"One as many of you were and was preparing for the worst in week. Two and yet somehow they've done it again miraculous match to give me a glimmer of hope to start the fourth quarter before pulling the rug out from under us once again. Know how manage it. But they've done it again. I feel that i should be happy. That the defense for large portions of the game look more functional than i was expecting up against the buccaneers Incredible offense and wide receiver core. I should be happy that the line was not the unmitigated disaster of week one but it still wasn't good and was largely responsible for to the interceptions and also that the offense than the big three of pits ryan and release shown signed showed signs of life. But they didn't show week one and yet the complete meltdown. Coke culminating in josh rosen segment for the second week running. Left me once again. Anger at this god-forsaken team. That's all got looking forward to seeing them. Losing person for the first time they come to london in three weeks extra thing on this painful journey. Well first of all. I hope that this team. What's better because that gentleman observed served team but at looks at least once worthy of being in the nfl. Like not on the verge of being relegated to big twelve weeks. Perfect voicemail for those who didn't get the reference. Go back and listen to that podcast. But i want to I wanna hone in on something that he said and it was. You know they've done it again. They gave me the glimmer of hope. And i think like that is beefing. That is the most crushing about being assaulted span. Is that we've had. So many of those warmers of hope. And we're like charlie brown when lucy as the football like you know. Oh look were score against the bucks like might be able to pull it off only a three point deficit and then they just jerk the ball away and it's all over and you're like i knew that this was going to happen. This is what always happens. And so why did i let myself get mostly invest football team. Oh my god. It's so true. Yeah i really feel for him. But i i will say when they're in london they're playing the jets and maybe that will give you guys a fun game to go to So hopefully yes. The falcons could play well against jets for all of our uk listeners. All of the listeners. In in europe germany all over it for any of you that go to that game. I wish you nothing more than just a complete blowout. Where the falcons make you so happy. You can celebrate in the pumps for hours instead of crawling home in cover. Their seldom sheets going to sleep. So if i might make quick suggestion. I saw today that. At l. falcons uk. You can follow them on twitter. They're actually going to be hosting alkan. Stan meet up before that game. And so follow them on twitter and you can get together with other falcons fans and trust me. You might need the moral support absolutely And yet there's actually several accounts ideo falcons uk. There's one for germany as well Bunch of great folks the interact. they're in love. Interacting with them on a daily basis on twitter So yeah definitely give them a follow and if you're going to be in the uk you're gonna watch that game. I would highly recommend. Hi this is jim and hurston no puppy on my lap this week long. We encourage by the team in spite of the final score. We actually have a good third order. When was the last time bets ever happened. Fair sam for hennessy was bobby kennedy. Had like before. He's a ball for a set and was just when they were jumping the count Let me know if that's something you saw also Was i watching volleyball at the end of the game. The defenders were just like in the ball up in the air. You know running with. I think he can do that volleyball. But i gotta look..

