"Heimer hosts here. Debbie out mammo Thank you for sticking around. On today's parkhouse on deceit a brief overview will be talked about here in the first segment. We talked about the washington football team. being the new york giants and not thursday night thriller watching football team won thirty twenty nine. Um the next up with the we to nfl traditions had talked about Each nfl game Coming up this sunday From the From the bills. I'm going against the dolphins All the way down to the packers going against the lions and all that stuff Other games as well on bengals add bears. Texans browns rams at colts also the four gate. Four o'clock games. You have bike is against cardinals. Cowboys against chargers falcons against bugs and that titans against seahawks then sunday night games going to be a great one with the chiefs against the ravens then After that second talked about. Or i talked about The top soccer games this weekend with liberal going against crystal palace was him. Going against manchester united and tottenham going against chelsea then With the small talk. Today i talked about on this briefly. Talk about it because Big news came out in the nba with the los angeles clippers finally building their Own stadium the own arena away from the staples center to their own Of arena stadium. Whatever you wanna call it and that would be. I'm reading twenty twenty four twenty twenty five. So big news for clippers fans What's them leaving the staples center in twenty twenty four and twenty twenty five and. It seems like the clippers aren't going anywhere it's farts relocation so possible of meeting in seattle seems all but over and That green was re really alive when The clippers were trying to recruit hawaii and paul. George and doc rivers said that if they weren't able to get either of those guys than it seemed like it was time for relocation so now that they have hawaiian paul george off contractor. Awhile here seems all the necessary for the clippers to make a new stadium. But without let's get into on the final segment taste podcast which is going to be about Week to college football on will reach three college football traditions. So with this on the game's gonna talk about here. Are going to be number one alabama a number eleven florida on this probably going to be the best game on This this saturday and then nebraska number three oklahoma number twenty two auburn and number. Ten penn state number eight airs Cincinnati against indiana number nineteen arizona state against number twenty three. Byu and then two lane at number. Seventeen ole miss so with this. Let's get along So first up. We have number one alabama at number eleven florida so what this game Going to be A meeting of the titans in the sec. Right now With this Immunity expecting Nick sabin like always to on grand scheme on how the the tide or who's going to Roll against his florida. Gators seem Was this bryce. Young has played tremendous This year Forty six sixty five and five hundred seventy one yards and seven touchdowns already through Two games and then For florida their quarterback and marie jones has also been playing well Thirty one of forty nine Tunas his four yards two touchdowns onto go with that And then when you look at albums rushing yards the best russia right now house. We bryan robson junior right now. He's a he's had a twenty two carries for one hundred thirty yards and one touchdown and then for florida Endangered rushing leading. Rusher on anthony. Richardson i'm he's been doing well with eleven carries to a new seventy five yards and two touchdowns so Very efficient rusher. Richard is and then a for receiving yards here. I'm jason williams for this album core. has had several receptions one hundred eighty seven yards in two touchdowns and then For florida therapist Whiteout has to be a jakup copeland To through substance. One hundred nine yards in two touchdowns and then when you look at the team stats here Points per game album forty six torture. Thirty eight points allowed per game Alabama thirteen four- seventeen total yards for both teams alabama formed in sixty two Florida six hundred nine. So i'm looking the yards allowed alabama two hundred fifty one florida three hundred twenty five so all both these teams know how to put points on the board and know how to defend at the same time with this is gonna be One's going to have to give in this game and looking at But both teams have to offer all all. I think that alabama has to be a my go-to pick here Right now when you look at the spread. Alabama is a fourteen and a half favorite in this game on the money. Line is on seven hundred of alabama and plus four seventy five for florida. So if you're a betting man on those seem like good numbers for alabama all but with us i mean alabama has to be The team the one. This is nick sabin as her coach. First and foremost and then everything else. After that was a quarterback in price yang robinson as a running back and williams as their White out. I think i think that These this seems poised to make another run at College football title but but this Ah game you. Ah give you guys score. So i think alabama Wants us one Suiting last last season The last sunday's two guys these teams met on outing. One fifty to forty six I'll go. I'll go forty nine. Forty two alabama My final scores on this game three.

