"That he was on been okay or he might have been doing the voice for kingdom hearts to curb album or he might have been at doing his video. Forget your shine on. Probably a classic j abdul a world where he's like. i dislike swe life arc. Light artists one episode. Yeah in that thirty minutes. So you that i can't do this movie. Sorry see the director. He thirty two episodes of Live and mattie so really matty right great property good good bona fide property there Okay aaron grade. This know this is like you're taking everything but the objective of cribs movie. I'm gonna do my best to be objective. I can objectively say that. I know this is not like a an award-winning movie. I understand but it it the way it makes me feel. It makes me feel like a ninety five. Okay mcfee okay. I've watched this good guy feel so good a good day For me you know. I liked it. I think he's been better than the audience score. Like i'm gonna give a solid eighty two you a fun movie. I thought sometimes we watch. She's means that are fifteen years old. I go no what's going to happen. I was a little sensitive to all the things that are going to be. It's not a perfect movie. But i thought it was really fun and i really was actually made me very sad that we kind of lost amanda bonds to the cast of a personal life because she had this show too. I forgot the because this is i. Don't know if this pg but i forgot there's a stray gd in this. The comes out of nowhere. You're like well what's that about thinking about it. In an alternate world. she's playing crew ville instead of them. Yeah she really really don't let makes it bums me out to I'm gonna do. I'm gonna eighty five. I feel like. I don't think it's quite as bad as tomatoes score gives it. I think it's nice. I think there's a pretty high degree of difficulty doing. It's a one person show but fundamentally it's a good hang hang our forty five..

"But that was good douchebag. How did you know he was douchebag. His popped polo collar one. I knew by disguise something on aaron money for you. Well there are so many like i. We there's just but there's really only one and it is. He's probably halfway to china. By now i mean. He showed his willison doodle berries. My favorite line. It's like a throw away you don't see it coming across. I don't think it lands. Yeah that's actually not the one thing about those jamie. What about you stick it. Right in absorbs right up okay. That's a good one in a different way mine. I thought it was When i made by talking to monique and he says she says does he have your number one. Eight hundred be is a big moment. Her victims. aaron doesn't satisfy congress person. Tell me though okay. Don't you think it's so perfect. That knox would love a law that includes the term bi. Because knox for sure used now. At that i'd be out on the rig also. Did you know baloney as thirty eight percent. Huff a better jamie. I want you to recast. One roll was hard for me. And i would want me to cash any tatum. Okay because i knew you're not gonna love him like guy. Sure but i've sent me on a weird journey because the way every castles i think who are the other actors. That are the same age the same onset of like. Who's who stole this person's lunch money. And but you know what i discovered. I got so distracted. Add israel. i discovered that. Did you know that. Kim jon okay is younger than channing. Tatum not worth going over here. Famous people born in certain years. Kim jong hoon does make. But he's three channing tatum. Just so i'm hearing you would recast mckinley okay. Okay i you watch. I would i would recast every actor. That's not even close to being a teenager. Probably but i also thought and i do think amanda bonds was great. Yes but i think who solar lunch money. Could that person have done this role and is emma stone. It's who stole her and it's funny because an easy a it's like a passing of the torch literally taking a hand Do you are you. Are you guys the kind of people that are like. I need my teenage high schoolers to btu thais go. But i need them to be not like how always just think of andrea from not a two hundred thirty eight at that point. I'm like this is so audaciously your actually love it. This is flagrant. Or what about you erica. Can you talk kim jong hoon. Go with me here. you're not gonna like this. I don't care. I wanted someone who could play soccer but was a better actor. Then channing. Tatum going for the one of the home improvement kids now. Okay guy. i'm gonna cast young matt smith in this rod guys in this. Yeah okay pause. I am very pro matt smith but that is a ridiculous. It's not anyone can grow muscles. So i here and so. I think we could buff him out. Smith could grow muscles. I think so. He's got like a brits. Do not care about growing. Don't but he would for this roy. He's not host as a problem. That's not true it is. He looks like a computer. Game cares midnight hot. he is not your own item. Well he's not channing. Tatum hot. But i'm saying like i think i think it could work. It's my dream. And it's my birthday kim jong un. Okay so it'd be better if i said i will give you guys you can pick matt..

"We don't have that Jamie you mentioned a chain tatum. This is really so he had done I don't know he's really just like you can tell he's a really hot guy who dances. Well right there is a fluidity to his movement and that's kind of what he's known for because He does she's the man he's not. I don't think he's acting very well but also to step up into six. Which is where you really see like. I don't know if he can talk at all but there's something here. He didn't need to talks with his body. Read the flames perfectly catch. He doesn't need to do and the funny thing is though he so he does. This movie doesn't six And then besides step up two colon the streets into eight. He doesn't really do much until public enemies. Until last not and i think in my head i by the time he does public enemy's Which do you use public enemy. So it's like old gangster movie right. And they i think it's johnny depp And somebody else. But the bill is like johnny depp. Cheney and blah blah blah and then I don't wanna spoil for you. But changed him dies in the first fifteen. That's ridiculous but then he does. Gi joe rise. The cobra and his name is also duke. Also do and that's really. It's a slower ascent than i think i'd given him credit for. I think i find my head he had done. She's the manny took off. But really i mean it's been a slower Build and i think that kind of informs his career now where he does stuff. But it's not like the pace that i wanted. Well it is a weird casting because he is so much older because he's twenty six makes this film which is so much older than twenty year old amanda bonds in the world of teen. Yeah it makes me think of him in twenty one jump street where they're like. You're the oldest. It's like four now so but i am bread. Amanda said i fought to get chaining casts because he wasn't famous yet he'd done a mountain dew commercial and i was like this guy's a star every girl eleven. There's no way she thought he was a star from a mountain dew commercial. She thought he was hot. And i see that. Yeah tina fey thirty rock casting like i'm gonna calf damon. Yeah i'll hike. Odds james brenda john. Johnny commercial as rebound do and been like let's get that then new zealand amazing Okay so were you always going to be into buying like. Did you have stock in the bines. I watched all that with everything like all that was my was just the most beautiful piece of art that imagine. Stay up to watch nick. It was so great. I i loved all that for a very specific age. I feel like nickelodeon. And the some of the like showed derivatives that came out of nickelodeon roundhouse route like utah. My ear indiana. Who's afraid of. Are you afraid of the dark. Like they're good burger. It's like i. I think for it misses so many people. But if you get it you get it. And she's one of those that like you grew up with in a bind. She is that person. The amanda show was young. I mean it was just so good. And she's just like a little slick a young carol burnett she really is..

