"She puts on a great great show. But I'm not like a diehard lady Gaga Fan like others are and. Is there anyone on this concert lineup? They would be excited into C- at all Because for me the the appeal of a concert is seeing it live being there. You know singing the songs of people around you feeling the energy hearing what the person says in between songs you know. It's not something that's coming from their homes. Yeah I always feel bad because whenever there. Are these like mega concerts? There like the lineup is announced. And this makes me sound like such a Douche. But it's always like Oh my God. This may sound so awful. But I don't Care Maggie. It is always like incredibly mainstream acts that I don't really care about you. Know what I mean. And it's never radiohead. Yeah it is Never Rio head to mainstream act but then again I have had my cup in because like I've always thought like John. Legend for example is like totally generic and in the past. I've even said that I. I don't even know one John Legend Song you know but then you're just on well. I think by accident I mean I guess if you were shopping like a restoration hardware or something you would hear it but I have seen him perform various galas. This guy sound worse and worse by the minute various Gal Charity Functions. Because he does do that a lot which is great and I have to admit he is like an amazing before have been like. Wow John Legend you know that was. That was actually really good anyway. Billy Joel Amstrong is going to be there Eddie vedder not for me. The problem is also. It's like when you're like a Dushi music fan. It's also like the problem. Is that like? You're like yeah. I would've been excited to see that in. Like nineteen ninety whatever Like the time that I saw Pearl Jam smashing Pumpkins Open for the Red Hot Chili peppers. A dream and a nightmare a nightmare. Exactly but I digress. Maggie back to lady Gaga. You don't think like Billy Corgan singing right now. Could bring us all together. That's a good question I had a lot of concert tickets. You know for the next few months of you. Who are you going to? Yeah is there was going to see blood orange at radio city. I Love Blood Orange I was going to see the nineteen seventy five at Madison Square Garden. Wow I.

Because I've been here before you jump any anyway. How can you know you've missed out your loss here? So the also. Interestingly this area because of being one of the busiest ports in Europe at the time it was heavily bombed by the Germans again. Is You know in sexual bullets. I found an interesting thing. Guage put on the page on earlier or yesterday. Even that says the I'm one of the schools or the areas of bomb nearby Vulcan Street where US Park Doc bodies lined up there that like people were getting dug out and thrown there. That's why they stalled all the bodies on that street after heavy blitz so one of the bodies and just from the Yes. That's nice dispose them properly yet. I mean think about it like the dropped hundreds bombs and decimated entirely area somewhere. You just throw them in the streets. Isn't it matter that that's less than a hundred years ago. It's not like I'm forty two three three four etc less than one hundred years ago. This area was bodies just thrown in the streets in Sunday. Anyway the story as has been retold. Hold on a podcast very early on. But I'm gonNA tell it again 'cause Lou Lou gala a luminous a lot of new listeners. Barry who who owns this place we wanted to interview tonight is other bereavements fans so we may interview one of the guys on the desk lights but anyway because we're so professional you just kind of hoping he'd be it so I spoke because I do. I go into places and say is this place. Owns a client bias. In a few hundred it is. Yeah Yeah. Of course I said Saberi is the place haunted and he said. Why'd you ask just interested so we said well funny you should say ah I started this place in the seventies? He bought the lease for the building and he turned into a recording studio media noises outside already. Recording studio set an opening with his mate called a think has made was called Brandon or brandon. One of the two he said I'm not reshapes. Their battery develops but one at a time. It starts coming to open up the the place and they wouldn't speak to each other now even tell us I'm interested. You said bought one day. He got phone call to say like he has an open door to open up so we opened up and one of the band's apparently saying like outside so we turned up fuming the way whatever Brennan he didn't know and then it didn't settle for full week and for two weeks and the police came in and said we found a body and that's all he said I. I didn't ask them how what happened. You just kind of alluded to the fact something had gone on anyway. It does doesn't it. Yeah exactly yeah. Yeah Yeah. So he said body said it always upsets them not never made friends before he died. But you kind of acceptably used to ride his bike to work this fellow he said Monte either one of those bikes just the that like it was left in the place. He said Monday. Thought you know and just to be nice and so we've got to be in here. You talk parties bike and went into each one of the rooms like excited now part Tis bicycle down and then cemented over all of unusual. Loof well it is unusual for people. Thought Noah like they take it about. I'm absolutely rated race of the Nice way so that he'd have been on the bike completed. Full Bike Yep alive as well anyway. That's up the floor above us. And then he cemented over those pieces. So that's the deathly couldn't got it could reveal you'll notice where on floor JAG now. So it's like flawed two three four five when afloat J. J. I don't know why I think it's the car and then bef which is for Brendan's flu not so purpose so absolutely no logic also no logical book anyway but he went on to say about a week after he was downstairs in on reception whistle come from upstairs and he knew easily forgot that the NFL was that and just assumed it was him upstairs in the told tasted it whistled stopped. That's when it dawned on yet more or less that incident number one settings called. It is colossal three in the morning because this guilty go enough money came in with his Mrs. Because you go into all the gale like you can see in this this room here like Amstrong cats and all this was all out into every corridor right and the new of is packed away nights because they don't he said there'd feeling voices coming through the APP so going back to that one why on. "A added a few things duty drivers i posted any announcements channel i won't go over that on the stream but you guys can go look indie premium announcements gentlemen cd additions that i made there as well in addition a currently working on not only the next pdp module but also the next indicator that i've alluded to a little bit that should be coming out here fairly soon an vip ask me anything is going to be scheduled for tomorrow evening at the regular time nine pm central daylight time so i'm looking forward to seeing you guys there again you guys make sure you post and then asked me anything channel i will compile the answers and we will talk it out all live together as we do every single week so all right guys we've got a fantastic show over yesterday we're gonna talk about be china american trade war we're gonna talk about the devaluation of the united states currency gonna talk about reasons why bitcoin is excuse me reasons why bitcoin is soaring were gonna talk about the future of bitcoin talked about current price action in trading strategy in addition were also we're gonna talk about money laundering were gonna talk about facebook's amber gonna talk about we talked on this before but i wanna cover it in more depth and i wanna cover it with a little bit more nuance in that is going to be whether it is more profitable profitable to trade all against bitcoin or the trade all against you sd in what certain marking conditions that is true in what market conditions that is untrue so we're gonna break that down now bear with me guys i made a few changes to my studio i also made a few changes to my hockey is in fact coming right out of the gate i missed the hot tea just start recording the session so scott if you're listening i know that you are sorry about that but we're gonna have to do that in another way an for some reason the life split isn't working exactly how i want her to soldiers tap the work on that and tweak that so bear with me guys if i happen to make any stakes in any mistakes today like in my speaking or if i happen to take awhile transition between the scene because were just adjusting to a new set up so anyways guys let's let's get right into the show and we're gonna start off today as we always do by tipping somebody some crypto of course yesterday is a crypto comments giveaway winner was dark rico show that you might get sir i i love you to scott i of course dark rico i wanna thank you so much from not only being a member of our community but also being a member of are group hope you're doing absolutely fantastic and you were joined the crypto i sent you a way an today were gonna do the same thing so yesterday's video was bitcoins biggest threat is here and it is not what you think fantastic engagement from the chat yesterday fantastic comments left on the video i'm looking forward to awarding some crypto here today for that engagement and really if you haven't seen yesterday's video i highly recommend you go watch that because we talk about what i feel is the biggest threat at two bitcoins future as world reserve currency as actual network that we are trying to build all right so gonna grab earl from yesterday's video and i'm going to go over here and let's go ahead in transition okay so here we are live and we're just gonna throw that url in their endless some comments and we've got twenty nine unique winters who could possibly win so congratulations to the future winter and we're gonna randomly pick a winner ding ding ding ding bomb an actually interestingly enough aaron web is the winner who i think left d most thought provoking an engaging question i have is a very long comment so i'm not actually going to be able to read the entire thing on the stream or we'd be here for far too long but essentially and i know this air on the web at pointed out be danger of compromising with government because they continue to take if you give them an inch they will take a mile and potentially the way i interpreted his message was that on issues of digital privacy and security this is an area where we as enthusiasts and advocates for digital privacy and security need the plant are flag in the sand need the staff you know need to need to draw a line in the sand need a plant are flag in the ground and say no you know what on this screw you guys were not gonna let you have this one we are going to win we're continue to push forward and