Mark Meckler: The History of Andy Biggs

"Any Biggs tell us the history of any bigs in the Senate of Arizona what he did and how he did it Yeah I think this is really important because I think what folks like you and I are looking for a real conservative real conservative stand for the constitution the whole constitution they stand for taking power away from Washington D.C. I just happen to be in Arizona right now market It brings back memories because if you go back to 2000 15 16 17 Andy Biggs was the Senate president in Arizona back then We had the votes to pass the convention of states resolution We had the whip count and as the Senate president Andy Biggs simply refused to let a vote happen So not only was he opposed to it and not only was he aligned with groups like common cause and center on budget policy priorities and move on dot org and Planned Parenthood was aligned with all those groups against convention states but he simply refused to allow his caucus to vote And not until he made it to Congress and was out of the Arizona Senate Did we get it passed And then we got it immediately passed because that's what the people of Arizona wanted

Dr. Fauci Is the Most Fraudulent Person on Planet Earth

"Doctor Fauci is the most fraudulent person on Planet Earth. He's the most fraudulent person on Planet Earth. If you ask me my opinion, I believe he should be put behind bars for the rest of his life. Why do you say that Brandon? That's very harsh. To lie to the American people, deceive the American people, people have died based on his deception for whatever reason. Vicariously, he's responsible for turmoil, death, joblessness, people committing suicide because people like Doctor Fauci can't tell you the freaking truth. Won't tell you the truth about it. They won't even be honest that it came from China. They literally fought Trump on this point. Well, we don't know. You know it came from gain of function research, but you lied, then they lied and said you're supposed to work, you shouldn't wear a mask. Because they quote unquote trying to protect first responders and let them have enough masks so they don't run out. So they tell us a lie. How many people died because of that? According to the logic of Doctor Fauci, probably many people.

Colorado Club Q Shooting Suspect Is 'Non-Binary'

"Let's get on to some news. Colorado mass shooting identifies as a non binary. Now, I don't know if this person, and if you're not familiar with the Colorado shooting in Colorado Springs, a nut job went into a gay nightclub, called club Q or something like that, and decided to shoot up people, end up killing about 5 people and injuring several other people, but now that he's being presented in front of a judge, he's now identified as non binary. I'm going to try to read again because I think these articles explain a little better than I do. I'm not going to say the person's name because he's a scumbag and I'm not going to say scumbags names. The suspect in a daily Colorado LGBTQ nightclub massacre is non binary and uses they them pronouns. Their lawyer said in a new court filing Tuesday. This is so stupid. But blank blank is non binary, the footnote states, the Denver post reported. They use they them pronouns and for the purpose of all forms filed on all formal filings, we will be addressed as mix blank. So I'm not going to say his name, but it's mixed blank. So it's MX, so not mister with MR or miss with MS or MRS. It's MX. And I don't know if this is just adding insult to injury by a person being so fanatically against homosexuality and the trans stuff that he would go so far is to kill people, knowing that one day he will be in court and then in court adding insult to injury by just adding on to the foolery by saying that he identified as a non binary.

There's Things That We Have to Be Thankful For...

"There's things that we have to be thankful for. Do not forget to count your blessings. Don't let stress in the perception of depression to make you forget all of the wonderful things that God has done in your life, all of your great accomplishments, you've got to look at the good with the bad. But be thankful. This is your opportunity to be thankful. And I just want to give some context to Thanksgiving. I know a lot of people may not understand the true history of it. People may only think that Thanksgiving is about neck bones, collard greens, chitlins, at least that's what I remember Thanksgiving to be. However, my wife refused to cook me chitlins. But I understand they smell like crap. So she don't want to cook them. But anybody out there that know how good chitlins is when you put some hot sauce on it, especially y'all people from the south, you know what I'm talking about. I'll miss those chipmunk. But let me just read this to you. And I think this is very well laid out. My producer sent it to me and I think that it was pretty good. It says, let us let all give thanks to what we are thankful for. In autumn of 1621, Plymouth colony governor William Bradford urged his brethren to observe a Thanksgiving Day observations observance, I'm sorry, for God's harvest, blessings with pilgrims and Native Americans who helped him. In 1777, after the Revolutionary War, victory over the British at the Sarah Saratoga, the second Continental Congress declared that there should be a day of Thanksgiving.

How Blake Masters Won the Arizona Senate Debate

"Welcome back, America. I'm here with Hewitt as I have been telling you. Blake masters, Senate candidate, Arizona, absolutely eviscerated Mark Kelly democratic senator from Arizona last night. I mean, just left them in many, many pieces. Let's go back to the cut 26. He's the 50th vote in the U.S. Senate. Joe Biden needed his vote. Mark Kelly a year ago could have dug his heels in and said mister president, I'm not supporting a single thing, not a single spending bill, not a single piece of your agenda. And lesson until we get border security, Biden would have had to secure the border. Mark Kelly, if this is the result of senator Kelly being focused on the border, my gosh, he's the most ineffective and worse senator of all time.

Blake Masters Destroys Mark Kelly in Arizona Senate Debate

"A few weeks ago, when the federal government cut, Arizona's water allocation. 592,000 acre feet for all you water nerds out there. That's a lot of water. That the feds cut. That's our water. Guess how much California had to cut? Zero. Guess what Mark Kelly did about it? Nothing. I am tired of senator Kelly acting like the third senator from California. We need someone in there with sharp elbows who's going to fight for our water. All right. Number one, that wasn't the election. You know, a lot of people don't talk much about water in Arizona, but everybody in Arizona knows about water. That won the election. But Blake masters isn't done with him. He goes right at abortion. Cut 25. I'm pro life. And that means I believe in limits. Now, I support exceptions because I don't believe in being extreme on this issue. Senator Mark Kelly is the abortion radical. Senator Kelly, in Washington, he voted, you know, actually he sponsored. He didn't just vote for it. He sponsored a bill. That would have mandated legal abortion nationwide, get this. Up until the moment of birth. Take a second to think about how truly radical that is. Mark Kelly says any abortion is okay for any reason. All the way up until the moment a baby is due to be born. He wasn't the only radical who voted for that Bill. He was joined by Elizabeth Warren by Bernie Sanders, AOC voted for this in the house, and the only countries in the whole world that support senator Kelly's preferred, no limits, extreme abortion policy, are China and North Korea. You know, people have done that, but I know nothing about it. And so I knew about it. I was honest and talk about it. A Closer Look at Arizona's Senate Race

"In Arizona, Blake masters is running behind Mark Kelly. Mark Kelly, of course, puts on the kind of astronaut outfit and so many of us who were raised and at a time when the first man stepped on the moon. We've got this kind of dewy eyed view of astronauts. The same way that many of us had a dewy eyed view of the FBI, you know, derived from movies like the untouchables. We've got to realize that there are astronauts and their astronauts. I mean, they're at their astronauts, and then there's Mark Kelly. And this guy is a left winger, but he's a left winger in an astronaut's costume, you might say. So I'm hoping that this gets out. And of course, it is Blake master's job to get it out. In Arizona, help arizonans to see what's happening with Mark Kelly because that I think is a winnable seat for Blake masters, even though the polls show for whatever they're worth, that he is running significantly behind right now.

