"In the world For the I heart media app. It's Eric. Code 5 to 0 in the U. S. 8805678. Uh, Mm. So you know that canvas report came out yesterday. In Maricopa County and, uh, front page of the canvas reports that 173,000 lost votes 96,000 Ghost votes. Uh, Liz Harris, a local activists, a Republican, defeated Republican candidate for the Arizona House. I started questioning, Uh, the counting of the votes, the legality of the count. Or the integrity of the count. And she got a bunch of volunteers together and they started going door to door. And they knocked on about 12,000 doors. They talked to 4570 people. And what they found was extremely troubling. And that is a bunch of people who the county said did not vote. Who wouldn't talk to the people? They said. Oh, yeah, I voted. I sent my ballot in. I sent my ballot in What happened to your bell? I don't know. So, county says you didn't vote. Well. I did vote. Okay. They got a bunch of those. Then I got a bunch of people who said, uh, Uh, were asked about somebody who's living at their you know, living in their house and said, there's uh, does Ed Martin live in your house? No, I don't know. Ed Martin. Ed Martin doesn't live here. I've lived here for 15 20 years. You know, he don't live here. But while he's registered to vote from here, and it says he voted was I'm sorry. I don't know who he is. They got a bunch of those. So most of the media in Arizona tried to ignore this. Actually, they did ignore it. And The only media organization actually wrote anything about it was the Arizona Capitol Times, which is a rather pricey subscription thing that a lot of lobbyists and public officials and politicians and special interest groups all subscribed to to get news up in Phoenix. And they write about political stuff and what's going on in the capital? There's a reporter up there by the name of Cura Haas. Who wrote about this, and it's the beginning of the You know, kick the legs out from under the audit articles to be written by Reporters who would like to just dismiss it. And of course, you know that. You know the Katie Hobbs people and the left and I don't know it for a fact. But I assume They are working the phones to say, pay no attention to this. The whole thing is not scientific, Its ad hoc It's blah, blah, blah. So the headline on the article. Today is Republicans canvas flawed, experts say. So who are the experts? Well, one of the experts they quote as as a pollster by the name of Mike Noble Mike Nobles kind of an establishment guy here in Arizona, and he does a lot of work, political consulting and polling for You know, public interest groups, corporations, sometimes politicians, Uh, He basically says the Dana priest says, Look no further on the page of the cover, which can be easily disproven. How You know, they basically saying, Well, the cover says 173,000 lost votes 96,000 ghost votes. That's not what they found. Well, wait a minute. You're right. That's not what they found. That's the statistical extrapolation of the data set. To the population to say what we have found. If it is, if this is applicable across the population will yield 173,000 people who voted who did not have their vote counted. And there were 96,000. People who voted who don't earn may not exist. Don't live where they said they lived. They just voted. Who are they? Fake votes. So the reporter You know, as if this is like some big scandal. Well, they only talk to 4500 voters, and they said there's 173,000 lost votes. That's that's misleading. It's not true. Well, it just goes to show that this reporter knows absolutely nothing. Nothing at all. About statistical projection models, mathematical models. And what if you've read the report, you would understand they used the 95 confidence level 95 95 confidence level. Which is like normally used in statistical analysis, when you need to generate a project projection based upon a subset of data of how it might apply to the general population. They do it all the time. But this reporter, maybe she's not paid that. Well, Maybe she's not that smart. Maybe she's not that educated. Or maybe she's just gullible. It takes the party line from whoever the heck she's, uh, hanging out with having drinks with after work. I have no idea. But that kind of stuff goes on. I was the press secretary in Washington D. C. I used to take reporters out for drinks. Oh, yeah. The Another expert. Another expert day, they quoted or, she quoted Was the The guy who's got his butt on the line. The Maricopa County. Uh Ah! What's that? What's his controller recorder? Stephen recur. He basically said, Well, Harris met with him and, uh, What's concerned about voters that did not actually lived where they were registered, and he wanted to get all the information from her and she just didn't give it to him. And I don't blame her for not giving it to him. Because you know something when, when the crap hits the fan He's going to have some explaining to do, as is Katie Hobbs. So he's he's already biased to cover up. If there's something wrong, he's never going to. He's never going to acknowledge it. Now. Maybe there's some straightforward explanations for some of them, but not all of them. And then she went. The other experts he asked, is Tammy Patrick. Because she supposedly works for a nonpartisan foundation called the Democracy Fund. She's their senior adviser to elections. And she says the challenges if they're basing their information of what somebody tells them at their front door, they're not going to have correct information. So everybody lied. Oh, she hit so she knows she just knows. She just knows you don't know whether you voted or not know if If somebody knocked on your door, you're going to remember if you voted or not. And you remember how you voted. And if they ask you if Ed Martin lives in your house, and I don't live in your house, you're going to say I don't know who he is. I heard of him. But you don't live here. No, that's not the correct information..