And we're gonna buy aaron in here to the festivities here in howard you so great here. Do you want to explain what we're talking. I grieve with her is support her in all her ventures included and. I'm just really thrilled to be to be joining you both. And we're so happy to have you i. I guess it was a snake draft up so we did a couple weeks ago. Where i mean. Bias talked about and that was kind of the i. Guess the origin story of us doing this. This is your birthday month. That's my and don't know aaron. She's a senior creative at our company. She hosts her own series on the bible bench. Podcast called faith adjacent. You just didn't episode on any agreements right. People are rolled up. they're super pump. Because god in a colt will include a link to that in the. But i love it. This is the way we get to celebrate birth dates here because you get to pick the movie. Even if it's weird yeah and it was just so it like inside baseball. Just between this and mrs world's worth winter winter board did frazier masterpiece. Course is so good is calm here when you should have made him watch. Sit next year next one. Be a long year until that point. But we're excited to be celebrating this movie with aaron of in terms of backstory. Like i have you seen this before you watch the thought today. You saw it today for the first time. This is one of ashleigh my favorite movies to rewatch. We're all hands at that but For people who haven't listened this kind of episode we call on the deep dive Behind we do this once a month behind the pay wall pay payroll When we're not recapping the bachelor and we call the messiah peace and basically we just really. Don't get to get super specific in a lot of our episodes on the feed so we use that opportunity in our patriot on in both the bible binge patriot and podcast picture on to really specific on a movie For example jim you mentioned eh. Doing over at the bobbins were going through all of the harry potter movies. Right now. we call the sacred cinema because it put a little spiritual twists. But this is. This is my favorite thing to do. I love talking about specific thing. I love movies. I love recapping. It a love like analyzing it from that so i'm really excited to be here. I'm before we talk specifically about this movie jamie. Do you want to lay the context for what we're talking. My wish she's man. Yeah so. I don't know she's the man is this is how we compete describing a romantic comedy. Sports teen movie. Accurate does try to be all of these things and a great way. So two thousand six directed by andy vick minute stars. Amanda bond in channing. Tatum in really his like breakout year. Yeah okay it's inspired by william shakespeare's play twelfth night centers on viola hastings who enters her brother's new boarding school elyria prep in his place and pretends to be a boy in order to play on the boys soccer team..

"Was the best song ever you. Who who memorably. When only one whenever ben wants to like practices singing talent. You're very talented. He sings song holy. So that's like his song. Obviously hold a special place in your heart. So i would think you would have some more to say about this news. You won't give me one course now. I'm course people already complaining that we too much on the podcast and clearly. I'm really the only one who is allowed to do. Well but can you give me some of your thoughts on this news. Yeah look i think that. They're very talented. Duo i think though that maybe they they opened a bar right f. House is called and they said they were thinking of opening another. Yeah they started doing pop songs. The didn't they do stuff with bieber. Am i wrong about that. You're wrong about that. That was that they would with bb with our country song but but the win a little common to be. Yeah it's okay that's by. That was really the number one song of two thousand nine hundred. They did their own thing and they got really famous open. Bars started going into pop. It only makes go into their turning into businessmen and they're taking a back seat and they're recording in their spare time by themselves you know. Keep the cash coming in. I mean they are. They are so wealthy. They turned their their fame with like holy in cruise. They literally turn those two songs into a multibillion dollar an holies in amazing so incredible they don't need to release any more. Oh i disagree. I hear what you're saying. But he's still haven't given me a full. Do you think they're breaking up or not. It's very simple question. I think that they are breaking up. I think that you said that. There's some drama about the wives on instagram. if there's drama can't be good can't be. God can't be good. I think that they are breaking up. I think that they'll always remain friends though. Always ring close. Maybe call each other on the holidays. I think that it for now. they're done. Okay thank you for finally kaput. Oh that's so sad. I'm devastated even though. I just want to put it out like i did. Call it but not to make this about me next story page six is saying stone is pregnant expecting her. First child with husband dave mccarey. "I'm trying to improve myself. And i'm trying to like paul reid and i'm out. Yeah i'm working on myself okay. So he's like an honorable mention slow out of the feud long way Okay next question. Is from at julia. dick she says you can bring one career back amanda bines lindsay lohan or the olsen twins. Wow this is interesting. And i want i want to answer it and then i want to ask you to kind of a follow up question. So i think maybe it's reasons he biased are cringe mode. Dive into amanda bines. Ken and makes me really want her back in young vs. I think she could be such a great modern romcom lead with her lightning. She just takes it energy of like basically what we saw in her own movies and brings it to live now. Obviously she seems way beyond that At this point. And i don't really feel a personal stake in lindsey lowe hands career and i don't i i would prefer to see like lindsay lohan on a movie poster. I prefer to see. Amanda bines young. But i wanted to ask you guys. Why don't you think we talk about the olsen. Twins ever is because they just like aren't around and in like our minds because they were really. I mean huge pivotal labs. All we year like you know growing up it just kind of weird that we never talk about them. Yeah we also got a lot of questions about the olsen twins which you would think