I think that's happening tonight because I think every on a on a different type note tonight so Here's a story Here's the story about me. When I went to Japan. I remember this morning exactly because I think it was like our first morning going onto worse and we were going to tell he'll that day I remember. We had a wake up super early so I was actually already away because jet lag was fucking with me. Could I mean it was a hughes fourteen hour difference and I remember? I was Kinda just in disbelief that I was there This is in the year. Two Thousand and seven. I remember it was like four thirty in the morning. Host Mom Realize I just woke up and she had just woke up because we had to be up there early because we need to hurry up and get to the train station the round like six thirty meet up with everybody and go and I remember the first thing that came to my mind was. I'm actually here. I work two jobs for this. Triple care to senior year. So I busted my ass had to get help from independent Rotary Club in In a couple of other people just to make this thing happen I remember that this was probably the biggest experience in my life. I remember I remember eating breakfast day. Which was super amazing by the way Miles Molly may you know some Sommes Mesa? Missile Soup has on Rice Good tomatoes I'm trying to visualize everything was stable. You know a lot of lot of good healthy Japanese breakfast and scarf that down real quick and inadequate ready get close on and Got Myself Ready to go and We sort of walking through the transition along five minute walk from house. Get to the place and I'm talking about I got just like bombarded by like a whole bunch of different people trying to hand out tissues and cards stuff like that to hotel. The Shit Mama and my husband was trying to pull me away like come on. Let's go this way. And all of a sudden you know. Have like a handful of fucking like tissue paper towels and Napkins. Okay and finally we get to we into We begin to the platform where trainers tranquil. Then all of a sudden they just started the fucking chaos man. I'm talking about people just going in Latin ripe boom boom boom boom boom boom. I'm trying to get up in his mouth. I I'm one of the last people on this. Damn Line okay. There were so many people packed into this down train. I'm talking about multiple said to push my big ASS. I'm two eighty five at the time. Okay I'm forty five. I'm about six hundred sixty one okay. They are pushing my big ass into strain and I'm trying not to crush all these Japanese people at the same time at one thing they have they have professional pushers okay to help make sure they maximize the amount of people that are getting these trains. We bring more positive light. It makes it more of a celebration of life life when we're helping each other out being there for each other bringing out of hand looked up anybody who has now and not judge has known based on how they grow up but what they're doing with their character by grey-haired. "Or the website again and so anthony to tell me you have celebrities on your show as well Oh yeah of some mattresses some matters and I was a little lighter approach here I don't WanNa make your show super depressing is kate because we need to talk about it and avoidance Roydon it completely avoiding the subject is not something that I wanted to do either so no. I'm totally fine with that. You are trooper trooper and for those who are sticking with us. We appreciate it now back to the show all right so sorry. I feel like such a door okay this going. It's important but I've had a few actresses and actors on the show had a lady by the name of Shana Toft. Oh you've you mentioned on. I know Shauna. I have not yet in person but it will be shortly her. Yes Oh yes she's. She was Super Nice when she he came on the show. I saw that she's working on a couple of commercials and everything says last thought I am very happy for her. I've had a couple of COMEDIANS on there Alan Gatlin AK two gene man and he is Old School New Yorker Walker New Jersey Guy Love Him. He talks about a little bit of his lifestyle like how he grew up. You know I like I. I liked talking to some of the old school guys because of the fact that they got stories that not people my generation have yet they were there in the a moment life for us. You know we stick a picture on a cell phone or something like that but when it comes to like talking to the old school of any Tapa generation or any type of John Brother N or and entertainment I felt that was very insightful conversation with him and then I I just released episode the day with a gentleman by the name of Tommy more I mean this man is spoken to Andrew. Dice Clay's talk to Joan wherever's back when she was doing comedy. I mean talk to her. Talk to Oh don rickles by. We're going all slow. He's