Mike Noble Ed Martin Liz Harris Maricopa County 173,000 Mike Nobles 96,000 Phoenix Tammy Patrick 4500 voters Arizona 4570 people Harris 173,000 people Washington D. C. Republican Katie Hobbs Democracy Fund yesterday Today

"Uh, So yesterday. The report comes out about ghost votes and lost votes in Maricopa County and Liz Harris got a bunch of volunteers together and went knocking on doors and knocked on about 12,000 doors. America County And they dropped this like bombshell report. Uh, with the cover, it says is 173,000 lost votes and 96,000 ghost votes so You know, you gotta dig in. It's not a big reports, 11 pages you got to dig in and they actually they knocked on about 12,000 doors, and they they did 4570 interviews. Okay? So and they found Very troubling information here. So Most of the media in Arizona ignored this. It just ignored it. The way that we don't care. These people knocked on 12,000 doors. Okay, This is what they found. So there's a reporter the only one that didn't seem to ignore it as the Arizona Capitol Times, which is a publication, you have to spend some pretty big bucks to be able to gain access to but because You know, I fill in for Garrett. And so I Took what they pay me here and I paid whatever is a few 100 bucks to subscribe to this thing so I can sign on and see what they're saying. So there's a reporter up there and all of the politicians in Phoenix and the special interest groups and the lobbyists and the lawyers up. They all subscribe to this. There is, uh, a reporter there. Kyra Haas. So she writes an article. This morning. And it says Republicans canvas flawed. Experts say she didn't even report on the canvas, she reported on That it's she assumes it's flawed. According to Quote unquote experts. Months long, independent canvassing effort, Maricopa County culminated an 11 page report that made big claims about ghost voters and lost votes. But the problems were evident on the first page. One of the experts they quote is a pollster by the name of Mike Noble, who does a lot of political consulting up in Phoenix, uh, for major interest groups and establishment politician types. And he's quoted as saying Well when it comes to the integrity of the data presented look no further than the cover page of the report, which can be easily disproven. And I guess they use some wrong photo or something on the cover. Okay? The canvas report claims there were 173,104 lost votes in 96,389 Ghost votes based on the data it gathered from a small sample size. It stated that canvases attempted to contact 11,708 voters, But interviews yielded data on 4570 registered voters. No problem. I mean, that's that's all in the report. They put that right up front. Um The disappearing vote claim is based on interviews with 964 individuals that were registered to vote in Maricopa County, but whom the votes that but whom the county said did not vote. According to the report of those 9, 64 34.23%, or 330, people said they had voted. Okay? The canvas team used that figure to estimate that of the 2.6 million total voters in the county. 173,000 voters had their votes stolen. Okay, so they make it like they're making this up. Well, if you take the time to read the report You take the time to read the report. What did they base that on? Well, they base that on what they call a 95 95 confidence level, which is a mathematical widely accepted. Widely accepted. Statistical Uh, formula that basically lets you extrapolate out a smaller data set. To say this is you know this If you take it out to the whole population, this is what it's going to to show. Now, 95 95 is what's it's like the default. Thing that's used The reporter knows nothing about statistics or projections. I mean, this is done in businesses. This is done in, uh, in determining, uh, studying climate change this stuff This is this is done all the time. So it's not inappropriate and they're not trying to pull a fast one or a partisan one by saying that what we found out of the 4500 people we actually interviewed that if you put it to the percentage that came back of people who the county said did not vote who actually claimed they did vote. And usually people will know whether they voted or not. If you extrapolate that out. That's 173,000 lost votes and the reported and that could be 347,000. You know, It's not an exact science, but you're in the ballpark. And it's not wrong to use A statistical analysis projection tool like that. That does not take the credibility of what they found in Maricopa County away. And then they go to another expert. Okay, Then this reporter goes to another expert. And the other expert is well, I go to Maricopa County Recorder Stephen recur. Who's obviously Got a C Y a thing going on. So he sends an open letter to Republicans yesterday saying that well, no sensitivity If they never gave me the details of what they were finding, and I know that you have to call into question. I don't care about him. He's just in a C Y a mode. Then they went. Then this reporter went to, uh Then it went to Tammy Patrick. Tammy Patrick used to be the former federal compliance officer for the Maricopa County elections since department. She claims that she is some kind of independent. You know, independent person who is working for a non partisan foundation called the Democracy Fund. She's a senior adviser to the elections program, she says. The challenge is that if they're basing their information on what someone tells them at their front door, they're not going to have correct information for a variety of reasons, Okay? So.

