"Florida's first news. I'm Ryan Gorman in for Jimmy Cephalonia. Yesterday. Florida Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Freed made it official. She's running for governor in 2022 for reaction to the announcement. Let me bring in retired University of South Florida political scientist Dr Susan MacManus, Dr McManus. Always great to catch up with, do you? So what do your initial thoughts on Nikki Freed's entrance into the race? Well, it was certainly the worst kept surprises You wanted to surprise surprise would have been if you decided not to run State AG commissioner role and run for re election there, but It's going to be a very interesting race. She's a different kind of candidate. The Democratic Party is changing, and it's demographic makeup. Younger progressives have very different political views. And the older Democrats in Florida and the younger people are Obviously starting to take a larger share of the registered Democrats. As the older generations passed on. I think it'll be a real test of the Her ability to generate a lot of support and turnout among the millennials and the gens ears in particular. In your classes at us if we talked so much about campaigning, marketing branding all of that Nikki Freed is launching her campaign with the slogan Something new. What do you think about that? Is that a smart strategy? I think it's a very good strategy because people are wearisome of politics as usual. You see that and poles? They don't like the traditional news media coverage of politics. They don't like the I'm a politician. Uh, it's probably in light of again the rising electorate as they call it, which are the younger demographics of very smart strategy, and in a way She's mirror the strategy that was used by Andra Gillum, whom people forget came within a half a percent. The best thing there. Santa's, of course to Sanders will have a bigger at this time with the record behind him. But it's definitely a good strategy to say I'm not the same old, same old and it's also particularly important for Democrats who are very, very, very wearisome of losing gubernatorial races. And now they have not only a governor's race to fight but the U. S. Senate race to fight And it's important that she tried to get a niche that represents people that might not turn out but for her candidacy. And we'll be enthusiastic, and she also needs to really Jenna. Donors. It's hard to raise money if you wait to the last minute to run, so she's very smart to not let another day go by without formally announcing her candidacy. What do you thoughts on Charlie Crist deciding to give it another go and run for governor again? Let's exemplary of the fact that his district is likely to be altered such that it no longer going to be is easy for a Democrat to win his congressional district. So what's the next best thing will make another attempt at a statewide race and he has had a lot of experience. And running. He has at this point, better name recognition, and Nikki freed. And probably better known fundraising capabilities and He's good on television, but she's better in social media, So I mean, you could go down the line there, but he brings to the table experience and End up ability or in depth discussion of issues that have emerged in Washington, D. Were ultimately affect how they campaign and the general election against the Santa is the selling point for Charlie Crist, essentially what we saw back in 2020 that he is the experienced, more moderate candidate that can actually beat the trump like candidate in a general election. Like that is precisely his strongest messages experienced Broadbent, breath of knowledge known for being collegial and engaging. And the feeling among some of the older as we see in the bowl, because that's what reflected in it. Democrats feeling that he would have a better shot at beating the Santis. "Federal wants to celebrate the commitment that connects us to our military members Share your own. Shout out with hashtag Mission Military. Thanks. Navy Federal Credit Union. Our members are the mission in short by N. C. Way, 11 21. Welcome back to the show. We have Nellie Rodriguez with a trending story. Hey, Natalie. Hey there, Brian. So you have Wyoming's Liz Cheney, who's no longer chair of the House Republican Conference, She was ousted. Today She was wearing a blue dress and still going on with her rant about President Trump and the big Lie. Now we're getting word that state Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Freed is going to run for governor of the state of Florida. Yes. So that what? June 1st June 1st? Yeah. Okay, That's the big tease. And so Nikki arguably has been the longest running campaign that had been unofficial. You actually made the case that she's been campaigning since she first put her face. On every gas pump and four But all right. So June June 1st it is and then game on in the Democratic, right. It's gonna be a heck of a primary again. You know, of course, where you will remember 2018 and what we had six Democrats who are competing, and in that very close race, who had Andra Gillum surprise a lot of people and pull it out of her. Gwen Graham. You know, even if you don't have anybody else get in just the head head between Crist and Freight is is going to be something else. Esso Anyway. Now take a look at my top three takeaways for today. My first is good vibrations. I sell the beach boys. They weren't just on my brain because I've been vacationing. It's because for his crown and virus friend, I was just talking about this so no dynamic more important to our lives that's otherwise out of our control than Florida's trend for covert cases today, March three straight weeks of an improvement in that trend, where literally every day Orders had new, fewer new case is thin the same day in the prior week, so we're averaging about 2500 fewer daily cases than a month ago. 3000 fewer per day these air per day. In the peak on April 19th So about