Noel Fritsch on McConnell Pulling Money Out of Arizona Senate Race

"Want to ask you from national file dot com. No, I want to ask you what's going on in Arizona. Is it true that Mitch McConnell is pulling out money behind a winnable race with Blake masters? A Charlie, thanks for having me. Your show is so important to really get a lot of the information out there to the grassroots so they know they have actionable information and they can take proper action and a meaningful effective action. Yes, Mitch McConnell has been playing footsie with this idea for over a month now. He announced it. They pulled it back. So what's happened here is he's taken about 10 million dollars off the table that his outside spending organization is packed, one of his Senate arms was going to spend two elect like masters in Arizona over Mark Kelly, Mark Kelly being the I call him misses Gabby Giffords the gun grabber. And it's really unfortunate. You've got a far left Democrat senator representing Arizona right now. You got two, really. And we have a great opportunity to get rid of one. And Mitch McConnell suddenly goes AWOL just over a month ahead of this very, very, very pivotal election. Yeah, it's sad. But there's a bunch of reasons, I think this is happening. I don't think it's because of electability. Blake can win this race. Is it because of Blake's philosophy? Is it because Blake is a true conservative? Is that why Mitch McConnell is pulling his money out? Yeah, so Charlie, if you go back several cycles and just track where Mitch spends all of his money in general, Mitch will spend money to just protect Republicans that he knows that he has under his thumb. And if there's a Republican that he feels that he might not control and have under his thumb, then he will hang that Republican out to dry. So whenever the rhino establishment comes along, every election year primary season early in the even year and tells you, hey, we've all got to be together. And we need you. And no matter what we've got to support the Republican, going into the general, this is prima facie evidence that it's just not true. That's not how Republican establishment operators act or behave. They do not exercise solidarity like the Democrats do. They leave conservatives out to dry every single time.

"Senator, my guess is that they panicked at The White House and at the DNC after the student loan debacle became clearly a political loser, and they threw a Hail Mary last night, and it was a flutter. Chimpanzee state perdue. That could be, but he was just exactly who these people are. What they want to do is they want to buy votes. They want to make more Americans dependent on government. They want to grow government and its control over our lives. I mean, I don't understand it, but I do understand how disastrous it is. I mean, we're $30.8 trillion in debt. We are mortgaging our children's future that debt burden puts all of the high priority programs like social security like Medicare, like veterans benefits like to test this nation, that's what puts those programs at risk. And unfortunately, Democrats and too many Americans are just whistling past the graveyard in terms of the debt that we are adding to the backs of our children.

"Let's know what Jake tapper asked. You just asking a question of Mark Kelly this past weekend. I think it's cut 19. Do we have cut 19 guys? By the way, Ron Johnson, don't forget Ron Johnson, Wisconsin. I want to ask you about your Republican opponent in the upcoming Arizona Senate election. He says Democrats want to quote change the demographics of the country. He is openly embraced Donald Trump's election lies. He has the support of a lot of openly racist notorious individuals. The Arizona Republican nominee for governor says the President Biden isn't a legitimate president. She says she wants her democratic opponent in jail, the Republican nominee for Secretary of State in Arizona. He's a self proclaimed member of the oath keepers. You hold the seat once filled by John McCain, who is a conservative, but he did work across the aisle. He was very critical of voices like the ones I just mentioned, not them specifically, but that kind of what he would call Looney Tunes. Wow. I mean, listen to this. That's something to interview. That's a tongue bath. He's going up there. He's doing the work for them. He's doing the work for them of market on the market. Yes, Jacob, you know, so you get tapper out there to say all the negative stuff and then Kelly gets to come out and pretend like he's this moderate. It's a great game. It's a great scam. But you got to understand Republicans need to understand this. By the way, I do upload say Ron Johnson over in Wisconsin. You need Wisconsin because these are the states, the same key states. You look at the overlays, Georgia, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, in all of these are states that you need for 24 net. Well, I was going to say, first of all, Jake tapper and the definition of corporate propagandist example a definition is Jake. I mean, that was ridiculous, but he really is the norm. Obviously he's not the exception how most of these corporate propagandists are. They're out there to actually fight for one team, not the other. They're not interested in finding the truth or asking hard questions. They're interested in amplifying a certain narrative for their team. And I think once you start to realize, I don't even want to call them mainstream media anymore, Jack. Their corporate propagandists, when they are seen as such, you understand the game they're playing.

"We play cut number two? Let's play. I don't know which kind of thing. Cut number two from Brett bear last night when the round table with Molly Hemingway and Josh krosh are going on cut number two. I want to read one of them quote, this is from yesterday of the day before quote, oh, you don't want to have your kid be taught transgender ideology or the 1619 history project. You must be mentally ill, so now we're taking your guns away. You say, no way. Expand on that a little bit. The thing that the left tries to do is they prey on us. They want to say that red flag laws are just reasonable. How could you possibly be against it? You want mentally ill people to own guns, right? It sounds reasonable, but you can't trust them. Look at what they've done to us. Look at what they've perpetrated over the past two years. As soon as you give them an inch, they will just redefine mental illness. Pretty soon they'll say, Charlie, if you want assault weapon at all, that's evidence of mental illness. And that's evidence for why you shouldn't have one, right? It's not logical, but they just want a gun grab by any means necessary. And they call people that show up to school board meetings domestic terrorist terrorists. You know, Department of Homeland Security, they have to mobilize the Department of Justice. And so, I mean, I think you and I agree that a lot of people that support the red flag laws, they mean well, they have good intentions. I don't think a lot of the Democrats have good intentions. A Potential Crackdown in Arizona of the Democrats' Criminal Cartel

"Catherine engelbrecht and Greg Phillips of true the vote were in Arizona yesterday for a hearing called by Karen fan, the head of the Arizona Senate. Now the Democrats were screaming, oh, we have been big important problems to deal with in Arizona. Why are we talking about this? Well, the reason we're talking about this is this is one of the, if not the most important problem in Arizona and in other places, and it seems like true the votes testimony was very powerfully received. In other words, they received a there was a big crowd. And there were a lot of legislators there. And people like Kerry Lake, with candidate for governor, was there. But also others, their Kelly Townsend, and Debbie lesko. And there was a sort of sense that all of this is bringing it home because through the vote was very specific about what they found in Arizona. They gave a level of detail that goes beyond 2000 mules. A level of specificity will be talking about maps and streets and at one point very comically someone brought up the fact that geolocation is regularly used to find someone who's broken down in a highway to find a phone that's missing and Greg Phillips goes, well, yeah, what you're describing to The Washington Post is like sheer magic. They have no idea how this can even happen. They're very skeptical it happens at all. And what I found remarkable was that they were legislators there who hadn't seen some of this evidence. Evidently, we haven't seen the movie, but when they saw the evidence, they just got super fired up. There was one, I think Vietnamese guy, who is a state representative. And he's like, he was essentially like, first of all, he knows he comes himself from a communist country. So he's seen the way in which elections are turned into they're just rigged from the top. And he goes, he goes, I'm not putting up with any of this over here. People need to be locked up. So he was absolutely persuaded and persuaded to call for action.

