Amanda Wray on Her Case Against the Scottsdale School Board

"I am so pleased to welcome to the show Amanda ray, she is a Scottsdale mom who is now suing the school board for compiling a very, very creepy dossier about her and other parents in that school district who were fighting back against mandates who get CRT against all of the things that we rail about rail against on this show. Amanda ray, welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. Good morning, Andrew. Well, good morning to you as well. And you're in the Phoenix area. You are, you have chosen to take a bold stand and to fight back, we just had this story that broke this morning that despite assurances from Merrick Garland that parents were not being surveilled. They were not being labeled domestic terrorists or under investigation by the FBI for opposing such things as mandates. We now know that's not true. There's a whistleblower who has come forward and has shared that information with Jim Jordan, congressman Jim Jordan. Out of Ohio, we now know that that's actually happened in dozens of cases. You are a mom that's fighting back. It's very public. There was a whole press conference last week. You were joined by Dylan law group and Charlie Kirk was standing behind you as well. As well, what's going on here? Are you worried that you're on a watch list? You know, at this point, hearing this news, it's shocking, but I guess I wouldn't be surprised. It's amazing to me that what started in August of 2020 when we were just going to board meetings and asking for in person education for our children and to prioritize kids when we knew that they weren't at risk for COVID. We were met with such resistance and come to find out we were being surveilled by a school board member, his father, and there's even evidence that they were colluding with the school district in order to monitor our social media and to track our comments. And appearances aren't everything, but I don't really fit the bill of a domestic terrorist. I don't have a parking ticket on my record. So to be, it sounds outlandish, but I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere there's a tag on me

"Two moms who are fighting for liberty and freedom Amanda ray and Valerie Shannon. Get those names right? Yeah, good. Thank you. From Scottsdale, Arizona, so our audience is sort of briefed and versed on this whole drama. And partially so because I called out Jan Michael Greenberg for being a creep like months ago when I spoke at the because I just was like kind of a weird guy. And you guys have been on the front lines of this for a while. In Scottsdale, moms that were concerned about your kids education and you came out and spoke out about that, but in the recent weeks and now days this has become a national news story of what we have seen in Scottsdale. So let's just start from there. Let's start first kind of why were you concerned about your kid's education and then how did you get your how do you get into this? Do you ever think that you would be kind of in the midst of a national news story like this? No, not at all. I think like all of us we were not really paying attention to what was happening in education. And then when COVID hit and our kids came home and we started to get a bird's eye view into the classroom of what's happening. And then I realized how much control that school boards have. I didn't know a single board member's name. So when I found out that they had the ability to keep us learning, online, we started researching, and we discovered Jan Michael Greenberg, who was a 24 year old boy, unmarried, no children in the district had run unopposed and elected to make decisions for our children. And so, we tried to figure out what's his, what's his reason here? He was listed as a politician on his Facebook page, and I was like, well, this is nonpartisan. Why is he here? So we started to advocate for parental rights and transparency in the district and moms have instincts. And I think we all just like there's something not right here. And so we followed that and we just pulled that thread and then in August, in an unsolicited email, Jan Michael sent a screenshot of his desktop to another parent, as he was harassing her and calling her anti semitic and a white supremacist and told us that we were dangerous. Because because of a George Soros implication. Yeah, a screenshot of something that was said in a private group, he attacked her. We've always kept it to his issues and his behavior on the board, but he pulls the race car. Of course he does. Yeah, and he's a white male so he's an impressive, unless he pulls a race car, so he's got to pull something. So that's how it started. And he sent us the screenshot. We actually didn't follow it for a long time, because who's dumb enough to send a URL without password protecting it? So we then typed in the URL and I clicked on the link and physically got ill seeing photos of my 8 and ten year old, photos of me, photos of my homes and property records, background checks on 47 different parents. And it was yeah. I mean, we all just I was in shock. So let me just kind of repeat that. You have an elected school board member in Scottsdale that had pictures of 8 and ten year olds? So my 8 and ten year old, and then Kim, Stafford, who was sent the screenshot. Her 13 year old daughter's photo was there and the title of the photo is Kim Stafford's kid. Why? This is someone who's on the school board who's took an oath to protect your children. Right. And is like creepily cataloguing and spying on them. And then sending it to parents in an attempt to intimidate them