"Radio O'Malley James and you say every play at Jay T one and here Kane and Abel by the way that's KA and E and able and that is on destination records was a little Chicago label mostly garage bands and stuff like that Jim gold owned that label But Cain and Abel were a couple of guys Al Herrera and I think his brother I think Al Herrera was keen as I remember but breakdown and cry and Jim Holbein the guy who wrote all that wonderful stuff for the buckinghams that we've had on before and hopefully we'll get some time wrote that So there you go TJ will play your jitterbug married to 888-876-5593 88 88 Raleigh And that takes us to Jim on the north side What's going on Jim How are you doing tonight Raleigh All right how about yourself But I had a long day was turning to all the tidbits that every Jackie had all day long Building up until the 7 o'clock program Did you watch it Harvey an hour half worth of tidbits all day long Did you order into program Did you watch it No actually I didn't watch the program You watch it tomorrow Okay Online It will be online in perpetuity So check it out But one thing I noticed all day long I was I knew something was coming in from that program There's someone already complained about Eddie Schwartz Well nobody mentioned any schwarz Nobody had a tidbit Again as I was saying and you know Eddie was a friend and of course I really wanted to see him But here's the problem When you've only got 46 minutes in a documentary you're going to wind up playing clips from the people who most people heard And that's not overnight radio I mean it would certainly be my choice but that was the logic Why would you even have Stephen Johnny on there though Because they've done other shifts and they're well Yeah but I wouldn't answer it other than to tell you what they said And I think it's for over a decade And he did some things that food driving had in early 80s Well aware A tremendous Thousand cars come there that night I know Because I was in the line and I got there about 11 I've seen so many different personalities And there are already filled up the second semi and there are waiting for more semis to come Yep It's all true And maybe if they do more or there are more hours hopefully they'll include it but you know I mentioned it because again you know Eddie was a good friend and I certainly think of him but I can't argue with a logic when you've only got a little bit of time I understand that but I thought he was the biggest thing they left out Well but see a numbers that's not true And that's the name of the game For instance let's say you have a ten share in the middle of the night and you own the audience Well that may represent a few thousand people But if you have a ten share in morning drive that may represent a 100,000 people So it's a numbers game That's all But they said that he had like 300,000 over the week Every week Well yes I know but compare that to people who have cubes of over a million Yeah I know But he was my aunt's favorite Well he was watching him Yeah listening to him And she was not too mobile So she was up all night live Listen to daddy And she got me to when I was coming home late a lot of times I'll be coming home one or 2 o'clock in the morning I won't have him under any on the way home so Understand You know you're preaching to the choir with me but that's when you only have a few minutes But all the things all the different things you ran outside of the studio there At night Of course Tremendous Halloween stuff and of course All right Okay I agree And I'm glad you glad you bring it up That's one of the reasons I was talking about this tonight What you saw what you didn't see but yeah absolutely And if they have more time and they do another one I'm sure they'll include Eddie I believe me It was not an oversight for any reason other than time But yeah so I wasn't going to be there because all day long nobody had a ticket All right thanks for calling I appreciate it I got to find out what's going on in the news right now And we will do that on the WWE Champion You too on WGN radio.

"The roads not a big road. It's pretty small lane road so it's if you like driving to me i've driven all over the world and it's probably my favorite road i've ever driven. I enjoy driving. It's a good road but it's very windy. The other caution. I would give is as we were right at the northern and just probably up into skyline rather than down in the blue ridge. We were driving in the day as it's getting closer to dusk and i think we saw within the course of half an hour half a dozen different deer in the middle of the road for sure yet. There was one day in virginia where we saw three or four in one day right by the road. Were in the road that speed limit. Is there a reason. And there's not a whole lot of guardrails. Maybe keep your eye on the road and if you wanna look at the scenery ooh look at that. And meanwhile i'm not paying attention to the curves but as long as you take it slow. There's so much to see in so much to do. I can't imagine ever getting bored with the road when you say there's not a lot of guardrails but it's not like say driving highway one in california. Where if there wasn't the guardrail. There's the drop off to the cliff. Typically a lot of vices. It's because of the rounded hills. You're driving the ridge. Line often or just below the ridge line and i don't think i ever felt uncomfortable that oh my gosh. I wish there was a beer guardrail between me and oblivion or something like that. No i don't think that but it's definitely the kind of place where i personally prefer to keep my eyes on the road. More than i would like as a person who likes to look at pretty things all around me and it's tough because we did it last year and peak fall season. You've got these dynamic shades of red orange yellow green on all sides..