Accordingly and chain of custody was followed and everything was always documented. So thank mr bennett. That was quite a yeoman's job on your part. All right closing comments senator piece peterson. I'll start thank you madam. President and all be fairly brief here. I just first of all want to thank you for what you've done with this. You have faced incredible opposition and hostility. And you have handled that with grace and dignity. So i wanna thank you and recognize you for that again. The goal here is election integrity and making sure our citizens have faith in the process. We wrap this up. What our next steps. What's where do we go from here. And i think there's legislation and i think there's a law enforcement that needs to be involved summit name off eight bullet points here that i think need to be handled by my colleagues and buyer attorney general first of all and what i have found perhaps the most unsettling through this whole process is the obstruction that we have seen from the county. The failure to comply with the auditor abrazen willingness to violate illegal subpoena. Our attorney general said that was against the law It's it's truly alarming. And furthermore to their willingness to expend significant resources human capital. You name it to block and to stop this audit. As i recall it was like eighteen thousand dollars or something like that for one of their audits that they spent money on. How much money have they spent trying to stop. It has to be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars but that would be interesting number to see. I'm number two the numbers. Don't reconcile as you've seen through. This is the theme throughout all the reports. All of us as citizens we should be able to pull up these election results and we should be able to every direction reconcile the numbers if i subtract you know early ballots if i checked if i add the rejected if i you know no matter which way you should be able to come up with reconciliation so that everything balances that needs to happen. It appears that they broke the law with duplicate ballots. And that's that's a huge deal that needs to be resolved. We need to get to the bottom of whether that law was broken how to prevent it in the future. Hold people accountable that did it. This time churning of locks the churning of logs. We need to find out why that happened. Who did it. What was the motive. What and what was there we need to. We need to get to the bottom of the logs that their chain of custody issue number five chain of custody issues number six a failure to preserve data files and number seven cybersecurity weaknesses. That were so that were shown by mr cotton. So evident here. Those are not gonna get any better. We're seeing people being held hostage the cyber security day and it's constantly becoming more sophisticated. We have to definitely need to up our game there and number eight the envelopes with blink signatures. We have a lot of questions there. The needs to be answered. So without a madam president I look forward to working with my colleagues. And with the attorney general in any way to resolve these issues and to improve our elections and to increase election integrity in the state of arizona. Thank you senator peterson. senator piece peterson is our jude. Chairman this Started end jude committee back in december and only appropriate to end up there and my closing remarks. First and foremost let me tell everybody that all of these reports are up and posted on our website for you to access alabam that website is a z senate republicans dot com a z. Senate republicans dot com. You can all go there and see all those reports second of all. I have already transmitted a letter to our attorney. General's office with all of those reports that not only includes everything that we have noted here but also everything that senator peterson has concerns about The attorney general has that we're asking him to open up a formal investigation so that he can pursue and get a seek additional information. Additional facts Perhaps get some of these missing things that we were never able to get Verify this olives information and take the appropriate actions of anything that is necessary to do I have very every confidence that he will be doing that. Also wanna say. Thank you to my senate republican colleagues. When we started this it was we had every single. One of our republican members said this is important. Our constituents have questions. They want answered. We didn't think it was gonna be this long. We didn't think it was going to be this expensive this difficult but we did it. We hung in there. We did it and as you can see. We do have some work to do here. We have a lot of work to do because quite honestly if we don't follow our rules don't follow her elections. This is how problems can happen. We also know that eighteen different states since sent representatives here because they have constituents asking the same questions and the very least what. I think that we can all come out of this is that we need to do audits to some extent we need to do bigger audits on every election just to make sure that everybody's following the rules so with that i want to say thank you to mr logan mr paulin. Mr cotton Mr bennett all of you. Present mr sheva dr sheba Thank you for all your hard work. I know this was very difficult on you. And your family. Mr logan You've been here for many months and you've left your wife and eleven children back home. And he has another one do in next month in a couple of weeks so we gave up a lot for this. We appreciate it so to everyone. Thank you all very much. Thank you for being so polite up there. We appreciate that. And now prayers and blessings to everybody and eliza. "And the last line is simply. Thank you for me for allowing me to work on this project. And i will conclude i guess my saying this that i have already starting to hear from people saying that wealthy on it failed because it didn't prove that the election was overturned or that there was a different result. Well as you noted when you began this process madam president. And when you began this this hearing today there is no predetermined. Least in mind and i know in yours. And warren's everyone at work on this audit and there is no predetermined outcome that we didn't find this or did find that fail because it's exactly the opposite identify strengths and weaknesses in our election procedures and statutes and if we confirm that this election was conducted where the had count. The ballots matches the electronic. Tally of the election for the election system used by the county. I don't consider that a failure. At all that maybe mr logan and his company have identified the the most accurate and counting process. As if you ever been used in the country and that's directly in opposition to many coming within our state and across the country who said that the procedures were terrible or this that and nothing could be further from the truth. I you know there were a lot of people that gave a lot of time. You he noted on. It was confirmed again on offer.

"This report is intended to identify where america County bailed may have failed to comply with some of these statutes but having said that i believe the majority of our election officials in arizona are honorable well intentioned people so i intend this report in the spirit of constructive improvement but also maintaining appropriate accountability. Let's go to the first slide as we've heard in previous testimony in the slides are changing on my screen. But i hope they are at durant first line Observations related to the missing signatures on ballot in below affidavits. And there's some statutes there that not seeing a change on your slides but we'll assume that the slides are changing at. You're in they'll see the statutes five seven sixteen five forty seven forty eight that early ballots. Fbi accompanied by an affadavit and by seven o'clock on election day. There's a cure period in section five fifty. Which is not noted there but era sixteen fifty. Two is very clear that that the election board is to check. The voters affidavit quote. If it's found to be sufficient votes will be count aloud. The affidavit is insufficient. The vote shall not be allowed and equally prescriptive in the election procedures. Spaniel if the early ballots. David is not signing county. Recorder's still not the ballot. As you heard in previous testimony the scope of this audit did not involve comparing signatures with the ball registration files. But you have dr sheva look for and identify a number of missing signatures on ballot envelope affidavits which to the extent that balanced from those envelopes. Were tally would violate the above us. Standards and procedures next lie. I hope you're seeing.

"Causing this. Okay so we. We're finding this missing matches and boxes. We were finding Batches boxes not listed on the boxes. Kind of like a ghost batch and then when you open some of the boxes to batch counts that went with every batch which is typically supposed to be about two hundred in the batch with the batch they were on top of the batch or they're on the side and so we'd have to go through and figure out Manually which which batch sheet with which which batch which again goes back to If if things were done more properly this would meet much easier. It could even be done faster as that. So that's pretty much what we came up with with this and so it again. Independently confirmed the numbers that the county and cyber inches founded in the ballot count. Thank mr palm. We appreciate that very much. We had Those did no. We had the ballots and before we gave him back. We said well. What do we do maricopa county and cyber ninjas counts. Don't match how do we know which side to go with. And so we decided. Let's get a couple of machines of our own into an independent just in case there was a difference. We could have an idea of which side to go. Thank you all right mr bennett. Are you still on zoom with us an president. Thank you thank you for waiting so long sir. Apologize for the delay. mr bennett. Would you give us just a tad background about yourself. And tell us what your observations were as the senate liaison and a provided i provided a our went to your staff and so i would ask that they prepared bring that up. But in the meantime. I served as the twenty-first secretary of state from two thousand nine two thousand fifteen. That's the chief elections official state of arizona. I'll full serve as the president of the center for years like yourself. And another four years as date senator bridge that those two domains. Maybe i've also. I also have an accounting degree from arizona state university and has worked in numerous businesses usually as the ceo or cfo g. Financial officer those companies. And i see the screen soil dumping here. I know our time has gone long day that you asked me to observe throughout my days there at the audit areas where compliance with election laws and procedures was accomplished and maybe where they weren't not comply with the as you know elections in arizona governor by election laws which are adopted by the legislature and the governor and then the secretary states.

