"Girl the popular girls standing up for the boy with the back love. How funny is so funny. It is when you're in high school. You guys come on normal. Living a life of of less to know gossip is so much freeing. I mean thinking about the days when you would leave rooms and you're like oh they're talking about me or they're gonna say something about me. I mean when. I'm in a certain situation of my life of my experience in my life right now. Wow there is a lot of gossip where that is going on. And it's such avoidance and it's such like lack of especially when people break out of the pack. Someone's doing something different doing something out of the norm. That's always like number one. Yeah and it's always the no better it's like they should datta dot it on. It's like 'cause it's not what you would do. One hundred percents worry about your pick up your own room bed about your own life. And that's a huge teaching. You know of twelve worlds for life which is really worried about your own space or you're trying to change the world worry about your own space. It's so refreshing to be in. You know friendships. I feel like we have so many great friends here. And alan our conversations. Even if there is discussion about another person there is usually like a an addition which is like you know what i. I wonder why this is triggering me. Oh it's always you know so it's like yes. I really appreciate that because yes we knew. We can have our moments where we just kind of as you say. Let her rip on it. But it's always like Okay so how am i wake of. This is about my experience at this is really like either bugging me or or it's like i'm projecting but yeah totally projecting on this person or or there's a i think there's also to the sleuthing. I think this is what women do all the time. We're we're like well you know. His mom was never around and like we like make excuses always on the road. And that's why he feels like he's got up blah blah blah and like especially with men like every men get ford. You're dating you're like well. Did you know he was only child so we probably say oh my god just asshole hold out home. It's a really great conversation and we talked about her new book but we also talked about gossip like which we just discuss. It was really beautiful. How it felt really step-by-step. It felt really liberating I wanna make a real for that putting your instagram. Just because it was so so good there was also this conversation or part of the interview where we talked about things that are not helpful to hear So phrases that we use that are normalized in our culture. That actually don't help people and that usually make people feel more alone or more isolated and so we talked through some of those phrases and how they are actually not helpful. Yeah we also talked about Taking control of the conversation that you want to have Which i thought was really helpful. So she gives us kind of tactical things we can say. Or you know things that are kind of unsaid that we can create boundaries Around and we also talk about our regulating. Our emotions talk a little bit about parents. I had some you know specific questions. You and then what if your mom calls And then also like you know speaking to the person on the side of dynamic who is who is receiving about race. Who's someone sets the boundary and then that other person like you know what is what is that. What is that reaction. How do we kind of resolve that. Which was so interesting. Because we've all been on on the receiving side about dream. Yeah because i feel like in so many interviews people talk about this is how you set boundaries. Everyone's boundary we. Don't talk about how to receive the boundary. And how if someone sets about andrew with you whether it's verbal or nonverbal how to handle and process yes yes super helpful so she's just incredible so fun so funny we laugh. We laughed a lot and she also shares her her self care routine which i thought was really unique and inspired me. Because for someone who's really serving so many people and It's important to take care of herself. So that was really interesting. And her new book is set boundaries. Find peace last thing. We also talked about just social media. We talked a lot about social media boundaries Walking people on social media if you want just kind of the etiquette and the way to operate on social media so that was part of it. And i know you guys are really interested in that so i felt like really relevant for you so her book is out now. You guys can follow her on instagram. We share oliver information in the episode as well. And we're really grateful. She was able to. "In the yard. I like. Maybe kisses are the best. They're the cutest sweet little things on her. All but I I WANNA wait till I find someone. That is my best friend I and We developed a relationship that is. Undeniable and its connection and then from there. Take the next steps in life I've grown a lot since being on the show and change in my life. And I think I really know what I want. and not wasting my time with things that aren't there for me so I've tried to cover relationships. The girl I was talking to you at the time. It instantly didn't work actually. We stopped talking. Weeks after that. Adler. But. Yeah, like I want those things i. i WanNa build my gym up here to open up a couple more if I can. You guys know I. Travel the Country Doing boot camps and. It is my favorite frigging thing. On the rush a high that I get from that smiles, and the energy that I get from the crowd are. As close as I'll ever becoming a rockstar and I, think it's the coolest thing and I I will do that till it is no longer available. Unfortunately the attention and fame that came from the show that built those crowds is waning a little bit, so the crowds aren't quite as big as they used. We understand that, too. Yeah, the further you get from the show, obviously the last that's there. So. You have to decide do I. Go back on the show. T trying. That backup. Happy with where I'm at, am I? Happy with the license have been I. I'm really happy with the life. Have the gym of my dreams have my family? My dog I have this apartment that I love. I was GONNA buy a house unfortunately up. We'll have put down a little bit, but. Yeah I'm happy I'm good with where everything's at now at some point, I'd like to get out of Madison wants. The Gym is insufficient. Get somewhere warmer this winter. Crap is killing me. They. Can me down a little bit every day. have. You had a relationship strong enough to speak of since the show. On Not really. Why do you think that is? Just haven't found her. Are you on the APPS. I'm on I was on I. Guess You could say dating now. I log on and off of bumble every now and then. But no I think it's just haven't found the right person yet. Living in Madison the dating pool spray small kind of know everybody at this point. And? It was the case before the show I went on the show because I was single wanting to. Find relationship that wasn't in Madison and. Came back, wanted the same kind of things in that just hasn't changed those three years. I remember there was rumors about you. Bibi anything you'd like to address there. I think. She is friendship relationship. You WanNa. Call it mobs. It ended on a sour note. She had what she wanted to say about it and. It is what it is I. Don't like to talk about people when they're not around or give my side of the story and I'm sure she has reasons so. Those kinds of stories come up a lot when you do involve yourself with Bachelor nations and I I've got a now a couple of years distanced. was you think about doing bachelor in paradise again to find that person to amp up the business combination of both? Never, we will never be on the bachelor franchise show again. Like answer, that won't do Bachelor in Paradise. Personally especially knowing that like the group of girls that were just on the show were all really young? Yeah. I'd like to date thirty, and above, if possible, the women have been loved to hear that out there. is like that's fine. I? Don't think Bachelor in paradise is quite mentioning Gotcha. Just. Don't see myself being successful on their. Why'd you back out of winter? Games because the ladies were waiting for you. That was like the buzz about town at that parade. They're like okay, but wait. A second is going to like show boat the house or something because we all came here because Peter is supposed to be here. I was there two. They all knew you were still had not ready. Then, actually just awesome. Like clip of you're leaving. Wow. Moment those heavy for like real life. Evie, like yeah, that's A. In front of everybody that takes a lot of all. It was like one of the weirdest most like emotionally charged moments in my life in happened on like a crazy little bachelor. Show I, don't get it, but it still happened. Sometimes it comes out at the most out loans and you just gotTa follow it. It's what happened is good. It's been good for me. Is a stake in the ground moment? So where? Where were you at? Yeah, where you? Actually said yes, do it. And I think just like a couple of days before we were supposed to leave. They text me like change of plans are not invited anymore. In the world. So that was the end of that and I just looked at my desk. What I did but okay. You still don't have any clue. Nobu. My personal opinion. That Ari was the bachelor at the time, and because I was. The guy that you know is being talked about as. Another opportunity to be could have been bachelors. Maybe they just want the conversation to be had. They just wanted to nip it in the, but that was just my own personal opinion. Ida No clue maybe. Somebody off in some way, or maybe they heard something I have no clue. Wow Wow which I'm glad I didn't go because you guys were literally like ice skating the whole time. Oh, I think you would have had fun with the skiing and stuff. You would have blown everyone out of the water well. I don't Ben with pretty good actually and so as dean but. Dean was crushing it I'm not a snowbirds, a night I don't. Know very well. I would been crushing. Peter Your Miss by Dina Meyer indeed are still good buddies, and you're. Still he you know he considers you one of his best friends and. You keep in touch. Peter we end every in-depth episode two things. One is we allow you to just monologue here and share with our audience. Who's listening anything that we missed anything you want to share with them or listening and Kinda catch up in your life, and then Ashley always ends with a really fun way with a rapid fire round beater for the next minute or how long it would take thirty seconds. The stage is years. The audience is listening. Say whatever it is that you want. Pursing comes to mind is same. Thank you. after they came and actually shot my. Hometown stuff for Winter Games I got to talk to reduce face face. The first time ever got to say. Thank you for the experience..