we're not gonna compromise with you and if this is going to be the thing that brings us to the boiling point then so be it so congratulations to go hello potholder so congratulations to you aaron web a thank you so much believe in the coming and then thank you so much for taking the time to ride out such a well thought out argument if you get a hold of me in the discord adjusting wise fifty six ninety six i will be some crypto okay so a moving along yeah just just again after bear with me a little bit of changed a change scenes in screens and all kinds of things about okay so if we take a look at the live scene right now and let me give this refreshed because i wanna make sure that this is accurate so again you know things come into context when you look at the daily chart when you actually look at a longer term price action and not focused so much and individual fluctuations in the market of course that is going to be your particular edging the market if you are going to be an injury day trader but if you are a swing trader or a longer term position will traitor like myself then generally you do not want to look at such such small timeframe at least for the purposes of generating long term or nesto term directional biased now there's nothing wrong with trading lower timeframe there's nothing wrong with being injured day trader although you are going to be fighting uphill battle when you analyze you're statistical edge in terms of pnl overtime time intraday traders how much higher failure rate then swing trader sarah multiple reasons but that's i think the primary reason for this is psychological drain antitax offer for somebody who lives in the one two three minute chart for several years when i traded for i can tell you this that is extremely psychologically demanding an as i said earlier but i repeat myself i think significantly contributes to be downfall of traders i think that significantly contributes to be 'em to the failure rate of traders because they're just not able to human beings are really designed handle that level of multitasking to handle that level of psychological strain on a constant daily basis and i think this is why ninety percent ninety five percent of traders fail i think the number might actually be higher it might even be closer to ninety nine percent if you actually look at what traders start start now in are profitable after year or longer is a very small percentage of individuals who end up winning this game who end up making this game a profession and the reason why i do the show and the reason why i share my knowledge and experience with two individuals is because i have done well in my life and i wish to pass my knowledge on and the best way that i possibly could to the larger community because i think the crypto currencies the future i think it is highly profitable asset class the trade and i think it is not too difficult leach rated as long as somebody knows going in the correct way to situate yourself psychologically indecision santa scituate your statistical edge in the market as well educate you on how to construct the system works now now one thing that i noticed thing with my contacts today i just decided i put my contacts tax in for a free really no good reason a my vision is a little blurry so not terribly not terribly i'm hoping the my eyesight comes back into a little bit more focus but if i go put some eyedrops then i'll put some cool music on and hopefully you guys all bear with so you guys can see the the bags under my eyes that's not because of lack of sleep that is because i don't get outside as much as i probably should a sometimes like a slow moving on moving right along so let's start off with today's analysis as we always do get into bitcoin so let's go over to the bbc yossi terms so i am not super rent i cannot deny nor can i verified the validity of that statement sir i cannot i cannot verify that i am in fact super man nor will i be able to actively deny whether i may or may not be the man of steel moving right along you guys are awesome i love you guys are so getting over here on the bbc you sd chart on bits stamp a minor from lack of sleep scott 'cause you're working so hard okay so let's look at what we've got going on here on the bbc each right now still not interested in taking a long there was obviously an intraday position to be upside let's look down on lower timeframes and see where we could have gotten that signal will start off on the thirty minute timeframe and seeing if we would have gotten indication of take the intraday trade today upside 'em let's see here so starting off about zero zero you dc is is is the closed so this is price action in between the closed and now we have eight bullish spike pretty much generating the beginning of today's candle and then we have consolidation in one last little after us now of course we do how they long signal do have along single coming in here on the thirty minute timeframe but if we take excuse me if we take a look at rio eighty are real a dan cam don thank you so much for v groans my man coming fast and hard amstrong with the ten krones good man let me pull upstream levels 'cause i did not for some reason have that open and i always wanna have that open so i don't forget anybody's will put that right there and the other thing i wanna do is popped out which is because for some reason sometimes things can get lost in the says us lots of technical term that is a technical term okay a so i wanna thank a so first off don cannon thank you so much with a super chat man jesse hi jay thomas roger roger thank you guys so much following the community over there on you to an why angie miles things were falling over there on twitch my good friend.

"Does put it in perspective. Yeah. I what I look hundred idea what the hell the Mets don't. I honestly I mean I at least try to do something. I mean I don't know. Mickey Callaway is going to be around here, much longer off, Dave island said something to piss somebody off. I have no idea what why all of this goes down. And why it's I know I know that as far as underachieving on this baseball team. It really resides within the I would say I the bullpen and then these starting pitching. All right. And you have these guys that are supposed to be so good. And so many of them just have not lived up to the hype, including Syndergaard, Wheeler, and mats. And, and of course, Jake had one of the greatest years of all time last year. So I still think that he's having a good year. She's not having the off the charts great year. So there is a problem with that part of the team. And I guess they feel like this is what's going to work it out for, yes. So Pete Alonzo's first manager Mickey Calloway born in nineteen seventy five. Phil Regan's first manager born in eighteen ninety seven before flight and the Concer in the same. Like, why can't the match just fail? Normally why does it always have to be like the with cream in the cherry on, like you want assessment? This kid like, like tear a calf while working out. He's got a full on hold on his ranch. And then people don't even believe that, that it was on the golf course the Mets just can't fire the manager and move Jim Riggleman over. They got a fire the bullpen coach the pitching coach and hire who is legally drinking in the forty. We tell me what you just fail like normal team failed. Why is it always have to be a joke to stand out themselves? They hired an agent to be the general manager was an outside the box, higher things in least we're going to be different. And I say, can I say, this is exactly why sandy Alderson was put into place major league baseball understand because they were frayed that if left to their own vices? This is what was going to happen. Yep. You're absolutely right. And it's just I was just out. So glad last night, when RJ Barrett was picked. And finally, finally, a Nick, pick was actually cheered. Yeah, it was walking up there, and he looked greatness, pink suit and everything else said, all the right things is dad is played at Saint John's here as mama grew up in Brooklyn. I mean, come on this guy this guy. The more I think about it the more on like so, like jacked as a knick fan that they stay the course and they picked this kid. He looked great last night said all the right things everybody you talked to about him. You know, he's, he's gonna love the lights of New York, and then even listening to his dad talk last night. Saying, hey, you know what my son's going to work harder. He's going to get bigger. He's going to get stronger. He loves basketball. The whole new moniker in sports. Do you love the sport that you play in this obviously does knick fans? You know, they showed them the love last night. Yeah. Which you never say never to fan bases that have had some draft. I guess fortune. Now that is change. You usually NFL draft jet fans. Always their pit that has not been the case. The last couple of years, generally the knick fan draft is in New York like it was last night. They're booing the hell out of the pick. No, it was all cheers this they wanted. And I thought that the interview with him right after the pick was made with his dad's standing there and him saying. This is what you want. You want to see your son be able to do this. I'm proud of you, son. I mean all these things he just he is he is everything you want at this stage of his career. Can we project that he is going to be a ten time all star? No. But as it looks this morning, the Knicks drafted the right, of course they did and everybody's happy with it. And then comes the Windhorst thing about Kevin Durant, which is so fascinating to me. Maybe he puts it out. They're just so sick with the rest of us. We'll talk about it. And, and makes for good fodder, and it's a, it's a good discussion point because if you didn't see what he said, Brian win horse on ESPN basically comes out and says are look, here's what's going to happen with Kevin Durant. There's a scenario where the Golden State Warriors, with kith Kevin Durant, the supermax deal of two hundred twenty five million or two hundred twenty one million over five years. They've let him rehab as Golden State warrior. And then come to an agreement where they sign, you know, basically trade him next year. To whatever team's gonna be stupid enough to give him a super fax them for four years. That would be like so mouthpieces. In regards to the general manager of the warriors, they all feel terribly hurt himself, but give him a supermax steel and then train them. Well, what, what, what team is going to be stupid enough will actually, I actually think that the warriors would be kind of smart because he's going to leave anyway, at least you protect yourself from him leaving without getting something, he's got a thirty one and a half billion dollar player option right now than he can heal has until June twenty nine to make the decision that he ops out as much as I admire