"For more details. My guest today is Amber Lee, Child's founder and owner of Plant Joy. A plant based health education movement through food and actions. Thank you so much for joining us today, Amberleigh. Thanks for having me. I'm happy to be here. Absolutely. You know, why don't we just dive right in? If you want to tell us and our listeners Ah, bit about yourself and your journey and kind of where where your path has led you. Yeah, well, it's been a long path on do you know sometimes in the beginning or middle of the road? Maybe I didn't think it was a good path. But I can honestly say where I am. Now. I feel really pleased and just happy to be alive and able to share my story with others. So thank you for the opportunity to share. So let's see circling back and 2010. I was in my mid thirties and I was diagnosed with stage three C breast cancer went in for a mammogram. I was having some symptoms in my breast had some pain. I had a burning sensation. Just a lot of uncomfortableness in my my chest area. And if you are a woman, or you know if you're in touch with your body, you know Wow. Something's not right. And basically, that's what what? My body was talking to me. It was telling me something was wrong and I listened. I went to the doctor. I got a mammogram, and that mammogram led to an ultrasound, which led to eight biopsies, which ended up diagnosis to me before I left that mammogram, they said for 99.9% sure you have breast cancer. Oh, wow. So that was, um, right around the Fourth of July holiday. So about two days later, I got the phone call. They were trying to speed things up, and they said, Yeah, we're confirming that you do have cancer. And it was really at that moment where my husband and I just kind of hunkered down in the house. Didn't call anybody didn't tell anybody just kind of trying to figure it out on ourselves. Like what is it? What's the next 24 hours gonna look like we cried the screen. We were sad. You know, we were only engaged. We weren't even married at the time and It was a young woman I'm thinking, Wow, This guy might hit the road before we even get married. And luckily I picked a good one. And he didn't. But, you know, so there was a lot on my mind. Being a young woman who wasn't married, didn't have a family yet was very early on in my career. So to find out that you have a very aggressive form of breast cancer. It's definitely something that's going to make you pause on for me. I was able to reflect on my life experiences and my family history and part of that family history had been so many people had cancer in my family, so it felt almost second nature when I got my diagnosis, so it didn't seem as much of a shock. More of a call to action like, Hey, you were young enough to do something, and that's really what I liked for people to hear is that cancer is not a death sentence. It can be, but really it needs to be a call to action toe look at ourselves and to say is my lifestyle the best it can be. It might be really fun. It might be toxic, but is it healthy? Is it happy? And is it going to get me to the second base? Third base? They're going to get me to 10 years down the road. And I think when we're younger, we don't think about our day to day actions as well. This affect me in 20 years as you do as we age, a little we start to think about those things a little so fast forward. Breast cancer diagnosis. I've had seven different surgeries to my chest. I did chemotherapy. I've done hormone therapy. Radiation therapy. It's just been Ah, challenging road and I can say my hair has grown back. I style it differently I ever did before I had cancer and You know cancer. Certainly It is the prick in the rose for sure. But there is something that it's still a flower. And I can say at the end of my journey that 10 years after my diagnosis that I really wouldn't change anything That's happened in my life because it's put me on this trajectory of where I am today, and it's allowed me To change my career and to really live a healthier, better life because I was diagnosed with cancer. It is definitely a life changing thing to go through. And like you had said, you know, changing the perspective. And what's important to you now, but also building in what's important for your future and your longevity. That's the key to planning. Like when we work with our clients on financial planning. Yeah, You know what? Making sure you're committed to the way that you You live today and committed to how that's going to impact your future. Yeah, I don't think when we're younger, especially in our twenties. I don't think we think about sustainable living. And hopefully the youth today and the next generation are starting to were starting to look at our environment was starting to look at how our actions affect our community are bigger picture our environment, our world, our neighbors. And I think that's a really good reality that we all need to see because our actions can harm existence. Or they can help it. Yeah, for sure. So then, so that was 10 years ago. And now here we are. So tell me about your about plant joy, your car, so plant joys this wonderful evolution about you know, my combination of my history combined with a little bit of like my current efforts, and I have been AH, health educator. For over almost 20 years now working and inner city working with communities that are underserved, helping to create access to free mammograms and medical services, And so I really have always been in the public talking about health. And of course,.

