How To Manage a Bad Day

"They say when it rains it pours and it often does. I find that. Sometimes you get these days where everything thing goes wrong. Everything comes crashing down. And you just can't wait for the data be over because it's so bad it's ridiculous but as business owners we can't it. Just step away from her problems we face head on and we had to be able to manage things and improve things because we're ultimately responsible. But how do we do that. How we stay positive as of how do we change things up so we don't have an ulcer and don't make decisions or take actions that we're going to regret later? The first first thing is that you need to be mindful of the signs that you are really having one of those days. When you're getting stressed out things are getting out of control? We we all know ourselves so for you. It could be something different but for me. I know that if I am starting to raise my voice if I'm starting to have a bit of anger in the tone of my voice I know I'm starting to get stressed and I need to change things. I got to do something different so I can course correct. Because that's not a state that I want GonNa be in because I can't improve things like that. I can't make the best decisions when I'm in that state for some people they get quiet some people their body. Eddie language changes you know yourself you need to be mindful of this and have sort of an internal awareness alarm that hey this is happening. I need kick into action and do something to change this. So what are some things you could do to changes number one. Change Your Environment Get out of the office. You might think I'm I'm too busy right now. I am to stress allegata billion things to do. I understand but you're going to be able to accomplish those things with a lot more efficiency and with a lot more efficacy. You'RE GONNA make a lot more difference if you are in the right state of mind so five minutes. Three hundred seconds skins is all it takes. I literally put my phone down. I don't take it with me. Put on some flip flops and step out go outside. Even if it's raining training get an umbrella. It's okay if it's cold. Put a jacket on get out of your environment. Gather the office get some fresh air and walk around the block. Just go for a walk. Step away from the situation for a moment so you can get perspective. Don't talk to anybody. Don't do anything. Just breathe and walk. This often solves loves a lot of problems. It often gives you perspective. It often leads. You organize your mind. You're giving yourself a chance to organize a strategy a plan of action to take take on the frustration. The things that are causing you frustration. We often don't allow our minds to have that chance. We just go go. Go go go and in the the process we make a lot of mistakes in decisions that maybe are not the best so taking again five minutes is all takes. You can literally just just step outside wherever you are. Go for a walk. I personally think a walk is better than just sitting outside because walking is known to allow all your brain to stimulate and salting subconsciously. Some of the best entrepreneurs make their decisions when they're going for a walk. This is recorded and detailed in and so many biographies of ground. PRENEURS and coaches like bill. Campbell and Bill Gates and Steve Jobs and Reed Hastings founder of net afflicts. All these people have mentioned that they go for a walk when they wanNA solve things when they want to be able to reshape the challenge. They're facing so number one. Five minutes is GONNA make a big difference number two. I repeat this to myself about three or four times a day especially when I start are feeling overwhelmed. I have a big to have lots to do with a lot of demands on me I say to myself one thing at a time one thing at a time okay. It's very hard to do anything with any kind of positive result. If you don't focus on one thing at a time so you want to just focus on your task get it done next thing and as you go through cross offer to do this and keep going keep going if you feel super super overwhelmed and tired and you just feel like there's so much to do start with the things that you can get a win quickly. Momentum is a very powerful so start with a smaller tasks you can complete. Maybe be in five ten fifteen minutes thirty minutes whether it's an email whether it's a phone call whether it's whatever on your to do list because this is going to give you some momentum. It's going to see that to who list get shorter and shorter. Because you're crossing things off and it's going to give you some confidence okay. Things are working out. Don't start with a five hour project number three set up a goal all for yourself at the end of the day. Sometimes we need to devise things to allow survive allows to continue. Can you to motivate ourselves. There's nothing wrong with doing that for yourself. This could be something so simple. It could be something like hey if I get what I need to get done today by closing time. Whatever or six o'clock whatever you and you stop working? I'm GONNA treat myself to thirty minutes of my favorite video game or an hour. I'm GONNA treat myself to one scoop of with my favorite ice cream down at the ice cream shop down the street. Simple pleasures things that are not going with the Bank of things that are just things that you love doing. Doing it could be something similar. Like I'm gonNA allow myself to have an hour of guilt free Internet browsing. I just want to surf the web for a bit and just like you know look up things have been meaning to look up. Look at some things on my favorite clothing store online. Spend a few minutes the planning my next vacation. Whatever fun stuff so set up some sort of reward? Sometimes we use the stick a lot with ourselves we gotta use them care to to to say. Hey that's looking forward to and sometimes just enough. That scoop of ice cream might be just enough. I like all right. Let's refocus. Let's get these things done. I can do this another thing. I do that really helps me get through. These tough days is a remind myself of previous tough days. Hey there's