Kevin Durant as much love Kevin around as much as I was hoping to see Kevin Durant in the knick uniform, if he signs, a super max deal with Golden State, and then the next side or the nets the side to trade for him. I'm sorry, man, you're going to this guy is going to be thirty seven or thirty eight years old contracts going to take him to that. And he's a seven footer with an achilles. It's absolutely. Not be idiotic. Yeah. Now, I don't really care what the Golden State Warriors, they want if they wanna have. They wanna be idiotic enough to feel bad enough that, you know, he blew out his achilles on the on the court, and they want to pay him. They, they want, I don't care, but I just don't want the Knicks. I don't care what the Mets either for that matter. I just don't want the Knicks to go down that road and have themselves Amstrong with a supermax deal for guy that has never played, by the way, you're going to have to give up assets, again, as opposed to just paying the money that goes down that, right? I hope it does not go down that route. I mean I could make an argument with the next offer the four year max deal. And one of those years he's rehabbing. And then you got him for three more. At least he's relatively young. You don't have the extra two years in the back end and you don't have the extra. What is it forty million or fifty million of the back end of it per year? Just the, the extra fifty nine I feel bad for Kevin. I feel bad for him. I feel bad for the news. Ryan callahan. I know you know who he is. But his career is over with Tempe, light. Earning, a former New York ranger captain, and these things happen. Sports guys get hurt. I mean Peyton Manning's career ended early because he got hurt really did come back and win that Super Bowl. But obviously it wasn't the same player in just got enough himself to win a championship. That's good. I, I don't know where win win horse got that I guess that's one of the possibilities that could happen, but not for the please. No, I, I actually I felt refreshed in happy as Knicks fan. Did I really did things and I know we've gone through some negativity not winning the lottery and Durant injury. All that. I've now put that aside. And I just I felt good about RJ Baruch being selected the Knicks fans being happy and then having the cap space and then having picks and trading away picks for older players who are very expensive yet. It's not gonna happen as quick as we thought it was. But they're still in a great position rebuild this team, which is something you could never say about them in the last ten or fifteen years. And I'm telling you, we're in about a year year month. Mutt sixteen eighteen months of the ranger rebuilding. They're doing it right. And tonight his capital Cocco for the Rangers. Yes. Well aware. Yes, I know you're well aware, and that means Jack us night for the devils, which is awesome for the devils, which is awesome for us who love hockey in this area because you get to top players and this is never happened in the history of the devils and Rangers, where one or the other or both I should say have the first second pick overall so Shiro is gonna make the. For the Rangers. It's going to be used for the devils, and it's going to be Cocco for the Rangers and away we go. And those teams are doing it right. The Knicks have got focus in on that. And that's how they got to try to do it now. Yeah, there's any the only guy that I would go out after and try to sign because he'd be the franchise changing player. It's leonard. I don't think there's anything the Knicks can do to be able to go out and get them, but I'm not spending money anywhere else. I don't think that it's important enough right now without Kevin Durant to use those MAC slots, just because you have them. I mean there are players. I like I do like to buy me Butler, I do like Kemba Walker. But I just I don't feel like the Knicks channel using those max, lots those guys can't, essentially, I don't, I don't know, the answer this, and I probably should know the answer this, because the sitting but I don't know, it can't Toronto signed, quite Leonard and to assign and trading supermax deal up there with him. And with trade them away and away. I wanna be wouldn't be I think, because he got traded there, I think that it's it wouldn't be a supermax as okay? It would be a max deal, though. And they'd still be able to supermax. Explanation of by the way. And this is something that we say every single year, but the NBA draft lottery, and the NBA draft, it's so confusing and there's no reason why they have to do it this way where a guy gets drafted puts on a hat. And he's already that pick has been traded weeks. That's it. Yeah. And then they don't explain it sufficiently enough, because they still have it up there on the big graphics that the Lakers, took this guy at four eight and take them at for. I mean. And that pick had been traded from the Lakers pelicans to the hawks once once the finals are over and these teams should be able to make trade. I don't know why the NBA does it this way. I'm sure there's make trades not a fischel still stupid. And to have a guy go up there like deandre hunter from Virginia put on the Lakers knowing that he's going to end up going to the, the hawks. It's ridiculous. Well, it was great. Even just Adam silver looks like an knucklehead Steph, next guy that hat on and on. And everybody else about it every year, and they're totally confused. And then all of a sudden nothing happens in the next year. It's the same thing and the thing about that Lakers. Pick was there was three different teams who had it the Lakers had two teams ago. It went from the Lakers to the pelicans in the Anthony Davis trait. And now to the hawks, and it's got Lakers all over the Andrea hunter Lakers. You're not playing for the lake. You're not going anywhere near the Lakers to move up the league. League year. Whatever you have to do. I mean I can't even imagine. There's people that are still confused them. Sure. Like what in the hell wait a second? I thought the Laker we got eight Davis, Laker, fans got traded that pick that we got this guy to this. Great. That's unbelievable. Somebody out to genius about tie-in Williamson, we'll get twenty million from New Orleans, RJ Barrett, sixteen million from the Knicks, and Cam rightish will be getting eight point six million dollars. From the Atlanta Hawks so that to their second. Pick was the hawks. Yeah. And, you know, the interesting thing there is a wonder if any of them will pay back for going there play, you know, think so, right. Yeah. And it's, it's interesting. So Zion Williamson would have been a billion dollar player would have been really the buzz would have been great. And every you know, if he would have come to the next and all that other stuff. But I don't know if you saw this Zion Williamson and his family are being sued for one hundred million dollars. Yeah. So he's already getting conflicting advice from somebody in his inner circle or something. He initially had one agent and then. Decided to go with CA in the initial agent is all upset, and she suing and it's already a mess. Yeah. But a guy like that there's going to be a lot of hangers onto already a mess, and about RJ Barrett. It seems like it's for lack of a better word stable. Yeah. So far, it's been absolutely stable. So, yeah. In this guy, this wasn't a Al play whoever, for whoever picks me type of attitude with RJ parrot. I mean he said, I wanna be a New York knick. I want to play here that is a refreshing to hear that pink suit made me happy last night. It was just great to hear the same thing from Capela Cocco tonight. Range on. Yes. I want to be in the New York Rangers. And I wanna play at the garden. Yes. All right. It is boomer and geo on the fan. CBS sports network. Just getting started on this Friday morning. The Mets and Yankees. Talk.

"I'm Cathy, Volmer WLS AM, eight ninety news. Thank kathy. And thank you, Bobby Sissy excellent job. So the president was out that any said look, contrary to people are saying it's not the apocalypse is not end of times on the board of their. We're not doing anything that big Mr President. We're not doing anything very big as far as what we need homeland security. That's exactly what we want. There's no better term. There's no better name we one homeland security, and that's what we're going to get. And of course, when you're being criticized for strategies down there on the southern border blame the other guy, President Obama separated the children those cages that were shot. I think that were very inappropriate. They were built by President Obama's administration. Not by Trump President Obama had child separation. Take a look the press knows it. You know, we all know it. I didn't have I'm the one that stopped. It. Guys, becoming more and more frustrated. I kind of understand why each and every day it's going to be Amstrong run here. It's going to get more interesting that less understand. So then up over there on Capitol Hill yet a couple of hearings going on one regarding tax returns and the other one. Of course, we had our AG bar sitting there in front of a subcommittee. Actually was there to discuss the the department of Justice has budget. But of course, Democrats has to win it. We're going to see the mullahs report handed over these special counsel was providing the report to the attorney general, and I was making the decision as to whether to make it public or any part of it public and in my judgment, and it was important for people to know the bottom line conclusions of the report while we worked on necessary. Reductions to make the whole thing available, calm, cool and collected. And unlike the former acting attorney general who looked very nervous in front of congress. This guy is studied and you can't really back the guy. Into the corner because he'll wiggle away from yourself real you. Or will you not make the report public and win the first pass it? This is going to produce a report that makes these reductions based on these four categories, and that's something that I am hoping will be available to the public. I'd like you, sir. If I may play in the part of a democratic congressman, I'd like you to say a little bit more about those those four categories I've already laid out the process that is going forward to release these reports hopefully within a week, and I'm not going to say anything more about it until the report is out. Everyone has a chance to look at evidence. Hold your horses reports coming out it'll be mildly redacted, but everybody Mabel us report for their own purposes. Trump has reelection campaign Republicans that want to support him and Democrats believe me there's going to be enough juicy details in there for you to get your. Yeah. Yeah's out as well. Mitch mcconnell. So I. I think it really gets down to question whether you trust Bill bar, not, and I do, and I think he will get.