"From each other cannot easily mixed together in easily connected to the patches. Run through the tabulation equipment. There was a lot of hoops. We'd get through jumped through to even connect a box of balance to what was run through the software. An order match those two up and that is something that should be simple to do again because it facilitates audits and the those audits facilitate accountability. It well a full audit what we did this time. It cannot always be done. The better the record keeping is the easier it is to do partial our audits to confirm things that something audit department can do on a regular basis in addition to honest sometimes to influence. But it's just. It's not cost effective to do that. Every single year legislations be considered penalize purposely inhibited investigation officially sanctioned audit of an election I think why that's there's a little bit obvious. Audits are really effective when you had the cooperation of the management who control sins. And it's very very difficult to to to manage them. That's why financial services if your your typical financial audit if you don't if you don't comply with the audit you can literally be put in jail. At times hit ballots legislations be considered. It will make ballot images and castro records artifacts from an election that is published within a few days the results certified for increased transparency and accountability of the election process. These are things that we think is important for for the arizonans. American public to see invalidates with their own is currently in arizona. It's we had judge that stated that we could not make the ballot images publicly available. There should be nothing that links wants a ballot comes out of its envelope. There should be nothing that links it back to a person and there should be absolutely no reason why it shouldn't be able to public legislation further be considered which required all balanced to be cast on paper With security features such as watermark similar technology with a detailed account of what papers were used With our paper analysis. We wanted to be able to say that this is legitimate. Paper invalid in real and we wanted to be able to say this is not legitimate paper but with with as many wide number of paper server us. I think estimated over over ten different copies different types of paper. It's very difficult to make that. But if there's official paper that's kept track of it'd be much easier for an on it when it's conducted say without a shadow of a doubt whether is in fact printed on legitimate paper. Mill in voted should incorporate an objective standard a verification for early for votes implications similar to the idea requirements for in person voting. It seems likely that that mailing vote in will continue to increase from a security standpoint i. I'm i advocate. No more mail in ballots. But that's not probably realistic. So that being the case if it's going to continue we need to have good identification requirements and is an thank you for your time. Thank you mr logan. I appreciate that very much. We'll take all those into consideration. I'm sure we'll have more Let's go now to Senator senator sorry randy Mr pullen randy. Paul was her co legislative Liaison there as they saw the work building up quite so much Mr pullen could you give us just a tad of your background and As to why. I selected you to please do this independent count. Thank you president. Fan as well as german peterson. Thank you for your commitment. Is this forensic audit your resilience over the last six months as we went through it. Thank you just quickly about me personally. graduate from arizona state university undergraduate in math and chemistry nba. In one thousand. Nine hundred. ninety one. I sat foreign pass. Tcp examined nineteen eighty became a cpa at been cpa since then employment wise. I started out. my mba. I was working at a Engineering company writing software for them. And then i joined deloitte haskins and sells and began working in their audit department and helped him develop and test. The first statistical sampling software system for doing audits. I became a partner panel kerr forster and then again i went back. Became a partner delighted. Tusch or focused on financial auditing specifically for bank savings and loans hospitality industry. I actually did get involved in forensic audits so i understood how they function what you had to do. In order to complete them. I started by own company back in the nineties. I still do consulting accounting services. Can i also started an it company. In two thousand one wage watch which still exists is day and we developed software That still consider some of the best in the industry that we're in background wise. We the senate decided they wanted to do an independent count of the ballots in order to confirm to count by the county as well as to count by cyber ninjas on forensic audit and so that was kicked off on june twenty eighth They selected me to Run that Machine county get goes back to my experience knowledge I am immediately. Got brian blume. Who was the attorney who had worked on the floor the coliseum and was to legal counsel and adult with any francis issues that came up on the floor during the hand count And by that. I the end of june was no longer contractor with the Cyber ninjas independent and agreed to assist in the machine count we also Enlisted a lot of former volunteers. Who had worked on the floor. Doing tally counts as well as working in the growls. Taking care of the Ballot boxes and so we put together a pretty good team We went out and found the equipment for doing a machine count and looked at several different varieties and finally decided on need to stop pushing this and found the equipment equipment. We found. Interestingly enough was highly Considered around the country is very good equipment. And it's all this is in the report and we selected to bantam one counting machines that were made by us paper counters and we also got to paper. Joggers calling what they do is they help align all the paper before you run it through and do the count on paper and again. These ballots are very heavy paper so in the technician came in and set up the machines and we were testing the paper. He had to make adjustments to the machines that could handled quality the paper that we're running through the system so once we had that figured out then. We had the technician train our volunteers who work for us. And then i'll counting started on seven fourteen and completed it in twelve days. I will tell you that. The volunteers worked incredibly hard on this as well as observers. We had overseeing what they were doing and we started working at eight o'clock in the morning and we went until midnight. On those days we had Two teams that were working that very very solid work So here's what we found. The maricopa county official canvas. You can see. It has been reported earlier and we did a machine count and it was very close. We were one hundred. Twenty one less ballots then They had counted. Which again you can see the forensic election audit that count on the balance was a little bit less but all its within a thousand or what. Miracle county did not surprising. I wanted things. we did. Learn on the machines when we were testing them and setting them up to operate is when they did was miscount. And we did do recounts based on that but when there was a miscount essentially it was an undercount. Okay so being a little bit less than the official campus. Count was not surprising. Now here's some of the things we found and this kind of confirmed some of the things that we talked about earlier in the news reports we did find missing batches and boxes. Were you would open a box and it was supposed to have seven. Batches only be six patches in the box. Okay and then. Sometimes we found numbers eight batches in the box but only supposed to be seven so we found these kinds of problems.

