas the traitor was standing there with them. He, who had been standing apparently with Christ, he who had been following Christ along with others, now stands with those who fight against him. And once again, we are confronted by the chilling reality in the condition of Judas reminding us as it does of how close a man or a woman may approximate to being a genuine follower of Jesus while at the same time being a dreadful hypocrite. Yes, it is possible for us to take our place in the expected role to take our place along with our parents, to take our place along with our spouse, to take our place because people have regarded it as customary now that we would be there at that time. It's just become so much a part of our existence. And yet it is sadly possible that like Judas, we know that we are not a follower of the lord Jesus Christ. You see such a person in such a condition doesn't think that they're a follower of Jesus. It's not that Judas thought he was a genuine follower. And then he over a sudden woke up and said, oh, dear, I'm not a genuine follower. No, he knew all the time he wasn't a genuine follower, but he kept up the pretense for a variety of reasons. And if you know tonight that you're not a genuine follower of Christ. Presumably, you're here to keep up the pretense. The treachery that would end in the tragedy of his 30 pieces of silver being scattered in the temple, precincts, and then there's sorry man taking his own life and being buried in the Potter's field, a field that was bought with blood money. Well, that's the focus on the treachery of Judas. The focus is also here in this little section on the majesty of the lord Jesus Christ. Verse four tells us that Jesus knew all that was going to happen to him. He wasn't caught off guard by this. He was a master of events, and he understood just what was unfolding. It's interesting that he goes out and takes the initiative and verse four, and he asks them who is it that you want? If you remember the story of the gospels at all, you may recall that earlier in the events in chapter 6 of John's gospel, people had come

Let's say a severe headache. There can be sudden numbness or weakness paralysis of the facial. Arm your legs. There'll be some confusion and difficulty speaking and it'll become more difficult for you to understand what other people are saying issues with your balance sudden vision changes in the way doctors who treat that i mean it differs between i see mccann him rajat. I seem ick. Doctors would need to deal with the actual blood clot whereas hemorrhagic stroke. It's all about controlling. The bleeding and people who suffer from either types of stroke tend to have lingering symptoms for the rest of their life but can take up to a year or two. He'll this is where acupuncture comes into play because more times than not they referred to see their sent to seeing acupunctures also as party rehabilitation regimen and acupunctures rate for treating stroke patient. You know although the they're like different conditions these different conditions. I'd say heart attack cardiac arrest and stroke. Here's what's surprising. He's a surprising similarity. They share similarities. They shared the same risk factor. That being high blood pressure high cholesterol smoking. Obesity diabetes thinking about that. Think about those conditions in how acupuncture treat each and every one of those which is why stated like acupuncture comes into play before with the attempt intent for you to avoid ever experiencing a heart attack.

"Pink pink bank bank yemane. I'm like broke lineup. Four hundred tequila shots pit bull except for at wedding. If i hear a single i am put me to sleep then there because i'm gonna kill a child honestly if you don't have piplo your wedding fucking honestly. Yeah let's be honest with you. That's the way. It is bef higher. Joey and i to beat the fun people at your weddings. You'll you know what i really want to do. I really wanna crash wedding like bad. I tried years ago in got removed from the venue. Wait where how. When i was in college. We would have formal like select. The fraternities and sororities would have formal which was basically just a school dance. It's like a wedding. No it was a party. Okay i blacked out at one and actively woke up in a chair. And like i i also woke up kinga in it was just a wild time. Pretend that is. It's a. It's like a hotel chain perfect but there was there was always any venue we went to. There was always something going on wedding going on next door. Okay and i always tried to walk in and go and party and got removed from the venue to time. I feel like i could pull it off. I feel like we could pull it off. We could because your famous. I can't because we would be like. Who's this fucking fat piece of shit sweaty with a with a dirty martini. Our wedding that dirty martini. he's dirtier than the party. I'm telling you. I don't know the next time we're going to be a wedding together if there's a wedding going on like another wedding going on where we are we're going in. No i'm joey will drop his name. He will namedrop himself. He will not issue will. Do i want to pretend to be a person like me. i tried. it won't work. I did crash a party. Wants like a frat party. How does that. it was surprisingly. Do a backwards hat and fucking. That's it. i went in. Say saturday for the boys and your i wet. It was on a beach in connecticut. And i walked in. The guy was like who the fucker you and i was like. I'm frank frankie. I called myself. And who the fuck invited you and i. I was just like tommy it literally. I swear to god fucking tommy. We got drinks in the fridge. Go get him. And i walked to the fridge and grabbed a bottle of like canadian. Whisky canadian whisky was what they had. What the and it was a fucking good time. I wanna go to like a real big wedding. Because then it's like harder to tell who's who you ever see like these stories like bill murray just like crashing parties. I kinda wanna do that one day. Yeah well actually my cousin's wedding. Someone crashed because it was one of those places that where there's like a bunch of weddings going on. Yeah so this couple came and they were in their apparently and they had like a photo booth so they took pictures in the photo booth and you can leave a note so they left a note like we crush her wedding but it was awesome. I wanna do that. I really want to do that. But like from the time. I've seen people like i've heard of other people crashing get very hostile like who the fuck exact yet. I'll fuck them up. Yeah like the dad of the