"When you do this count in your head and see how long you can count for. The goal is to just keep elongating that so that you take in deeper and deeper breaths. You really feel your lungs to capacity. Start stretching them so you can take in more air every time. This way, you can hold notes and songs longer or sing longer lines without having to take a breath in the middle. Now that you're connected to your breathing muscles, let's try doing some of those roller coasters lies Ariana talked about. Some people like to call them sirens. I like to do them after the breathing exercises. So let's try these at home. We're going to start on an E vowel because that's really the easiest one to keep forward right up front on the roof of your mouth. So what I want you to do is first take a deep breath in and say, he. Focusing all the vibrations of that evol right up front on the roof of your mouth. Try that. He. Then take a deep breath and this time we're going to slide up and down just to short slide. He. So try to keep those vibrations right up front on the roof of your mouth. Keep your mouth relaxed and don't make it too loud. Keep it nice and easy. These should feel very, very comfortable to do. Now do a medium slide where you go a little bit higher. Next, let's do a really long one as high as you can comfortably. Never straining, but stretching almost to the very top of your range. Good. They should feel very easy, very relaxed. You can wiggle your body around as you do them. You can wiggle your jaw just to keep everything loose and relaxed. Once you feel like you've really gotten it and mastered it on the E vowel and it feels comfortable. Try other vowels. Like, oh, oh, ha. Or a now, I'm a confirmed multitasker myself. So during my morning routine, I always try to do a few other things. So I'm not wasting any time. What I do is I start my day with a little warm tea and then I toss a yuka shower bomb under the hot water to open up my breathing passages. I sing the roller coaster slides in the shower because let's face it, when you're in a hot steamy shower, you can't help but feel relaxed as you slowly warm up your voice. This process is a great step towards developing the muscle memory of singing freely without tension. If you want to try out the vocal tips from this episode, I'd love to hear you. "Tonight. And you've looked at me and said, no, I'm going to the studio. And I was like, it's one of the morning. You can't go to the studio and you want no, I'm going to. I'm very inspired and I want to record. Yeah, you were very upset with me that night. See, that's the thing. There's like, it's like, once it's on autopilot, like once the cords are like, oh, I got it, whatever. So schmo we can do this. Sweetener show, whatever. Once it's in autopilot, and your body is like not recovering from bronchitis, you're just kind of like, oh yeah. Don't know what they're there. They'll come out. Let's go to the studio after, whatever. So it's like, yeah, you were not pleased with me that night. I think I was scarred from that night, though, because I just knew you weren't going to go home, even though in my mind I was thinking, go home, go home and rest, rest that voice. And I'm always trying to send out that mental telepathy that vocal juju. Come on, drink a lot of water. Get some rest. Get 12 hours sleep tonight. But no matter how much I do it, no matter how many times I tell someone rest your voice, go home, don't go to that party. After party, what a bore. But, you know, sometimes they don't always listen. But I do. I'm always listening. And because I listen, I'm pretty aware of how my students voices are constantly changing. Hopefully for the better. Hopefully improving. I was curious, though, what Arianna thought about her vocal evolution. So I asked her. How would you say your voice has changed over the years? Oh, that's a good question. It's funny because I listen back to my first album and I sound like a baby, but I don't know when it kind of grew up, I guess. Even listening to old talking. My voice was really kind of I think tired. Which my whole body was to be fair, but I think I, yeah, hadn't found the balance yet with my schedule and doing all that promo in the beginning and doing all that in the first few years of the music stuff. I think my speaking voice and my singing voice were they sounded so different because I think they also were tired. I think that also strengthened my voice in a way where like, now it really takes a lot lot lot lot lot more abuse to get me to that whispery raspy point, you know? Right. But I don't know. My voice is. Healthier now, through the years of touring and needing to push through the shows and learning healthy placement and kind of, you know, having to maintain that. I think it's just been