That's know that's what it came down to is that i thought it will on well or you know services can help may cause i'm i'm just i'm just poor exclusive of a man that knows services can help that not the education comes into because i i look back now in hindsight and the think will i. Of course. I was on well jesus christ as clinically depressed. I was the was red flags every everywhere that you look and you look back at symptoms and you look back at signs and you think yet. It's almost a checklist week until every single one off now. But it didn't know that i didn't know that because i've never been taught the and this is why awareness campaigns a one thing actual education is vital. If we're going to be able to really significantly make a difference here and to suggest that mental health is only mental. Illness is part of. The problem is well because we all have over supposed to have you know physical education and we all ha- supposed to have sex education. I'm supposed to have an you know life lessons of things that are going to be part of our lives in schools. This is what we're meant to have. A mental health is part of absolutely everybody. And i think when till we bring everybody around the table then we're always going to separate or always gonna segregate at the well from the sick on. That's not part of that stigma. That's part of of reinforced. And that stigma is saying mental. Health is only those who are sick and if we only talk to people when they are sick if we only talk to people when they are in crisis them when massively missing a significant part of thought recovery and. That's why what what we're trying to do here without over oversimplifying it because we know that the days those who are who are on well and we know that the things that may be calm prevent peasant from being on well eleven where a disorder if you will and obviously can improve. Somebody's life but what we're trying to say is. Everybody has mental health and until we bring everybody a round table or what we're trying to do is bring everybody around not able to say this is all of us. This isn't just disick mental health awareness day. The physical health is generally seen as an operation.