"Before rachel. Have you ever buy one before. Plenty log now. Never i think that like i have not. I think this is not the first time my wife has snuck went into the pantry. But again i knew they. They would sit there for four years. If i didn't use it up so i use it up. Of course. I bought them. But i was still curious about. How is this polenta tube shelf stable. Because it's like a cooked food with water in it. I was really confused. So i actually tried to do some googling about it. I couldn't really find satisfactory answers. I landed on this website. Polenta dot net for genero foods. Found my personal website for san genero foods and i looked at their. Faq there is also not really a ton of information there about the shelf stability so i emailed the information email address and i wrote them. An email and the subject line was clutch tube. Shelf stable. How we still use your syntax to shelf stable. How and it was amazing. Because while so first of all i just i just emailed a very brief aim. I said hello. I looked on your faq for this answer but wasn't satisfied. I am curious how is a tube of polenta shelf. Stable without preservatives. does the acerbic acid serve. Some kind of preserving function would love any insight. Thank you and within half an hour half an hour. I was so excited. I received an email from tony. Moscow of san genero foods and he was great. He said rachel. Our polenta is fully cooked. it is technically sterile when it is packaged though i could go on and over explain this all i'll try to keep it fairly brief. The turmeric acid a natural byproduct of wine making is used to control the ph while the acerbic acid is only there to help the product maintain color over the course of shelf-life says. Hopefully that helps to satisfy your curiosity. You have any other questions. Please don't hesitate to ask tony moscow. We tony muscular on this policy. I just love that kind of commitment to excellence. He linked to the federal regulation category of ah foods and you know if you see san genero polenta on your show. I think you should. You should buy it. I highly recommend. Could you just write back to that. Email rachel and say okay one more question. Then why am i so sick when you were telling me this amazing story and thank you for going above and beyond and a mailing tony scarrott popped into my head. She's been waiting his entire mail. And this isn't the only job. And he looks like the christina brother in indiana jones and the last crusade. He's been waiting for indiana jones asking him. You know this is the cup of carpenter and you just did it and toni can now pass on to the afterlife. But thank you. Don't want to die lost. You won't brother who stayed behind. That's wonderful wonderful. Once you have this beautiful shelf. Stable san genero product from tony. You take wrong. I just feel like you're always thinking about that. One says gee justice. Tony has been waiting for my question. You've been dating allergy. Oh my god it's happened. Could bring it up again all right so you think you cut your polenta loaf into coins. Get some jarred tomato sauce. Put it in his anya out of it. You layer that with cooked. Italian sausage Recode that's been mixed together with an egg layer with cheese. that's it. You make lasagna. I don't know she's just that's what i forget. Forget just why. Do i have record mind. I snuck a little. I snuck broccoli and spinach into this. Because like why else make lasagna. For your kids unless you can sneak some vegetables into them. I'm not used to this kind of cooking. But i i always have this respite call before like i always have fun with these sort of like sandbag. You know dinner in an hour type of things. And i have fun making it. I i will say that to me. The end result is exactly what you think it is to me. It's like room temperature. You don't notice it you know. It's not too hot cold. It's just something you ate. That was that was my overall takeaway. I think was a lot of work more. What's more work. Than i thought it was gonna be even without ricotta better. Because like i. I i never in my house i was like why the fuck to ever cuts is like you know trying to remember something. I couldn't remember thank you. Because the recipe so nondescript and i sort of love the way it was written i just clearly. You forgot because the recipe actually. I love how it's written just fucking meghan happened six steps. Just do it and it's a lot more work because you got to the sausage. I actually took out of the casing and you got cook that out. My actually added onions to it too. I added the sauce. I only got two layers. I have an enormous amount of. It's still sitting in my fridge. And i don't think will ever be eating. It makes a ton. I gave half. I knew right off the bat that no this is too much polenta lasagna. So i cut it right out of the oven and put it in tupperware and gave it to some friends. We still have a quarter of it. There's a. I don't know rachel. You told me i don't find this offensive in any way. I think it's like it's a it's a more meal and it's like i mean dave. Thanks too much work. But it's like it's pretty fucking easy. It's.

