"I refuse to believe the stories to stay limited. What's at stake for you. What's at stake for. You gotta ask yourself that because you're playing against him one life playing against time and we're talking about. How do you close the gap on time. I have so much more than i wanted to cheap. I have so much urgency for that. Okay now i realize i've cut this one life. I'm fifty guys. I've got this one life. Okay now that. I know how it works. I'm like i'm committed. i'm going. Let's go 'cause i wanna have a frigging fantastic. I don't wanna get to the end of my life and go. Should i coulda woulda okay. That's not okay with me and it doesn't make everything that i've achieved up till now not good enough. I you appreciate yourself appreciate what you've achieved. Love it and hold yourself to higher standard if that's something that's important to you but you have to ask yourself if you're delaying changing. You're playing against time. It's the chessboard chime. You remember that. Quote from the william hill. He says in parting. I would remind you that life checkerboard and the player opposite you is time if you hesitate before moving or neglect to move promptly. Meaning i'll do it next year. I'll change next year. I'll do it when i when it's convenient. I'll do it when i have more time. I'll do it when i have more money. If you hesitate before moving or neglect to move promptly. Your men will be wiped off the board by time you playing against a partner who will not tolerate indecision powerful guys. Okay you have to decide you changing yourself image. So you reprogram yourself for success you have to have that. I have that okay. It doesn't stop guys like i told you. I have urgency achieve bigger goals. I think my life is. I think my life is pretty frigging amazing. You are in charge. You are in charge right now. You might not feel like you're in charge right now. You're like how do i change my self image right. I want you to know that. There's a methodology to this in that you can be in charge of this. You you have to start thinking about being in charge of it. Okay you are the person who determines your self image but most people don't know how to do this and they stay stuck and you have to ask yourself what's at stake. What's at stake for you not what's at stake for me. What's at stake for you because if you keep again playing against time if you keep putting up maybe one day maybe someday maybe i'll do this then. You have to really.

"Results. You need to change. What is in your sub conscious. Your self image. That's going to get you different results. Through the law of perpetual transmutation of energy and remember your subconscious mind which is where your self image is is housed right controls ninety eight percent of your behavior. Ninety percent holy smokes. You thought you were in charge..

"Did that create for me. It meant that. I wasn't worthy of what i wanted. And so if you want something more than but you have a self image. That says you're not worthy of that. How do you think you're going to create. That doesn't work. What self image for you got created as a result of their behavior and again. We're not blaming our parents. We just have to acknowledge where this stuff got created so for me. I am someone who never has enough is unworthy of having what she wants doesn't deserve nice things. This is me before i made. Some big changes isn't rich has to struggle always runs out of money. I am someone who is not enough to receive not talented enough. Not responsible enough not pretty enough. Not smart enough. What is your not enough. So i'm going to suppress my desire instead of actually learning that money is a tool okay but then you have a self image. That says i'm not allowed to want things. I'm not i'm not worthy of wanting things we created all this meaning okay. It's a big deal. You guys mummies supposed to be in circulation money's supposed to flow. You wanna be generous here. Let me give you some money. Money's a tool here right but we learned that it can be used for manipulation because many times money is used for manipulation. Okay and then you start creating a self image. This really big thing around sales guys. Everyone who's running their own business again is in sales if you work in corporate. You're in sales. Okay you have to sell yourself to the employees so they stay working with you every day. Okay everyone is in sales but if you think that money is used for manipulation because that's how you were brought up then you don't wanna do that. No one wants to manipulate. I believe that we have a core stance that we know that that feels about an as wrong now. Some people get addicted to it. Some people do it and they they become a person who is like that okay but if you were taught through the experience that money was used for manipulation then you cut off from receiving you cut yourself off doing sales all sorts of things happen and then you wonder. Why don't i have consistent cash flow. So what happens when this is your self image. That's your target even though that's not what you want so you have a self image. I'm unworthy i'm unlovable. not enough..

"Wouldn't you like to change. That was like a frigging break through. When i when. I changed that we never have enough money. We're not like them. The rich people. I kind of talked about that one already. Making more money is not a worthwhile goal. That was big one in my family. Like you wanna be academic. That's the worthwhile goal. Money corrupts people. It's not spiritual to make a lot of money. Money corrupts people. That's a big one. What is the expression. I don't know what the is but there are like these these things that are out there in this world that are like money crops. I heard a of that. Okay which makes you think. Oh i don't wanna make money money. Because i don't wanna be corrupted. I don't wanna be unethical. I don't want to be someone who does something bad to other people but it's a total lie total lie. There are a lot of poor people. who are crooks..