"Now we've identified that those individuals but we will not release surnames because we understand what the scrutiny is what the impact would be to those individuals. But i just want to tell you that the very point that they did not have. Ems now remember the lack of log retention at this point we could not find any logged entry that corresponded to the To this activity okay from security locks those windows security logs only went back to the fifth. Earth thing was urged on the on text of the election to be audited perfect. Clearly not the case in this instance just to clarify so. This is a log file specifically firm report. Report Tally up sorry results. Talion reporting which is the dominion software that entry says that someone went into the program and clicked on something that said i wanna purge all the results for this election that goes through the fleets. All we have redacted specific elements to include the host's name and the address and and some some of those types of things but the fact of the matter is is that those items are recorded as part of that normal anonymous log activity. You'll have the host name that logged into it. You'll have the ip address. It originated the request in most cases. You'll have the username as anonymous but that username is then. Validated against the access. Control this the user mechanisms and validated. So the very next log. Entry in a normal anonymous activity is a validation of that user's credentials to access that particular device or process. Whatever they were accessing. What you see on the left is something that we discovered in the logs. Which is what. I call atypical. Anonymous logging you'll notice that none of those items that are captured by normal activity are present in this law. You don't have an ip address originating device you don't have a host name of the originating device and furthermore when i look at these in context of the actual security log itself. There is no validation of a user's credentials immediately following this. There are hundreds of these types of anonymous loggins in these security logs. That we do have. I cannot tell you right this point if the same type or pattern of activity occurred during the election cycle because these logs don't exist for the cover the election. Okay but i can't tell you that without access to that router data and the network data. I cannot validate whether or not these were legitimate accesses. You'll notice it is a log in type three so it was. It was a remote access. I cannot tell if this is a legitimate access or unauthorized access at this time next likely so we also took a look at what happened when when the ems was booted up and walk through the methodology here too. She kind of assuage everybody's concerns so within the When we actually image all these processes and these systems By the way we image seven hundred seventy devices together over one hundred and fourteen terabytes of original forensics data. We preserve that in a forensics image file that i can then leverage without fear of modifying or a changing anything on the original device so he took that that image file and we turned that into a virtual machine. I created a enclave that i could boot that virtual machine up into in that i could then monitor the boot processes without connecting to the internet without exposing any voter data that to unauthorized users. And i actually booted up the ems to see what happened what it was listening for in to identify if there was in fact any zero day mound where in the In the memory. What what we did discover is that as you'd expect There were a number of ports. This is a normal part of an operating system or its are used to establish connections and provide functionality to the operating system. We've discovered fifty nine of those that were open in while most of these things were what i would have expected. They're worse unexpected high hyperactivity activity specific to the win it. Enc which controls your accesses in your log gones and you're dns which controls your domain name service. So if you go. And you type in yahoo dot com the The computer will use. Dns service to actually determine which ip that is so that you can connect and the dhcp server all of those are normal valid windows processes but for example a dns default on that is fifty three in the case of the we not only had the work fifty three but we also had a dns monitoring on on high court. And i won't. I will listen to that phone number here in in soap and forum but that was A little bit unexpected. I will tell you that on. Ems that you were utilizing both. I p i p four in the newer version itv's six enabled so the services had dual functions with dual listening ports and things of that nature There were ports and there were services that were enabled that allowed remote access so the b. protocol For example as well as the terminal services were enabled on the ems as part of that memory analysis. We did a complete check of the callouts in the attempts to connect from the ems out to the internet. Now once again the county has a repeatedly said that these were isolated systems etc etc cetera. The ems attempted to connect to those Ip's most of which are are normal. I would take a look at the level three parent. The edge cast connections. There and i would probably request from the maricopa county the documentation for those functions that rely on those connections and to determine whether or not those are certified or not we were not provided any of the that certification document. But those are the those. Are the two items up there. That i would ask me..

"There are dot. Dvd file in those are actually the results of the of the election. Totals off of each tabulating device and those were part of the deleted files that were removed from the ems from the So the the ems actually had to our drives they had six hard drives configured into to a logical drives so the second a logical drive was called so the second logical drive was called the d. Drive in that contained all of the election database both historically and should have contained the information for this twenty twenty general election as well. You'll note that there were nine thousand. Five hundred seventy one directories in one million sixty four thousand seven hundred forty six election related files deleted between the first of november. Twenty on the hyper one. Three hundred and four directories containing fifty nine thousand three hundred eighty seven files of election data. That were deleted from the high pro- scanner one on three march. Two thousand twenty one. Now this becomes kind of important because part of our analysis was to look at the interaction of these scanners these systems and how data flowed. You'll notice that that's about a month and a half. Before they turned that over to us next slide you see significant amount of deletion on high pro three on that same date. Hundred one thousand sixty one directories one hundred ninety six thousand four hundred sixty three files containing election data deleted on on that date on three march well next slide in on high pro four. You see the same high volume of deletions on the third of march now once again this may be part of a normal process with how they handle votes but the timing of this becomes a bit a suspect as well as the fact that we didn't see these deletions on high pro- number two once again. I don't have a chain of custody for what happened to these votes after they were deleted. It may be a plausible explanation. I simply don't know at this point. Okay excellent let's talk about. The fate reserved the operating system logs. As i explained earlier the the earliest timeframe that was covered by the ems logs. Security logs was five february. Two thousand twenty one. That clearly does not cover the election time period. Now there's a very good reason. Why did you go down to that last last bullet there. You'll see there. Were three last bullet there. You'll see there were three. There's a user defined setting that you can define how much quantity of logs are retained before they get overwritten and this particular case the ems security log setting was set at twenty megabytes of data so the windows operating system will preserve all the security log entries up until the point at which it reaches twenty megabytes of data. At that point it starts following a first in last out approach to log retention so as you create a new entry in older entry is deleted in overwritten inside of at that log file. Now first and foremost we need to remember that we do have that twenty two month mandate so it's clear that at least what existed on the ems when we received it as part of this audit we did not have the time period covered by that federal mandate as opposed to be covered. That security law was not turned over as art of any other documents that we have by maricopa county. So i'm going to assume at this point that it's not available for us to look at or else they would've turned that over to us. Now if you look at the last bullet that first in first out approach all of a sudden becomes readily apparent as to what happened on these distinct dates so on each of these dates in individual executed a script in that script repeatedly look for a blank password for all of the accounts on on the system depending on the system there were only about sixteen accounts that were present on a given system so this script was run multiple times on to eleven. Four hundred and sixty two log entries were overridden by the script on the third of march. Thirty seven thousand. Six hundred eighty six log entries. Were overwritten by this same script on the twelfth. Which is the day before we received the system. There were three hundred thirty log entries overwritten by that script. The challenge here is that. I know that this occurred. I know which account did it. It was the ems admin account if you reflect back to what i just said about the lack of accountability of signing that that username to an individual it now becomes extremely difficult to prove. Did it okay now. Luckily we happen to have some historical data from the immtech video seats. And so we leverage that data to backtrack in line these times and we. We have captured screen. Shots of maricopa county people at the keyboards during those countries. Now we've identified that those individuals but we will not release surnames because we understand what the.