"Her mission to inspire women everywhere to be more zen and to support them to balance their crafts and live their best live so angrily angrily lions. Thank you so so much being here thus today they he for having me excited to be here. I am super thrilled. I've been following you online for a while. I nothing anybody kind of in the wellness industry. Anyone who's interested in health and wellness energy work. They probably know you probably best from Chalker. Her girl radio by you do so many things and I was wondering if you could share with listeners and viewers a little bit about your story in got started on this journey. Yes I actually. We started as a crystal jewelry business. I wanted to support my into balance Shawcross With crystals because that was something that released helps me in my mid twenties. I relate found that. We're I found shocker. Balancing took me from hot mess to success. We we say so jewelry business and I found that what most people were interested in when they reach out to instagram or they were email me with said like how is crystal to business. Like how do I n block. You know what I was holding me back from launching a business and I also realized like my biggest transformation that was when I launched my business like Kinda felt like that became my duty was to help women step into a life that they were out of step in to a Of business were they ought to support other people self. I mean I don't love the word business coach but essentially that's what it was and now now I mean I've been able to support many many women to open up their energy manifest. That our lives manifest purpose. You'll Martha self and also get wealthy. Will doing it. So that was that was kind of fun. Bonus for and yeah now I kinda like snuck back. I mean I'm still doing some some business staff and then I'm also kind of like bringing it back to where it started with the lifestyle supporting people to overcome You know the modern girl problems as a call to go through today like you know stress anxiety lack of energy relationship problems So that's what I'm helping people with in my lemon grounded life membership. So I've kind of gone full circle and I think that's one of the things. That's the most exciting writing about what you do is because I mean okay. Yes you start at helping people helping women with their businesses but as many of us to entrepreneurs know oh your business really does kind of come from every part of your life right like there's no part of it's just the business part in all the other parts are separate separate like they're so deeply interconnected interwoven. Unless we deal with the stuff that's going on in our personal lives in relationships with ourselves with our mindset like we can't really fully be successful in business. I love that your brain back to this place really anxiously watching everything you've been doing with this glamour. Grounded life membership because I think it is like really bringing it back to the roots and in digging down into the issues that many modern women do face in our careers and in our relationships in our personal lives and I just think it's really exciting. What you're doing the he'll yeah and it's it's really fun like that group of women like even though they're not you know some of them do have businesses some of them? A lot of them are really discovering their purposes. And I feel like that's similar to what you were saying about. You can't have a business until you have. That alignment is kind of like that precursor and it's like once day. AM access the actress that forbids a lot of probably will want a sturdy business or like go into like a deeper purpose in asking to be something that added fulsome into even more Glam denness cell and like with the shock as you really can't have that act of Crown Chakra. NBN that close date with it. Your Business in your life unless you've worked up yours off to some true. So what does that really look like. Then what does it look like for someone to be Glam and grounded in their lives. Yeah so big brand is that you can be spiritual and Tong like you don't have to choose between the two who I remember when I first started doing yoga at my hair extensions than full laugh slowly stopped doing that once I realized about like raccoon is there's an election crazy after yoga but you know people know that they can have both. You don't have to like fit into this just like Granola box. You know you could still have nothing. Do what you want you. Can you know. Keep up with the Kardashians. You want to Andy spiritual so I want people to access whatever their funding round. It looks like some people want to you. Know Restore A I don't know I don't know what they're called those like the best things and people.