from speaking out to keep us from speaking out. With that private information with that private information, not knowing that there is a link to the entire Google Drive right there. So he just exposed his whole dossier base. He made it public. It was already public to anybody that had the length. He gave it to us and we don't know if he actually sent it to who else they share it? We don't know who all has had the link. We don't know who he has shared this information with. And so in there were also I heard divorce proceedings for some people, vacation home records, social security numbers, I mean, very personal information. Professional license information, employment information. He looked at my husband's licenses. He looked up a nurse, a single mom, looked up her nursing license because she went to a medical freedom rally, and it looks like he saved a screenshot of a complaint to the maybe to the state nursing board. We don't know yet, but somebody filed a complaint. Against the single mom trying to raise her kid because she spoke out for medical freedom. And for her job. Her job. What are your job? She works as a nurse so they file a complaint and retaliation. Yeah. Because they don't like that she's complaining at school boards. Right, correct. And so this person, Jan Michael Greenberg, childless, unmarried, lives with his parents still. And grandparents. Oh, so intergenerationally is like cyberstalking 8 year olds? Yeah. Maybe my 8 year old is the political opponent. I don't know, maybe just a mom. I can't imagine your reaction to that. I mean, it's beyond like upset, right? I mean, it gets to the point of like, who do you think? We're gonna kind of have to solve this, you know. Okay, so I will tell you I'm being cryptic, but like I could imagine. The visceral response that I had when I clicked on that link, I was away. I had left my husband and kids at home. I clicked on that link and I physically got ill because the visceral reaction of seeing somebody spend so much time dedicated to looking at your children and yourself, it was disgusting. It was scouring, scouring the Internet looking for anything he can to download. The black man to blackmail. And in my case, I think it was a shakedown. Of course. Right. Because she makes a good defendant. Yeah. One of the file names is Amanda ray runs successful businesses makes good defendant. But then in another meme, he says that I'm questions my financial acumen. I'm a financial adviser. So let's go to the why and then I want to talk about how actually broad this is because it's not just this childless creep who's going to refuse to resign, but he's going to have a storm coming. Trust me, that's going to be fun to watch. But you guys were effectively speaking out, right? So talk a little bit about that. So they never were challenged before. Both of you started to show up at meetings. What were you complaining about? What were you challenging, and then he starts to create a dossier on you. Well, initially, it started out we were challenging the closure of schools. And that's kind of how we all connected. When we started challenging the closure, I was wondering who's making the decisions for these closures started looking at who's running the school board. That's when we found Jan Michael. That's how we all connected. And then we started listening to the board meetings. And we started learning about all of these committees. And wondering, well, how did these individuals get on these committees? We didn't know about these committees. And then finding out that they were closed door committees that were reporting to the board and so there were some open meaning law violations. Yes. So that attorney general complaint has been filed and so we would speak out in regard to masks. The mask mandates that you've Scottsdale is one of the last schools remaining in Arizona that continues to have a mask mandate. There was also the recall petition that was filed. Not just for the mask mandate, but for parental rights, transparency, all of this with a closed door meetings..

"Am not a therapist. It's not a doctor's office a waiting room that doesn't suck the website for this show. Is metal pod dot com. There's all kinds of stuff there. There's a forum There are surveys that you can take a big part of the show You can support the show there by Buying stuff a t-shirt coffee mug And you can donate if you're Feeling so inclined. Let's dive in to actually before we diamond is some surveys I took the the month of july off aunt aired best of episodes that had been previously aired and I feel refreshed. I feel i feel good. I'm really glad. I started taking a time off from the podcast. I eight years of the podcast. I didn't take a week off. And i was wondering why have was starting to feel burned out My girlfriend and i went to hawaii and it was. It was awesome. It was romantic and living in los angeles where there's a drought and everything is brown. It it was so nice to feel rain and to seek green and clear warm water. It was it was amazing. The the only thing. That kind of sucked was I was a notion one day. And i thought you know. I'm gonna rent a boogie board. Because i like to boogie board in the waves were they were pretty good sized But nothing. I hadn't been in before but the boogie board. They rented i think was designed for a fetus. So i had to keep coming in closer and closer to shore to catch waves. And i lost track of where i was and you know. The rocks in hawaii are made from lava so they are really really sharp and and then there's algae grown them so they're also slippery aunt. I washed up on these rocks. And