not prior. He had Robin Williams randomly show up at comedy clubs yeah why he was telling me what happened is basically they are sold out night like a big old showcase of local guys a lot of headlines or something like that and the guy pulls up in the car and he was like hey is there a way we can get three tickets to show Oh and they rely were sold out and so he kind of walked back to the car and he's like why about this. My friend will perform for free three if you if you get us retail well. Who's your friend Robin Williams Nag get out of here? This ain't no Robin Williams that so they walk to the car is Robin Williams I he was like man. I had a whole myself for a second almost fan now Robin Williams shows up to the show he does. He does an hour and ten minutes but not once he did it three times that night. Oh no kidding four free. How old that I mean seriously new like Robin Williams? There's always been a big inspiration to me so they hear that somebody actually met him and got to see what he was like. I mean that was like EPI store. I love the fact that I get to hear these different stories. I mean by for instance I had a gentleman by the name of Cornelis Maxwell on and he's he's trying to start some funding that can help a lot of troops. Come back home and give give them like give them like a program where they can like worked themselves back in civilian live worker or mental health worker in their finances. You know may something positive positive for them. For seven contrary just take care of our troops he was he's also the gentleman that was cumia whereabout autism Islam. You spoke upon now while he's yes. He's a law when he's wonderful poker I think he's from Texas like you know correct and easier in Texas or even the southwest around that area. He's wonderful. retired military with Iraq three times. Isn't that amazing yes I. I hadn't thought about respect for him. and of course you uh-huh so yeah I mean ms man ever since we first had dialogue. I've always found as you to be very intriguing very Arnesen anonymous and you've been very odd and the big word honest like talking to you is just amazing definitely in my top topless. Guess sincerely like Oh my gosh I I love talking to you. Thank you talk to you though Anthony. I've gotTa tell you I mean that is over the years. It's been a habit of mine to just. I just thought to anybody in the office. My Mom will even tell you is she was there she remembers when I was like five years old. We're sitting there in the grocery store walking around and I go to a random goggin license fruit or something like that and I'm like hi. I'm Anthony Nice to meet you. What's your name and my mom was like? Are you running for Congressman. Oh you know when you're a people person you can reach out and talk to anybody and there are people that can't do that. Oh Yeah I think that's really neat that. You can do that and you and I talking though we have a lot to talk about in our to our conversations have been really good and they have been for a good length of time to they haven't just been like hey hi our you because we have a connection are anyway. We have selects is pretty good so but when you interview people you have a lot of information that you're able to withdraw from people too because as they connect with you. That's what you do and you're really good at it. Your cells are good and I know that you not only have your shows because you're on anchor but people can listen to your shows on Li Din. Yeah I basically kind of up among show out on anchor spotify Google play basically all the major platforms pod being stitcher an awesome very popular Lawan working on maybe starting to get to the point rockstar doing video recorders are put it on Youtube bear with me and plus. I just got got this camera like like last week and I did the first time I've actually breaking it out. 'cause yes so yeah. You're getting exclusive moment. Would me allowed it to get a haircut or something story Shaif Komo No video happens to be something that is in demand people love checking out once going on visual is the thing and and I for me. I really like being able to see things in. I am both auditory and visual oftentimes. I feel like I'm a little bit more auditory but there's something that solidifies it when I see something. There's just a connection there in that goes back to what we were talking about earlier to in that senior tax message or something scroll down somebody's wall or a message it. Isn't you gotTa make that connection with somebody or you're a bigger fillon than that like. I can't express my emotions to you for tax. I can't tell you I'm matt through a tax. I can't tell you I'm sad. I'm happy there's no emotion towards texting such true we don't we don't have a motion in dialogue wants to point like were human. We express ourselves in