"Your host Mr Fourth Row and joining me on this episode. I Have Bentley Powell. Bet Me how you doing. I'm doing really well really well awesome weekend for me well. We'll we'll get to that in just a moment what you're alluding to but thank you for joining joining me on the podcast and first question out of the shoot for you is how did you get introduced into <hes> professional wrestling. Did you watch it as well as your young right now and he was even younger yeah yeah I was about <hes> seven when my dad's let me watch it he had washed with my brother and he had watched it growing up his childhood so definitely my dad got me into watching it and I was little kid said he's definitely them and how I got into wrestling okay and wh what did you get introduced to what <hes> what <hes> promotions <hes>. Do you have any favorite rustler's grow. I think I may know the answer this but we need. We need listeners now any favorite wrestlers does you had your eye on yes so it was W._w.. That I started watching. I didn't really know there. There is anything else when I was seven years old but I was such a John. Cena fan like it's almost embarrassingly so like an Jeff Hardy to this those two guys. I just absolutely loved like I would cry. They would lose and like stop up the stairs. I get so mad okay and so you so you got so then <hes> you know so this was probably about okay. Forgive me if I get the exact years wrong so this is probably about ten eleven years <hes> this was a go in you got to see pretty much like the whole evolution of John Cena for example yeah so I started watching in two thousand seven of a <hes> yeah so I didn't see Dr Economics or anything. He was already past that stage Becker. That's right so you've got to see the the the P._G.. Version on just transition to P._G.. When I started watching they'd already got the were you were you around when they made the it was it was a W._w._e.? At that time was still W._W._f.. And they were just did they just get rid of the F. it I it was caught so there I think they changed that in the ninety s and I it was not around them. I don't know did you. Did you ever hear that promotion when they started that when the world fun and W._W._f.. At the time were that big battle so they decided to get the F out. Did you ever heard about that. Yeah Yeah Okay okay all right. That's what I thought that's really really close. It's as you get older. Sometimes <hes> those things get really old kind of forget exactly when that happens so yeah yeah cool well then <hes> then what got you interested in to decide to do this. I think if I did some research <hes> correctly on you. You were an athlete in school yeah. I've played softball cheese for thirteen fourteen years. I had just ended when I started wrestling probably like a month before I had finished my senior season in that I serve a mercury pro wrestling academy but I don't know I was my senior year of high school night. You know I was filling out college applications that I just really didn't know what I wanted to do and I'd always wanted to be a professional wrestler hours that it would be amazing amazing and I was just kind of fooling around online looked for a school and I saw there was mercury personally academy in Golden and I was like it kind of just clicked. I was like this is it. This is what I wanted to do and I'm going to throw everything. I got led to this very cool and so what you're did you start training. It was November of twenty seventeen so not too long ago. Okay that's what I thought and then you had your <hes> <hes> debut match <hes> little less than a year. Maybe then when you started training Oh yeah I I had only been wrestling for four months when I debuted. So yeah it was pretty quick turnaround right okay and <hes> so let's see here so you're going on <hes> about a year in training and all a year probably pretty much on the active rock roster then too right yeah okay all right all right and <hes> so far what have you what have you found in. What have you experienced? What are what are some the things that you that you thought we're going to be the case when you got into and some of the things that surprised you? I don't know that like I feel like might be Kinda cliche but kind of everything surprise me like how like intricate the whole businesses in like interconnected. Everybody is in like I didn't. I thought I knew wrestling just because I had watched it for for so long but like I really had no clue like how hard the training is and however your schedule could be performing every week in multiple times a week and yeah so it it just everything kind of blew me away so a lot of the behind the scenes stuff was yeah rising stuff okay yeah and but so so then the actual wrestling matches and stuff like that that kind of <hes> that's kind of what you thought yeah. That's what I saw. I didn't realize how exhausting they would be. You know like you just watch this ten fifteen minute match. It's a short amount of time to watch as a as a fan but like it can feel like you're in there for an hour. Just the health physical. It really is right yeah because there's there's a lot of details tells in their way you know that as a as the competitor as the wrestlers in it that that you know a lot of the goes into it during and before and even after the match right yeah for I share yeah so <hes> so what's <hes> so what's <hes> kind of so say probably the hardest part thing right. Now is just the the you know like the behind the scenes stuff the the prep you know and you know you know what about <hes> like for example learning how to Promo how to talk in. That kind of stuff is at been was hard to get going F- I yeah I did. It's probably the most challenging thing even for me still <hes>. I've