"You can put your bitcoin to work with up to twelve percent interest back and bitcoin per year curly the highest interest rate in the industry. So how does it all work. Go to tender labs that i owe and the steps second after approval deposit as much or as little as you like third sit back and watch your bitcoin work view at twelve percent interest back per year locking twelve percent now by signing up at technical apps that i or you can click on the link in our show notes and on our website. Oh all right. what's going on. Everybody for crypto current is your host. Stephen miller i'm joined the david my co host and producer. Chris cornell's chris. How're you doing. Steve how you doing another great. Dane crypto land. I can tell you that much. Are we of really exciting content ahead for you guys today. We're gonna be talking a lot about what's been going on in the world of ftc x. Where he talking a little bit about the next phase of national adoption within the cryptocurrency world. through by seller huddle that we're gonna get into our favourite show two bowls one coin followed by great segment on the s. e. c. And the big yes associated with their acronym so without much further. Ado chris you wanna take us into our first Article here yellow steal it. So let me pull up the pull this up right here so we can ever in washington home can kind of follow along with us but Yeah really exciting article here so as you can see. And as i assume you've seen it's been all over the internet. The last i think three or four days but tom brady and his wife giselle whose last name i can't pronounce ages caught a bag. I got twenty million dollars or doing like a minute and a half commercial for. Which is you know. Major crypto exchange. But besides that steph curry was involved. And i think this was wednesday is when it was announced that he was going be partnering up with fda as well so to the biggest names in american sports right now. Hoppy on the crypto. Y'all crypto hype train and doing it with fda access has been making waves all year. Long as steve. If you remember. But the my hand miami heat's at arena. I guess arena stadium. Basketball arena will now be the fda arena A major east boards organization at tsn. They actually sold away their naming rights so their official name is actually. Tsm teac now. Now this is all within the last six months. This is the happening so wild times are fda and big moves as well. Yeah this is really next level stuff. I'm still blowing away. I mean you've got now as you said the miami heat you have steph curry. Tom brady of giselle bunchin. You also have major league baseball. And if i'm not mistaken mr wonderful kevin o'leary is now they're Global embassador as well so suffice to say like the amount of bear paying for marketing right now could erie easily feed like half of africa and we don't need to get into that because cardinal has covered. So we're i'm out with. This is chris. Where do they go next or are they just going to keep spending in spending and spending or is this just the or is this like it is their cap and now they're going to start really rolling into Deploying the next phase of their product so one thing i've noticed right is all of their partner so far have been. Us based so csm major eastward seeing their base in north america united states. Tom brady obviously major. Nfl superstar he's based us steph curry based in the us miami heat as the us. I wouldn't be surprised if we started to see some big investment from them in marketing with a professional soccer team over in europe. I think that is their next step. If they continue on this path of marketing which. I think they should because at this point you know you have basically the two most watched sports in the us you have you know east boards third basically dominate social media. There's no other industry that comes even close to my opinion So all that's left release. You get soccer. And i mean they pretty much captured. Every major you know area. They should want to capture in kind of prepping for some big announcement or launch. And that's kind of where. I think they're going with this is they either have some crazy update rolling out some crazy benefits using fda x. Or there's going to be a massive announcement and they want to you. Know have access to these large Personalities to you know really pump pump up the numbers when they make that announcement so yeah. I wrote expecting the next. I'd say by year's end. Fda will have some insane announcement. Come out and i would be very. I guess shocked if we didn't see an official launch in the us of their derivatives platform. But again there's only up from here. It seems like it truly is like only up always or mdx salona anything that sandbank free decides to touch. It's always so. I'm really excited about i think. Fda is a great trading platform And there's a lot more to come from them for sure the next article i wanna take you will actually know before we the next article. Here's my question is our hotel is again. That's the name of the segment we're here to decide. Okay is this news by worthy reselling the news or we hauling on it we need to see more development. Where you at or you by buying selling or huddling. Well if anyone watching right now was here with us on. Tuesday you may remember that my mid cap for watching baths was the token. So i'm buying. I think you should buy this news. Companies in general but crypto companies more specifically not invest in major marketing. Unless there's something coming and even those seventy dollars mason pricey right now. That's about what fdi token sitting at seventy to eighty. That range may sound expensive. But do you think about finance. Coin there at about five hundred. So you're seeing. What like a eight x giver. Take on if you bought right now. Held and i think that's pretty reasonable so i would buy on so again. Will you have to keep in mind there. Folks with the token omic modeled. That's gonna inflate the price of finance to begin with. Because i don't believe they're both operating under the same token nominees but in any case like you look at where bindings is in terms of global market cap versus f. ex. Fda is one hell of a right now just because of the fact that there's so much more room for it to grow on top of where we're currently seeing it. So in my world chris. I think that you have a really solid case for a by here. You'll at a really solid case for a by a week and a half ago a month ago because this isn't like i mean yes. Tom brady and bill. That's huge news. But if you were not buying fbi. From the moment that kevin o'leary stepped on. I don't know what you were doing this. This project is legit. They're one of the most loved exchanges in the world and frankly with everything going on with binds right. now they're giving a marketshare daily So to me. I'd be very surprised if we didn't see them as one of the top exchanges in the world within the next cycle. I don't think it's going to happen by the end of this. Like although be competing for it the next cycle they will absolutely be one of the top two if not top three players if not the very top. But that reason. I'm gonna keep buying it. I think that it's a great great bed. So let's jump into our next by seller huddle article and not is this incredible posed.

We rocked lorain county ohio. Yes a real quick dodgers. Yup right the astros are in town. Fans are already doing chris. I'll to batting practice practice. All it's going to be bad tonight. Does he still have that machine on his chest. Well that's what we wanted to talk about like. Look this is the first time. The astros have pretty much been through the league. I'd been in every just about if not every every arena stadium in the country and now for the first time since the cheating scandal. Obviously kobe shut the fans out there. Back in dodger stadium with fans in the stands for the first time since the cheating scandal and look twenty seventeen. The dodgers had a fantastic team when a hundred and four games and lost to the astros in the world series. And that's when the cheating apparently took place and so the fans have a right to be upset where i still. I will go to my grave saying that. That major league baseball should have vacated that title. So if the fans boo and hiss and do all the things they do As long as they keep it. You know it's not dangerous or violent than i'm all right with it. I am to keep you not no not racial league stuff like that. But they should let them have it. The yankee fans did it. If you remember chris the yankees lost that year in the al and seven games right out to the astros. So yankee fans feel like and if i remember correctly the yankees won all the games in new york and lost four games in houston. You know what i made trash can right..

