"Celebrating Arbor day today. Everyone's encouraged to go out and plan to tree climate change is led to a renewed increase our interest in recent years in trees, but you sound valuable is that elm oak or pine tree in your backyard for more we're joined live on the KCBS ring central Newsline by AL's Eliah urban forester with the Davey, tree expert company. Thanks for joining us. So. How much is that tree worth? I put it in the ground. And then what? Good morning. It's good to be with you today. That's a good question. And one of the things that we try to recommend for people to who are planting trees and celebrating Arbor day is that when you put it a tree in the ground. It doesn't have much mass to it or canopy to it. But over time it will until that is the key to get tree set your plan to grow to maturity when they will provide more benefits. And so we have a number of different tools that are free software based on science at the US four service and partners develop to help school kids. Homeowners students. Anybody learn in quantify some of the benefits at trees will provide over time. Yeah. I mean, we tend to just look at a tree is a tree. But in fact, let's see it's a carbon dioxide remover. It is a shade giver, which can then either remove it can help with the cost of heating or cooling. You have all sorts of side benef-. And then there's the unmeasurable part, which is kind of makes me feel good to look at it. Yes, absolutely stand. There's a number of different facets to trees, and I treat can help us quantify some of those things like air quality improvement or protecting us from stormwater by intercepting and capturing rainfall or protecting our water supply like cleaning rainfall before it enters into storm drains and so on or medically mitigating climate change. He said many benefits are more difficult to quantify such as human health and wellness. We know that there are a number of different aspects that you've seen exposed to trees nature provides tremendous benefits to people. So there are many things that we can't quantify that are equally important to an important point to remember. So I I would imagine that this type of software would be able to help boost planting because once you explain to me how much tree is gonna save me in in cooling costs. I'm all over that. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. In one of the things to remember Holly is at decisions matter. So it's it's not just treats and save us energy. But it's planting a tree strategically so where it where it is into landscape, actually matters. So.

"Keeps waking up to discover her life repeats itself on the last day before being killed by a slasher look now this is incomplete hence i already two assuming that i believe any of this is even possible frankly who has he you have unlimited amount lives unlimited opportunities to sell nomo seeking guy you had who might hillary first of all i have to say i'm a little disappointed in hollywood that this movie title was never used before you can't tell me that during the big 80s slasher craze that when they did movies like for the 13th and problem night and april fool's day and arbor day ahrvard is not a real one actually arbor day actually i wish somebody would make arbor day they did a mad spoofer matt satire back in the 80s for a horror movie thing and it was in like eighty eighty one and they had this when we called arbor day that was that was a fake one but the debates that he didn't like a real movie it was actually a pretty decent horror movie idea because it spun off of everything and it it had all the tropes of the time so if somebody wherever looking for a great idea for independent harmabee slasher arbor day for mad magazine would be a great one i would love to see that anyways happy death day is essentially the groundhog day version of an eight he slasher it's also very selfaware and what do you do movie like this anything with a time loop do you have to be a little selfaware esp unless you're doing it overtly seriously like gadget tomorrow which was the one with tom cruise this one is fully aware that its ripping off groundhog day and it's also fully aware that it's playing off of other our movies and movies from the eighty stuff like hollowing too because it takes place at hospitals over the scenes partly sixteen candles because it deals with birth day issues in their stuff that you see that you're like oh yeah that's absolutely that's an weaken a nod to various horror movies or even just you know like like sixteen candles isn't a horror movie but they do a scene in there will you dislike that's totally taken off a sixty candles and.