"Right I mean that sounds behind, and so that means for about each of the show itself and came to agreements on some of the things that could be. Changed to help me with what I needed in the show which? I mean obviously straight up. I wanted to be able to. Spend more time with people individually. I want to be able to go into the House and see people in their natural habitat so that way. It didn't feel like they're putting on a show for me. It was more like this. You actually are when you're inspecting of what. What the where? I wanted relationship counseling for myself in the top like four or five girls during the process. Set Lady could work things out on a deep level, and then wanted continued support for myself, and that person that I chose after the fact. Because I saw the. Pressure that Ryan Rachel or put under, and I thought it was extremely unfair. I think Brian really bad rap in deserve even though like I said my things Orion on the show I said them out of frustration of losing the girl that was with do that an. So, there's conversations. And Yeah. I think those are smart requests. Yeah I didn't want to. I don't want to be a Dick about it. I didn't want to be like a I'm better than this, or this is what I deserved I was just saying like I. I do actually want to fall in love and get married at some point, but I I want to. You'll make it under my terms kind of thing. This is my life. It's my long term. It's not just a short term goal for me. I understand the Shokhin. Progress my life and my career in many ways that it would otherwise, but at the same time I was confident enough that I could do that on my own under my own artwork, and so I wasn't gonNA sacrifice some why beliefs You mentioned not wind to feel the pressure of needing to get engaged or being forced into it. Did it frustrate you to see the following seasons? Go like this are a switcheroo. Colton fence jump. No engagement Peter failed engagement no relationship. It made me think like maybe way too much pressure on myself for that. Because I read too much of. What everybody was saying in social media. World's saying that it was all about the engagement. Nothing else mattered, and that just goes to show that. No, it's about following your heart in picking the relationship. That's best for you in any form of that comes in and. I think at the time. It was still so much about engagement that. was just really frowned upon by those people who are watching this the show solely for the engagement. You say a lot of this Peter in It's of the tone of this is what you were doing at the time now. Don't ask you now. How many years out. Would you have changed anything that would you have done any of this different? What I have. No do I sometimes wonder what life would have been like. Had I done things different all the time? You know what if I would have? Said, yes, and just bend the Bachelor you. What would life be like now? Would I be with someone right now? I, Be Your girl a where most of the people seem to go I don't know. How would I change? When my business have its doors closed on me like. Scared to death watching tens of thousands of dollars walk out the door every week like. It could have been life changing, but at the same time. All the attentions, a already I wasn't the bachelor. I can't imagine what you as the bachelor experience on a regular basis. You are forever Ben the Bachelor. Your everywhere. Show Cuba. I mean in in United as we talked about, we both had our own I. don't go damage I. Don't know what you would like our own issues from it. You know you. We both emotionally are trying to still recover from. This Week I. In all vulnerability like I went on texting Brita Ashley saying Hey. I'm sorry that sometimes I feel use ego host. A. I'm sorry that sometimes like I don't feel like I. AM match up to what you need as a partner here and it mostly comes replace like I hear and I see it affects me in an still affects me thirty one year old man. Five years later. And so when you when you say this stuff, Alone right, and I think actually could say in probably says anything like this stuff affects you. In the same breath. It does change your life forever in good ways, and so at least next question with you is. Do you want any of that stuff? Do you? WanNa, be in La and New York and do you want a beater relationship right now and then also please explain like where your business now like how how is this brand new venture that unite talked about I don't know what six months ago we texted back and forth battle. Like how is that you? Don't want to be in a relationship. Yes, I want to find love of my life. When have a beautiful house so the picket fence in like six dogs? Hell? Yeah, I WANNA have little kids I want to. Wish woman carts..

There's so many amazing things like I met you. Guys Vegas was one of the funniest weekends of my life. Was I remember that? That's what we found out. Actually actually Peter and I were at lunch with wells when he told us that he was dating. Sarah Hyland for the very first time. I remember that Peter Sarah Sarah had just had a surgery and they face time and they were the sweetest couple. Yeah I remember that I remember when they face time the car for the first time on our way to the art festival and then we had that. Then you feel like horrible fee her out with Wells Dean and Peter and I was like there are millions of girls around this country who would just pay so many thousands of dollars to spot right now for the first time and we're trying to go to a club and they wouldn't let us in so pretended to be wells' manager. Yeah Yeah you should you let him in here. I don't know if you WANNA get. We got into that club. Oh no no. You're right. We did it was Paris so good. Well Peter were getting here to really interesting. Part of this will experience in one to Ashen are both superintendent talking about You know kind of this ending the show Felt heavy then. You kinda disappeared In in a way that nobody really understands and I think that's one of the part that has intrigued. Everybody where to Peter Go. He was loved He. There was controversy surrounding him. Not Getting engaged Where did you go? Where have you been happened Or did I knew all just Kinda went went home. Tried to go back to normal life work like there was nothing normal about life from that point on during the summer. That was airing. I was at my parents house a lot. I didn't even go back so my house at time. tried to start work back up with my training business but all people want to do is talk about the show and get all the inside information about it and I open myself up to new clients in all of them would come in for one session which I always gave out one free sessions if not both and then they would never come back at that point so I was just kidding. Yeah so I I just became this entity to people and it drove me crazy so event is Kinda said screw it. I'm GONNA just keep hiring trainers to take care of everybody and I'm not going to do that. Myself and Yeah I don't I don't really know what he did that I worked out a lot. Just Kinda did my own thing eventually got to do some traveling from it. I went to New York for a couple of interviews Me You guys in Vegas. I went up to Canada a couple of times to meet some people do a couple of events. There wasn't really a whole lot of structure at metlife for a while after the show. It really changed. Everything around Bachelor nation was that they wanted you to be the bachelor but that you were asking too much holding out and that they didn't want to beg for you. They decided to go with Ari. Is there any truth to that? Okay yeah all right so they asked me to be the bachelor and I said no like a straight up now and a couple of weeks later. They called in made a little bit more formal. I against said no and then we were out in New York for Good Morning America after the After the final rose and they asked me there again I said no but that time starting to talk to a girl and You know had beyond for they asked you know again for a third time Flew me. I'll tell late to talk about it. Really like straight up and Toll night started talk so they said while you guys in a relationship and I said no like okay. Well would you be willing to exit out? Nice you're so then we really start talking about like the details of the show itself and how it was really hard for me. I couldn't say I would be to get in the gauge. When at the end it wasn't that a new for fact that I want to as more I promised I would. I didn't want to be forced to do it if I said. Yes to the show. And there's a lot of back and forth in this meeting we had and Money was never discussed until we got to the actual compensation and I said well I make considerably more than that already per year. Would I give up in my thoughts like the rest of my life? We known Peter the Bachelor and the longest Peter for the amount of money that isn't life changing and so money was discussed and we all It wouldn't make sense to you know patrimony because then you're no longer doing it for reasons so money was never actually like a a major factor. But they did think that there is a certain amount that would be paid. I guess that that would be fair. Committed my my income at the time I.