Liz Harris Kyra Haas Tammy Patrick Mike Noble 2.6 million 11 pages Maricopa County 4570 registered voters 9, 64 34.23% 964 individuals Arizona 12,000 doors 11,708 voters 11 page Phoenix 347,000 4500 people first page America County 4570 interviews

"Lewis thank you for hanging out can STA M. seven ninety two sons of most stimulating talk three things I think you needed to know number one is is this this incredible thing and I'm I'm hoping it does a lot to put the fear of god into these governors Attorney General Barr is instructing U. S. attorneys across the country to go after governors if they are using the Chinese virus as a reason to infringe on people's constitutional rights he's saying it not not only just the from the religious aspect of it but also your your ability to make a living your ability to make a living this is a big big big deal second thing I think you needed to know visit Joe Biden's got some major major problems Joe Biden the accused by a former staffer returning a sexual assault as he threw me against the walls but picked up a hand up my skirt in a treated me with his fingers and other media is pretty much ignoring it yet we have confirmation now that she said the same story to several people the latest a former neighbor said yes to me is ninety five ninety six we cry about it on my front on her front stoop at night sometimes and by the way I'm the neighbor said even though I know this and I believe her I'm still going to provide third thing then I think you needed to know and there's soul is there quite a bit it's but we're looking at another lawmaker Republican state senator David Farnsworth says we need to open we need to open now it needs to happen in Pima county hoping to hold a back to business meeting this weekend huckleberry says he's hoping to ease the regulations by mid may which I I hope it's sooner than that I do three things I think you need to know by the way again eighteen anti Arizona capitol times Howard Fischer has a piece about about the possibility of what about what do you see may do and I love this gubernatorial press aide Patrick B. tak you still make Sally by the way whether a Cup in the same cloth said Ducey's decision restrictions we based on more than results more than test results quote other data is also important like whether hospitals are prepared are you on crack did they do I've never seen anything more in combat in my life well maybe something's by Doug Ducey in last week's press conference proved there are hospitals are prepared we have been leaders are the ones who we have ICU beds are the ones who we have regular hospital beds out the Wazoo he proved it last week at the charge the slides everything that's why state Rep mark Finchem was so fired up Ducey made the case and now we have Patrick P. tech who is saying that well we're going to base this decision on data like whether our hospitals are prepared are you high in the you know by the way the fact that Doug Ducey is hiding out I mean where is this guy we have our cut the state is literally shut down you can tell me that this doesn't require daily updates from this guy ideas as to what's going on you work for us he works for you as a business owner doesn't he the fact that he's not giving any kind of a hit so business owners are prepared to open up on Friday and restaurants can start ordering food restaurants get their act in order other businesses can get their act in order does that make sense and this guy is is M. I. A. and he's having his gubernatorial press aide give kind which happens from time to time but why not go tell people things you want eight days at a press conference before that she's eight eight zero okay I. N. S. C. eight eight zero five six seven eight okay we do have some calls and get a did this I'm just I I don't know about you and we can talk about forever how we're disappointed to see but more more stuff comes up it says here given do sees a cautious approach to enacting the order in the first place at least two dozen other governors had acted before the March the first limitation it isn't consider likely he will allow to simply expire that given his cost approach this what Howard Fischer is reporting it's not likely that he will simply allow to simply expire instead duties indicated any change is likely to be a loosening but it won't matter much at least appears on a communist do see also alters his list of essential businesses and services more important and more for a list of what are not and must remain shuttered I would like to own a business and then be told by the government you know what I don't