"We were told here's quarterback class. Not that great. Because of the quarterbacks that we saw last year Mayfield. Darnold, Allen rose in Jackson. There was a lot more excitement last year with the quarterbacks this year, though for all this talk of the quarterbacks aren't that great? The quarterbacks always dominate the conversation that draft they do Murray goes one who could have predicted that five months ago. And Scott Boras told y'all all he's always going to play baseball baseball baseball. And the next thing, you know, Murray who got picked in the top ten of the baseball draft ends up going number one in the football draft. Then you have the giant surprising everyone taking January Jones at number six and a giant Vince every yesterday because I've been critical of the organization and been critical. Dave, Gettleman even. Before the draft. And they said well the rest of the draft wasn't terrible. And I explained it to them. That's nice player. Not a pass rusher though. The Andre Baker nice player cornerback out of Georgia. They got the edge rusher from Old Dominion. We'll see what he will do Julian love from Notre Dame. Okay. You could tell me they had a a nice draft.

"That's picking the second round the hundred thirty second pick which was a pick in the fourth round which was their second pick in the fourth round and the hundred forty second pick which was their second pick in the fifth round not a huge amount to give up per the chase Stewart approximate value chart. It's about one hundred forty percent of the thirtieth pick. So I mean, they did pay a premium in the know the amount of picks not the huge to give up. They still have a third of fourth two fifths six to seven which I'm sure they'll probably use again to trade up. So when the giants went back into the first round thirtieth overall, they took de'andre Baker a quarterback firm, Georgia. I am split on this between liking de'andre Baker. As a player and not liking the process of trading. Those picks to move up for him, especially when he was going to be I quarterback taken. I do like the Andre Baker. I do not like the Andre Baker more than greedy Williams or Byron Murphy giants, very clearly do the Baker was the only quarterback taken in the first round. So now they'll be without his second pick. I mean, we talked about how they need a quarterback. I've made the case for a while. I think they should have taken a quarterback in the first round and hit ED's often a waiter in the draft cause I think they'll be better there. And if you can have the coverage to hold up that makes the edge rushing easier than the pass rushing makes it easier to cover think we saw that old lot last year that I just I don't necessarily agree with the trading up to get that, especially when either Baker still could have been there at thirty seven, greedy Williams or Byron Murphy could still be there at. Thirty seven. So I think that's unnecessary use of assets to trade up. So now, I can see the giants or still probably going to use those picks. I can guarantee they're not waiting until ninety six to pick on day two. There's no way they're trading up somewhere. And then that's when you start cutting into those assets, I would have been fine with two first round picks that second round pick and using those four th and Fitz to move into the third and taking some shots. They're taking some shots in the second. I think it's a little unnecessary to get into the end of the first round to get another first round pick. But if we go to Baker, I do like him as a prospect, he's a wiggle undersize compared to you some of the other guys, I think he's about five eleven, but he was he was very good at Georgia to interceptions nine pass breakups proves sports solutions forty three targets forty four point two percent. Completion rate allowed last year, which was one of the better. Embarks among this cornerback class, and we were point zero nine yards per target of out which was the fourth. Best of mung. This cornerback Laso Baker is a good cornerback. It is good that they got him. I just don't necessarily agree with the process that use to get him. Yeah. Acre is good cornerback. You know, he's he's versatile. He has quick feet. He's got loose hips. He can play in manner zone coverage. He is not afraid to hit in is not afraid to hit hard enough to separate the receiver from the ball. And I think the giants traded up hoping they were getting twenty seventeen the Andre Baker when he was a legitimate shutdown corner. Like nobody passed on him in twenty seventeen a bigger was targeted nineteen times. He gave up five completions while breaking up six passes, which is pretty damn good. Yeah. I mean, one to only be targeted nineteen times is good shows. You probably in good coverage to allow only twenty six percent of those passes to be completed is pretty good. So yeah, I like Diaw Diori Baker as a player he did not test, particularly well at the combine only in the nine th percentile per spark the four five one forty widow concerning, but it doesn't write this guy off he still showed he can play. So I think of the three first round picks. The Andrea Baker as the player is the player. I would be most excited about for the giants..