"A self image. I've someone who's not beautiful. Not in great shape isn't sexy isn't lit up isn't worthy of taking care of herself. I had to get really honest about that because my results were saying. Look you're spending the whole day. In ripped sweats covered with dog hair. Brushing your teeth and not taking shower. That was my result. That was my real. That's that's what i was doing. I could make an excuse. I could say well was. Because i was busy. It's not a client day. I was just trying to get a lot done. I didn't want to you. Don't have to take a shower every day. Not a big deal. You don't have to get dressed like in every day. You can stay in comfy clothes right like i had all of those stories because i had a self image that said that was who you were but i actually wanted to live a different way so i was in conflict with myself. I'm not. I wanna be super super super clear. What i want does not have to be what you want. Okay but you do have to get honest. Are the results that you have what you want without coming up with all those stories that i just shared with you right. What are the stories that you're telling yourself what are the alibis. This is the law of cause and effect. If you keep telling yourself stories if you keep coming up with excuses if you keep having the alabama's you will have the same results and you have to look. How long have you been at the level. You're at right now. You might be making incremental increases. You might be going down some each year. You might be staying the same. Are you getting the results that you want. Because time past time passes and we come up with stories to make it okay. This is what i needed to do this year. This is. This is what i need to focus on. I'll do that next year. Time admits no alibis. Pay the beliefs you hold in your subconscious about yourself. Your self image will determine how much money you will make. So what did you learn about money growing up. What did your mother say. What did your father say. What did the people around you say. What did you hear. Audibly.

"Envy conceit lies dishonesty in the like. Okay we've all done that. Okay it's just to what degree. And how are you managing yourself and have been negations as named if controlling your thoughts will delay good from coming to you if controlling your thoughts now. You might have a fleeting thought around. I'm jealous of this person. But if you know how to manage it and you control it. That's a fleeting. Thought if you if you get obsessed by it that not okay. Anything in life. That dominates us makes us a servant to its dictates. I would write that down anything that dominates us makes us servant to its dictates money. You want money to be a servant of you not you servant of money but if you don't know how to create it if you're always wondering how am i going to make payroll. Am i going to have the cash flow. Am i going to be able to buy this emigrant. Be able to send my kids to college. I'm going to be able to retire. That's being the servant rather than the master. Okay so if controlling. Let's anything that in life. That dominates us makes a servant to its dictates all our weaknesses and our lacks are due to some compelling influence that blinds us and keeps from us what we naturally would receive if we were free in mind to receive them. The state of life is to be able to receive to create and to receive both sides. They work together okay. That's the natural state of things. But if you have this programming if you have blind spots if you have things that keep you from seeing the truth that blind you they keep you from what you would naturally receive so important so important eighty..

"If you're black if you're overweight etc if you're young or if you're old and you're in that same outfit you're going to be read in a very different way right could be seen as sloppy or not. You know you don't have the luxury of using athletes in. I live in leisure absolutely. But i'm also well aware that i don't have the luxury of of being read in it professionally in certain spaces But i think that that meaning is also something that people can aspire to. So when you're buying a pair leggings do not just buying. You're buying the dream. You're buying all the rhetoric that's infused around it. And then i also have to say jesse talked about like the rise of working out a working at home i think again one of these things were first of all the way that time works for people. Now it's absolutely even. If you're not working at home you might be running from meeting to the gym to this. And then you just ended up in your leisure all day But then on the other side of that there's people who have had changing bodies for a number of reasons whether they're having babies or they're gaining weight or they're losing way especially in the pandemic and you can see how pants that growing shrinking give are different than like putting on jeans and we all joke during the pandemic like is the first time you were jian this pandemic like. How long did that take so. I think that there is something there to about comfort. But then the other side of that is like who gets to access comfort right in and who doesn't and speaking of working out at home amira in terms of athletes after what has like peleton for example to out actually just this week there. They dropped a reinvigorated peleton apparel line. And i think it's interesting because you can see how it coincides with their boom over the pandemic where people were turning to home workout space and so therefore peleton rose like they were everywhere..

