Massive Coolers at High Stakes Live Cash
"Let's dive in to these hands. We're going to start out with hand from live at the bike. John you wanna break down the action for. Yeah if you're so this. I believe they're playing by one hundred one hundred two hundred fifty one hundred. Two hundred eighty as the big wind is two hundred dollars. Jd opens quinton off suit to eight hundred. James wakes up with aces and the cut off and puts an a pretty standard size three. But this is where the hand starts getting a little wacky. Honestly andy wakes up in the struggle with pocket kings and decides to just flat the through bet listening the audio commentary for this had and the commentators seem to imply that like. Jd had some reason to be tilted before the start of this and he started the hand with exactly twelve thousand dollars. So i think it's very possible that maybe he got stacks very Like you know maybe right before this hand and just reloaded for twelve k And thought that maybe. Andy is trapping kings here with the hopes that jd would find some sort of four bet Or you know just rip in his twelve k stack over the three but And he'd be able to kind of put. James tough spot if james aside flat or or do something with After three bedding so Yeah already sort of often kind of a strange. Start here with andy. A flooding the kings pre flop. Do you know anything about james specifically because it could be the james He is an elderly gentleman. And so is it possible that james just has such a tight three about range that andy doesn't have a four bit range versus james three but i mean okay so what i know about james is. He's a regular on these high six games on my but the bike he plays very very frequently. I'm gonna assume that he's not a professional or like never was a appro. But you know i think he's like you said like leave. It reaches certainly going to be tighter than it should be that being said like i. I still can't see. Andy not forgetting kings just as the standard plate universities. A three from james i. I don't think james is is someone who only has like aces kings queens in king. I think he's gonna at least have you know more more hands than like the ultra-tight wreck player through about range. I mean we'd have to ask andy to know what his strategy construction is here. We can't no i think. The commentators speculating in the same way that. we're speculating. And i think that you know this is. They're very deep here right. Yeah pretty deep spot. It's a three about pot. Already to andy and i don't know i'm not exactly sure. Always constructing is prefab strategy. I do know that. He called very quickly though which means that he kind of knows what he's doing in this spot for some reason or another whether it be the read that like you know the twelve k stacks just gonna jayme it in Although you know facing a three bad and then a cold flat like you have to think that the twelve k stack is going to be a little hesitant to just acts stack in no matter how tilted they
The Facebook Files: The Whitelist
"Wall street journal has reviewed an extensive trove of internal documents from facebook. That offer an unparalleled. Look inside the social media giant's failings and its unwillingness or inability to address them the first installment of the facebook files which launched today focuses on a secret program known as crosscheck company. Documents revealed that through the program. Millions of celebrities politicians and other high profile users were white listed or given immunity from enforcement actions that would have resulted in sanctions for regular users. Our justin check has more on how the program works. So if i posted something that was in flagrant violation of the rules it would automatically taken down and if it was in violation of a particularly serious rule like the rule against revenge porn my account might be taken down automatically whereas people in the crush checklist go to special review but sometimes the special review appears not to happen so people in the crush. Checklists can just sort of post stuff and it'll either stay up indefinitely or for some period of time rather than being instantly taken down even if blatantly violates facebook rules facebook spokesman andy stone said criticism of the program was fair but said that the internal documents were outdated and that facebook has already identified many of the issues with crosscheck. He said it is working to address them including phasing out the practice of white

Cisco's in this back in the late nineties and Back when everything was just internet infrastructure was the big business. And i had a job. They're working on crazy low level. Ip over atm stuff. I was a programmer. I love that stuff. And i all. My friends started quitting one day and they were going across the street. Spider-Man: No Way Home and the Best Trailers of 2021
"The biggest trailer in the history of trailers premiered a couple of weeks ago. It's spiderman no way home. Now if you're a fan of the ring a podcast network. There was a two plus hour episode of the ringer verse entirely about this trailer. Hosted mallory ruben featuring danielson there was also a green room execution with mallory and then there was also a conversation between chris and andy on the watch about the spiderman. No way home trailer. So what do we have to contribute to this conversation. I actually do have something. I i love so much in. Particular is one of the greatest out there. But i do not listen to the two our breakdown of the trailer because that is engaging with the trailer and m. c. you and the world building in the way that fans of that franchise in existence do and i just engaged with things differently but i did listen to the watch. And here's the one thing that i think. Everyone is missing from this conversation. Wow here we go. I'm excited about this. Which is just understanding that. Tom holland is basically a one man one direction at this point for an entire generation. And so the the idea that this is like the most watch trailer ever has a lot to do with you. Know spiderman and the popularity of these movies and yada yada. It also has a lot to do with a lot of fans of a certain age who for whom tom holland and sunday and also like a massive massive star. They are the entry point for these movies. These franchises and also kind of the most important. I mean there's just like a teen beat quality to this which i do not say it's important for the teens. Have idols it really is. I'm speaking for the teen girls here. Anti boys honestly. I don't know why being exclusionary but so i what i think is interesting is to what extent can you convert those fans like phase. Whatever but clearly part to you and the multi verse which is what both this trailer and internals and this next chapter is trying to do

God bless her just turned 84 yesterday and she is the same. She is like a ball of fire, right? She doesn't move like she used to. But by God, she still gets up and goes and I wouldn't get in her way if I were you, but I talked to her yesterday on her birthday. And I'm just looking at my wife. I've got her on the speaker phone and, uh, And She wouldn't shut up. We just couldn't get her to stop, in fact, that she had a letter to the editor she wanted to send in. But she said, I don't think they'll print it because they don't have the guts. I said, Mom, you got my address. Send it to me. I can get I can get that disseminated out there. But what I'm saying is my mom is almost, uh, She's a little bit older than Judy Girding. And she is one hell of a firecracker. Well, I mean, no question why she keeps that place running. I mean, it's really the point. But you know, she is the Queen Bee. She keeps it going and God bless him. That point talk now is 49 years old and she is the founder, president and Tell you what the place is in great shape, and she's having an affair with Joe Dannenmann, right? I'm not going there. I think they're reasonable. Fee. Thanking fees like in the Netherlands G G generally pay A. Basic spankings emphasis. Yes. You'd have a a a monthly fee and you have negative interest rates since couple of months now some banks way up in the millions and some at lower numbers. We use pay negative industries and I'm not sure about losing cards etcetera them I. Think. It's the same here. You pay you pay for that. I actually think that the very reasonable I think the problem we have slide in this country is that we seem to think that. Banking should be. Really Day. It's a shame the weeknight habit of regulation point where you caught subsidized car accounts because if he couldn't subsidize current accounts, we would get used to these face to the extent by denise. would be already profitable. because. They feel that they can come to them all and actually compete on a level playing field. If you look subsidizing what current count is, that means a stalling day and time to. Actually comes it won't go give away for free. So actually we're dig, he's been subsidizing the capital has been injected shareholders and that's that's actually why. Questioning. Models. Around, it will come down. To free banking I completely agree and what average person the street doesn't know is that the High Street Bank free current account. It's subsidized by overdrafts, credit cards, mortgages, savings, insurance, whatever are the products. Those those banks might offer ultimately the gold if you look at it from my perspective. But again, fully aware that I know more about this mavericks person on the street set everything is the I would rather pay reasonable fees in my current account and have much better rates. So my lions myemma drafts whatever else across the border to have more reasonable fees. You know all the way through. Some of the larger banks do charge much higher rates they need to on both. "I it was emotional for me when because you know when he died, I'm thinking well, you know I'm going back to those moments in my childhood and how it felt. To Watch, fever pitch. Instead of watching a clown show the mets were perennial. You know last placed team till fever. Got There. That sixty nine mets team really had such a influence on so many people and I'm going to give you a quick story. I I I don't think I've told you this before in my neighborhood growing up there was a family that had just moved down from new. Jersey. To House right. Around the corner the daughter was my age Laura they they were the right family wrx. W.. H. T. Laura was my age and by the way a phenomenal athlete. She was the she was the second best basketball player in the neighborhood next. Next to me it's probably true and. Her older brother. Andy was two years older. Was Not the athlete that his sister was, but was a massive sports fan. So in the neighborhood, we hit it off from the moment that he moved down because he was a huge mets fan in particular but also a jets fan and was just a big sports fan and he recognized what a big sports fan I was but it must have been a year or two after they had moved down. He and I in in the summers. You know back when there weren't video games you know and you didn't have a phone and you were told by Your parents, you know it's it's eight nine o'clock in the morning. Hey, go play basketball or baseball be home by dinner. Andy, and I would basically play an entire world series wiffle ball one on one the mets against the Oakland A.'s because I became after the senators left which I vaguely remember. I became an Oakland A.'s fan. We didn't have a team I D I didn't want to root for the oriels I remember that even as a young kid I want our own team and the as had won three straight world series and the AS Roma Mike and Mike team invite invited blue was my favorite player in baseball. Tommy I collected baseball cards I. was a huge baseball fan as a kid plus I played baseball. You know I played little league I played through Freshman a baseball in high school through ninth grade It was not my best sport by a Mile I got to the point where to be honest with you I didn't love it much. I was fine in the field once the guy started throwing curveballs that was it I was done but the as of of the mid. Seventies. Mid Seventies, my favorite teams, and so andy and I on a side yard in the neighborhood that set up. For, three bases are for for marks that would indicate you know single double triple homerun you out We would you know one guy would pitch one guy would hit but we would go