"We have an extra gain this year. So it's kind of a gimme. Yeah i mean. I guess it depends on what your expectations for. This falcons team was going into the season. If you thought they were going to get into the playoffs as an outside you know maybe the seventh team in the playoffs since we have that now like wildcard at best right the wildcard basque. Because there's no way they're winning division. We all sort of agreed on that. I don't think there's anybody in the world that thought they were gonna win. The division then wildcard at best. You know maybe you feel like that is shaking. I still feel like again. This is a team that if they can correct some of these with the penalties they can correct some of these issues at left guard. They can make some leaps forward and win against teams like the giants. Maybe the jets. The panthers have some issues the jaguars. There's there are a lot of teams on his roster. The lions that interfacing in season where there are opportunities for them to string together. You know the enough wins where you get six seven. Maybe even eight wins and your improve last season. You still end up with a decent draft pick in you continue to build and hopefully this year you build into the trenches where you're you're investing into the defensive line or the offensive line are both throughout the entire draft and i think that's something that were hoping for as we get into twenty twenty two right the season because there are a lot of football left right alkan certainly surprise but i don't think there's any expectation that this is going to be a playoff team or serious playoff contender in twenty twenty one and So along those lines there still why the reason to think this team can grow and develop from here and move into the next phase of what falcons. Football's look like with some good building blocks. And you know what is probably premature to write off a player. Like jalen mayfield. It's one game. He faced a really good defensive line if he bounces back end becomes like this pro bowl player. We're gonna look back at this and say man. That was terrible but thank god. He turns around. Now get a put money on that hell. No i'm not going to put money on that and probably not next week not next week against the buccaneers but years ago I remember at right tackle in two thousand thirteen. We were starting jeremy true blood for most of the season and he was just a absolute turnstile at the position and had this guy on the bench who had shown potentially camp. He looked the part. We thought he would you. Maybe be a good player. They finally put them out there and then his first start was against the forty niners one of the very first place he made. He actually missed a block and he face planted into the ground face. I literally like couldn't even block. The guy completely missed him. Dropped face first into the ground. That guy was ryan schrager. Who ended up being really good right tackle for us for several years. And i think it's important to remember that the first game does not necessarily define the careers of these guys. Certainly not encouraging. But i don't think we can write these guys off yet. Let's see how they do against tampa bay evan. Any final thoughts as we close out podcast. Football's back it's a shame You know we all love it. And that's why we're all upset. And that's why you're listening right now but overall just glad football's back. Whatever happened with falcons. It happens but i'm just live football's.

"More fuzzy's yeah but sat like valiquette. Yego is what my favorite bike yet. Like alkan get a lot of like press in a lot of people focus on us in in social media and in the running world. Sally is lovely and just straight up so finding more people need to like pay attention also. She's a goddamn legend. I would work bottles for her when i was in college. I was just like living out here on flag and i would do some for bottles down in cambodia when she was training for new york. Marathon edgy is just like a goddamn ledge. And she's so cool that's awesome. How cool to again to then be on the team with her and working together and knowing that as much as you were looking out for her she was looking out for you. That's pretty pretty darn special. It looked like there was quite a bit of talking bening throughout the race. Not just between you and sally between everyone is that accurate or is that just again us watching at home being like looks like someone said something is that there's talking there's trash talking. There are no people. Oh yeah oh yeah. Oh yeah so molly at me molly. No so i. I don't try. I defend my. I'm not like outwardly. Aggressive i mean molly is just more assertive. Molly i guess is the right word. I'm not like outright gonna go after people. However if someone had gone after sally i would have gone like i will be an enforcer. I don't start fights however i was being targeted by quite a few people in that race. Which is. I will clear this up right now. The reason why. I was like veering away from the pact was not because i was trying to get in the shade it was because i was literally being elbowed in shouldered knocked around and i was just trying to get away from people and i like being yelled at by some of the kenyans. I will clear that up.

Beaches are practically empty unsure. If you'd weather like this could you think there's never did never be a better time. I'm looking at places to travel in art enforced. Like i cannot believe this from from mccarthy. I know that hotel. I know that hotel like that's a deal and a half. Tell us what it is. Yeah it's the riverside park hotel and underscore theater four-star hotel on immigration gracious amid weak offer. But it's ninety-nine euro per room so fifty euro per person for football and you get breakfast on the bottle of echo in the room with chocolates on arrival so like for richer you you've got a nicer way. "So that. It's easier to see the project as something that is practically able to be finished rather than one big thing but so that you can look at. Nba yes. I have done that. I've done that piece of work. And i can take off that feeling of accomplishment makes you feel like you can also do another one which keeps you going. I've also done a sometimes. It doesn't always work for me. I sometimes do the pomodoro technique but in a not necessarily by the way where you know you see a timer for twenty minutes Blocks your internet in everything. And just i'm just gonna hit down to twenty minutes. Which in my experience always means that. I like so of shy like cringe away and shy away like fifteen minutes and then the loss rising minutes. I stopped working but often they not keep working because it's the starting that's really really hard but once you break that barrier it's easier to keep going. I found that works sometimes. Yeah i think the other thing is I think it's there's a some novelist named ripka couching alkan yeltsin Only ever seen it written. I haven't heard it said. I think it was her. I think she the search that said reading is a form of writing. I could be missile Attributing that. But i i really love the phrase. Reading is a form of writing in the sense that i it's okay to think about input and output as being related to one another. That diet yap diet is kind of a form of physical. Wellbeing diet is a physical wellbeing in the same way that exercises and it informs your exercise and vice versa. And so yeah. I think remembering that sometimes for the time you spend working on a project is to think. That reading isn't a distraction. The reason you're a writer because reading is fun to you so it's okay to do something fun that's also work and especially if you think about reading in terms of you know.