experienced in years of learning and singing all these songs so many times, you know? Yeah. Well, I think I think for people listening, it's a lesson in that. I think first of all, you were so young when you were doing so much. And I think that when you're young like that your vocal cords aren't fully developed, so they're not reached maturity. And also when you're young, it's hard to always remind yourself, oh yeah, I should be supporting my speaking voice as well as my singing voice. And I should take some vocal rest tonight. And I should go to sleep. So I think it's hard to remember those things. So I think the combination of you learning learning technique, your voice maturing. And like you said, you had to sing through it and get through it. And I think that also made you stronger. Yeah. That's how I look at it. And also, all of our lessons and being able to work through the exhaustion together and somehow always find a way to make it all come out and feel beautiful and healthy doing it. I don't remember many times where I have like sung through something and been like, oh, thank God it happened. We got through it. You know what I mean? I feel like we've always put in the work to make sure that even at my most exhausted points, the vocals are the least of our issues. I would agree with that. That's never been an issue for us if anything. Well, Ariana really had to deal with was her shift from Nickelodeon star to growing into what she wanted to be as a recording artist. Yeah, in the way beginning, like, putting out the way was really freeing and terrifying for me because I was so convinced that I had to be one thing because people knew me from my show that I was doing from Nickelodeon and I was playing a character that a lot of people knew me as. And I was kind of terrified to do what I actually wanted and make the music that I actually wanted to make. And have my brown hair and be, you know, where thigh high boots and what I wanted to be. I think that was also a really big moment for me. Was putting out my first single that was on my first album, and taking that risk. From the way beginning, too, you know, I think obviously as time went on, you got to know more and more and more of me as I lived in as the music became more and more personal, but I think even just from the very first single, that was a huge risk, you know? It was a really incredible turning point for me. It certainly worked out really well because the way it went triple platinum. At the age of 19, our next guest is the star of the Nickelodeon show Sam and Kat and she already has a top ten hit here to make her television debut performing the way. Please welcome Ariana Grande featuring Mac Miller. One of my favorite pictures of us is at Ellen. Underneath The Ellen Show and you had just done the way and you looked so happy. When we were in the dressing room during her vocal warmup, I just knew this was going to be the beginning of a huge career. Of course, I wasn't the only one. Everybody could see it. Her fans, her friends, her family. And a few minutes after it aired, Katy Perry actually texted me and said, that girl is totally awesome. I think she has the best voice in pop music. Do you remember the first year you came to LA, we spent Thanksgiving together. And we had it here at my house. Your mom organized the entire thing. That was when I learned Grande's an adjective. It's not just a name. It's a model to live by. Your grandparents flew out. And we were in the living room like a bunch of us after dinner and you sang. I have nothing I played it and then I got up and your grandfather was standing in the doorway. He hadn't come in, he's just standing at doorway observing everything. And I said to him, you must be so proud of Ariana and he just not said anyone. She's got it. And I remember that was so touching to me. So I wanted to say to you, you've got it. We've had some really beautiful special memories together and you and I have had the best and most special and most challenging and most beautiful times together. And we've sung through it all and it's been such a journey, you know? It has been, that's for sure. Yeah. Beautiful journey. It feels like it's still the beginning in a weird, funny way, you know? And I do know because this is just the beginning of a long and beautiful career. I tell my students all the time, just being talented isn't enough to guarantee success. It's the commitment to your craft, your work ethic, your willingness to learn and grow and to practice. And by practice, I mean practice a lot. Aside from her obvious vocal gifts is connecting to her passion and working hard that helped Ariana build such a fantastic career. That's what creates the magic. That's what creates a true star, and isn't that true for all professions?.