i was just like. Oh my god. What have you done so now. I've got about fifteen yards in any direction. I want to go to navigate these rocks in every two or three feet. I can see under the water is a seat burcin. And if you aren't familiar with the seton it's it's a ball that has needles like porcupine. They're like small knitting needles. And if you touch ac- urchin they shoot these needles into your body your hand or your foot or whatever party you hits them and apparently they're really really fucking painful if you get one. So i'm trying to navigate these rocks and the waves are still coming into their knocking me off balance and i could feel my hands and feet scraping and and getting cut and my only goal was to just get into deeper water without stepping on the origin and i managed to do it but i was. I was bleeding a lot. By the time i got to to shore and i had a cut under my foot and on my hand that Required stitches. And i don't know if you've ever had a shot in your foot. The doctor warned me he said this is one of the most painful places you can get a shot so whatever you need to do feel free to do it and i yelled probably loud enough for people to hear three buildings away. I yelled motherfucker as he put both of the shots and to the bottom of my foot. But i'm glad. I got the stitches and they healed up after a couple of weeks and the rest of the vacation was was just awesome. My girlfriend and i got certified in scuba which had been something. I've been wanting to do for probably twenty five years and it was. It was so cool. Hawaii is such a great place to scuba dive. We had gigantic sea turtles swimming afoot from us. We saw amanda ray eagles the most amazingly colored fish it was just so cool and the first dive that we did after we got certified was a nighttime dive. Won't know why i chose to do that. It was pretty. It was pretty intense but the the cool part was we. We held hands throughout the whole the whole thing and it just I don't know just one of those moments where you're like. I'm gonna i'm gonna remember this for the rest of my life so it was cool but join the olympics. I don't know about you guys. But it's nice because sometimes i forget that i'm overweight. Pervert and it's it's really nice to be reminded of that It was so bitter. Sweet seeing simone biles model self care and mental health and opening the discussion up About it it was. I think it was a really watershed moment. Three to survey this is from the memorable vacation. Arguments survey and carolina rights protested. My husband finishing two bottles of alcohol. Before new year's eve in paris he ended up blacking out. Couldn't get us a taxi and had to walk many blocks away in and out of the packed full metro and up the stairs where we were staying when we got there. He fell in the shower and injured his ribs while taking a shower. I feel responsible for buying the alcohol and then deciding not to drink it. Also asking him to take a shower. One of the reasons. I wanted to read this carolina. It is i think this is a classic example of codependency with alcoholic and the warning signs that you need to take care of yourself and get help for yourself. You know one of the things when when people live with alcoholic is they are under the illusion that they can change this person's drinking habits and they cannot and they get trained and trained and more resentful and more resentful and feel guilt and shame and it all distracts them from working on. What's going on within themselves. Because that's the only thing that we can really change in. So i highly recommend you check out a support group for the the loved ones of of an alcoholic or addict. But thank you for sharing that. This is from the ask. Paul anything survey in this was filled out by a woman who calls herself charlie and she asks. Have you ever had sexual fantasies about your therapist. I think a better question would be. Have you ever not had sexual fantasies about your therapist. I used to feel guilty about that and came to find out that it's incredibly common and it's actually a part of people's healing process You know the relationship between the client and the therapist can often become a template for a healthy communicative Vulnerable experience for the for the client. And i think for a lot of us especially those of us who were raised in a sexual lives confusing environment That's our closest experience. It that we have to love at that point so of course. We're gonna wanna sexualize that if you've never seen the movie stepbrothers there's a hilarious cringe-worthy scene at the end where will ferrell coast to coast to therapy. This is from the ask. Paul anything survey filled out by no name and they write since you're now divorced. Regret marrying your wife No i do not. Is there anything you would have done. Differently. yes i. We've gotten help sooner. I would have worked on my myself sooner because i regret Times that was a bad husband. The times i caused her pain The time i was dishonest. Do you feel it was part of your journey. I do feel it was part of my journey and i. i know. I probably wouldn't be here doing the podcast today. If i hadn't experienced and gone through some of the things. I went through. But i have a really hard time letting go where the shame of causing people pain. This is from the love survey filled out by trail runner. And they right I love along trail run. That shows me a beautiful place running with someone who has also loving the experience when someone hears me and expresses care the feeling i have when someone is having emotional pain and i can be there fully for them.