"Can hardly be. Yeah sure we'll be going back to you know when you glasses and looking for a bear. Are you guys allowed to use. Thermals when you do that up there. So oregon's made a huge effort to prevent the use of thermals. They recently Reworded the regulations The says it's is not lawful to use Thermal image technology For the purpose of hunting or scouting gaming. Sacha you know So in theory it is not legal. you can legally use a thermal recovery animals in oregon and I i personally think kelly they wrote it is kind of a gray area. Right If you're out bear hunting was a ceremony your hand over a clear-cut year you're probably in violation of the law right But i think it kind of leaves it up to the officer's discretion raw. What's legal and what's not legal So i really don't have a good answer for you on that i. I don't think i can sit here and say it's illegal because I don't think the regulations clearly define what you can and cannot do well. The good news is in about ten years. The the kids that coming up now could say they couldn't read the law. 'cause i just heard i just heard yesterday that oriented a done away with requirements for reading and math to graduate high school. So i'm like. Oh ten years from now. We're gonna have a lot of people but that's a whole different. That's all different topic of things. I guess well the reason. I the reason i had mentioned. It is because There is some mountainous areas. Here intex When i say mountainous or nothing like what you desert don't live on talking to the rocky hills best but I've done some. I've done some Ram hunting out there and that took a lot of just glancing hillsides and It was incredibly more easy to pinpoint something With what the thermal obviously just because like. Oh there's there's a heat signature right there Which was pretty pretty cool for ram because they actually blend in extremely well with the scenery blackberry. Going to be a little bit different. I know that you know black. Bear coming all kinds of different colors not just black But it made it a lot easier for the ram. But i can see you know. I'm not going to get mad at oregon for saying that. You can't use it because i do understand. It makes it so much easier than it. Sounds like the state is just trying to make it You know. Give the the animal as big a chance as you can. I mean you can't you can't use thermals Two locations so you know i get that aspect of it From my point of view what how does how does elk. Hunting differ from your bear hunting. Oh i mean it's it's nine day difference for me you know. I'm i'm primarily an artery o'connor so for me Trio continents salata. I'm assuming that go You know it's a lot of hiking and Locate bugles Calling because then the felker in the in so you know for me. typically am bear hunting with a rifle and classing and looking for a barrel long ways away to make approach on where Blow hunting. I you know if i can here in elk. I don't even care if i can see it Or you know i. I don't use my binoculars on a whole lot when i'm bow hunting because l. Pretty much pops out for me at a thousand plus yards and saw a bear is A whole different animal On how i approached them There may be some similarities and rice just with out west through all animals. You you spend a lot of time glossing and then hunting after is located that animal and clear-cut sir or up in Glades and For me it's just day different On the animal because one. I'm trying to be vocal with and another one. I'm just trying to find with my eyes and You know an elk In my opinion as as more of a Weary nest to their their sense of smell when it comes to humans you can be fifty yards from alkan and it smell you in. It runs over the next hill. Where i've been around bears before and they smell you and and maybe they don't like it or maybe they kind of are aware of you but i have never been on a bear hunt where the wind and my sent just completely blew the whole. Yeah but i have seen elk four hundred yards. Get my sent before and run over the next mountain up to me. It's it's it's completely different. the only thing that would stay in the same as it kind of seems like most love to live most rugged. Nasty place she can find. Yeah well so how does it work with with bow hunting and you are going to spot them or at least call and see if you can get a reaction