"So shout out to amber Lee and Ryan there are a couple. They live in Oregon, and they just the temperatures there got freezing. And they couldn't stand the fact that there was going to be some homeless people or people in their community that were stuck outside in these conditions. So they paid for forty five hotel rooms to get people out of the cold for the night, and one of the people that was included in that eight year old and he said he was extra excited to stay in a room that night because the next day was his birthday. I know when you hear that like it's kids too. I mean, I know the kids I was watching the news this morning speaking to kids and there's up it's a hockey player. And his mom the kids mall. I think it gives like ten had cancer. And she was like before the it was in all in operable tumor before I pass away on I'm gonna make sure you get to meet his goalie and she passed away, but she still had like put a bunch of requests out. So after she passed away the goalie had seen this. And there the video the meeting and the goal starts crying is NHL goalie. I'll watch this morning. It was like oh my God. You're talking about the kid their kids in animals, man. Like who cares about adults? Right. Yeah. We could take ever so crazy even the news anchor almost crying plan club this morning. That's yeah. A good for them love that. That's what it's all about. If you if you can do it look out for others. That was telling me something good. This is your daughter still sick enough. So well, yes yesterday, she hit one hundred and one and then it started to go back down to like ninety nine, but it can still fluctuates. So we're still searing clear of her about I got surgical masks, or, you know, the mass that you were hospitals or the masculine airplanes, the Masqoor what outer everywhere if I could. Yes. Yes. So my son. And I if we had to go upstairs, we put those on what are you doing tonight weekend saying it with her? I mean, I guess I hope she's better. I hopefully, I she's bit miscall now three days in a row, we met her. She's I know I know it's five but probably have to like do some do some catch up some tutoring. Make sure she's not behind or get some stuff from her teachers and then. Yeah. Hopefully, Stephen Stevenson's still in the clear, so y'all are still on for dance lessons through pm tomorrow as right Amy going for hip, hop dance lessons. We're going to private Emma paying. "All right. He goes all in on these performances, but you always feel like Jilin hall has like internal control of what he's doing. Whereas with Caja like he's just spinning out. Let's see what happens Jilin halls. Great great. Lot of great performances in this movie. Digs is really good. God. It's terrible. It's so bad. And it's such a it's a tales from the dark side episode stretched out to like, two hours long super pretentious is not nearly as funny as the things it is it is huge busts and just. I just I saw Roma to and he's like this is boring. This is a boring movie. He's net. Flicks movies are back. I can't tell you the last Netflix movie watch. Because there's a reason why they ended up a net. Flicks. Start to get made. They start to get pitched and the studios bail on him. The last movie I watched this bird box. Still annoyed at the bird box was on at my house. My wife was watching bird box. And I watched a little bit of the ending. It was an interesting. It's boring. And I didn't like how it didn't really have an ending like I don't wanna give anything away or whatever. But it did not have a good resolution. I guess. Yeah. And I mentioned I watched that I owe. And it was trash and boring and I fast forward banner snatch that'd be like mirror. Yeah. I read that was a long episode of TV show that they do which I I was BUSTER Scruggs that was fouled busters. Scruggs was a straight up. Good movie. If I had to pay the theater, and I've been delighted house fun that was the legitimate good movie there again, their shows are good. You know, the the documentaries are good. They're the fire fraud. One is still spectacular. I'm worried because this triple frontier Ben Affleck movie with his brother Casey Affleck for looks really good. But it's net flicks van and I'm going, oh, I hope it's got a great cast in the trailer looks fantastic. But man, I just I got this. I've got a I've got a another Netflix movie closer. That's got. Oh, gosh. What's the girl the girl from from? And. Originally replace. Yes, she's the star in it. And I go. Netflix. Is another Netflix movie that was just announced called walk ride rodeo, and it's actually really really good story about it's a true story. It's based on a true story about a barrel. Racer named amber Lee Snyder who was paralyzed in a car accident. She was already rodeo wing so she had horses. She competed on horses. She was pretty successful. And then got in a car accident and was paralyzed. But now, she's still competes in rodeo riding, her horse and everything which is super cool. And so the whole horse community. I mean, they're like blue the put the trailer yesterday, and everyone I know that has horses that is on social media was talking about it and going crazy. And I'm really hoping that despite it being a Netflix movie that'll do Justice to the story because she is a huge massive inspiration. Hopefully, the source con the the the source of the of the of the content isn't strong enough to where that'd be really hard to kind of mess up. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You'd have to. I mean, you'd have to try to mess it up because it is so inspiring, and she I know that amber Lee had posted on. On social media that she was onset for all the days that involved horses. And she did actually did she was like her own stunt double. She did the writing scenes close pretty cool. So we'll see hopefully, they'll bomb it because that'll be super big but movies out this week ten years ago core line fan, boys. He's just not that into you the Pink Panther and push. Has anybody else other than me fan, boys? Now. No. That was a pretty controversial movie for re cut all the stuff. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He had this analysis. Fan boys history was not kind to this movie. No. And the guy that directed. I is a is a thorn in my in my side. Oh, Star Wars. Yes. To honor the wishes of their dying friends someti- hard Star Wars fan set out on a cross country road trip to George Lucas famous. Now there they intended to treat their Powell to a screening of the movie series is latest installment before its official release. Yeah. The guy that directed at Kyle Newman. He also did the he did a movie recently barely lethal. Oh, yeah. With with with Haley, hailee Steinfeld. He's married to Jamie king big huge Star Wars fan massive Star Wars fan really knowledgeable, which is bizarre because the families movie, it just it is such a tropy typical. You know sort of stereotypical. This isn't like me as a nerd and a geek and a Star Wars fan going. Oh, it was just it was like you couldn't done that so much better and so much more realistic than than what they did with the day. I just I don't own it. I saw it once and I was like, yeah. That wasn't very good. Yeah. I saw some clips of it, man. Alex, really cheesy like it is a sweet kind of Amblin entertainment saccharin in a good way to it. And like it looks sorta like making fun of the wrong parts of the stuff. It feels like the kind of movie to me that should be made again, but done in a in a in a funny more realistic way. Those are should not have been about actual Star Wars should have been about a thing. That's like similar to Star Wars, but their own thing sort of freed them up. But I think the whole hooked to that was the Star Wars tie. The the best example in the film is one of the one of the key moments is they travel forgot where they traveled to. But it's the place as famous for Star Trek, and they ended up wandering into this big Star Trek celebration going on. And in this fight breaks out between Star Trek fans and Star Wars fans. You know, these just like just give me a break. This is this is this is not funny. This is it's like those stupid holliman parody movies. Yeah. They always say. Yeah. Oh, this is gonna be great. Speaking of sucks. Coral line for a minute. I love that movie really liked Coralline, ROY. Yeah. I I think this is the first of those like animated movies. That's esther. Recall, a student is good work. Yeah. Yeah. That's a neat movie. It's it's a well animated movie. It's it's creepy enough to creep out kids, but not so much that you wouldn't be comfortable taking your kids to see it. The good. Good kid scary. Luke kid level of scary. Henry Celik involved in that. That's Henry Celik. I Wright who directed nightmare before Christmas. Was Henry Selleck guests? Yeah. And so you got new game in local hero. Well, by way of Britain, and and Henry could nightmare before Christmas. And it it it has a a best of Bernie ninety s. At the same guys that did nine. No, okay. 'cause I like his nines along the same lines that I like nine quite a bit. I really liked. He's just not that into you. I mean for what it is. I thought that it was pretty good. I thought it was on samba your unsolvable sort of rom. Comedy movie used to watch those? Greg Behrendt wrote that he wrote the book that that was based on. Jillian copies. Good for him. Yeah. Pushes oddly, a good movie. Is that Hayden? Chris Evans, Chris Evans. It's a superhero Dakota fanning. They have. Yeah. It's actually it's actually a good watch. It's a photo watch. Chris Evans does. It does a bad film apart from the fantastic four. Of the best part of that. But yet. Pushes pushes fun. And then Pink Panther too. I was growing up. I was on the tail end of the Pink Panther phenomenon. Never got into it. As a kid. I love the the Peter Sellars movies. I think the Peter Sellars movies are hilarious. But the Steve Martin remakes Disney. Fide? Yep. Yeah. Same movies out this week ten or twenty years ago blast from the past. Message in a bottle my favorite Martian. Yeah. Christopher lloyd. What's the past is actually was actually the minorly enjoyable? It's a cute movie. Silverstone Brennan Fraser, Christopher Walken. It's a it's a really cheesy premise that is sold. So the premises that there's a nuclear the Chris rock is paranoid about nuclear strike or whatever in the fifties or sixties wherever they think there's a bomb. They go down. Brin Frazier's raisins bunker, thinking the world's been destroyed above them. And then he comes up, and so he's like this cheesy. Fifties era, kind of leave it to beaver guy set loose in the modern world, and he got the militia SilverStone, oddly, oddly, an odd sequel to NC, no, man. Yeah. Just.

"He like insisted that I keep it. I was like, okay. All right. Oh my gosh. I mean, I guess there. But like the magic and not like most people would be like, you know, that could never happen. Although I know exactly are there like what did you actually do for that eight hundred dollars? I did nothing guys. Okay. I counted it. Yeah. Back. I swear. But yeah, I know let's say like people just aren't open to like other ways of money coming in. I remember like when I'm said like the first time when I was hunting at my jewelry business going, and I like hired a business coach like there was like how the hell am I gonna like afford this? I live paycheck to paycheck like how am I gonna figure this out? There's no other way. And then I was like whatever I'm just going to pay the deposit. I think my husband, and we weren't even married at the time. I had to like lend me a couple hundred dollars or something. And then I had told him Aquino like, you know, for the next couple of months, I'm paying for this. I'm not going to be all to really pay for groceries or this can cover the mortgage. Not set news like whatever like he was very reluctant. He's