think it's important you're open right now you might think it's important to feed your family but I don't think it's that important yes bill Barr came out with a statement yesterday and said it I'm directing each of our United States attorneys to be on the lookout for state local directives they could be violating the constitutional rights and civil liberties of individual citizens all based on this pandemic he says the legal restrictions on state and local authority are not limited to discrimination discrimination against religious institutions or religious believers for example the constitution also forbids in certain circumstances discrimination against disfavored speech because some people in certain states California Michigan are being threatened for actual organizing a protest but you ready for this the constitution also forbids discrimination against undue interference with the national economy if a state or local ordinance crosses the line from an appropriate exercise of authority to stop the spread of covert nineteen into an overbearing infringement of constitutional and statutory protections the DOJ may have an obligation to address that over reaching federal court I hope I hope they do see just let it all go but she's I mean this is kind of in the fact that he's clueless he's just sitting there he's just what what is he doing let's start off a barber right Ryan Barbara generator making up names Barbara I'm sorry Donna Donna is enough Donna welcome to KNSD hello Donna Hey how are you good was well you know I will only do is talk talk talk talk talk and I think it's time we all rise up you know the business owners you know the restaurant people they all know each other the small boutique owners they all know each other they go to the same gift shows and everything we should all get together just open up and you know the government doesn't run out we run the government and it's you know not only about the physical health of the community and our state but it's also the health of our economy and people quitting you know food on the table and people being able to take care of their families and people there socializing and interacting with one another you know I love the Dan Erickson interview that you did move late yep it's seven I listened to the whole and you know just for him to say if we don't you know start getting together and moving on there has got to be a different agenda out there and you know just what you said about undue interference with the economy that's been our constitutional right and how much have we given up in the number of weeks that we've been shut down in the area of our freedoms and our right and it's time that we just stood up and not pick it with little to find in the streets just bring our economy back ourselves and who cares about the governor you know unfortunately voted him in and he's a bag is like the rest of them but you know I did that I did it I'm retired I used to own a business and gift items and I tell you I mean it was all subcontractors and independent contractors they all had it all met family and I can really tell you all that you know I live in a bubble out here in a retirement community and even though our amenities are all down because like all I can't get in the pool we can't social distance that the restaurant still had kicked out regarding zero three now they created honesty you know and you know I just live in this bubble and everything to me is pretty well taken care of but you know I just feel for the rest of everybody else you know it is that the one line and you know it could soon redistribution of wealth is that happening Schmelter act as taxpayers they have to start bailing out the state yeah you know there is far more than that hello the virus which is proving to be even less than that and you know when you look at the statistics all the reports one of the highest buyers none of that they don't put any other step about dis regularly in the state in the US yeah you know did they think this is what it is I understand you know what they they do you know what your your smile I appreciate a phone call down internet time is a great call you're smart you get it but they brainwashed a bunch of people that just don't quite pay attention look up on TV in goal they say it must be true and yeah yeah they don't they don't question it don't have the critical thinking of with it tell me how many people died from the disease virus I wonder how many people died from other things is it is it close to the same number is it too much how many die every month anyway yeah I'm with you we need to take it back it needs to happen I support all these businesses I think they should just say you know what for they have a big you just get it going you can call the show you can all say I'm gonna do what I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do is say whatever business you have and you're going to open and then you all do it they can't stop all of you it's ridiculous I've stories about that we'll get to a canister the morning ritual with garret Lewis times.