so you can hear them and then you have to physically make a determination of where you're going to walk to to get into cover guessing on the ground to call them into you right. Yeah and you know. I'm i'm by no means an expert elk hunter of had a lot of opportunities and some success but Yeah it's just the whole chess match. She If you if you locate a a bowl off of seeing or hearing it Dependent on the wind direction in the lay of the land and what direction he's headed. You're gonna make a game plan to try to get an close as you can call them to you But you know you're not gonna catch an elk if he's walking away right And so it. It is a whole chess match and the guys that have done it. A bunch Are more successful because they found all the ways to not do it And you know when. I was first getting into l. panning By myself after high school. And going out. And i'm blessed to be able to just go out and the the woods out my back door back then when i lived in my folks house out their back door and i had a lot of close encounters with bulls and i never got shoot and most of the time never got my bow. John back and Very successful archery alpine told may tell you just need to stack failures. Any new stack a hundred failures. You'll kill your first of all if any it might take another hundred failures to kill your second mole or hundred and twenty you be you know if you keep stacking these failures. You'll get to a point where y'all maybe every eight to twelve Encounters there's a shot opportunity but And the guys that are really good at it. Can't see a bowl walk over and kill it. It's still a game and an elk are big especially big bulls The big reason ryan. They've probably been hundred before.

"This is the glenn beck program where we just don't let you know who we are We don't let you know that we're conservatives that way we can brainwash people and feed them all kinds of misinformation or it's the exact opposite of that but you'll have to decide The media right now is coming after texas With both barrels. But they are. They're filled with fraud. I mean everything. They're saying about the texas bill on voting is not true now. They're actually saying that. We're never going to be able to teach you know. About martin luther king or or or susan b anthony if the republicans have their way. You'll never hear about those people in school. Let me tell you something. Critical race theory disagrees with martin. Luther king you keep critical race there in and you will lose. Martin luther king. That's not what is in the senate bill and instead of going to some expert who has read the bill and knows about the bill. And i got to tell you. This is what i read. Let's go to the guy who actually wrote the bill. The guy who can set the record straight is bryan hughes. He's a texas state senator. He's the author of senate bill three. Welcome to the program. Thank you for having me. I'm so glad to be on you. Bet it must be so frustrating for you to see these these Quote unquote trusted voices. Talk about the bill and just lie about it like they are going to be on words. We've dealt with media bias for a long time. Everybody gets that but to falsely state objective facts and to do it again and again and then they had this echo chamber. And i'll tell you this you don't have to take my word for it. Anyone can go to chapter one thirteen. The texas administrative code that's where our curriculum elements found in chapter one thirteen texas administrative code. Best before my bill. That's after my bill. It's still there and you will find many specific references to difficult subjects like slavery. The ku klux klan eugenics bride things like the women's suffers movement. A lot of that. Dr king we we adore and look up to dr king. So much You'll find many references to him to susan. B. at the civil rights movement the underground railroad the very things the very things that we are accused of removing are specifically set out in the curriculum standards. Today today that has not changed remarkable. So what happened did what are they basing this on. How could you possibly alkan an honest person. Read your senate. bill Three and come up with that canon honest person do that. I can see how you could look at the bill from last session. It was a critical race theory that came out of the house last session. A