Fifth of forest population. Under the age of 18. So the combination of having over 80% afford a senior population vaccinated along with 53% of port, his entire adult male population provides reason for continued optimism, and especially given that these seasonal wind for viruses now at our back so Forget new normals because that has become an excuse for those who want to use the virus as a catalyst for progressivism just to change our lives through often authoritarian policies or the precipice. Just get back to normal. If you think about it is that life always changing anyway, technology and various trends. So there's a lot to feel good about provided that we don't seed freedom and the name of virus and we don't allow ourselves to be conditioned to accept new normals. It really is just a way to bring about less freedom. Second takeaway for you Today. Passports. Remember the good old days like 15 months ago, when the first thing that came to mind was international travel Now it's first in your mind. Vaccines right, So they're numerous questions right now, as the Air Force's ban on vaccine passports will create a standoff with the cruise industry currently being discussed by the Florida Seaport and Economic Transportation Development Council. They've got an idea to petition the De Santis administration. To exempt the cruise industry to meet CDCs vaccine mandate as a means of lifting the No sale order. And as I discussed in Today's Q and a We'll get to that. Coming up here at 11 50. There are more questions than answers as if it's even possible. The governor to do something unilaterally after July, 1st. If you wanted to. That's one for his new law kicks in. Also, there's something strange to the thought of having to have two passports to travel. That story. It's one watch one that I will be. My third takeaway for you today. Cash is trash. That's because inflation is real salve in over a decade since I served as a financial analyst covering the great recession at progressively provided less economic analysis, as kind of the scope of my roles changed over the years anyway. The last time they made a specific call is my analysis of President Trump's tax cuts debunking the false narratives and kinda like the Bs guidance given by most economists, But it's time for another because inflation is real inflation is here. We saw that, especially in the CPI. I report That came out this morning and all the free puppies and the free candy and the free Biden Bucks..

"Running a little scared. Rhonda Sanders, the governor of Florida. He's popular in this state. It is a swing state. He won very narrowly over Andra Gillum, which is amazing because Andrew Dillon was then found in a in a hotel room. Like in the next few months with meth and a gay prostitute, so things worked out. Dodged a bullet there Florida but Florida has gradually been growing more red, and one of the reasons for that is because this and this has been an excellent governor. He kept the state open during covert. He protected the elderly and it's pretty much all you could ask him to do. Now they're trying the Democratic apple jumps against Rhonda Stances. Politico has an apple dump today that says Rhonda stances, looking ahead to re election next year and quite possibly 2024 bid for president. But he's left behind a trail of former disgruntled staffers and has no long standing political machine to mount a national campaign. Well, number one. I noticed the calendar, says 2021 2. You mean that When you fire people they get disgruntled, crazy oppo dump their politico. Just huge stuff. Huge stuff. He largely relies on a brain trust of to himself and his wife. Brutal, brutal apple dump. You mean he and his wife make their strategy. I can't believe it. The reason they're afraid around to Sanchez's because this and this is a great governor. He's doing an excellent job yesterday for announced yesterday, for example, he announced in $1000 bonus going out two cops in Florida. He says. You know where anti funding the police were going to increase funding to the police because we actually like law and order here in the state. During this session, We passed the strongest any rioting legislation in the country. That really says a couple things. One is we're not gonna let local governments to fund law enforcement now granted in southwest Florida. That's probably not as much of a concern. But that's something that could happen in some of these other enclaves in the state of Florida by passing this bill on me signing it, that is not gonna happen if a local jurisdiction tries to do that, we're restoring the funding, Not just that The chances signed into law a piece of legislation that limits of mail in balloting. Of course, the left is going to treat this as though this is just it's terrible. How could he do this? It's just like Georgia's gym grow out of it. It really does. The bands that ballot harvesting a ballot harvesting is just the practice by which Democratic operatives and Republican operatives but mainly Democratic operatives, go door to door to every democratic, registered voter and then pick up their balance for them. Then mail them in. That is, if I can think of anything that is right for fraud in his ballot harvesting. I've been saying this for years and beyond that it also prevents mass mailing of mail in voting. If you actually want to mail in vote you can, but you have to request the ballot. So we're not going to be sending out a bunch of blank ballots to people who gonna vote in person again, limiting the possibility for voter fraud. None of this stuff is particularly Strenuous or arduous. And yet it's being treated as a look at Florida cracking down on voting process. Yeah, shove it. There is Rhonda stands assigning law yesterday on Fox and friends actually. So right now, I have what we think is the strongest election integrity measures in the country. I'm actually going to sign it right here. It's going to take effect. So you go. Bill.