"The what in this case over the last few years we've had to put up with the lab trying to say that a civil war was break it out within the Republican Party now we've had our disagreements absolutely we have but it seems to me things have come together under president trump the same thing could not to be said about the left nationally Hey more important to us locally innocent the ring to the conservative circus we have great a Patterson he is the publisher of expresso pond didn't dot com and a gray gate you have been tracking the recent bull war between progressive publications the Arizona capitol times and the Arizona mirror what have you noticed culture has come to the Democratic Party if I call it blue on blue violence in this day and we were saying that broadly are wallstreet journal recently had article about cancel culture among the last in France for example where they're shutting down speakers are certainly seen it at university here and we're also seeing it and this little we have between the errors on a matter which is a far left publication and they don't have a couple times which is a last publication where they're trying to show each other down very interesting it was interesting because yeah you know the kids culture started with the left trying to shut down conservative speakers Neil big time especially on college campuses but now it's as if the left is turning in on itself does this strike you that the blue war seems to mirror what we're seeing in the Democrat party nationally it is the establishment alas verses the radical last and this capital times errors on a mere Jeff is a great example of that a couple times is one of the traditional news outlet and they printed an op ed piece by a state legislator who is questioning the vaccination movement and and potentially was advocating for the anti vaccine movement I'm certainly a pro vaccine guide but in the far left favor there's a mirror said that he should have been the platform it was critical of the as a couple times for even giving him an opportunity to speak and so when the far left tries to delegitimize the last it is a great example of what we're seeing on blue on blue so I want to ask you to draw down in this for second grade because you know I guess it's too easy to say that the cancer culture truly is a product they buy a product of the left of liberalism I imagine it could happen on both sides of the aisle I'd it doesn't it doesn't one ideology doesn't have to be it's home and yet it really has come from the left what sparked this that's a great question I would disagree with with those who think it originated with the right if you were in liberal fascism by Jonah Goldberg for example you'll get a lot of examples of Woodrow Wilson putting Eugene Debs and present so there's Woodrow Wilson who was of course on the left in Eugene Debs was a Socialist Party candidate at the time and yeah actually imprisoned him for some of the things that that he was writing and saying back in that time so the back cancel culture I think has been age feature of the left for a hundred years but people have ascribed to to the right and I think it's always a part of the last and I think frankly you can go back to the French Revolution consuming itself and if you read the history of that you'll see a little bit of what you're seeing now in Hollywood and in areas now with the left is dominated and a bar left did you get a lot I guess you know the left to fight back by saying you know what Abraham Lincoln president Abraham Lincoln he tried to silence folks he tried to jailed journalists who were of writing things that he did not like in that kind of thing we got to keep that kind of quiet but to your point the French Revolution I think is an excellent excellent example of how this thing truly can end up do you know just causing internal war strife in eating away at a whole movie because of course the French Revolution he ended up with the very people who started it getting guillotined right absolutely so look at the meter movement and the fact that it took out Charlie Rose and Weinstein and Matt Lauer people like that who were Kevin Spacey who were icons of the last consumed by a movement that for some reason people thought was going to affect the light and that's what we've seen in I think many of these movements as as they really turn the standards they turn in on people who are all part of of their own movement so very very similar to the the French Revolution as what we're saying in the blue on blue react instead to ring we have Greg Patterson he is the publisher of expresso pundit dot com is known as one of the ten most influential Arizona's in the past decade and Greg the latest hit piece in the Arizona Republic against senator mark the XLE includes an unflattering picture they think of everything did minutes Republicans that means we get a a steady feeder this can't Republican survived these type of petty attacks is my question and survivor we got the mainstream media against this for a long time and as the metallic thing is just a a great example of subtlety to which the mainstream media will go to they they have plenty of pictures that make Sally their official or otherwise that look good in and they picked one where she is here's blowing in the wind and and it just it doesn't look like the best picture and yet they make sure is that perhaps a better example is that Peterson who was the adjuster has a ton of official pictures of having of course got in trouble with this adoption situation all but that her sister were years his mug shot and then they do that because it people have taken shares of portraiture they can