bill about critical race theory and had a long exhaustive reading list topics on the left. And the right all kinds of american history and we heard from teachers and from the state board of education and they said hey. Leave us the specifics. Leave us the details for your bill. Just put the broad topics. So senate bill three remove those specific items from the statute but it leaves them where they belong over in the curriculum in chapter one thirteen. I have not seen a single story. A single story about this look at chapter one thirteen in the law in texas texas administrative code that list. Dr king susan b. anthony underground real topic. So what are the category. What does this new bill say. Oh we're so excited about this bill because this says we're gonna teach students to judge people based on the content of their character not the color of their skin. it specifically says that in texas public schools. We do not teach that one race is inherently superior to another that one sex is inherently superior it's specifically rejects white supremacy or any racial supremacy or inferiority. It also says glen that one race members of one race are not inherently racist and unable to overcome their racism. Do we have problems in america's past of course and we teach american history in texas history. Good bad and ugly but we teach our students. We overcome it by coming together as americans not being racist i am. I don't know if you feel the same way. Brian but i am shocked that we have to outline this in every state in the union. I can't believe this has been so well crafted and is so far down the road that we have to have these bills and i'm also shocked at the people who are standing up fighting against them going this remarkable and perhaps one of the worst elements do we had this during the debate of this spill last week one of the worst elements there's a teaching that meritocracy and work ethic and working on the best so racist contract. What is the worst thing. We could teach our children regardless of their race color gender. What's the worst thing we can teach. That hard work doesn't matter. That's the essence of the american dream. That's how everyone can succeed in this country. Like no place in the world and these people are suggesting that we should teach hard work and meritocracy is racist as horrible. I have to tell you i. It's one of the things i mean. There's you know. Obviously a lot of things like i don't want my kids to be criminals and don't you know all the things that you worry about. I'd love my kids to have a great relationship with god it's a cetera. But as a dad. I worry all the time about teaching my children work ethic you know how do you i learned that. I think through osmosis because my father was doing it and we were all just expected to go to work with them. We own our own business so at eight years old. I'm i'm working. Well i don't have that kind of business for my children and that that scares me that they they may not have the right work ethic and here. We have our schools wanting to teach. That work ethic is racist. That dismantles everything in our society. Glenn you dismantles everything you and i and people that grew up in america understand this american dream right that even if you fail before no matter the color of your skin no matter what your parents did no matter where you were born if you work hard and trust the lord and play by the rules you can succeed and you lift others up when you do that. This critical race theory this toxic evil doctrine attacks very hard of the american dream. And let me. Just say this glenn. I'm gonna. This is obvious. And i haven't heard talking about this in critical race theory. They're teaching little white children that they should feel guilty about the bad axe by previous generations of why folks but even worse they're telling little children from minority communities little black children brown children. They're telling them. Oh you can never make it in america. America's so racist. It's so against you. You'll always be second-class what a horrible message to teach those children. Let's teach them that we can all succeed. Are there problems yes. We'll overcome them together as americans but everyone gets a chance. Everyone can succeed in america and critical race. Theory as you said undermines.