always been athletic so the athletic said if thanks wasn't <hes> it's like super challenging for me. I pick stuff up pretty quick and I work very hard at the thinks that are difficult for me but definitely like I had very limited experience talking in front of people before I started wrestling so it was yeah. The character Promo are definitely some of the hardest things to pick up all right and <hes> so far <hes> what what do your been your favorite people to compete against well. Ally say Allegata was definitely a a favorite of mine but <hes> just because we've wrestled. We've almost wrestled. It feels like every week for the past year together so we know each other very well but I got to wrestle Leva Bates last month in that was just amazing. She's it was incredible to be able to learn from her and see like how she goes about her business and what I can learn just for being in the ring with her for a little bit <hes> and then I got to wrestle Nicole Nicole Savoy and shotsie blackheart this weekend and that was incredible to were you. Were you intimidated or in a little bit of aw when you got into the ring with the those <hes> mentioned people I wouldn't say intimidated because I'm not really intimidated by anybody <hes> but it was definitely an honor I would say to be able to be thought of as good enough to step in the ring with them and <hes> you know beat album and would you say also <hes> to your you know learning experience because when you get to face against a the people that you have not been in the Rena with they everybody has even slightly different style it could be close to other people. You've got into the ring with but not exact yeah. It's definitely challenge to step in the ring with somebody. It's the first time mitten after go in front of people right away and not really have any. It's like it's it's very hard thing to <hes> Russell somebody for the first time especially in front of a lot of people right yeah so <hes> so far. Have you had any real memorable moments <hes> in your in your wrestling career. You know things that you've gone God. I can't believe I got to do that. Well this weekend. I would say damn wrestling Nicole Savoy Chassis blackheart Nahla got to for the respect women's title that was probably the highlight of my career and winning the match was insane so yeah that's probably murky moment so far my short little career. Well okay so that's since we kind of jumped to that a bit. Let's let's talk about that. Just happened this past weekend. You had to win not one but Z.. Qualifying matches and you got put in there by the the master of ceremonies Meghan there you know did. How did you just like okay? What are we going to throw in front of me is that? Would you were thinking yeah well. I mean I didn't have any doubt in myself that I could beat whoever they decided to throw out there to try to. I know they didn't want me to be championed and I know that they were you know terrified because they liked having matches up in the air and if I'm in a match none at times I'm GonNa win it so I knew that they just wanted to throw a curveball my way to see if they could you know increase alleys chances of winning the match per se Oh yeah well you did call her out at the not the one that just passed but the previous when when you you called her they that you know you. You basically said you know everybody says Allegata is the standard for professional Wesleyan when it comes to women's wrestling in Colorado but you know you know there's a new new face for women for Colorado for professional wrestling. You kinda foreshadowed that a little bit so you really confident in yourself there. Oh Yeah I'm confident in myself. I knew I proved it on Friday. Was it Freddy. She's been a long longtime. Yeah I proved on Freddie. I'm the new face I'm the champion of the only all women's promotion in Colorado so that doesn't say I'm at the top of all the women in Colorado uh-huh. Oh shoot there you go I I. I don't think I have an argument for that. Not at all so let's talk about <hes> the future though do you have of <hes> any <hes> dream you know dream opponents that you would like to get in the ring with <hes> so far. I know you know your your careers. You know Kinda short right now <hes> but you know anybody in the world that you would like it to get into the ring with <hes> you know even in the near future or the far future you know if you get a little more seasoning <hes> under your belt. You know that kind of stuff yeah Mercedes. Martinez is probably one of the top. I've looked up to her for a long time <hes>. I don't think it will ever happen but I loved Best Phoenix as a little kid like she was one of the you know when I started watching as a kid. The women's wrestling wasn't taking seriously but she was it seemed like she was one of the only women who has actually taken seriously because she looked like she could just beat the crap out of you it at any given time so I always loved her. So now I guess as a dream dream match I would love to wrestle best v necks. I mean yeah I would agree with you probably right. It's going to be difficult with her now being in the W._W._e.. Hall of fame so yeah I think I think after that point when that happens you may or may not see them because you you see former rustler's do seminars and travel as independent promotions to independent emotions in the hall of famers. Get out there just because of contract liabilities and all that kind of good stuff like that but yeah yeah after onto contractors who knows I might be the deputy sooner rather than later. You never know else. Yeah you never know so. have maybe some aspirations of maybe you know going to say try out for <hes> an X._T.. Oh Yeah for sure yeah. If the opportunity presents itself I'll be on the first flight there right <hes> you know and then when they do live events sometimes they ask for local talent <hes>. Are you know they have a there's an age restriction..