"For money. Mic drop right. Alibis cannot be used for money. The world wants to know only one thing. Have you achieved success. And so do you. You want to know that this is about you feeling worthy okay and you know what you want. Are you gonna go out and get it or you're gonna make an excuse obviously very very very strong stance here okay. I don't accept any excuses. They're all lies. If i didn't have a wife and family okay for for you might be wife and family might be a husband and family. Okay if i had enough pull. If i had money right. That is an excuse. I would do if i had money. That's a total excuse. Total alibi you create the money you go figure it out if you had an urgency. If you really wanted it you would figure where the money come from. You don't want to badly enough. You have to want it. If if i had a good education so many millionaires billionaires never graduated from high school. Not an excuse. If i could get a job if i had good health if i only had time everyone has the same amount of time. If times. we're better right konami sucks. We're in a pandemic. My clients have done better this year than any other year. Okay if other people understood me total victim. It's their fault they they don't understand me they don't get me. If conditions around me were only different. If i could live my life over again if i did not fear what they would say that spirit judgment right given if i'd been given a chance you create your own chances if other people didn't have it in for me right if you work in an office environment where there's politics right or infighting maybe it's your family. Okay if i now. How to chance if i'd been given a chance i think is get those. If nothing happens to stop me. Total reactively all succeed. I'll i'll do it. I'll i'll go do that unless something comes up. Something's always gonna come up seriously. Something is always gonna come up if i were younger terrible. Excuse if i could only do what. I want terrible. Excuse if i'd been born rich terrible. Excuse if i could meet the right people. If i had the talent that some people have you create talent..

"That okay. But but eventually you'll get to a place where you're like i'm all in. I'm all in really want this. Alice asks the cheshire cat who was sitting in a tree. What road do i take. The cat asked. Where do you want to go. I don't know alice answered then said the cat. It really doesn't matter. does it. So the person who was asking. What should i do in your business this twice of. Where do you want to go. What's your big juicy desire. That is causative. That's going to help you figure out which road to take you but you have to start with where you wanna go with your end in mind. I wanted to have it all. I wanted to have a lit up life. That was actually my end goal. Okay and the first step for me was figuring out my income breakthrough. How do that okay. Desire is being clear and placing an order with the universe. Wishy washy like changing. Your mind doesn't work. Is i'm just gonna tell you done work so sometimes you have to still act even though you're uncertain okay but once you feel that feeling and you're like i really want that. Don't go into denial own it. Be clear place an order with the universe desire. We'll put you in touch with the inner world of causes and connect you by invisible. Means with the substance of the thing desired then continuous expectation is necessary to bring it into a reality in your life. So this connects the expectation piece of the manifestation matrix desires one side. Expectation is the other side if you just want something but you don't think it's going to happen right. I really wanna make a million dollars. But that's not going to happen. I really wanna make ten grand this month. But that's not gonna happen. I really wanna like run american. But that's not going to happen. It's not going to happen. You must expect that it happens as well. You need to want something and to expect it because expect expectation keeps it alive. Okay it keeps it connected if you keep changing what you want. It's going to be a problem. This is a big problem. You guys if you say. I'm gonna do this and then you say i'm going to do this and then.

"Now you me right. You're looking at me video that you're seeing me and you know your heating. So nothing can manifest through is can see here the ear and here and bodily also tests sensation and then taught emotion all this annoying but the essence of clarity clear length. So when there's a lamb lamb has to quality one lamb can illuminate ping's around if there's a cup next to the lamb you can see a cup because of the land decem time lamb has quality of south nominating south luminosity. Lamp is the light. You need to use flashlight to sit. The lamp itself cup always need to rely on the light to see the cup. Land lamp is the light light. So our minds just like that. So naive teams around and it itself is clarity. Saga luminosity yes self. Luminosity is important so your analogy is when we want to look for a lamp. We don't need another lamp to look for a lamp. Because it's already a lie right whereas if you're in a dark room you need a lamp to let's see other things. So this is a difference between a cop lamp. And then thinking the difference between Like luminosity clarity and knowing could we say amira so mirror has when it reflects something. It reflects something we can say it. It like has luminosity of not clarity. In a way 'cause it can reflect but it doesn't know what it reflects so it doesn't have knowing would would that be accurate analogy but now something like that. We can use a minimum examples. So what we call. We can use our to nature an example but admits match pilots. Some pot up that the example and the meaning of course cannot completely match. otherwise you're not used as example yes some pot admit some You're right and so. Is there a difference between the clarity and self luminosity or is it one like this when you said the definition of mind is clarity and um knowing and then you also when you talk about clarity you start talk about. You started to talk about self luminosity. Is we making a distinction. Here How would they related clarity and luminosity.