through the entire batting order and I'm telling you right now I can still remember some of the names of the met teams because first of all the pitchers I remember seaver and Kouzmin in particular because those were a seaver was his guy too. But I remember Jerry Kouzmin and then I remembered names like Ed, Crane poll and acting men and who was the shortstop that was really feisty a bud Harrelson Bud Harrelson. Show on late June came along later there are no well I, remember kingman being part of it. So maybe maybe we played that game for several years and he came along I remember Joe Tores name as a party. Here. No no no he was applying. He played for them at the end of his career and then he madison. Okay. Well, when way for them when we were playing the the seven game world series and we would play a best of seven nine innings. So each of these games by the way is lasting bit of our plus you know I remember Joe Torry. And for me I mean, I can still remember those as I mean I remember Burke Camping Arison of course, Reggie and Joe Rudi and Dick Green that the second Baseman, the pitchers I definitely remember Vita blue is my game one starter catfish hunter Ken Holtzman. You know you had Raleigh come out of the out of the bullpen and he and I would sit there and he was such a hard mets fan and we would play best of seven and I swear to God Tummy and I don't know if it was just because we both wanted it every single series we played went to a seventh and deciding game. Somehow someway and pitch, and you could get strikeouts with based on where the ball was it. It would be something it would be a ground out it would be a pop out it would be a single double triple or home run and. I just remember those met teams from Andy Right who lived right around the corner. Laura, was in my class right through high school. She was a terrific athlete, but she got to the point where she. Being an athlete during that day and age wasn't girly enough and I always told her like even Probably the last time I saw fifteen years ago. I'm like you would have been all county in every single team sport if you played sports. But anyway Sixty nine mets I mean. I still think it's the all time underdog to championship in terms of accomplishment the way a year after the jets wanted. Any visit the Yes. Well, actually.

"Ought to the minutes commodity prices and Mark Analysis that makes sense. This is the big Joe. A high standard to meet. Which is why? To be pretty selective in who are market experts are done rose with US commodities in western is made the cut for quite a while to forty one years I. Think Don you've been doing this so I'm probably forgotten more about the markets than most people myself included. We'll ever know we see. Pretty quiet action I guess today here Don in in the grains but livestock showing some strength. So let's start there what's going on there. Yeah, good afternoon, Andy I've been at it a couple of years though. But the strength, the strength on the cattle market it continues and what really happened is we had some low levels on the case and then we got into the backup of cattle it we've Kinda. Work goes off a little bit. And the demand is really picked up in. So the packers making about two hundred and fifty, two, hundred, sixty dollars a head, he any starting to share with the feedlots we did trade fifty, five, hundred head of cattle in Kansas today at one, zero six, and so we continue to March up on the beef moving on the market moving up from low level break even for most cattle or about one ten, it still is working out all that great yet but the Catalan feed report on Friday is expected to show continued feeder cattle put. In the feedlots here from those backed up one point, one, million head that the this'll be the third month in a role. So the back months or kind of stalled out Andy Right now on capitol. So we'll get a look at how much of that backlog has been worked through kind of sounds like catalase there's still ways yet to go. Well I. You know when you look at it April or February cattle right now are one, six, sixty, I think the RUB is the futures market is building in a big premium versus what the USDA says remember the USDA says for the all the first half of next year there k they think we're going to be at one five for an average Keisha price now be be lights just. Don't believe that's true but seasonally we go up this time of year Indian cattle because you have the school lunch but buying who knows how that is, but that's happening and then we have Labor Day buying, which is probably getting done this week. Then you go into a little bit of a lull before you get into the holiday buying from Christmas and New Year's because remember Thanksgiving Turkey and and season. Well. Yeah. Traditionally, we'd be talking here Labor Day's the you know the traditional end to summer. But I don't know it. It doesn't feel like we had much of summer does it with covert and everything else happened? Well it certainly doesn't and You know. The interesting thing is the beef demand in the face of all that usually during the summer you know hot day again, Timeframe a hamburger timeframe. The consumer consumer you know went through the choice needs a little bit better. Interesting dot how do we reach you directly? You Bet. You can reach here commodities at one, eight, hundred, two, four, seven or all seven hundred. Don. "It's GonNa work. I think it's GonNa work as long as CAM stays healthy. I think he's GonNa be Berry Exciting Josh mcdaniels. It's GonNa work with GAM. They can do all kinds of things. Of course. Josh Ed GMO. There in Denver so he can do some little running style type, thing and Cam right now looks to be healthy. Yano that Josh has had some conversations with norb. and Bill head conversations with North Turner who worked with GAM so I think everybody's on the same page and they're gonNA throw him out there and and you see if he can make plays I think he'll make plenty of boys, yeah! It's interesting. The Brady move because I haven't talked to you since then the Brady moved to Tampa interesting a couple of fronts Tom. Like you when you add your success at Miami, and then in Dallas, there's an expectation Tom's been great forever, and he does things his way, and he's pretty darn rigid about it now he goes to Tampa and they haven't done squat and he's going to bring that intensity into Tampa and I just wonder when you bring that intense guy into a building. If Tom may not Jimmy Tampa's easy Livin Beers thirty. Jerry. Burgan he's not GonNa be there ten o'clock at night. So I do wonder about Tom in an Abrasive is the wrong word, but once you've been successful. Jimmy you kind of bring that that New England thing down. Tampa could it rub people the wrong way. I think the expectations are probably a little bit. Over what they should be. But they are very talented. Football game a great receivers I think Brady will utilize those operating players, and they will be explosive eventually I think he will protect the ball. The one thing that Winston did not do, and then it'd be one thing it's overlook. TAP has got an outstanding deep, got a great depict coordinator, and so. They're going to have a very good football team now. Are they good enough to win at all I? Don't know that they're good enough to win at all, but they're going to be very good very exciting. Jimmy. When you look at dynasties. Insp- boards we. We were talking about this. Almost never materialized. Seattle didn't a Aaron Rodgers. Didn't you had one that worked? And Kansas, city, now. Everybody's decided. They'RE GONNA win Super Bowls, and it's like well will will will will slow down on this stuff if you could sit down with Andy Reid and say Handy I built a couple of dynasties, one in college and one in the pros. Here's a couple of things to be worried about. What would you give Andy Reid as a mentor if he asked a couple of things that dynasties own as easy as you think. I think Andy Right. Now has an open highway to have a dynasty because he he has attained that strength of the AFC. He's got the two major ingredients, a great coach and a great quarterback, and not just a great quarterback, the best quarterback. Now the one thing that I would say for all losing. Strength of the NFL right now is in in the NFC, they ended has a free report teams that are good enough to win it all. The AFC it's Kansas City. That's two things that I would say. Is You know Hey you've got the coaching and at the quarterback. The one thing that every coach in this league has got look at right now. With some of them knuckleheads at their coaching, it's GonNa be easily distracted. Distracted by COVID, Nineteen Distracted by social injustice. There's a lot if happening so the biggest hurdle for eighty co right now is have his team's focus on football. I would have a couple of. Two or three people in my organization that were daily on given them a roster a heaven she every day. Here's what you've got to do today. You know testing this do this so that they won't have to worry about those things and make sure that you keep your players focused on football because they're going to be easily distracted well. Yeah, and the endorsement start porn in and the opportunity start pouring in now the preseason owners of Said preseason we'll. We'll get rid of it now. Now coaches loved the preseason, and and certainly the bottom players on the roster I think it's bad for them for a guy trying to make the League but Jimmy you were no and I've asked other coaches about you. They always say Jimmy was great personnel. Guy Jimmy could spot town immediately so I would argue this Jimmy. How many darn preseason games does Jimmy Johnson need to be able to tell that corner can't cover, and that tackle can't block. Why do you need four preseason games? I hate preseason. And as long as everybody's playing by the same rules, and not having preseason I would've been happy, not having a single preseason game. Give you a little story. We had our first pre season game when Eric Williams. It was a was a rookie. Third Round pick from central allow. And ansel is Tony Wise I said Tony said you know you know we need put up in their in starting position at the start and tackle, and he said he's got a earn it. He said coach. You know keping Gauguin is really a solid tackle and. Eric has an e just a young rookie. He hasn't beaten him out. Season game, and I said well it inevitable. That Eric's going to be the guy. And Tony. Yeah I guess, so I said okay put him in line. You donate preseason. If the Gaza player now we did. Move Kevin Gauguin. We said well, Hey I think Kevin might be one of our five best, and you say we'll move them to guard. You said. Six foot seven. I said care be six ten. Move them to guard. BET flares turned out to be a good move. Yeah, so you so I! Love this. You're the you're the only coach I've ever heard that didn't like pre-season I. Think you're the only one I've ever talked to? I was bored. I was bored in brief season. People were trying to win, you know. We we played in Tokyo and I pulled all my players out after the first quarter, and and so Jerry Jones got so mad because we lost the game to Houston. And I'm going to the airport and he wouldn't speak to me I am his wife Gina a what problem with Jerry boy? He's upset, so we got back the Dow. He wouldn't stick to me. The entire plane of trip back to the state expected Dallas from Tokyo. And so is. Jerry. What's the problem? He said Jimmy's. He said you know head. One of those big big doll that they gave to the winner of that all game, he said Bud. Adams got that big old. He. And they gave me. Don. Up He's appointed that big doll so after the season was over with. And we won the super. Bowl and I walked in a Gary. Gary you got that? Lombardi trophy, and you have that whole that big. I love your stories. Jimmy Johnson you still look like a million. Have you gone fishing today yet? I now we. We got bad weather right now. In fact, I thought the weather was going to mess up Internet but I didn't pick today, but but I will go lobster. You're probably next week. Straight senior look fantastic. Okay good talking with you all right Jimmy Johnson, Hall of fame coach. You, know, it's funny. That's totally true story and it sat. You and I were listening to that story. We were laughing. We're like Jerry. Jerry Jones really got all worked up over that. Will the way Jimmy tell stories you can visualize it. Now.

