The $20 billion missing from this economy

"Los Angeles I'm Carl Rozelle Thursday I believe the twenty second of October has always to have you along everybody. We're going to start today with a story about something in this economy that is not there that isn't happening and what that means. We're going to set it up by noting that seven hundred, Eighty, seven, thousand people lost their jobs last week and made first time claims for unemployment benefits less than the week. Prior, it should be said, and also that the Labor Department adjusted downward is numbers for the previous couple of weeks. And that's good. It really is but the number of people on government assistance because they have lost their jobs is still stratospheric. Lee High millions of them are running out of benefits and as you know, those extra six, hundred dollars a week went away in August. And that to get back to the thing that's missing is sucking billions of dollars out of this economy compared to earlier in the pandemic how many billions? Marketplace's Mitchell Hartman gets the lead story today. The answer is. Twenty billion dollars a week. That's how much is not getting into out of work Americans, pockets since a bunch of federal assistance programs for the unemployed started running out in midsummer Andrew Statler at the Century Foundation says based on Treasury data, they were getting twenty six, billion a week that as come crashing down to just six billion dollars, it's much less support to. Families and to the economy than we had six hundred a week in federal pandemic payments expired at the end of July the President's partial replacement program ran out of money last month also folks laid off back in March and April are now running out of their twenty six weeks of state jobless benefits some but not all are getting a thirteen week federal extension. Unemployment benefits now average three twenty a week across the country. It's even less for gig workers on pandemic on employment assistance and that has made a huge dent in the purchasing power of households suffering unemployment says Mark Hamrick. Dot Com, they are really having to scrape to get by these days just for basic needs such as pay for shelter, pay the bills to put food on the table and forget about luxuries. That's exactly what Brooke Wetzel has seen play out in her florist business in La when the economy started to open up late spring sales picked up but since August things have gotten pretty slow people might have that you know extra fifty to seventy five dollars per fire arrangement. So woetzel's working part time now spending the. Rest with her homeschooling kids I'm Mitchell Hartman for

"And he nominated William Barr. This guy's pure establishment. Former CIA agent he's part of the club. Everybody calls him. Bob. Excuse me. Bill, equal molar Bob, their best friends, their wives go to bible school and together. And nothing's going to change at the Justice department, and that you know, if I can do a little bit of self promotion here, that's the reasons for freedom watch. And that's the reason for Larry Klayman because we are trying to be the people's Justice department. And you know, we need the help to the people can go to freedom watch USA dot ORG contribute to our cause we need to get bigger because we have no defense in a legal sense anymore. I'm afraid that if we don't succeed. This country is going to explode and it's gonna and we're going to be in violent revolution. Very shortly. I'm trying to avoid that because it's reached a fever pitch. So let's talk about. So you have one case with Bundy. That's now going to appeals to the ninth circuit. That's right. When will that a guy that had occurred just a few days ago, they had filed a what they call protective notice of appeal a year ago deciding whether they were going to appeal. The Justice department. Attorney's office in the district of Nevada and judge Navarro as compromises she was found that the US attorney's office there who prosecuted the Mondays at lied to her at suborn perjury had hidden exculpatory evidence and had threatened a whistle blower by name of Larry Luton who came forward and revealed that there was a kill list on the head of the bundy's and others. And I mean, it's an open and shut case. But this tells you something about the Justice department, you say you opened up this discussion quite correctly. They protect their own in that the reason for the appeal is not because they think you're going to win. It's a hail Mary is because they want to protect themselves in their hoping that the careers of these prosecutors who have committed criminal acts themselves will be saved. I something the ninth circuit might say when it issues its ruling on appeal and the same thing's true with what's going on with Muller. And with the president and everybody else Muller is part of the Justice department. It has become totally corrupt folks were speaking with Larry Klayman from freedom watch Larry the timing. So the night circuit is going to hear the Bundy case. Do you have a date on that? Well, our so so-called government is going to file the brief on February six we'll have about thirty to forty five days to do a happily breeze tally breeze, and then they'll get to reply, and then we'll have more arguments. So this thing will be decided probably within the next six months to a year. It's gonna go relatively quickly. It's very complex. And that's why we do need the help cliven Bundy defence fund dot ORG because what cliven and his sons, and and the other peaceful protesters did was that they stood down the government using their second amendment rights in head on any federal agent. They didn't point guns at any federal agent. Yet. The bundy's were surrounded by sharpshooters. Their lives were threatened. Cliven sister, Margaret was assaulted and thrown to the ground two of his sons were taste the those in the heard were killed and buried in a secret mass grave all to throw the bundy's off the land has happened with hundreds of ranchers throughout the west. So Harry Reid could sell the land out from under the bundy's the Chinese environmental interests. It was reported. The Chinese are investigating best investing heavily in solar farms and things like that. And obviously he was going to get kickbacks. So this is a big fight. And we have two other cases where we have a case to have a declaratory judgment that the land belongs to the people of Nevada Clark county, not in the federal government to keep the government off the land federal government. So they don't come back, which they will once President Trump is out of office. And also a case that we push back Ryan Bundy was the hero of the trial. You know represented himself. And we sued. These prosecutors. We sued the Justice department we sue James Comey. You'll corn who was at a bureau of land management. He was put in there by Harry Reid. And and others who participated in this malicious prosecution against them. So like we've done with Muller. We push back. Just can't take it. We just can't take it. The best