Some people do a couple of events. There wasn't really structure at metlife. For a while after the show, it really changed everything. Around Bachelor, nation was that they wanted you to be the bachelor, but that you were asking too much holding out and that they didn't want to beg for you. They decided to go with Ari. Is there any truth to that? Okay. Yeah, all right, so they asked me to be the bachelor. And I said no like a straight up now. And couple weeks later, they called in. Made a little bit more formal I against said No. And then we were out in New York for Good Morning America. After the after the final rose. and. They asked me there again. I, said No. That time starting to talk to a girl and Know had beyond for. They asked you know again for a third time. flew me I'll tell late to talk about it really like straight up and. Toll Night started talk, so they said while you guys in a relationship and I said no, like okay well, would you be willing to? Leave Exit Nice. You're. So, then we really start talking about like the details of the show itself and how? It was really hard for me. I couldn't say I would for sure be get in the gauge. When at the end it wasn't that a new for fact. That I want to as more. I promised I would I didn't want to be forced to do it if I said Yes to the show. and. There's a lot of back and forth in this meeting we had and money was never discussed until we got to actual compensation and I said well I make considerably more than that already per year. Would I give up in my thoughts? Like the rest of my life, we known Peter the Bachelor and the longest Peter for the amount of money. That isn't life changing and so. Money was discussed and we all It wouldn't make sense to. You. Know Patrimony because you're no longer doing it for reasons, so money was never actually. Like a a major factor net, but they did think that there is. A certain amount that would be. Paid I guess that that would be fair. Committed my my income at the time. All.

"Progress relationship and make her happy and show her the good sides of me that I don't think I ever communicated that. We definitely had our conversations about the engagement, but I also don't think I don't think at the time I realized why I was. Thinking acting the way that I I did I mean. In any break-up, you go back and you play things back through your head in with a clear mind in realize okay. This is probably why this actually happened. You know there's a lot of people that need time and space to figure things out, and there's a lot of people that need it out. And unfortunately, my way of fixing things and Partnerships relationships whatever may be friendships is to talk about it and talk out the problems. And sometimes. That's not the best thing to do. Sometimes I causes more stress more pain more separation. Can? Build off a heightened emotions, and so I wish. I had known the things now. Than and you know I didn't inspire Kinda. and. It ended up. The wait ended up. Are you willing to talk to us about the abandonment issues and where they came from. I don't know if you guys leave nature or nurture combination. Combination of both my opinion. So my belief is that everybody has. Preset. Levels of stress, and Emotion, and all these things that you're just born with it so i. don't know if you guys noticed. When your grandmother was pregnant with your mother. Your emotional set basically was already being. Imprinted on your yourself. So like your mom was already developing your egg when her mother was four months pregnant her. So any of the stress emotional physical that your grandma went through was imprinted on your mom, which is imprinted on your, which then actually translates down to you at some point. So no matter who you are where you are, you're built off at some level with a baseline of stress or anxiety or Depression things. So. That's like the nature side of and then you get the nurture, and it's just. Environment? They brought up in the people that you're around all time. How you interpret those situations based off that. Your Major. So where it all came from specifically I. I can't say for sure, but there's ideas in my head and with my life coach that we've talked about. Other there's definitely a heightened level unsure of stress for me. and. That showed up as abandoned issues. Thinks this year I think. So. Many of US rights hearing. Go I don't know why feel the way I? do or I Y I react the way I do. But as you dig deep, just mentioned on the podcast last week I've been now for. A month now kind of walking through some stuff to when it's been appears has been super helpful for me. The Titan, I, some of these things well. I want to jump ahead here them. You're sitting in the seat here or you're sitting in the time period while you Rachel developing feelings. You're leading up to a proposal. So we flashed to that day you were the runner up and as we mentioned looking back always helps. It always helps us process better looking back on this. How would you process this experience accounted? Did you describe that day? The pains in the the ups and downs of it. Also! She had our final date conversation the day before we were supposed to. Like offer up a proposal. How to say that down money. Right. And I had the conversation that night and You know like the relationship ended she. Jeanine didn't see eye to eye, and I also truly believe I did watch the season back on not too long ago for the first time and. You can see from the start that she is in love with Ryan like absolutely obsessed with Brian. They click on a level that she never did when all those people came out all the time and saying all these things. About her choice or about Brian and put me up on a pedestal. It really made me upset because they didn't see the background. There's lots of the show doesn't show. There's a lot a lot. A lot of hours of tape and everything makes it to screen. Looking back at it. I could even say they were trying to edit to essentially become the bachelor, and so it was gonNA. Make me look better, and he wasn't as important at that point. Hundred Ozzy thinks she made the right choice and they seem so happy and beautiful together. She night is weren't meant to be and so the relationship ended and You know socked the. I cried a bunch Meghan was my producer, and she played the same song over for me for Briley six hours straight as cried on the floor. But. Then you know like a couple of days later, although was me, she and I were able to go to Madrid. and. Okay new start a Madrid. Beautiful City isn't a lot of fun. For All I know she and Brian didn't end up together because you know I'm still fresh off the break up that point. What happened after she laughs. And? It wasn't until Brian's producer walked past us with. Her producer and as I. J- okay there together. That was the sign I needed. So yeah, that was a rough couple of days after that and them. I got back home in everything. kind of went right back to the way it was. It was back with my family hanging out. I had a new puppy. It was. Okay for a few days, and then the season starts in all the stress and fear excitement of the show coming on and. Walking yourself on TV verse time that was exciting and terrifying. So. Did you think that possibly after your break up that she wasn't going to pick anyone? Yeah. At the time, and you inferred that it kind of set you a little bit in that moment to see that she did..

"Honestly when we went on our first date so I was the first one on one day and the very first time we started talking. I didn't even think about it as that experience anymore. It was like she. I connected so quickly as even just like a friendship level so we had a really unique experience where I guess a Lotta Times on dates you meet them at the date spot you hang out for a couple hours you get shipped to the next state spot. Meet them again for a couple of hours. Kiss good night. She came and picked me up. I drove the two of us. In a Tesla to an airport. We got on a plane together. Flew to the location took a limo together to the location and then had our first full day day and wasn't after that to be put into two separate cars to go freshen up on stuff at a separate location. We're with together with each other for pry eight hours. I WANNA say before. We separated for the first time And then we're together again. Reprise another like four hours on a say we all day that. I end the whole time here together. We never stop talking. That's amazing constant constant communication so much. Last there're a lot of fun we just I mean. I felt like I was really good friends with her immediately. And so I never really thought like a front runner. It was more like I really enjoy this person's company and I think we have a really good thing going. The Prom started from me when all of a sudden it was eight weeks before I had a date with her again. Ooh Yeah I was GONNA say an eight hour. First Day could be very intimidating. If you don't have a natural flow in conversation a hundred to a twenty minute date with I mean I've gone days earlier. You just sit there surging herself to say and there was never a gap in conversation that entire time will also took you eight weeks then Dab that next day A Peter Rhythm back it. Have you kind of pick it up where you're at with the the gap between the first day in second day leading up to then obviously the end of the show and to your life now? Hey we'll be back with Peter Krause on the indepth episode of almost famous five. I love massages. I've said it before. The podcast I would let any person or thing touch me. I love it. It might not be the best massage. Earn the world. I just love the feeling and I'm so excited for this next sponsor. I can't have you in. My home. Is Me all the time? Plus it might be a little weird. You know here both. And after three years of this Ashley I feel like we're there. I feel like Jessica engineered wonder sandwich. Like yeah they get well. Hey the stress of they life ways on all of us. Whether you're an elite athlete or person trying to get through the day muscle pain and muscle. Tension is a real thing. That's why I use their gun. The handheld percussive therapy device that releases your muscle tension using a scientifically calibrated combination of depth speed and power. In fact my fiance just brother plays professional baseball. And one of the only things he brought back from Florida spring training with him to the House that we're in right now is there again. I'm really excited to use it. After getting off airplanes because after going off airplanes my thighs are like always so tight on the sides. I'm I'm a big golfer and golf is really hard on the hip flexor is and I know before every round if I can get their gun inside my hip flexes. I am going to drop well. I can't promise this but I'm GonNa tell myself that I'm going to drop a couple.