"But they do have the money another weapon for Andrew lock. You would think it would work because he would respect luck. But he doesn't respect Rothlisberger. Why would he respect like how many quarterbacks in the NFL? Do you think Antonio Brown would go to the organization and really respect the quarterback? I can think of maybe three. Maybe I don't know. May might just be Tom Brady might be Tom Brady. I would think Aaron Rodgers. Maybe Russell Wilson. But I don't even know about that. I don't. Yeah. I genuinely don't know might not it might be zero. It may be you may not even be Brady. It'd be the one guy who comes here and thinks he knows more about winning Super Bowls than Brady your belch. I don't want. We're not charging Antonio Brown. He's a phenomenal. Tracks for his personality personality. We shouldn't let rothlisburger are scholars off the burgers a pain in the button in the Steelers organization deserves to be absolutely raked over the coals on this. I mean, this is this. They've let it get to this point. I mean, rich. This Rothlisberger and fifty two children right demeaning Brown and deservedly so deserves to be maligned for for his personality and the things he said, and and being a pain in the ass. And that's why a lot teams don't want him. But really the Steelers to take a massive hit ear Tomlin should take a massive short rothlisburger taking here. And I forget what they're GM's name is. But he should take Kobe. Yeah. They all deserve some blame here, especially the coach. This is what the coach is supposed to let this culture sorta run amok get these two personalities together in Roethlisberger's run offensive coordinators out of the building. And what when when we powering the quarterbacks to me it's still Brady. Rodgers at the top and Rosberg is not as good as them not. I'm sorry. He's not. He's just not as good. Those guys are better. Drew Brees is better. Drew Brees might be the other quarterback that Antonio Brown would go there, and maybe respect 'cause he also has a strong coaching Sean Payton, I think you kind of need a combination of a strong quarterback Amstrong coach to kind of keep Antonio Brown focused on the job at hand. In Green Bay doesn't have that. Now, they have. Needed. Does get a colts. Frankly, I mean the first year head coach I like the second year. But we don't know what's he gonna respect Emmys and won Jack. Right. Yeah. So and neither has in Tonio Brown. No. He hasn't. He act Lagasse. He has these you know, what he's on what the shop with LeBron James. That's that's gotta be something for a player who's a few years younger than LeBron James probably looks up to LeBron and say, well, I'm sitting down LeBron James, and these guys I've made it, you know, Ben Rothlisberger is not sitting down with LeBron James. Oh, that'd be an interesting conversation. Yeah. I don't think that would that would go. Well, I share LeBron does not like new. Sumptuous payrolls LeBron. But I know we over inflate the patriots lot here because that's that's what we have one six. And they do deserve praise. But I don't think it's hyperbole say they would never let this happen with Tony. They would never get to this knowing where it's such a disaster. And the guy's going on talk shows he's going on Twitter. He's blasting people. It would just it would never happen. Randy moss came here. Two thousand seven incredible two thousand eighty was still good with Matt Cassel. You're still good with Tom Brady in two thousand nine. He looked as interested in two thousand ten because he was talking about contract contract contract. They let him go. And I think Antonio Brown now is better than Randy moss wasn't two thousand. Yeah. I agree with that thirteenth here in a little past his prime, but still the three years before that he was incredible. Especially in two thousand seven they said, you know, what no fence just not gonna work out here. You know, they they built a culture in. This is how you have to play. This is how you have to fit in. If you think you're bigger than the team, which obviously Antonio Brown thinks he's bigger than the steel. Does he know the history of the Steelers? What a great history it is there. The other franchise with six Super Bowls. They've got all time. Great quarterbacks. Terry bradshaw. Yeah. Ben Rothlisberger is going to be a hall of Famer. They've only had what three head coaches since I've been alive at feels Chuck knoll Bill cower now. Mike Tomlin, ever great organization. Great franchise fans. Phenomenal. You know, fifteen hall of famers any Antonio Brown thinks he's like the guy of the Pittsburgh Steelers again, so wide receiver the great. They're talented the fun to watch. But to not quarterbacks you think part of this could be a Brady Garoppolo situation where he sees the emerging young wide receiver. That's about it. He has he's not maybe not the guy anymore or maybe he's one bead one a right 'cause juju Smith Schuster was the MVP the team that had a piss him off. Do you think it could be audited is that they don't want to share the spotlight with another wide receiver seventy to someplace where they don't have a receiver which buffalo would have been the perfect spot to go 'cause they don't have a receiver. They really have a quarterback the colts have receiver. They do. He's not as good as he's better. Not as to why Hilton Schuster's Betty white needs bigger better more explosive player, but that's a great point. But he's becoming the darling of the fans in Pittsburgh switches, he's also like a perfect skills because he's big and strong and blocks. Yeah, he took out Dante's birth, right? Yeah. Perfect. What I love. Not throwing blocks. Great receiver. I'm not taking why should Heathrow maps you like. Expert. Immediately. John Schuster, and I'm sure that really pissed off yet. So I mean girl in high school all of a sudden another pretty girl comes along. And she's a little more popular than you. You're gonna you know. There's a multitude of reasons why this has gone wrong, and it starts obviously with with two factors. One Browns diva in to this. This is the way that might Thomas chosen to run this team. Yeah. And it's I'm sure for the first couple of years. It was great and everybody was by. But eventually come back bite you in the ass and two to best players on offense bell and Brown are both going to be gone by the time. And so I just it's not a sustainable model to run it. You know, when you have a quarterback you up in Seattle too. I mean now, they're rebuilding it. But it it's not the exact same is what what Tomlin was was doing with his players there. But similar yet. You let the guys be emotional speak out. The Steelers are very very forthcoming what they think about politics anything in Seattle be yourself and kind of blows up and I'm not saying it's a. I love it. But. Engevity? This is the consequences. Yeah. Because you just get on each other's nerves. Seattle should have sustain what they had for longer. But it just didn't far longer. I mean, they should have been a dynasty real name close. If they'd won that Super Bowl against the patriots won two in a row, they could just derail did from that point four. They couldn't they couldn't move on. Not they spent too much money on the defense. And yet p Carol favored the quarterback over the defense and maybe peak hours right because quarterback is damn good. In a lot of those guys on defense coming close to the end of their career. But here's here's the let me just paint this picture for you. They had to play at the end of the game in the Super Bowl. Obviously they cost them the game. Pete carroll's. I'd throw cheddar on it. They haven't been able to recover. So I go a little bit deeper into that than just run or throw because I think it was okay to throw just not what they threw. Okay quarterbacks. Let's say he made the wrong wrong. I would I would have had him gonna play call or more play. Call in terms of I would have run an RPO or somehow get Russelsheim clearly. Guys machine were questioning shoreline and marshawn from that point on it derailed. It's absolutely Bill. Bell chicken Super Bowl didn't play Malcolm part writer, obviously that wasn't the right decision. I don't know how anybody could realistic argue that but then the next season to win the super. So that's that's and that's a culture thing. She'll Steeler the sorry the Seahawks. We're short of the way their culture was we can get angry at the coach we can question. We can we can throw a fit about it. But what the patriots? It's gotta move. Gotta move on gotta move on next man up next game mentality. And that's why the patriots. I'm not saying that you can't have players who speak up, but it's hard because we like it's hard to do that very long period of time. And why patriots have been successful one of the reasons why for a long period of time is because the are so good at putting these distraction of behind. They move on from everything they'll move on from this craft thing too short. They put it behind them. Look the Steelers again, I keep saying the Seahawks couldn't put in the rear view mirror. The falcon. In seven been able to put that in the rear view mirror. But the patriots are always even that. It's like the military. It's a culture it is. That's their makeup is it's like the military. You know, you're in military battle, and your friend dies. You have on. You can't sit there and cry. These teams that have lost to the patriots. Or even even when you beat the patriots to you dwell on beating the patriots. Like the Jaguars Jaguars. You have you can't treat games. Like right in the NFL every you have to move on. And that's what bowel check has been so successful in instilling in his team. What we're going to move onto. Now is the story. We talked a little bit about yesterday. Charley Casserly who was. CC CC. He won three Super Bowls with the Washington Redskins to assistant general manager one as a general manager. Now, he works for the NFL network. And he had some kind of disparaging things to say about Kyla Murray. Let's listen to what casualty said the other day on the NFL network. And then we'll kind of reveal why he may have said these things what did you hear about everything else that Keiler Murray did when he was in Indianapolis about king's breaks takes some number one. Because this was not good. This was the worst comments. I ever got out of high rated quarterback really haven't doing this a long time. I'm probably doing long you're alive. Anyway, that's why I say, really. Yes leadership. Not good case. Study habits not good. The boardwalk blown night. Good. Not good at all on any of those areas. And and grazing major concerns about what this guy's gonna do. People say, well, we're going to compare them to Mahomes, we're gonna run an offense like well homes. We're going to run an offense like Baker Mayfield. What you can by the way, Friday, tune up to minute. I'll show you the offense run with this guy. It is possible. But those guys are much different. When those guys you'd have a question about their ability on the board. You're never questioned their leadership ability their work abbots. They were outstanding in those areas. This guy's not outstanding in those areas. It showed up in the interview. Now, we learned yesterday that Charley Casserly works for a company called Expos who trains players for the combine and calamari is not one of his clients. So it would seem to be quite transparent that Charley Casserly would gain with Kyle Murray falling in the draft. Maybe he's representing another quarterback another player that'd be drafted before him. So yeah, I think that it's that's that's pretty apparent if he's training players for the combine in one of those guys in his his client. It would behoove him to put him down and one of his one of his clients. So yeah, I think that makes sense though. I I don't think that everything he said there was completely fabricated. No, no. I'm sure there's some issues with about yesterday with this the bizarre, Dan, Patrick, Patrick..

