Tornadoes kill at least 10 across US Midwest and South
"There's widespread damage in parts of the south and Midwest. After a swarm of tornadoes ripped through communities leaving at least ten people dead in their wake. Arkansas appears to be the hardest hit, the small town of wind near the Tennessee border is covered in the debris of smashed homes, businesses, and downed trees. So Peter mobile action was formed by four executives actually who are at patriot mobile. We did this last year and it was our first launch year in 2022. And we took on four independent school districts in tarrant county, Texas. As you know, Taylor county is the largest red county left in the nation and in the bullseye of the turn Texas blue. So we took on four school districts. It was 11 seats. We won all 11. They weren't slam ducks. One of them went into a runoff. We had to work very hard, but ultimately what that means is over a 100,000 north Texas students who before May 2022 had liberal leadership on their school boards. After May 2022, had conservative majorities on their school boards.

There's a protest actually right now. I want to talk about the restrict act. I want to talk about the indictment, but apparently Robert I don't know if you saw there's a bunch of people that have gone to the Tennessee capital. Have you seen this? What do you know about it? Yeah, I'm from Tennessee, got a lot of friends in Tennessee, and they wouldn't do that in a lot of county capitals across the state. They would do it in the state capitol because that's Nashville. That's trying to emulate itself on being the next Austin, Texas, unfortunately. Someone should run for mayor there on a platform of purging the comedies that are trying to take over the city. But basically, you have, I mean, this is just David hogg, AstroTurf, getting a bunch of young kids to believe something that's utter nonsense and taking sort of left wing activism. It's fascinating how, when the left takes over a capital, it's part of democracy, but if somebody on the right simply walks in following security guards, they end up in a gulag in D.C.. So the extraordinary contradiction living contradiction of how people are treated based on their method of protest, continues to show up on a day to today basis, and this is just the latest iteration of it.

Is it as adversarial as some in the national media would claim or do you find there are still enough good people out there in the heartland to take care of business the way it should be done? Well, I do believe we have good people here and people are working on it. It doesn't make it easy though. It's never easy to get something done. It seems like, but as we are working forward in Iowa, we have gotten some great things done. We have school choice in Iowa done. We have a number of major things that have been able to happen in our state. And the process is kind of messy sometimes, but I feel like in Iowa, we're moving in the right direction.

"A lot of social media posts about a Supreme Court election coming up. What's the story on that? Yeah, it is the most expensive in state's history. It's probably going to be the most expensive in the history of the country for Supreme Court races and states that have them. You've got two diametrically opposed candidates. One, just as Darren Kelly who I pointed to the bench back in 2016, this guy is like a Scalia on the state Supreme Court. He's brilliant. He is a judicial conservative, why stress that is, he's not a conservative activist. He's someone who understands as he rightly should, that the role the judiciary is to uphold the constitution and the rule of law and no more no less versus someone who's, we've seen liberals before, but we've never seen a candidate to be so outspoken in their radical activism out there, Milwaukee county, former district attorney, office member. That's the DA's office that let the guy who ran down to walk a shot county. They let this guy out in low cash bail and he killed all those people in the Christmas bridge. She comes out of that office. She's now a judge and lucky county Janet prototype which I call her no job Janet. She is someone who's got a horrific record of not putting violent criminals, people who rape children, people who raped even to a guy raped his own aunt, just horrible, horrible criminals. She soft on when it comes to the sentencing. But this woman had gotten millions of dollars from George Soros and people on the left and West Coast and east coast in their pouring dollars into this state because of all the things that are at stake. And she's flat out said she's going to repeal our reforms. So we're pushing back. It went from a big gap to now where Kelly's just down by about two points, but Tuesday is going to be the key. Not only for Wisconsin. But arguably, if it comes to redistricting, it could affect who the next speaker is.

2 US Army helicopters crash in Kentucky, deaths feared
"Deaths are feared after two military helicopters crash in Kentucky. Two U.S. Army H H 60 Black Hawk helicopters with the 101st airborne division crashed in southwestern Kentucky Wednesday night, during a routine training mission, according to fort Campbell, in a Facebook post, the fort says the command is currently focused on caring for the service members and their families. Kentucky state troopers guarded closed roads outside the scene and trig county rescue vehicles could be seen rolling in. The crash is under investigation for Campbell posted that the status of the crew members was unknown, but Kentucky governor Andy beshear says fatalities are expected. I'm Jennifer King