"We've had guests come on the On our Poe almost famous podcast and talk about how They do podcast exploring a partnership with that. Looks like I'm learning what I'm seeing. All this is like I'm learning more and more that they're everybody is entitled to their opinion but the part that affected people. The most that you hit on was that you were accused during this time in your life of leading people on of playing with hearts of Manipulated situation and you're saying that you never did that But why was that the perception? Why is that the story that got put out there During this kind of limbo season because that was a good story that makes good TV that makes good narrative. The man who everybody loves falling off the top you know and I'm not GonNa sit here and act like I didn't make mistakes. I've made mistakes. Everybody does mind just happened to be in front of America. I I mean you. You saw very very honest about how you know that night and how it felt they were very sure to tell me that it was since you know anything other than sex. Can you clarify the night stage again? Ceo There's is yeah good there's Kaelin at stagecoach. Was there another bachelor girl at stagecoach beside Christina Christy? Yeah like we both made a very. It was very clear what it was you know and so I think that was the frustration when I was watching. The show back is the way it was. You know the way. The story slipped a little bit now. A lot of it a lot of it and so that was really. I think Blake part of this. Gets heavy and weird and confusing because there was store. So many storylines Happening Leading up into the Bachelor in paradise just for anybody out there listening and I know you've done it a hundred times before. I don't think we needed exact time line but just a summary of what that whole concert felt like to. You was a big party and a lot of things going around in circles and all of a sudden you find yourself Talking to dating sleeping with somebody you didn't expect or was there conversation beforehand And then we can leave. The stage comes conversation kind of if fashioned have any follow ups. I just want to get a better idea. What picture was being done here so that we all understand the story a little bit? Better feel Kinda Kinda hurt it but I mean overheard But yeah I mean at stagecoach. It's music festival take it. You know everybody's having fun. That was the funniest part about everything. Like this wasn't like a random. Like I dunno like night you know. Music was a full weekend It's yeah it is everybody's having fun everybody's living life and yet for I date nights For Am text messages happens. Christina came over and then the next night yet. Four A. M. Some text message exchange and Caitlyn came over to refresh the audiences memory. You did have a brief thing with Christina coming off of the Bachelorette fall and then that fizzled out. Which I think both of you agreed that that fizzled out. Then you started talking to Kaelin later on that year. Both of them at stagecoach. Then you believe that it was clear to both of them that it was just a hookup thing and that it was more of a weekend thing and then you tried to pursue Hannah. Gee I'm thinking that you be dating her. In Paradise. He went down to Alabama to have a weekend with her. No she got to. La like six hours nauseam hours for about six hours so it was just a quick trip. I went to tell her about stage. Yeah because you guys were talking to before we're talking and I just didn't want her blindsided down. I didn't want that's why it's okay. I didn't want anybody blindsided down. Marijuana make sure you know yeah. I just didn't want anybody excited. I wanted to make sure everybody kind of knew me and Hannah never know we talk about this for Hannah. Never agreed like hey I'm going to get you. You're going to need both. We're both excited about each other. Don't get me wrong but it never was that case banning of anything to add before. I go further on the timeline. No No I. Don't I think I think all this like even now I sit here Blake and as a friend? I'm like man. I know you've had to talk about this a thousand times. Yeah and I know This is frustrating. And I know it get defensive I think the the hardest part here it will always be the hardest part for you. Is it so complex like I just think like? I don't know how you fit this in that period of time. I think everybody's kind of joked about that. Like how do you have so much time? The second part is like it just complex. It's a complex story with a lot of different moving parts. But you know your truth is this and and you know we'd have to talk to everybody else involved to get there through it but your truth is hey. You didn't play with any hearts. There is a mutual understanding between all parties involved and nobody was. Nobody felt misled in in. That's why you decided to go on paradise because you felt like everybody was in the clear which you know is why you went to tell Hannah G in person that this is what happened and if you choose to paradise I want you to know ahead of time I promise you. I'm leading somewhere with this to a more relevant question. So in paradise you ask Teixeira out on a date. Even though I think you had mentally planned on asking. Is that correct? And you recently admitted this on your instagram story because your contract expired last month. Yeah I mean I yeah I plan to take I got the. I didn't think I was going to get the first day car. That was a complete surprise. Me but I remember getting it and being like. Itn talked about a lot of Canada. Like okay we got up left the room too much about this but yeah I mean down and It was my decision. I was forced to do anything At the time you know I I Felt that people. I trusted a lot of people But they had already kind of figured narrative for me and I was maybe take Hannah. The narrative might have been a little different for them and Tesa is an amazing woman. That onset feel the worst on it. Like tasty was brought into drama that she didn't need to be like I brought her into Jonah. Not On that first date you know what I mean like. It wasn't fair to her B I I just you know. I was about an hour Most convinced to take to take Teixeira and that really is where everything started snowballing and it was just a horrible experience yet. I think that's everybody's like initial question was. What did he pick Weijia station? If I could go back like I I think one of the hard things about having a good experience on the Bachelor Bachelorette is that. You're very naive very naive. Going into Paradise and I you know I was. I was like you know these producers are making points and am I best interests at heart and then I guess the rest is history but you also said on the same instagram story that you feel a little bit of. Ptsd from Bachelor. In Paradise. I still just talking about. This is getting me wound up my heart beating on the setting like it's really rough experience in it was. I mean it was just a hard time in my life to have noah. Not only when you're on the beach Having everybody gang up on me and bully me and keep me while I was down constantly Like afterwards still. A lot of people trusted the same thing you know and it was just felt very alone very very very low. During on Ben you are with him. I mean with him as Geider. Throughout that time I know that you confided a lot in him. Blake Benji. Tell us from your perspective how you saw blake soul while the bachelor was airing. Yeah I mean I think it's hard. It's hard because at one level you know you're a friend and you. WanNa give your friend like I. Would anybody direct what you hope is truthful advice and so like some of some of the stuff that my friends have said to me? That's been the most helpful have also been the ones at the things that have hurt me the most So like if my buddy is out there Making decisions that. I don't agree with like I. We have the relationship that I would tell him. Hey like you should stop Should not do this. And the pro. The hard part for me or I mean you know in. Blake is a friend of mine illegitimate friend of mine and and we also shared experience. The hard part for me as you're speaking to somebody one that has this has already happened. So that's one issue because you can't really take back so we were trying to Mo- more console. The second is it is being done in the guy being judged by the public Blake I think if I look back on that though there. Isn't you know. I have to because of the podcast like I and other things like I share the opinion that I don't think it was great decisions. I don't think stage coach was probably anything good for you. I don't think the things that happen at stagecoach helped you as a man or just helped your life but they happened and so you move on and we figure out how to process it. I think if I remember right going back to you after this I want to get into how affected your head But was the reaction from everybody else. the people especially on the show. I remember you came back and he said Hey. This isn't good like some stuff happened like this is hard on me but I had the support of my peers. There who like helped me along the way when you watched it back. That wasn't the case and that was the so. Of course like you know the public scrutiny and like the comments but not hurts me around. That hurts But you know when you're in the public you kinda learn to let those roll off as much as possible after back but it was watching these people who were so night like at times at the beginning of his rapid they were nice to my fees and then watching the things they were saying in interviews and things they were saying to each other in group chats or whatever you know Down ON THAT BEACH. It was not only was a shocking but it hurts so so bad and a lot of them have apologized. A lot of them have apologized You know and I try not I know we. I mean after you've been there that environment very hard and that environment as you say things you don't necessarily mean And so I tried. I'd try to keep that in mind like I know about environment can be and I know that you're almost you're asked to bully and it's an trying. Keep that fine when I when I talked to some of these people when they have apologized and I was angry for a long time. Us frustrated but like I couldn't keep that my heart. I am still working through them. So they're still working through a lot of my frustrations But like eventually I was just like I got up. Forgive these people as I can't live with this hate in my heart anymore. You know and so so suffo- working through but other other people that still don't forgive you for for what. I don't forgive me for each coach enough. Given the text messages they still haven't gotten over your moves in paradise. No no I think well maybe Dean Calin. Maybe those are the only two Blake.