"Some answers to those kinds of questions well questions are all self generate all his other animals out there in the woods or not sitting around wondering about how the universe was created. Or what's going to happen after they die. We do wonder about this things. And the uncertainty interfere be problematic for some people religious steps into provides answers. The second thing that religion does related itself is it provides of moral code. It says here's the ways that you ought to treat each other here the ways that you ought to be. Hey if you look at what most of those moral codes say. They involve not hurting other people they involved not being selfish not being self centered treating other people the way you like to be treated so religious. Moral codes are ways to try to get people not to behave in a an egocentric selfish. Self centered kind of way that if people were already self centered. If people weren't selfish we wouldn't need moral codes right. Everybody who behave themselves and get along pretty well and that would work out fine now. The world religions approached the problem of the self in different ways the western religions judaism christianity islam. their approach to the problems created by the self self-centeredness and selfishness is to revive this moral code. And say here are the rules you really need to all. You need to become a new kind of person in one way or another different religions. Look at that differently and behave in this way in order to be a good person. The eastern religions like buddhism into his mom taoism as well a lot of indigenous religions. They have moral codes but they focus more on getting to the root of the problem in terms of climbing down the self removing some of the curse of the self making people less self preoccupied through meditation rituals through spiritually related. Dancing quiet down all of this stuff about yourself and you're going to have a happier and healthier and better life and so naturally be better without having just tell you to behave in certain ways but both set of religious western. An easterner. Both coming at the problem. That too much self thought. Too much egotism. Too much self-awareness is a problem for people personally. And it's a problem for how people treat. Okay okay so. The self has benefits there are downsides and you're not advocating that we just kind of become unsullied aware because i would cause problems. So what does the research say about what we can do to quiet the curse of the self so we get the benefits of the self. Which is that planning decision-making self evaluation while mitigating the downs. Imagine you can't eliminate the downsides completely. That's just that just comes with yourself. You're and have those downsides. I think so. But i think you can improve the quality of people's lives by minimizing by mitigating them and cutting down by twenty or thirty percents would create a real improvement in the quality of life research. Just a number of things but they tend to fall into two or three large categories. If you're trying to say how do. I minimize the impact of myself thoughts on the quality of my life and how i affect the world. The first is find someway to reduce the sheer amount of self lots. You have cut back on the frequency of self related thoughts because many of them are useless. They're making you miserable conflicts with other people. They're being egotistical. Alkan we shave that at and the most tried and true way is to learn and realize a lot of people with meditation. Askance is something really weird. It could be tied up in some some odd things but basically it comes down to simply a psychological training tool that. It's a way to client down. That agree to which you are thinking about yourself and not take yourself thoughts quite so seriously. And they're plenty of things on the internet their classes in meditation. There's different brands of meditation. And i know a lot of people sort of feel like it's well. It's associated with spirituality religion new age kinds of ideas and it often is. It doesn't have to be it can be purely a menthol. Psychological training focused only on trying to diminish the degree to which you think about yourself and people who voted through. Meditation classes practice regularly. It's clear that they think less about themselves..

"I cut you off mobile. No i was just going to enjoy my picture. Says it's okay. My first pick it comes from buju baton. Actually with john legend which was a song came out on his album from last year. Actually from twenty twenty something like twenty twenty upside down. Whatever album is called. I confirm alkan from when we come back with. This song is little change of pace for me but it caught my attention because i was actually surprised how well john sits on here. So let's get into memories and we'll be back. yes guys. that was John legend with memories off of buddha's upside down twenty twenty album in. I have to say like to commend john legend for being one of the most versatile artists that we have in this age as his voice is like What are those jack-of-all-trades voices where he's able to fit in and mold into different genres he can get into. His pop bag can get into his. You know rap song hip hop bag you know he can get into your traditional arm be type of type of mood so for hearing him on this reggae track and i felt the passion. I felt the you know what you would feel. If you're listening to a bob marley type thing like well. He does that pretty well his writing. This beat very very well. Like if you guys. The full song buju comes in in like just wrecks it and gives. You really deep introspective lyrics. In my opinion. I kinda the highlights. Some of them It's driving me crazy. Thoughts of you another man. Guess i'm not over you like i thought. I was in john's orig- vocal tone at one point blue says even when it's complicated which is most of the time and full The tells you even wanna relationship is so complicated. I'm still having these memories of young. Still missing you. I don't wanna see with another man and it was you know is very relatable with two men and a lot of Reality to it. And i think that no know what not just a man. I think that there are women as well Who feel what you call it. It's not protected but it's like after Ownership still a relationship. I'm missing the word. That's in my mind right here. But they're still feeling after a relationship that is not fully over and those memories do kind of run back Like like it's on record constantly especially right after so. I thought that the song was very well executed It's hard to let go and even when you do. Those memories are still there. I feel like the song is great to dance to however Nice slow grind which your partner or with somebody you just met at a party on over the last part but he's not that type do but Okay i know. But i'm gonna tell you why i was at fuck it would it at for offer with it but i because i didn't listen to the last boudreau album to be on his leg. I took the time to actually listen to it. Because of your pick. But i i heard it but the thing is that i would listening to the joint with counted with buju cobbled in and all that. So i'm like what the hell did on that. Dad's not buju at all. But like the when i give it a second third fourth trial and i had actually is dobler ally..