like, okay. That's great. And then literally like three days later got a letter in the mail saying that my credit was was increased by the exact amount of the program. So I just put it on my card. So it's just kind of crazy things that we don't really think of even though credits not like free money, but it gave me it gave me like the security to be able to have my money freed up while I went on that journey. So yeah that was kinda wild to. Oh my gosh. See it's I always feel like if you've really want something you'll make it happen hundred percent hundred percent. I kind of can't with excuses. This seen it happened. So many times, and you know, I made a thirty thousand dollar investment in my business like a few months before my wedding. You all the money I had saved up for my wedding. And my husband was obviously reluctant about that too. But believed in mine was like, okay, fine. Then the next month. I literally had thirty came on that point. That was the first time I had ever had that big of a month. So I don't know you just have to be open to how it can happen. Even that's the eagle only knows what it knows. I always say that you only knows when it knows it only knows that things that have already Hafid. So does that mean that you're only going to believe in things that have already happened like, but no you like do things every day that you've never done? You drive down roads. You've never been down before you see people even never seen before. Like everyday things that have never happened before happening. So you got to get out of that. Like, that's you know, let's never happened. How could it happen this time? Like, they can you know. Yeah. They can you just got to be open for it. Yes. Just got to be. Open to it. So where can we actually why I always I've just like so fascinated by all your stories all my questions? What does fit fierce and fabulous MU to you? Oh, fierce and fabulous. I love that. I mean, I feel like it's disowning who you are like, I think there's so many different ways to be fierce inside Bolus. But like being like unapologetically you. I mean, I just don't think there's like a recipe to making it all comes down to like confidence and. Credit? Dislike owning who you are. I mean, I never I think that was something that was a bit of a journey for me. Like, I said a was credit trained to do what other people doing that are successful or what other people doing that? Look, you know, really fabulous. But it can't like, you know, my fabulous isn't the same as someone else's fabulous. I just do it in my own way. Sometimes my fabulous is really messy. "Dollars. That's like one of those stories that you see on go viral. Yeah. And I mean, I still to this day cannot believe that. And I thought it was a joke. I was like oh my God. Like, I'm gonna go to the Bank. They're going to be like the check. It's fake. I cashed eggs laid just oh my God. So did he like, no, you're he knew your name, obviously? Then because it's on the receipt. Dresses, waitresses cute ends if you ever hear from him again. No, oh, my was like, a magical like moment that is so magical. Yeah. So it's like, you share these stories, and I'm like, I've had these crazy things happen to where it was like, I was just opened a possibility. And I was hoping. Yeah, I think we'll end once you like once you get on a little bit of a higher vibe to you you litter. Attract more of what you've already attracted like you attracted that amazing lunch. Like, the three fifty at lunch, and you're like on that vibration, and then you attracted even more. That's why it's like you need to get on the vibration, even when you're not on the vibrations. So how do we get on the vibration, literally like I for me visualize? I'm like, I'm kind of a freak like I have a vision board on my. Okay. So there's actually this use Google Chrome. There's this plug in called vision board and every time you open a tab. It shows you your vision board. So I literally looked at like Kim Kardashian body Louis Vuitton luggage the cover of Forbes, private jets and yachts in Ginette can doing my hair. Every time I opened a tab. Oh my God. So I like literally that's what it is. Like, you just have to see it all the time. And I find like I dunno. I know just like surrounding yourself with things that remind you of the things that you want. I just think there's so many. It's so many little things you have to visualize it all the time like ever since. I was a kid. I would literally I remember like. I would just remember like there'd be a new like fashion trend, and I'd be like, oh, I need to get this out set that Rachel on friends war, and I would literally just like visualize it visualize it visualize it, and then I would like find something that looks like a discount store something, and like I could like pay for it with my baby sitting money or whatever. Like, I just I don't know. It's literally visualizing it. I visualize a crazy person. Probably why I can barely sleep some nights. But I get so so excited just picturing things you when you have no idea how it's going to come. You have to just like believe that you're going to have it. I feel like we almost have to go back to those like innocent days. You know, because I feel like we put so much like that's impossible. There's no way that can happen. Yeah. And I think that's why I loved being away transfer period in my life because. I've had some wild. Like, I had this one guy was just working day. He just handed me a hundred dollar Bill. Like, I know when I was in Vegas wants.