"When you look at the numbers that we recently got on the education front, and we learned that American students fell so significantly behind during those lockdowns and shutdowns and schools, there weren't in action. What we also learned was that so many students in very poor areas, minority areas, areas that were run by Democrats, they fared much worse than the rest of the country. Is there a takeaway there that people should remember? Absolutely. And again, you look at a place like Baltimore, a Baltimore is where Freddie gray died in police custody a few years ago. The number one and number two people running the police department were black. The people who are in charge of both the county and the city public schools were black. The mayor black, 6 of the officers, three of the 6 officers who were charged were black. The state attorney who blocked the charges against the officers was black. A judge before whom two of the officers tried their cases with black, by the way, he found them not guilty. City council all democratic majority black. The U.S. attorney at the time, Loretta lynch was black. The president at the time with black Barack Obama. And we're talking about systemic racism. I'm reminded of the joke that Wanda Sykes once said, how are you going to complain about the man when you are the man? And you're finding this over and over again and in Baltimore, 13, I'm not making this up, Trish, 13 public high schools involved in the inner city, 0% of the kids are math proficient. And another half a dozen were only 1% of the kids are Mac proficient. That's almost half of all the public high schools in Baltimore were either 0% of the kids or math proficient or only 1% bar. This is absolutely horrific.

Georgia bill is latest GOP effort targeting prosecutors
"Georgia Republicans have pushed through a bill that targets prosecutors they say are soft on crime. I Norman hall, the bill when signed by governor Ryan Kemp will create a commission with the authority to remove prosecutors who used their discretion not to file cases in some categories of offenses. The bill parallels similar GOP moves in other states, including Florida, Republicans ran nationwide last year accusing Democrats of Kotlin criminals, Georgia Democrats, intensely opposed the measure, saying many Republicans are seeking another way to impose their will on local democratic voters. Voting rights effort targets those held in jails across US
"A voting rights campaign is focusing on people held in prisons across the country. People serving sentences for felony convictions lose their right to vote, detainees awaiting trial or serving misdemeanor sentences do retain that right, but face barriers. Tikari skill in is awaiting trial at Chicago's Cook County jail on a weapons charge. One vote can most definitely make a difference because my one vote could be the vote that actually get that person into the office. Skill in just became a first time voter. Just because we incarcerated now, some of us are innocent and the ones that's not innocent still could change. Expanding jailhouse voting is one of the latest steps to combine voting rights with criminal justice changes. Cook County sheriff Tom dart says some people talk about the need for prisoners to stop reoffending. In you're not encouraging them to do the thing that makes us uniquely citizens, which is we vote for who leads us. Then really, you're a phony. You really are. "What do you think of president Trump's change of tack when it comes to ballot harvesting? He's right. We told the Democrats where we were throwing the football and thousands of Republicans were disenfranchised. Number two, Doctor Oz and John fetterman, 500,000 pennsylvanians already voted before the first and only debate. And four to 5 of those voters were Democrats. The Democrats are narrowing the amount of people that they need in order to win elections going into election day while Republicans are waiting to vote on one day and last. Adam lacks salt and Nevada. It's snowed on election day. Adam lacks salt laws by 8000 votes in washoe county and Reno, where our people live, it's snowed and a 150,000 Republicans in Nevada state home and election day. If we're going to win, we must engage in early voting, mail in voting and where legal ballot harvesting.

And the liberal opponent of justice Daniel Kelly has already indicated that she will get rid of voter ID in Wisconsin. She will get rid of proof of residency in Wisconsin. They will make unbanned drop boxes constitutional in Wisconsin. Our gun rights and hunting rights will be attacked in school choice will be defunded. This election on April 4th for the Wisconsin Supreme Court is consequential and is not only going to affect the people of Wisconsin, but it's going to affect whether or not Republicans are able to win back The White House in 2024.

Mississippi tornadoes kill 23, injure dozens overnight
"About two dozen deaths are reported in rural Mississippi, with fears that number will grow after a fierce tornado blasted the region. The national weather service says the tornado was moving at about 70 miles an hour when it barreled through towns northeast of Jackson, Mississippi. In sharkey county, there are reports of gas leaks and people trapped in piles of rubble. The mayor of rolling fork, Eldridge walker told an interviewer, my city is gone. He had been trapped inside his damaged home because of downed power lines. Mississippi's governor says emergency crews are being sent from around the state after the storm's destruction through sharkey county. It raced toward Alabama. There were reports thereto of damage with trees and power lines down in Marion county and winds gusting near 60 miles an hour. I'm Jackie Quinn.