"End any talk about him being a person should contender 2024. I'm joined by politico reporter Gary find out It sounds to me like the Charlie Crist strategy is basically the Joe Biden strategy a moderate, you know, going up against in this case, it would be the trump like Candidate. Right? Yes, that's going to be part of the argument. I know the story a couple of months ago when his name was first floated out there where I where I point blank. Said. Well, you know where he said. You talkto me at the time, and he's like talking about how he was thinking about it, and I brought that back up. And he said, Well, I've got two words for you, Joe Biden so Obviously. Yeah, That's part of what they're counting on. And look, I We blocked your play out before we Democrats where Democrats have gravitated here. Democrats before have gravitated to the more moderate candidates. In the hopes that that could be easy. You know? Magic forward, huh? I think the issue is Well, I think there's a couple of Hey, I think part of it is What is going to be the electorate in 2022, who's gonna be going there in that midterm election? Now. Yeah. I mean, we've seen it before these midterm elections, especially with a Democrat in the White House. Well, you know, let's let's talk about Rick Scott. That's where he came in. 2010. And was able to sort of just, you know, take an open seat and and win it and so I just wonder what the movie's gonna be. Now you have all this conversation about? Well, you shouldn't count on those trump voters. That they are loyal Trump. That does not mean they're loyal. Every person who is connected to Trump. Obviously, there's answers is an ally of Trump. Obviously, Trump has said a lot of good things about him. Um and that's also why a lot of Democrats are very much opposed to him is because they see him as A Z, you know, connected to it to the former president. So You know? It's just gonna be a matter of. I mean, I think after watching last couple cycles, and maybe it's a completely different and be different. I'm not sure it's going to be a battle for the middle. It seems for the last couple of watches of Florida has been Who is going to motivate their Bates, who was gonna motivate voters mean? And we saw what happened in 2020, where basically the socialism message resonated very well, especially in South Florida. Republicans were able to sort of judge who you know. Do incredibly well in Miami Dade versus how they had done there in recent class. There's gonna be a lot of factors at play. I mean, I think We would imagine Trump is, of course, going to, you know, I mean, I think you already kind of is your endorsement for 2022. I mean, I don't know if you saw that mirrors like he said, Oh, well, if I run in 2024, I want to see this video. I'm sure I'm sure Governor two Santas who certainly has his eyes on the White House loved that comment. Let me ask you this. Agriculture commissioner Nikki Freed, She's the only statewide elected Democrat. She's basically been running against governor to Santis. Since the start of the pandemic. She's sitting there. It seemed like the perfect fit for her. But now you have Charlie Crist entering the race, and it sounds like Congresswoman Val Demings is more interested in the race for governor. That potential matchup against Marco Rubio for U. S. Senate. What does the freed camp think about all of this? Uh, you know, First off. Of course, they emphasized to say haven't made up their mind. I mean, I mean, at this point in time, I see no indication that that's going to be the case. They announced over the weekend that they're hiring you finding its director for her political committee. Which is if you're running for a Cabinet post that not necessarily something you would have done. I think that I think the case is that Just depends on how many people get in a wreck. You know? Yeah. If we had what happened, 2018, where we got five or six Democrats And actually clearly saw Andra Gillum was able to Was able to win the primary. What about what? 32 33% of the vote? Might be a little bit different this time. If it's if it's Obviously, it's just freed and Chris Um, it was a tree damage and Chris then yeah, I mean it. It's gonna be a tough primary. I think the question is, Who do you think is gonna be on the outs there if it if it winds up being a three way primary between three You know, someone established Democrats. I mean, that's that's Yeah. That's the thing I'm wondering about now. You know damage, of course, is that run statewide? But I just what you wonder if you wonder if alone it's a record and her And and sort of the fact that she's a former police chief on Ben she wanted to Congress. You've been seen as a Of you know, he was a potential vice presidential candidate. I mean, you know, there's no small thing. Right, so I just don't know how worked up for freedom. I think this point in time, I wonder if they're too far down the past two. Thing sort of turned back to another direction, but but I wanna emphasis. I've seen nothing to indicate