I really felt like by route shocker was just not grounded. Yeah. It'd be actually. Yeah. I didn't feel home anywhere. And I'm finally feeling like I'm here in Vegas. I'm home. I feel like I'm putting roots down, and it feels so much like I feel so much Marut it in grounded energy. Yeah. Makes such a difference. Like, I know when I'm traveling sometimes I just go a little insane. Yeah. Like, it's great. It's it's fantastic. It's the life. But sometimes you're like you get really anxious in need that routine about earlier you need kind of that. Eighteen in your life when you're traveling. It can be hard to have that routine so hard, and I that's something. I've definitely gotten better. And like, especially if you're with people like if you're like with a bunch of girlfriends handling can't gotta go meditate. But like you to do it. Yeah. I love it. So what is your morning routine? Look like I'd love to learn about how you implement incorporate all of this while running a business. Yeah. So I mean, I talked a little bit about my. Well. Okay. So wake up hug. My husband hugged my dog. A little cuddle says, and then we I walk the dogs the dog in the morning, and I just feel like that's just special time with my son. Most each jog park. Love him so much, and then I come home, and I do my bath ritual. Sometimes I mean, I'll work out at some point during the day usually in the morning, and then do my bath ritual. And then yeah. So usually with my bats by my bath ritual. I have crystals in there. It really depends. Like they said like it depends what shocker I'm working on. Like, I did like a full month of heart shock cry. Still doing that. I'm doing like Kunda Leany training right now, which is focused on the heart shock crass. So doing a lot of stuff with heart shock or crystals and rose quartz in with green venturing, and then reading a read a little bit in the bath, too and I- general. And then I what else do I do. Oh, I do some kind of either like a Guas Shah or or ah Jade roller of some kind of like face massaged. And then I do like my skin care routine. And then get ready while usually. Our I think fasts are kind of gross. But I usually like shower after the bath, which is kinda weird. And then. And then I like get ready and start working. I think that I love bass. And I never took a shower after it. Yeah. That's kind of now that I think about I know I'm like, it's like soup. It's disgusting. By like dirt in my own self. Yeah. Think about that till you just said it. I don't know. I've always thought it was so gross. Like, no fence to people that don't. But I just have a I'm not usually that much of a germaphobe. But there's something about boss. I think you know, what it is like because I use bath salts. So like when you take the water out like there's like a film around the. Let's face it. I'm not watching that every day. It's like gets a little gross. Anyway, that's that's the thing by mine is like an orange color from my spray tan. Yeah. Origin. It's so funny. Why is our top look so Brown? I'm like, I don't know. I don't know. Shower after. I it's seriously. It's my my tan because. Yeah. No. Of course Miller. I know this is struggle is real. Trollope all dumbly don't wake up like this. This takes work ladies. Exactly. So fun. So where where do you see, you know, actually? Okay. I missed something here. I wanna hear in the last year. What is your wildest manifestation story? Okay. So I had love stories this this happened to me twice. Okay. So that's why it's even crazier. So I was visualizing this khloe bag, and I was getting khloe I was going to Paris, and I just had visualize this entire like moment. And I pictured in every day..

"You know, just every any little tiny thing that you can add in. It's almost like you're checking off a box being like damn. I did good a day. You know, I need tiny little thing like carrion essential oil ruler around with you. And like any time you feel the need like roll it onto your wrists and breathe it in. It can literally be anything. But I think I mean, it's nice to do something at the same time every day. I think there is something really special about that and not necessarily the exact same time because you're not going to necessarily wake up at the same time every day. But you know, if you've been take one minute two minutes to like do one thing before you even get out of bed. And maybe it's just saying like, I'm listing out three things you're grateful for and then be like, okay. What am I actually feeling today even knowing grateful for these things, what am I actually feeling today? I'm feeling anxious. Okay. What my feeling anxious about? How can I tell myself that? It's okay. Okay. Like and dislike working through stuff before you actually go into your day. That's beautiful. So what are some ways that you can share with us? Like, let's say you have a big project coming up and you wanted to be successful. What are some things that you would share with someone to do in order for them to be successful? Like, maybe someone in this. That's listening to the show right now. They're applying for a new job or they're starting their business or their, you know, taking a big leap of faith on a project that pay for it or something what would you share with them to do? So they could receive more in those types of situations. Even if they're really anxious than stressed about it. Yes. So I like to do a seven step process for everything. And of course, they're seven shots. So the first step is getting grounded in the idea just in that means clarity. So going on like, a deep dive, you know, what is this? Why do I want this job? Or why do I want this business? What do I wanted to look like what do I want it to feel like what my days to look like what's that gonna mean for me financially? What is it mean for you know, my lifestyle and just like going on a deep dive in like just mapping it all out. Like, I am a sucker for a bullet point list. Like go for it. And then the second step is to visualize it. So literally like I said just spending like two minutes just laying in bed. Just picturing what this would actually look like the alike be like in your life. And then so that's your Saito. Shocker like feeling into the emotion of it. And then the next step is to tap into your intuition. And be like is the yes or no you'll numb right away is. This. Yes, or no once you've pictured it. And you know, if it's a yes, obviously, you'll move to the next step which is just getting really clear a Moco creation. So what is this going to take from me? What are ten things I'm gonna do to make this happen? And what are ten things that? I want the universe to do to make this habit. An I love that step because like we just need to realize like, we're not alone. And like, we're always supported. That's what you really like focus it down. That's like your heart shock crowd co creation. And then the next one is your throat shock rest. So really feeling really like actually starting to talk about it. But then the throat shockers also were hearing Zayed's live. So this is kind of like, okay, I've decided to do it at mapped out what it's going to take. Now, I'm starting to get a little fucking scared. So. Coming up for me. Like, you know, what are the CR and then you need to face them. So, you know, let the fear come up seal it process, it write it down. You know, tell yourself ask yourself when the first time I felt this fear. You know, what how did that go and just like become friends with the fear almost? And then once you're finished that stat. Then you go to the third is shock route. Which is about it's about inward reflection. But it's also about intuition and guidance..