"The TAG team that Roy size XS in that abby attacked team. I'd love to face well all right and well you know and I didn't honest I'd also have to put the Canadian pit bulls in there as well. Oh Yeah I I would love to Russell the Canadian pit bulls and then I guess a singles competitor like my <hes> my two kind on the on the Dream List bucket list kind of thing right now are I'd love to Wrestle Lonnie Zelda's or Mike sidell okay definitely love to wrestle Mike sidell that would be fun. That would be fun yeah I could. I I can see that so you think <hes> <hes> I would. I would not going to speak for him but I think the pillars destinies would even welcome to on three handicap match to those guys those guys definitely look crazy yeah or awesome yeah well you know they have had some exposure on <hes> on impact not necessarily the main show but there <hes> web show the explosion show so there you go. That's that's there's some national brush brushing fame right there so that would be kind that'd be kind of fun well and then of course the one percent <hes> Roy six darrel Nelson so yeah they they're all over the place so yeah that would be a definitely possibility. Oh yeah all right <hes> so any other <hes> any other things that you have coming up here in the near future besides <hes> Primoz and <hes> ceus W even you know three four weeks in that you're aware of that you can announce here. I can actually over a few things. <hes> Primoz has been pretty heavily promoting a few shows coming up here within the next couple of months <hes> like I said to start you know this Sunday March third at the watering bowl and Denver Colorado <hes> there is a woman scorn and that's going to be too. It's usually starts about seven seven fifteen tickets sir ten dollars online about fifteen bucks at the door and <hes> definitely looking forward to that show and then March eighth is <hes> C._S.. W Bar fights volume three and that's at the plain field sports bar in Colorado Colorado Springs <hes> then <hes> <hes> April seventh <hes> Primoz has teamed with the watering bull and crown royal and they are doing Wrestlemainia Watch party called Crown Royal Rumble who and that is free entry and that's it our little gifts to <hes> the fans of pre most arresting and the fans of pro wrestling general. You'RE GONNA get a little bit of a little bit alive wrestling wrestling before the pre show and then be able to watch you know the pre show wrestlemainia after cool that that sounds like fun and then. I know that you know about this Arti but you know that every may so taking place this year on make this is Alpha Knight Right. It's our annual tournament. The crowns the best high flyer lunch door wrestler just here you'll pure wrestler. Lucia doors and hi fliers is just an amazing show that takes place on May fifth but also it's been extended so it's many fourth and may fifth and you're also now going to get Omega night which is an all women's tournament. Oh yeah the best female wrestler Lucia Hi Flyer Grappler yes so <hes> I guess you could say that <hes> <hes> Primoz is kind of really <hes> seeming it up in ratcheting up with all these kind of <hes> events knows yeah cool like I like that a lot yeah cool awesome all right well will. I think that's all I have for you right now but before I let you go <hes> once you tell the listeners <hes> about if you've <hes> they wanted to follow you like on <hes> social media media where they could find you like facebook. Twitter is the etc already you can find me on facebook at the dread captain Stevens <hes> you can find me on both twitter and instagram under both dread captain often S._c.. Oh cool awesome all right well once again captain Stevens I salute you. I appreciate you coming onto the podcast and let my listeners know little bit more about you. Oh my pleasure man is an honor to be here all right. Thank you already once again a big thank you to captain Stevens for coming onto the podcast this week I salute. You are really appreciate T._H._e.. For coming on so let's go ahead and before we get talk about this upcoming week. Let's do the weekend review so last Thursday was the rocky mountain pro ignition and charged episodes from the Rocky Mountain Quarry in the Jefferson County fairgrounds great shows as always got to see some new talent <hes> that traveled in and came in when <hes> we had <hes> the young gun champ Gentler Hopkins came in got to see him good. I really enjoy him. Him And Curtis Cole had a Barn Karen Berger. Excuse excuse the Pun of a match it was amazing and I really love seeing the young gun come in town. He needs to come in town more often and there was a couple other talents <music>. I not serve. I caught their names quite properly. <hes> one was the magnificent <hes> milk. Oh a belief and that was great. I loved his character is Great Craig character great great great and then on Friday the Lucci brain laughs today inter-gender tag team tournament kicked off the equal fights two day tournament <hes> was great. I went tended that and got the C. for the first time