that they're planning their planning and diverting from their path as it now stands. Now that could completely changed, You know, maybe Maybe they do internal polling or whatever, and they include, but Yeah, The other thing you gotta remember is Of course we're we're still considerably far out. I mean, I know where the were in the day and age of the never ending election cycles. But let's understand. We're more than a year away from you Democrat primary so a lot could happen. A lot can happen. Remember qualifying official qualifying Isn't until you know right before the summer of next year, So I just You know, so if somebody could open a campaign accounts And say, Well, Mr Raising money for governor. You know, six months from now, I could just make a decision. That's not gonna work.

But yours take care that no, no. Used it on your right pocket. Yeah, sometimes it's better not to have to tell you. It's tough with tile because you really have. If it's a really windstorm, Tyler holds up to win so much better than shingles, right right with a written half and so most of time, it's really difficult to get a tile roof. Insured unless it's ripped off for you know, things are moved all over like what's gonna happen besides a large tree hitting it properly these days, and they will always stand 120 140 Mine are wins easily. What's your shingle roof? I mean, they say the world will stand 140 mile roof, they say will do 121 110. But the problem is the hips and ridges can't was stay in that. So then hips original blow off and then the field blows off. So it's all you know, we're Tyler's just a much stronger, stronger product. Mention 30 Year of 30 Year reverses 18 year roof, You know, almost last double interest. I love how they Well, that's that's why I want the metal. It looks really looks great. This What is the reason given from your both your opinions started. Dax? What's what? Do you hear in the reason behind the scenes of these include I think, Oh, bits put a big strain on manufacturing. That's one of the largest and there's I was talking to him was that different Cadillac the other day and getting an oil change, and they Fella told me that they have 800 Escalades sitting offshore, ready to be shipped in and they can't get him here because the microprocessors that are built in China are delayed four or five months. So it's just that I mean, that's one example. And then yeah, just a shortage of supplies and gorgeous FIEs shipping is a big problem. You know, it's still big problems. A huge There's AH structure Canada like there's some issues with some resin or something in Canada. And like a lot of my products that I used to buy, like $30,000 worth of a certain type of product just to get it. Otherwise, I wouldn't feel too tired roofs like there's no there there is no foam anymore. So so you think it's it was the disruption in the market of the manufacture. Canada's pretty much still shut down, so they're not. They're not shipping us. What? What American companies what they need, like the plane for me on the just the plain products itself, so we don't have a shortage of trees. We don't have a shortage of the material. We have a shortage of the process to get it here. So we have a backlog is what you so you guys think it's gonna clear up? Yeah, they're saying by the end of the summer Thanks to start going back to normal, like prices. I mean, you know that say they will come. They will. They have to come down here and you know, it's a commodity. I mean, what is the commodity? It's like gas. It goes up and down all the time. We're going back in with Dallas said about people moving here. Yeah, it's what I think people are they and it is Florida Somebody the other day was on the phone, saying, I think the market in Florida's gonna check back I'm gonna wait to buy. "Show. Okay. 20. Minutes after the hour. Bob France, sitting in for Larry Elder joined once again, by Christopher Roof. Oh, Christopher, Where's many hats carries many titles among them contributing editor of City Journal Where quote I cover Critical Race theory. Homelessness, addiction crime, another effect afflictions. And according to the bio page, my investigative reporting recently led President Trump to issue an executive order banning critical race theory from the federal government. That is an accomplishment and it would be an extraordinarily more important if President Trump Had won re election. Christopher. It may have been banned from federal government. It is not banned from our schools. It's a matter of fact, it is being mandated in schools, not just higher education, but K through 12 as well. Can you talk about the danger and the damage that's going to be done? To race relations and just to the mindset and the psyches, particularly of white Children. If they are literally forced Tonto, you know to become indoctrinated by his critical race theory. Well critical race theory in schools is something that I've been covering as an investigative reporter for the last several months, and I'll tell I'll show