"You'll learn about the amazingly central role, Eric vitro has played through all the challenges these stars have experienced. Shawn Mendes said it himself. Eric is part therapist, part life coach. Now, here's a preview of backstage pass. In this episode, Ariana Grande talks to Eric about her vocal range, how Broadway influences her music, touring, and the struggles of perfect pitch and how it can be both a blessing and a curse. You can hear more backstage pass episodes wherever you get your podcasts. Okay, here's the episode. I had asked you, which was your favorite vocal exercises? And you said the roller coasters up and down. Can you give an example of that? So people know what you were talking about? Oh. Okay, aim high on the low note very quiet. Well, perfect. Much better, much better. It has a much better. I needed to stretch it out. That was Ariana Grande singing. She may be world famous for her spectacular voice, but that's really just one part of who she is. She's also one of the sweetest and most caring people I know. So when I asked her if she'd be down to demonstrate how a voice lesson works, she said, sure. Let's do it. Which is a good keep headway. Whatever you want right there. Okay. Let's try this on a week. Then I might say, give it a little more support on the high note. Now just to loosen up your shoulders. One more. Oh my gosh. You're probably more familiar with hearing her singing songs than exercises. Songs like positions, dangerous woman. Thank U next. God is a woman, you know, there's a lot of hits in there, so I won't keep going with that. You might have grown up with her on Nickelodeon where she played the adorable shall we say very dimwitted cat Valentine on the show, victorious. Or you might have actually seen her on Broadway where she first got her start in the musical 13. And but there's people too fast. And then if I thought, well, she sounded a little not you, 'cause you don't ever get stiff. But let's say feeling stiff or whatever I'd say, hey, move around, loosen up your body a little bit. I'm so stubborn when you ask me to move. I'm always like, I don't want to flail around. I'm waving my arms now just so everyone can visualize. Yeah, it's not just stubborn on that. Hey. There's been times when I've given you an exercise and you I told someone this one time I said, yeah, there's times I'll say I'll play and you'll go and literally like Eric. That's insane. And literally be like, and I'm like, Eric, that's 78 notes. I don't have time. That's a whole. All right. You have to sing God as a woman in four minutes. I don't have this kind of time. This is backstage pass. I'm Eric vitro. In this podcast, I'm inviting you into my studio to hear how some of the most successful and famous singers work on their craft, the art of singing. They also happen to be students of mine, so I have to say, I know them pretty well. We'll talk about everything, their vocal process, their careers, how their emotional life affects their voice and how it all intertwines with their lives. For me, being a vocal coach is all about listening and thinking on my feet. I ask a student to do a vocal exercise and then how their voice responds determines what the next exercise should be. I have to ask myself a lot of questions along the way. How does their voice sound at that moment? How did it react to the exercise? What I hear tells me what my student needs at that moment. I'm so glad we just did that because now people can understand that's how a voice lesson works. I've learned by doing it because you're now singing a cappella. I think it improves people's ears because they're really hearing themselves. Oh yeah, it's not fun. Yeah, and they're singing along with the piano. They don't even know the little tiny things where it goes a little in and out. Ariana and I have been working together for over 14 years now. Well, maybe even more, I think we met in 2007. We don't always spend all of our time with singing lessons, though. I mean, we've had some great conversations and we've spent some really fun holidays together. Guys, we painted each other mugs. Are we okay? Yeah, I think we are okay because it was really fun. No surprise, the one she painted was gorgeous and amazing and creative and mine was okay. But let's rewind. Let's go back to the beginning because of course her journey started before ours did. Now, didn't your grandmother take you to your first audition? Yeah, so Nona took me to audition to sing the national anthem at the Panthers game. That was a really cool moment. I remember singing on the ice and being freezing cold and it was like my first real gig and I sang the national anthem for the Panthers, my hometown,.

"Who want to learn more about the work we've done in the past and it's a great refresher if you've been the listener for a long time. Enjoy ariana thanks for joining us today. Thank you so much for having equally. This is really such a fun opportunity. Yes yes. I like using this as an opportunity to catch up with friends while sharing a good message to the world. So how'd you get started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do sure. My name is ariana tatler. I am the founding partner of tabar law. lp which is a women owned wbz nc. Certified litigation boutique where principally located in new york. Although we have a national Legal practice and we focus on complex litigation class action litigation. We also have Specialization across the entire team in an area called electronic discovery which deals with all of your data that you have and also that co founder of a company by the name of meta discovery which is a data hosting management and consulting company. That is fantastic and very impressive. And you must be pretty busy zoo. I definitely am able to fulfil all the hours in the day The word busiest one. That i think i struggle with because sometimes it has negative connotations And so i. I'm trying to find a word in twenty twenty one that encapsulates. What does it mean to fill all those hours in the day and still have more things to do