And it's time for me to step into doing what i feel called to do and that that really was the pivotal moment. I do remember amira speaking with you and deciding to sign up for private coaching. I think it was a three month Plan and i had never invested that amount of money and myself before and it was interesting. Because i remember a flat out lying to my husband and telling him it was less than what it really. I did not know that lets new to you. Because i was so nervous about telling him and it was because i was nervous about it myself and i don't feel sick very often. I literally honest to goodness thought i was going to bomb it like i was that physically. Like oh my gosh. I can't believe i'm doing this. But the minute i stepped into it. There was no other way to do it. Yeah so when you think back now to that feeling like oh my god. How do you explain that to yourself like what called you forward into. Yes despite that like all these physical signs all the like. I'm going to put words that you didn't use but the the shame of spending money on yourself i mean it was on yourself but it was on your business as well like what culture ford anyway because a lot of a lot of women's you know i know it's it's a big deal to make a big step forward length not and say okay. I'm gonna do this thing In in i think a lot of women struggle with that would be. It would be helpful for them whether they're looking to invest in coaching with me or with someone else or making another investment or purchasing their life that represents a higher level of what they're doing currently in the world that's different than how they've been showing up today like what..

A creator economy company that builds sas tools to help creators monetize their talents and grow their audiences previously. She served as policy and communications aid in the obama administration. I'm very excited to have you here. Our conversation later in the show as for our podcast recommendations this week through melissa's podcast picks a whole lot about music and its relationship to murder crime and all that fun stuff. Let's get to this week's podcast recommendations. Melissa chose the theme music murder and history. Sounds like the theme of my next party. Why melissa choose this theme. She writes songs in the key of death is a new podcast that looks at murder ballads songs. That were the true crime of their day songs. In the key of death looks back at six songs. In the crime's been inspired them and the people left out of the narrative with new music from sad thirteen and bonnie prince billy. This theme music murder and history was inspired by melissa's new show from her company. Never mind dot. Fm here at this week's podcast picks from melissa. The first episode is from the podcast. Dolly parton america and the episode is called sad ass songs. If you know earbuds you know that we're a fan of dolly and we're especially a fan of this podcast. We've actually recommended this exact same episode a few weeks ago but we think that every curated list has something new to bring to the table and the context of having it within this theme. Bring something new to your listening experience. Here's what are curator has to say about this episode when macarthur award genius grant winner jad om rod implied on this show that he didn't know what a murder ballad was. We decided we had to make a podcast to remind the world about these amazing songs. Plus this podcast overall is amazing. And if you haven't listened yet the second episode comes from the podcast song exploded and is called sheryl crowe redemption day featuring johnny cash. Here's what are curator has to say about this episode. No podcast takes you behind. The music. likes song exploiter. Having the artists themselves walk you through their creations is just magical for music nerds and the premiere episode of our new podcast focuses on johnny cash. I thought it would be fun to include. The legendary cheryl froze work with the man in black. I wish i could be friends with johnny cash and sheryl crowe next up from the podcast songs in the key of death. We haven't episode called delia. Here's the description. This podcast looks at the true story behind delia. The song that save. Johnny cash's career while cash saying about a low down trifling women. The real story is both darker more tragic and far too common. The next recommendation comes from the podcast. You're wrong about and the episode is called the chicks versus the iraq. War are curator writes. This episode digs into a story that you thought you knew but as the title indicates you're wrong about this episode explains exactly how the dixie chicks now known as the chicks went from being one of the biggest bands in music to basically being banished from the music industry all for having an opinion about the iraq war. The last recommendation of this week's theme music murder history comes from the podcast loss notes and the episode is called son of a gun very interesting story. Here are curator. Wright's murder ballads. Tell the stories of gruesome crimes. But a lot of crimes wouldn't happen without guns. This episode of kcrw's excellent lost notes. Podcast takes a look at the history of music's relationship with guns and how it unfolds over time. Thank you to our curator. Melissa locker for bringing these episodes to earbuds podcasts. Collective this week. We'll have a link in the show notes to all of these podcast episodes and more in addition to our weekly podcast picks. We also like to spotlight podcasts. Thought