"Missed the fans being in the arenas stadiums and i'm quite sure the players have felt that to all sports baseball basketball. Football hockey is just weird. I mentioned before college football and basketball. The college sports especially. I think have really been hurting really have lessen the viewing experience and the enthusiasm for me because watching these games. There's no one there while. I thought fucking i'm not i'm not there to watch a bunch of eighteen to twenty olds. Act like idiots. I'm there to watch North carolina there the watch. Georgetown torture me fans to begin with. I'm there to watch There to watch the duke. Kansas and they're the watch you know those types Teams of their to watch gonzaga. Whether there's going to be fans in the stands. I'm not watching them. Turns out they add to the atmosphere greatly the iron bowl the all these other college football games where it's kind of like i don't get about the fan. I'm there to watch the game but Really took away the doing pleasure and experience not having the fans in the arena in the stadium. Even though i think that the cameraman shoot to them and put them in focus a little bit too much but Yeah so. I want fans back in the stands. I'm that element back on the stand. And i would really love it. To where with the supreme confidence that we could have two stadiums and arenas at ninety percent capacity without having to wear masks that would be awesome but I'm just not sure about that. One role in sports. I'm your host one the wallace so glad that you could be with us. So they're talking about because now the schedule has come out in the nfl for the gains in week. Plus, there was an interesting magazine and that would be curious to get your take on this. Okay. Interesting magazine. Oh, I know that I know where he's going with this glamour. No, no, no. No Floors is a First Amendment issue, folks. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. No Hustler was kind of against the more arty playboy. So if you were to compare the kinds of pictorials, shall we call them? Natalie in hustler is compared to the pictorials and Playboy. They worry. It was a little more artistic. How would you describe the Hustler? Pictorials? Somebody Pretty raunchy, raw. Well, anyway, Larry Flynt, kind of definitely a strange, strange dude. Born in Kentucky absolute, you know, dirt poor dirt Poor got to start by owning strip clubs in Kentucky, and then he created Hustler magazine as an antidote. That's the proper word to Playboy, which he thought was kind of stiff and already and boring. But the thing about Larry that makes him a complicated figure is he was a ferocious fighter for the first Amendment. I mean, he went after the feminist to Gloria Steinem denounced him. When Hustler came out. He took her on. He was in court all the time fighting for the right to publish smut. And in one of those court battles in Georgia in 1978, he was leaving the courthouse and a guy shot him. And that's why Larry Flynt was in the wheelchair for the rest of his life. A gold plated wheelchair by the way, the person who shot him From Georgia Guy by the name of Joseph Paul Franklin. And he was a white supremacist serial killer. "Stephen Eric Jordan on this Thursday edition. Be careful out there is gonna be getting slick with snow coming through that radar looks like a mess. So just be careful, will hopefully get through this one a little quicker than we did down the weekend snowstorm, but As I said, the gas up the snow blowers and hit those shovels ready because we're gonna be using this afternoon and this evening, All right, mentioned this earlier with my conversation with representative Stay, Nikki. We're actually doing better on the vaccine side of the story of Cove it and I want to just give you some numbers. Remember, we were 48th in the distribution of the vaccines were now 29th. We were last in the Midwest. We're now fifth of nine states that qualify as Midwest and as of right now, as of yesterday, according to the state, a 7.4% of our population has at least gotten the first shot, and there's a smaller number. Of course, I have gotten second shot. The trouble is, though, if you look at the second dose, which is Required for at least two of the vaccines. I believe that zit right one or two, Eric said, too. More modern. It has you have to have two of those one of Fizer to Johnson and Johnson. Once that's right. That number is not as good. So if you look at the second dose numbers for the state, we are 44th out of 50 and last in the Midwest, so that clearly Reflects the lag and getting these things going now. As I said, I'm optimistic because we're starting to see this. These numbers change. So if you look at the impact zone and represented static, you talked about this. It's supply versus demand right now Supply low demand high That's a good problem, and I mentioned the other numbers as the golds two as it relates to people saying No about 26% nationally that gets us to a good Ah, good place, So if you could get 76% of population, or 74% of population that have had a vaccine at some points And you have the people have been already exposed to Cove it we are in a good place Come falling and you were playing that piece from Gary wit from the Baps Theater that that's a requirement to get back to normal. That has to happen if you're gonna have people sitting in In arenas, stadiums, concert venues at festivals. It's gonna have to be some combination of vaccination versus exposure. They've already had covert and they recovered. That's the kind of the good news and again we are going to go back and forth on vaccines for a long time here, and I know this hesitation from some people. Good news is, people are lining up to get it. We got to get more vaccines. That's the role of the government. The bite administration talk about a challenge. Trump Administration did a great job getting the vaccine developed. Now it's on the current administration. Step it up, figured out, Get the vaccines out. There was a lot of other good news, The Johnson and Johnson Vaccine AstraZeneca vaccine easier to dis distribute less, Um, infrastructure required to get to make that happen. All those things are good news stories. I wanted to bring you that because we often talk about the bad news stuff. But on that on that current notes Wisconsin doing much better a couple quick ones after the break, including a goofy Gonna play it for you. Jordan puts on the audio from this album that to me, my show notes for this one. Number three. More proof that idiot's walk among us, so just leave it at that. That's next. Hey,.