like that. Yeah that's i think that's really. The the balance had a lot of us are trying to figure out figuring it out. Let us know. Call this show absolutely so today we are talking about empathetic stoicism. And you might be saying to yourself. What is empathetic stores. Well it is something that area on. And i made up in our pre interview chat and i will. I had to sell you on this too right. Because can you tell the audience about your initial perspectives on stoicism. When i mentioned it absolutely so when i was much younger the word stoic was sometimes used to describe me in my youth and i took it as meaning. Some thing where the person was unemotional. All very static. Very quiet Perhaps dairy introspective and so it wasn't something that i thought of in a positive light. And you and. I had a discussion where you really enlightened me about the depth of that word in the history of that word and so i think this is just such a great opportunity for us to really explore read. That goes exactly. Yeah and so for me. When i'm thinking about stoicism i'm thinking about the the classic stoic. Like marcus aurelius seneca. All of those philosophers from back in the day. So i'm thinking about the philosophy of it and how it's about controlling your emotions fighting temptation and having clarity of thought so you can make better decisions and i think if we take that philosophy and blended with empathy so it's not just understanding and managing our own emotions but being aware of other people's emotions and managing those two then for us as leaders lawyers negotiators and just everyday communicators. It could be really really powerful in terms of our ability to connect them persuade. Well an timing could not be more perfect right. I mean just coming off of a hearing some of the messaging with this new chapter in our nation and talking about unity and empathy and all of the things that we can do to be a collaborative inclusive trying to make sure that all people are heard and the truth of the matter is I find at least that. When i listened to others before i make a decision about taking an action or responding i find that whatever action or decision i make ends up being a better action or decision because it's more informed right. It's almost stating the obvious. But i think the world has found itself on this super fast pace that we lost significance of taking a step back and just maybe a brass to listen exactly no. I agree one hundred percent and so audience the three things that we're going to talk about. I number one talk stoicism what that means in this context and how we can start to master that in our lives next. We're going to talk about recognizing what's inside of us and then we're going to wrap it up by talking about recognizing what's inside of the person on the other side so when we think about stoicism and controlling emotions and things like that. What are the things that come to mind for you in terms of being controlled and still being created. It means having some quiet in your mind trying to make some space right to take a concept. That's being positioned for you. And giving it as i said before a minute lead. Saddle times things just need to settle down for a minute so that you can have a better understanding of what is the actual scope. What is the real meaning. Or what is the intent. And i think one of the books. I mentioned to you Is this book called leadership and self deception by the arbiter institute and it. It talks about this concept about living your life in boxer outside of the box and when you're in the box you're really just in your own head you're in your own space at if nobody else matters or has any kind of impact in your life and of course that's not true every day and every pretty much every thing that we do have some interaction with somebody or something and so when you take fat minute to think about will one fight. Took myself out box. What if i looked outside of the perimeter to see. Is there a different viewpoint. Or is there a different angle. That if i looked in from that angle. I would see this situation. This concept is thought very differently and it is hard right now. It's very challenging when we're so accustomed to that immediate gratification. Through technology through the television to just the way information and are the people in our lives are moving and yet. I signed so frequently. That if i do take a step.

How is Prince Harry So 'Normal'?
"It's so crazy to me that we're in this world. Where prince harry's like casually on dax shepard's podcasts. That would never have happened a few years ago and to me that is such a small thing but it's so representative of really there into la life. Into hollywood i don't wanna say into normalcy because none of this is normal but just even the ability to be able to go on a podcast. Which would have never happened interesting. That you say this shift into normalcy. Because that is the thing that always surprises me about prince harry especially with what we've seen of him recently. The interview with oprah the new show us with over coming out about mental. Health carpool karaoke. He did the normalcy of him. Is it just catches me off guard every single time and obviously his life whether it was a royal life or in. La life is not normal by any means. But there's just something about what he's saying and the way he speaks and the references he makes and the things. He's aware of in terms of media and entertainment. It just catches me off guard. Because i don't expect him to be aware of any of those things when you think of prince harry in the lifestyle that he's lived. And what your view of the royals are you. Expect that all of these funny references that he makes talking about joe rogan talking about when he was games courtney new the fresh prince of bel air themes on you expect these things to be things that are just go over his head entirely because he wouldn't be aware of them and so for him to be talking about these things in such a normal way was my biggest takeaway from the whole interview.