"That is nonsensical and it should never occur so if that is in fact the case we need to take a very close. Look at what. We're relying on to validate and certify these election systems and software to ensure that we're not certifying guaranteed obsolescence of the system. Now let's assume for a moment what maricopa county said was true that they could not update those systems because of the certification issue. There are a couple of problems with that As borne out by the artifacts on the actual ems server itself. So if that is true then that would mean that no new execute files. No new dynamic link libraries could be created or modified on that system after the date of the software installation which once again was six august. Two thousand nineteen. What we found is that there are four execute -able files that were created after this date of dominion install. There were forty five executed files that were modified after this date of in stop there were three hundred and seventy seven dynamic link library files which were created after the dominion software installed and there were one hundred fifty or one thousand fifty three d. l. l. files that were modified after this date so if we assume that what the county representatives true in fact that voting system would not have been certified at the time of the election. Talk a little bit about log management here so there is a federal statute that requires the preservation of election related materials for twenty two months after the date of the election that applies not only the paper but it also applies to digital artifacts maricopa. County failed to preserve the operating system security logs to cover the dates of the election provided security logs early in the audit process but did not provide the windows security clock itself when we examined the ems server. We found that the the dates covered by the security log only went back as far as the fifth of february. Two thousand and twenty one others a couple of reasons for that and we'll go into those Later but the bottom line is that they. They failed to preserve those those logs or at least those logs were not turned over to the auditors. And so i'm assuming since they were part of the subpoena that those should have been provided had they been present next item. There's credential management this is probably the most offensive item on this list to me because it carries such a huge impact on the secure ability of a system. What we found is that for the election management system adjudication systems the icc's all of the voting related systems. They all shared a common password for both user accounts and for administrative accounts in just to be crystal clear. It was the same password for all those accounts. So to complicate matters as well. Those accounts had not been changed into the installation of the software so they were established on the sixth of august two thousand nineteen and never changed their. Furthermore was not an individual accountability of the users who access specific accounts so that you could tie a username in action in an individual When you discovered something that was an anomaly. We did not see any software or any effort to establish and monitor a host baseline of programs and processes. Furthermore we did not see any log aggregation or methodology by which to establish and monitor the network communications for this system or simply was none of that software present on any of these devices next libraries. We also didn't saw in detected that there was a failure in hardware configuration within the voting system. Now what you're seeing right here. Is the system the acquisition photos for the system that was identified as the adjudication to workstation. Now you'll see in that picture that there are two hard drives that came out of that cyst woman have to hard drives and assistant for data storage etc cetera. However both of those hard drives are beautiful. So what that means is that you can boot from a hard drive. It is not part of the election configuration and have access to the election network very important. It's clearly not an approved configuration. It was the only system that we found a duel boot situation. Now to further complicate matters a little bit. And i'm not going to make judgment as to the legality of this or whether or not this deserves. Further action is that on that second bootle hard-drive there appeared to be non maricopa county data. So let me let me define that a little bit hard drive. Their word dominion databases that appeared to be one demonstration data but also data that may have originated from washington state and south carolina. And i drive that. Not from an in depth investigation of the data that was outside my vote from the naming conventions of the databases themselves so once again. Validating and approving the configuration of the of these systems is critically important to preserving the integrity of that election system. I would also note that neither of the two audit.

"Of everybody who should be eligible to vote on the county. Maricopa seems to make these available. Roughly on a monthly basis. So that the full voter rolls. I'm so that is your theoretical full list of everyone. That may be able to may show up to vote annetta given election. Then we have our ab thirty two files or thirty two early vote incense every single time. A mail in ballot is sent. It's supposed to have an entry in eib thirty to file. I'm corresponds with that. Male invalid that sent out likewise even thirty-three file which is when any type of early is returned. Now this both includes when a mail is received and in-person when someone comes in votes in person Thirty-three includes both of those. I'm you may remember at the hearing that we had a while ago. We had mentioned that the thirty. Two's do not match the thirty. Three's we're a quick analysis. In order to justify canvassing in their seventy four thousand that were off of the vast majority the seventy four thousand where from early voting in person and that is why there was non even thirty two associated with it. We have this clarified in a record as well. That was not a purposeful. A discrepancy of something. That that you know it was not meeting clear at that point so just to give an example. And how these systems work in order to match everything up so if we have ten people who mailed in a ballot and we had ten people who voted early in person and we attend. People voted on election day in person we have. We have thirty thirty votes. They're out there. So what this means is we should have the canvas with thirty votes and it should be allocated per precinct. Accordingly should be allocated it should be allocated based on the candidates and you should have your tallies associated with it. You would also expect that if you went to your vm. Fifty five file. You should see ten people who voted via mail in because it has different codes based on that should have ten people who voted early in person and people who vote on election day and every single one of those entries should have had the name in address associated. The person that matches up with voter rolls. Likewise you would expect that. You're thirty two only ten ballots than it. Because that was sent out and your ebay thirty-three should have ten people in it from the mail in ballots and ten people from the actual avian person for a total of twenty. This is what you would expect in a balanced system. This is not actually what we found when we started comparing all these numbers all these numbers different in very different ways And it's something creates quite a few discrepancies. So none of these systems actually bounced gonna go through these so official campus has three thousand four hundred thirty. Two more ballots cast than the list of people show is having cast a vote in the vm. Fifty five file. Now i do want to specifically interject in here that we we finally heard back from maricopa county Because we ask him about this discrepancy. I think it's at least a week ago but it was a couple of weeks ago so the day before we represent results they decided to tell us that those were actually for For the protected voters. Who don't actually you know who either judges or battered women or other individuals who are concerned about publishing their addresses. Did that is the reason why that discrepancy is in there. I can't validate whether that's that's accurate or not accurate. I'm this is information that we just just received What i can say is that this sort of stuff is exactly why with audits usually the organization you're in the process of ogden Cooperates in works with you That would have been. These would have been extremely helpful in order to to get feedback and work through them through this entire process. Now we do have nine thousand forty male voters showing return ballots. More return ballots in eve thirty-three than that were sent thirty two Sounds like dr sheva found something very similar to this as well. I'm so specifically found. They were mailed one ballot but somehow to ballots received Which i do not know how you would have. One ballot sent into received. The sanction would have to be that it's a clerical error. There's something else going on. It's not clear how you can have that happen. Two hundred seventy seven printings show official canvas as having more ballots cast than people showed up to vote for total of one thousand five hundred fifty one excess votes again. The county has explained to us that the same reason for the vm. Fifty five difference. They're saying is the reason there but we have not had insta- validate that there are two thousand. Four hundred. seventy two ballots shown thirty three. That don't have a correspondent entries. In the vm. Fifty five and only two thousand forty. Two ballots show is rejected and official campus discrepancy of four hundred thirty. So let's walk through this really quickly. So if something is in the av. Thirty three means an early vote was received. I mean we have the individual's name in the voter. Id associated with it. So if an thirty-three was received i'm you would expect that if it's not in the vm. Fifty five file of who voted than it had to be a rejected ballot. Just makes logical sense. It has to be rejected ballot. But there's two thousand four hundred seventy two that show in the thirty three. But there's only two thousand absurd. There's only two thousand and forty two ballots. This show is rejected. So there's a discrepancy of four hundred thirty again. Just another place with these show that they don't seem to match up. We also have three hundred ninety seven mail in ballots. Show has received that were never shown his set. So we know that there are in vm. Fifty five their mail in ballots and they were received without some however being sent about and we also have two thousand five hundred two hundred fifty five thousand three hundred twenty six early votes shown the fifty five do not have a correspondent entry in ab thirty three. And just be clear. This is not you know when you were looking at ether. Thirty three entries thirty three entries are supposed to happen when a ballot is received. But it's not you know the actual track of the ballots are under the the actual official canvas. Vm fifty five. I'm so we had In the vm fifty five individuals. Who voted we had entries for early. Vote in their in their where. In two hundred fifty five thousand cases of those they were not actually included in the thirty three file in reality all of these systems to be audible in verifiable all these systems should be able to be in agreement with each other even if we have protected voters on. There should be some way to know the number protective voters who voted. I'm in order to match it all up so that you have a system that balan balances voter soon moved so we took a look at the entire list of individuals who voted. I'm specifically i'm that was from the vm. Fifty five final voted file And we ran it through a commercial database called the put up. Melissa person eater and personnel is a best in class identity system that helps check actresses. Make sure they're associated.