"He said to me in my time here at ESPN one thousand keep drop some late you fat. Shamed. Me for so long. Danny Hasni black. Yeah. He is not fat fat. Shame have considered going HR about it. But I'm a stronger on a second. I got I forgot very very good and tested. I just wanted confidence. Thank you back to our meeting several months ago, you walked in with whatever it was you're gonna eat and you had a smoothie with you. And Danny wait, you're going to drink that do you know, how much sugar is looking out for my health you, however, by the way, this guy gave me a great great holiday gift, which I appreciate I love you for, but that's income without a day as we're walking out to the crowds to the car breath over there chunky, you're full you chunky. Some adjective auditor. Christmas gift because he hasn't been here. So it's incline you gotta walk up to floors. It's not intense literally at all it's a slight. I said, hey, we got to walk up to buy cards on the second level. You're gonna be alright lock it up. This. So yes, I down twelve pounds. I tend to lose twenty more for all those out there when they see me, and my fiance go how did he pull it off some weight everybody? I'm Elizabeth twenty minutes. Not because of that. I'm just kidding. I just wanna be healthier and love being around you and daddy, man. You got no choice, but to live your best life and be healthy. God bless you. Jesse Rogers ready? He joins us now here on ESPN one thousand good morning, Jeff, how are you kid? Happy new year fellows baseball around the corner. How we doing? We're good. Congratulations on your marriage. Thank you. We have talk talk to you in a while. So last night we played the audio. Joe Madden on the question that was asked by Jim shades from someone in the audience. He went not happening not happening. They're not getting Bryce Harper. And then we had Jim Bo tonight at nine thirty. He said let me just be clear they have not ever. Engage Hombres harbor. Right. What's going on? Yeah. I laughed because I mean, I it's really not news. The news would be mad at had said. Yeah, we're interested because it's been the same relying season. He's always talked about how much they're not interested. And you know, our our new colleagues Jeff passan, and it was on the other day. And I agree with him in the sense that if they end up signing him. Misdirection longtime Deborah, and I appreciate it. Reporter great what you said might be a little upset. We'd been misled I won't care because it will be a great longtime like they did with extra following. And I and again, I will appreciate that. But I was so glad my my news desk and Bristol didn't immediately. 'cause I tweeted that quote out. I was there last night. I was sitting at Joe stabili dinner with him. And then he goes up there and says that immediately tweeted it out because it's just another indication to those conspiracy theorists that either one there the cubs are really going to the all out to misdirect or two they've been sort of telling us all all off season. It's not happening. So I thought it's a worthy tweet. But there's no story behind it. There's no big article to be behind it because it's the same thing. No one on the record off the record behind the scenes to any national local reporter talk show. What's no one has indicated interest in Bryce Harper in any way, in any way. Which again means if they do get 'em. Wow. What what play like? Wasn't likely. They're not getting them. And they've been indicating the truth all along. It doesn't matter. What you know? Whatever it is. They either sign him or they don't. It's unfortunate sounds I say they won't and right now, it's Daniel scowl. So, you know, that's the addition esteem, and what you asked me to begin the season guys are cap, you know, is this going to be the most impactful off season it's turning out to be the least impactful. It's quite amazing. But it's obviously with the payroll concerns, your they have that they're not making a lot of move. Yeah. And just I guess that leads me to the question. Should we be placing more blame on gen feel for these bad contracts that potentially put them in this position and answer Amstrong them? You know, the the contracts that involve the obvious in you, even going back to Hayward look at chat would some of these contracts. Just haven't panned out how much of that is a direct influence of where they sit today. Are we giving them too much of a pass on this? No. Of course, it's a it's a direct drive direct line. There's no doubt. Absolutely. But you. You can have mutual thoughts about this whole thing. You can say one man they they should have enough talent to win. We've seen this club. Basically win it all similar club. She can have that. You could also say, you know, progresses isn't linear that some you'll says so when some guys take a step back, you might need to still from the outside and ownerships not letting them do that. So you can play more ship a little bit. And then you could also say, well, they didn't spend so much on Hayward. And these other guys they'd be in a better position. So I think you can have all these mutual thoughts at the same time. And I'll go back to that. First one. You still might have enough talent to win. You did win ninety five with more underachieving guys in over achieving guys. And it's unfortunate. You're almost crossing your fingers that it reversed itself next year. But usually baseball does kind of change from year to year, we think one thing in the thing happened. So I'll go back to what I've said before you can win with this group. You're just. Feel a lot better with a couple more additions. So Tom Ricketts will be on the show tomorrow at nine zero five and I'm going to ask him directly about the payroll. The perception that the cubs are autumn money squeezing pennies they be able to try and put this team on the field. What would you ask him? Is there a question you went? Well, I'd love to ask this. What would it be? Yeah. The obvious one is the one I've been sort of saying you guys all off season with this obvious window of winning open. Now legitimate chance to win the World Series. Why not? Why not if needed? Seat atop payroll. If you have to do that for a couple of cases, would you be willing to be one or two? I mean, I think that's a legitimate question for a big market team. Maybe it's not legitimate for the Marlins grace during this window, Tom. Would you be willing to be a number one? And number two payroll. Maybe says, yes, if he'll be here or something like that. Then I think he's BS thing. Because I don't think there's any doubt the clubs would love to have Bryce Harper. And I don't think there's any doubt they would love to and Tom Ricketts money in two hundred fifty million dollars payroll. I don't have that. I don't approve for that never said that on the record. But why wouldn't they want Bryce Harper? And why wouldn't he want as much money as he couldn't spend? So that'd be my question. Hey, Tom, great to be top five. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. How about top two? That'd be my question to him. How surprised at how quiet it's been so far for cubs. Obviously, we talked about these payroll issues, and where they stand. But did you think they'd be more proactive up until this point? And where they are you are you truly shocked that. It's where it's at. It's been so quiet. Well, you go back to the day after the season ended feel spoke I was more leading towards cap and the impact loss, he's an absolutely. But obviously since reporting talking to people and understanding things since the GM meetings. Really, I'm not shocked, obviously to have one sort of you know, twenty four twenty five man roster is still surprising though. I it we're not done. We have so many free agents out there. And and they're still maybe trade to be ad. So you know, they're gonna add something to bullpen. You just know it it depends on how impact we just don't know that so yes. In a sense, I'm surprised but also understanding since early on in the off season that they weren't going to spend. You know, I'm not as shock, but certainly go back to the end of the season. It certainly sounded like they're working major changes or major changes. Maybe they have made those attempts Jordan. But there's no doubt I'll say it again from the day after season to basically. The GM meetings. They got their budget. And I'm just gonna you know, they've never said this. But I think they were surprised and then look at the numbers that we can't we when you look at arbitration everything we don't have a lot to add it, maybe you know, way back and say should they have picked up hamels option knowing that they needed that kind of money to help the offense. I don't know. But I don't think there's any doubt. There was some feeling at the end of the season. There'd be more to be had more to be done more to be gained more to bring on whatever. And then sometime early in November. They realized we just don't have the money to do it. All right. So