that they are pretty squarely in our content umbrella. My take is that like they were relevant when they really young and they're sort of relevant now that they're older but like their mid range years which is like the age of things that we usually cover. They didn't really do much. Yeah and they're less movie wise new york minute which was in two thousand four. I conscious like in extremely long time ago so earlier than we usually cover. Yeah and we can't revisit like passport to paris like that is legitimately like children's movie and it. Yeah they were too young when they were like creating all of their content. Yeah and so. I think like even if we did watch all of those movies and stuff. It's what are you saying. Well yeah. I think that if we were ever going to cover them it would be like cringe mode or looking back on because a the stuff that we do is really recent and like what happened this week and what not and they just not a lot happens. Other than they'll make like a cameo appearance for ashley benson's birthday or you know they release a line of clothing and that's about it kind of boring in a good way in a good way. they're boring. i agree it's a good thing that we're not constantly talking about them. But yeah i agree with liz. I would. i mean it's hard to imagine any of these. Three listing as they are now revising their career. Like i just. I don't know that. I would want that but if we could go back. Ten years take amanda bines as she was then and then transport that to a career now. I would like to do that. But like she and her little like face tattoos now. Yeah i know that's what about you. Who's your pack. Amanda binds and zillow hinder the olsen twins. Well i feel like the twins. They don't even they don't want their career back like they are doing really well as designers they win awards and they have you know these elizabeth and james and the row and they're very successful and they want to be out of the spotlight. I think so. Happy for them I think that lindsay lohan has much as i love her. She's been given so many chances and she just can't quite keep it together and there's this really great profile of her in the new york times magazine and it was like i think the title was when you cast lindsay lohan in your movie or something. It just like kind of chronicles. Her being cast in this movie called the kenyans. That i think went straight. Yeah and it's just you really kind of experience. What it's like to cast her in a film and how to work with her and it's just really chaotic and she doesn't show up to things and shoal come in late and she'll cry and like try to make things better but it's like your you had your chance and blah blah. So i think she's been given a lot of chances as much as i would love to see. I mean trust me. I wish that low hands beach house that reference that but you know but amanda bonds no. I totally agree with you guys. I just hope she gets better. And just you know she's really funny. Yeah eternally rooting for her. Yeah all right. next one. This is from samantha k wagner. What is your weirdest. Celeb- encounter being la. I'm in boston and have no hope of spotting 's sad sad for you ma'am amelia with yours. I would say. I saw tyler the creator in a barnes and noble time. He was in the magazine section. Just browsing magazines goule great. That's a great one. I feel like in the early days of ti-time used to drop a lot more of celeb- stories like friends. Celeb- encounters stories. Do you remember this. But like every celebrity brought up. Amelia was like actually one time my cousin tampa and whatever the hell out like. This is great like a real arsenal. You don't have to work them out now. But i feel you have encountered all weird things in the celebral. I mean speaking of at arsenal liz. Kelly i'm sure has them. I mean we've all heard the ashton kutcher me like you and this. That's the one that is an all time and alzheimer liz. I know you probably don't wanna name a bunch of people but you have a crazy one that you want to mention so i can't you know i. I don't know who know who knows. I really saw no cyrus crossing the street. Oh did you about in the valley of those things. I seen encountered a lot of people. But also i worked at abc. The front. the reception shouldn't count. We're discern off five eight. Yeah but in my personal life experiencing celebs. I saw noah cyrus crossing the street in studio city breaking cool. It's rare that. Liz texts you about a celebrity. It's like not that big of a deal when you've grown up in. La like list has yet. So i just remember getting text. There's causing. I love no cyrus. I really really do think that she's not going to change him. But she's a great arsenal of music. I've been really listening to her recently. Okay let's go into the next category. Which is i cringe mode. Slash movie suggestions. There's only two in here but amelia. You're more when i name this category. That's okay this is joe me who works with us. He does social with me. Hijo me you are a great co worker and friend. Thank you for asking this question soup. And this is a great question. Thank you joe me. You have to live in the world of any dekom. Which one would you pick. And why kate do you have one. Oh you asked me. I knowing that. I have not seen very sorry okay. Liz have like yeah. I don't have a specific. I just wanna live in one. Where it's like magical louis. How you know. Like look on his face natural live in fucking camp brock. Like i don't live in like in our world. I wanna go to a different world. That's more exciting than are you no no. I don't living world where the jonas brothers still exist. Oh my god okay amelia. My answer is probably low. Hanging feel like this is a universal feeling. Yes i feel like. In our year of twenty twenty we would be more advanced and all kind of living in a smart house type of situation where you see something and then a smoothie pops out of the wa and you're like you whatever. The name is of smart house. So i feel like i would love to live i know it kind of goes haywire whole and it's kind of like she takes control. Emma ends up like a year. But i feel like i would love to spend or live. You know a couple of weeks in a house at like did thanks for me. Bean stuff like that. Well sorry what movie is smart house. Oh sorry. I didn't realize that was the name of the movie. Cool god amelia. What's your pick. I think that is a great pick. I agree with you. I i.