Recent events I hate him book talking about because it's just like the story that never goes away current events stuff I hate it, but has that affected where you would admit because you said anywhere where you know where the deals right, but the inner cities that are going through all his. Challenges Destruction destruction of. Those places to invest all you say they have to rebuild at some point. Look at you. Put me on the spot. You know this guys man. They will go in there I well I won't I I'm not going in. There not because I'm scared because noth-, a political reasons or any of that Boesch it I'm just not going in there because I used it since I have a business plan that fits that model. You know what I mean You know in in the commercial world his what you know, the social economic challenges either the political challenges it creates a lot of disruption right, and for good reasons bad reasons. Everybody has an opinion I'm not gonNA. Weigh in right, but when you cause that much disruption, socially and financially in a in a country it creates opportunity because in the commercial well. That gives you A. Simple lesson on it I know it. We're banging away on time here, but. In my world when I buy one hundred twenty unit apartment complex, I'd buy based on the cash flow the money that's coming in that day. That's how commercial is valued. It's valued on the money it brings in. Sour when people can't pay their rent and people get. You know seventy. Let's say twenty five percent of the the complex empty to me. That's twenty five percent free real estate because I'm only paying for the seventy five percent which is occupied. So, you know going into areas, where as high vacancy rates and challenges and disruption. As long as I've got a business plan to implement correctly I can go in there and do exceptionally well for my investors, which is the plan? That's why we're doing. A my partner took took a unit photo unit property in in in the Florida market that I just described I bought it for three. Million in January of this year rented up the empty units. Units did some repairs on the property. Now it's worth four point five million. He created one and a half million dollars in additional value in the pill, then because he knows how to play this game and got the systems and the processes to do it, and everybody else was was just driving by this well, look at that who who the Hell WanNa buy that. We'll wait. Do we know what to do with it? You know what I mean, so yeah, look man. This is an again I. I'm not doing it to be evasive, but if you've got a system in, you know the game well enough, you can buy anywhere. Be Profitable for yourself and your investors, and so once we're talking about commercial real estate once you have that you, are you? Do you own it and keep it and manage it or do you Kinda? Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah. We all. So, what happens is the fund. Is the essence, the owner of the of the assets inside the Fund to quote a private equity. Fund, and then the investors all own units inside the fund, so they own a piece of the fun, so a lot of people will raise capital to do just one commercial deal when if that commercial deal goes down the crapper? Guess what everybody's gone down the crap with it so I don't care. CARE. How good you are surf! I've got fifty or sixty commercial assets inside one fund. I offer my best that diversification within that fun. Some things will go up in value a lot. Some things will go up in value a little bit, but when it all blends out airing best is a again targeted double digit returns, so they own a piece of the fund is the way it's structured something. Yes. You re the reason I asked about. That was I. Actually have a personal motive in. Most podcast is people get into business stinking while I'M GONNA make money off it by advertising and all that stuff. Advertising is the smallest drop in the bucket for for what what brings in. Allie about it. What works for me is referrals and networking, and and the kind of stuff that I put I make marriage between businesspeople between guests who've been on the program and and other people. I know in the business well, so I was asking about that. Management's because I know a lot of people who provide. Really? Good Quality Services for real estate commercial real estate management stuff that I You know if I can refer them for for some business or something like that talk about saving. "Online We're talking with Andy Right from a surefire that the company that makes really cool stuff of course kind of the whole tactical flashlight idea, small flashlights that were bright enough to do amazing things, and now we take it for granted I. Mean we really do that? There are small powerful lights and a one things went into his people use to understand. That you had to buy quality to get a good light, and then now there are some people who think well you know. I can get to one of these powerful flashlights for twelve dollars, ninety five cents, and if it goes out, so what about another one? What's wrong with that line of thinking? Yeah I mean you know honestly? It just depends on what you're doing with it. You know I think our stance has always been that. If you know you're just looking to something to take the garbage out at night, and then it's not that big of a deal to you, and you can probably get by with that and have to by ten of those in your life However, we don't build products for that really mission set. We build stuff you can rely on in the worst case. Case Scenarios, and that you know is going to work every single time, and so we take our our quality very seriously in you know. Their ethos has always been to never cut corners for cost, so we never build do a costume point. We just build the best. Possible Products a specific category that we can, so if you're looking for something that's GonNa last you a lifetime and work when you need it most than That's kind of what we do. Make Sense. I mean as I tell people what we're talking about. Here are life saving devices where your firearm or your light source or you're citing source, and so when you start going cheap, you're saying what's my life worth? And what's the lives of my family? My children worth, and would you not spend a little bit more? Are some cases a good bit more to buy? Something that not only were less, but there's also. Look I'm a gearhead. There's a pride in owning something that is really the best is top notch, and that's kind of how I've always felt and I am the flashlight guy all my friends call me the flashlight guy. I always have at least two on my person. Even time and it's interesting. Usually one of those is a surefire. Jozy out both Duggan. was probably a cheaper version of something does something but almost always one of them is a surefire. Yeah. Yeah, that's a good point like I mentioned. Before you know it, you can get by with administrative tasks with something else. That's great but If you're going to depend on it with your life, then you should probably go with something. That's very reliable, but on that point you know we do have some really really good options. At a lower price point, one of our most popular lights are G, two x line, and there's a couple different models That's retailing for around seventy dollars and street price from different dealers. You can find it a little bit less than that, and that's an outstanding light You know super super durable. It's got a polymer body of parliament polymer tail, capping aluminum, head, super, super durable, six hundred lumens, really good beam with a whole of Candela so it gives you a good amount of reach, and you can see far and you can also, if you wanted to throw one of those on a long gun. Gun! There's plenty of people that do that Nagpal many. Other companies make a flashlight mounts for one inch flashlight, and so that's a really good affordable way to get a really high quality light on your gun or just you had it for everyday, and I've I've been buying that light since it was a sixty lumine incandescent bulb light. That's how far back I go with that and I have gone through a bunch of those ended up. Okay, here's the reality usually ended up giving him away. So by says what is that now short to him and I go here. You need a good and then i. just go get another one. That's kind of what I do so. there. It is but yeah, you're right. You're a good person for that and we appreciate it. One one more quick component that. Really important that that that we would like to consider as you know. Having the right tool is one thing, but you also need the training, so we're a big proponent of you know our customers going out and seeking good training and actually training with the product so that they know how to use them should the need arise so like I said having the tool is just one component, but you really need to go out. Good Training We have a lot of good resources through our social media on our website for for different farms. Videos tutorials all sorts of things like that, and there's a whole wealth of knowledge out there in the world but it's important to just go out and get some training, not just having a tool. So, glad you said that because it's an interesting thing. People say it's a light what I need to know. You shine it on stuff. What's the big deal, so we a-. You remember how you felt about things before you cut firearms training, you said it's a gun. You pointed at something you pull the trigger. And then he went to gunsight or someplace. You went holy cow, their stuff I didn't know same deal with the light right. A hundred percent. Yeah I mean if it's a hand held light that you're using in A. Concealed carry type of application I. Mean that's a that's a lot going on. You know run by itself is is a lot going on until you get somewhat proficient and get going decent amount of hours doing that, and then adding a whole other level to that is is using a a white light with it when to activate how to hold it when you need to reload felt functions all that all that stuff. Andrew I have flat. RUN US out of time, man. We gotta do it again another time, okay? I appreciate. Get it Tom. Absolutely anytime..