"Graduated with one hundred ten kids over small town It's a really talented. Yeah, it's pretty small. Yeah I, mean it's these mountain towns Colorado a little different, because it was like huge like area wise, but like there's not many people because everybody has lands and stuff, so it's Kinda. Hard to describe people don't know kind of what the. The mountains look like, but yeah like five hundred kids. Maybe four hundred kids total in the high school. pretty small. High School close my family. parents did get divorced. You know when I was. What was I sixteen fifteen sixteen? That was hard, obviously specially in a small town I, think it makes it a lot harder and then from there I went to college in Nebraska also another small college. In the Midwest and then from them about Colorado after graduating there and lived in Denver now for about six years. Did your parents divorce have any affect on how you looked at relationships in love? Did you still want to get married at that point? Absolutely. Had a weird effect on me because. My parents definitely had they were married very young they were together gas. WanNa say. Something like that eighteen years longtime like it wasn't like a Christian heritage any and. They, were you know definitely together for the kids for a long time? And so it was almost when it finally they decided. You know to kind of heart ways. It hurts but saints who is best for everybody, and they're both very happy now. Literally in the next relationship, they were into a been together since so for both of them, so my mom remarried my dad now, but dating you know the same woman for ten years. Maybe eighty longer so so yeah, it was. It was one of those things where it didn't make. Make me not leaving love and not leave marriage because they gave you the best shot that lasts as long as possible. They raise me my sister and stay together for US loved us I, was always in a very loving home, and then when they split up, they still found remarried found love again, so definitely didn't affects you. Know My love, life or anything like that? Tell, tell us a little bit more about what it's like. One of the things that I don't think we've ever discussed on an in-depth podcast, though is as somebody in highschool or late high school. You know you had some traumatic experiences I know. It was public that you were at school You're a senior. When there was a school shooting at your high school in addition that obviously we just talked about the the separation of your parents for anybody out there listening. That's just like hey, these feel like heavy topics, and not everybody's been through a school shooting that is a unique experience, but a lot of people have been through divorce. How do you process this? and has it changed your perception of life in? How you see the world. Yeah Yeah My. At the time. When you're going through that, you don't really realize that it's much different than everybody else I mean obviously a school shooting very unique, but when you're going through it, you know you don't really think much when you look back on it. It's like man, my high school, those four three or four years really transformed to I. Am today in the Man I am? Still. You know and. Parents divorce. Yes was very hard. You know and especially in a small town, no But it's at the same time. It brought Mr Ferry very close and so that that is something that always be thankful for me Mr close now. She's three years younger than me We're always kind of close but that's. We're going through the divorce. Ron Us very very close together and. Then, yeah, I mean it was not much longer after us kind of during actually I was senior in high school and complete stranger walked into. My high school didn't have any ties. The high school in took. Took some female students. Hostage, and it was very skilled, obviously for everybody in the community, and the state really came together, but for me it was Kinda strange because or you know hard, because my sister was a freshman at the time in my mom actually worked in high school, too, so I had basically my whole family in that high school at the time, so it hit me a little differently. because you know so much could have been. been taken from me that day and you know I'll never forget. My mom was actually the one got on the intercom, and said like coat white, and I could hear it in my mom's voice. That something was wrong. You know and the teacher remember the teacher looking at me and me looking at teacher and I could tell something often never forget stacking deaths in front of doors and windows, and things like that and. It's, it was very hard to process at the time I. Remember prying, but I couldn't figure out why a member that a lot And but one of the cool things that came from it. Is The community, the state and the country. Rallied around us, and I remember we were getting. I was getting calls from people that I would never probably talked to, and they were calling in support. Never remember. was a ton of money donated to my school and I remember we had a whole classroom full. It's heady bears. Things like that, so it was cool to see. Outpouring of love. When things like that happen, and how people can kind of come together and amy? I mean sometimes you can lose faith in humanity a lot actually and that was just a reminder that there are really good people out there that was that was kind of a cool thing with everybody okay? We did lose one female. Yeah and Yeah, it was. It was really hard you know. She was small school. So you kind of know everybody and. Was it was also very. Cutting credible to see was her parents rally and be so strong, and she they they actually there's a emily keyes foundation names than Wiki was emily keystone. Dacian now. And Anytime you actually just did etc. Renew my license. It was kind of a weird moment where I was going through the. A new drivers license, and in it, it says. Would you like to donate to the Emily Keyes? Donor Foundation because she donated all you know her organs and everything and I was like Oh..

"Just growing and learning to you know. Take time, and like not Russian to anything like I've done so many times in the past to truly just like you know, do do stuff for me, and like not not be so much of. Someone is just trying to please. Someone just not put my foot down like just. Put myself forward a little bit more That's one of the biggest things that I want to do. The show over again I would have done and after show I'm one hundred percent. That's that's me now. Going forward, I Throughout all of this like `isolation right now, and everyone has so much time to kind of just processing industry. Reflect on everything about your life You know I'm looking forward to the future now than more than I ever have and I. Think all of us are and like one of the beautiful things about this. Isolation is no one's GONNA. Take anything for in my opinion knowing that take anything for granted after this is done, were released for free to do whatever like go out and do what you need to do and. Just hopefully use this time to be like focusing on yourself. Folks in our relationships with the people closest to you and just become a better person, and just not take any grant and regards Kelly You know who knows like what this turns into right now. I. Just know that I I love time that I spend with her, and for whatever weird crazy reason we are in each other's lives right now and weird I know it's it's insanely earn dividends, but. You know. I'm just excited and like I'm I'm a really good spot now and I'm so happy that I can that because even a couple of weeks ago? I wasn't there, but I just feel like such a stronger person. Such a more confident person someone who knows what they want. And how to go about that and. I just I. Just I'm grateful for that. That's what a good partner does me and. Say. Okay. Final to clean up that some of that and make help make sense, or are you spending time in Chicago right now for you or just? It was serendipitous and you got locked down there. Are you doing this for yourself? Honestly, it's both like I. I'm enjoying my time so I. Don't WanNa leave on except for when I have to go to work. But again also just know risking given anything. Hopefully. My parents going back home there when you fly. But. In a final do things here one is for both of you. Just to clear cleared up because I do think one of the hardest parts has been as Kelly, said like sometimes, it's like we just need like the full truth to get out there. Yes, or no, we need to fully understand. Is there a crush going on here like? Is there crushing going happening? Between both of you kill you answer that as well. Yeah, definitely crush! So that means that Nick Vile Kelly is not like in the picture. I don't know what happened with that okay. Nick wanted to post it and I was like skeptical. Sounds like what post set. Out To be like Oh. What did he say that I was? That it was cryptic I'm not cryptic. Why do I want rumors? Being spread them? No, but yeah, but the Knicks Nixon supportive of of all his money Oh. Hey, we get it. We get it hey. Ashley Sorry about that Kelly Peter. Thank you now. Ashes going to have fun with you. This has been. This has been a blast Ashley. We've been finally finish it, but tiger king, but we we are two people that we just had eighty two like the ultimate extremists, so it took us, and it's only like seven or eight episodes. But it took probably like a week of trying to watch it same here. Same here, jared. I weren't like that. Impress people. It wouldn't be that big of a show if people are in quarantine right now. I thought it was pretty shocking. Three and then people can tell me that look like the frigging guide the savage. It's not nice. The husband, the former husband. Okay. Any good movies. You've watched together since we suck at Washington on. Puzzles for a bit, we've been doing been doing a lot of dances. We have a lot of dances early. To work. What's your favorite food delivered together? There's lot so. Chicago is known for the beef sandwiches and I used to live in Chicago for when I was little, and there's a really great place. Here called Mister B., but Kelly introduced new. Portillo's so honestly at five fifteen pounds had been in that almost every. Actually, it's so bad like. I thought I was going to lose weight and quarantine, because I was doing an amazing job at intermittent fasting, I was going sixteen plus hours without eating and now, but like, but the meals have been so heavy so cheesy. That's hilarious. Okay is Chicago now on the map for a place that you'd move once you officially move out of your parents is Chicago. I honestly I I've always thought New Yorker L. A.. But I. Don't know who knows I. Chicago is kind of similar to New York I don't know we'll see. You guys have really enjoyed talking and crushing on each other What is the pet peeve that you guys have both discovered about each other since being quarantined? She no fighting whenever we go to Portillo. Report Tila we pick it up or if I all oh, so Kelly is is she's got a weird pet peeves. She can't have hot anything hot on her lap. Abby review a lot of door dashing an Oreo Dory you, but when we do decide to try to get out, we'll go in the car and I always try to keep your laptops. Is Like pitzer off? That's a yeah. That's Kelly's wines. Have I know you? Oh, God! I started I started cameo in. It's so much fun and like I might constantly going around slight to it, I'm with having the absolute time Look at me this. Oh I did one yesterday was kind of embarrassing remember. My God I think there is. Someone sent a cameo into him. That was just like to an ex girlfriend or something. That was super rude and it was like essentially. I was your sugar daddy like status doing my totally seriously in? Read it completely serious. Your ass off after I finished. You're not sending that ramp. It was hilarious. It's like that's like a complete FRANKEN jokes. Rude you don't want to be affiliated that do not do that..