different ways. It's important to have that is true and especially if you're an animated person you like to use your hands and gestures. I'm a little bit more reserved. I don't I think maybe in my younger days. I was less reserved with my hands because I think I spoke a lot more than I do now but after having done some been coached doing public speaking and things like that which I think I'm a little less animated I think but but there are some people who are very animated and and really because like we were talking earlier our fingerprints footprints arlit prints were unique personalities are unique and when we make that connection with somebody we have them right there. Even if it's on a facetime or a video v by something like what we're doing in we're able visualize somebody it connects you better than it does on. Just a text written typed beat or some of some sort but I really did think that you'll the I think I would like to see her shows in video. I would love to see that well then ladies and Gentlemen Comments Soon Anthony Anthem AKA MR K. Maybe go online for feed. Oh Yes yes yes so that's going to be part of the next the next journey is chapter representative so so I wanNA talk to my voice now but sincerely yeah. That's the working progress lot of investing within myself just trying to get better at this craft and make sure you know what I'm talking to any guest at my show I make sure that I bring an essence of a like when you come to light the doors on my podcast. is no discussion as a place where you should be able to feel comfortable and coming in why we'll talk about whatever you're feeling like you can express yourself however so you feel hey and if I don't agree with it it's whatever we're going to have a discussion on that. We can have it and still be friends that the day because regardless of how different we may be. There's always going to be some common ground and that's in the story on that one by. I feel like that's the pitcher we need to look at. The bigger picture is yeah common ground. There's always gonNA be common ground. We're all human. We all put our pants on the same way. We always put one leg at a time. You tie shoes. We we shower. We brush our teeth. We all do the same thing. We all got a routine that more than likely somewhere down the line is very similar. You are so right on the money in fact growing up. We all played in the same sandbox. We swung on the swing set together. There wasn't all of this hatred in pitting each other against each other wasn't like that we all tried side you know to to play and get along and things like bad and unfortunately we are in this climate now. Where if you don't like something my social media feed that I'm GonNa Block you unfriendly or whatever it doesn't need to be that way what makes the world turns so good is all of the uniqueness that we have and it allows us to have an opportunity to see things in a different perspective where we can learn from one another and that's what I really like? I agree I got friends of all all different backgrounds whereas religious political the neighborhoods they grew up in subcultures. Whatever it may be I got friends all over replaced by probably from here to Japan and I don't let my personal beliefs in life ever make somebody feel belittled their unloved or whatever that's not?.

"Let me say it real quick. It's one eight eight hundred two seven three talk when eight hundred two seven three eight two five five you can go to the website suicide aside prevention on lifeline dot org. I believe they didn't have a texting on the Texans nervous to Lemme suicide prevention on lifeline dot org so both of those things will get you in touch with where you need to go it gives you an opportunity there to add on their website to get help to learn about how to get involved solved and there are providers and professionals and one thing that I do WanNa say is that if you know of or you need to talk doc to someone please do call and start talking to somebody. There is always so many ways that you can learn more and like you said you waited for a little bit too long time yeah. There's so much opportunity to make yourself start moving in the direction that will make you feel better in oftentimes. We know that there's something that just isn't right within us with whatever a situation that we're dealing with and oftentimes we don't share it. We hide it. We put on a mask and we present ourselves to the world is everything being okay and we don't want other people to know what's going on and and fortunately in certain aspects such as the topic that we're talking about this isn't that if there is any any consideration whatsoever reach out because Anthony's there I'm here you can reach reach out either one of us or even the number one eight hundred two seven three eight two five.