"Now, whether it was it was accurate to say at this time last year that there was a a real competition that Jake from hat on his hands with Justin fields. I don't know. It's hard for me to say, I know everyone wanted to make it a competition. It turned out not to be much of one but going into this spring and coming out of it. I think it's pretty obvious. This is Jake from team. Right. Right. And I think it was last year. But look anytime you recruit the nation's number one overall prospect there's going to be that kind of hanging in the background of. Well, what if he's so good? He has to play what he's so good. He actually beats out Jake femme you've got nothing like that this year. I mean, it's obviously J crumbs team and the interest from the quarterback standpoint for Georgia's spring was about who's going to be the backup. If something happens to j krom, it's you know, when when you have to really good quarterbacks as Georgia has had the last couple years the two previous years. They everyone says well, that's a good problem that this year. It's okay. Well, how bad is it if the crime goes down, and so people were trying to? Figure out over the growing. What did they have behind them? And that's it. I don't know that we're we're still gonna build any statues two sets and Bennett who's gonna be the backup at this point. But the spring game showed that he could be a viable option if they have to him and that one Mathis the true freshman from Michigan while he's probably a guy that will play four games. And then sitting redshirt he has some upside down the road to. Yeah. Well, coaches are very well aware of how important that that guy is the number two quarterback because we saw both teams in last year's national championship game win a game along the way and both went into that national title game undefeated because somewhere in the schedule the backup quarterback came in and helped them win a game where they were in serious trouble. Obviously that was yes, you see championship for Alabama. And for Clemson. It was the Syracuse game. So it's not a trivial thing who ends up being that backup. And how prepared is. He now you mentioned that you know, the playing time. The opportunity for that. I think it's one thing obviously that Georgia should have the luxury of because they're expected to be very good to dominate a lot of their opponents. So should be plenty of playing time available for whoever that second guy is right, right? And they had that at time last year with Justin fields to it. Just obviously wasn't going to be up time to keep them around. He wanted to start. And so he's going to be starting for how state this year. I think they're going to sprinkle in stats Bennett doin Mathis when they can't Stetson Bennett as one year of experience, but it was at a junior college. So they they they feel okay about the situation there. I'd say, but you you never know until you absolutely have to play. And Georgia's hoping that that does not happen in a real as in the game is still in doubt type situation. And so what questions that Georgia had entering the spring? Do they feel better about coming out of it? You know, one area. I'd say is probably the secondary. This was a situation of life without the Andre Baker. And it did not look good when they played without T. Andre Baker in the sugarbowl that might have been more the whole defense not just the secondary. They were also without the Andre walkers and be drafted later this week there. They were also without Jordan Davis, nose tackle. But the secondary this year. They're rolling out is pretty much the same one that was in that Sugar Bowl. And they looked better in the spring game. The takeaway for a lot of people when j crumbs struggled a little bit in that game UK from it a bed spring game. But you know, no one's really worried about Jake from especially in a spring game where you have rules set up. And you're you're being been they'll an offense and de'andre swift only gets a couple of carries. And then they sit in down. But what was encouraging was that for the Georgia team overall? I think is when Jake chrome was throwing the ball against the first team defense the first. Team defense did pretty well, especially when they were limited the edge guys with their rushing. So the secondary is.

"You could trade down to twenty seven and get them. You know what I mean? I don't want the Andre Baker. You know, you can get him later in the first. I think those guys are reaches. I don't want to reach twenty. I want someone that is a legitimate number twenty pick. Okay. I agree. And I think out of all the guys that we listed in our top five. If any of them are available twenty I think those are legitimate twenty picks, right? All right. It's the next week. But the Steelers previews on again, we will actually be talking about the Steelers for Trump pick or maybe the pick that never happened. Maybe they trade. It'll be exciting than the less. I love the first round the NFL draft. I love the entire NFL draft. But especially one day to those are the players that you're expecting to have an immediate impact in some way, shape or form. And so it's always fun to see how that unfolds, but for those that have been longtime listeners this show. This is the point of the show where we go into our either-or segment where we ask ourselves. It can be football related. It can be Steelers related. It could be anything where we're just asking ourselves. You have to pick between one of the other. I'm gonna go first because mine is actually football related. I decided that let's keep it with the Steelers. Let's keep with football in this is kind of a chicken and egg question in its if you had to choose between one or the other and that is a dominating pass rush or a blanketing secondary. What would you which would you pick? Because if you're giving your picking one, you're not gonna have the best of the other. Okay. So if you're taking take the secondary, we gonna have good pass rush. So if you had to pick pass rush or secondary. What are you taking Dave will go first? I say give me the pass rush. Because. This seems more like the Steelers have been lately anyway. But the reason I say that is less time the corner or the quarterback has because someone's rushing them as well can help cover up for not as good of a blanketing secondary. One's going to build to the other. So you're right. It is called cause-effect. But I'll say if if you can get to the quarterback faster than everybody else than it. It's going to cover up for having a week or secondary. Let me Brian..