humiliate somebody without overtly saying they're doing that with its original box out against trump John over the weekend I saw that picture with yeah I guess the wind called trump's hair was blowing straight up in there you can see is hairline just had all the kind of stuff they tried to save them trump does will went right back at him I had this thought my most flattering picture book at the hair is holding up pretty good and then end up laughing at the people who make the public to publish the picture right well that's the genius of trump is that everybody before trial of the mint brownies of the world thought well if I'm just I used to the to the mainstream media they'll be nice to me but trump just does that does back against them whenever they do something like that a great example of how they treat like Sally is that there's a Republic is just totally here's a sexist language to describe her so while John McCain was somebody who was a maverick and he confronted people he was courageous she does is **** or should first hand from just negative language against her as a woman is frankly shocking that they would do something like that but that will have no standards when it comes to her this is when it comes to her it has no standards when it comes to other conservatives we're going to thank you very much for keeping an eye on our media here you know what it whatever things like this pop up I want to have you on they help we the people understand how the media works and I gotta tell ya I really am enjoying this blue on blue war that's going on the Greg batters and make sure you pay attention to that blue on blue war because things are starting to to get intense things are shaking out and there is a war going on between the establishment wing of the Democratic Party and that the socialists the radicals at the same time while they're fighting with with each other they're still trying to poison the well for us and that's why you're going to see these unflattering pictures every time you see the Republic kept time every time you see with them putting a Republican on the all all on you Republicans face on their pages you need to ask why what is he doing this what is this about and I say to my Republican brother and sisters out there these politicians you should avoid that media with with everything you've got you don't go on television you don't give are you don't give a interview to to Laurie Roberts and all these other are you are you crazy you got a media you your media let it go out from there I'm just saying Hollywood at their Oscars last night it was a disaster it was a disaster in the ratings it is a disaster for them they just don't know yet at six twenty I'll tell you why first we need to check traffic.

"Driving fast on the freeway getting a warning our interview with him lot of people have opinions on that as well yeah you know what yeah I was gonna have opinions are we say about that but what was your big take away from it I listen I'm from the very get go I understand and I believe on a certain level but officers don't write office other officers tickets I believe there's a you call professional courtesy you're gonna get a voice over whatever you wanna call it I'm not shocked by that arm and I thought he owned up to speeding it's not like you said it didn't happen what me or the cop got it wrong right I appreciate him being here in in in kind of sit in that hot seat and and and taking the questions you know might might take away is that you know he was technically criminally speeding and got a warning for its yeah and is that what most people get I don't know I mean we we have the numbers of a third or forty percent or whatever it may be education warnings are are given for criminal speeding but I don't think we have those number exactly and I think we have those numbers okay and in the in the other thing to you know I I we want to have him on to give him an opportunity to speak and for us to have the opportunity to ask him questions and I'm glad that he did it but at the end of the day I don't think anything was said to change anybody's mind if you were like Hey you know what I got a warning when I was going ninety or I've been on the I seventeen and somebody has been camping out in the left lane and I've had to speed up to pass them and you know you can put yourself in that situation then you go okay others go while he got preferential treatment because he's the director of GPS and he sure got the ticket watch did he get a ticket I don't think anything changed but I appreciate that we have the opportunity to have the platform for him to speak and for us to question fair enough let's go to something else so I would argue much more serious Maricopa county assessor Paul Peterson you know the guy the Maricopa county assessor who is running the allegedly running an illegal adoption scheme right well we had our friend a former Attorney General grant woods who was part of this investigation into Mister Peterson and his duties as a county assessor was he negligent because the accountable to supervisor suspended him basically yeah you had the the county board of supervisors that they hired two private law firms right they wanted to investigate whether or not the county assessor Peterson neglected his duties then a former state Attorney General grant woods was asked to oversee that investigation well we're getting the results right now and it appears as though that investigation has found no evidence that he neglected his duties color me surprised me too hello Mister price and why are you surprised super surprise for the same reason well because we have the information