"I suffer from bipolar disorder order in depression okay I was diagnosed a couple of years ago but a lot of people were saying like if if I were to die diagnosed sumer who knows I mean the fact. Is I in the same just like I'm okay. I'm okay I'm okay. I'm lying to myself really in fact. I didn't realize how important it is. Not just a cover your physical or any other out about you. GotTa have balance when it comes to your health in general general. What is your physical your mental? I mean your emotional health in general because if you don't work on yourself how you're supposed to have good relationships with people title is true yes. That's also like you by people. people are very observant servent. That's one thing I've noticed they can know they know you don't have any love yourself. They might they might not say to it to so you or something but when it comes down to be a more reserved anything you have a good point there and unfortunately with that is a double edged sword Lord because those who love you they see something they want to help you and then on the other side you have people that are very judgmental but going back to something that you said that is crucial is that we really have to take care of our inner being as well as our outer being in its we are a one embody whole not just partial and so if we aren't like you said in balance then our exterior life isn't imbalanced either because everything is internal comes out externally depression it can come out in terms of not being able to get things done around our house or whatever and then there's other things but one of the things that you mentioned is is that you have people in different cultures whether they're subcultures or major groups that will say everything's GonNa be okay or just leave it in the hands of God right okay if that's within the church or whatever and nothing wrong with having your your belief system in that also seeking help outside of that but here's the thing in this is in many cultures and this is why we're seeing high numbers I in self sabotage and and fatalities self fatalities in which I really don't like talking about because it hurts to think that someone is expressed it that are but we're seeing these huge huge numbers and the thing is there's a stigma in in many many ways in many cultures in an some cultures in seeking help and a lot of times they will feel that they've been labelled as not worthy or as insufficient or there's a deficit within them but it's no different as having wing than having a scratch or a broken arm or whatever you just need to take some time to heal whatever has temporarily really needed to be healed for that part of the body. There's nothing nothing wrong with going in and seeking different options that will make you. They are better without at all. I will like it's sad like you know the topic of self harm suicide or anything comes up is a very house subject to talk about as a person who has lost some friends. I've lost like by tooth two good friends of mine and six months from sorry. I'm so sorry it is sad to they were young like and like the like will really hurt. The most is just they didn't have. Nobody title reach out to reach out and like I mean they were barely in early twenties. That's why it's just like. It's something we need to talk about. We need to talk to our people. We need to check on our friends do checking on people and super important one of the things that a lot of people don't understand is they think while why didn't that person just call or how could they not think about what the effects are. The challenge is that it's just the opposite they there is different opposite in thinking line nine within that and Intel you study and understand why people come to the conclusion where they feel that there is no alternative than placing a judgment on somebody is another are one of those things where it puts somebody further from talking or getting help still this is such as it's so hard because people really feel that that is a better meant than the than what we understand in. You'll see a lot of things out on social media that say that you feel that they're trying to use encouragement in in some ways are really not understanding where a person is at and so we really need to encourage people people to talk more and to connect more and not just send out something on social media but actually pick up the phone and talk to that person or go over to where they are at we are so incensed a world of living in texting or just sending something out on Dr Wallich of whatever social media site it is in think that that's enough but we've lost connections with people when it comes to visually seeing individually touching people and actually visually or auditory connecting with them but I think that that has something something even a small part or a major part but it has something to do with why this is starting to become more and more for I don't WanNa say comment but more and more happenstance and it's very very unfortunate because like you he said a lot our younger yeah I mean we live in a very different era than maybe what my parents grew up in your parents. Why comes down to like? I mean one of the biggest problems is I mean we're not talking about it enough. I mean for instance. The suicide rate has gone up so high in just the last two three years alone yes and and and it's a lot of young kids lie. We're talking like we're talking to my early teens into mid. Twenties is on a scale of so broad. We're living in an era where mental health is so vital that needs to be talked about. I mean I gotta be careful. How we talk about it? Though for instance there's some controversy right now the show thirteen reasons why and and that deals with a lot of psychological trauma and suicide and they lie. I people reviews said by the suicide rate went up higher after Nashville came out. I feel like what they were trying to raise awareness but I don't feel like they were careful. It is and it's a touchy subject but as a subject you gotta be able to execute acute correctly when you have these discussions because I'm not GonNa lie that that show will make you depressed. You know that's it's it's really interesting you say that because it is a touchy subject and it is unless you really understand all lot of what it is going on with in the mental health industry from a lot of the different mental health issues whether it's bipolar schizophrenia. PTSD obsessive compulsive disorder and a number of other DS m diagnosis. You can't really just say why didn't person and think that there's the blanket reason or way to fix something because that is not the case at all. There's so much more involved in this and we just because we don't understand downed it we we cannot. I don't need to be able to if you're going to to to do something like what you're talking about in reference to this film or series or whatever it is you need to make sure that had you know enough about it where you can help somebody or you're going to direct them to the right places that can to help them. I mean this. This is absolutely crucial that that people that are talking about it like you and I are talking about it right now and as we're talking I'm going to pull up the national suicide prevention line so that anybody who's listening contact them and they can either contact someone to get help or to find out how to learn more in Turkey the education themselves or to volunteer and I think that's been an important and I'm glad you're going to show yeah that because like I've I've touched on the subject of Mental Health quite a few times on my show with different guests over over the course of the Moss and one thing. I always do 'cause I even I even put a disclaimer. This might this my trigger leave. This might be something that you also were late to but this disclaimer I always put a disclaimer on whatever I do when it comes to this like when we constantly subjects and Sheremet how long does help can't can we dealt with it..