you how serious the situation is. By giving you a few examples in Cupertino, California they were forcing first grader to deconstruct Racial and sexual identities and then rank themselves according to their power and privilege in Springfield, Missouri, they were forcing middle school teacher Tol locate themselves on an oppression, matrix dividing features between oppressor and oppressed. And then in in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They were, uh, asking students and fifth grade to celebrate black communism on and simulate an Angela Davis Black power rally in order to free her from prison. Onboard list goes on and on. These are these are very extreme. On the last little example I'll give youse in New York City, a public school principal sent a letter to white parents telling them that they should be Advocate. They should become white traders and then advocate for white abolition. This kind of language is becoming commonplace in case the girl schools across the country. I think it's very reckless and dangerous. And we should be on on alert. Okay, Now, the real question Christopher is what does that mean to be on alert? What can we do? Quoting from your speech and the article and in promise that they took from your speech? Critical race theories of theorists have constructed their argument like a mousetrap. Disagreement with their program becomes irrefutable evidence of a dissenters, white fragility, unconscious bias and internalized white supremacy the supremacy, So in other words, if we try to say, Look, this isn't right. This is wrong because they have a B, C and D. It's just evidence of how right they really are. That white people simply cannot even understand the depth of their own racism, the depth of their own white supremacy. And and again as you point out, white fragility is well. So how do we fight back? How do we correct this terrible wrong? Even if we are watching out for it? Well, you know, the trick is to not get involved in a verbal argument, right? You're not going to do that. You're not going to convince supporters of critical race theory that the concept of white fragility or internalized white supremacy. Is a is a bunk idea. You have to act at the institutional level. You have to say you have to have your principal or or school board or superintendent simply cut it out of the classroom, and that's what Many school districts have done Actually. Florida Governor Rhonda Santis recently came out and announced that he was banning critical race theory from the case or 12 curriculum in Florida. I'd love to see every rate bred state governor in the country follow a similar lines. Would chew you and unfortunately that's a strong political move to make. And it's a very dangerous one as well. Because you you know you brought anytime you speak out against this. You run the risk of being called a racist and a white supremacist yourself. You are continuing to advance. You know the supremacy and the the discrimination against African Americans. That this country has always done. Remember this. You know this? Well? Well, of course, the 16 19 project. Argued that this country was founded as a slave nation order to be a slave nation and has never really really lifted itself Outside off that mentality. Which brings me Christopher Roof. Oh, to this question about anti racism, you know, it's funny how they have all of these terms, and they make them sound positive, like equity. Well, it's got an EQ u in the front just like equality, so it must be a good thing, right? Inclusion and diversity. Those must be good things. Same thing with anti racism well, who would be opposed to anti racism, But anti racism isn't really anti racism. It is demanding that white people join movements that they do not believe in and or, in other words, what anti racism is to me and Christopher is its anti white racism. It's asking why people to do things that they should not have to do or be branded as racist. Can you tell us more about that? Yeah. Yeah, I'd like to go back to the point about around the scientist and I think that it illustrates the question very well. Where you know during the campaign, you might remember that his opponent, Andra Gillum, accused him of being a white supremacist. A number of times. It was a huge story on Florida voters, though they didn't buy it. They didn't see any evidence of it, and actually, they punish Andra Gillum for making the false accusation. Delivered a big victory for onto Santa and I think that is a really a real model of how to fight. This fight is you have to be willing to get in there and take the punches. You have to be willing to. He called the names and you have to be willing to stand on principle without fear of being tarred by your opponents. And the question of anti racism is just another one. You can, you know. Ah, College ater reason he said. Well, you know what? I'm super anti raise it. It's basically a kind of playing a word game with these people. T say, you know what you can be against racism without being four..