"I don't know I think. I'm sure you felt this to just the constant dread of nuclear war. was looming over us all the time. You know whatever bad's going on in your life, you know in mine. It was like the threat of nuclear war, the constant reminder of the threat of nuclear war, and then like whatever fucked up religion. Your parents are getting into at the time. Like might I remember my dad becoming a seventh day adventist, but like no, he couldn't just become a regular one. He had to go for the Super Hardcore. Ones where like? Oh, all these rock and roll records that you've been loving your whole life that make you feel at home? These are satanic. And I can tell you firsthand. My family never learned who Satan was. Wrong. They had the wrong guy. They had the wrong Guy Yeah Did you get rid of his albums was doing that kind of Shit like Yeah, and some. Let me just kept. And like drinking. Caffeine was bad, so we would have like. You can't have a coke anymore. You have to have A. Free Coca where I don't know. It was dumb and hardly a hardship, but. When you're not noticed by your family, and all the sudden you have to adhere to these really strict things that make absolutely no fucking sense to you I'm like Pepsi Satanic. How what like now I know that? They pretty much are, but in a very different way sure it's. And then but so. To the point, I was trying to make my my parents. My Dad and his sister and her husband. Were super into this super hardcore. Seventh day adventist thing and they would bring home these reel to reel tapes. Of this guy, his name was todd something. I can't remember, but he had these real fire and brimstone sermons about Satan's real, and he's walking down the street and he will reach out and he will kill you. Like and I'm a kid going fuck. Life is it's it's already shitty like now I gotta like carry a knife because Satan's going to be like in his. What do you finally I was like I can't take it anymore, so they wouldn't play the tapes while I was around, but just seeing these giant reel to reel tapes of A. Now it's the most ridiculous hilarious image in my mind them sitting around just like hovering over a giant Bong listening to this guy. That's town. Literally in the backyard right now. Watching the pocket window also do Pepsi is of Satan, but a giant. Bong is okay. Zach that's for pain. Andy Right, and it's of nature gods well guy. To suffer well, nope, it was bad, but they were going to get forgiven for that eventually I guess right right I don't know I just i. just the just picture. A giant reel to reel might three. Totally, white trash relatives like making the tiniest peanut butter and tiny cheese crackers sandwiches. Like on a paper plate with a giant Tequila Sunrise Plastic Bong like listening party scaring an in. It scared the living shit out of me. How old are you at this point?.

"Issues and I'm just excellent what I do? So that's hard. It's so then the captain asked Kate. He's likes okay. We'll give give him out five minutes off. So what is it about. Kevin Avenue pushed you to sabotage his penis cake. Okay no one is reflected badly on the crew no sabotaged I is Dick cake. Okay I still do not get. What the big drama over this is your cares? It was no big deal and we just found out from Andy's own mouse that Kevin had just said what the cake even was explained. What it was everybody would have loved it and been fined with it? So why are you asking it like that. Yeah and she goes well in my experience peanut shaped islands hands have gone over very well because yeah but you always make them to get back guest. Just Oh yeah always. I did it once. Always Andy Right and and and honestly I didn't know they were even talking about charity and children. You know you were just so proud of a glorious masterpiece and it was magnificent. And he's like but you did say on the show you did it together back and say well he was pitchy and he called me Dick and so I did it. You now go ahead. I was annoyed. That's why she basically is like and by the way again. There's like three. Follow up questions pressing kate on this and she's she basically says you know whenever we're in the kitchen. He's always like the time time. Time is now a good time is now a good time now a good time now bedtime now a the time and she said that my revenge was like Fuck it Chore Graduate. Now like I'm not gonna I'm not gonNA check them. See what see what happens. You know. I mean it's like say you went. It's a bed net you went. You knew that the United to the client had gone to bed and you need the time he goes bad. Just no no. I did know the client was going to bed but I didn't know the timing who's bad so she's like copying half of it but she's like no. I like what she said on the show and we said well they just not whether it does not concern served cake has gone to bed now. You're just not going to serve desert. Yeah so anti but then you serve the cake without you. Served the cake knowing that the guest gone to bed. Why did you do that okay? Are you even here or even here. You've already asked that asked and answered objection. Yeah Then then she finds like you know what I was mad and he called me addict earlier and he wasn't respected my roller importance and then he doesn't any doesn't say well. Why did you call her a Dick? Where was it right to call her a Dick? Because she's she's picked up piece of Crockery. PYREX you doesn't ask that question. He and then do then turns to Kevin and goes so to help his were you at her Oh God so the next question is Kevin on watch what happens live. You said Jean you ever bring your daughter a black. Like K Y. Yeah you'd have to actually be there in order to knew who I was actually pissing myself because you know Riley and k eight both attributes that I like him. I shouldn't say things to moral just like look at attributes. Yeah he just knows he's a deep shit. It's like trying not to get himself in deeper. Yeah we're just like they have attributes so yeah he's like well. I had nothing better to say. I guess I just was off the cotton in this day and age. If we bring a human into world we want the best person can be at this time and I don't know what I'm saying and so he's made it sound worse like he would never bring up Cape because he wants his daughter to be the best that they can be. Yeah and it's like. Are you apologizing. Trying to help them along. And he's like yes. Yes yes yes beautiful stuff both beautiful stuff once funny. The other one's a hard work. Guess he's like okay and by the way typical. Andy this whole season of Kevin doing all sorts was a fucker and the thing that he decides the press. Kevin on a little bit is something that happens on. Andy Show you know that so Kevin to do that. Yeah and and now let's talk about both manses. And then we get that montage Ashton trying to talk about how Andy introduced the segment while the deck was responsible. For tying complicated knots the entire career was quite good at getting. Not Wow I've been even write that one down so bad one of the worst of all time so we get the everybody. Messing around town are and You know tanner and Simone bla-bla-bla scenes from the season so Andy's like Kourtney to look on your faith is you. What have you not enjoyed reliving this or are you just really craving seafood tower? Now you know really didn't like reliving that abby not at all and he's like well now actually I had to block him. I am because he kept sending me really aggressive messages and Brian. I wouldn't say aggressive like I. Yeah I guess they were pretty aggressive. You just said I. I wouldn't say aggressive in a very aggressive way. What a what an aggressive way to deny being aggressive I know by the way I do have to give Andy us just a little bit of credit because he really controlled himself from asking? If Brian sent any DICK PICS or how they're sacks was or if she ever given a handy Andy Andy did control off a little bit. Yeah you're right actually. I blame the breeze about his I. He was self conscious about that. The entire reunion by the way you know he's pissed. He was so fast that they scheduled this reunion while you had abandoned on so apparently once the chefs started airing. Brian started getting really mad and he says that on twitter she was bringing him down and she goes well. You know I've been saying what I'm saying because the issues on the show are very reflective of what's happening in the real world right now and I'm not going to cosign your behavior by thank silent with great way to put it. It was and she was like. I don't like the way you spoke to me on the boat or handled me since the boat. Yeah so the message is and she's like well that I'm a cold hearted woman and like that like he doesn't even know what he saw on the like. It gives me anxiety. Ill I mean it's like well will Were you really lagging him on the boat. So yeah I liked him. I mean obviously we had chemistry and he's cute and stuff and you'll see it so miserable on that day ages like hi. We worked fourteen hour days. I was exhausted and anti-gays we'll whip DNC like about him cares fucking carers errors in this case like ABS. It's all right here. But she likes and noticing again. The tenor of the conversation is almost. There's like a suggestion of blame towards courtney like but like why weren't you side to beyond the day like the would you like about him. Isn't this kind of your fault anyway. I'm not I'm not saying he is blaming her US asking pair questions but there still is an underlying vibe. Like it's still still pushing a little bit of a narrative that this is like this all could have been avoided if she had acted differently. Not if he had acted differently like realized that she was tired. Maybe you should have seen that. She didn't want to go on a date at five pm after working all day. Long Yeah And then we move onto this text message where he where he said. We're just friends on so Brian's I I'm so glad that came up because I didn't break up with you say on texts and I knew that she wasn't comfortable the camera so I was getting it straight before we went on camera so I didn't make awkward. I just all I said was. I didn't say we're just having fun. I asked just having fun. There was a question the question and then the girls at the same time. We're like. Yeah you said just having fun right quite Mark Accordion. And that's the exact thing that tanner's to simone the night before or wherever earlier because I had a normal reaction to it. It's sort of like how I have a very normal reaction irony which is really God's Chore Awfully If I ever have tension iron again I really will just like apply it to my face and just die at the moment. It's going to kill myself by iron. 'cause I hate it so much normal reaction Norman. Andy's like well when you heard him say on the show that way who's he asking on the this show goes he goes. Do you understand. Do understand how courtney could take it like that. This is one of those rare moments. Were Andy actually does seem to be grilling the guy a guy and like being apathetic to the woman. So he's like do you understand how she could take it like that you know. And she's like I do blame me for my reaction and when you heard Brian say he really low but did you hear. Brian's he really liked you. And she's spacey says Yeah but only did was placed the blame on me. Yeah and he's like. Oh that's that's very dramatic court. I'm dramatic one like I'm getting all these fucking angry messages review like you're the one who's he's like always so mad. You can't talk on the boat like I've the dramatic line even and anti us. Yeah you shouldn't call a woman dramatic. Trust me he's like the dramatic which is kind of like not a good luck. Yeah and he's like well. I wouldn't break up with her on tax. She knows she just got walls up. Scott walls up Eddie. It's like well glad you've been watching watching the bachelor But yeah you stolen astle and he's like Oh yeah you keep saying like it's a stupid move and I promise I didn't mean it like that. According to it's not that's now my issue. My issue is not that my issue is that it was in the middle of the work day and it distracted me and I didn't get back to you and then you were angry me for the way I reacted. That's what was that. Was My issue. Only did that gas citing thing to where it's like. Well you know. I'm sorry if I offended you about if you wanted to be serious. You know you should have just said it's like no you fucking idiot. She's not saying she wanted to be. Your girlfriend. Breaks up contacts contracts. You asshole so Riley's like Yeah Whoa what's the thing with K.. 'CAUSE cates like. Have you even seen this show. You know then she comes up to me upset and Brian but she said I wanted to break up on tex what I meant. She shouldn't have said that and she's like no. It's not what you meant. It's what you said that the problem and and he's like your tone wasn't really clear all right. Here's how to be clearer about it without your debt..