"We get a wage and we would be segal yet. One hundred percent. Rake back so you get fifteen bucks an hour plus fifteen you get thirty bucks an hour half of which was not taxed. That was what it was like. Twenty forty hold them. So i started doing that so i start playing. Then i became a prop. How'd you how'd you become a prop lead us just like walk up to the. There's a friendly place there and everybody. I was going during the day. So i found out how to do. There was a guy there that was like the prop manager had to do is really his name. Is robert turner. Actually he's effect. People know people in poker like that's an old time name. Brittany used to be the daniela grotto of day poker tournaments back like in the eighties and he says that he and limited he invented omaha which is partially true. Omaha being like four car oma. Yeah and they played it. As a high logo. I supposedly it was called nugget. Holdem i supposedly. They invented it at the golden nugget in las vegas the early eighties as a as a high low game and where became straight. Hi steve. I started off as limit. Anyways you can google the name robert turner's along storied history so he was the product manager and i just talked to him. He's like yeah. Just continue to play here and and you know will. And that's what i did. And he hired me in two thousand five and then really what happened was just dumb. Walk like they came out with this project like the people that were running. The poker room came out with this project at that time called live at the bike. Which was this going to be this. Livestream this back in early. Two thousand five this livestream of online poker livestream of alive poker game where they were gonna show the whole carts which hadn't really ever really been done before but never been done on a livestream. Now there's tons of them but they've never been on a livestream and you know really only really seen at the world series of course volunteered. They didn't i volunteered to be a commentator. They were going to try some of the props out as commentator sort of because they were already on the payroll. So they're like oh we can just dip into the. I think the owner was the owner of the project. Who is also sort of the gm person is probably doing something a little bit on the shady side by dipping into taking the props off of the floor. There's supposed to be the comment eight. But of course i loved it. I i volunteer to have always wanted to do that. And i was always good broadcasting. And that's how i got in mind. That's how i got my foot in the door with live the bike in my buddy dave tuchman and then we just basically started doing it every single day for four or five days five days a week for like two years straight and i had never really played limit cash but i got good at no limit cash by actually just commentating.

"Always lose that job for with angie the lots of people coming up and you can always find another job. I think the economy is is growing in singapore's the case we have seventy vacancies my company and there's not a disco companies. Still spend lots and lots of jobs out there. You find the right. Choose your family. I'm sure he can get out of losing. All your money in terms of my mother passed away. Two months ago body was resting at home for only our in. She was taken away by singapore casket which undertaker. My friends told me that. I should have left the body at home for at least four hours before sending it away up until today. I feel very regretful. In upset on my wrong choice. I was told not to do any renovations for at least one hundred days as it will affect the soul of the deceased. Is that true now absolutely wrong. Got greatest authority of other ghosts and other beings died need an hour half an hour. Few minutes is long enough to serve. Dispose of the body. Is nothing wrong with doing that. To toe that is just superstition to say you have to leave in for four hours or more. Usually when the person dies at that very moment usually the stream-of-consciousness leaves the body. If you really want to have evidence about that because the work of pim van lommel just getting sococo put into words and the ease andy and you get all the information about people who can remember what happens when they die. But soon as brian stops blind at that point you leave the body and so what a person actually declared bed. They've already left the body. So you can actually gave your organs to medicine. So they can actually operate you on you. Immediately to take out your heart or your corneas or anything else. Which they can use to help other people as a buddhist. You should not be afraid of that. In fact you're making even better good karma by making your last kindness and generosity at your death but being an all condone owner saving lives and creating huge quality of life. other people. so you can do that straight away. You done have to wait for four hours before they could take your oil because they commonly used by that. So don't be stupid. I'm an organ donor. So i've got my car in my bag. So now i am not a hypocrite. What happens