"What was actually good business. We thought good business dealing with good people. We do think it highlights the importance The importance of having successful black banks, black owned banks and black run banks in this country. We do think access to capital Is a critical component. Of improving economic empowerment for the African American community. So, yes, it's part of what we call good business dealing with good people. So we're proud of it. And actually, we got a very attractive refinancing done, and we couldn't be more proud. There are people across the country and I'm sure in Atlanta who are really hurting, really hurting, And as you know so well, Tony, the black communities across the country have been disproportionately Goodbye covert. Give us a sense in Atlanta of what is particularly needed right now, I think Atlanta's a microcosm of the country. It's AH, It's actually a booming economic area that has massive inequality. I would say that Atlanta like many, really Strong economic areas in America but have had really a tough going with certain types of businesses from Cove it of course, hospitality related hotels, restaurants of arenas, stadiums, businesses that require people to come to them. There's a whole lot of folks in this country with real economic strain as we know, and we probably have 160 million jobs in this country and 40 million of those have been really exposed to co bit. That's 40 million families under duress and funny, Tony, let's turn back to basketball, the MBA or could be very different from that bubble down in Orlando at the Disney facility. What are your concerns? What have you learned from old experience last night with that matter from what the NFL is going through right now. I don't know if I'd call them concerns. I would rather say Acknowledgments, which is it's really complicated. Run the MBA right now, In this time of covert, just like it is the NFL just like it was the major league Baseball just like it was in National Hockey League s O running professional sports is so important in today's world. I truly believe the ability to watch on enjoy professional sports. For folks that really are forced to be shut in, I think is an extremely valuable thing for us to have his Americans. On the other hand, listen, we want to keep all of our players and all of our staff and all of our employees safe, so we're trying to be incredibly cautious. Many of the folks that have read through the NBA rules and regulations might say that many of the rules are exhaustive toe really follow, and I would be one of those, but but I also understand how complicated it is. To make everyone feel that we're doing everything possible to put on high quality basketball in a safe environment. It's just difficult to do, and I actually congratulate. Even though this is the party line, I congratulate Adam Silver and the entire staff of the NBA League office, making all 30 teams abide by really exhausted rules and regulations. So the players and all of our employees feel that we're doing the best possible. I doubt that anybody thinks that Adam Silver, the MBA, or Roger Joe for the NFL isn't doing they're very, very best. And they do have it. You say exhaustive rules requires. We had Darrell Green, You know, the All Star cornerback for the Wall Street, Washington Street time And you said The only problem with that in the NFL is just actually people involved. It's also awful hard to get your players don't comply with that particular when they're outside the arena. Is that a concern for you? Of course, it's can't believe I'm supporting Darryl greet, you know, it's an old time I grew up a Giants fan. What a cornerback. But away from that. I'm just going to say that it's of course, you know players..

"Federal pandemic relief has run out more than 32,000 Airline employees got furlough notices. American and United Airlines say they could reverse the furloughs if there is quick agreement in Congress to help the embattled airline industry. The White House proposal includes $20 billion for airlines. The money would be used to keep workers on the payroll for six more months through next March. The four big airlines have lost more than $10 billion. Since the start of the pandemic. The payroll has already been shrinking, but they still have more people than they need because air travel is down nearly 70% from a year ago, I made Donahue the National League East champion Atlanta Braves move on in the playoffs for the first time in 10 years. "It's our even year. So at the end of the year, all of our girls will be 24 22 20 with a grand baby of two. And see. Then you tell that to me and I got a look at the calendar and think Now, let's see how old am I don't talk about. We'll just skip right over that. Incidentally, I turned 46 this week as well. Yes, yeah. You sure do on the age that I became a grandfather, So I know that feeling. I know how you guys feel and hey, listen, everybody's healthy right now. Today, that's all you can ask far so we're doing well going to start off by talking about fans of Spectators. So are all the lack thereof in the wide world of sports. No fans, obviously of the rank the arena stadium. In some cases, I gotta tell you guys, that might be a good thing. The Cardinal's gotta think so. Especially rookie pitcher. Well, Romeo, you have three innings of triple a ball under his belt when he came on in relief. Game five last week down the cards of Chicago White Sox, and he promptly you'll love it becomes the first pitcher in the major league debut and only the third in the history of the game to give up four consecutive home runs. Bang Boom start now. Yeah, I mean, you gotta feel sorry for the guy. I mean, she's I mean, rumor has it. Even the cardboard cut outs came alive Cheers, or or Buddha or whatever. I mean, he coughed up a walk in the wild Gypsy had a strike out those They've optioned him down. You have plenty of time to think about that. But I mean hand the days of today, the balls, the bats, the Handi wipes. I mean, you know he's going to be thinking about that one for sure. So the next day, the card said for Wrigley Field. And folks in Chicago might have seen us last Sunday. A twin bill with the Cubs the second game. Cardinal, several rookie infielder Max around who hit his first major league homer into the right field stands where there's no Spectators, so it bounces around the seats into the rescue comes former cub right fielder and current Cardinal right fielder Ducks to follow, so he leaves the Cardinal dugout runs out to the outfield jumps into the stands and retrieves with balls so the kids can have a souvenir. Yeah, one strange baseball season. I mean, you guys know that a sure loser out of it. I mentioned last week They looked really bad plan against Vancouver. They did type of Syria's two games apiece. And then probably came back and lost the next to so no Stanley Cup champion. Repeat of hoppy enthusiasm like air let out of a balloon here in ST Louis. All right. Fans may be coming the NFL Games after all, Yeah, yeah, lot of players on the record, saying it might not be a good idea, but the NFL is the NFL and I got to admit a revenue hit for the league with no fans of the games. Any time of the season would be massive. No doubt. Yeah, I mean, save away like a bazillion dollars. I mean, those NFL two seats are stupid, expensive. Keep going. I mean, the hires. You want to go. I mean, the individual Vel teams now have said that they will make decisions predicated on both state and local regulations, which you can remember might be