"I thinking yeah you look at it and like there's like nine plates on that seems like a lot of weight again I guess Aright Luckett. I'll give it another shot to seduce something like what you're talking about here. I mean you talked about you know your dad was Buddhist. You learned a lot of that stuff from a him. But how can somebody. I guess get on the path to be able to control themselves in that way or elicit that type of response I think it is just you know what I well let me walk through it again. Maybe you some different verbiage and see if that helps and it's just like Mark was saying too is like you've got a clear that secondary stuff and so it comes down to having having confidence in yourself in that moment so this is we don't have the Kabuki squad face on my shirt but like the basis behind the the Kabuki squat face. which is you gotta get your Game Day face on okay and this is a big struggle? I have with people like particularly Some of the Instagram facebook that I'm a warrior. I'm battling the weights. I'm just like you know like you know in the grind all the time like like now dude. There's there's actual real warriors out there and you know they they go do battle and there's paramedics like there's all sorts of stuff but it you have take that instant in that micro instant in become that person become that the warriors super-confident become another version of yourself off right in that period of time but please get back to reality afterwards. Okay you're not changing the world by squatting some weights. Okay okay so you know. That's that's my that's my hate is people that like have that mentality all the time you know. And they're like no no you're just lifting weights and it's a choice choice you know. Nobody forced you to diet. Nobody forced you to do a competition. You're you're not at some epic battle or whatever but in that that moment you need to be so that's putting your Game Day face on and there's a lot of ways to do that. So and where the Kabuki squad face Kinda come through to think about this history. This is something that look back. Nearly every culture has some variation of this when it comes to going to battle defending defending your tribe your community whatever it is right so because everybody that does it is just members of their fathers. Or you know brothers is there you know whatever it is. You're you're good person but then you go out and kill people to defend your family's your friends and all the stuff but look at what happens when they do that. Will they do it in protective you know. But they put on face paint. They put on mass. The have a ritual dance. They have they have all these sorts of things because that person is now transforming into somebody else. That's going to go do things that they would never never normally do. That's your game day faces like doing that. But just in the instance like you're still gonna come back live your life and be a person you now but it's interesting that is a phenomenon basically in every culture think about it like there's that is a ritualistic thing that has been done for for Millennia. Like that's that's how we get through those times to to do things that we wouldn't normally do to to protect you know to protect the you know our loved ones our communities families and things like that so it's throughout so anyway. That's a look of Gotcha off the side there but that gets back to that same thing and so we see that with even in sports. You know people kind of Do that Yeah you know but a talk right is the same thing. Like whatever's getting him in that state that and you go talk to blame any other time and he's just a great guy right. I don't think you WanNa mess with him when he's got the talk on his face and he's walking up the squawk bar you know it's probably bad time you might come out missing an an arm. I don't know. Tell us about your book. The Eagle in the dragon is a recipe book. What is this yeah to recipe for for a better life? So Eagleton's ragging. I think one of the first times you talked about some of your I know the books bows teasing you but like The the first time one of the first times you really opened up about Your upbringing your life. was on our Super Training Gym Youtube Channel and and we united sat and stood. And talk that the river reverse hyper for probably like. I don't know two and a half hours or something like that about your upbringing. I just found it. So Fascinating Zinni. Yeah and there's a lot that was left out of that conversation yet still and so I wrote the book spent about a year working on this project. Because it's every that's my goal is to help people live better through strength. That's the the mission the drive behind Kabuki and the companies that I that that I've been part heard of but it's all about the physical nature of it and that's just one aspect K.. So almost one hundred five star reviews use looking at looking at grace so More importantly is probably the mental the emotional or maybe even Vince spiritual side of strength. And I haven't been able to address that through the medium of businesses. They're very much the physical side of it so this has been then like something I wanted to do for a really long time and when I shared my story it's had a really big impact on people in helping them understand you know. See how far the needle oh can be moved and so this book is not really. It's an autobiography. But that's not really doesn't do it. Justice so I use the stories to ticky late the philosophies and approach and actually to get you to dive deeper and really understand like what. Ah You're values are in life walk you through the process of goal setting based on actually having those values established and really creating and defining the life that you want so it's really a self help book one of the candidates Number one in like five different categories One of those self help one is philosophy and so yeah it's got some crazy stories that will dry in You know there's stuff with well lots of lots of homelessness. Listen the crazy stories around that. Drug running murderers Human trafficking all sorts of Shit. So it's It's a wild ride but it's not like Oh woe is me look at how much or or look at you know how great I am from what I've what I've done it stories. Stories that articulate messages and it's very specific in that regard and the last quarter of the book is really pulling all that together in a really Succinct manner that you can like put this stuff to place in life and actually anybody. You know I if anybody wants to know more. Just click on the reviews news and start reading through. And you'll see that it's like had a very profound impact on a number of people in the e mails and messages. I've got us just just huge because some of the stuff that people have shared has been pretty big but the what it's had helped them within their life and be able to process things and be able to move forward and take action. Because that's what I wanted. I didn't WANNA here's a book but something that Helps Empower people and you know some of the the central themes is like a round own like thinking about the stresses and challenges in life. The way that we do the gym so we grow stronger through these things. So they're not necessarily a bad thing there opportunities for you to challenge you express yourself and to be able to develop and build strength off of that and actually challenge you that if you found comfort in life and and you and you feel just like incredibly happy with where you are and everything's just easy to get out all that to actually go find things that scare you and take those that's the signal that it's the right thing like you know. Think about you you know for you like you know. Think about the when you met Andy Right and you probably would like God. I Really WanNa like pursue your relationship with her. But you're probably still like a little scared of like it's this. It's a mixture of like fear and excitement and all this lake. Because you know what's going to change your life you know and that's the house of the things that we need to find. You know you talked earlier about Telling you know the leaders in your business like what they have to do but you know they get to make decisions and create and do this like that's where the beauty and that's where they can try to find those things themselves for the work that they do you to be able to challenge people your employees to like do more B- but like it's do things that maybe scare them. That's okay that's what we want on like. That's that's that's the path to growth. That's the past a light life because what happens when we don't do it. What happens when we don't go to the gym? The process of atrophy starts happening. The process leading towards death K.. Comfort is not not something to be. You know you know to be to that. Is Our in goal. Okay if we find this and we just like you know hang out and chill. You'RE GONNA get soft just like you're GonNa get soft if you don't go to the gym you're going to get soft mentally you're GONNA get soft emotionally Shit's going to happen in your life and you're not going to know how to deal with it. You're you'RE NOT GONNA be prepared to deal with it so anyway goes into a lot of other subjects. But that's you know people miss that with you. Know Life a lot of times and they're trying to find like I got this job that I can just cruise non weekend. I can chew with my buddies and have some beers and once you do you like. That's my life yet. Yeah we all want to we. We need downtime. You know you need to have that stuff in your life just like if you beat if you train seven days a week five hours a day. Guess is what you're going to quit grow and you're going to be a hurt ness yes so it's the same process you need that stuff in your life but that shouldn't be the entirety you need those things scare you you and drive. You must have been hard to write. It was some it really got wrench on. I kinda got it..

