Nevada Athletic Commission approved the first LAS VEGAS UFC events since covid nineteen outbreak. Now we've all been talking about. It was going to be. I may twenty third me with The APEC Center. It was one thing to talk about it with certainty and now we have certainty that the event on Saturday and on June six can't take place in the with the backing of the Nevada state athletic commission which regulates the State's combat sports events. I think they'll then make a decision as far as June thirteenth June twentieth and June twenty-seventh all of which are supposed to take place at the APEC Center. None of which I believe are Tuesday night contender series which I think is a whole other animal. That's the the series events while actually not the numbered series of events but it could be an ESPN plus in ESPN or pay per view. June six is a paper by the way but the Thirteenth Twentieth and twenty seven. Just events are taking place in July. I think fight island becomes the player and that's a whole other thing but At least we know the six and this Saturday which is may thirtieth is official. It was had gotten past colby the month before. Boswell gotten past as there wasn't really anybody else. I guess you could argue. Well should we get his rematch but remember sometime in March or maybe even late February the Edwards Liane Edwards and Tyrone Woodley? Fight was made so all systems go. Everything pointed there. You could also argue that the COVINGTON rematch was a hot ticket as well but remember he was coming off a broken jaw he did. He did get finished. He can say what he wants about Mark Goddard but that that finish happened in. You know. I think you'll see seen. Everybody moved on now. Covington needs to happen again. Yeah I think a lot of us will agree with that. But did it need to be an immediate rematch? No it didn't need to be that. So no and then a streaking. Gilbert Burns of course made a name for himself. But I wouldn't consider him the the top contender or any any anybody close. It's it's those other three I discussed. Then we hear Dana White. And I think after your last one you said there might be something you need to switch up. How have you thought more about that? Or is that just something you said in the moment, or what do you attribute that to besides the fact that the competition was very very good in World War division. Yeah. I mean, the guys, you know, coming up, everybody's everybody's asking me telling me that too. You need to go out there and not more people out. Well, I'm like man, these guys are in another level. This is the top five guys in the world. You're not just going to go out there. And and and you know, put yourself out there to knock him out. But you're also putting yourself up to get knocked out when you try that stuff. So you've got to be very patient with these guys. But you know, one of the things that I've actually worked on as being a little bit more aggressive, not overly aggressive. What you see guys running and getting knocked out, but you know, stepping out there, letting them feel more presents the same way, I did Johnny hindrance. And that was and that was a mindset that I had when I stepped out there was to go out there, and just you know, to to you know, I had a lot of respect for for Johny Hendricks. But I didn't care. So many people think that he does not have much of a chance that he is the old guard taking on the new guard. I don't have the answer to that. Some guys aren't all bullies not everybody only accepts fights. They know that they can win some guys don't want to go out there and compete and test themselves, and if they don't have enough if they didn't work hard enough, if father time has then they'll pass the torch to the next guy, that's part of being the competitor, you go out there, and you do it. Anyway, perhaps that's a side. I don't know of Anderson has that perhaps it's side. But I think the other side, which is more likely. I think Anderson likes the match I think Anderson Silva who's had to go out there and has had overwhelming success when he can keep fights on his feet. Has always had to deal with a guy who's trying to take him down. Who's watched his highlight reels who's followed his career and who wants to get him to the floor. I think Anderson may look at this fight and go finally, you give me a guy that fights the way I wanna fight. We're going to stand up and fight. And the question of just how good Anderson is look we've answered the question. Anderson Silva is not going to die is not going to everyone. It's an overestimation. It is it is this tendency to Israel Tucson is. Now, the greatest striker who's ever lived. He's going to murder Anderson. So of a it's not the reality of of what's going to happen. Certainly, I think Israel Tucson is gonna style on Anderson Silva, I think he's gonna make that one look easy. He's not in any mortal danger. It's a fight Anderson. Silva's going to be fine. I don't think it's I don't think it's something to be up in arms about I think it's a fight. But yeah, Israel is going to be a big favourite. And he's gonna win that fight.