in place now, but may not be a month or so from now. So you know, when you lay it out in that manner, you can easily see how you know there's no objectivity to all of this In reality. I mean, it's all over the place. I mean, I mean, it's like trying to nail Jell O to a wall. I mean, you know, you know, I mean, one example. Atlanta Falcons. You guys were close. They'll allow up to 20,000 fans to the What is that? The Mercedes Benz Stone? Yeah, but that is only for late October and November and December, So nobody comes in September and on Lee, Maybe if they can. Yeah, because Atlanta is the hot spot. Exactly. I mean, you guys, I mean, the show errors in Chicago bear stands if you're listening, if in when regulations allow Soldier field is all yours when it's quote deemed safe, inappropriate, and it just goes on. I mean Green Bay football, a religion, Packers say no fans for the first two home games. And the situation will be evaluated after that, And this one has got hurt. I think about this Los Vegas Raiders. They're inaugural season they filter over from Oakland brand New Stadium based brand new fan base. No fans with all all you Long nobody, no matter what happens. What away today view? Well, that's one way to keep the stadium clean that up, you know, And in some cases, I mean football without fans could really probably in some instances, vehicle population. A stadium from Stoned. Uh, I'm in Kansas City in Seattle. In particular a little research on this. The Chiefs and I have been the hero had three times in the stands. They have a stadium so loud that the stands actually rock. I mean, they move. You can feel it under your feet Lower. Yeah, I mean, they had a crew to a study a couple of years ago, and they determined the decibel level was one 28 that is more than four times was loudest OSHA regulations allowing your average steel mills. So just saying that's crazy. Well, you got it, right? I mean, no doubt about it, and you may have seen this no mascots, no cheerleaders on the field in 2020 all year long. And the ever popular post named Jersey Exchange between players. You know, you guys have seen that you'll see three or four of those a game you want in 2020 or so there it is. The NFL. Stefan's going to be a different kind of season. That is for sure. And one that will all remember And we hope is different next year. Oh, I know and for college football, you know the SEC where we are Conference games on Ly for Auburn and Alabama. The first game is for alum and students on Lee, and they haven't even released any tickets to any of the games. 20% capacity, no tailgating. You know, you just go in. Do your deal, Watch the game and get out. And and more weird news. Alabama travels to Missouri. That's right for the opening game, And according Tio, everything I've seen coming out of Colombia who will have fans in the stands? I like next same I know the other day he was gone. I forget where I caught it. But wearing a mask and said, Hey, you will not See me in public on the field or anywhere else without one so good for him. Sure, Absolutely. He's got the right idea. Well, guys overall, one of the biggest stories was not on the field this past week and involved the NBA. The Charlotte Hornets there, play by play announcer John Saki and I got to tell you good boys and girls. First of all. Ethic games. You got to remember there are a great many distractions. Teo lied one's mind to turn to jelly, but we got a tough situation here. Apparently on Monday, hockey Now he was not on the air. It was at the Utah Denver playoff opener is on Twitter, describing the awesome array of shots by the Denver and he tweeted the word. Yeah. You know where the word Nuggets was supposed to be the never say it don't ever do an n word. And about six hours after the initial Tweety obviously called it a horrific mistakes that it was unintended. He never meant to do it. But he had no idea. Holly mis typed it, but there it was out there for all the sea, And he said that he had never typed the word before on his phone, So it wasn't a of a situation, I guess like an auto correct over You know, and maybe hard to believe that it was a miss typing, But he's standing by the story of a Hardin, however, obviously suspend him indefinitely pending an investigation..

"But if you were just in a regular arena stadium bleach ac- like you couldn't see anything yet also vibe on sage is very much like her palling around with her friends like her dancers are her friends. They're saying to each other, like dancing with each other. And it's like we're just watching this group of friends at it doesn't video next with us of yet. She doesn't like I didn't feel connected with her where you that's not so hard to feel at MSG, like when we saw we saw Lauren Elaine of their Luke homes. I feel like I don't know. There's Perry, she's like more invested in her friends on stage and it's like watching friends lie. Then it as a one woman show because, you know, I saw Katy Perry there for the prison tour, which was like the greatest album ever. And there were so much the Asterix I had terrible seats. I was like all the way up. There was so much going on. She was really like a one woman show with all cancers. And I didn't feel that this. Connect that I felt with Arianna katie's was so bright. Like I could see everything. And I was all the way up in the bleachers, you know. And another thing that was like disappoint. I mean actually disappointed because I can't tell how feel about well, she sent thirty songs, which is a lot of songs she didn't sing full thirty seven sheets in shortened versions of a bunch of songs, which was nice because I got to hear a lot of sons that I didn't really even realize that I knew the words to. But I think an average concerts like eighteen to twenty. It did feel that she was rushing through the show just to get to all the songs. And she never like spoken between. Like I want to hear from our like, sometimes when artists talking between songs it's like so annoying. Please stop. But it kind of wanted to hear from Arianna. Yeah. Like we said, all she said was good night and feeling tonight. And she said that at the very end of the show, which didn't make it clear that the over. So when show was over before the encore people didn't know thought she was coming out again. Yeah. So I have to say I kind of, like when everyone tries to one up each other with their stages, and it's big and stupid. And I didn't mind that her sage was like pretty fissile. Yeah. I like that because she's talented enough. Like she doesn't need like fireworks. Bells and whistles like things that are going up just needs to be flying through the air, like that's fine. So the sage wasn't the problem, it was like, I don't know. It's always feels like with her. It's like she's running around her own stage like when the lights are off, like it feels like she's doing everything feels like she's plugging in the outlet. Say hooking up her microphone like she said, she's the PA and she's the talent I wish we'd had an Adele style concert from just a tiny stage. You would address looking cute, talking between songs being funny and singing your heart out because at the end of the day like. I went to the concert for Arianna voice like her voice is unmatched unparalleled. Maybe one of the best in the industry right now. That's what I came for. They did get that. But it just I could have gotten it on, like a more stripped down level. Yeah, I wouldn't see your performance like Radio City yet. It'd be does the Tony Bennett Duffy. I need. No..