here's where I'm at. I'm going to say this to Tom tomorrow. I'm okay that they're not in an Harper Machado. I am that is insane money. I get it. And they were gonna have a bunch of guys. They've got to resign coming up. That's fine. I find that they picked up the option on Cole hamels. I liked their rotation. I liked their everyday lineup a lot. I'd like another professional hitter in there. Yes. I'm terrified by their bullpen. And the fact that they have not been able to go out and get a solid major league reliever that you go. All right, Brandon Morrow might be out till may first or June first or who knows but we're going to go get that guy. And they say they don't have the money for that. That for me as a problem. Yeah. I mean, I think it is bargain shopping for relievers as well. And that's I think certainly what you're going to see in the next couple of three weeks the soon as a couple more of the bigger names, come up presuming. They don't go to the cubs. You're gonna see them pick up some of the second or third tier guys. I don't disagree with you. I don't disagree with you. It isn't just about Harper or Machado. It is about strengthening other parts of your games starting with that bullpen now. Joe last night was asked about the bullpen. He founded exasperated, even even here in early January like people unless you're in the four years under Joe. It had any good. Best every year. But it's been really good. It's been a top five bullpen every year. It has faded a little bit down the stretch think. That's where frustration comes disagree with you to just rely on C shack again and networks to rebound. I don't disagree. And that's why they we'll do bargain shopping, but you're not wrong. Now, there's another question for times. Look, okay. You don't wanna spend three hundred million. How about how about thirty million over two years or forty million over two years or something for one of these top guys? I don't disagree with you. And you know, I heard early on that it will forget about Machado and Harper they weren't gonna be dipping in the deep end of the pool for the for those relievers. So everything we've heard has come to everything we've heard since early November has come to fruition that they're not spending a lot anywhere. And it's unfortunate one thing. More on Machado and Harper. I know this this goes to a whole change in pregnancy over the last two years. This is where I think the smart people executives have realized with what they've realized what the big. Contracts. Baseball is so different. So different than the other sports. I've said this before I know it sounds simple. You only bat one time through the order each player. The impact at Harper Machado trout can have on his team compared to the other sports is so minimal. Lebron is ball every every every time down. Kane has the puck every shift, right? Basically, basically, your number eight hitter is gonna fat as much as Harper other than the one extra time maybe through the order. You know what I'm saying four to five times a game. It's different. The impact Luca trout. The angels never make the playoffs with trout. So I understand. Why teams are like why am I gonna commit an years, and even a minimal impact is he really going to be a minimal pack for ten straight years. Probably not. So maybe get four years out of them. And then if you don't have a team around him, and then you lose the impact anyway, so baseball, so different and. And so I see both sides of it. There's so much revenue the player should get paid. But also see like why should we pay this guy ten years where he's going to give us four. And we know in how much of an impact does it. Help us. We need other areas to win. So I agree with you. Forget about Machado and Harper shore up the other parts of your team in general, not just go. Get me an Email. Yeah. And you can win without them. Because you know, what the cubs have one without Harper Machado. And it's not like they've lost Brian areso or anyone from their team. So I see all sides of this this issue. You just feel a lot better. If you had some of the better players in the league dot that's the bottom line, you feel better about he just you reported last week about Addison Russell signing below market value for one year deal worth three point four million dollars. Which avoided the arbitration hearing. I'm curious what your thoughts are? And how this plays out?.

"At Gillette stadium. Snow is not in the forecast. It's supposed to be a high in the mid twenties, which would make you believe that that would benefit to doing the patriots who play in that weather much more often than the LA chargers. Do let me run some numbers for your jet as far as the two quarterbacks because we've run all these different analysis this week. Brady against rivers rivers against ballot. Check Brady against defense coordinator Gus Bradley, so all of these different matchups. How are the patriots? Gonna try to move the ball against a tough charges defense. Will they throw to the running backs because the chargers don't cover running backs all that while? Well, here's one thing to look at is how these two quarterbacks is played throughout their career in cold temperatures, thirty two degrees or lower. Tom. Brady's played thirty nine games in thirty two degrees or lower thirty two and seven completing sixty one percent of his passes seven yards per attempt. Seventy two touchdowns twenty-seven interceptions and passer rating on ninety one point four which is about five or six points lower than his career average. And when you look at Philip rivers. He's only played five games in his entire career where it's lower than thirty two degrees. One in four completing the same percentages Tom Brady sixty one percent actually throwing for more yards per attempt. Nearly eight yards per attempt, but he only has seven touchdowns six interceptions and a quarterback rating of eighty five. Five point four. Is this a big deal the weather on Sunday or just making too much of it? Yeah. I think the weather certainly plays an impact a it's a sport that's played outdoors and. We have to catch the ball your hands. Get cold. It's hard to catch a ball in your hands are cold your joint sort of freeze up a little bit more. I would say it's going to be what turns swings the game one way or the other. But I would think advantage patriots. Certainly anybody who's played sports knows that when you're playing outdoors in the cold. If you've if you've done that before it takes a little bit longer to get, you know, get loose sense to it. When you hit the turf for the grass, whatever you're playing on. It hurts a little bit more because the ground is frozen. So there's definitely impacts. That that the cold weather will will make again, I don't think it's gonna be the deciding factor this game. But if you're looking for advantages for the patriots being used to that is certainly an advantage over a team that has very little experience in that sort of cold, and maybe you can get out to a faster start than the charters will be able to and that that could be the difference in the game. So it's well, it's not going to swing game one way or another. If you're looking for something that's going to go into the patriots corner and potential slight advantage of they may have I would say, yes. You read my mind, I'm talking about a fast start. Because since Tom Brady's been the quarterback of the New England Patriots since two thousand and one when they score. I the patriots are ninety eight and seven. So I think it's a good record. Very good record. That's even better than the norm for Tom Brady because we go through all the metrics with Tom Brady. He basically win seventy seven percent of his games. No matter what Monday Thursday, Saturday Sunday cold hot except in Miami. That's always been a problem, not Miami. But when they score I at home doesn't like their record while he's an old guy. You know, maybe he's gonna retire to Miami. But he he doesn't like playing down there. But look at that record that we talked about what they do when they score. I so you've got a team coming from the west coast to the east coast. Now they on their way out here. Now the chargers, so they're gonna have plenty of time to get acclimated to the time zone difference. I don't know about the weather if you ever get used to that no time zone difference day. They'll be able to do the weather thing. You can't really you. Can't you can't replicate that in southern? California. I know you cannot even if you turn on the air conditioning last that's not gonna work. I'm eating the same kind of played with the idea of maybe they should have just stayed here on the east coast all week after playing the ravens on Sunday. But again, you know, the travel accommodation for NFL teams of really good. They're not flying coach they're not on standby. They're not moving around. So if the charges lose the game, I'm sure that will be a question. That'd be a question. It'd be a fair question Anthony lane, Philip