"There are so many guys may or may not going around one that will still be there, and you can get one of them, and you can get more in the late around like Jalen, ducks and Oregon and around four. So if they don't get one in the first round, it's okay, don't panic. I don't know about taking anybody at at worrying. I mean that that trash of the university. Am I right? I right. I walked I watched their bowl game against. Even play. I don't even remember. It was terrible. It was such a boring game. But their defense was so good in that game. That's why I was low scoring so yeah, they're they're just garbage. So I don't know then sell for anyone listening who may not know this. I'm a huge fan. So I'm and so my, and so is he anelle it it might be some kind of conflict of interest or whatever. But so we're clearly both being sarcastic joking say that stuff. It's one of those things where we can we can talk crap because we love him so much, but you guys don't. Hey, a fire in far picks in these mocks and stuff or any indication. We're not out here like being Oregon homers and just picking a bunch of Oregon guys to come to the raiders that pick it, you know, we leave the bias out of it for that. We recognize you to when players play well, and when they're deserving coming into B two B Phyllis position with the raiders were not gonna be like tilled. Suggest the raiders reach on a on a duck or anything like that. You look at the let's talk about you mentioned a few. Absolutely like really great possible picks with that thirty five pick and just about any of those guys that you mentioned would be great picks with that next pick in if the draft went like this. I it's hard to imagine them doing anything. But picking one of those guys. However, let's let's look at the the board as a whole what do we what are we got on the board? Granted there are still a few picks left in the first round after the twenty seven th pick. So they could be in no time at all a lot of these guys that we they're still on the board of a gone, but we mentioned the Andre Baker cornerback Maine. He's a mid lower first round level talent by some people's judge a few still around thirty five he might be worthy. Even even as deep as we talk about the cornerback. I mean, if you can get that kind of talent Gruden talked about that he needs five. Corners and right now that fifth cornerback is Nick Nelson with their last year's fourth round pick. And he he may or may not be that fine. Be the guy for that final spot. But incompetent always really good thing. So he's a he's a guy that could be on the on the board there to KYW polite who was once considered a low first first-round talent till he had his terrible pro day. I who knows how far he's gonna drop feel his tape. It looks very good on tape. Go just by that. We wouldn't hurt. I mean, you wouldn't feel like he should drop in the draft. But having a terrible pro day coming in just not prepared the way, he did says more about his personality at think, and I think Mayock probably mentioned he he hinted something about a guy dropping down their draft board based on running a slower time than they showed in college. Almost feel like he was speaking of polite specific. Weekly. He may well have because that's been like the biggest story. So you you just have to wonder at what point if at all would the raiders say, well, the risk is or the potential reward. Maybe that's just a fluke that he had a bad pro day, and that because we've seen it guys have had bad workouts than than still went on have great careers. It's not the norm. But it happens. I would point would he do in the join the conversation and have all Orleans Brown the taco, Oklahoma. I have one of the worst combines every last year and then joined the ravens and was just as good as he was at Oklahoma, the Columbine meant. Absolutely, nothing polite..