what do they see in. How do they see us. Do they see our house when they come in. Do they walk in. Do they know they're walking through door or they just walking or say that that right there because when you're on an investigation and see an apparition walk through a wall and the house has been remodeled. Are they still seeing that house the way it was when they live in it or are they actually seeing that wall and no one was walking into it. Exactly that's a good point. Yeah yeah that is. I had a client call me yesterday. Well a couple of times actually but She's experiencing a lotta noise in a particular part of her house and she just moved into the jor that really lead to know where but in the back of the doors amira and goes the door. Kind kinda goes to the addicts. But it's really not needed and she doesn't know why was there so she takes her. She took off the mirror and she's gonna get rid of it. This Week in Tech
Tech companies role in the attempted coup
"As i see it we have three core problems related to what happened last week. They're all tech tech related so the first core problem dan mentioned we've got a relatively small group of people who are making decisions for all of us and that is true that that group of people is based on the valley. We also have a small group of people in washington. Dc making decisions that impact us and and that's the supreme court there's a tension inherent between the decisions that are being made in response to involving the evolving nature of our technology speech and society by technology companies and the static laws of the united states. Laws that are not intended to change. There's this tension between the two and resolving that tension. i think is is not just critical to get through. We are right now. But it's it's going to have to be the cornerstone of of how how law evolves over the next couple of years because if that doesn't happen the mechanisms by which we make a lot of decisions no longer makes sense. So part of what's happening right now is an indiscriminate use of terms of service The the the big long post that zuckerberg relayed the letter from twitter with. They are doing is trying to make legalistic arguments. Having to do with the terms of service and the problem is that there was a study from carnegie mellon a couple years ago showing that if we stopped to read all of the terms of service that that are presented to us it would take seventy workdays to eight hours a day. Fifteen at work weeks because the median lanes of privacy policies around twenty five hundred words. Now if you start you know and that's just so if you if you assume that you are reading the t. o. s. and you're thinking about what you were agreeing to write. You can even go further and show that you know in terms of work lost in exchange for us reading all of these terms of service. It's like hundreds of billions of dollars and my point is that tech companies are making up the interpretations of these terms of service as they go along which is in conflict with the laws that they are intended to respond to so indiscriminate application of terms of service to some extent is how we got to now and ultimately. That's what took some of these key figures off of the networks but in some way they don't matter because it's not just trump. Who is the problem here. It's algorithm determinism. It's the systems that are designed to pull content. Not just from him but now from all of these other places so trump may be gone in. Aws may have taken parlor off line but the problem is the infrastructure. Supporting all of this. And i will say one last thing and that has to do with world building because all of this reached a fever pitch and a past couple of days And again. I say this as somebody who's politically independent this the people surrounding donald trump has done a masterful job of world building They created something called antifa they created something called cunanan which may have been bubbling up here and there may have had little fits and spurts but certainly if created. They certainly fostered it. These this aunt have anti first of all. It makes me crazy that way that it's being pronounced as anti there is no long found in the word. Anti fa whatever. The point is short for anti fascist antifa aunt. Whatever it doesn't matter it's made up anyway. So here's here's why. It does matter. Because i was at the state department in twenty twelve through twenty sixteen as we're others talking about intentional misinformation and how this has significant next order outcomes and it would be good to read team some of this in advance to think these things through and it just didn't happen so we really have to think hard because it just taking some of these people offline and taking parlor and gabby you know out of the play store their amira sites already like somebody created a mirror site of a sub. Reddit that it gotten take down this. This doesn't it's virtually impossible to eliminate this stuff. That's right that's right so now we've three core problems that are unfortunately from my vantage point not going away and the compounding effect here is that we've got a transition of power It's cold in a lot of places where americans live and we have no holidays to look forward to Jewelries always sucks. So i mean but this tells us and we've got kobe. That's so so we have to really think through not just what happened last week in a vacuum but also how does the mechanisms that we have to deal with. Some of this no longer makes sense is the