Ariana Grande is engaged to boyfriend Dalton Gomez
"Dalton and arianna are engaged. I honestly don't remember what we said. What we cut what we if we lingered on this guy there gomez because there isn't much about him not on interesting but like the internet reveals not much which is judged. Oh he's a real estate agent but member. They met because he sold the house of like one of her business associates and then they met at a party. That was like a jason to like the selling of that house. I'm not going to remember the full story. But that's it and now they're engaged and the story is all about her in the ring. I think that the funny the funniest thing about this on i guess suits our purposes because this guy could not be less relevant last engagement came with so much baggage and so much detail about the other person because he was also a public figure dalton even to like the dolphins stands is like a mystery. We don't need like even they. Those accounts do not know. I don't think a lot about him. And i think that's part of the appeal. It's like oh. She's dating someone who doesn't matter gray. Don't have to pretend to care about this person. Her could just right. We could just focus on her happiness. We want her to be happy. She seems happy great. I don't need to know about the sky as somebody who was like polar opposite of her last catastrophe. Because if like i mean. I don't know if they're opposites like you know in terms of personality they are certainly at. This guy is a true mystery. And he's like industry but he's really not to industry and i think that is she found like a normal kind of i mean he's no like milkman but he's an army compared to her

He looks sort of like he could be your brother. Yeah, very similar, very similar. He has a very like slick actor kind of look, so I thought maybe he was an actor. He is not. He is a luxury real estate agent. And somebody who went to high school with him has you know on Twitter said he's about 24 or 25, because he was in my grade, so she's 27. He's 24 or 25. He is a big time real estate agent. Um, and he works for the errand Kirkman Group, which is luxury real estate company in Southern California. He happens to be the sole buyer. For this top luxury real estate team. At 24 years old 25 2025. Yeah, Yes. Now I hate to say this because But who's his father? Like his dad? Seven months or eight months is a little quick, isn't it? I don't know. I feel like that. I guess there was a year off that she took after dating Pete Davidson, which people need, like, five years off after dating him. Maybe never day together like I'm done. I'm done. She'll says a Netflix documentary coming out. I guess today with this Excuse me. I love you. And her fiance is is in it, okay? So, Yeah. What were you saying? Kenny? You don't think this guy looks kinda I don't know. Slimy, you slick. I definitely saw that thinking. Well, it looks like a rugged guy. He doesn't look like he's gonna be building a log cabin on one of your man channels anytime soon. But, yeah, he looks like to use his garters to hold up his socks at 80 24 for her, right. Maybe he's I mean, obviously, he's not in the entertainment industry but works with entertainers. Through real estate property. He I mean, he was in that world he looks like he has a manicured nails is what you're saying. Oh, for sure he's got clear polish on Yes. Absolutely a boy. But maybe he's very grounding. Obviously, as a businessman, and you know, having this I don't know. Because Pete Davidson, if you look at the you know, you've got Mac Miller that she dated and Pete Davidson and you know they're creative types. Maybe she just needs somebody who's Focus on business and has more of Ah, non this calming effect. Yes, yeah. You know, when I first heard saw the ring and you know just the were swirling talking about all of this. I actually I feel really happy for her on Lee in that I think she's learned to keep her relationships kind of, you know, down low or quiet. You know that This is actually a serious relationship before you know, it's all been public. And yes, you might have songs that come out about him later, but For us to be kind of surprising. Whoa! She's got a ring. Yeah, She kissed him in everything. But yeah, that just felt like All of a sudden a date or something. Thus she just started dating him, right? We've only seen him a couple of times exactly that shocking, but they have dated for a while. And maybe right now, I mean, with quarantined here, they've been quarantining together. I read so I'm wondering if quarantining That just really? Exasperates that the acceptance of spending all this time accelerates. Yeah, just work together. We're love. Let's do this. Especially feeling like life is too short. Let's just let's just go for it. Yes, I wonder if there's gonna be a lot of that. I know the baby boom but also love and divorce. Show it for the people on youtube. That i am showing the instagram right now. Oh my it's a giant giant oval diamond that like hailey bieber has tilted sideways with a pearl next to it on a very like on a delicate gold. Band it stunning. It's obviously stunning. "Love to if someone came to me right now. They're like rag. We want to turn this podcast into a house of yes immersive experience. I