"I want to talk to you about everything. I want to talk to you about what's going on with president Trump. I want to talk to you about desantis. What do you want to talk about first? Well, I think the big news, Eric is what's going on in New York or maybe what isn't going on in New York because I think it's now unclear. It appeared that the Manhattan district attorney that is a county prosecutor was going to take up a case previously reviewed and rejected by 5 hostile federal prosecutors against Donald Trump, which supposedly surrounds theoretical at least payoffs to a porn star for her silence during the 2016 campaign. Donald Trump has already triumphed in a defamation suit centered around these exact same issues. The government's chief witness is a man named Michael Cohen, who has specifically denied that exact allegation he's making today both under oath in the defamation lawsuit and in a letter to the federal election commission signed by his attorneys. So the real question, I guess, would become, was he lying then, or is he lying now? The whole point, of course, is will Alvin Bragg, who is a George Soros funded prosecutor, elevate what even if accurate would be a misdemeanor to a felony in an effort to try to destroy the political prospects of Donald J Trump.

Authorities: Suspect fatally shot during rescue of migrants
"A suspect in the kidnapping of several migrant hostages in Houston has been shot and killed. Authorities say the incident began March 18th. Three migrants in a car were stopped in Waller county, Texas, and forced into another vehicle. It's believed their driver called 9-1-1, then came ransom demands and then video showing the hostages alive, but an elderly man was being beaten. The FBI was on the case and there were negotiations underway, says special agent James Smith on KTRK TV. One suspect was shot and killed. And a second suspect was taken into custody. He says two hostages were rescued from a motel in north Houston, but was tight lipped on additional details. I'm Jackie Quinn

I wrote a bit about my childhood, but I lived on a farm in Wisconsin when I was a little girl. I was born in the Monterey county, California, since Linus. And you know, I went back there as an adult actually to the Monterey area, which is a beautiful area, but very, very expensive. And I loved my years growing up in Wisconsin farm. I always had an interest in my family is very political. My mother was an activist and anti war activist Vietnam and very committed to that. My father, I was pretty much a strange with him after their divorce from 13 9. I didn't see much of him for years at a time. But he was a defense contractor and worked for the panna cotta at one time and was a writer. So he was very different politically than my mother. So very different views. And I think that's kind of in a way good because I've had a lot of different input of different points of view throughout my life.

"I'm curious to know your take on what's happening right now in New York. Something is up. And I'm wondering if Trump in his brilliance was able to really thwart what could have been his arrest. It's a very, very interesting turn of events, isn't it? Because somebody obviously leaked late, I guess, Friday night. And by the way, I was at Mar-a-Lago on Friday night. I emceed the Republican organization's Lincoln day dinner for Palm Beach county in Florida. It was held up Mar-a-Lago. I was very honored to be the MC and very honored to introduce president Trump. And I was with him that night. I introduced him and gave me a big hug and a kiss and then gave a fantastic speech. He didn't rely anything, but obviously he had heard something by late Friday night and then of course we got the news later that night or the next morning. Look, somebody broadcasted this to the world. And all heck broke loose, right? As we saw now, it's becoming crystal clear according to all these leaks that even a Manhattan grand jury which has been impaneled now for years on this subject, years. And by the way, there's no original crime. There's no concealment of a crime. There's no secondary crime and it's way out of the statute of limitation. So there is literally nothing here. They've wasted New York taxpayer money in impeding this grand jury for years at a time on this thing. But now it looks like Alvin Bragg canceled the grand jury yesterday and today and it looks like they're having difficulty convincing even a panel of liberals who probably hate Donald Trump in New York that there has been a crime committed here and that they should hand up an indictment.

Denver high school shooting suspect dead, coroner confirms
"The suspect in Wednesday's den for a high school shooting is dead. A 17 year old student accused of wounding two administrators in a shooting at his Denver high school earlier in the day is dead. Park county sheriff Tom McGraw said the body was discovered Wednesday, not far from the student's car in a remote mountain area about 50 miles southwest of Denver, the cause of death was not released penning the completion of an autopsy, a spokeswoman for Denver health hospital says one of the wounded administrators was released from the hospital, and the second is in serious condition. East high school has been shaken by violence, including the recent killing outside the school of a classmate that prompted students to march on the Colorado capital earlier this month. I'm sure Adler