"So I think that that needs to really be addressed and taking advantage of if possible look if they were to get Clinton waves at number four, and they can get a guy like Devin Bush number twenty four that's cool. I think that they get one offense a guy in the first round. I do think that. But again, it all depends on what the raiders do with Antonio Brown. What they give up for them. And again, I do think that they're going to trade for him. So they'll probably give them something. Who knows what that's going to be? But I'd be okay with that. I don't know about greedy Williams, man. You know, the thing about him as much as I like him, and I love his name as a as a defensive back and DB's win games. And as a guy who played defensive back like that. That's just that's the best position ever as far as I'm concerned because it is my position. And it's the only thing I ever played. But it's cool. I I just I don't know, man. He's always getting injured, and he never even finished the combine like he got through some of the drills. But. Then he started cramping up, and that has been his whole history at LSU he plays he performs and then he gets injured then he plays and he performs the Nick it's injured. He played a man. I just that bothers me if I'm looking at defensive back in the first round, I probably looking at a guy like the Andre Baker out of Georgia. But man, he's gonna be he's gonna go off the board pretty high. I I'm going DVD's, and I love greedy and Yuli guys. We hear the minute. Greetings comments at the podium the other day when he talks about himself. But the guy you really need to watch is Byron Murphy from Washington U W put out some really good DB's in recent years. This guy has the highway speed. He's a playmaker. He's versatile. He's tall. He's long. He's just the dude. Also like the Andre Baker. I just I think Murphy's that guy. Just I think he actually think and are going I think Murphy is gonna be the first corner taken off the board in this in this draft. I think greed, I think Reading's gonna slide. I think Baker will be the second corner. But I think Murphy with everything that he brings to the table. I think he's going to be the first corner taken in this draft. They for whatever reason it's just a gut feeling I kind of felt that way to last the last two or three weeks. Just walking his film and watching him move and being around Sidney Jones and Kevin king and Buddha. Baker like this guy was part of that group. He he got chance to learn behind. These guys Sydney would have been the first corner. First second quarter, taking if you didn't tear his achilles on the last rent of his pro day couple years ago. Healy got him into steel in the second round. I believe he's got to stay healthy. But he's coming back from that and module and bias because I'm no Sydney since he was eight years old. Then you got Kenny king and the guy he's kind of injury played with the Packers by can't play maker corner. And then Buddha Baker what made the Pro Bowl as a rookie special teams player. This guy falls in the same line. He's the guy that I think in today's NFL again fits the Bill checks all the boxes. I really liked Byron Murphy this this this finish off the linebackers quick. And we'll get the DVD's and then deductibles. Gary Johnson my back from Texas down your way, he lit up. The combine what I like most about Johnson. Besides what I see on film is this is a guy. I think it fits the raiders what they're looking for is in a linebacker because the dude less football. Do the dude was in foster care the majority of his life. He's a real, dude. "Jeremiah is one of them is John Williams from Vanderbilt. I mean, he's listed six three to await rare size cornerback spot. And you know, he's got the ability to. Find the ball down the field. I mean there there are some plays. He made on the football that I thought were really really impressive. And I'll tell you what he doesn't run like two hundred eight Tom corner. I mean, if he can come out and just has to put a solid workout in terms of just abroad numbers post. You know, if you can run low four fives. Hi, four force the I mean, that's that that's going to be a huge win for John Williams. So to me when I look at this quarterback class, and I have mentioned like is like the Andre Baker who has kind of been billed as a as a first round pick throughout the course of the process. You know, if these guys can come and whoever kind of posts, a great workout, I think it's going to try and set themselves apart. And I think this is the position where the combines to clear some things up in this cornerback class in terms of how people view them in terms of mock drafts and top fifties, big boards and things like that. It's going to really kind of clarify some things at that position. Fringe system. I thought was interesting about Washington corners always coming in late. Why is that? I think that might just be you know, kind of what they like the position they may not stress. The fact that those guys need to be really big. I think that was a big thing with Sidney Jones when he came out. Right. Was you know, I think he was listed like one seventies. When he was when he was playing there. So I think when you look at the those Washington corners typically, they they have been a little bit light. That's interesting. I didn't know that before by the way before we get to the safeties. I should mention bed online dot AG. In fact, I have to mention and I need to because it's awesome. If you want to start to make Fettes fun, even bet on combine performances over a bed online AG if you're into that kind of thing, certainly you can go ahead, and you can go to bed online that AG. "Dips on big boy, I just come in for like, sixty seconds in them the highlight. I mean, come on up. I don't know, man. I confident in my abilities. Right. Let's jump into this mill bag. The first question is actually spurning a new segment fellows, we have cake asks you guys be breaking down other people's mock dress, for instance, you know, Matt Miller, he does a mock and kind of evaluate what he picked for the chiefs. I think that's a fantastic idea. And so it is it's spurning new segments. We're mock the mock, and I will just come out right and say this we're not mocking it because like Matt Miller we're gonna we're gonna do that Miller's first three rounds of his seven round draft. Matt Miller czar guy, I've I've met him a lot of a lot over the last five years, we hung out with him a little bit in