"Five and would love to retire within the ten years I have a rollover IRA that I'm heavily weighted and it's it's been good but I'm heavily weighted in the middle of the girl so and have been for a long time so I probably have I don't know ninety percent of my money is infidelity girls at this point in my life the recommendations on diversifying the verse of the market so is it ninety percent in that fund and then ten percent in bonds well I have to grow old and they're all aggressive violent fidelity select software and an extended market index those are all stock funds by the way that's what I was asking you yeah the L. figure income no okay so that's an aggressive powerful you didn't even receive and even setting aside the type of stocks you own you only own stock so you need to expect in the next bear market to lose half of your money or you okay with that no I'm not that is why I mean that's what the that's a good thing and what you're making the call let me just say a couple of interesting little things about the fund your infidelity growth yeah one heavily heavily weighted toward growth stocks it is like we were talking about in the last hour or last podcast it's been hot growth stocks have been hot you own almost no value plus they're all large company growth so you own a lot of apple you own a lot of alphabet you on a lot of Microsoft look and your out of think it's come to called Amazon I mean that's the power I'll bet it will but it's almost twenty four folio apple Amazon nvidia Microsoft an alphabet alone how much more than twenty percent annually a lot so is this money custodian held at fidelity will you mention the Fidel you have other choices outside of your ability or just in a four one K. or Justin or tight what we're tells where the money is it was a rollover IRA okay who who is the holder of the money who's the holder of the money we measure it out it is a hotel the okay so because I don't really know the fidelity we do have a fit when you have facility global stock fund yeah well yeah it's there's not a global you have to make the U. S. okay international yeah being your limit to you you have a lot of your money in a very few stocks you have all your lot of your money just in large U. S. firms do we recommend that no have you been great the last few years yes it's been terrific and there's a good time by the way to re balance out in that in some other securities go ahead on me just a couple other little things about your fund that you're not gonna like one the expense ratio ridiculous at point eight five percent that's really high for a nolo today world yes and it only owns three hundred thirty three stocks Jill given the two stocks so we'd recommend instability yeah we've got the fidelity total market index which is a U. S. fund what to take on that of fertility total market is F. S. K. A. X. get this you want to see what a difference an expense ratio makes the expense ratio is one and a half basis points what wow that's one zero and a half that's the one F. S. A. A. X. the right only find the total and then Amanda bond fund because I don't know you but I still think if you're going to retire in ten years you should have something in the more solid base there at the minimum twenty to thirty percent of the portfolio again you could take the wrist quiz you can go to talking real money dot com generous because that would help you I need to do that yeah that's a lot aggressive to what's the international component don it's fidelity total international index which is F. T. I. H. packs FTI and that has a whopping six basis points trees that is so inexpensive so then you would balance between those two fund you'd sell out of the fidelity roadie yeah and then go fifty fifty there but then you need something in bonds it must have an intermediate term bond to fund that is mostly governments that kind I mean they've got to have something but they have a total bond market into digital bond index which hold on I just lost no yeah that was a corporate bond and now we don't want to own corporates because well some but but the majority will be sixty or so percent would be in US government bonds because those have been more reliable and in paying you back amazing how much more expensive the bond funds are now the stock floods golly I gotta find another one point four five percent at the start of the one the other total mark that doesn't make sense but do you understand we're saying about sort of reallocating stocks had handed determining how much of your money should be in stocks versus how much in bonds are fixed income because that's the first thing to decide before dividing this up between U. So I'm very excited. And of course to forty five is absolutely stacked later on in the program. We're GONNA TALK TO OUR PAL mark. Monday lundy about the title fights about the main event about some news and notes so stay tuned for that. He's already in Las Vegas by the way I'm in New York. I'm leaving very early tomorrow morning. in in the middle portion of the show wreck she can be talking to mccown L'an undefeated boxer from Northern Ireland. And he's a friend of the program. I talked him before May Mac. Here's here's a huge fight coming up this Saturday with a great back story. I'll tell you about that later in the show but I'm looking forward to that. We had Terence Crawford on Monday. Show now we get to talk to Mick Conlon who. I'm a big Fan of and I love the backstory going into this fight. So talk to him about that. It's a huge night for combat sports but Saturday is two forty five and one team in particular. It is under the spotlight if you will. They're one of the most dominant and successful teams in the history of Mixed Martial Arts American top team South Florida Don. Of course there's a million American top team's all of the world but the first one and the the H. Q.. If you will is in Coconut Creek Florida and the founder and owner. You're of Said Jim is the Great Dan Lambert who is one of the most important figures in the history of the sport. You may not know this but he is one of the most important figures in the history of the sport and he has a very big night on Saturday because a man Nunez who fights out of ATT is defending her women's one thousand five pound title against remained randomly in in the main event. It's called becoming too and tried hi to become the welterweight champion against Camara. Who so I thought? It'd be fun to check in with Dan Library and talk to him about the state of the gym and also those too tight so without further ado let us say hello to the biggest pro wrestling fan in mixed martial arts Mr. Dan Lambert Dan. How are you? I'm area how are you. I'm doing really well. Thank you for doing this. I appreciate it. I remember not that long ago Att didn't have a single UFC champion. You finally got your first one with Robbie lawler Beckett. UFC One Eighty one. I believe it was and now here you are. It's old hat. You walk walk into a show like this with you. Know One champion a double champion than another one trying to get the belt does it. Does it still feel special. When you have these nights or at this point he just Kinda used all the success? Oh no it never gets old. Never gets old. You remember those days when you guys were still striving for that. I built days. You mean you mean those years and years and years and years and years yeah I remember that well okay so let let me ask you first about Amanda. She in my opinion is the greatest female fighter fighter of all time. And I don't think a lot of people saw this coming like the beginning of the decade. She started out. You know three and three she on that fight against Julia Budd but you know entered a strike force and then the UFC and she was you know maybe kind of figuring things out she comes. At and over the past few years she has become a an unbeatable force. What has changed change for her? How did she turn into this based on what you've seen from her in the gym? I think it's a combination of things you know. Obviously a percentage of those things are physical. And you know getting giving in better shape getting better at at her craft and proven or striking or CETERA. But you know like Yogi Berra say ninety. Ninety percent senators game has happened battle and I believe a lot of it has to do with her. They'll stay once you took gift she had and you added the confidence that she did not have in the past mix you could just see her. Grow may have lost standard. We lose Dan. Yeah I'm here can you hear me. Yeah I lost you there for a second but you're talking about the mental side of things for Amanda. Is there a certain way that you guys turn things around for her mentally. Did you get her involved with coach that she go see someone or is it just a a about like Rapson just getting her better as a fighter and that breeds confidence. I I think a lot of credit goes to CONAN CONAN and Amanda Bonded right after so she got to the gym. She came to our Jim after after the loss to cats in Gano in and she was Kinda down on herself at one point she was just considering coming in as a training training partner to help Nina and not fighting anymore herself and I think anybody who had seen her fight in the past knew that she obviously had had the physical gifts and tools that that could get some pretty pretty good high sport CONAN pretty quickly realized that says she was just lacking some confidence and she