Then about 30 minutes later, another teen boy and a man were shot this about a mile away at 14th street in Columbia road, all four are in the hospital, police don't think those shootings are related. More and more ghost guns are showing up on the streets. Montgomery county council president Gabe Albert knows says police were covered almost 150 of them between the start of the year and September 15th. We don't hear what happens because the owner doesn't take a definitive action. But this is Stevie Cohen taken definitive action, eh? It's the absolute right thing to do. You're not gonna hear anyone argue opposite of this not assault. It's the easiest decision he'll make all counter year. Yes, the craziest decision you'll make all County year. Now. Let's contrast this because this is you know, we we could talk about for 15 minutes. What would drive somebody to send 60 unanswered text messages to somebody that you don't even have a relationship with? No, I mean, it's Eric. Listen, it's it is what it is. And I'm not here to judge Jared Porter, although it's pretty easy to do that, when you look at what he did to spend, as you know, I can't judge him. Actually, it went When you send pictures of yourself, Give me a breakdown. I don't know if it was himself, though. I think it was just lewd interview, so I thought I'd know because maybe it was both okay, because it's what it's what he claimed. It's what he claimed. He claimed it was it was Internet, Whatever. And you know what I guess You have to leave that possibility, open and fair to all parties because there's no shot of his head. That's right. There's you know, from basically the torso down. He's laying on a hotel bed. If it's him to be fair, that's true. To be responsible. Um, but I know there was one sequence a text, where he asked her the woman reporter who's no longer in baseball now to join him at a hotel. I believe in the Los Angeles area, and he sent a bunch of different pictures allegedly from the hotel. You know, I think it's like a shot of like scallops. Some of that nice, you know, entree. The pool, a picture of a bathtub suggestive stuff, saying Come join me. Basically, we'll have a great weekend and I I can only assume it's him but again, I don't know for sure. And a picture of you know from below the waist, which is just moronic, dude. You know, I just I don't understand. But forget about that weaken. That is what it is. If you're dumb enough to send the picture, like I would even say Say so when you don't know, picture like that to my wife, Because God forbid, I said that to my parents by accident, like I'm so scared of that stuff right? Like I wouldn't even send it to my wife You imagined, you know? No, I wouldn't. I really wouldn't now now. I went to your parents. Well, you've seen on social media like gaps like social media steaks. And, you know, basically a daughter sending something to our dad or sun setting something to his mom. Maybe not even a picture, but Very lewd warding. That would just mean would creep me out to the core of my existence. Like what? Everybody. Here's the real issue, though. All right. And this is what has been so problematic and took forever to come to the surface, right? Yes, because there's now this beautiful little thing. We call the phone and I phone. It's computer. Do it, Everyone. You order stuff your order food. You get an uber You take pictures to take video. We actually have a nap on here. Where you will you You hit your tee shot. It shows the trajectory with like Like the CBS Arrow like the craziest stuff is on this phone right? But it's also a digital imprint to what you do, all right, And the problem is that when this is easy with Jared Porter, but think about I mean, I could go back forever. But just about like the seventies and the eighties of the nineties, when, instead of a photograph of oneself to a woman who wanted no part of it, it was ah, suggestive, risque comment at the bar it was, you know, pushing up on her aggressively, it was being overly suggestive verbally. Making her feel uncomfortable, You know, compromising her inner space and those have gone unpenalized that mean for decades. That's called for what it is. We're lucky we're in an era where you can easily be identified and penalized. Yes, as is the case, and that's not just for this stuff. It's it's any any A port behavior as we've seen over the last few weeks. PD it's It's easily recognizable. Who does what? And you, you're gonna get penalized for it. And Stevie Cohen is just the perfect example of a guy on owner stepping into the league and doing it the right way so that his team has the right the correct reputation. On. That's all you can ask for from an owner. And so I know Mets fans were excited already when Stevie Cohen took over simply because he has the cash to spend and burn on on making the team right. But if he's gonna make the right decisions when some other teams might not have you got to do not give him kudos. You can't be a world class organization. And this is not me taking a little Yankee shot at the Met this at you, but the Mets are not a world class organization. Maybe they're in the formative stage of becoming that The Yankees were work less organization. The Dodgers are work less organization, the Mets or not, but step one. In becoming, you know, a world class organization is having a culture of accountability. On a workplace that is not threatening. And that's the first step. If you can't even take that baby step, you have no shot. And what do you know what I find out? I'll never know the answer to this. But what's interesting? Like if it wasn't digital, and it was just she filed a sexual harassment lawsuit. Yep. Her word against his word. Would he be fired? The answer? I was gonna say the answer would probably be no. And I think that it would probably I can't prove that. But think about all the people that got the benefit of the doubt. Unfairly because there was no evidence and that went on to have 2030 40 year. Careers trade with no penalty? Yeah, agreed, but also some who were unfairly Victimized by maybe by false claim. It works both ways. It does not in this instance clearly, but it goes two ways.