would jump onto that. In seconds in it was it was not I like gun for house of yes. I knew the show had to be at house of yes. That was not like an accident by any stretch of the imagination. But i also like if you had told me two years before that or a year before that lake. Hey you're going to end up doing a show and house it yes. I would've been like how it feels inherently perfect light plus space like. That's what you like. It's it's like one of the emails that if you're on the email is for house of yes like it's like they just put kind of like big broad terms together in a way. That's like intrigues you. But you also know that like a light and space party that you know is going to have oriented. The rose music is going to be amazing like you kind of just. It's something is seems. Great to sign up for. I mean we've we did the very first one. I did the first show ever in london in like a little photographic studio that was not meant to have music and we had to like. I mean it was like really budget. We know money. I ended up actually. Getting bread will music to fund our bar. Because i had done something else for them as area in the rose and they were like wilbur. We're actually looking to create like little documentary episodes about artists that are creating kind of out of the box. Idea is if you're working on anything and i had this idea for lightens based in my head and i was like actually i do have this idea. I didn't have any money to do it. So basically i they funded are bar. I guy a photographic studio to give us their studio after hours. And i paid them like a really low rate for it. And i'm i like i like scrounged together and we made the show and and we like sold out that show. That show in. London ended up being like overcapacity. Hawaiian the door. Because i had no idea like the idea was even going to work if anyone was even going to like it and not show was really different than what the show house of. Yes was but we did that show in london. It was packed. I was like okay. Got it this works. We like. I had a friend of mine who was a boettger that we cleaned out like one of their like supply closets with like like glitter fabric that we found and he was just like in there and we wanted people to think it was the bathroom so like we had like people who were like working at the show and like people who are part of the shelf. Someone was like looking for the bathroom. We'd always have point them in the direction of that. Classic look just like a door and they'd open and then there was this guy covered in sequence. That was just like bogeying. Maybe i'd love this and that with the initial ideas. Were very like that. They were just very like what are what are just like really simple things we can do. And then and then. After that i was like okay. I think this is a real idea. And i'm from new york. And i wanted to start a new york so i i think it took me like a year to build it between like getting the money for it and finding the right team and it took me like four or five months to get house of yes to say yes to me and then and then we did it and then we did our first one and then we sold our first one out which was like the whole experience during the first show was like was probably like one of the craziest things i've done but it was really fun and my friends. La like flew in for it. It was like a wedding. almost. I mean older people. I didn't know but like all of my all of my friends came. My family came like it was like i was like okay. This better be good because people are showing up to that. Yeah i mean look. I'm so curious kind of your your thoughts on what you think actually. What do you attribute to that success. Do you think it's because obviously you have a fan base. You obviously From what i've at least looking at sort of the response your work over the years like people definitely resonate with your message. You definitely have a lot of an do. Want to kind of go into some of the topics of the songs you cover. I as well as your perspective on love and sort of your but you don't like what exactly do you think your tribute to that success. Where people buying into arianna the rose were. They buying into immersive experience. Was it right place right time. Like how do you think you sold that lennon. Experience out. We'll no one knows. No one knew who i was and no one knew who i was when we were doing the house of yes show either like this was twenty sixteen. I mean that's four years ago and obviously t the first show in new york was twenty seventeen so like people had no idea who i was so it was not sold on the strength of ariana. Rose the band or or ireland rose to artists like that was not the case on an even. Now you know we've done like probably eleven shows since and one in la and we moved venues in new york and like even now. I would say that it's fifty percent arianna rose fans. We were about to go back to house of yes right before cove head and i was in full. See kind of what that split would be. But those initial shows i mean. People came to kate because they heard about this like fun. Weird party people. What do you mean. There's like some galactic glitter party. I you know okay. I'll go to that. I think were people that came to that very first house of yes.