mobile, and he's our guy, but we're gonna kinda valuate what we think of his selections, and we're gonna kick it. Right off with de'andre Baker who's taken by him by Matt Miller with the twenty ninth pick de'andre baker's the cornerback from Georgia. Craig? I know you've you've you've been our primary evaluator on Andre Baker. What do you like and dislike about him? Dundee bakers just going to be one of those guys kind of good at everything. I was telling these guys before we started recording of all the games that I do about the Andrey Baker. There's not very much very just kinda good at everything. But that's where it stops. I don't really see the ceiling for de'andre Baker. He's going to be a fine corner. I think that his top end is a very good number two corner. But he's never going to necessarily be shutdown guy. He lacks a little bit of athleticism. He he's just kind of there. He's gonna be like kind of a Steven Nelson issue. But a little better than that. That's what I'm saying. A number two guy guy that you're not mad at on your team. I little better version of that. Even though I well still the boy he's got better ball skills and Steven Nelson. He's a better all around player. Steven nelson. But he's just just kind of they're not somebody that you're necessarily going to get excited about but you can't get mad at it either. Because he's a good player. Just I don't see him ever being great. Yeah. Agree with Craig? And I think the Steven Nelson comparisons a good one to make a just kind of magin Steven Nelson. But with ball skills is the general play you're getting with Baker nice still think bakers a little bit better at everything than Steven Nelson is Bush is kind of a similar style of play, and they're very physical especially under sized guy. They have pretty good feet. They have a good job using their hands and bakers able to find the ball. It's just there's always going to be mismatches forum, and like little things when you see Baker have to play man coverage, and he's Mirroring off the line of scrimmage rather than climbed the playing kick step technique. He just is a little slow to react is feeder good, just you can tell he doesn't have just a pure athleticism and the change of direction to match up with quick here's and then when you put size against them. He can still get lost just because he is a little bit smaller of a guy. So it's just he's good. He's not great get him in the second round on. Feeling fantastic. Yeah. That's kind of where I feel with him. Like, he's probably like a top fifty ish player for us when it's all said and done, but I just I don't want. He feels like a single that could stretch into a double. I wanna double or triple that can stretch into homerun, you know, that kind of situation there. I want more ceiling there. So if we were going to do things differently..

"Thanks pre sheet, the time great to have you with us as we recounting of the day to the end of the college football season. Hope. You've enjoyed the bowl game so far. Yeah. I mean, some performances were flat and others were good games. But I think you know, we're closing out with people can complain about all you want. But over the last four years one of these teams fifty five and three the other fifty four and four, and I think with quarterbacks involved, this might just be the best installment yet. No doubt. Well, listen before we get to Monday night. I do wanna go back to last Tuesday night sugarbowl has many people perplexed. A lot of Georgia fans are saying didn't matter. So what only abo- game didn't? But you know, we we've heard from some who are upset about it. I know you ever pretty strong opinion. What is it? Well, I think you can use all the excuses you want. I mean, we can say well they didn't have the Andre Baker while they weren't motivated from the SEC championship game laws. They thought they should have been in the playoffs. And that's the one that hits with me because when you have some players shooting off tweets during the Oklahoma and Notre Dame losses. You would think Georgia would come out put their foot down and stuff on Texas down in New Orleans, and that just didn't happen. So, you know, I don't think the excuses are there you got to win that ball game. If you want to, you know, have that respect? Now does it carry over into next year? Probably not Georgia probably still be a top five team. But if you can't get motivated for Georgia, Texas in the sugarbowl, I don't know what you can't get motivated for. Yeah. I get I get it. When you're in a situation where you're in the playoffs every year like Alabama or Clemson. But Georgia, I mean, don't you need to be there? Couple years in a row before you act like it's all about you. Well, I would be interested to see how Clinton reacted to not being in the playoff at this point. And I do think the New Year's day six bold..

"Win at the Sugar Bowl. Tom Herman second head coach at Texas to win a bowl game in each of his first two seasons at Texas blurred. Jerry did it in the nineteen forties was game on Tuesday on New Year's day to turn here on ESPN radio. Bill rosinsky and David Norrie had the call Bill. Thank you, Jay. Well, the Texas people told us going into this Sugar Bowl that they really were worried about the battle in the trenches. The big guys up front. David Norrie, Texas won that battle tonight. It started on their opening possession. Ten play seventy five yards. Sam etlinger the Texas quarterback scored on a two yard run Texas would build a seventeen to nothing lead over Georgia. It was twenty two seven at the half. And they actually had a two touchdown lead late in the fourth quarter. When Georgia tried to make it interesting. This was an impressive win by the longhorns. Etlinger their quarterback three touchdown runs. And they win this game. Twenty eight twenty one. Hey, are you look at George? Everybody wondered about the mindset coming in. And I know that Texas is going to be very proud of this. When the way they played in the trenches the way, they won the trenches. They just wanted to be able to hold up and make it close in terms of physical game offensively and defensively on their on their respective teams. Upfront offensive line defensive line. They did more than that. They want it, and you know coming into this game. The Andre Baker the Thorpe award winner. He was out for Georgia getting ready for the draft the Andre Walker game time decision there. Best pass rusher. He was out Mel Tucker defensive coordinator..