"But even with that the demand was very robust. Okay. Now you've got a great stadium business. We were outed went to the warriors game last week. Some of us from our team. We were out San Francisco new stadiums being built you get a lot of Rayleigh distance. Right. Absolutely. The commercial railing major arenas stadiums were the top supplier, probably in the ninety percent range of all the stadiums in North America. Have our railing in them when I looked at where your map is a, you have a good map of international. I would think the roadmap for international uptake could be extraordinarily here. Yeah. We're just getting started in that we basically change our business model to model more similar to what we do in the United States, having good success with it in Europe, pushing that out to, to Australia, where. Are we think that'll be another -nother winner force also? I mean these are countries that tend to be a little more environmentally conscious. I mean I know I was in Berlin. It's an obsession. And the would they used to bring in from the Amazon rainforest is not viewed very positively by most of the population. Now, the last thing is I, I need people to know that every time somebody shifts a little bit from would two tracks. The leverage is us. It's a phenomenal opportunity for us. Eighty three percent of all lineal feet sold is would for everyone point. We can move from would to composites as fifty million dollars at the factory door. That's extrordinary. And I think that when people when younger people get enough, we now know that younger people starting to buy homes, okay? We started to hear that. "To ensure and the surveyor science Shari Lou back from a week off. We had will must week such as last week. And we talked about all the apple news. All my God. Yeah. It's been a land. We back from Florida. Do you like my tan, everyone looks good really good because. Sure well done so we have a lot to go over this week. But I do wanna hear about your travels because I hear you went to both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Yes. I went to six parks in six days, amazing in Florida. And I I served and they literally had shirts that said I survived like Disneyland or and they had one shirt for. Kids that said I won't remember anything that happened this week. You know, when I was twelve years old Sarda interjecting your story. But the I went to Universal Studios Hollywood's for the very first time, and the only thing I wanted only one of one piece of memorabilia was an ice revived drastic park the ride t shirt, and I got that those the only thing my parents bought me when I was there rolled road. The ride waited four hours in line my cousins, and I wore that shirt out from age twelve to fourteen good story. We gotta bring that back during that shirt back and wanna find it. We spent the first couple of days at universal Orlando. And there's there's three parks toll. There. We went to two of them that had the Harry Potter stuff. And the Harry Potter stuff is just it's mind blowing in set design, you had just gone to the Harry Potter in LA LA. Yeah. And this is so much bigger. And there's this part where you're walking down would appear. Here's to be a London street, and you turn into essentially like a an alleyway like a little passage in a brick wall. In all of a sudden urine diagnose alley, and it's just a massive transformation of set design in aesthetics. It's just so beautifully done. I thought there that transition from real world space smuggle to to wisdom world is done. So well like, you you get on the hugs were hug words express. But you go in through King's Cross station. Yes. It is a fake reputation of the train station. And like you said if the brick wall that you walk through because they have a series. They've oh lose yours. So looks like someone just walked the verse in front of you walk through the wall into the other world you've been there. I've been there. I've been about so Universal Studios. The way it's set up in Florida. This is where Nickelodeon was shot back in the day. Where all those great kids TV shows like the blue man group arena stadium, whatever, but it's to theme parks. They're just. Like in Disneyland in California, those Disneyland in California venture over in Florida you have uniform studios and then also islands of adventure, two separate parks. But they are connected by train. They're connected by the Hogwarts express. Now, which is actually even though it's just a train for taking point eight point b they have videos up. So you see the characters and there's a little mini story that happens along your ride. I went during spring break. So the enormous amount of crowds been even then it's still deeply enjoyable. I have to say the best thing because I think the set design is so good the projection mapping. They do at night on the side of Hogwarts castle is just impeccable. It is it's very much like a straight copy of what Disney does it. Magic kingdom. But who cares? It's still beautiful. Just like they celebrate all of the houses. I thought it was spectacular in the the rides itself aren't like decorate. There's one really good ride. When the theme park. It's called theme. Ing how much like design they do. And they really universal spent all the money. There's a great deep dive story about why universal has the rights the Harry Potter. Disney doesn't and it was one of the best investments universal ever made has paid back in full. Even just in the butter beer money. They've made back but to rights each Universal Studios. And I venture each have a flagship Harry Potter ride of which one of them is in LA. I believe LA Jeremy was at the Herbin journey is the one that.

Close like going nodding confused leading we are the champions his fine. But for that crowd. I want it all and I want it. Now, that's would have been appropriate show must go on and dedicated to having no st-, they could've perform that Gaga even land. I've been fine. She's sitting right there right there. Plus, it's just for them there were it's just chatter. Yeah. For them. And then after the opening video they had three host outs that to do a bit about not being host, which was weird. And then they presented the award. And then Julia Roberts presents best picture at the end. And then they make her at the hin say, and that has been the Oscars. Thank you. It just felt it just felt really awkward closing the door. I mean, I get that. You don't I mean, I actually enjoyed a not having a bit where we ordered pizza for everyone in that kind of stuff..