"How am I feeling? It makes such a difference in, you know, receiving an opening yourself up and seeing where you're blocked and all of that. So I think that's really cool that you go through that whole system using shocker which has been around forever. Yeah. And but making it so protocol, and that's what I love about your work think yell. Yeah. I mean, it's fun. It's so fun. I'd love to know a little bit. And I love for you to share about opening and releasing. But also knowing kind of where you're blocked so that you can take those steps to maybe make some shifts in your life. Yeah. I mean, the number one thing is knowledge like just knowing. Okay. What shocker means wet like if I know that if I'm feeling social anxiety than it's my throat shot graph. I'm fee. Feeling you know, a foggy brain than it's my third eye shock wrath. So just like knowing what the different symptoms are of the different blocks. But then also using your own intuition. I almost feel like once you have that mind body connection, you can kind of feel I know that if I'm feeling overwhelmed, I feel it like right below my ribcage in my solar plexus. And so like, the number one for someone who doesn't really know much about shocker as the number one way to like check in is just literally reads as deep as you can and see where you feel some kind of uncomfortable sensations. So sometimes you can feel, you know, a little bit of like a strenuous feeling in your throat like almost like there's a strain as some people feel like a little bit of pain in the chest or pain in the stomach or just some kind of like unsellable settling feeling and then once you kind of indicate what area of the body that is then you can. Be like, okay. What shocker is that? And then just deep dive Google like that's what I did for so long. And like Google. Yeah. Like, honestly, like, I think everyone has to kinda have their own journey with it in a way, and there's so many meditations than like, I have different meditations for every shock read literally just spending some time every single day working on that like if you know from for example, like I said my throat shock route. So I was hanging crystal on my neck every single night, I'm going to do with throat shocker meditation. I need to spend some time, you know, breathing and just really visualizing that clearing every time. I drink water I'm going to visualize that it's cleansing my energy. It's all about the attention and the intention that you put into it because we are all energy. Our thoughts are energy to begin literally think about clearing it you can clear, but I like to go like a mind body soul energy. So for your mind, obviously, like journaling. So if you're feeling social anxiety, you know, let your throat shocker you can journal about. Okay. When do I feel when do I not have social anxiety? Pump yourself up and be like, oh, yeah. It was like so funny that other night, you know, what?.

"And then I realized that most people that reached out to me were interested in me like interested in how did you start your business? What shockers did you on block? How did you do this? How can I do this? This is Ryan filling block. How do I am block meshach res-? How do I start a business? And I was like, okay. I start charging for this. So then I was like, okay new direction like and I had seen. So like, I mentioned that I had hired. And I'm like, I'm not like, here's the I don't love the word business coach. I don't really that doesn't feel right to me. But when you boil it down sensually, that's what it was. So that's kind of what I had hired a business coach for my jewelry business. I tried so long to do it on my own. And then once I finally hired someone and only took me two months, and that's when I was finally really tapping into the shock rest up. And then what I realized too was that when I built the jewelry business it required me to tap into each shocker energy as in went in the same sequence. So it was kind of wild. Where like the first step ahead to take my business. Like, okay. What's your core? Your core message. You know, set the foundation of your business, you know, who's your ideal client all that kind of stuff. And that requires your route shocker energy. So I had to work on my first shocker while. I was doing that. And. It was time to create my brand. And like, you know, share my story and figure out the voice of my brand in the visual aspects of my brand in that requires the creativity. That's in your second shock rap. So it was kind of crazy that the the steps I had to take for the business where like the same stats steps of the shock res-. And so then I was like this is a thing. Like, this is the thing I've discovered something really wild here. And then I might that's what I decided to package up and start offering was that I wasn't just helping people with their business. I was helping them tap into the shocker energy as well. So cool. So you able to see this like it was like oh let early. Yeah. Bit of everything that you had already kind of been doing. But like a system is like, okay, this is working. And then I'm sure as you were applying the system to yourself, you replying to others, and you're just seeing this magical manifestation of business building. Exactly it was really crazy in a field. Like, not even like just from like, oh, you're going to like make a lot of money, and you know, how the glamorous life which obviously is like the perk, but it's like living with purpose? Like, the crown Charlie your last shock rat. A your seven shocker is about purpose and like being in the flow with the universe than serving and showing up for yourself showing up for others. That's the alternate connection. Like, that's how you get into that flow state. So I mean, that's the that's the main thing that I want to help people. Do I love that you do that? Because it's so funny this whole week. I've been. Really looking into my energy. And I've been asking myself the question around four o'clock every day. How where's my energy right now?.

