It's not packed. I mean, looking over my left right now and I see Saint He's I'm headed toward Anderson Township. So you know, I heard the traffic report on that sort of the jackknife. Similarly on the exit there in 2005 east, so You know, hopefully, when I get there, it's not completely impossible. But, uh, I know this is the road. I mean, they're not completely snow covered, but it's certainly there. There's a layer. Hey, John. Thanks, buddy. All right. Take care on Twitter. Tom. I'm at Lance McAllister. Tom says normal 25 minutes from downtown to Anderson took him one hour and 55 minutes, he says brutal. Yes, Absolutely. Let's go toe. Let's go to where I began my journey. Independence. Alison, How are you? I'm good. How are you this evening? I have survived to this point. Are you on the roads? Are you home? I am on the roads of about three minutes away from home. And road conditions where you are or what you know, I'm really impressed with independent means is probably the best that I've seen. The road coming up came from Dayton. I started out at four o'clock north of data, and they didn't get nearly what we got down here, so it's just starting to snow up there. And it was. It's just then I've done a lot of leaving and back routing. The highways are good lock. So it's been. It's been interesting right but shout out to independence and South Camden County because I can see road And they're mostly wet. Not really extremely snow covered. That is that is good to hear. And I appreciate your taking the time to file the reports. They say Thank you. Thank you..

The term he used was redirected his fan funds, and he now makes a trip made a triple last year to this year to see the Chiefs play and hopes the go this summer to Atlanta. To see the Braves play. There wasn't an online option toe surf and find things written about your newfound team. Now that's is easiest Could be I would make the case. With the Internet with fantasy with gambling. If there was I mean, there can't be a better time than right now to say You know what? I'm picking another team. Or I was picking players and saying I can't do this anymore. I hear Lance talk all the time of barrio paint his face of the freezer ball and growing up with the big red machine. Those teams didn't give my team at my age didn't give me those moments. I'm not locked in. I have no allegiance. I've suffered losing So and it's why I wouldn't push backing. I could. I couldn't do it, But I'm not going to push back against it. I could understand it. I'm not so sure if I wasn't 30 years old. And I wasn't doing this show. I'm not so sure I wouldn't be like Tim. Who assessed the situation. I love to his explanation. He weighed his options. Calculated his allegiances and he decided he was working harder to be a fan of the Reds and Bengals were working to keep him. And so he did something very easy in this day and age. Just pick two other teams and if they make him happy Who am I to say? You're the depth of your happiness is going to be very shallow. You're in the you're swimming in the shallow end of fandom. I just made that up. That was pretty good. That should be like a T shirt or something. Ah, bumper sticker if they still have bumper stickers, um versus I have roots. I'm like a tree that is firmly in the ground, and it's going nowhere when the wind blows in the snow falls because my roots roots go deep down into the soil. And that's not being ripped out of the ground to pick another team, But that's me. You're 30..

"On the express ways this afternoon is now in custody. This is the four o'clock report. I'm Matt Reese breaking now. Cincinnati police say that the driver of a semi Who has taken the police on a slow chase along I 2 75 this afternoon, is now in custody. We don't know exactly where he has been arrested. But we're assuming that it's on 2 75 not far from five mile or eight mile. The rig that he was driving is apparently sideline. Now it's a drama. That has been messing up traffic for lots of us on to 75 cents. About 1 30 this afternoon, this eyewitness told us from 2 75 before the five mile exit and there the semi was on the opposite side of the highway coming from Kentucky. And he bashed through some of the semi bash through some cop cars and was waving a gun around and he has a hostage in there, and he went through the center median and did a loop around and now he's heading back towards Kentucky. And there's About 30 40 cops following and trying to stop its a drama that we've been watching on traffic cameras all afternoon. Sandy Collins, one of them, Sandy, what's the latest? Well, it appears that he has been apprehended on 2 75 and taking a look at that. Oh, go map right now to 75 in both directions from Coney Island, all the way out to about eight mile is empty, so they haven't shut down. Apparently, that's where he's being treated. Hey, was apparently had someone in the truck with him. We understand from scanner traffic that it was his wife. He was trying to get her out of the vehicle and ask the cops to back off so that he could lead her out and let's see if we can hear a little bit of that video audio out. He is being irate because police are not listening. So eventually she was able to get out of the vehicle. From what we've been told. We're working to confirm all of these details right now to 75 appears to be completely shut down both directions in Anderson Township and all of the traffic in the area from what we understand from other callers is backing up on 4 71 and also on 71 coming out of Cincinnati. So if you're in the area I expected to be heavy not just on the highways but on the side highways and on the side streets as well. Okay. Thank you very much, Sandy, and then check the roads now. Latest traffic and weather together. There are other problems to report on the roads this afternoon AA and its construction related 75.

We understand from some unconfirmed reports. That the driver may have someone hostage. Now again. We have not confirmed that whatsoever. But if you are down near five mile off to 75 that roadway is completely shut down while the officers try To work out that situation. Otherwise, let's take a look at the rest of the traffic right now across the tristate. "Cunningham the great american coming up in about one hour is a woman from anderson township who stands with the anderson high school redskins and she wants to keep the nickname the redskins mice diamond wants to get rid of and called call blue birds or something but that's about anderson township in about an hour but until then you're a good friend and mine josh sprang who's with the homeless coalition in cincinnati and josh spring welcome again to the bill cunningham show how are you doing bill i'm very well josh this thing passed yesterday according to media accounts sometime this afternoon in california i'm ls which appears to be a ponzi scheme and a losing enterprise on my dad and josh if of time when we get done here google mls and ponzi scheme okay and it comes up the mls is a losing enterprise that doesn't make any money because of the lack of a tv contract but nonetheless give the american people your objections to mls coming to the west end well our objection is one development such as this inevitably leads to the displacement of people from their neighborhood because of rising market values to the folks in the neighborhood have clearly said that they don't want it not only because of displacement but because of quality life issues and three because what our city council voted on yesterday is to put a significant amount of tax dollars taxpayer funds towards this private enterprise breakdown these three on the market value rise on a board member of cmha than a good percentage of the housing or apartments or duplexes whatever and over the rhine are not market base because they're they're in cmha and i don't know what percentage it is maybe you have the number but if it cmha public housing the values do not go correct well that's that's actually not true so the values can go up and just because it is some housing might be publicly owned doesn't mean that it's protected from from threat of displacement and then of course you have you still have mom and pop landlords that you know run a housing that their neighbors can't afford and.

"Go there because that's really important to to what we're doing so so the restaurants than the other experiences the our new anderson township stores directly crossed the street from us skies own trampoline center so now be able to bring in kid's birthday parties rican poor can on and go bentsen the trampoline for an hour and then we'll deliver the camels over to them so the more the more of those great partners we have around us the more of those kind of packages experiences we can put together and it's it's really essential for our business and how much tang into that and getting back a little bit to your marketing how much of that business birthday parties end end up bachelorette parties and things like that how much of that is just coming to you now verses when you started it rather than you having to go out and and seek those parties and opportunities here in the beginning the party's resolve your we we heavily marketed we tried to promote we we knew that we knew that we are two of them over a fun and engaging experience sitting at the bar and and making these products but it gets even better when you are doing it with friends um and so whether it's whether to date night or or two girls night out or kid's birthday party if you're experiencing these cents together and you're talking about your mix is an all smell this annoyed the kinda mix these two together and it's it's just it's sort of it it's an exponential enjoyment of them of this situation so so we marketed the party's the beginning we really promoted them and now we don't really promote the parties because they just have a moment of their own every time we book a party of hitler.