Review: Maroon 5's Super Bowl Halftime Show Clung to Stale Notions of Rock-Stardom

"As Facebook post today asking people. Okay, did maroon five really sound bad? Or is it that you just don't like maroon five because I'll I'm hard rocker Rockin roller. Guitar driven stuff all the way. And that's not really what maroon five is all about. And a lot of my friends are the same way. And so the or you just biased because you don't like the music, and it was very interesting got a lot of great. I mean, great response is really insightful responses from people if you follow me on Facebook, you can go and check that out for yourself. What I wanna address very quickly today is this whole like polarizing thing. Like if you don't like it, therefore, it sucks. I mean, this is a problem. I think in our society in general with a lot of things. Politics, which I don't talk about politics on talk. But but it just with social situations. Anything that has happened dating life in general people are like, you know, you know, if they don't agree with it, it sucks, if they don't like it, it sucks if they if they like, it must be great. No, it's just the pinion. And there's a great expression opinions are like assholes, everybody has one and they all stink. Okay. So before you get all Twitter about somebody's opinion resolution opinion, you have an opinion too. And we can all we can all agree. We can disagree agreeably. We and it was great. Because if you guys go back and look at that post, everybody need, really, good points and people different. And because it was an open discussion. And when nobody was hating on anybody. We got to pick out little different things about the the. But the performance that I think we're able to actually come out. Out in a way that we could all kind of think about and I want to hit on a couple of little things in in today's rant rook wick first of all it's a Super Bowl guys. All right. It is not like a concert DVD that you ought. Okay. The the whole thing the whole day at that arena is excuse me arena stadium is designed around the teams playing all that stuff. It's not about the halftime show that I just like fifteen minutes matey of stuff that happens, and it's it's really just a side show. So even if you went to concert, right? The bans on the side stage a second stage right wouldn't necessarily be have their shit together as well as on the on the main stage. So you have to keep that. Mommy, look at something like a super historically most Super Bowl performances have been very lackluster few here and there, but keep in mind, you have to take it for what it is. It's a sporting event, not ROY. Concert. Okay. Bands are going to get on there. Somebody vans can deal with it. Really? Well, other bands get you know, little mind blown because monitors aren't right or they're distracted. God only knows what's happening up. There. Looked to me looks like total chaos. Okay. Also, you have to separate the spectacle from the music some people commented that Adam sounded flat. I don't think word flat is really it. I think he sounded tentative through especially the beginning part of it. And again, I think he was just like it was just they were probably they're probably weirded out 'cause thrown on this stage in the middle sparring things something they're not used to. They'd all what the hell's going on? You can make the argument they're getting paid big bucks, and they should be professional Bubba. Bubba. OA seen bands concerts struggle with things like this over the years. And especially something is is unnerved as a frigging Super Bowl is going to blow your freaking mind. I'm not a big maroon five fan. I bought songs about Jane when I come out their first album, and I was kind of oh, the spans could be enough soulful rock band. But they're gonna go into Todo steely Dan direction, and they went to more of a pop disco kind of direction. If you wanna hear a great disco rock band. Jamiroquai did that ten fifteen years before maroon five and a my opinion that way better that is

"Welcome back inside the huddle like us on Facebook. At inside the huddle w t k. Hey, welcome back to inside the huddle come up in this twelve o'clock hour, we've got our true false probably around twelve thirty and just in a minute or two Michigan hockey coach. Mel Pearson will be calling in to talk about the wolverines split with Penn State and this weekend's upcoming series at Minnesota is on your bucket list, MS to to go to like Michigan Minnesota hockey game in Minneapolis. I'd like to go. I mean, I I mean, you you see a lot of these big like the the big collegiate teams that you have got these great facilities as far as great arenas. I mean, the Mary Yuji with three M mayor Yuji arena that dub their Minneapolis where the golden gophers play. I love to go. See a game up there. I'd really love to go. See a game up in North Dakota. My cousin who is a u n d alum. You said that, you know, everything, you know, really anything else up there is like a whole ham thing. But you go to a u n d hockey game. And it is it's it's completely different beast up there. It's a phenomenal rink of there. I'd love to go that I'd still like to go out to Penn State. I love to go. See the the the Gula. Yeah. As far as like what? Because they had like the virtual tour when they were, you know, still I think when they just broke ground on it or something so they had like the the virtual tour of woods, both the Lok like, and you know, you see the games on BT. And it just it looks like a phenomenal facility. Go see a game at I love to go there. I've been to mine mine is nothing to really kinda mongo's appointing. It is. I mean, the only time that I went, and this is kind of it's this is funny. I know Zack says this is funny, but never turned out to be funny. But. He's here defend himself. He'll depends on when he comes back. But I I end up getting a pair of tickets to a Michigan Michigan state game up at one. And we get to the me, and my buddy at the time, we get to the rank, and I go how would you want to bed? This is like in the student section or something like right by the student's section. We're all decked out our Michigan gear and everything we get the tickets from we'll call we started walking around we're getting closer and closer and closer student's section. We get to the student section and the guy that checks your tickets right at the top of the of the concourse goes you boys lost now. Go I looked down at the student section. I go. No, actually, the governor sent us on death row, and he just sent us to the executed right now. So. So we were like we're about three rows from the ice. But we are like the the role right in front of the student's section, and oh, it was interesting that this was the time when Michigan state was good, okay? Before the last Kosheh took over a net when an acid took. Yeah. So this was one of those times from lake man. This is this is not going to be good. We might we might have to try to defend ourselves getting out. Luckily, we didn't have to. But it was. Yeah. It was a fun. It was a fun trip up there. Michigan ended up losing that game. But it was good. It was it was a great atmosphere to go watch game up there though. Yeah. I mean, it's always fun to go into a rivals arena stadium. Pitch at their wherever wherever you go into experience