of how many times in the year he had used his key card to park at work and how much time he spent at work and he basically spent one to two days a week and a couple of hours in those days and it struck us that well how can you what's the job of the county assessor that it only takes four hours a week to do and then there was also the report that when they took a look at his computer the amount of work that they had we will say that that that the amount of time he had spent on county duties verses the amount of work that he expands on his adoption lawyer duties now was disproportionate A. I. heavily personal stuff you're seeing like business there's a lot of evidence that said this guy was wasn't doing it but again the county in the only investigators took a look at it and said there's no real evidence he neglected his job so this investigation of the report was obtained by Arizona capitol times and in it again like I said V. investigators and find any evidence that Peterson neglected his duties yeah that's the County Board of supervisors suspended him without pay for a hundred twenty days because he was in federal custody all it can do his job and he is a solid argument he's appealing the suspension ya and there is going to be like a hearing I guess you could say on that suspension coming up I believe it is next Wednesday so let's go to next Wednesday Bruce let's let's kind of go in the like you know jump to the future and does he have a case sure action of county assessor Paul Peterson either be overturned yeah or allowed to expire in a hundred twenty days because the interviews they've done it with people that worked inside that department and see are finding that you know what I'm he did his job so here is the argument and I and I'm a you need to be consistent with this uhhuh he has not been found guilty of a crime I convicted yeah I never convicted yet he's been charged okay yep and he will have his day in court he is innocent until proven guilty and if if as their own investigation shows he's doing the job he was elected to do all up and until he is convicted of a crime I don't think you can suspend of how long he stayed in custody and Arkansas to how long it was I don't remember the days but but he was in custody of it but they kept transferring from jail to jail because the Arizona Utah and Arkansas over the three state three getting out because he was able to write you know but he was held then he went before a judge I mean let's say only in Arizona you have an elected official who is accused of in a little legal dot adoption scheme still fight to keep their job I mean like I would say in most other states they just be like okay I'm just going to kind of ride off into the sunset deal with this business and not get noticed your son is different kind of cap let me tell ya here here I I said that from the very beginning that this guy is not going to step down he is not going to resign I I just also echo that going back to as far as I believe it was two thousand six there was a commissioner down a Superior Court that a flag one of the adoptions he was on with a Marshallese baby as legal given the treaty we have with that country not to adopt their kids and it was still allowed to happen yeah that didn't scare him away from this practice apparently he not only apparently continued to do it but then wasn't born to run for public office and one not once but twice really wasn't a guy who was trying to hide underneath the radar this was somebody who Connell sought the spotlight so he's not running away from this nothing that I see from his behavior is surprising me anymore but I do think that the Maricopa County Board of supervisors are any very interesting predicament again if you if you believe in the basic principles of innocent until proven guilty as of right now there is no evidence that county assessor Paul Peterson has neglected his job as county assessor so how do you suspend him because he's been accused of a crime because he he was absent because he was in jail you made an interesting point earlier what if he'd been sick and ABS it would you would you would you suspend aging how he's always very because he was in the hospital because of an illness or injury or something and was unable to do its job certain number of days here's the thing I know that there are laws on the books that prevent you from doing that so it is not a one to one kind of correlation but from like a I'm just kind of high level yeah I kind of point of view that's the argument you could your argument is he wasn't there to do the job well there's other reasons you couldn't be there to do the job would you suspend over that and that's why I mean he he stands accused in three states of running this illegal doctor adoption scheme he's free on bail he was booked into federal custody in Arkansas I can do some digging to find out how long he was there because frankly I think that that's important if he was held in federal custody for five days so when somebody goes on vacation for a week again I mean I I I what I would like to believe that there are systems in place where if somebody is not around that the mechanism still moves right right right right right right the only guy in the office you don't know me but I'm not tell you if you want to be consistent this is a tough argument to man he probably should not be suspended from is from his duties as county assessor union the recall of or if he's convicted will find out Hey you know what I find out next Wednesday that we will the cardinals not a good week last weekend they rebound well they come back angry it's football Friday were digging into it next.