Megan Fox calls out ex Brian Austin Green for posting a photo of their son: 'Stop using them'
"Today the battle between megan fox and brian austin green is getting ugly she salon. She slammed her ex sharing a halloween photo with their son. And people are definitely taking sides on this one so. Brian posted this photo over the weekend. The shows their son. Journey and megan was history. Brian didn't crop them out. Mega actually commented publicly. On the photo saying in part you're so intoxicated with feeding the narrative that i'm absent mother and you the perennial dedicated data the year. You have them half of the time. Congratulations wow Brian ended up taking down the original photo. He went ahead and cropped it and then reposted the one of just himself so justin starting with you. Whose side are you on. I was on brian side until he went ahead and crop vota. Oh for sure. I was a guest brian. Do it first foremost. Everybody wants validation from something. And i don't care what you do with your kids as long as you're spending time with them and you're raising them the right way. I don't care if you want people to think your dad of the year because be the dad as a job and a lot of people do not take that job seriously. Brian wants to throw his kid up on the internet. Unless we had an agreement that we weren't gonna sure kids on social media. That's what she said in her comments that we're going to show our kids. I think she's just really mad. As the fact that people are saying she only spent time with machine gun kelly. And because ryan put this photo op. I think she's like oh. My god this is making me look bad. Let brian austin green. Spend time with his kids. Let him put the photo. It was cute photo okay bevy. No-one brings by queen fee told sprite. No one wins when the lights and so on either side. But i m on the side of the children and i want the kids to be happy and the kids with happy if they have to. Happy arent better way to parents with i will say is i. Don't like taking it to social media like you know. Fight it out you know. This kind of think violently. We don't know all their business. I mean we do panic of their business with that doesn't exist. But you know i just feel like they should have This kind of you know between themselves. I wanted to present. Here's my thought. Is that megan. Was this is how envisioning it was just in that right mood where she saw that post and it just hit her at the perfect time already stubbed her toe. You know almost maybe hit a car on the way like bumped into car. The grocery cart bumped into her car. Whatever she's been having a day and then she sees this instagram and she's just curious race and for some reason thinks that when she communicates clearly she obviously thinks that she cannot communicate directly with. Brian bryan is not listening to her because they apparently had an agreement and so she is desperate for his attention and desperate for blood in the sense of like. I want you to hear me. That's why she went public precursor. But it's not a good sir. How many times have you. It's not a good idea. How many times have you had an agreement with your husband. But it's one side saying they don't want something done just because you say you don't want me to share the kids on social media doesn't mean i agree to that. These are my kids as well. So that whole frank is that if they don't adhere to this if they don't get it together just privately then it will go public because it will become a part of a could become a court case right. We've seen these conditions things happen. So do they really want to be at work. And having the judge mandate out they can see their children where they can post it. All that knows better than handle these things amongst yourselves because once you take into the army then all of a sudden is open to republic and we'll get to know all the details. And i'm sure they don't want that. One hundred and mega mega have nothing to be unhappy about. She's got that hot. Young love machine gun kelly. Honey looks like he's doing the most with are you not mean. She seems to be incredibly act. So just take chills tally. They were together thirteen years brian. So it's one of those things where they really private. I mean especially about their children for the majority of their entire relationship. So it sounds to me like this. What's a clear agreement. Brian is clearly not listening and at the same time and not that. I'm when we were married agree mitchell more agreements and will use this. Well i think she overreacted. Maybe just a here bit because wasn't even a big pitcher focus on it. It wasn't like he was like you hit accident. He was off to the side and then end with imagine as dead. You feel awkward walking your son out. It'd be like when my shame them. Am i hiding him from the world that kind of thing so if you do damned if you don't think of but the thing i don't agree with is yes. I understand if we were married and we had this agreement but things have changed. We're not together anymore. You have to sit down and talk about the things that are going to come up. Because they're probably talking about when their kids can meet spouses. You got to revisit all the things that you decided as a married couple when you're not together because she's not the same. I just feel as though being public figures. This is a conversation they probably had since she was pregnant with the first one. I mean and they come to agreement. It's like fifty for thirteen years. Or however i don't roll. Their oldest kids is but for so many years. We've decided this is not what we're gonna do. That would've just change. You know all of a sudden because we're not together and they haven't been together for a while now would change one hundred percent because by the way i'm not gonna fight with my wife about this happy wife happy life but since you're not my wife anymore this is part of my life. I'm a single dad. And i want to show that to the world. I damn somebody to tell me. I can't show my kids on social media. When i'm taking care of that was it. They come to an agreement. That's cool. Logistics will agree to disagree