"What the the to rebekah sounds reveille today got an exciting guest. Who Does what I do? He offers a lot to the audience to ensure that they get to take a a lot of things to make their lives better. In fact he is dreamer a poet a rapper singer and he's the host a eight podcast and is doomed vine in fact his show is called delivery Brill Brill's. Am I wanna tell you delivery roses roses in awesome show. I've been on there and not only that but this guy delivers magic and you'll see why because with me today today he's GonNa share some of his slice of Wi with us in fact. He's got a lot that he will tell you when he it gives us a little bit of his intro about what he brings to the table. I gotTa tell you he is so positive. He shows so much light it in joy that he has when he just admits when he talks you'll see you're going to see it and you'll be able to hear it for those that are listening on audio versions of the show without any further. Do Anthony Anthony Williams welcome to the show. I go on to say say right now. That was lied the best intro I've ever by. Somebody introduces me so like wow I mean I'm not gonNA lie. I'm I like you can see me right now. I'm Kinda blushing right now like I love it. I love it. I can tell you because you are an amazing entertainment. You deliver stories you provide current events you bring just a massive positively to people you get them laughing and you just deliver in all kinds of ways because you have an inner message to share on a lot of things. This is a lot of people and it's much like what I do and this is what I do because we love people so much but I love what you say. Were you open with your show and I want you to share it with my audience to I will say that when it comes to my show like I tried to leave with as an open table discussion with all different types of personalities when it comes down to it people old are afraid to open discussions about starting things I open a wide open door whether you're the small time businessman says man. What are your rights learn promoter where you're an actor an actress or comedian like it doesn't matter to me? It'd be the average joe down the street and you got something you want to speak on or you have a story you WanNa tell make people more enlightened. I've had survivors of human trafficking. I've had military veterans. I mean heck. I mean Miss Mayhem. You're actually a good example. You're a veteran and it I mean I love speaking of the people who have stories. They WanNa tell it also makes people whereabout things like I'm speaking with a gentleman and the other day and he was explaining about his brother had autism and it was very important to me because I feel like yes. We're getting more wear on a subject autism but I don't think we speak about it enough. By regular our sation there were about so when you think about that order to subject a human I'm in trafficking which has been around for a very long time like the the wonderful women talk to about that she she went through that in the nineties and has become even more heavier over the last couple of decades now. It's been like over twenty years since that happened to her and we're seeing that the that type of market is still still going strong. I feel like people are not aware enough to notice can happen to anybody. Male female is interesting that you mentioned that because says sex trafficking human trafficking has been around for a long time and a lot of people have shied away from it in actually taking a look at or talking about it simply because it seems taboo or that wouldn't happen here on our on our turf in America. We've seen movies where children are taken and those things are happening abroad. They're not happening right here and that is simply not the case not only our children going missing here but they are being human trafficking and sexual traffic here in the United States and is happening significantly all over the place and yes there are still cases in many cases where they are being snatched up taken abroad in Seoul the gun into slavery that way but you're right they just has not been addressed and it hasn't been addressed significantly currently in that the awareness is now starting to become much more mainstream and law enforcement and a lot of other law enforcement as a as a whole has taken a whole lot another look at this admitted dressing on a on a much tighter scale than and ever before and you'll see different things when you roll through some smaller towns where there has been a task forces that that have shut different businesses due to that particular issue down or you'll see organizations in that community putting banners up saying in this is some type of week or tribute to this cause but you are one hundred percent sat right and it's really neat that you've had an opportunity to talk to somebody who has experienced this firsthand and to be quite honest like you hit the nail on the head and that's why my platform stays open because I don't want to be just like one singular entity. See your one subject. There's so many subjects out here in the world that have not either Abe in touch or be or not talked about enough. That's why why you and I have these platforms is because we want to open up the discussion. We WanNa make people think about what is really going on. In the world. I mean you can only use a mushroom television and social