bride's like i'm gonna. I'm gonna go first of all me my wedding. My daughter gets buried. Come on in dude. If someone crashed my wedding. I'd be like unless unless they were going crazy out here but if they were just like having fun on mike mcguire who are you and they're just like on a crash. That's fucking hilarious. Well let's fuck. You're not the fucking majority here. Joey you are the minority. Why what's the big deal. I agree i do understand that. Like people like the venue get upset because it's like you didn't pay for so many people and like someone came in like it was an extra person one person who's gonna know what i'm saying is i i. I'm with you. I think it would be hilarious if someone's just like. Hey congratulations. don't know you crash the wedding. that'd be awesome. Keep hanging out. Yeah i think it would only work in like gigantic weddings. I've talking like three fifty to four hundred fifty people. Yeah because there's bound to be people you do not know like when you see someone. You don't know you you're not going to be. The fox is that we should try and like you'd be like oh just i assume it's a small wedding with my own family. That's like seventy people other people. I don't fucking know. Yeah so. I'd be like oh i assume that someone's uncle or whatever also getting away with it when you're like also you were college kids and that's you know whatever but now it's like oh we're at an age where people were getting married. Whatever also like an old boot crashes. I'm gonna turn sixty. Yeah you can't say anything old people because then like you feel bad if you get angry with them one hundred percent. The moment i turned fifty five. I'm finding a wedding and just fucking going in guns blazing. It'd be like remember the basement yard when it got cancelled in twenty twenty one. I was a co host. What's going to happen. No cool anyway framework and they find you. Hopefully at one of your guys is weddings. "My wife told me our daughter sauce and now she thinks i'm having an affair. I asked my wife. She's we should set the record straight about open relationship and she doesn't feel comfortable with our children knowing that we have an open marriage. I'm frustrated and angry. I feel betrayed. The open marriage with my wife and i agreed on together. I get feeling a little uncomfortable about admitting something so intimate to our children but the alternative them thinking that i'm a cheater. Who is cheating on. Their mother is much worse. This is a good one. Is he a whole swipe left. Or swipe bright no not if she agreed to it now i would love to hear i so i guess i'm swiping right. I would love to. I've had this conversation with mason many many times. A lotta guys. I know that claim. They are in an open relationship. What they're really in is they're messing around and the white visit. No part of it is open right. Close like carmelo anthony. Who just his wife just announced. He's getting a divorce is famously said once lila's married i'm not so i i would love to hear the woman actually say that she agreed to the open initial. Let's assume for the sake of your question that she did that. Everything this guy wrote is true I think i would go to my daughter if i was this guy and just have a private conversation with her. Even if my wife didn't me to. I wouldn't want my daughter being disappointed in me. I would explain to her what she saw. And what is going on. I guess i would go over my wife's head wouldn't she be disappointed. Disappointing you either. Way having a fair or you're out there screwing around 'cause it's but if it's an agreed upon arrangement you don't you come off a little more sympathetic than than a cheater. That's what if you have the conversation with or without your wife presents she's gonna assume you're you're lying or she's going to want to fact. Check it with her mom and that could create a whole nother issue. How would you feel your parents. Were then i would you. What do you do if i were that guy. I would tell his wife exactly what he said. I feel like you're betraying me. I would the last thing that any any girl wants is for their dad to disappoint them. And i think that in this situation though that you know the the weirdness are uncomfortableness of him admitting he has an open relationship to his daughter. That's definitely worse sacrificing that for the sake of his daughter's feelings towards it because that could mess up in the head for the rest of her life. Would you be disappointed in your dad. If no if they agreed on it no not at all. That's what they want if it's something they decided. And i i always err on the side of honesty mean otherwise you have to sneaking around doing what you're doing trying to keep it away from your daughter and eventually she was gonna find out anyway so why not be honest. I'm gonna i'm gonna wipe right. Why not just be honest about the whole thing. And plus she's nineteen. Like i think in one thousand nine year old in this day and age and twenty twenty. One knows that like things aren't the way they all always used to be and she'd probably be relieved to know that this is an okay thing that their parents you know. We're we're an open marriage. i feel it. She'd rather here that no that her dad is a scumbag. That's all all right so last one here Course seltzer is releasing a new alcohol infused ice cream based on their limited edition. Orange cream pops. Swipe left or right. Five percent is fairly significant rights. It's the same in a beer. Five percents five point four five. Oh listen to a five point five. I wouldn't be against trying it mace. How about you hell no. I mean we used to come. My mom made jello shot. It was just going to say my mom big batches of jello shots for all of us. so sense. Gel shocker awesome. Oh no that's one of those things where i had way too many of them. When i was younger that i could never even like bear the thought of jello ever again look so very easy to get really to really go overboard on jealous but depending on whatever you want to. Odd k can be schnapps. Mother was giving them to you. Know your plan. I was in the i was in the playpen. No we were in our twenties bharti. That's the thing about my mom. She loves to party. She loves to drink as you've heard on the show she she didn't throw. Yeah yeah exactly my mom. My mom's walking party so yeah. She made jello shots. The thing about the jealous shots. Michael mason said you'd take a couple of them and you're like you know i'm not really feeling anything maybe it could. Maybe there's not that much in here. I'll take a couple more.