be molded and the mental game is really important in in this business and he started working with her and bring her in a long slow in as she felt the extra attention to the gym. Emma started having success in the gym against you know good fighters and high high level training partners. You know she then walked next fight and one that finding more confident than wondering X.. Find out what company and a lot of the knock on abandon the pass was you know people thought she had cardio issues and more down in fights and you know a lot of people have cardio issues and they're not just physical you know a lot of cardio issues or mental and once once she started building that confidence she she just became a beast. She hasn't lost since that fighting fighting. No that story about about her just thinking about being a a training partner for unite her her longtime partner and now fiancee. That's amazing so so you have a man to doing her thing. Do you agree by the way that she's the greatest of all time. I know you're obviously biased. But is that a fair statement on my part I. I don't even think there's a debate on that. I think the only question is it's where she stands in the greatest of all time pound for pound male or female. Yep Yep and she's starting to say that she should be considered one of the greatest as far as male or female is concerned but then of course you have colby in the main event and this has been a great year for. At with you. Know the the resurgence of Resurrection. If you will for him Maswadeh I know you've been with him for so long And and let's just address the elephant in the room. They are not friends. Things are a little tense between them. How can you? Can you describe to us the the mood at the gym as Muslims. Doing his thing but Kobe's also doing his thing and it seems like the tension between these two friends and former roommates is growing as well. I mean there's certainly tension between those two guys guys but you know and and there are two obviously well known fighters who get a lot of attention but you keep it in perspective. We have one hundred pro fighters at training our Jim at any given time and and there are certainly not the only two guys in the gym that that are high level fighters or UFC athletes or athletes rising one AFC every other promotion. There is around so you know I don't. I don't ever expect that everybody in Jim is going to get along. You know. Hundred fighters is a Lotta Alpha's at a lot of Egos the gym and I'm not looking in for everybody to hold hands and sing by every day together. which I'd like it if I had my druthers that would be the case but it's it's just not realistic but you know both those guys respect Dr Jim and understand that that's a place of business and the team comes first and foremost and at their problem with each other? I don't care I mean if they would be stupid and take that problem in the street somewhere at a restaurant. STRANA gas station. You know. Somebody's GonNa win. Someone's GonNa lose the winters probably GONNA go to jail and the loser's GonNa get beat up and that doesn't really benefit anybody. But they both know that they'd both be losers if gym They know better. They respect the Jim. They don't want they're not going to the gym. I've sat down and talked about it and they come to the the gym and you know if they're not training together they're not saying hello to reach other but they're not running Jim and Karen into each other and looking at fighting our gym. 'cause that's just not what our gyms about when you sat them down were they receptive to the idea of you know keeping it civil or was this. Was this tense were you. Were you having to almost convince them to not do anything stupid. Stupid in the gym. Well I think George takes a lot worse more personally than than Colby does Kobe was all about business. And when I sat down with folding talked about it and he was very receptive to say yeah. I'm I'm I'm here to work. I'm here to do what I need to do. And and get better and and win and championships and make money so it was an easy pitch with Colby George was not as quite an easy pitch you know and George told me man and I'm telling you right now. Next time I see Colby Jim. This is going to happen and that's going to happen. That's just the way I am. That's the way on wired and there's nothing to stop it and says not Georgia that's not that's not what's going to happen. It's absolutely going to happy. It's like really why not sufficient respect Jim too much. He wouldn't do that to the team. And it looked and it was like fuck. And he's like you got me he's like yeah. You got me so you know I. It's not because I want something that's you know how Georgia's I asked Leon Edwards Georgia's about stuff like that but but the fact is you know th there's mortal there's more about American top team than than one fight or two fighters and And.

"Dead. Eat your is cutting your skin. It's not how it works man. Look but that's that line I was thinking of so. Amanda Convinces Kitty to let Amanda Bond with a sole source to keep it safe saying that. Don't worry it was never part of Leon John. It was never part of your friend. It was just a tool that she used had nothing to do with her identity. Or I guess we just have to go with it and honestly sleet this. Is the direction continuity takes with this specific little bit because going forward the sole sort is going to be a lot more tied to limbo and to Limbaugh's IOS magic's with a C.. Then it is going to be Juliana. It's not until Ileana actually comes back until she actually resurrected sort of an accent furnace. The sole source has a whole lot to do with her personally. Now between those two times amend is gonNA take on a lot of magic's Magic's external trappings mostly mosh to her including her codename which I think pretty well counters. The idea that the sole sort isn't fundamentally attached till the honor that Lebowe isn't I mean I sort of the three of them were very clearly. Were very explicitly once biotic system and I think that even with a young herself out of the picture there still things that largely derived from her agreed. Yeah well well Amanda when she does get the sword immediately. Use It to murder grave moss. Aw I mean he was terrible but he was fun and then in the last page of the story we get an extremely abrupt PUCCI was killed on his way back to his home. Planet style reveal as a whole bunch of captions. Tell us what happened next. Yes so Amanda Gives Margali the sword and it turns out. Margali was manipulating her. The entire time and this puts Margali the high powerful points on the winding way and puts a man's in front front of her and it means that Margulis start. She's GonNa kill everyone to presumably. She's GonNa Kill Amanda. But we're just GONNA forget that so That's unfortunate although thankfully Ellis will revisit. That whole thing. It's not just a drop plot point at least it does go somewhere so that's Warren Ellis's first excalibur story. His run is widely considered to be the third definitive Excalibur on after Clermont. And then Davis. And it's a weird start. It's a very weird start. It's a weird start. I think largely because he's he's playing with someone else's toys and his doing it very clumsily when he's been on Excalibur bit longer he's GonNa start bringing in his own pieces assists in his own elements and I think he's much much stronger at that point much stronger even when he's going back to older stuff after he's established that status quo. I completely agree. Yeah but but that said for me. The story was such a relief just to see these characters written for the most part like themselves see them written consistently like we've had them written by the same same person for more than two issues that we've had some good stuff in the interim excalibur era. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying it's all terrible because it's not but the book just kept wildly careening back and forth from one style to the next now it finally feels like it has a consistent voice with that I mean I think that's a pretty good closing note for Warren's first Arkan- not what brings us to you listeners And you as always have questions. An anonymous listener asks Tumbler. There's a cycle defense eventually becoming writers. I we've seen excellent writers who grew up with an esthetic for characters and plots from the silver age leader for the Claremont Tehran recently for ninety six men including the cartoon and how that seeped into their work soon. Enough awful start getting more and more riders to cope with the original x men movies Morrison's ex than the other two thousands x-men stories. How do you think that affect comics in the future? That's a really good question and of course we're just going to have to wildly speculate but that's fun so let's do it. Well first of all. I don't think that's the future. I think we're seeing that right now. I would agree Specifically I think Morrison's run has its the magic fingers in like everything. The ex-lion is doing right now. I mean yeah a lot of that is is is Jonathan Hickman but a lot of themes were seeing are so very morrison. I mean right now. It's all about the larger role of us in the world. It's about evolution both literal L. and metaphorical it's about distinct mutant cultures. Like the current era. Seems very much a sequel to Morrison's run in a lot of ways well it's sweeping.