rivers. Whoever said LA media, even cares about asking they'd be covering the game. Probably more patriots. They wanna know who's gonna locker room. You don't wanna know is going to replace cliff. Kingsbury right now is what they're focused on L A. And when is LeBron coming back for the Lakers. Dodgers look going into twenty nineteen that's more important than the chargers. But that'll be a valid question. Like, why didn't you just stay here? Get used to the cold the win. And then when you get out there on Sunday, you're prepared for what it's going to be. It's not going to be snow. It's going to be cold. I think more importantly jet than just cold is also the wind because that impacts quarterbacks more than anything and Brady's played in these conditions. I think right now you could make a case that Brady has a stronger arm that Philip rivers. I think he's got a nicer released. Philip rivers looks like he's throwing paint. I can't paint from time to time. It's not a pretty released kind of shot puts the thing up there. But rivers is not afraid to put balls up for grabs nor should he be afraid to do that. He's got a big wide receivers. So I think that sometimes if you're dealing with certain parts of the game where you're going into the wind that Brady might be better at that than Philip rivers because I think quite frankly has got a quicker release a stronger released Amstrong arm at this point, even though he's forty one years old. Yeah. I agree with you there. Brady's got a bit of a stronger arm for sure and in the wind. You would think would impact more. The throwing motion of rivers a little bit more. That being said having those as you mentioned is able to cover a lot of that. But they haven't played in the cold. So maybe they're not used to it. It takes again might take a little bit longer to get going. Are they going to be wearing long sleeves? That's a little bit different than there used to. I'm assuming they all wear gloves because every receiver whereas gloves now, it's not the nineteen fifties. But yeah, I mean, you're you're making a good point about about rivers throwing motion is weird. But it works for him for his whole career. It's like that was a question coming out of college. He's answered the he's answered the bell time and time again Lonzo ball when you see Lonzo ball shoot. It's really ugly. Although Lonzo ball is not as effective shooting. Philip rivers is throwing the football. I go back to like Bernie Kosar. You guys don't even really remember him. He was a really good quarterback in the eighties. And every time you'd watch him go. My God is that ugly. But you know, what you'd get the job done? He went to the AFC championship game three times in four years. So you can get it down without being pretty. I mean, Jay Cutler had like that perfect release in what exactly? Did he accomplish Philip rivers became a mean for smoking cigarettes? Exactly. But it's gonna pretty hot wife though. He does have an attractive wife. Yeah. And a lot of money in the Bank. Yes. A ton of money doing okay things Bechtol money from the Miami Dolphins last year that was pretty well how come out of retirement, and I'll I'll quarterback for a few games and best game of the year last year happened to be against the patriots on that Monday night game the put on that turquoise insanely you play well against quarterbacks. Look like Tom Brady against the patriots. When they're wearing that Miami uniform down there in Miami. We've also talked about the patriots being undefeated at home eight zero this year. Meanwhile, the football only chargers nine and away from the city of Los Angeles. There are only four losses came in L A three at home and one against the Rams at the Coliseum. So they're very comfortable playing on the road. They won that Seattle. They want to Kansas City at Pittsburgh. They beat the ravens last week in the playoffs. So I don't think they're going to be overly intimidated by the crowd or the moment. I mean, I think that they'll be ready for that. But the cold temperatures could have that that impacted it just kind of gives me a flashback to a wildcard game a couple years ago. Remember when Odell Beckham took the team to Florida knock your tax that no one saw that jet. That's the theater of the mind. You don't have to explain the I I'm just wondering why I got twenty ounce dot because I've got it sealed. So it's got a cap on instead of the can. Yes. Yes. Over before it because I put it in the freezer, and then when you pop it open, sometimes it's kind of frozen, and it starts to get like mount Vesuvius or something like that. It's very ugly. Tried to clean it up with with a piece of paper. Well, that's not a app talking to leave in the middle of the segment. It's fine with that Christian would have been found with the two Christian could run the show you've probably locked the doors. I wouldn't be able to very likely. Well, I don't know if these doors locked by barricaded them with the chair. You know, what you can do is just slide like a gift card like a restaurant, and I'd be out of here. And I don't have to have those handy in my partial always have around almost like a kid that always cries a lot in the parents always have like a lollipop or piece of cancer. You. Arthur restaurant at some restaurant, go out there. And i'll. Good. But I'm gonna think factual wildcard game. Yeah. Two years ago. Giants at the Packers, right? No Dell took the crew down where did he take him to some boat some boat like south Miami Miami? I think Miami you're on a boat with their shirts off. Meanwhile, they're getting ready to play the Packers in like five days and the first past Odell Beckham what happens he drops it and his head was out of the game. The rest of the game in the Packers ended up winning that game. I'm not saying that's going to happen to the charges because no one's going on a boat anywhere. Although we don't know they've been in southern California for the last week's nonetheless that I hit right that I ball thrown in your direction. It's going to be kind of like something new to them playing in that cold weather. Yeah. And we're we're talking about a running game that they're they're belco is is Gordon, and he is someone that's dealing with the and been dealing with injuries. And it's really hard in the very cold weather, the loosen that up so that could be that could certainly have an impact on him. In terms of how he is able to get going at the beginning of the game. And maybe he's not feeling comfortable and that impacts with the chargers wanted to do. Yeah. Exactly. I mean, I think that fast start so important, and if you can get out to that and have the chargers coming from behind because now you're dictating what they do on offense. I think the key also with the patriots is balanced on offense because if you can get that running game going with Sony, Michelle Devlin birkhead, whoever obviously James white coming out of the backfield that you can keep Brady out of situations where it's third longer. It's third and you're behind the sticks. And now you gotta deal with that pass rush having that balance getting out in front early that can really be the situation where the patriots can just kinda built from there and take it home. We saw the chargers last week. They had a poor fourth quarter against the ravens. Yeah. That game. Completely took the foot off the gas pedal. Three the three and Lamar Jackson had a huge fourth quarter final twenty three seventeen. So I think the key is is getting ahead. And that's like that in any football game. This isn't exactly. Scorching hot take today. But especially when you're dealing with weather in which you're dealing with teams that want to have that type of balance going forward on Sunday, we ask you this question. Look at the chargers. What single player scares you the most on offense and what single player scares you the most on defense for patriots perspective Melvin Ingram on defense. Okay. As much as I love Derwin, James and Joey Bosa and they've got a lot of talent defensive side of the ball. And just like Ingram is so versatile one that defensive line that he can line up right in front of the center in the gap. He can put pressure on from all different aspects. I think he's they're they're impacting offensive player. He was last week against the rain, you compare them to anybody that the patriots have had trouble. With in the past Miller is a poor man's version of von Miller. I mean von Miller is a hall of Famer Melvin Ingram though is a Pro Bowl caliber players second team. All pro. He's a baller. I think he's a guy that could cause some problems. So that's my concern on defense. The problem that the chargers present defensively offensively. It might be it might be Mike Williams only because he's six five and again the patriots quarterbacks have good size, right, Stefan. Gilmore six one. JC Jackson was really stepped up and played well as an undrafted free agent also six one so they've got the size to battle those big receivers..