defense is a good offense. And then Larry with Dr Corsie's case January third. There was going to be a hearing in front of a judge and that did that gets postponed. Now, we had the hearing I had assigned that cases related to judge Richard Leon because we were alleging is one of the counts illegal unconstitutional surveillance into Dr Corsi, his family and me, you know, and we have gotten favorable rulings from this judge about forty years ago when I soothing, and I say we got to injunctions after Edward Snowden came out and revealed this mass illegal surveillance, but since then this judge has gotten cold feet. I think intelligence agencies got him. There's a lot of pressure out there. Things do happen. And you said I'm not gonna keep the cases related. He was wrong about his decision. So it went back into the pond, and it came out with another judge Ellen Segal Val and we're proceeding with that. Gives me when when will that that trial occur hearing? Well, the government has sixty days to respond to the complaint. So in about forty five days from now, they're going to have to respond would probably go through motions to dismiss. And then, of course, accessible, and I believe we will be the case we'll move onto discovery and then ultimately trial, but we're asking for an injunction against smaller to get him to stop which in addition to large damages to punish him and others. We personally in that case. And that's the best remedy for prosecutorial abuse. Make them pay themselves. Larry, you mentioned about illegal surveillance several years ago, you represented a friend of ours and one huge case believe he was in front of judge Leon at the Kate at the time, you mentioned that that was with Charlie strange, correct? He was a plane economic case, we just made mention about and and it's interesting because Dr there was an article recently in law and crime, and Dr Corsi outlined the fact that he believed he was allegedly being surveilled. By the Mueller team. Correct. Well, yeah. And we actually have concrete evidence of that just as late as last week. I was in Washington, Dr Janet defending stepson, Andrew statler, and we were sitting in a hotel in Washington and in walks a reporter, I won't reveal who it was. But how did she know we were in the lobby of this relatively obscure hotel because Muller's tracking us because she was told where she can find us, and they were looking. You can use her to get information about us. We were standoffish and said, look, we're long. We were polite, but you know. We're preparing for grand jury testimony the next day. We can't talk to you. Well, I in this article, they specifically talk about the doctor Corsi mentioned that an individual that's involved with the technology company. That is in the. If you will surveillance protection type of arena, Jim Gero, and this is mentioned in the article. And in fact, I know Jim and I contacted him. And I said is this accurate in this article? And he said, yes, it is. He goes. In fact, I I can give you a number. Larry he told me that at the time. Their their technology had picked up that on two hundred at the time two hundred eight occasions. Dr corsie's. There was an attempt to get access to Dr Corsie's conversations through his phone. Well, absolutely. There are other things to Larry Klayman dot com. Coursey nation dot com, by the way by Dr Corsie's book, which is silent. No more. You can get that on Amazon, though, people will do that. It's the inside story of what went on with Muller that's still going on with him. But in that complaint, you'll see that he's mentioned and other examples of illegal surveillance or as Moore say set forth in that complaint. We made some concludes restatement we put in concrete evidence of of the illegal surveillance, and in fact, Leary, you represented an individual who tried to come forward to the government. And it's time Komi was the FBI director, and that was a Dennis Montgomery, correct? That's correct. I don't represent Dennis anymore. He's had so many issues as health is bad. But they wouldn't listen to him. You know, we tried to take them to a number of committees the Senate Intel committee house Intel committee, they didn't want to get into that. Because you see they're all being surveilled up there. It's all about it's all about leverage leverage. Well, yeah, they don't want to get anybody angry because the dirt about them and all their girlfriends and boyfriends and everything else will come out. And I personally think one of the reasons we get these rather strange opinions out of chief Justice John Roberts. The supreme court is because they surveyed him. Montgomery that they did. They twist when they need something done, and you know, made a very strange opinion the other day and went along with the liberals on the court with regard to Planned Parenthood. And he was criticized by his conservative colleagues for that. So I think they've they've got stuff on the chief Justice and others up there as well. Larry play this out in our last couple minutes here play this out. What how this is going to what you anticipate how this is going to go with against Mueller because this is this is this is what this is the key to really get down to what's really going on this lawsuit that you have filed. But first obligation is to make sure that Jerry doesn't get indicted. Okay. And the strategy that we're using that's the primary purpose of it. But there are needs to be Justice here. And these people can't go around thinking that they're smarter than everybody else that they can use whatever government towers, they have destroy people's lives, and the arrogance of it, and yes, we're Jerry is allowing me to bring these cases. And I'm very proud to have him as a client. He's a very patriotic honest religious person he believes in Jesus and the father is it. He's actually representing the American people. And I've advocated for a long time that the president needed push back. He's got lawyers Rudy Giuliani reportedly has a few martinis and goes on showing Hannity and says, whatever comes to mind, including attorney client formation. It's not helpful Jay cycle is a very nice guy. And he's a good religious rights lawyer. But he's not. Criminal defense lawyer, but president needs to push back like Jerry course, he's pushing back because he was illegally. So why didn't he bring a lawsuit? He too had. Grand jury information leaked like crazy about him. And he sits there, and he takes it. And he's literally in a cart being dragged to the guillotine right now. It does not look good for the president. And a lot of what we're doing is trying to protect the president in effect is defense for him because his lawyers, you know, basically, they're content to go and TV and do little if anything else, I know that sounds worse. But what have they done other than turning formation over the molar? Well, I'd like to argue with you Larry, but I can't. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, sad because they're nice people, but to freedom watch USA, USA dot ORG, please support.