"Podcast presented by our patriots. Orders I am a member of the ringer and I'm joined by similar of. ESPN low. Sam Hello Ben. Our friend friend of the show. Andy McCulloch added to the annals of Scott Scott Boris metaphors analogies he just wrote about Boris for the athletic and he elicited a classic quote here. And I asked Andy and he told me this seemed totally unrehearsed and off the cuff. And it was. The revenues are the barometer for if you will the the cooking of the winter. Goose if you've got the winter goose and it's there and that parameter says revenues are there now you know the probability that the temperature is going to get turned up and we're going to get a cooked goose. That's going to make the game interesting so I think he's saying that the if baseball's revenues are high than you're we're GONNA get a hot stove that will cook goose. I guess he wouldn't Cook Acoust- honest if it would be an oven but one way or another. I don't even really know what a winter is. This is there's something special about winter. Goose I'm not. I'm not much of a chef I I'm Goo. I've been googling it and try to figure it out. There is something called a snow snow. Goose I don't know I mean a what's a barometer. What's barometer doing in your kitchen? Well Yeah that's Mr. You wouldn't really have that. They're actually think the most surprising part of this might be that he said if you will the revenues are the broader for if you will the cooking of the winter goose usually. He doesn't give us much choice in the matter. He doesn't care if we will. He will regardless maybe that means. He wasn't so confident in this one that he asked us to go along with him. I don't know if he's just it's been playing. untitled goose Gamer or what winter. Goose is exactly. I guess it's like maybe you have goose for a holiday meal is that a is that a holiday meal not my family's Chris- Christmas is coming. The goose getting fat right Christmas goose thing so anyway so this was not something that he had workshop beforehand. An indie wrote elsewhere in this article about the Hawk quote from the Winter Meetings the sparrows and the the Hawks and so forth. Boris just has birds on the brain. He has the the scene in here. The genesis of that quote to that one was not completely off the cuff. So Oh Andy Right. Some of his showmanship is natural as a speaker. He is both lyrical and Florid. He enjoys the poetry of economics and the fiction of Ernest. Hemingway Hemingway would hate Scott. Boris so many words so Florida but he also prepares for these addresses like he would for any negotiation. He considers it his duty to educate the public through entertainment the press so he does his homework. Thus the swallows. Boris got to thinking about birds. He started asking questions of the staffers is writing with him. which teams are like hummingbirds buzzing around but accomplishing little? which are hawks which are wise owls? The group left as they limped the various teams into categories. Gorey's Boris put the extended metaphor into use during his stump speech. A few days later he added a joke that doubled as a warning. And you don't want to be an ostrich and laid the biggest tag so it. It was workshop. The little there was thought that went into this days in advance. But it seems that there is no Boris corporate writer's room and the the winter goose. That one was just off the top of his head and it shows all right so let's resume the exercise that we were doing on our previous this episode. which is our tradition now of going through a story about each team that we missed in twenty nineteen and we got through the first ten nationally teams on our first episode doing this so we ended with the nationals? And now we're going to pick up with the padres race so padres all the recommendations. I got almost where talk about Fernando Tattoos and I wanted to tell people to go back and listen because we you probably talked about Grenada. Totti's juniors as much as almost any player this year. He was Extremely easy to talk about but there were a couple of specific things about Totti's the people suggested that we bring up so one is a fun fact which I have not vetted I'm just GonNa take the word of listener. Dan McMenamin who says the last two players to match or better all three of not junior slash line stats in their debut abuse. Season where Ted Williams in nineteen thirty nine and Albert Pool Holes in two thousand one minimum three hundred at bats. which if if true? I'd say that's a pretty fun fact. Yeah I would agree with you. This doesn't really qualify for the exercise that we're doing no it doesn't exact opposite of Yes yes all right but yeah. I'm I'm betting right now. It is good at it. Of course we The cheat is Kinda Kinda there for everybody to to see which is that. A debut. Season season Most players don't even bat three hundred times in their debut season because they get called up in September or August so that would would toss out a lot of people but it certainly you can. You can just make up for an Endo Totti's junior fund fax. Hope they don't even they don't even need to cheat. You can just make them up because he earned it whatever ever whatever fake one you make up. He earned that too. Yeah that's how funny. Yeah I have here. TATTY S- pools and before them the only player who would ever we're done it before them was a gentleman who was not included in this fun fact because he's George Watkins. Okay George Watkins in one thousand nine hundred thirty as as a Saint Louis. I cardinal checking to make sure that's not the browns. Yes Saint Louis. Cardinal hit three.