Delie Doom in person and ruby race it was there Tacori tyrod Greek came in town like I said that was great. Her and Mike Zell Yoga salt had a fantastic match and then I would say <hes> allegata an Anaya I of versus Caleb crush and Delilah doom was a fantastic match will they were all fantastic matches but <hes> those matches a were probably the highlights for me. Eh especially because <hes> just Vance Service for myself I would say that with Anaya and Allegata <hes> pulling a little bit of the left coast guerrillas <hes> tactics out and displayed them against their opponents was great and then also on Friday as well. The Rocky Mountain pro had their Rocky Mountain WPRO experience at the Rack House. Unfortunately because Lucci were last had <unk> <hes> that event that night as well it wasn't able to attend <hes> look like it went off really well of course the talent that came in for the Thursday show at Rocky mountain pro was also there as well so it's always Kinda nice to see though get introduced a couple more talents not get so comfortable with the towns to see all the time time at all these shows and then <hes> like I said Saturday was the combination of Jubran laughs tournament where Caleb Crush and Eliah doom won the tournament well undeserved everybody did well. They faced Ruby raise and I am the provider <hes> in the finals. <hes> got the see all kinds of things <hes>. You're also on Saturday night. Joy Ryan was there but they hadn't said who he was going to be facing and boom as soon as the music hit it was the fiercest feline nine in Lucia Lebron Alley Gatto so keeping it up with the theme for the equal fights Allegata faced Joey Freakin Ryan I was I was so happy to see that match. It was amazing and <hes> I there's not enough words to describe it all and then also the Iron Hills this championship wrestling promotion also came back had their showdown. They're in Colorado. Springs looks like it went off. Well surprisingly Jimbo Lucas I lost his championship and he vows to get back as soon as he can. A sound like there was a little bit of <hes> dispute on how it the happened so I'll be excited to see how that all turns out and then on Sunday I attended for the first time I went to Hugo's Lucia Lebron which also takes place at Jefferson County fairgrounds <hes> same places rocky mountain pro they dress up the arena a little bit different with the Hugo's branding and all that stuff like that of course with as being the deliberate a lot of it was in Spanish and I am not even enclose to understanding a good majority of the words I know a lot <hes> it's a different different experience and it's formatted a lot differently <hes> I did mark out that they have a mascot the comes out <hes> before the show and Kinda like at intermission <hes> at say. I kind of hiked it. I thought it was fun. Russell exposed to be about fun so I I really enjoyed that. <hes> got to see a couple of people that of course new Delta a junior and read Viper and I had a match as well <hes> Luna was there. I got we've seen her in rocky mountain pro a few times as well so it was kind of fun. <hes> got to see a lot of new faces faces <hes> they do a lot of two out of three falls. I think as well 'cause they have a <hes> a ring card girl woman. Whatever you WANNA call her a come out to tell you what round around or ring it <hes> or follow this kind of stuff like that so that was kind of fun definitely WanNa go again <hes> because it is a definite experience <hes> rowdy crowd beaten on drums and all that kind kind of stuff that you would expect from a more traditional Lucia Lube Ray <hes> promotion so that was fun so not talking about the past? Let's talk about the future we have this Thursday coming up as a time of this recording that is tomorrow and with it being the last Thursday of the month that means it is time for rocky mountain pro supercharged and it's going to be a purge event which means it is anything goes ladders chairs. <hes> still a barrels whatever you can find. I wonder if the infamous <hes> shovel that may have a little residue. If you know what I mean <hes> will make an appearance as well. If you WANNA get tickets <hes> it's not too late but you can always get tickets are are M._p.. WRESTLING DOT COM or you can get them at the door door course the prices do in crease and then I do not believe as far as I'm checking my notes that we do have don't have anything on Friday or Saturday but we do have on Saturday like captain Stevens was mentioning we do have Primoz <hes> pro wrestling <hes> having their woman scorn learn <hes> events where we've got <hes> daisy and I am the product Shade Tarantula and Tire Russ Amee <hes> <hes> they're featured heavily in this event <hes> and like he were like captain Stevens was saying got a niane filter to the biggest toughest guys he's here in the wrestling with altitude area going at it. You can get tickets ten dollars online fifteen dollars at the door showtime seven P._M.. Doors Open even at six thirty so you WANNA get tickets go to Primoz pro wrestling dot com..