"Welcome to the show Amer thank you. So a trick coming on. Thank you for having me. And I'm so glad I realized I forgot to ask if we can spare now, I know. I can. Oh, yeah. I always put that explicit Mark. But you know, not to have it gotta have it. So can you tell us a little bit about how shockers came to be in your life? When you made that collection of you wanted to share this with a world, and what that all looked like for you. So it was very like longtime coming I was like a hot mess in my early twenties. Like, basically living like from nightclub tonight club and sleeping in like just needing my life. And it was like, you know, I would like I Don a few extra pounds because I was like partying and like eating pizza out for him. And I was like, okay. Need to figure this out. My friend was like, oh, you should try yoga like hot yoga, you can lose five pounds in like a week. I was like, okay, I'm going to do it. And then little did. I know that was the start of this like wild journey himself exploration. Like, I think doing yoga and meditation just made me realize how fucked up I actually was like how anxious I actually was. And how hard it was for me to be still and be alone and be alone with my thoughts. It was just kind of crazy. So yes, I did yoga for a while. And then I started going little deeper wanted to go into meditation, and I was in imitation class. One of my first classes I ever token. I was looking around the room. And I was like why everyone looks so calm. But like for some reason, I kept swallowing like every five seconds. And it was like I had this lump of energy in my throat, and I was like. Oh my God. This is super knowing where I may the only one who has the and so I ask the teacher about an actor. And she's like we have that's your throat shock route. Like, maybe you haven't energy block. And it was like, I don't know what the fuck me. Oh, yeah. For Sherman chocolate. Totally. So I was like, okay, I'm going to go like do a deep dive of this. And I like read all the books, you know, did all the googling and found crystals, and gemstones and their healing powers. And so I bought myself my first throat shock, crystal, and I slept with it on my neck every day for two weeks and within two weeks. That Lum was gone. I was able to meditate normally. And I was like, oh, wow. That was quick. What else can I think about myself? And then I just like went shocker by shock run was like, okay, I can fix everything, and you know, through that through that energetic journey. I really connected to my purpose which was to help people like me to find that information because I it was hard for me to find the information. I don't wanna hear it from some like, you know, seventy year old guy in India with giant beard like that doesn't resonate with me. Like, he doesn't get. It, you know. So I was like I wanna be like the fun approachable way that people can learn about this stuff without feeling like, you know, embarrassed for wearing hair extensions to yoga. Oh my gosh. I'm so glad you said that because I feel like there's always this. You have to be one way and I teach meditation here in Las Vegas. I do moon workshops so teachable on the moon cycles to better their business. And there's this one lady, and I have to tell you the story because you'll love it. I cuss..

I read one shitty thing in two. Nice, good. So now I feel good. Thank you for making media. Oh, you're welcome. So are you you're not dating anyone right now? Are you have you been on dates recently? Yeah, I've been on dates. I'll say, I guess I'm attracted to people who are busy, but then those busy people don't have time to date kind of, you know. And as you know, our in sane career busy, then we're not busy. There were not zero predictability, drop everything in a moment. So, no, I'm not really dating anyone, but I would. I've been on dates. Which type do you think I'm all over the place. But generally, I think guys, my age or older, I like a man. A man who knows who he is, doesn't say I wouldn't do a romp with a younger kid. You know. With is such a funny Hambly I feel like I feel like Bette Davis right now with a. Stud. I thought I had to type. I genuinely don't have a type anymore. I went on a date that was not great, but he was cute and his picture was like fine. And. I was like in my brain is like, I don't know if he's like Hupa like he looks fine. Minimum person. I was like, oh, you're very attractive. You just take terrible pictures. And then I just went on a date with his dude who also he sent me a picture those. And then I was like, oh, no, I find you very, very cute. I don't know until I meet someone in the flesh. I guess you can have twenty-five pictures and they all have different attraction levels to each one and some of, okay, here's a red flag. If all of someone's pictures are stunningly gorgeous. In LA I'm gonna say you're probably really boring. That's not to say that out of our pictures stunningly gorgeous every I take good phone. Think I'm John. Now, I'm kidding. I think I think I look like me and my pictures. I try to present myself in a very truthful way. So people aren't like, oh, no, she's fatter, impersonal or. That would be the only thing. What are you? You are straight strictly straight? No, mostly straight loosely, straight league xactly straight. I. Specifically like this year was like, I think I'm gonna start dating women because men's, I'm not having great luck with them. I do love a dick and we can go by dick. I've also date someone who's non binary. I truly am very pretty fluid about sexuality because anybody can make you come except for child because they're stupid right..