"Once into the microscope stands. We had four microscopes that are taken images of of the Magnified image and that was over a court number different places that included the presidential oval to take a look at how that was filled out and with the way we had the lights. We could actually see when it was filled out with a ballpoint pen. You could actually see the ridges of the person pressing down on it so you can tell the difference between something that was filled out with a sharpie a you could tell something was burnt out by a pen or you can tell actually if something was computer-printed You can tell the difference between all of that. We also had a microscope over certain parts of the ballot that allows to look at the paper fibers to timur to help. Determine what type of paper was utilized. Now when we're done with this we actually had over one hundred forty terabytes of data. I'm just from the paper examination alone So we massive amounts of data in fact a with our camera footage in everything that ran the operation. We ended up with a close to two of to peddle bytes of data to give you a comparison that is vastly more data that your average large thousand person company has. I'm so we were running a very impressive network here on. That was completely era. Gapped wasn't connected to anything outside of the floor in order to support this in order to have all the data requirements associated with it. I'm a very complicated operation. So just want to give a higher level status of where we are right now so first of all. We've completed the hand cannon of federal races. We've done all the image mitra captured album ballots. We've reviewed and did a comparison of the official results. We've done analysis of the voter rolls. We've done the vast majority of the analysis of actual voting machines in voting equipment in progress. Right now We're hopeful too soon with the settlement. That the senate put together to be reviewing the sponge logs and routers based on the settlement terms We're also hoping that the completion of the paper analysis. That's being done will be done very shortly now. From a scope standpoint stopped again so no longer in scope was the campus in on. That was decided that was removed. A we have the tabula configuration to check. Configuration was something that was not provided. We believe with the other information we have. We'll get similar data but it will not be the same exact data we had requested. Review the voter rolls system but A lot of the systems are used for check in for the site position were not provided as part of the equipment was giving us We had hoped to look at the review of the ics devices but again those had not been provided. We wanted to look at the provisional ballots. The ones that had not been counted to to count the sealed envelopes to make sure they matched up with everything and made sense. And those again were not provided. And we'd also hooked will take a look at the undeliverable ballots to see how many of them were bounced back or what happened to them and again. Those were not the inside were provided and so they were thinner. No longer in scope. And we're not able to take a look at okay so now we'll get into the fun part and get more into the actual talents and results in order to understand some of these findings. I want to make sure that everyone has a clear pictures to how this process works. So if we have ballots that are actually a damaged or otherwise. Can't be run through the tabula. There's for example. The braille ballots won't fit through the tabula there's some yukata ones. Can't they need to go through. What's called the duplication process. Now this is a different thing than what doctorship was talking about. When he talked about duplicates he was when he talked about duplicates. He was talking about more than one envelope going to the same person. I'm so we're going to talk with were duplicates here but we're actually talking about when there is an original ballot. They couldn't be run through the scanner and they created a copy of it which was run through the scanner and counted. So when you have duplicates the duplicates Only one of those counted and it should only be the duplicates now specifically the originals are often referred to damage center duplication or disd. And we're gonna use that. Notation throughout things at dsp means the original pallets. Where's the actual duplicates are referred to as stoops There should be one one d deep and there should be a unique serial number on every single. Disd every single deep to match them up. I'm so that you will know for sure that this ballot right here was duplicated to this other ballot. And if you wanna compare and make sure. The duplication process was done correctly. And that it actually represented the voter intent. You'd be able to easily match them up and it'd be easier to handle from an audit standpoint. Duplicate ballots also should be stored separately from the regional ballots. So there's no confusion they don't get mixed up so let's talk a little bit about those findings so our balance work home in coming up with original ballots. Not all of them. I'm there wearing at least one box case. Which is something that they are not supposed to do. According to the pm duplicate ballots had incorrect and missing serial numbers. If you take a look at this table that's showing up. you notice. The serial number on the left is what was actually on the ballot the duplicate ballot and the seal number the board one hand deep to one eighteen. One fourteen in the right is what was actually on the original damage. The you'll notice the numbers actually different on the left hand. Side is his duport. Three hand. hens zero to one fourteen on his board one hand dipped two hundred and fourteen. We're able to match these up because of the ballot characteristics and the precinct that came from. But it's a very painful process has done manually. In order to figure out what matches demo what else when they're not actually stamped with the same executive on the problem we also had a number of serial numbers are printed. Like the one that you see on the screen where it's you can't really read it. It's not legible So at theoretically has a serial number on it. but there's no way to match it up because you cannot read with the value is on it In addition to to.

"Return envelopes but the signature mismatch rate goes down by nearly fifty six percent so has gone down by a significant number. Here can nearly four times so this is the other two came down and very interesting inverse relationship. Which would be again one of the questions. We have miracle number. Five is there's no mention of duplicates in america canvas report again if you look here. Here's a canister report there's no mention of duplicates we in our case we found seventeen thousand twenty six voters sent in two or more balanced as duplicates his. You seem before anomaly. Sex is twenty five percent plus or more of the duplicates came in during never worn to the nine essentially on election day. And after so. How did we find this. Well here's a plot again. Let me walk you through the y. Axis is a number of early voting. Alad return on loads and were plotting and by date and again. This is based on the dry. We got which retained stamp by particular days so almost like an interesting heartbeat here so on this day. Ten fourteen. Nearly two hundred thousand envelopes came in on this day. Nothing so you get this interesting heartbeat signal. Then what we did was we said. Why don't we on top of this layer in the blanks criminals and duplicates again. Since the the access sport the bees is higher than on the right access on the left axis. I've been the totals for this rebels. Langston duplicates what's fascinating. Is you notice in the early part. Things are following the heartbeat. Okay but somewhere along here. Particularly on october twenty six is heartbeat starts sort of suffering particularly the saccharin line is the duplicates to have. The duplicates stopped matching in many ways as heartbeat. So here everything stops. It will be dead. Was we did further analysis on the blanks. I'm sorry the duplicates and the and this is what's interesting so what were plotting here is the duplicates as a function of the daily percentage of. So here's a signal oh. Uc as you see suddenly this what you may call a significant growth in percentage in fact then several of these days. There's ninety six percent of the ballots that canaan onto these days are so there is a serious number duplicates. In fact the area under the service posted thirty percent twenty five or thirty percent of the duplicates came in between november to november done and that motivated us to also on the same plot drop the blanks in scribbled and you see the same phenomenon there and only seven. I ought to then the.