media so I mean when it comes down to it. Just I feel like this is another way to do. Would I mean express on the airways streams. Whatever you gotta do an percent I I put a lot of my time for I mean I haven't even been doing? I've been doing this this November but I've always thought about having his idea doing this concept and at first. I'M NOT GONNA lie like in the beginning. It was kind of like some rough drafts. There is a lot of interesting content some some very explicit so I'm not trying to figure out what do I want to do with this. Do I want to don't want to try to be a Hauer stir. WanNa be much trying to be Joe Rogan and and then I realized I gotta be me in. That's just our goals like like everybody talk about Al the same old stuff on every podcast doc ass but you don't bring variety then what are you doing. You're not trying to strive to be your own legacy. I mean I'm not saying that. I'm like super famous or anything like that but I feel like it's important the solidify your own so it's true it's true I mean we were made and designed with individual fingerprints think about how many millions of people there are in this world and not one of us has the same set of fingerprints nor do we have the same set of blueprints or lit prince so went that that we weren't wired internally with the same ideas personalities or anything so that uniqueness is something that we need to bring to the table and our core beliefs is something that can be expressed in such a way and delivered to so the people who really need to hear it and that's what really was really neat when you and I spoke when I was on your show I it it was the message was so clear in the genuine the Jinyu in love that you have for people with so clear that you WanNa get a message into the two people in much like what you just said earlier in delivering a message about things that we don't talk about such as autism. This is something that has been slowly starting to be an awareness campaign. It started to come out about five or ten years. There's ago or you would see the puzzle piece the ribbon with the puzzle keys and you see it on the back of a few people are and then it Sorta Kinda died I down in it really needs to stay abreast with people because there's a lot of things that when it comes to behavioral era patterns and something which is really significant and especially for like law enforcement is is anybody in the community if they're approaching somebody who is on the autism spectrum they may not know how to interact act with that person and they can mistakenly believed that that person is under the influence of something or they can encounter them and Senate can turn violent when in fact it can be handled in a completely different manner in it's through education and awareness that can make the interaction be completely desert so educators and law enforcement and thousand less just on the streets or cashiers at a restaurant or at a convenience store knowing that can make all the difference in how we interact with one another so right right on the money with what you're talking about because when it comes down to it I I've seen a lot of things things in the news where by innocent young men and women have situations and altercations with like police officers and I'm not as he believes in that is just the situation is they didn't know that this person was on the spectrum with that somebody got either badly hurt some of even ended up unfortunately deceased in the situation. Oh Yes 'cause I've seen a lot of articles close from like situation. There was a situation in New York where this guy's a little brother was autistic and you know he was just flying around or whatever and no he didn't know he was doing something wrong and unfortunately the police officers Saudis hostile shot him. Oh I didn't know about that in a I think that education is so important and it is really for us like you and I who have such a love for people that we WANNA get those messages out there in if I'm very least it hopefully instilled that in somebody that says I want to get this message to those in my community or bring this to the school system or there's something in any one of our shows on any given topic that allows change for the healthy better you and I are we just loved is this kind of thing so and this is one example of the many different types of things out there that we talk about on our shows office as well. I believe we actually touched subject. My mom we were we were speaking on my show. mental health and that's something that I feel is still taboo and a lot of communities especially especially our grew like African African American community is self is like Berry silent on the subject. A lot of minority groups are and I feel like it's important that we sit down and really had to discussions because he's a be all it'll be alright to spray about it. You'd be I yeah like but our people in our communities that have suffered either trauma because they're bluffing or they've gone on through a situation of domestic essence of domestic violence. It could be a lot of things center towards that individual usual so where is they might need to get some help for the missile psyche and a lot of people don't understand that it's more than just okay. You're going to be just fine dislike to fill him like I want to be honest. I hear something open open about on the show..