"Heart. I. Because I've struggled the white. Why is that why why was able to go and get engaged? And then not, and then have these feelings and like nothing against the show I love the show I've always been the biggest. Advocate for the show that it works, but to be fair. Needless process in all this and looking back like. At the end of the day. I. I spent maybe forty hours. You know with her. I did like consecutive hours. End For me. You know obviously is engagement, and it's it's. That's a real thing in that was but in a way it almost to me I guess. It was like it's almost like a promise ring to continue it the you've known her for forty hours. He I. Don't know everything about her and. I don't know if I'm not trying to say that as an excuse, but like I'm. That's how I kind of a process like realize why I did what I did on. Why wasn't where I thought I should be? On I didn't I haven't even known her for that long. It can work like that's the thing is said it can work, but there's still a lot to be I mean I I mean I think Harrison would agree like once. The show's done. There's still a lot to get to know. In at work, sometimes like in a beautiful way, all the pieces still alive, and you go yet. This is amazing like I. It's it's been proven, but there there's moments where all of a sudden you go. I'm not. For multiple reasons like I'm not into this as much as I thought I was, and because of that, it's not fair to continue. I get that I've been through similar things. It doesn't make it any easier doesn't make it any easier to understand from public point of view, but I know I know. What stopped, you is like you guys you you. Then I remember you like. I asked you for so much advice about Positive struggles and whatnot, and you know the biggest struggle you guys don't have that. Super Solid Foundation formed that you just don't. You can't as not enough time, and now you gotta go thrust into a couple months of isolation. You're not even getting. See each other you know except for a couple times here and there you have all these comments. All these rumors coming out about you guys all these kinds of attacks on the relationship. It, it's tough. You know and I remember you just being like just constant reassurance. The her like you know. You didn't know who it was like. Give it to her her like. It's just a really tough situation to be and I. I didn't expect it to be. That's up. Time in years I didn't know what how this ended I mean usually the actual call and say hey. Ben like some. I can talk about you know. Can I trust you and I think the show I. Don't know if they did to show. Usually you can call been talked to about it, he'll. For you I had no clue. It was just like hey I'm like I. don't even know how this ended. Astronaut were like I. Have No clue didn't. But? It was just reassure her that you're trying I. Guess is like the best you can do Ashley. I was just listening to your story. Peter makes me feel like you got put in a really sticky situation, ones. Madison was brought back into the picture when you didn't decide to bring her back into the picture that point because it sounds like you and Hannah an incompatible and it was. It was an unfair to bring madison into that so quickly. I guess. From the TV played, it wasn't necessarily that quickly you know? We are broken up in in in January and then I didn't I didn't see Madison until. I think it would maybe late late February early early. March right before the finale on. It wasn't like right away, but yeah, it was views, and that confused me even more. Yeah, it did You I. Don't know if I would say unfair, but. She's confusing. The. Of, you know. I want every out there listening because I do think. Peter. There's a I think. Your story is so complex. Like I think what we watch and your season at I was like Oh this. We're not getting to know these women at all peters, just like super confused. There's chaos all the time, but really when you dig below the surface, it's because there is a lot of complexity to it. You know we don't take into account a lot of times like what you were doing to try to protect these girls or what? You weren't saying to try to protect these girls or what you're. You weren't saying to try to protect relationships or then fast forward. We just talked about like move into breakups and engagements, and like there's so much left unsaid and left unseen that just confuse us read. And so I, WanNa take the remainder of this podcast to dive into the things that have been most confusing for us as viewers fans as friends as a family. But. Let's take a break. Take a breather. Good a glass of water. We'll come back with Peter. On almost famous in-depth podcast. I'm Andy if you don't know me, it's probably because I'm not famous. But I did start..

"What people's reaction going to be this and is this going to be criticized or is this going to be accepted in that part kind of stocks and I have not necessarily enjoyed that and at some point you just have to literally a simple issues not read the comments. I remember Becca she. She gave me a one when this all when my first podcast with her She gave me a little lanyard. And it just said don't read the comments and like US probably like the best advice as well and it's you know when when when I realized that All that stuff. In my opinion it's fake and it's not real because not once not and I can. I can honestly say not once in real life through all my flight should be now in public. Anyone I've met on the street. Have I ever heard one negative comment ever but you see on social media or on the Internet? Are All this this stuff? That's fake. It's not real life. You know social media. It's not it's not your real life people just get so consumed in it. That's where all that negativity in that trashes but the real life. It's all great and like when I finally realized that it was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and allowed me to be so much happier. Continue to build that tough skin and just realize like actually matters and the human interactions. I have on a daily basis. Those are great and amazing. I appreciate those so much. I'm not GonNa let the little stuff gets me at all. The I've one final thing and then just going GonNa dive into some of the details of your experience and your season and kind of the the ways to lead you to the end and then I want to close his podcast with getting back to kind of you personally. Where your APP and how. You're doing all that up. But before I third Ashley to kind of dig into your seasoning your experience there has been though I remember sitting in your shoes during my time. And you know you can relate in in some ways from our experience right did. It wasn't always pretty. There was confusion chaos. We get all you know. We're on it and we think. Oh this is worked out for how it was supposed to work out for me and it feels like there. Every loosened has been tied. And everything's clean and then you get off of an you realize that like maybe. The public doesn't agree fully and like there's some heat now luckily back in my day. Social media wasn't as prevalent. And so now your whole story of what you've done since the show is being displayed but would I be mistaken to say they're still even though you feel like you're doing well even though you feel like there's been praised to your face which I'm sure there is that there is there's a little anxiety In your life like a little pain if our listeners could like really get an understand exactly why you have a little fear. Can you explain that to them before we start step forward just so they know where Peter Weber is at? And why you're feeling the way you are. Yeah no listen. I mean what you said obviously was in. It's been great in person. Having so much positivity But Yeah I can one hundred percent admit that I've definitely had a ton of anxiety in a ton of stress Just again just being thrust into Kinda the spotlight so much in having everybody just analyze every move and then having so much so many critics as well like I'm just I'm a human being and I said I'm I'm not an entertainer. I'm not a professional dater. I'm a pilot that signed up for this show opened. It would