when i die and please take all the orders you want from me. Don't need them anymore. So yes you can go an hour five minutes after you're dead you can get operated on or whatever so please don't be superstitious and you can get your heart. Goes comes every so pleased that the how does it look bag anymore. So please do is i. I work as a social worker for the past eight years of late. I few tired investigation to. What's the people who must help a home on helping. How can i help myself. So that can better serve. Others are very good question in social work. You can get very easily burnt-out first example this social worker that you should be like a dusting because you taking all people's problems on his the adopted so people modal there will be on you but you must be tasked with a hole in the passer so they unload their rubbish into you and it goes all the way out so when you come to your next clyde. You're totally empty. So that means you don't get fulop. Obviously that social rock and roll out with the problems and pain of other people. that's why they're getting negative. So you're carrying too much or keeping too much so you need to do some specialty meditation where you can actually learn how to let go more of just. The loss clots problems. So you can be free and mt to receive the next crimes problems so when you go you can be free and happy not to be a social worker when you go back home with your family. Good is believe in god with a capital g. and their end of the world. Now the bird actually said the end of the world be found in your own body the beginning and the end of the world. This is one of the stories. There was a monk and monk what happened to win. That's right he went flying to find. The end of the world of physical end of the world is night was rookie tests. He was the first monkeying spice true. He levitated you went out to try and find the end of the world and he went on and on and on confronted any died on the way obviously and so when reborn he was really wondering where is the end of the world and so he went to say these gods and he went to see the first of many levels of angels the first level. Of course he said. Now where is the end of the world. I try to find the end of world. It said we got to the next level of concert to the next level whereas he end of the world so we don't know this is actually the suits and so they went up to the highest realm of god's said where's the end of the words we we don't know but the great god problem. I'm sure he knows he knows everything. So so where is he. So we don't know but sometimes he comes. Sometimes it doesn't come so the mount waited awhile and he came. He said i've been waiting for you. Where is the beginning of the end of the world and this great ghor province said i am gone. The first into creates a the originates the move. The control of all the is and has been forever. More an amount that i never asked you that. Ask you. Where's the beginning of the end of the world. And 'cause i'm the great god brahma the first. The create the originates the powerful. So they've asked you that now westland other great the reason i look what my question was whereas the end of the world and got actually told the marcus and said no.

"Our words i could not be to. You mentioned the second half. And i always confused by it for that because one regards to the story. It's very simple. I mean you got a guy who was experimental broke out of the lavender running away from authorities meanwhile others in eagle version of them trying to track him down. That's the story that's all you need. Now gotta go there run runaway. Save yourself all that all right. Let's be a barbell. Maybe there was a reason. But i'll bring that mcginn point is that suppose does it need your wanna save more. Does exactly what you get. There is low timer to tell you how why l. to for you to complete a level but the thing is if you were die if he were to mess different obstacles the character doesn't the time has jumped or his daca slide is role as dash than you have. The option do eeo or does the tail Ever y'all number yield and the payer difficulty if it's the normal difficult dealing restart from blast spied untold before he died or something like that the harder difficulties though the more pressures put on you to the level that dying has normal is basically the training wheels. Were they'll give you warnings. Like al qaeda's the the the obstacle we're going to light this up. Accordingly to the buttons in the benefits are going to be displayed on the cyber Exactly which is line will then you get hired and even the hardest difficulty. They're all even be. No so downtime. Kind help you. Tire prepared jumps Everything am on the hardest difficulty billion and be additional obstacles thrown at you settle. It is a game that will definitely shown you and it's also data's very shirts were I see that as the debates for so many people whether or not a game is good based on. How long does it take for euboea. I don't even know. Why does the debate but it does. Allow me to say if you bought portal. One sucks because of