"Then. What we did was we did distribution per. We looked at all of the ballots and we did a distribution of pixel densities just to give you an idea of how liberal he were an accepting something as a signature. So if you look at this it was only this little area here which is between point one one percent. That's the definition of non white pixel density that verbal everything else we were quite liberal and accepted doses signatures even our analysis so again we were not hired do signature verification right now after this typically signature verification. Take him through the county did and then they would also open up then. The balanced open up the envelopes tabulate. Let's go to our signature presence detection we took we took a ballot or could be any Fruitfully classified it into one of these six categories. That's the system dead. And then for each one of the for those we remove the duplicates share and then we looked at the ballots wants view in which one it was we identified. What kind of region. Extract extracted the region if possible though this was not part of the stope we also try to extract the name able to do that burtless dipping ninety nine percent of them so we also use different types of classified which is in pattern recognition. Look out for each one of these different kinds of outlets. Joel generally put him into one of these four buckets. So let's look at the results. So we're i in a look at the non duly which means all those early voting. He symbol return envelopes which were non duplicates and here we see predominantly ninety nine point seven seven percent. We denoted a signature anything greater than one percent pixel density ripples. We found one percent two thousand five hundred twenty and the fell into groups that definitive blanks of one thousand seven seventy one and the likely ranks. One is adds up to one hundred percent. Then we also look at the council of these you had to be clear two thousand four hundred twenty scribbles and we have one thousand eight hundred seventy two blanks. We put both of these together in our some similarly. We now went and looked. This is a little more complicated at the to copy duplicates because we had to deal with those substantial amount thirty four thousand thirty thousand and more so the duplicate recognitions linked into three In fact three groups southern so there could be you know you have the you think about it the mother and the son or the mother and the daughter okay or the parent and the child relationship so one of the two one could have been a signature. One could have had a signature. One could have had a signature rather blang. One could have had a signature likely blank. One combat his signature received denotes scribble if any one of them had signature. We said okay. We followed his signature. Alternatively trivial area one could scribble under could have been blanked went could have been a scribble other been lightly lined convinced scribbling. Scribble these denoted as firms in that case. And then finally you had ones that are blank blank. Unlikely unlikely likely. Those were denoted as so. Let me just give you some feeling with these. Look like so here is one from the same person again for the purpose. Were not allowed to share the names of voters etc. But you can see here that here's one. There is a signature here and there is a signature here but they are both the same. These both signs of two ballots both signed another example is one is signed and the other is a blank complete blank here. Back in the signature regions another is sign and the other words are likely blankets. Got some stuff here so economic categorized as likely. Here's an example reassigned one but you have a scribble over here and then here we have the hero of scribble. But here you have a blank but it it's been verified and approved and we'll talk about this later. We'll come back to this here. you have one. That's scribble little bit since stuff here and likely one and the one distributor was brewed. Here you have to scribbles and one of them was approved vaccines and here. You have one with a blank and a blank and this blank has been approved and here we have one which is a blank and a likely blank likely blank the little group and similarly over here we have a signature and a likely blank and again the likely is being approved. And here's an example of a free copy one. We had three copies duplicates all blank. And we'll come back to showing how they're approved now and here's an example of three copies verbals. So that gives you an understanding of the flavor of these the analysis we have to do to copy duplicates and so on those two copies we categorize these ones angriness signatures. The ones in red. Israel's in the ones in blank as a sorry black is blank once in rats. So you gonna have to copy sixteen thousand nine hundred eighty four and these are the counts on that one hundred and fifty scribbles from the to copy forty five blanks from the to copy interesting and we had three copy and four copy analysis. We had to do. I'm not gonna go to all the details of this. But there were also three copying four copy Do get it. There were two sets of three copies. Wang i'm sorry up two sets which were scribbled vibe which were wang. So now we do. The totals calculations. So if you add the non look blanks. One thousand eight hundred. Seventy two two copy duplicate blanks. Forty five to three copied wax you to so one thousand nine hundred nineteen similar griego scribbles..

"We go charlie. What you've done is incredible here. Maybe charlie kirk on the college campus. We are lucky to have charlie. Charlie kirks running the white house. I want to thank charlie. He's an incredible guy his spirit his love of this country's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organisations ever created turning point. Usa he will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries destroyed lives and we are going to fight for freedom campuses across the country. That's why that is a true statement. They were close now. I find it. Ironic that our secretary state and a few others have called this a sham audit. That you can't trust it you can't believe it well. The interesting fact is truth is truth. Numbers are numbers. And we've said that from day one what you're going to see exactly what it is the truth and those numbers were close within a few hundred. But what you have not seen and not heard yet which is what you're going to hear right now. What you have not seen and you have not heard is about the statutes that were broken. How chain of custody was not followed. How we had a number of issues which is why people questioned the ballots in the elections. So i ask that you. Please keep an open mind. I please ask that you listen to this because the reality of this is what this is all about is making sure. Your vote counts tentative. Peterson's thank you madam president. I would join you and welcome everybody here. Who's here in person listening or watching this historic event. This is the first time in the history of our country that an audit of the scale and magnitude has ever been conducted. It's unfortunate that it is an incomplete audit because due to the lack of cooperation and the obstruction from the county. However in spite of that this is still the most complete audit that has ever been done. The goal here as the president has said is election integrity. our citizens have demanded it. The importance of our society. Having faith in the election process cannot be overstated. The number she gave people had concerns was significant. But even if it was much less it would still merit this type of an audit to bring reassurance to our citizens this report should help. The senate understand what has been working what needs improvement and whether further investigation by law enforcement should occur. So i look forward to receiving this report with all of you at this time. Thank you senator peterson with that. We will start with our first presenter. Our first presenter is joining us via zoom because he lives on the east coast. His name is dr sheva. He was the one commission by the senate And that was because we finally got the envelope. Ballots are the ballot envelopes. So we could check signatures or lack thereof in. This was his part of the audit. Dr sheva welcome to the arizona. Senate how are you today through him. We honorable content. Absolu- senator abused thank you. The floor is yours please proceed. Thank you before. I started presentation at this is also accompanied by a report. I just to make one prefatory remark. And that is As apollo to senator peterson and we live in the age of what we call. Engineering systems complex systems taking airplane using an iphone self driving cars. These are highly a complex systems. But what are known in. The modern world is the generic systems are election. Voting systems are also engineering systems. And i want to thank the leadership of the senate the stakeholders because taken on historic A step here to bring the same level of engineering systems capabilities. Election voting systems and one of those attributes is that whether an anomaly small or large or insignificant her monumental you all must be welcomed because from an engineering standpoint can only do one thing we've just enhanced.

I mean? I don't know The specific number of ballots as of today. You don't know how many were counted. How about yesterday? How many Balboa County reporter How many ballots were counted yesterday? Me? You should know this. You should be getting up. I didn't get the numbers because I didn't. I wanted to include right up today. But you don't know Today's either. So you've you're including nothing. You didn't know yesterday and you want to give yesterday's tally, which you don't know. And today's tally, which again you don't know, So that's why you get yesterday's tally because you wanna make sure you put today's tally in there of which you know, neither of those that must be fraction Metric. I haven't estimate of what the number is, but we're on track. It's in the tens of thousands. Might be approaching 100 100,000. We really don't know. So you guys are up to 100 that well, Yeah, because I think about how long it takes account about right. So first of all, you got the magic the You've got the light. Right. The U V like that? They're gonna scan then you got to go through to see because the guy said about You gotta go. Look, Is there other paper and bamboo inside of the paper? Oh, my God.