"Not about you all right. That's a lie. Okay that's you. What is the value to the person who is able to be back in the driver's seat again of their life for the first time. I don't think you can put a price on it. It's it's What's going on my hob- little masters hard. But it but it. I mean i'm not trying to be cute like if it kind of is because i read everything flows from that from not right now. It's not about chance it's about creating with intention and taking that accountability to make your life what it is and no regrets. Yeah so then. What is the deal. Like if it's fucking priceless but then the deal. Do you know what i mean. Yeah no i hear you. I care you will hold on a bit but yes Let's talk about six months for a second. I think when we originally when i was originally putting together my authors. I had seen something like ten thousand for six months and then there was a moment of my fifteen thousand ten thousand. What's the deal. Press either way that for me and then there's gonna quotas that's a really good deal for something that is priceless thing. Amira like okay. But i'm gonna i that. A lot of people have paid for coaching okay. That's exactly where i'm going. Yeah so you have to either own the power of what you do more completely than you are right now. Yeah or if you don't believe that you can which is fine. You need to work into it. Yeah then you need to lower that. There's no shame in that. By the way i know you know. Yeah actually but like. There's no shame in that like if you've been charged five thousand dollars and got five clients and may twenty five thousand dollars in a day..

What Trump and Biden Plan for Small Businesses
"As election day quickly approaches, we want return to our ongoing election series. We're taking a deep look at how president trump and Democratic presidential nominee joe. Biden. Differ on major policy issues. Today, we're going to focus on small business. The pandemic has been especially challenging for them. Thousands of firms have already been forced to close joining us now for a look. At. What the candidates say they will do is Journal, Economics reporter Amira Imo Kway High Mira Hi thanks for having me. So both candidates acknowledged some strength with the paycheck protection program. But there are some distinct differences as far as involvement and approach. Let's first start with President Trump yes. So the main thing president trump has done is he's encouraged Congress to. Come together with the administration and reopen the paycheck protection program that program expired in August and so small businesses have not been able to apply for it since then so president trump has signaled his support for reopening the paycheck protection program with about one hundred, thirty, five, billion dollars in funding that was roughly the amount in unused funds that was left when. The program closed and what about Joe? Biden's view. So former Vice President Biden has really emphasized what his campaign characterizes as shortcomings in the paycheck protection program and his platform calls for overhauling the program and doing things like including more oversight of the program and also a provision that would make it so that businesses with fifty employees or fewer would be guaranteed. Funding through the program if they are eligible for it, and some of the experts I spoke with said that that provision would be really important because when the paycheck protection program I opened a lot of businesses were initially unable to access the funds because the first round of funding quickly ran out small businesses whether they are in a pandemic or not. Always. Face challenges when particular difficulty can be getting assistance even though there are programs available. What is Joe Biden? Vision as far as accessibility is concerned so Joe Biden's platform proposes something that his campaign calls the Small Business Opportunity Fund. So this is a fun that would receive thirty billion dollars in federal funding initially, and it would make investments it do things like. Direct. Ten billion dollars to state and local programs that provide the sort of venture capital that businesses need to start and businesses need to grow and the trump. The trump platform on this trump platform or pitch has really been sort of highlighting things that have been popular during his first term. So for instance, he has talked about tax cuts and his administration. Implemented a tax deduction that lowers income tax bills for many small businesses. His campaign has also focused on sort of the regulatory approach that the trump administration has taken and some small business advocates say that that deregulatory approach has really helped small businesses given them less burdensome regulations to work with and basically taking away some uncertainty and that has has benefited them. Within small businesses I WANNA. Focus on minority owned small businesses. This election is happening as the nation has an ongoing conversation about racial equality. What is the White House of you as far as specifically helping minority owned small businesses. Well what's really interesting is that this area is one where the trump campaign in the binding campaigns actually a common ground I think both campaigns have acknowledged that for instance, there are concerns that minority owned small businesses had trouble accessing the paycheck protection program or that minorities tend to have more hurdles to overcome when they want to start businesses because minority households tend to have less access to. The kind of wealth that they used to finance small startups, and so the trump campaign has proposed what it's calling its platinum plan for Black America and in that plan the the campaign is proposing, for instance, giving more funding to these kinds of lenders called Community Development Financial Institutions. These are financial institutions that focus on lending and other financing to minority communities, rural communities, and other underserved communities. And some specifics of Abidin plan. So Mr Biden proposes using that Small Business Opportunity Fund that we talked about earlier to, for instance, expand lending through state local and other programs that have had a successful track record of providing lending to minority owned businesses, and his plan also calls for expanding lending through those community development financial institutions that we talked about.