"Yourself. I don't really have issues like that. I usually blame somebody else I'll leave the area. Take credit for it. The pastor said he recorded the encounter and allege that America lane Steph, remove the family for the plane because they're Jewish. The this Merican airlines. This isn't the Hitler air. Might be freaking break. Sometimes you just remove somebody because they smell did the you'll have to tie some sort of antisemitic racial undertone to this. Sometimes it is what it is unless they had an entire plane of Neo Nazis going to some convention. Maybe. All right. I have no idea who was on that play. I'm guessing now. So apparently, I guess the father Yoshi allegata at site. And they said you need to calm down, sir. And he says I have to calm down. I have eight children at home. There's religious reason for some reason that they're kicking you off this plane. I know it has to do with my religion. We don't have odor. Nobody here has odor. And then it goes, you told me for religious reasons, you don't shower is that what you said the officials said repeatedly applied that he showers daily. So I guess they're trying to get into say something didn't you say you don't ever shower as the house oldest phone up? I never said that because as soon as that happened. I'm sure they were expecting lawsuit discrimination, lawsuit based other religion. So. Okay. Said they did not address editors religion in the statement and claimed that the removal was because of the alleged body odor. And he says the going around holding their nose it smells. Even if it really smell better. I wouldn't do that. Yeah. Well, yeah. That's embarrassing. You know what? I mean. I would just keep it to myself. I guess people sitting there. Oh, it's horrible. Obviously, you didn't smell these people. Maybe maybe maybe. I'd want to get off the plane catch it on the flight because you know, what's that that odor? In a closed just because they leave doesn't mean the is not going to hang around your flight at whatever thirty thousand feet. You can open a window. I was gonna say the pilots probably promise that open the way. Once that's in there. It's not leaving, you know. All right. So that was it'll tie into this..

"Get on my take on it and i like your review because your review is fair and it was a lot of you know i liked it wasn't as you know a strong as other things that i'd seen him do but you said you liked it yeah well i i wouldn't say i liked it but i wouldn't say disliked it i thought okay buying with it fine and i find your review absolutely fair versus a lot of the trash that i've seen online look it's a football game they throw up a stage in five minutes he ran out there and performed his hits which we all know and love could they have sounded baby a little better yeah but outta his control was he present and seemed to be into it and seemed to have a plan yeah did i like the songs there's a couple of could probably done without the new song filthy he probably didn't need a couple of the songs he probably didn't need but once again great he's out there it's halftime people are getting food and you're sitting around and i just don't think it has to be this over the top next level like oh my god performance it's a football game it's a little distraction between all a lot of people are watching true a lot of people are watching so you want to put on your best show if you did happen to do a performance allegata or prince or beyond say or whomever bruno mars that you absolutely tore it up and knocked one out of the park good for you but if you'd put out a performance that's just good the hate in people ripping it apart online like god i mean a lot of that is also tied to the whole janet jackson thing that he was asked back and she's not and who cares series thought attended tack and fans it sought a lot people or so that has nothing to do with anything.

"Actually sales one really impacted by that so the first emissions scandal which which happened in september 2015 or other was was revealed in 2015 it didn't really impact sales on the the reports this january the a few weeks ago that vw is more more profitable than ever before and um you know it it's an incredible turnaround but actually it suggests that people on so worried about these these emissions scandals at least in it at least people buying the 'cause they're still going out and buying them at least initially because of course lease candle hasn't been around for all that long and and one would imagine that people love it this diesel things can take a little while to sinking i suppose and the fact that this is now putting the whole story back in the headlines once again suggests that perhaps this story is going to be with us for quite a bit longer than a lotta people would have been expecting initially out but what about brand gemini because volkswagen is a very important brand for germany itself for the images of gemini for its for its cultural exports ease at going to impact brand gemini in the long term them and i think it's important that we know that this isn't just vw i think the for the first emissions scandal in 2015 was just vw but daimler and bmw will also implicated in this and they they also funded these tests to be honest i think the brand germany will survive this i as i said sales one affected that much by the emission scotland 2015 vw gained market share has has gained mortgage hasn't since then so i don't think it is particularly and what we see at the moment is really interesting thing in a vw is investing twenty billion euros on electrification in in the coming years and you look at the wto's that have happened to tuzla under the words that have happened to a faraday futures that those a to a big companies are trying to go into this market of electric electric vehicles and they really struggled and i think this is where brand germany is so good that fantastic a building cause and undoing the manufacturing side of it as a aware new play actually struggling and the likes of vw a will be the big players still going forward in electric vehicles i think matt allegata montchal.