"With the presidential election. In the rear view, both sides are already gearing up for the next political battle, especially in cities such as Jacksonville. This morning's Gordon deal has the story for speaking with Ari on Campo Flores, reporter at The Wall Street Journal. His species called in Florida. Many changes turn Jacksonville into political battleground. All right, this is a cool, deep dive here on on what has happened kind of set the scene for Jacksonville and Duval County. So Jacksonville is that it is actually the largest city geographically in the country on the largest population in Florida, up near the Florida Georgia line. And it's an area that you know has long been a Republican stronghold. It's an area that's cut up has had several Navy bases, you know, heavy military influence. It's culturally part of the South. And so it's long been a place that Republicans could count on to rack up some margin. But that has been changing in recent years and we've seen that shift happened gradually over. The most recent election cycles where it became the GOP margin became narrower and narrower than in 2000 and 18 in the gubernatorial race in Florida. Andra Gillum, Wanda County, even though he lost the state that was a big deal that hadn't happened in decades. And then this time around is a county went for Joe Biden again, even though by it and lost the state, But it just shows that there's been a significant Change a driven in large part by demographics and migratory patterns, but also the organizing efforts by the parties on the ground because this is now become a real true battleground in the state of Florida. All right, so get into those finer points. Then what changed with the demographics? This is an area that has long had certain industries like the insurance industry has long been around. There's been some there's some railroad, obviously the military so but over the years they they really built out some of these sectors. More significantly. So if we have growing, you know, finance sector is growing tech healthcare sector they have. Ah, you know, they're one of the of the few. Cities around the country that has a male clinic. Very prestigious health health institution They have, you know, George Bank has a significant office. There. There are there's a new There's a financial technology company that's building a new headquarters there. So that has Increasingly grown, and it's drawing more educated professional of some cases, you know, young, professional job seekers who were coming in to take these positions and settling in and they're coming from different parts. Of the country often times of areas that are changed blue. And so that has been one demographic trend that is that has played a role in this competition in flux. Of younger professionals, college educated, higher income white collar workers that we know are are increasingly associated with Democrats. The other thing that's happened is That there has been a out migration over time. More conservative, right? More affluent to have moved to neighboring suburbs that are have become very, very red and you know, and so there's been this kind of redistribution is well. Of the population. So those are kind of the major demographic changes that the area's undergone this morning scored in deal with Arian Campo Flores of the Wall Street Journal. It's 14 minutes before the hour coming up technology that worked and technology that didn't work.

"I am determined to protect our election system, which is now under coordinated a soul and sees the fight continues. All right. So the White House rightfully a spanking Democrat mayors and governors and politicians across the country for do as they say, not as I do behavior on covert 19. I I like the language that Caylee uses because she's so see it's Democrats, behavior and the looting of businesses and writing because, frankly, they belong together. I mean, Democrats have done nothing to shame them or call them out, so they otherwise we have to assume that they accept that behavior. Right? Deluding, obviously, you know is their defense of that is a problem to say the loose to say the least. But This is where they wag their finger at us saying You can't go toe dinner. You can't be with your friends and your family. Don't go have Thanksgiving Don't travel, etcetera, and then they turn right around and do it. And the media gives him a pass while criticizing red state governors who say Look back responsibly, But I'm not gonna require anything. I'm not gonna mandate I'm certainly not going to criticize you. That's the real issue here is hypocrisy. Here's another Democrat, Austin Mayor Steve Adler. He tweeted out that you're not supposed to travel on and you're not supposed to get together for Thanksgiving. But now they caught him the same day that he tweeted that hey, was apparently hosting his daughter's wedding in Kabul. San Lucas, Mexico with a large group of people times here, Now the photograph is behind him. He took a selfie and sent out