It was an earlier concern with the ramp and traffic squeezing by, but everything has been cleared out. The Baltimore Washington Parkway in northbound between route 101 95, which is the exit for BWI Marshall, the right lane gets by to do to the work, all finding good, but there's some heavy volume that remains there, so it's slow going for sure. "Dot com. It's 9 O 8. Michael and sons peting tune up for only $69. Traffic and weather on the 8s to the roads we go inject Taylor so a little bit of a slowdown in Virginia going 95 north just Dale City headed into woodbridge that is it. Between Fredericksburg and Springfield, the only delay there inner loop still a little heavy coming out of the Springfield interchange up toward two 36 with some slowing as you go back up into Tyson's your lanes though reported open. I wonder if that were crew still down there. We couldn't see in the camera, but we saw the delay that's no longer there, 95 south, after 6 ten garrisonville road, they were scheduled to be there till ten this morning and they're just blocking a single right lane. 66 good to go Gainesville east all the way toward Rosalind, you're a little bit heavy, getting up onto the Roosevelt bridge. Slower though, as you leave 66 headed west on the Dallas connector road, headed toward work up toward one 23. We're definitely slow on the George Washington Parkway headed north from the overlooks to the work before one 23, southbound was a little heavy down toward the key bridge. Look for delays on three 95, top end right around The Pentagon, headed to and across the inbound 14th street bridge. We're slow in Maryland toward the district. Keeping an eye out, we'd had a work zone yesterday, was on 50 going west as you headed toward the district at the anacostia river, the right lane had been blocked, so do take it easy. Watch out Pennsylvania avenue at southern avenue, southeast are reported crash, D.C. two 95 south, slows right around eastern avenue, heading towards east capital street. Very slow still. Major delays Maryland topside outer loop, 95 to two 70. Unfortunately, the delay does not ease the Georgia avenue, because we have a wreck, a vehicle off the roadway into the ditch, two 70 north just beyond the beltway on that ramp along the right side so stay left on that ramp to get past. Two 70 trying to clear out little last gasp a heavy traffic leaves are banna heading down toward one O 9. Looking good between the beltways on 95, Baltimore, Washington Parkway, just a little heavy going south toward one 97. Jack Taylor WTO P traffic and your forecast now from Mike stifford. Just a slide chance for shower before noon, a better chance of showers this afternoon afternoon, he'll turn rather windy too, our highs in the mid to upper 60s. We'll see a few showers this evening after midnight showers likely with the risk of thunderstorms

"Granger for the ones who get it done. 5, 18 traffic and weather on the AIDS. Let's go to Wrench Hunter. He's in the W T O be traffic center. All right. Sounds like Maryland State highways out with a disabled vehicle, possibly a new abandoned vehicle on him a little bit about way right at the accent to go south on Georgia Avenue, but it is not blocking the ramp. You can make the exit there checking it out right now, So hopefully it's not gonna be too much of an issue. For now. It seems to be on the right shoulder and out of the travel portion, both on the rampant in the through lanes. Rest of the Beltway in Maryland. Pretty quiet As of late. "Serious of caravans through the city decked out in pro gun messages. Gun laws have gone much less attention this year. But that could soon change. And if your commute into D. C takes you across the bridge this week, chances are you'll need a backup plan tomorrow and Wednesday. Most Potomac in Anacostia River crossings will be closed as of six tomorrow morning and will remain closed until six on Thursday morning. That'll put additional pressure on the bridges that remain open, including both the Wilson and American Legion Bridges on the Beltway and those remaining open in town, including the chain and key bridges on the Potomac, as well as the East Capitol Street Benning Road in New York. Gavin new Bridges, Even if you can make your bridge crossing, there's no assurance the road you need on the D. C side will be open. This might be in the express lanes where they I think we're gonna be doing some work overnight on 66 between Haymarket, the Rosslyn Tunnel. There is westbound work that has been set up right over the top The Capital Beltway, and it's the sink. It should be blocking a left lane on The Beltway between playing in Alexandria. Washington DC may open early voting supercenter east of the Anacostia River

"About setting up early voting super centers around the city. But all of them set up so far have been west of the Anacostia. But after criticism coming from residents in Ward seven and eight, as well as some of DCs Pro athletes, there is another Super center. Now coming. The entertainment and sports arena in Ward eight will be another early voting Super Center for D C residents and the only Super center east of the Anacostia. It only happened after events, DC, was pressured by members of the Washington Mystics and other residents in the area. The Washington Post says Events DC hadn't offered the venue because it was being considered for other uses around the election. So it's not clear what the city's election board says all of its voting equipment had been divided between the cities. Other 95 voting sites, so it's likely a smaller polling place nearby might have to close to use the more spacious arena. John Doman w

There Is Some Terrifying Flooding in Washington, DC Area Right Now

"Flooding flooding unfolding unfolding across across parts parts of of the the Metro Metro area, area, Metro Prince George's County, Inter Montgomery County, the eastern side of the District of Columbia, Northwest Washington as well and parts of Arlington and that's where we will begin. George Washington Memorial Parkway is flooded and we understand impassable between four mile run in the south entrance to Ronald Reagan National Airport. That's a limited access by way, which means you're going to have trouble turning around. I think there's a wall on the median strip there, which means once you go north or south toward that area of high water, you might be stuck trapped between that rising water and the drivers behind you, And that's one of the many dangerous on a day like today, it's not as simple as just turning around. In some cases once you commit, sometimes you are stuck. You're put in a very dangerous situation. 3 95 South bound flooding before Glebe Road at most, only a single file. Getting by 1 10 under Memorial Avenue Impassable, Color says You can't get by north and South bound. This is also tangling Traffic on Washington Boulevard near Memorial Bridge, Rock Creek Parkway, Deepwater reported near the Kennedy Center portions of Beach Drive. In northwestern Washington and near Montgomery County near the Montgomery County line were flooded. There's at least one water rescue in progress right now, and there were a couple earlier last hour. DC 2 95 to 95 areas of very deep water single file Getting passed them along the Anacostia River. It will take time. Northeast Washington There is significant street flooding, even on major avenues like New York Avenue and Rhode Island Avenue. Some of the side streets with poor drainage, especially lower lying there going to be impassable. And so all the more reason If you haven't left your garage or your office place in the parking lot where you are on higher ground. You definitely absolutely do not want to commit to driving until That flash flood warning expires or is cancelled. Also in Virginia, Virginia, south south bound bound on on