"By the time I'm done even if I'm successful which I am not in this case. I am not pacified. And I'm not tranquil and Meditative eight of I'm really stressed out and upset and angry and so and I don't I just don't know why these things don't work is it. This isn't a brand a new thing that was just released like it's been three years. Well it's been longer for chrome cast right but but now but now we get the other thing that is less frustrating because this is simple bureaucracy. Okay and large companies are not supposed to work at all really so. We're lucky that we get. We're lucky that when we buy something like a Google Home Max. We don't get a power cord that has like the socket and on both ends. We're lucky we get the end the plugs into the device the end of the plugs male. Okay so it's a hard job. I'm going to get but my bedroom. Like major ager player device is as an Android TV box right which is not manufactured by Google. But it's running a Google operating system. You know the Google it's the it's the android tv all written by Google. And then you and then you have got I heard it. Yes sorry about that. Already get activated okay. Maybe that's queuing me to stop ranting and get to get to the point so I'm thinking that well you have this chrome cast thing that was also made by the aforementioned company and I have these speakers that we're also made by that same company. I have no idea why there isn't just simply simple a simple like setting on the TV box that says oh by the way. Here's a list of all chrome casts audio devices that I can see on the network. Would you like to choose one of these as the default audio out on everything that this android TV box ever streams as. Yes absolutely. Because you don't have a camera the Mr Mr streaming box. I'm sorry I didn't mean to gender you your unnamed unnamed android box. I've got two beautiful imacs speakers Right Meghan on one side of the TV and the other side of the Devi. Please do every time whether you're playing youtube or Hulu or Netflix or plex or anything anything. Please don't use the teeny little speaker built into the TV. Use those wonderful speakers that I know you'll have no problem streaming too because you are are all made by the same company and as far as I can tell the only way I can make that happen is if I treat those speakers as a Bluetooth speaker I just. I'm and you know I'm humbled person on so many things it's like I will say. Wow it's not possible symbol that this is not a feature of android TV. I'm just stupid and I missed the announcement or I don't know how to set it up. I don't know you need to win the have an update to make sure and so I will search using the aforementioned named search engine on every single and but it turns out that no no. It doesn't do that. It won't simply say hey. Would you like to crow us as the default audio. This chrome cast thing that you've spent a lot of money on it bums me out. It really does. It's a testament to how UN rather the stuff as user friendly it's user friendly to Kinda descend over for music audio. Whatever video to another device but when you try and I want to say game the system maybe that's not the right phrase to us but when you try and like maybe take it a step above? Maybe you want to try and play around with a little bit to make it A little I mean this is an easier way. This would be an easier way for people to create their own stereo networks in the home versus wiring things you know because wiring things is so it requires it requires a physical of physicality to it. That is kind of hard for some people to do it. Just shows how frustrating this stuff sylla's to us when you try and kind of take it beyond beyond the level of beginner I mean it just it just seems like something. That's obviously be able to do. It's like it's like if the LEGO company decided to make a kind kind of lego brick that doesn't fit with any other sort of leg get lego brick and this lego brick costs like nine hundred dollars as a oh. You thought that you could just put at this like flashing headlights. Led Wi fi controllable brick into this little lego car. The no no no no. You need to actually doesn't work at roll your does I will say the the only way I got things to work as if I go if I go into just like the pull down settings for the phone itself often say please chrome cast every pre cast everything happening on this phone to this particular speaker then I can play plex then. I can play a rocket player but once again the seems like it's not the it seems as though I should be able to press the button. That's inside these APPs. That especially specially marked for chrome casting. That should actually chrome cast thing. I don't think this is too much to ask for so just to Kinda slight segue away but also still very much related I got in Ayla Novo a seven inch Lenovo smart display for review. You wish you know just to kind of familiarize myself with and I've been using it to watch none of twenty no surprise surprise. I've been using it to watch TV because in the morning I catch up on my garbage television from the night before. I like what I'm doing. That's my morning routine instead of commuting which I would very much say as one of the perks of working for yourself zillow I created this little home group in my office between the smart display. And the second. Second Gymnast Mini and it sounds great when I play music on it. It's got the you know it's got a nice. I'm really happy that it works. But I'm talking about using it with apps like digitally imported and spotify which are both audio only apps and are kind of like they have you know I will say digitally imported breaks sometimes which is very frustrating Pretty much it seems the APPs that break when it comes to casting are not like aaa a kind of names and it's not to say that plex isn't a AAA name but it's not like plex you and I know plex the people who listen into this podcast no plex. You know what I mean if I mentioned plex to my other of my other pals who have never set up a media server before they're like like what are you talking about because I'll tell them like this is where I have all of my Nanna to anno- episodes rate. This is where I keep all of my ninety television. I keep it on like this whole media server but I find that when I play next to the smart display it just constantly breaks. It's like you can you can cast youtube. TV No problem and it'll break but you can always fix it if that makes sense because sometimes this happens in my house wifi whatever ever bandwidth things like that when plex when you set something up plex and it breaks. It's like the most frustrating thing and so I ended up going going so then I ended up watching to know. Instead of the full like noncommercial episodes. I ended up going to youtube. TV where DVR them off. Pop TV. Because I have multiple copies and and I agree I agree and I think For as much of a godsend that casting is it is still very finicky when it comes to kind of trying to take it beyond the logo is that are emblazoned on the box. It's Kinda high I I I I love plex I again. I have love four times love one time I even hate but whatever whatever is adjacent to love but not love relationship is one hundred percent exactly come. It's such A. You're exactly right Shandy between complexity us there are partners in media. I give gauges but what do I get but yeah it was exactly that sort of thing where ahead my server I like turned off above electoral work For like a week right back on and now says oh well I can't like you're you're I spun those things are. I'm just speaking to the computer because it will help me vocalise. But I'm thinking that you're telling me that you plex them sing the plex interface running flex on the plex APP on my Nasr Server And you're telling me that you can't find the plex ex- library that is one other directory on the same hard drive. You're sitting on PLEX APP as though it's on a network of million million miles away as this what you want me to think do. Is this how it ends. Were I just scold and berate you and tell you how does this. What is this how it ends? Come Mine Andy. You can't say that in a relationship unless like that's indie ahead. Andy Right now in that. Like imagine if Andy and I were sitting at a coffee table right now like sharing coffee and I was just at the other end like Andy silly mood today. I'm sorry I'm busy. I'm I'm just saying that I I have the contract that I make with this. I I want to make with all of my hardware and stuff. Is that if I left you in a state in which this APP or this hardware was operational if I comeback tomorrow I expect you to be in that same state. I don't expect you to suddenly act as though there is nothing on this hard drive whatsoever and I've never actually. We had this this this audio and video library on it and I don't end see I'm just I just get upset by this this that's it's fine. That's that's what the first part of this Heidari this is. This is one. This is one of the reasons why I have rocket player like on my phone because I at some point I just want to get back to the simplicity. The of did I copy. I copy music files in a directory and a storage device that has music player on it. Yes I just simply push music music player and it will play this. Music does have to negotiate. It doesn't have to sign in anything. It doesn't have to open up a port to network port to anything else. It it just simply says it's like double clicking on the file it opens and please. I'm I'm seriously thinking about getting one of these nice like the cost but the the the cheapest good ones cost one hundred fifty two hundred dollars where it was really like the modern version of an ipod where all it is music player but a setup to to play loss. Listen listen it will use a macro D cards..
"andy right" Discussed on Around the NFL
"Game check now inferior opponent check. They'll not a nationally televised game. Nobody's wash three for three Mike. This has seemed like the same. DNA from the season opener against the Falcons where the vikings jump out to an early lead run the ball down their opponents throat in don't rely too much on Kirk cousins Dalvand Cook once again the focal point of this team and if there was an all pro list for September he would be the running back on it. You can do that assignment. You're doing happy to talk about it on. The pocket argued at halftime at halftime through eight weeks. It's amazing West. You've been assigned to it Monday nine. Am when they give Alexander Madison the ball they look pretty good running the ball to they're just they're a great running team when you can bring him in as a bad very close to three and if they get three zero excuse me if they could execute against green bay better. I think the Vikings are okay but I don't know if it'd be zero in the context of a renter. I don't know it makes that whole thing but west you so nailed it with the Kirk cousins thing. If those things lineup he will never lose a game. He never has lost the game and he never will the problem is the way sports and the NFL are are set up. Is that the deeper you go to the season you lose those elements. SORTA like slightly better than Andy Right. I think that's where he's always. He's been and you've made a good point the other day where there's the people who are anti cousins rex pointing at me and West sorry that you know people crow when he has a bad game and then the defenders start crowing when he has a good game. I think he has been in that same area. The whole time about quarterback eleven through thirteen depends on the what other quarterbacks are around now. There's more good young players will ask them. That's the Sui is that's where you're right but I I heard you know all the write ups and stuff that this was a good kirk cousins performance reason for encouragement and he threw for one hundred seventy four yards. Dan You want to need him and that's this is Mike Zimmer fever dream where you're just gonNA run the ball two hundred times times and but that like we're talking about situations where cousins is going to be put into one of those games where all those boxes aren't checked before the kick-off happens that the same thing with Mike Zimmer wanting to run the ball thirty times and do nothing through the air good luck. You'RE GONNA win a couple games that way especially at home when you play as well as you do in that situation