"Roth these dot com promo Kay t g get this deal while it lasts moms writing. And she say when you did that was revolve song. Very good. Ariana GRANDE that you may have heard had a tattoo mistake. She got an Asian tattoo will surprise that always goes role. I'm so happy when the Asian tattoos. Go wrong. Yeah. I don't, you know, can you at least learn that word. She wanted to say seven the number seven rings in. It's one of her new song right ended up saying barbecue grill in one little swirl wrong, and it's a whole new tough language over there. I'm not a lot of these Japanese. She's twenty five by the way. Neither here nor there on the what it was all I think I was looking at that. Thank you next making sure the grammar for some for show notes, and I'm sitting with Andrea and play the video. She's like three years old. Yes. What did she do? There's there's a there's a fetish there. She behind that or peaceful. I know she is the fetish. Also talk about appropriation. It's like vary. Hello kitty. Seven ranks like the doll like she's even in like a doll house at one point. So it's fascinating sort of what she, but then she says things that are it's very sexual and and she's allowed she's twenty five years old horror so twits like you don't want to stifle her sexual. But yeah, when I later, I'm like like somebody's fucking you like an adult. That's the thing. I think is wonderful and you express it. Anyway, you want I just think that anything that's about like childlike or kids is a dangerous area. And that's a legal did that super creepy was Katy Perry that had lollipop center kits or something like that the whole set was like lollipops and candy canes. Many. She came out with a broad at twirls of some weird. It was so bananas because she obviously like plays up the dolphin AMI gone. I'm just whenever canonize. Here. And I feel like Katy Perry also has little children for. Profonde hours, and then like Madison Square Garden looks like candy land threw up on your chest. Right. Thanks for being finding this is a kid's game. Like, that's what is so weird to me. Like, you haven't developed your personality enough to get beyond candy as the theme. We're bar. Mitzvah ahead. A better theme. It's too much. We keep taking things that are like about kids and just either putting them in horror movies like kids will kill you. Especially orphans or we take like kids games kids things and sexualize them. We're which is to he's come in for you. Or those kids supposed to be hot. But honestly, you never know. They're they're like sitting there with their eyes open inherit Alec like they could kill you, slowly underestimate. So the one or the other so somebody pointed out, of course, it says. Let's see it says. Barbecue grill. And so she gets affects it's on our hand the her palm. And I'll take a lot of space. And and so she shows she shows people. Hey, look, I gotta fix slightly better. She rates thanks to my tutor for helping me fixed. This thanks to add, blah, blah, blah for being a legend into my doctor for land. Cain shots. No joke are a p tiny charcoal grill. Amiss you that's funny. There was a mistake in this new tattoo fixture. Oh now, it means. Japanese barbecue finger can't be true..

"Promo code brain. Brooklyn are the best sheets ever. That was a good segue. Did you like that? Sure. Was. Yeah. How wouldn't you? Visualize warn the menu toasty. I wanna know what you think of Ariana GRANDE as tattoo buck. Oh my God. My okay. Here's my one. My favorite parts is that. Yeah. I think it was yesterday. I saw the article on CNN that was like Arianna 'Grande gets. Or hand tattoo that doesn't mean what you think it does? And then this morning I wake up and look at CNN, and it's like Arianna 'Grande fixes. Lactose? Like, I I was like is this Mark. Oh, no. That's so funny. And her response was pretty good. I got she took it. Well, she did. And then she was like and also do like tiny grills, right? She loves small Parbat. Yes. That was it. I do like tiny barbecues. Right. I mean, so as somebody who has a tattoo from another language, I understand this problem. I mean, I haven't to get it. Correct. But there really is. You really don't know unless you speak that language and read that language and somebody wrote underneath her picture like it serves her right for using someone else's culture as an accessory. And I was wondering what you think of that. Because I had never thought about that. I just think that some script is more beautiful than others, and it's not necessarily appropriation. But what do you think? That's a tough one for me. You know, 'cause I do kind of see it and understand what they're saying. You know, I feel like would you like if somebody in Asian country with the English word, you wouldn't? Offensive. No gosh. No. I would just be like kinda stupid. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It'll be but the I think it's I think it has something to do with making it cryptic. Yeah. So it's more like not wanting other people to know what it is. We'll 'cause as you said earlier, it's a symbol. Yet symbols can be significant and beautiful in a way that you know, maybe your native tongue wouldn't be. Yes. Yes. You know? And I like as long as there's a respect. And here's what I would not approve and, you know, like me approving like, I'm like the. This is like check your privilege, Sarah. But for whatever it's worth if you are a racist dickhead says like, oh, you know, whatever..