We do a featured audio clip on this program. It's a piece of audio that you likely have not heard or seen on a network or local newscast and every Monday morning We feature on your clips from the Sunday morning talk shows, then we're doing so again. Of course, in this Monday morning, a top Republican senator says Democrats are pushing the impeachment of President Trump in an effort to prevent Trump from running again in 2024. And the senator is issued a warning to Republicans in the Senate who vote to impeach. Here's what he told the Sunday morning futures on Fox in our Monday morning wrap of the Sunday morning talk shows. Senator Lindsey Graham is our featured audio clip this hour. This is insane. At every level, it will create further division in the country. What good comes from impeaching Donald Trump after he leaves office? This is a scarlet letter Impeachment, where the Democrats are trying openly to disqualify our president Trump from ever holding office again. After he leaves office. This has never been done in the history of our country. I think it is blatantly unconstitutional is being driven by the radical Left importers. Joe Biden doing he's sitting on the sidelines and doing nothing. One phone call from President elect Biden would stop this. And to my Republican colleagues in the Senate. If we embrace an unconscious Tuchel impeachment of Donald Trump after he's out of office, it will destroy the party. The Republican Party wants to move forward. President Trump's going to be the most important voice in the Republican Party for a long time to come. He's gonna accept responsibility. For his part in January. 26 but impeaching him after he leaves office is now unconscious to Tuchel. From a Republican point of view, it would destroy our party, and that's where Green was right on that last little bit that, he said if Republicans vote to impeach him in the Senate. It would destroy the Republican Party. They need 17 that for to impeach him, they'll need 17 Republicans that are willing to cross over and vote for impeachment. Former speaker of the Assembly former mayor of San Francisco Willie Brown, an op ed piece in the San Francisco Chronicle says that's not likely that there there are not 17 votes of Republicans in the Senate to impeach so it's probably not gonna happen. It does what is a huge goal of Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats, which is just basically take trump out at the knees, keep him from running. Ever again because he did have over 70 million votes, and he does have some power with Republicans. Still, so it would accomplish that. But it also may do a lot of damage to Democrats at a time where they're trying to unify the country on they've got half the country that's going to look at this, as you know, just a blatant targeting so current majority leader in the Senate, Mitch McConnell is that he won't take it up. Before the inauguration, and then Chuck Schumer, of course, when they come back will be the Senate majority of Yes, and it's expected he will take it up. But the question is, will he take it up? And and what is Biden's read on this? Because just as you mentioned Biden. You know he's chomping at the bit to get going on his agenda, and he wants his Cabinet members approved. He want he wants the stuff to do. He's got a lot. It's a big list for the 1st 100 days. Well, that at $1.9 Trillion package that he unrolled and unveiled last week is a Just filled with pork. Filled with big spending plans lots to get through there just that in and of itself. Not to mention the executive orders that he's expected to issue like right away. Oh, yeah, he's got executive orders on immigration. He wants to issue he wants to stop the XL Keystone Pipeline right on D's got stuff he wants to do so, yeah, this may be seen as a distraction might be here on the top national stories on news 93.1 kfbk. It is time for our featured audio clip this hour. This is something that we do it five minutes past every hour on our program. Every single morning we bring you an audio clip that you may not have heard or may be seen on a local newscast and network newscast, giving you a little bit different perspective on the day's events. Right now we're gonna talk a little bit about the impeachment. There were 10 Republicans who voted to impeach President Trump in the House of Representatives. At least one Republican congressman who voted to impeach President Trump. Maybe having a bit of buyer's remorse this morning. Congressman Peter Mayer. He's a freshman Republican from Michigan, admitted on ABC is this week that he may have ended his political career with that vote. It is our featured audio clip in our Monday morning wrap of the Sunday morning talk shows. Are you concerned? You ended your career with that vote? I may very well have, but I think it's also important that we have elected leaders who are not thinking solely bullets in their individual. Self interest, not what is going to be politically expedient, but what we actually need for the country. It's not lost on me that I hold the seat that Gerald Ford held from 1948 to 1973. He committed a courageous act when he parted Richard Nixon, but it ended his political career going forward. You know, I think that is the obviously don't want to follow in the footsteps in terms of the next election. Interesting that the new congressman Peter Mayer, from Michigan invokes the name of Gerald Ford, who, very famously or infamously pardoned Richard Nixon. And says this might be the end of my career. You just wonder if some of them got caught up in the heat of the moment last week cast their ballot. They saw no evidence. There was no testimony. There were no hearings. And this was rammed through and now they're going back to their district and talking to their base, And those constituents, in some cases are not happy with them, right Voting against the president. So he's not the only one. I saw a couple of others who are having some second thoughts about casting that vote Enter on the Republican side, I might add. Yes. Oh now Kristina and moves forward to the Senate and the debates going to be and we'll play more clips during our future. Our clips throughout the morning. Because this was a hot topic on the Monday morning talk shows. What happens in the United States Senate? Is it constitutional to even have a new Senate vote on an out of a president who's already out of office? In terms of impeachment number one right And should they be doing this? Well, I mean there. There's some motivation here to try to keep President Trump from running ever again on. That would be some of the motivation that Democrats have behind pursuing impeachment. As a zwei move forward with the Joe Biden administration. Others would just like to leave it and move on and forget that chapter and move on with your Biden. So this goes, this goes right to the heart of exactly what you're talking about, because there are those who were saying Democrats gonna go forward with this just so that Trump can't run again. 2024 Willie Brown comes out this morning. In the San Francisco colonel. Interesting read has written opinion piece saying this is the LAPD impeachment of Donald Trump a hearing in the Senate. The last thing that Joe Biden administration needs well, it definitely will be a distraction in the early days is as he tries to implement and he's got an ambitious Schedule of things he wants to do in the 1st 100 days, not to mention that he's got a cabin he wants to get approved by Congress. I mean, he wants to get his people in place. Well, that would be interesting to see if it's seen as a distraction or seen as something the country has to do, Right. All right, let's get you caught up in your national story from ABC News I'm daring are holding her getting 100 Million Americans vaccinated against Covert 19 would be an ambitious goal with any.