work. I was lucky enough to to be blessed. The tend to go on and be the bachelor to and It's that part. Hasn't us and like it? Just it's I don't know for me personally. I've never been someone that's been able to. I've never used my time to like talk. Negatively about anyone or go cast negative judgement on that person or whatever it may be but I know some people do a lot of people do do that and yeah that that's the hurt. It does It it takes a little bit to get used to a lot of it to get used to and Has Definitely caused some anxiety but Again I I just do my absolute best I my number one thing is all about gratitude gratitude gratitude and if I can focus on that more than anything else I'm gonNA put myself through. You know the Tough Times. I want to bring you back as the peer. You are today too big turning points on the show. So what would you tell Peter on night one now? That's good Let's see I mean I was great. I speaking is I I. I don't think I would. I would change anything from night. One of how went You know pry to calm down a little bit and not be so quick because I was so nervous going into that first night for just knowing that all the women were just as nervous as you just to honestly I. There's nothing really ever change from that first night. Just get excited for this journey. I there's a lot of things I would say later on in the season but the first night I wouldn't have much advice. What point do you start giving yourself face? I would have given myself advice starting with like the pool party stuff like after out. What episode that was but In regards to just kind of really being influenced by a you know the house in general and just I think for me I went into it just because the person I am. You know just being someone that yeah I I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and and and and I have those tendencies of being a people pleaser to not worry so much about that and just really really do what I needed to do for myself and like the Pool Party and the latest stuff and I remember that was like the first like part of the journey from your house. I don't know if I handled that the right way like. I should've just focused myself been a little bit more selfish not not taking so many opinions in in doing what I needed to do. I have one I I'm going to be so mad at myself if I don't ask this Peter because there was like my we you know obviously watch seasons we critique everything as part of the podcast and I say why did Peter do that or what was he thinking. One of my biggest critiques of you was I have never seen an. And this is me selfishly. I had just have to ask you as a fan of you know. And then it's going to go back to Ashley to actually get to the heart of things. This is really derailing us. How in the world did you? How in the world did you kiss girls in front of other girls? I like that was when you say Pool Party. I'm thinking about a scene where like you're kissing girl knew other people could see it like that was when I was like. Oh Peter like that Yeah good question I am. I don't I don't I'll be honest. I don't know if like in the going back to that Pool Party. I don't know if I actually knew that people saw me being affectionate with other women I was not for sure was not doing that on purpose. There was one time. I think really the only time actually of of the season where I was like. Oh that was really. Awkward and uncomfortable was Was in the football date. In in Cleveland. I was walking back when she and I remember and We just have like we're just talking. Having it was off camera stuff the game was over and I just was like so just kind of like focused just with with her and I knew that I had nine other eight other women right but I was just focused with her and we were just being affection just like Q. And gave her a kiss like going into the locker room but all the women were there and then right after. I did that and like why'd I do that? That was that was weird. That was uncomfortable but I don't know I guess just to kind of explain it for me. I was some that. Try my absolute best to like. I said get lost with each woman individually when I was with them and whether that was too much or disrespectful at times I can see the criticism. I can understand that but that was me. And that's what I was. GonNa to do for it to hopefully worked for me. I couldn't. I don't know how I was going to be able to just like sometimes act like they were my want my only girl and then sometimes. I'm dating a bunch of women like I had to fully commit to each relationship when I was with that person. And that's what I try to do from night. One through the end and that was pretty obvious which in a way sounds like a great plan. Then you get called the kissing. Bandit and just it's it's crazy. I don't know if I told you I really 'cause I really am the guy that like. I usually Kinda shy kissing and like I don't go for it right away I really. I thought there was a chance. I wasn't gonNA kiss anyone. The first night to be completely honest and then Savannah came and I loved it. I loved her going all out for it. Did the blindfold thing planted the kiss and that kind of like broke the seal for me and I was just like well. Okay but then. Didn't you eliminate her night one sedan? No Oh okay. That's right. That's right now. She was the girl that would last a long time but we never really got to know her. Yeah I guess yeah. She was really sweet girl a lot but yeah I really was planning on doing nothing and then so much for that. Hey thanks Peter. I just had to get that out there because it was like my one biggest confusion was like what in the world is he. Doing that feels dangerous. Definitely did not advise him to do that. But That makes sense I can. I can get behind you just trying to be an intentional with each relationship and try to make it as normal as possible so Ashley. I'm sorry that was definitely GonNa Tangent. I had to get it out back to you okay. So let's put Peter. Today back to after that top three rose ceremony when he comes up to you and says I really don't want you sleeping with anyone else. I'm not sure if this is going to be okay with my moral code if you do and I'm going to have to reevaluate everything. If you do in that moment did you think. Oh is this girl virgin or did you just think that she was kind of giving you a request? Because she was that into like did the thought of her virginity. Come into play at all. Okay so for that. I remember I thought there was a chance that that Mattie was virgin I remember it was in. Where was I was a driving from a location? I think it was it was in Chile in Santiago and I I remember talking about her with my producers and I asked him I do you guys think this and they couldn't give me anything You know because obviously they can't But I kept asking. That was the first time that it was on my mind and then ever talked about it again really until it kind of came up that night but honestly I didn't I didn't know maybe there is a chance by. I truly didn't know until it tells you told me in Australia at that dinner. I knew that she was obviously very very strong. Interfaith in that would have made sense but I did not know for sure. I know I asked you this with access Hollywood but honestly Peter. You're a whole different. Peter now and you were like six or seven weeks ago. Would it have made a difference? Would it have made a difference if matty had at that moment? Said I want you to not sleep with anyone because I am a virgin and yeah would that have changed your mind about sleeping with anyone else. Can you say that even for sure? Yes it would have. I say for sure I think definitely had a little bit more gravity with everything I would've I would've had more gravity so there's a chance that you may not have slept at the other women in that case. Yeah but but again not there would gather for sure would have been a stronger chance but again it. Kinda all goes back to my biggest struggle was explained with the kissing stuff like I when I was with each individual woman. I try my best to just be so intentional with them and lost with them and You know I I would have definitely struggled with that like in life..