but that's not how you get through a season in two thousand nineteen. I I'd be concerned. I want to give our listener mighty Gazelle credit for phrasing the kirk cousins recap from Thursday so well Wilda. I one question about the do you see any scenario where like the Guy Nice person where. Derek cars the quarterback for this raiders team next September. This experience feels like it's going south. He's a house right next door to heck absolutely I do not. I don't. I'm I'm disappointed that the raiders couldn't be competitive in that their defense just because that means if we're watching a a season worth of them not being competitive. That's just making my are or Sunday's worse. Volunteers perfect got injured today after he tried to punch somebody after the play. I don't think the officials saw the attempted punch with the League will yeah. He might get a fedex envelope but he's he's got his own deposit box for Fedex right outside his door. I feel like I've been told that. Volunteers perfect has been injured about forty seven times in the first three weeks of the season. They just like built a Fedex Kinkos next to his house to save the time I think he just moved next door to the fine police. Let's move Ivax Armagh offset to the right tight lines split Olsen in the backfield the block from McCaffrey right up the middle run free could thirty five to forty Scott Potential McCaffrey thirty twenty. He will store score ten five a lightning Bolt Christian McCaffrey Mixing Panthers Radio Network Christian McCaffrey ripped off a seventy six yard touchdown run kyle throws four touchdowns in his first start place of the injured Cam Newton Panthers Cruise Thirty Eight Twenty over the cardinals in Glendale mark this was the best case scenario for Carolina who just wanted to survive without their injured former MVP instead they thrived with Alan. What an encouraging performance on a they were. We got a couple of quarterbacks in their first starts changing the way we feel about certain teams. I love the Kyle Allen came out. He was aggressive from the start. He sent you look you could tell right away that he was just feeling good. He was in the zone. He was kind of laughing on the sideline didn't have that sort of nervous energy that you might expect from someone and I know he played well in week seventeen last year but that I just wanted to see here you know on the road. How does he come out and do it and they had more life and energy to they're passing game than they have all year and he was hitting throws the Cam. Newton was not hitting in the past couple of weeks and that it's funny that they Christian McCaffrey that was one of those touchdown that was not because of Kyle Alan but he made two or three throws in this game that we're total money sauces and I I I enjoyed watching them and I don't think you can count them him out because he's a quarterback on any level. At this point. I mean you gotta go out and do it a couple of weeks in a row but there was something nothing about his game that seemed like crippling limited minute to me at all. It was the opposite. It sounds like it was so impressive that not only will you not rush Cam Newton back but you will make sure one hundred percent when he comes back. I think because you know what we don't know with this team is there's no reason in general to rush. Cam Newton back after all the stuff he's been through the last couple of years. I would wait the perfect scenario. The way today played out. They have have that ability now to be patient. They were this was classic Cornel Corner Animal Accident Rating. They save their season the OEM three panthers team would have a lot of whispers about where the coach is going to be the next year whether Cam Newton's evening to be on this team next year all that stuff and you put all that off for another week or two. I'm a little little confused Dan. There's a caged animal in a corner dog or those two different kinds of games. You can put whatever animal you want. I Love Dogs. Don't even like the image of the matching the dog but cornered animal or caged animal works Gotcha Yeah. This is a step back to it. Sounds is like for for cuyler Murray two hundred forty eight yards of offense from the cardinals in seventy three plays so they ran a ton of plays and didn't move the ball at all well and I don we should mention Dante Jackson had to spectacular interceptions in this game and it was some of the first action where I watched column early who wouldn't say was confused out on on the field but he threw a terrible balls and Carolina turned two of those into those interceptions he's not tearing the League up that was kind of the although although it would have been a surprise to because it doesn't happen often there was that hype around Murray that he would come in and Kingsbury would come in and they'd be you know ripping people up. That's not happening right now. So now the cardinals have to do a b what they weren't last year which is patient. They let this develop as a partnership because it looks like like like Greg said four point zero yards per attempt on forty three passes this is this is a defense weak side. Gabar either the from week one on. It's actually a little bit better for Arizona than we expected. This was what we expected all right. Let's move on chargers at the Houston. Thirty four Rivers Shotgun Life Gun rivers drop firing downfield and tipped and almost intercepted. I think Texans are GONNA win. They will beat the the chargers today Marc Vandermeer of the Texas Radio Network. I Love Gigi to get dot got the they get the Texas stopped the chargers their last gasp attempt to tie the Game Shawn Watson threw for three fifty one through three touchdown passes and Jj Watt theory is heating up to the five sacks Texans Twenty seven to twenty win over the chargers who who watches game. I did Greg Rosenthal Shawn Watson. Every game does athletic things and once again he he was on fire. It's the Dow of the Sean. You all right. Let's let this brief all right. The Dow the show yeah you have to be comfortable fertile and the chaos you are going to invite pass rushers uninvite hits. That's just his style and all the things you like about the Shawn Watson Jason are because of that and be in this game especially he held onto the ball pretty long because as offensive line played better and that the game winning touchdown in the comeback were from those second level plays where he just does something he he can be comfortable with that and I think the fans have to be comfortable with that too with him getting hit more in taking sex because that's where he makes his magic. He's one Mayo Bina. I'm on Dan Side of the Texans Ledger. Disown Watson has won me over. He's just so exciting. These two teams wes. I have a hard time getting a feel for right now. Both of these teams have played to the buzzer basically basically in all three of their games so they could each three each be oh and three but I think there are some things about the Texans that we can say Whitney Mercilus another big game. Dj Reader has made the LEAP EP was a big difference maker today and the offense of I think has a chance to get better at certainly was better today and I think that's that's a big switches. How about tonsils he. How did he looked at the Bosa and Melvin Ingram who have been relatively quiet this year. Were relatively quiet once again you joining the Texans bandwagon well. I'm not there yet. I'm Jus- This is here to enjoy the shine Watson. I'm that I'm going to bring me out. Your corner type them from the beginning. The titans lost me and may have lost me forever. That's good. That's also positive and you know what I'm GonNa do as a favourite you you're in this. Devon Sawa final destination roller coaster ride ride with the Denver broncos. Nobody knows what that means off the right now. Thank you for that. That's your off very magnanimous of you but I I can't let myself out of the penalty box yet. I haven't suffered enough. That's awesome that you're definitely raised Catholic by the way there's definitely forty-seven people who get that. Devon Sawa reference I I mean a few people do seven fifty underrated movie all right. Let's let's head to Sunday night. Football down and goal from the five. This is week parade. Mayfield plus from the pocket rolling right throws to the end zone. It is taken taken away on the final snap for the browns offense. It's John Johnson with a diving pickety and zone and the rams are gonNA come all at three and Westchester Finest J. B. Long of the Rams Radio Network with the call the John Johnson the third with the interception in the end zone on fourth and goal the browns go four and out with four shots to potentially tie the game and that was it the Los Angeles Rams Twenty to thirteen victor is in Cleveland and Sunday night football. They improved to three and now the brownies. Tony's fall to one and two mark sesser should start with you on this one. we're going to get to the rams in a moment but you had trepidation around this game all week. You've had trepidation around the browns since their week one clunker against Tennessee. I imagine you don't feel any better right now. Writer's block. That's sort of how this is team feels to me right now. When you're trying to produce something and you can't get in that flow and you can't get out of your own way or relationships stuck in neutral where the just there's something gene about this team offense especially because I thought they played a lights out game on defense considering how banged up their secondary is this has been the whole season and I am concerned like at the core about a line that has not protected Baker Mayfield well but even when they are it feels like Baker Mayfield has almost been zapped by the early season experience a plane behind this line and it's it's hard to watch because last year a team team playing with house money down the stretch felt so loose on offense that you felt like they could do anything I wanted them to go play the best teams they could and challenge those teams with with what they had with Freddie Kitchens and Baker Mayfield and even Prio del Beckham just the rest of their weapons and they are banged up but I don't really point to any of that as what's what's going on here. I think they just it's I. I'm at a loss for words to some degree because yes. I don't think it's a surprise to see how they performed on offense tonight. It's been in happening all year. I don't know the way out I don't I like your analogies and you might also say kind of like a kicker compensating for his last two misses where it stilted jilted and it feels like they're thinking about it. Think hesitant in pressure situations and Baker Mayfield not trusting his offensive line and as Greg said we're watching watching the game..

So I got a question as far as like cultural impact who you think had the biggest cultural impact between a and LeBron it is a great. I think so. Lebron height associate media right as like LeBron. But I don't think get the props for what he did like how he moved is more is this day and age, I think it's hard to trying, you know, compare because it's so much more pushing everything is out there so much more access, and you know, you can push whatever message trying to do so much easier. But like like everybody know that he was sending shoes to the prisons and stuff like that. And looking out and he had the hood. And he's still got the he got here love forever light. They don't fell to go. He gonna get that special. Love. Everybody can't talk about that. You can't replicate what he went through his trials and tribulations they made him who he was and the things that he stood for and he stood against him, right or wrong, or whatever you wanna say all of those things add up to what he years. Icon two years, and you can't just replicate that I'm going to because it was it wasn't intentional. He was just being Hanno machine behind them pushing like social media, pushing all these different avenues, I think Us us being being. it'll just national. He was like what whatever I'm gonna do the day. That's what I'm gonna do. Like the way dressed the way he spoke, and I ain't going to practice. Whatever it was. I'm even intentionally you just like being self and became. Being this kind of like LeBron came in. It was kinda like S seventeen he was chosen one. You know what I'm saying?.