a game. And to be hated in modern is modest got such a short rough though it is a low low arena it just feels too tight in there. Just yes, it's very dark in there too. It is very dark in their late. The late is terrible. And to sound like a snob. I really can't stand the press box. Well, it's often the corner. It's a bad view of of the ice of the game. Mean you're far back off. There's nothing worse. For members them media. We are such spoiled brats that complain about our our parking our parking are press location. So it's not like smack dab on the fifty yard line or right on center ice a read on the half court. All we do is wine and complain and moan and groan. Known about our press spots. So yeah, I mean, I know that's kind of the one of the big edge. Yeah. That's what we do here. So believe Mel is calling in right now, some is just grabbing that phone call and we'll talk to him about last weekend's series against Penn State. So just give us once. I think we're almost ready to hear they when did a little tour in New York westbound that and certainly Tim we will ask your question. Although I might ask it in a little bit. More judicious way here. All right. Welcome in from the Michigan hockey team head coach Mel Pearson. Mel how are you today? Hey, mike. I'm good real good. Thank you. Thanks for joining us. Really? Appreciate it here today weekend split with Penn. State to beat them at home on Thursday. And arguably one of your your best games of the year. Certainly your best game of the new year. And then lost on Saturday Madison Square Garden Mel your biggest takeaways from this weekend against any alliance. Dobbie played like you said Thursday, really happy with our team. You know from top of autumn had a strong strong performance. Hayden played well in net. Nick Blankenberg made a difference. We moved him up to forward. I thought he was really really good got some scoring some marquee guys. Laker Lockwood play ball defensively, you know, give up a one goal, and I really did give them much as far as outnumbered. Russia's and then Saturday really disappointing. We right now we are ready to play came out shot 'em out attempted them out attempt on thirty seven seventeen played in zone possessed. The pot are we had some some bad mental mistakes giveaways gave them about two or three breakaways. They converted, and you know, we're down three nothing. And we we don't score, you know, we can't outscore mistakes. So it's really disappointing on Saturday and we're ready to play. And we we just couldn't put the puck behind them. And then got away from our game. And and let the game got away from us. And you know, we're big game for us. We're hoping to put some distance between ourselves and Penn State and a couple of other teams, and unfortunately, we weren't able to do that. And then, you know, we're again, right? The middle of the pack. So some some good things, but some things that you know, we need to get out of our game. And I felt bad. 'cause we we we beat ourselves. We beat ourselves on Saturday that just there's no way to get around that and. And that's the most disappointing thing. And we have to understand how we need to play daughter in order to have success. And I think we know how. But we gotta make sure we're dialed in and we we played that one. So Mel speaking of those speaking of those turnovers, and we'd someone call up earlier and a couple of people tweeted me one of the players that was guilty of some of those bad turnovers was arguably your best player and that sophomore defenseman Quin Hughes who led to a couple of those breakaways. And and he's a kid. That's Uber talented, and we always talk about when a player sees the ice, maybe the old chassis versus checkers and. But what is the? I mean, what do you say to Quin what what happens? I know. One of the hardest things to do is. When one of the most talented players is a guy that cost you a couple of goals. Do you sit them for a little while? Do you just pulled aside and say, hey, look, we can't I mean? Yeah. Those are some of the some of the same place that lead to great scoring opportunities. But we gotta be more careful the POC we can't we can't be making those mistakes. I mean, what is that that balance that you have to have with one of your best players that you need to be successful. But also had a bad game on Saturday. Well, you're right in in a lot of instances is if not one of our best our best player he leaves her team in scoring. He's a game-breaker. He's won a lot of games. I can just think back to Ohio State. A great playmate. Their you know, he he does bleed maize them blue. He does he wants to win. I than anybody. And he's going to have some nights like that. I thought Clinton was just trying to do a little too much at times and he understands that he's a smart hockey player. I mean, he stood up in the locker room after the game accepted. You know, something that's hard to do. Because you know, it's hard to admit know, your faults. I mean, a lot of touch come out publicly and say, yeah, I did I did that. And I coined a lot of credit for that. He's a smart Ocoee player he understands he knows he feels bad about it. And you know, we're gonna continue to play him. But at the same time, he's a young player, and we have to continue to. Coach him. I think a lot of people think, you know, your best players. You don't have to coach in this case Clinton needs. You know, he needs coaching. He needs coaching to make sure he understands what he can. And can't do. And you know, we give our players a green light to do some things to try and be difference makers. And he has a green light to he's just has to pick a spots better. And understand that you know, let the game come to him a little bit and try to try and instead of trying to force it, but I will say this. It wasn't just him. We had some other guys who need to back him up in certain cases that get you know, and, you know, a couple of times there could have maybe made a different place someone else that maybe would have led to not having a breakaway. So I think you have to be, you know, people have to be careful too. And and look at the whole play and see what happens, but akrons a difference maker. He's gonna he's gonna win some games I going forward, and he just has to he knows he's just gonna learn. So that that move forward. We can't bring that back. But we're happy to have him on our team and. Like, I said he's a dynamic players. A great player. You know, he's gonna be a difference maker going forward for us. We're talking to Michigan hockey coach Mel Pearson after the wall greens split last week beating Penn State five to one at home on Thursday and losing five or to Madison Square Garden in New York City last week, we talked a little bit that is when you guys officially announced that Josh Norris was going to miss the rest of the season. He was out indefinitely and one of the things talking to you about and talking to Brian Wiseman year assistant coach about picking up the offense, and you mentioned Blankenberg Nick Blankenburg who you guys moved up to forward. Jimmy Lambert is a freshman that's been playing a little better in. How did you guys see them? How did you? How you see your team kind of understand that it's a little bit about committee. It's everybody's got to step up a little bit..