Yeah we're on the Truman show hunters puppeteer us all the hug dreaming anyway he got to talking about this Aaron Carter thing going on it's crazy yeah it got me thinking though about child stars in their meltdowns you know and how it's just so fascinating to watch is and and painful too but it's like watching a car accident he cannot take your eyes off of it totally like what are they gonNa do next and I almost like you said I feel a little guilty about it because these people are real human beings but it's fascinating so you know about this Aaron Carter situation saw a couple of tweets about it but I don't know like what started it all well said this is what hunter and our talking about because hunters genuinely concerned and you know Aaron has gone on I don't remember if it was the doctors Oprah Dr Phil or one of those shows and said recently that he has the mental health issues so maybe schizophrenia and bipolar disorder at don't let me on that but I think it's something like that so his meltdown is become even saying there's a lot of you're like whoa this is crazy them out loud and so his brother is Nick Carter from the backstreet boys who has a pregnant wife at the moment Aaron has threatened somehow to murder the wife and unborn child and so nick and his sister got a restraining order now I don't feel sorry for him I know I mean okay so seem he's on twitter those Aaron is saying like I did not do that this is extremes I don't really know the fullest Ori who knows because you know Nick Carter has sort of sort of but so Aaron went on this rant and they definitely got a restraining order with him then he got on twitter and was telling are reaching out to all the girls that I guess have accused Nick possibly of rape and siding with them and being like girl Scu I know this is true I mean it was like a real deal full blown throw throw each other under the bus kind of situation yeah and I think it's going on so I don't really know what the deal is going to be with that but well look if there's truth to the rape allegations and the allegations since then I stand by Aaron for calling it out yeah what a problem with is if he's using that to get credibility you to cover up him saying he wanted to murder his sister-in-law right even when you say these things I thought Oh my God I'm in an episode of I don't know I feel watching what's that just snapped I don't even know that it's about mom's like lost their mind DVR yeah I think it's like it's that sounds insane and it is it's insane behavior this is we're talking about brothers this is brothers this is real life but it's also all happening on social media which makes you like okay this is insanity in sanity so I was thinking about that once hundred hour talking about that I'm thinking I'm like what are the most epic child star meltdowns that we can think talk there's so many there's so many and like what's thing some people actually their careers were cover and some don't right yeah I would say the most epic child star meltdown ever was British shaving her head remember like trying to hip hop Razzi without umbrella and her head was shaved yes look I love that actually Gammel pin from Jean Jacket up her shaved head with Rela swinging. Where do you hear that Jean Jacket I've got no anywhere blake is there usually a theme to the night or you yes okay so brady did that this is a story behind that though remember she was like in Rehab and Rehab during that time so Kevin Federal on her were arguing over custody of their children which is fair right you're in and out of Rehab but he was threatening to have a drug test this is she was like fuck it I'm shaving my head they're not gonNA find cocaine hair which I mean hey that's intense and I don't blame him for trying to argue for custody if she's out of Rehab and she clearly proved his point yeah I mean at that time she was heavily medicated on something illegal but what you're talking about when Paparazzi was coming at her I mean I don't believe it's again and these people are people and they we have our our bad days to we just don't have people following a us with cameras like they do yeah I mean granted we do live in a world so now we're everyone has a cameras so everyone's kind of Paparazzi now yeah but it's I mean the crazy thing about the Paparazzi and stars like Brittany spears's they actually know her they are around her so much that she knows them by name that's true and sometimes like she's like Bob back the right or she's like hey bob I'm going to be at the palm tonight right but yeah some days they encourage it but when you're having a bad it's the last people you WanNa see WanNa see most so I was reading on Nikki Swift Dot com and it said being Ayla celebrity condemning put pressure on even coolest stars our favorite famous faces are regularly in the spotlight having to keep up appearances conduct countless interviews and make sure they seem totally approachable down birth what happens however when the cracks start to show an celeb- suddenly snaps even Hollywood's elite aren't immune to mental illness and substance abuse so it's to be mindful that we all struggle but for the media darlings is darker moments or sometimes immortalized by the press and if the Paparazzi aren't enough celebrities also have to deal with well pretty much anyone with a smartphone just like yeah it is true it's everywhere now well and a lot of the people who have the is big public meltdowns rise famous children so they don't have normal upbringings they don't have normal relationships with their parents you they're probably supporting their parents so what they say goes and it's their ticking time bombs well and also like if you grow up in the place where you start working so young you actually don't get to be a kid I do feel like there's a lot of that that is this side ways like I'm going to act out kind of mentality you know which I don't know I've been around a kid like all it takes them like staying up in our past their bedtime and they have a meltdown of epic proportions imagine not being able to that as a child you're too busy working and that happened I can't imagine not being able to do that as an adult I've seen a few of her meltdowns to you guys I'm GonNa have to pop up on Instagram of my face get too tired and watch out do you remember the whole Amanda Binds thing yes I didn't end up being bipolar disorder which is okay a lot of these involve either mental illness says or some sort of substance abuse problems which makes me feel a little guilty for even talking winter they all involve twitter I know like get off the twitter twitter we're having a doesn't go away screen shot at it lasts forever you remember wasn't what was she tweeting about I just remember being like murdering her vagina what's yeah she was saying she wanted somebody come murderer pussy or some laurie advisory that was really what was happening so I remember that's what you dreamed up I remember at that time in my life having notification said on twitter or two an alert things that on twitter to get an education if Amanda Bonds tweeted lots of it was like the big show but the goodness for her is recently she's been back