"Just thinking. Wants you to Redskins in your first playoff. Oh, man what came from being offensive lineman. Ball. Would I liked to have lined up across from bet. But. Steve McMichael me up Freddie opener Chicago's NFL game day here in the first midwest Bank studio, oddest State Street, we're talking bears and eagles and why the actives coming out about ten minutes. We'll keep a close eye on. Trey Burton and Eddie Jackson Jackson was out of the field. There's been no sign of Trey Burton, which is not a good thing. We wanted find out more about the eagles. And to do that we bring in from ESPN, Tim McManus, Tim. How are you today? I'm doing very well. Thanks for having me on. Hey, Tim last week had to be really weird you're sitting around watching the eagles game. And all of a sudden, let's go bears breaks out that had to be weird. It was a little strange FedEx field. No doubt. We're all this. Dominated by eagles fans in that stadium. A little bit different here as I'm looking out onto the parking lot from Soldier Field. And there's a lot of blue and orange. So I don't think it's going to be quite the same thing. But it was kind of an odd dynamic where there's the eagles needed some help to get into the dance. The Doug Peterson head coach eagles is good friends with Matt Nagy with Texas. I'm there in the weekday night. Do me a solid in certainly did. And here they are. Well, don't defense. No. That's how you curse yourself you. Tune for a team you're gonna play Nick the next week. Go bears that might come back to haunt you. Oh, you can look at it. The other way, it might come back to haunt the bear. They had the opportunity to kind of tank that game against Minnesota as their first round opponent. And if you look at the the match up of the defensive line for the bears versus the offensive line for Minnesota. I think that that works out more favorably for them than than the eagles. Who have a really good all the front, and I think that that's going to be one of the keys that you're going to be looking at everybody has a crazy amount of respect for Khalil Mack. And what they those guys pass that they generate but the eagles have really been coming on along the offense the front as of late lane Johnson playing his best ball of the year. You could say the same thing about Senator Casey and Kelsey. And so that's a match up that could help the outcome of the game. When you talk about the tackles, and you got you got Peters on one side lane Johnson. I on the other do you expect them to go one on one against Khalil Mack? You expect them to get some help with a chipping tight Egner chipping. You know, another player. How do you expect them to go about trying to slow down Khalil Mack? The message that I was getting this week is that they're going to help on Khalil Mack the way that titans eckerd's put it we're not gonna let one guy record entire game plan and map has that ability. And so that that wouldn't be surprised if he's asked to stay in particularly early in the game to help on MAC, and you know, this offense systems generally does work with their tackles out on islands. Whereas ain't Johnson cases Peters are asked to a lot of the heavy lifting. But I think they view this as a special circumstance where MAC is such a force that they're gonna have to alter their game plan a little bit. I've always looked at it like subterfuge. We're going to single team Khalil back. My. Who are really cheese steak? A nice cheese whiz. Subterfuge baby. There you go. I it's obviously the Philadelphia fans, you know, what happened last year with Nick foles. They've got confidence in him. I'm looking at it numbers nine and two as a starter since the start of last year. What is it that he does differently than Carson Wentz? Does when he's in there for this team. A one thing that you're seeing especially over the last three games when he came into replacement of of Wednesday getting the ball out staff, you know, on on average, two point four six seconds per cent that second in the NFL over that span. He's playing with a rhythm confidence. And and not getting behind the change. I think with Wentz a lot of it. We found out work details. He was he was dealing with a back injury. And not help explain a little bit of it. But there's a lot of kind of or pasta with Wentz where he was he was taking big making. Making big plays with with both. What you stay in out operating. More like a point guard. He's hitting the ball pretty evenly. You see now John Jeffrey really start to get into the mix war. He's averaging one hundred yards per game. In those three games with bowls. And so that's really been the key for them is just make sure that you're playing with a good amount of tempo. Getting the ball out fast. And obviously that'll be huge today against the very powerful bears. Pass rush talk about some more. His he got you guys worried in failure, you know, career wise, not just one year to the next, but I'm talking about being yells franchise quarterback for the years to come because I heard him after he went for that touchdown and got his knee blown up this coming into this year. He said, I'm not gonna change how I play. Ooh, man. Does that worry you guys? Are you all right with it? Well, I think that there's always going to be a level of aggressiveness to winters game. And in fairness if you take away that elegant, then you take away some of the best parts of went. So I think that he is always going to be her nose dancing on on that line. Well, I mean, you know, this year he was he was acting a little bit smarter. And I think that he was not jeopardizing his body as much, and you know, a lot of quarterbacks don't have the type of success that they are accustomed to their first year coming back up with a major d- repair. And so while, you know, obviously, people are are enamored with what falls is doing. Why not I mean, he delivered Emma's Super Bowl championship? He brought the team back to life and has got him into the playoffs. But the long term future in the organizations is is is with went. And you know, there are hopeful that it'll get past these injuries. And and, you know, have a bright future of all quarterbacks have their Goto guys. They have their favorite receiver. There's your look at Zakar. It's who's who's favorite. Is it foles favorite is accurate? Or is it Wentz his favorite, or if it's that falls favorite? How's your breakdown for foles? Because is there a certain guy when he's in trouble? He knows where to find them. I would say there's two guys that falls has has lead dog than the other. It's that would be an Sean Jeffrey with went this year, I was mostly earth. I mean, he was targeting have a heck of a lot. But it's the balls didn't more evenly distributed since both got into the lineup. And I think that the eagles are looking at the match up between not just decker. But also, the rookie tight end Dallas daughter versus these despairs linebackers and take that maybe that's an area that it might be able to grab a slight advantage. And so I'm expecting a pretty heavy dose other and got her. And also, I think they they like what they see with the end of the match up on the outside without Sean Jeffrey versus there's cornerback. So I think both of those. Guys are going to be you know, heavily involved in this game. You look at here in Chicago. Everybody's got their worries about Cody parkey. He's missed ten cakes. Combination of field goals and extra points. Jake Elliott before I started looking at the numbers and talking to people from Philadelphia. I thought Jay Kellyanne was good. But the people in Philly have similar concerns with Jake Elliott, don't they? Well, it's he's a he's a strange kicker. It's like a piece chicken from like forty five. And now, you know, the people have all the confidence that the world and and then clutch moments. I think that's true as well. He's he has struggled from shorter distances. Sometimes it can be a little bit of a high wire act from there. But but certainly you know, if you think about the sixty two yard game winning field goal. He had as a rookie last year diets that really got this this team going some of the clutch moments that he has had even of late generally, there's there's confidence I think in Elliott that he can get the job done especially in big spots. The only needs to do is concentrate is sounds like to me because a guy that can kick feel go that far in a heated situation. And he misses from the short ranges means he's goes out there and takes it for granted. And it's not concentrating, you better believe it one last thing for you, Tim I and I'm I'm always concerned because I've seen Darren sproles play. So well for so many teams house he playing lately for the Philadelphia Eagles. He's playing really well. And you know, he was chomping at the bit to get back at it. After having to sit out most of the season last year kind the Super Bowl run with an injury. And then he gets a hamstring injury after week one. And he's on the shelf for a long time. Just had to setbacks with that Amstrong finally got back into the lineup of late in the eagles are foreign one since he returned. He's just added a jolt to this offense. And even though he's thirty five years old. He's he's definitely not playing like what's coming out today that maybe he's gonna even try to extend his career beyond this year after thinking he was going to retire after last. So, you know, so he I don't I mean people respect him to the degree around the week and certainly in the eagles locker room Thursday play with a certain passion with him. They respect the heck out of what he's he brings to the table. And he has definitely helped this offense. Get back on track. What is the stat? I'll see about folds, and you know, those takes quarterbacks come out of high school baby. And they've been playing the shotgun option reading defenses since Friday night lights, but. Did I see since he's his the games? He started. He's undefeated. Is that is that right from last year to this year diamond too? I got as the nine and two over the past two seasons. He's come up clutch obviously in in big spots as well. I think really the key for him is the coaching staff that are really good job of shaping the offense to to match his strengths. And they went back, and they looked at some of the chip Kelly tape back from two thousand thirteen season with foles was out of his mind twenty seven touchdowns and just two interceptions and started incorporating. Some of those are PEOs run pass options. Finding ways to simplify it. So Kohl's is competent in the game plan where it just has to read and react that's been the key for him credit to the coaches, and obviously credit to the number nine for everything. He's been able to accomplish a term we really appreciate jumping on. Hopefully, it's a good game. And I'm sorry. Hopefully, it's your last game this year. Do you have to worry about covering by? We appreciate okay. Okay. Thanks. Pleasure. Yeah. Thanksgiving my wishes that you have a great season. Thanks, Tim McManus ESPN stat. I saw the last six games. Yeah. He's been nine and two. He's been really amazing bad news. Good news and bad news for the bears inactive, any Jackson is active. He will be playing the number. Thirty nine will be Roman in the backfield. The defensive backfield for the Chicago Bears. Bad news is there's no Trey Burton. So Adam Shaheen you walk into the playoffs. We'll see which other it looks like all the other tight ends will be active Bronner girl, be active. Daniel Brown will probably be active in this game. The active for the bears. Kevin white Eric Kush. Rashad calories. An offense has played all year. To change your name. Yeah..