his two hours line. This is not for you. You could beat this game than an hour half or distorting our lose that sure and i had to say playing it on the pc while running at one hundred forty four flames the second battle a it is a very artsy game. By the best best result. I mean the simple polygon league sudafed the art style. Our election mix live spider verse but also the music like grooves. Anything encourage you to keep playing nothing else. That's on track is great the jazz tunes play as you go through the course and even when it gets eventually the games may be czar. Like on one of the soundtrack by at is the next excellent musical piece on as far as other substance though besides completing the levels that a shorter announce you've outfits to change your character in a different cautions both of them by completing levels than you'll get these tokens of began. All the tokens are some extra outfits weather wise. There's not a lot of replay incentive. If you want to say i want your time trial or some other things that maybe some other letters contain. This does not is whether or not. You're going to enjoy those thirteen models. And i put the game was beautiful to look at because i it's having fun of his art direction that provides order that is so the different approach to rutgers in this regard. Besides this there are different types of levels. The only you'll be running on a stuttered like a skyscraper or you'll be a racing against a truck that will this try remy over a million different things that you know for a combination of similar obstacles. You face 'cause each obstacles even when they light up and say hey you got this. There was a sermon. Timing that you gotta put in rang like say you're jumping through Offense jumping through these boxes or something like that. Yeah timing sometimes. You can get do upscale from a different jumping. Stanford's opposed to having assertive bugging. I like that. The colors and like the way that the graphics are only visually pleasing game walking are poles make. It seem like it's kind of dark kind of cool. Same time i mean it is hopefully inspired by the point where the major will go super sale. There was a drone balls the moment in those games i e unions. Mammy fana power to. I won't be able to you. I enjoyed it. I mean it's a solid game. You know i do understand that. This will not be for everyone. I'm especially united a runner games. This is not something how old the over like there are other runners. i've played that have offered more consonant. Or maybe ovo west. The price by i might. I might in their discharge. Okay all the bus writer have more concert by the place. Aliveness for no. That's not what i'm saying is that there are people who are. They're not once stated game because it's sure looked at this ago okay. I'm used to play these. Other runners of these other bass wasting games are fast jumping gains. That have given me more. So i don't know where you your standards on that and the other thing is for pc game. There's no sevens menu which i found to be really odd analysis on councils to this is on every then this is even on the ps legs or cry you could play this on with a glorious four k resolution and legs done bass resolution. Everything united game. I appreciate quite a bit. And i say that you're gonna to support blacking. Doug's listen one. The do so you know. I know this is gonna sound like man. Why are you doing this. Not supporting diversity. It's not that. I really enjoyed those game but i never came out of a man. This is one of the best games of the year. And i'd i just enjoyed it it now. That sounds we would say. What will you say more than that. I mean if there's any real criticize on is that the jumping fact of those time it leads to some cheap like deaths.

You can print it all out so it's really changed the entire drafting process when it comes to these state lands 'cause i'm not having to compile the book you know document by document. I'm letting the software do it forming based off of the stuff that we've answered in the platform itself right in this elections that we've chosen so revolutionary does not take me you know when i was doing old Trust the old way it could take me. I mean depending on how complicated your estate was. It could be a month really for me to draft and compile all of these documents But with this system here we're just letting the software do it for me And we can get it done very quickly. I mean i've had emergency situations where i had to get all of it done in a day and i was able to just by using this platform well and And i know we're getting we're up against a hard break here and everything but I know a lot of the enriches are probably wondering to themselves right now. For what about the ten percent. Well i mean the other ten percent that's changed right you know. That's the one thing. Is we all know the change is going to happen right so. These people are in a flux And yeah you have to pay a little bit more attention and maybe this that and the other you need to work on it but for pretty much everybody that that ten percent..