and she I think she graduated from some sort of fashion institute like she seemingly got it back together and trying to move on with her life shoot murder of a she wanted drake to murder her vagina forgot about that she was on drugs pushes saying Oh yeah and that was another thing I read she now kind of speaks out about the dangers of substance abuse I mean it's a slippery slope you know sometimes these people have to work really long hours during the day and part of their job is also being out at night and being seen and I mean that takes a toll on you and sometimes you need these substances prolong your day also could you imagine if the camera was following you around or people gave a shit when you were so drunk I mean you have friends of ours who video you and you're drunk you're but I should probably be ashamed of some of it I mean I don't give a shit imagine of you were famous and people were like Oh my God did you see what ship did I did get spotted from this podcast already Oh my God tells more Bartok here Nashville it was a combination of this and of our friends instagram handles Crayton's Scrim well on that instagram is that's a couple of times where you you've been body rolling either different things because no meltdowns yet I was also remembering the Justin bieber stuff because I'm thinking of people who've if seemingly gotten it together now which obviously you never really know a few like remember what he was throwing exit his neighbor's House don't his his dad's always there when he gets in trouble too because his dad a part of it because his dad you know I think I think his parents were teen parents too and then his father really wasn't in the picture until L. Justin got famous and then he came back in the picture and naturally you want you want a relationship with your father but it's there's no real father relationship there uh how do you trust anybody get that famously I mean he was the most famous kid in the world at that time so I just remember the story about him like racing down the street and his neighbors calling the cops I think it was the same he was living in that same house when he was throwing eggs at his neighbors his address the address.

"Yeah. Walk in the van through the rep hill, we give you the brutal truth state. Today's guests Mandy. One-half decisions easy for decisions on here in the conversation. Got pretty spicy with her. Now, we have Mandy and it promises to be even more spicy. It was more. Spicy Hobart decisions is fantastic podcast that deals with sex. Deals with all things related to sex people's kinks people's hangups people being sexually liberated and the issues that women go through in terms of accessing their sexual ration- talking about and dealing with asserting their sexual power. I think it's a fantastic podcast. I'm glad to have completed the circle of podcasts. I got everybody for decisions on. There is one more survey got to complete the job and podcast. We gotta get Rory on the show. We've had Joe had my mall. We gotta get a run on the park as parks as well. The whole Joe blood family gotta give them here. Andrew Scholtz as well. Got a close these podcast circles get all of these guys on here. These are my dudes as far as manny's concerned, we talked about a lot we talked about things dealing with sex in terms of your body image. We talked about their infamous fuck me, Femi finance me. Sort of rant that went viral should men have to finance the women that they are dating Mandy says. Yes. And she gives a fantastic reason at least to me and to her as to why that is the case you can listen to yourself. I always I hear the trigger dudes already. You can listen to yourself for yourself figure out whether or not you agree with her or not. But she's well thought out on it. And is she gives. Well, I thought to be pretty damn good answer. That is in a second first off. May is mental health awareness month. We are all trying to do a better job of talking about and dealing with our mental health issues putting them to the forefront to make sure that we're not bringing in more hurt. We're not hiding are hurt and we're not putting bandaids over deep deep wounds. It's a tough thing to do. But I feel like as a culture and as a community we're having more conversations about mental health. I'm currently off of my medication. I stopped taking my legs appro a little while ago. And whereas my brain is not as fuzzy there are a lot of things that are different. I must say, you know, you show me a picture of a mother draft running into Sarah giddy with the baby draft, I'll fucking cry. That's going to happen lie is just different like things are different. Because of that. There's something I would like to talk about. About a week ago. Maybe a week and a half ago is the one year anniversary of the happening with one Mr. Kanye west. I think that was on may second or may first year ago that kinda Wes walked into the offices at TMZ and boom vans. Big moment happened. It occurred to me that that should have never happened. Should've never happened that moment with me and Connie because Konya west should have never been at TMZ. And kinda west should have never been at the White House. And so many of the things that were going on with Kaya west should have never happened. And the reason why they should have never happened is because he was openly openly telling us. That he was on and off medication and dealing with severe issues related to his mental health. And I don't think that we took him seriously enough. I'm not sure what Carre state is right now. And I'm not saying that having a mental health disorder absolves U from having any destructive or problematic political opinions or engaging in behavior that is destructive to a community that you better. But what I am saying is I don't understand why he has been giving a platform that we've protected so many other people from tell you what I mean by that. There was a time when all of the media decided to cover Amanda bonds different way, there's a time when all of the media decided to cover Britney Spears a different way when they realized that these people these individuals these ladies were working through things that were mentally debilitating. They stopped putting them on Front Street. They stopped covering their courts in a way that was seemingly being made fun of them. They stopped exposing them to triggers that could deepen their mental illness. I don't think that. Yeah. Or even someone like X D M X gets that same treatment from society. I think sometimes people including myself forget about that. I don't think that there is the same protection for those people as our other people and part of it. I think has to do. With the. Sort of Layton, an unconscious belief. That black men in some sort of way by people some sort of way, don't hurt and feel the same as everybody else. Does these are the reasons why you look at a twelve or thirteen year old black child and treat them like they're twenty five year old person? These are the reasons why you look at. An eighteen year old black man. And call him a demon HOGAN. And feel like you have to use your gun to put him down because we're something