his terrorist message to everyone in Austin to stay home. Don't travel Be safe. Be smart. He sent that message on his Twitter while in Combo and Kabo, you know on travel, telling usual people don't travel don't gather, and he's with a group of people by private plane. By the way, I don't know how that works out with the Green New Deal crowd. But nothing could compete with this one. Yeah, So here we have a politician in Hungary who says Do not Um, engage in any gatherings, particularly mass gatherings. He ends up going to a mass gathering. But this mass gathering is quite interesting. It appears to be a massive male orgy. No, it gets better. By the way, he is one of the most anti gay records you can imagine. He's a European Parliament member representing, um, Hungary's Fidesz party. His name is Joseph. Seizure. And hey, was actually caught after you know, lecturing people on covert 19 restriction restrictions, endorsing bands and gatherings. And after being known as one of the most anti gay legislators in Europe, hey was caught. Leaving in a male orgy. And he was leaving. It was busted by the police. He looked let leapt out of a window. First flowing, Okay, That's right. I'm sorry trying to flee. I don't know if he had his trousers on at the time. Yeah, s so, uh, He was in Belgium at the time, because that's I believe that the Hague is, uh yes. Haggis, the Netherlands. But anyway, the Parliament um has some sort of activity in that area. Back this activity. This was not sanctioned. And just just what happens after cocktails? It was November 27th, and it involves 25 naked men engaging in various sex acts. It was busted by police. Apparently not for the sex acts, but fourth fact that it was in violation of Copan 19 restrict rights that's bomb for you. Police say they saw a man fleeing along the gutter. How appropriate was bloody hands and a backpack. I don't even want to ask for the bloody hands came from No, but the backpack had narcotics in it. He was on our Caddick's. He had drugs. Oh, there's another Must these. Some of these areas don't have drug laws, but Ah, he used his diplomatic passport to try to evade. Uh, any sanction. Uh, And of course, he was injured when he jumped from a first floor window trying to flee because he obviously I knew that we would end his political career. Although You know, in Europe? You never know. You never know. He issued a statement that he deeply regretted breaking the covert restrictions not participating in the affairs that you know that he decried as a politician and not having narcotics on him. Just so he sidesteps the whole gay stuff. I guess. I mean, he hasn't hasn't issued a statement as to why he would be at an event that you know his political speeches. He said that those kinds of things were the bringing into the end of humanity. I was this is not just a something that's opposed to gay marriage. Just the pretty anti gay guy. Oh, yeah, yeah. But you think he's pulling in Andrew Gillum, where you just was like? Well, I hope people don't kind of put two and two together. Andra Gillum obviously lost the Florida Governor's race. African American married man hey was caught and I think of Miami Hotel room with a male gay escort naked. Both of them are naked, naked, and he had the escort was in a drug overdose and almost died. Gillam was vomiting and laying in his own vomit. Come on. You can't make this stuff up and all he admitted to was. I have. I have a substance abuse problem flexing on the e thought she was a girl. I thought it was a girl. I think you need to talk to your wife. I think there's another problem in addition to the substances But no, But here's the thing. What? What is that? With politicians who are so profoundly anti gay? We're barometer. Profoundly pro Covad restriction, OK? You can take either one of them. This guy just you know, he This guy just shot the moon. I don't want to do the check Fold boxes in this one. Check both. But both boxes more than weighs one, and it's the hypocrisy, folks. It's the hypocrisy. Um and so, but the media gives them if they're Democrats, the media gives him a pass. They're like, Oh, but it's a democratic. He was well intentioned. Yeah, You shouldn't have done that. But at least he's for the code restrictions. No, he's not. No, he's not. If you actually believe that there was a real risk, he you know all these politicians. If Newsom thought there was a real risk, he wouldn't treat his Children that way, Right? He care about his Children. If if if all these politicians cared about their family members, their elderly parents, etcetera. They wouldn't be engaging in this. So which is it? Are they that callous? Or did they realize of it Doesn't matter. I'm just shutting these things down. So people think I'm doing something. I think it's actually the latter. All right. We gotta get to the closure of schools in San Diego and give me an update on some of the interesting numbers on covert 19. Hard to leave this Belgian story, but we'll have to let it stay there.