"Let's comments 'cause we got a lot of them. Oh where do you wanna start. We got the entire heroes. Reborn extravaganza yes. We had the moment with the main book in like a three one shots. I think one was maybe with fire. One was supposed to be out last week. Yeah i know that so. It was giving stress. Because i made a bunch of jokes about robin. And he wasn't having any of them get artery. Didn't tell you. I don't know did you. Did you get robin or now. Rather than like i said i had. I had to read about the attributes ravin and his funeral home. I was certain that's what it must be right okay So young squadron seat society magneto in the mutant force. I mean more. Just jump right into heroes worn number four. It's up to you where you wanna go. Well i think heroes reborn for and seat society make a really nice set of bookends because they really present you both. How objectively awful. The squadron are but how they can have a perspective as well. Especially with. dylan's like zemo who they really play up the fascist zemo nazi guy. Here you know. I mean that's the truth of it but at the same time. Oh man you get mutant force and well. let's start with young squadron squadron. Yes i think. He's a nice middle middle seat because it is about. You know the young are young. Heroes both Nova alexander graham alexander you know who become kids spectrum and this is how golden ag everything is and that's like the real real neat aspect of this. Everything is very old major very fifties kind of stories to the average. She's still that counties. And the you know what. Have us Doc spectrum and and it's weird because in this one we see that spectrum taking kid kids spectrum under his wing because he's the owner of the person that the energies had coalesced around. We see Come out con working in a museum. We're utopian artifacts are being stolen and of course power woman or power prince says you you can use these that you're worthy and you can be girl power but bomb but in the counter story is miles morales who after the death of alkan which was not nighthawks partner. Unlike some of those other issues that are just made up. I believe that that heroes. Reborn marvel double action. I think we're getting that next week. It's either next week or the week after they're going to have the death of the belkin. Yeah oh that would be interesting And he tries to be broken. But you know what i like about it is. This is why nighthawk is such an interesting character in this entire story because he is the guy who seems like you know he the batman. Oh yeah you know. And as corrupt and dangerous as the squadron supreme. Is he still the guy who is Kolding his own line and you know when he meets Sam and he tells them to take off that costume me rick jones. I put i'm buddies fasting. Where cap is like. Don't you dare put on bookies costume that is not that is not cool too but we see that they're hanging out and of course where i love about. This is This one of course. The wrecking crew. It's pretty much. The same recruited empowers stewart utopian magic instead of as guardian but What is interesting in. This is that of course. They get attacked by deadpool. Who is apparently the goblins harley quinn which i find it very interesting even like the little hammer there. Now i find that to be very neat aspect of the story. But of course he's also the guy who because he is a fourth wall. Breaker can see how the world is messed up. You know he's crazy but the fact of the matter is is that you know She is he is also the one that can can see through the illusion In this one. I find it very interesting that you know. His goal is to kill the falcon because of course. The falcon was killed by goblin. Him in previous issue any has to kill him because belkin the falcon has to say that You know and it has a nice ending part here. Where efforts all said and done you know they you know. Of course nighthawk takes deadpool away. He says tell that kid. I'm looking for him. I want to help him and that's when they decided to form let's champions sucked heroes returning my friend heroes returning and you then again you go through something like society. Where again we get the idea that nighthawk is this gye who is prepared. You know who is building his traps and planning ahead. But what i like about this. Is they actually. Make this point with natasha that during the civil war with high period. That's when they. That's when the split or actually i think it's actually. Is that nighthawk talking. When they say that it was during the civil war with hyperion that you know oh yeah that's where when he decided to create a london bridge base. You know the idea which suggests that there has been this tension between night winging hyperion in this universe is well all is forgiven now but that night wing is still keeping his eye on things and you know we. The siege crew basically core empty no respect or a blue blue blue eagles although hawkeye ant man hochman versus tom. Thumb and golden arrow is really great. My question was who is the soviet agent. This did catch that. No no no. His last name is a walker rich They made him a dirty county. Fill dirty commie That's decoloni- yes. So he is. He's walker bitch..