"And I and I made you one promise. I don't remember this, but I was like. Hey, if I was in Peter Shoes, what would I want to hear and one is? You know I said Hey, if I can do it, you can do it. which is very true. You're going to be able to do it now. HOW WELL WE DO! It is up to us as people, but the second was that at the end of all this. This. It's all going to work out for the good like even if it's hard, even if it looks ugly in even if it feels heavy, and it feels like I've done everything wrong in the process which you I have both felt at times during this I'm sure is all ends up working out for the good I mean my life now. A is a great representation of that right. I learned a lot from my experiences the bachelor. The pain was caused. And now I'm able to celebrate with my fiance and enjoy a great life. It took awhile grass room. Thanks, Buddy! Now, that I've made that promise to you has held true. And again we're going. Get the details later on, but I just want to start this podcast kind of getting a tone of where you're at what you're feeling that our listeners can ride along this journey with you. Has that held true has worked out for the good. I truly do believe yeah Yeah you, you call that and I truly feel like that is accurate. representation of my whole experience Obviously, there is a crazy up in nouns in You know I've always been a firm believer that you know things happen for a reason and Sometimes you truly don't understand why things are happening but in the end it's GonNa work out for the better Maybe a couple of weeks ago. You know like Dang. Where's this going? You know? How is this? Even at the very end like I don't. I didn't even know how it was going to end. You know after a far. You know for a couple days here. There was a lot of this kind of confusion still but. Through, all of that I do feel. Very good about where I'm at right now, Even through all of mistakes I. Really I really do mean that and You know I'm just I'm still hopeful I'm so excited I'm excited looking forward to the future. For what's to come and Yeah, I think your advice was spot on. You know. A lot has happened in a lot seems to be happening. I was talking to Ashley earlier I was like you know there's very few people that have been in the public eye like you have. That had so many headlines so many different headlines written about them as such a small. Piece in. In such a quick amount of time like I feel like every day there is a part of that just becomes a territory like you're popular. People have celebrated with you. They've mourned with you. They've criticize. You just comes with being the bachelor. That's just part of it. And with the media the way it is today, it's it's flooding information about Peter Webber and what he's doing and who is dating and where he's been and all this stuff. This is a lot has happened. With you. Read. Is it all I mean? You're not a professional entertainer. None of the. Waiter. How are you dealing with this like this? You've said you've developed tough like tough skin. That's great I'm glad to hear that buddy like I am so happy. You say that but like. That's not the full truth here and we I WANNA. Hear your full truth like you don't just develop tough skin because you get criticized enough. You have to do things in the process of getting to the place where you can handle it, and there's a lot of pain involved in getting to that place in that time. Like. What is that been like for you? I mean it hasn't. It hasn't been easy obviously. There's there's absolutely no way to prepare for this kind of attention to be brought a upon you There's just no way. Just like I felt like you know even going through the experience of being the bachelor as much as we talked, and all the advice that I asked you know from you, and that you gave me and I took to heart. It's it's still there is no way to completely prepare for being the bachelor so with all his attention, just kind of being cast on analogies, everyone you know, every little thing I do is analyzed that part is been. It's been tough, and it's like it in the beginning. It's like it just almost kind consumes you because for me on like. Literally everything I do I think about okay. What people's reaction going to be this? And is this going to be criticized, or is this going to be accepted? In that part kind of stocks and I have not necessarily enjoyed that, and at some point you just have to. Literally a simple issues not read the comments. I remember Becca she. She gave me a one. You think that that's going to be an issue with people because I think we're coming from people who Where people who have neighborhoods that are very small small sprite? Yeah apartment buildings were tough. Here's the thing though like I don't know Ashleigh with during a time of self-isolation if there's any excuse like you can walk on your couch for five days. I'm doing good honestly I really am is obviously in quite the whirlwind for me quite the the last year Just kind of looking back on everything. it's it's been kind of funny for me to think. I've kind of been in this world like pretty hardcore since You know the whole dating world through the Bachelorette Bachelor for over a year now so Obviously it ended a couple of weeks ago. Things are still going on. People are still talking and Honestly though like I feel like I definitely you kind of have to like no choice. Gone really really tough skin through all this especially at the end and you know I'm just I'm every day I wake up extremely grateful for the opportunity to had to be the Bachelorette and then be the bachelor in look for you know. Hopefully the girl dreams and I don't regret it You Know I. I've had a lot of time to reflect for sure on everything that has transpired. You know the good decisions. I made the poor decisions. I made And try to just grow from that. Become a better person moving forward but yeah. I really like honesty day. I'm doing as good as you can be doing are now in this threat this pandemic. It's obviously kind of crazy. Just a weird time. We're living in but I really. I'm doing good from a Fan's perspective. Your family got more involved in this season than any other family. How's your family doing? Yeah they they really did They're doing good as well. Obviously that AF far was a tough. You know tough episode for everyone Obviously there's been a lot of opinions good opinions bad opinions about all that but my family is very strong. We've always been very very supportive of each other each other's rock and You know we have each other's back always I love him more than anything and I know they love me more than anything is going to be. Honest when we got into the quarantine situation I was like. Could you imagine being in the House right now? I I know people thought there was all this all this tension and whatnot The really wasn't my family. Listen we we. I don't know of. It comes from kind of like kind of being raised in a Cuban culture like household or whatnot. We we can be very emotional and very passionate about stuff. And obviously we're not gonNA agree on everything family does but we one of things. I love about my family is that we we don't hold grudges or anything or let stuff get to us for too long. You know that love that we share always poses through little anything that we're going through So you know I was Gonna get it was making some Some dance video with my mom before before I left the house there and everything. And it's all good Peter. Uniroyal to speak if we flash back months right before this whole thing started for you and I and I made you one promise. I don't remember this but I was like. Hey if I was in Peter Shoes what would I want to hear and one is you know I said hey if I can do it you can do it? Which is very true. You're going to be able to do it now. How WELL WE DO? It is up to us as people but the second was that at the end of all this. It's all going to work out for the good like even if it's hard even if it looks ugly in even if it feels heavy and it feels like I've done everything wrong in the process which you and I have both felt at times during this. I'm sure is it all ends up working out for the good. I mean my life now. A is a great representation of that right. I learned a lot from my experiences. The bachelor the pain was caused. And now I'm able to celebrate with my fiance and enjoy a great life. It took awhile grass room. Thanks Buddy now that I've made that promise to you has held true and again we're GonNa get the details later on but I just want to start this podcast kind of getting a tone of where you're at what you're feeling that our listeners can ride along this journey with you has that held true has worked out for the good. I truly do believe yeah Yeah you you call that. And I truly feel like that is accurate representation of my whole experience Obviously there is a crazy up in nouns in You know I've always been a firm believer that you know things happen for a reason and Sometimes you truly don't understand why things are happening But in the end it's GonNa work out for the better Maybe a couple of weeks ago. You know like Dang. Where's this going you know? How is this even at the very end like I don't? I didn't even know how it was gonNA end. You know after a far you know for a couple days here. There was a lot of this kind of confusion still but through all of that I do feel very good about where I'm at right now Even through all of mistakes I really I really do mean that and You know I'm just. I'm still hopeful. I'm so excited. I'm excited looking forward to the future for what's to come and Yeah I think your advice was spot on. You know like a lot has happened in a lot seems to be happening. I was talking to Ashley earlier. I was like you know. There's very few people that have been in the public eye like you have that had so many headlines so many different headlines written about them as such a small piece in in such a quick amount of time like I feel like every day there is a part of that just becomes a territory like you're popular people have celebrated with you. They've mourned with you. They've criticize you like that. Just comes with being the bachelor. That's just part of it and with the media the way it is today. It's it's flooding information about Peter Webber and what he's doing and who is dating and where he's been and all this stuff this is a lot has happened with you. Read is it. Is it all? I mean you're not a professional entertainer. None of the waiter. How are you dealing with this like this? You've said you've developed tough like tough skin. That's Great. I'm glad to hear that buddy like I am so happy you say that but like that's not the full truth here and we. I WanNa hear your full truth like you don't just develop tough skin because you get criticized enough you have to do things in the process of getting to the place where you can handle it and there's a lot of pain involved in getting to that place in that time like what is that been like for you. I mean it. Hasn't it hasn't been easy. Obviously there's there's absolutely no way to prepare for this kind of attention to be brought upon you There's just no way just like I felt like you know even going through the experience of being the bachelor as much as we talked and all the advice that I asked you know from you and that you gave me and I took to heart. It's IT'S STILL. There is no way to completely prepare for being the bachelor So with all his attention just kind of being cast on analogies everyone. You know every little thing. I do is analyze. That part is been. It's been tough and like it in the beginning. It's like it just almost kinda consumes you because for me on like literally everything I do. I think about okay. What people's reaction going to be this and is this going to be criticized or is this going to be accepted in that part kind of stocks and I have not necessarily enjoyed that and at some point you just have to.

You guys can search for Jane Doe ponytail, and I shared it in our secret Facebook group, but basically it was a story about this woman who came over here from China, and she came to New York to flushing and queen's with her husband who are husband was a lot older than her. And he ended up being very sick. And she tried to work a bunch of different jobs in New York. And then basically ended up in the like massage industry or like prostitution. So she was in flushing and in the fortieth street. There's a gun area in flushing that has really really high rates of prostitution. And told her story in there was a point where she was the cops came. So the cops came to her like massage studio, and she ended up jumping out the window and killing herself because she was about to be like arrested and killed and it was just like really interesting, and I was actually read the it was it's very long article..
