And that's just to say, look out for any flashing lights. I don't think you're going to see any real delays around those. Out on Annapolis on the city streets, we do have a crash on forest drive. That's the extension of aris T Allen boulevard at cherry grove, just watch for the incident response. Otherwise, you're moving well on route 50, including the bay bridge, no problems on 95 BW Parkway or two 70 north of town. Over in Virginia, 66, in one direction or the other, we may see the right lane closed here in between bull run and centerville. So use caution. There's not enough volume out there to make that a delay, but stay to the left as you head through. Head through that. We're hearing reports that might actually be some construction setting up on either the east or the westbound lanes. As you head south on 95, all of our delays have cleared out clear down towards Fredericksburg, no problems, even into Richmond at this point. We do have to crash still working. Many ville road in between at Kate and hill road follow police direction. If you're coming southbound from Aquaman, you're going to get turned around northbound. "Weather on the 8s, back to Jack Taylor now in the WTO traffic. All right, our laid delay in Virginia is in woodbridge coming out of Dale City going north on 95 callers had the crash that was after the Prince William Parkway in the left lane unclear. Unfortunately, we can't see in the camera if anybody's arrived to help it out yet. You'll find another delay on 95 north in the Springfield interchange with the decisions going on to the outer loop heavy toward van dorn inner loop slow up toward Braddock road and two 36, even having going on to three 95 north up toward king street and you'll slow again as you approach The Pentagon to cross the 14th street bridge. Going 95 south, thankfully now without a lot of fanfare before the fairfax county park where there was a wreck that has been safely moved over onto the shoulder and it is not causing any kind of a lay delay. Route one between Woodstock lane of Potomac kills driving Stafford there had been a reported crash and I think lanes are now open west spent on seminary road. There was an early issue with a broken down vehicle near Mark center drive and I think that is now gone. Troubled in the district reported north in the third street tunnel before you get to New York avenue, word of a broken down vehicle, a couple of trucks were stopped in the roadway. This is southbound on Fox hall road leaving Macarthur boulevard toward canal road, blocking the far right lane. The incident on the beltway in Virginia up near the toll road, a couple of vehicles were involved off on the left shoulder safely. Now you're going to find an earlier crash and vehicle fire, the vehicle fire has been put out. The crash activity has not cleared as you're in our beauties, running 95 south right at the exit for BWI Marshall, two right lanes continue to get you by. You'll find aris T Allen boulevard east found out near route two. Apparently an edgewater after route two, we've got a crash, you may hear again, find yourself under some direction. "And so that's when we started thinking about actually we both had had the dreams to have our own businesses from from a younger age and being together and doing this kind of venture and getting some positive response from it. We thought let's just go for it and see where it takes us. It's funny i sparked to to Dietitians last week who were friends so similar story to you guys in the first ship and then entered into a business relationship with their friend and is really fun and it was obvious talking to them and talking to you guys that you guys obviously make a fantastic partnership and that's obviously why you'll business is successful but entering into i guess business partnership with anyone is such a big decision. Was that any moment where you sort of doubt it at all. Like how did you know it was the right. Fit as i think the million dollar question. Good question i guess because it evolved organically and it transitioned over time. It didn't suddenly become like a friendship to a business relationship urbanize again it like we and now horribly more of business relationship then a friendship and on the weekends on my colleague on the weekends levy. Ipc either just about business on but it connects you have to have a shared common interest. Shed korea puffing goal shared common values. I mean when we were talking about the company values we actually did the swot analysis talking about strengths weaknesses. Save money but we just had like it. Saying that like ari strengths allen's my weaknesses and vice vessel and just made sense way a very intuitive people and we just go off that gut instinct and honestly just is going to sound so cliche but it just felt right. It's been as we've had the odds beep on every now and again going through Together on having a business you know. It's not easy fate But relationship is fundamentally built on trust respects.