other than human. And if we're something other than human than sows are paying it's not regular pain. It's black people pain black people pain. It's not the same as paying from everybody else. Now, I'm not saying that there's some sort of evil nefarious scheme out there to treat us differently. I think that these things are deeply ingrained and almost reflex at this point. But. Still there were talking about. I'd argue and I might anybody else's community. But mine of Baton Rouge, Louisiana say on every podcast. I'll say on this one too. I'd argue that the triggers. And the trauma that go onto people were I'm from significantly victimize us in terms of mental health on a different level. A combination of things the combination of the bipolar situations and the PTSD and the anxiety and depression. I would say that there needs to be extra care. Not less care. I'm wondering why it's not treated the same. Why Wendy Williams isn't treated the same? When she's going through something mentally why that's a mean. Instead of outreach and since the tippety. I fully admit that. I was a part of it. I looked at the man that was going through something mentally he said, something that was a point. And I felt the need to check him on it. Putting the similar situation. I would do the same thing. No matter who it was. The question I'm asking is was that situation appropriate. And the answer is now. Wasn't. Don't know where I stand with that particular artists now. Damage has been done con. I fuck it. What it anymore? It is what it is. I mean human being can't be perfect lamb. Don't think I'm going out to the desert to listen to music or anything like that haven't been invited. But don't they that as my thing? But I will say in closing that. We have advocates in our community that are talking about and pushing for it a platform of mental health awareness. We have people out there that are writing the books during the tours given the talks trying to get us to have these conversations more. That's fantastic. At the base of this though is how we treat each other. When we see each other impact, and how we demand people to treat us when we see other people in our community and pain. Are women have a tremendous amount of of of pain as it relates to their treatment in this country. How are we going to demand that they be treated we have it? How are we going to demand that we'd be treated, but more importantly, how are we to treat each other? Now, everyone has mental health issues across the board. No matter what ethnicity no matter. What culture? No matter. What background you come from? They deserve to be heard treated. And loved. Everyone doesn't matter. We have to lean into these issues and figure out how to help people live happy and productive lives. However. Black people are people. We are people human beings flesh and blood. Whatever you think we can take. Because of what we took in the past get out of your mind, we wanna live. Happy productive empowered and healthy lives. So take that into consideration. The next time you see somebody quote unquote flipping out.

"From a Facebook group standpoint, everything cathlene new said, I would follow to a t-. I agree with everything. She said about the Facebook page, as well, I will say that there is, you know, there are people that will make an argument that Facebook pages are not dead. Right. And so that particular person that we've most recently had that conversation with is Amanda bond from episodes, sixty six of the podcast. She has a lot of great tips and strategies to increase in gauge meant and get more going on. And specifically what she views Facebook page to be now, she does not have a group. She intentionally made that decision, but this has to be a personal choice, and I'll get to I'm more the tactical side of this conversation. So we'll get there. And just a second also wanted to make sure that you knew about two other webs wellness business. Cast up Assode 's that we did about Facebook groups so one that I really picked Kathleen brain, which is a bestowed forty two. And then we invited a leash streaker on for episode twenty five I'm will link these up in the show notes for anyone else that wants to go check them out if you haven't already or he want a refresher because these are all great resources, and and great ways to build your group getting Gaijin near group, and and really talk about where these both the page and the group fits into a business model for a wellness business owner, so from a tactical side as far as what a page does for you over and above what a group does for you. You have to have a page to do paid advertising, which is whether you're ready for it at now or not I think it's a critical part of any business that at some. Point you're willing to pay for advertising. You may not have all your ducks in a row yet. But the goal should be at some point you do. So you have to have a Facebook business page in order to do paid ads. So tactically that's a good plan. Secondly, if you can use the things that Kathleen said and start getting at least a little bit of engagement on your page. There is this beautiful thing called Facebook insights that will give you some information on the people that are coming to your page. So the more, you know, the more you grow, right? And so if you kind sir taking okay, who's who's the majority of the people that are looking at my page what times and days are they on more regularly because because I can guarantee there is a sliding scale of days and times that they're on. And then star. Art, gearing, your your posts around those things, and like cathlene said inspiration is definitely a great thing. Education is a great thing asking questions to get even just the little a little bit of engagement can get that momentum started. So a Facebook page certainly has a place in your business. Even if you're not spending a ton of time there it gives you insights, it allows you to go into the Facebook ads dashboard. And there's so much research that you can do there on your on your ideal. Client, incredible research. I think we've talked about that on other podcast episodes as well. And then also it gives you the ability to advertise and all of which should be heart of your overall umbrella for your business model. So I'm a little more tactical from the standpoint of analytics and Kathleen little more tactical from the standpoint of where it fits into your business. But I think I think you should have both personally. Yeah. I definitely think so too because they do they serve very different purposes. But I know it's confusing to a lot of people will what do I post on one versus the. The other. So I hope what I explained made sense. Oh, you definitely want to have a presence on your page that when someone comes to visit. They see oh, you have this these great blog posts on here. This looks really helpful. And then you kinda wanted to side where you're going to spend more of your time. For example, if you're doing live streams, if you only have a page make.

Yet you've Cass Amanda bind because first of all Amanda bonds. She did that you didn't do that. Second of all I'm back. It's not a comeback story.