"This is Tony Barnhart sedan for Paul finebaum Paul is on assignment. And he will be back behind this microphone on Wednesday. We hope that you have had a great year. We hope that you have a happy and safe happy new year have a safe New Year's Eve tonight. And we're looking for a lot of football over the next day or two, you know, one of the one of the interesting top. Six of this bowl season. Some would say not so interesting is the fact that the about eighteen or nineteen guys maybe even more by now have decided to skip the bowl game and get ready for the NFL draft. We, you know, it happened, greedy Williams, the great defensive back from LSU and the Andre Baker just one of the best defensive backs you're going to see in the country. At Georgia decided really at the eleventh hour that he was not going to play in the Sugar Bowl, Gorby smart. They head football coach at Georgia spoke to our ianfitzsimmonsespn was asked about the decision of the Andre Baker to not participate in the Sugar Bowl is drained, and it has picked up their cycles all throughout college football. I certainly support the Andre Baker. I support the fact that he chose to come back from his junior season when he already had pretty good grades and played out his year. And I know if we were in the playoff that he would be playing, and I think he's looking at it as a career decisions best is best opportunity. What we don't know how that's viewed maybe by NFL ownership NFL teams, NFL coaches, but that's not for me to judge. My job is to support you Andre Baker in the decision that he makes because it is his decision. Ultimately, it's a career business decision that he estimate I certainly worry about the climate in college football where there might be or third and fourth round guys pulling out because now you're going to slide a lot further. So how far does that go down? That's not the Andre Baker. But there's a lot of other guys that are make that other boat. Yeah. You know? What's what's interesting is somebody's somebody? I mean, I've heard a lot of people this absolutely infuriates them. But I I try to explain to them..

And I said man, I never thought I'd be on on south beach in a suit talking about college football. It's weird. But as good. Well, it just the ark of your career has had in the last few months, Marcus, you've been a lot of places. Well, great to have you on. Let me ask you about the big news today out of New Orleans. And that's that the great quarterback. The Andre Baker is not going to play in the Sugar Bowl. We seen this so many times at other games. But the the Sugar Bowl still the sugarbowl. What do you make of that fall is it's the dynamic we live in now man, this part of the world we live in especially when you're talking about guys like the Baker who has the potential to be top ten picks. And I think the college football playoff in a way has disregarded the rest of the bowl games. That's not not involved. We still hold them to a high regard and hold them to a high standard in this opportunity for them to showcase their skill one more time, but for a lot of these guys they're not playing for national championship. I don't think they are incentivized to just go and say I won the Sugar Bowl or potentially suffering injury in the. Bowl when you weren't in the chase of a national championship came off a beer physical game against Alabama is will very devastating loss. And for where he's projected and for what his future looks like it doesn't surprise me at all. And we'll continue to see more of this happened. The college football playoff in two parts created this. But also think that we've been having all this discussion about expansion if you expand the college football playoff usually good players playing vying for national championships, and we will get a chance to see more of these guys play. I'm not a big proponent of expanding it, but that would be one of the symptoms that would be one of the remedies. But keep it some of these star studded players invested in their last year in college to get them to finish out strong. And Nick Saban said it today in one of his interviews Marcus that if you expand the playoff you're going to marginalize, these games even more in, and I know you you played in the Sugar Bowl and that won the national championship. Scored a touchdown. And it just seems like and I realize we're sounding old school here. But. It's just amazing to think about even the Sugar Bowl losing one of its top players. But but if if the field is expanded like savings said you do you agree. I mean, some of these games which are barely hanging on today. What are they going to look like? When you expand you expand to more bones. I don't I don't I don't agree with Nick when he says that the expansion is not to water it down. No matter what the town. Whether we go from four to six to eight the night, the the the ninth bowl game. Whatever is considered to be the ninth game or the ninth best team. That's not buying for national championship. Yeah. That bowl will get watered down as well. As the one that's considered to be the fifth placed team in the country right now as we're seeing with the dri Baker and Nick both decided to leave early I noticed the different circumstance, but.