"Things about the writer. I think that when this eventually does get to a plot by near the end of the film. That's also the worst part of the film and that's going to make me feel weird about the internals which is going to be more dialogue focused than this. So what. I watched the excitement for tunnels i. I don't think so to peel the same type of audience but second i'm out part were. I was very impressed by this film. But i never loved it. I get you more respect than love thing. You're like you're respecting the craft. That's being presented to you but it's not really your jam or your will house of a movie you would watch well like i think this could have been an hour half instead of an hour and fifteen minutes later there i would say there's about ten fifteen minutes i would shave. I would fell. Lay the the. I mean the activities and the scenes that they were go through. But there'd be employer. I'd be like okay. The audience understands. I don't need to linger the camera on a little more. I can go to the next thing. And that's my big issue with us is that it does carry some the issue the problems that have with pretentious art style filmmaking even though this is not late in one of those quote unquote oscar bait type films. It is a quality a well made movie. I do like. I liked the film. I would just not give it an oscar. Outside of best director and let less of the nomads could get enacting prefer but if not them. Yeah so i like it. I give it regular gun justin's like i'm gonna frigging kill. You like what. I was saying earlier. I i feel the exact same way i gave it. You know like a two out of four stars. It's not it's not the best movie of the year. I don't you know out of the eighth or even nominated the only two that i would want to win. Or maybe three but Is like monari or sound of metal or maybe promising young is better than santa mental. I'll definitely said you're out of your mind. I give it a regular good as well. Because of what you're saying i mean it's it's technically a great movie but afterwards it didn't have like God what an amazing movie like. I don't want to. It's not one that i want to read as it either. You know where. I would see promising young woman. Salmonella monari again but Yeah if if if it doesn't win that means childish out seven wins and effort. No no yeah. And i don't want that doing it off so i'd rather see manque inc win over the trial of the chicago seven. They in here. But i think nomad land is gonna take. Oh for sure. I think it is unless the only outcome. I can see of it. Not winning is if it. Because you know there's this whole preferential ballot for best pitcher now because of the up to ten nominees as if there's a lot of people that put it at number one but then a lot of other people put it like at number eight on you. You get something like monari or trial or kaz. It's everybody's number anybody that gets number two or number three and they're kind of more consistent. That's the only way. I guess i'm gonna give this the highest praise. I'm kind of with you guys. This is not like the greatest movie ever made. But i feel like the craftsmanship and how she made it almost like a documentary. It feels almost like a documentary. I mean if frances mcdormand wasn't in this this would be a documentary. That's the only thing pulling it out..

"That's a full one month supply. Although you don't need a month you will feel the power of green sleep the very first time. You take it like Jan said. Just about an hour half an hour before bed. It lows you to sleep. It works amazingly well. It is not synthetic melatonin, like virtually every other brand that you will see on the shelf. That's the breakthrough here. This comes from plants. It's naturally sourced. It's non GMO. This is the way you want to get your melatonin. From nature. You get to try it for less than $10. You're going to get free shipping even better than that. We're also including a free bottle of our number One best selling product by volume are amazing. B 12 energy melts Dr Levin. That's one of your favorite products when it was the quickie overview of the B 12 energy melts. Well, I want to take credit for this because I know we were talking about you know what should we give away with our green sleep, and I said, Look, You know the reason people want to sleep so well is they wanna wake up energized and ready for the day yet if they're low on B 12, are they really going to feel the benefits? And the answer would be no. Because if there was ever a health vitamin B 12, is it It helps us synthesized neuro transmitters. It helps us with mood with energy with sleep. With circulation motivation. This B 12 is a brilliant multi tasker and it's a vitamin You don't want to ignore. The problem is as we get older, we don't make us much B 12 either we don't make melatonin is well, we don't absorb be 12 as well. So getting that B 12 in there allows us to have that energy that perk that everybody wants When people come in to me, Doc. Walking to take for energy. You want an energy boost? You take the melatonin 30 to 60 minutes before bed because that's going to help low. You too steep. Keep you asleep. Get that restorative sleep and you add some B 12, so your energy and perked up and ready to go all day long. Yeah. Dr. Levin's right..