We don't have to talk about that i. He doesn't have repulsive raise so there now he's got some better. He's got two little birds you can fly out. His jet packs the best knuckle. He has to red wings. Now so red wings is nashville alkan. Who you guys. Who never believe this should be in the comics. He can actually communicate with falcons. Tom specifically redwing like a kind of told. Telepathic link there For obvious reasons that that did not include that in the mcu instead he has mechanized version but now apparently is like two of him to red wings. Watson next time we see him he's going to have like a device where he can like. Engaged and communicate with falcons have like a small squadron of falcons come out that shit at us something. Call mother fucker and So we do see a scene here. We is able to eventually saved the people in the helicopter with some nifty maneuvering and text messaging. Thanks for tech. It was it was causing. Though it was it was very cool like i think in that moment i named it like the cycling strike or something way to a spot on john walker shows up to fly To fight some of the flag smashers agreed. And this is where he showcases his a recently rendered. Shield does not hold up oil. No no the things. Didn't it in like three. Hits in are also important to point out that bucky during the same time is also fighting. There's a lot of fighting in his episode. There's not a whole lot of last. Episode was on exposition exposition in a nice emotional wordplay. This episode had to sell the action because yeah action. Yeah i get it. The the big bombastic conclusion. I do get that as far as like bringing this episode downs like this happened while this was going on and there was this fight so Yeah so i have written down. How cap saves the politicians in the truck. The truck is about the fall He is able to save them in very cool showing Then we get the reveal this sharing this. The power broker This during the meeting with sharon she shows up. You think she's going to stop carly but then of course stunt done the reveal and then She kills but truck. I'm like this man to survive everything he's gone through. What an insult. When i'm not saying that he needs to be like a top tier you know movie lead villain but i am seeing top tier menu. I mean he deserves more. I i was hoping that he was going to get the kilian murphy treatment. Like kilian murphy was who played scarecrow and the dark knight trilogy using all three movies. You know what i mean..

Super Bowl Sunday Changes: Face Masks, Empty Seats and Driveway Parties
"Get into it right away because we are talking about the super bowl. The super bowl is this sunday. My question to you jay is what are we excited about the superbowl and should we be. It makes me explore is the super bowl without parties without gathering with people without it being the event without the event is it. What is it. I guess my question so it's not necessarily a great game k. Not always usually. It's boy rams patriots that would most recently those one of the worst games those one of the worst football games i've ever seen now. Yes every so often. There's a rams rams Falcons was a good game are being patriots falcons. Were alkan was unbelievable where they came back. That was incredible but like that's not going to happen every time. And it's not your team. It's rare that your team right once in a great while it's your team and you have a deep investment in the game means something to otherwise if you're not a die hard sports the game doesn't mean much to you. So what is the game. The game is an excuse to get together. A bunch of friends to stuff your face with seven layer dip to have yummy wings at your house to a bunch of people over. We can't do that right now. I hope people don't do that right now. That's not what we're supposed to do. So i hope super bowl parties. Don't create another superspreader. Yup though there won't be that there won't be crowd there won't be fans there. The halftime show is the weekend. The weekend is okay. By like the we i like the weekend. But are you excited about the weekends. Halftime show. i think it'll be good. It's been one good halftime show in the last ten or i mean look. Did tom petty do it. I know bruce springsteen did it prince did it was unbe. Lynch's was unbelievable because it started raining and he was unbelievable and before he died. And you just realize okay. This guy's incredible out. There aren't a lot of great halftime shows. Don't i'm not getting super geeked inside for the weekend. I think it'll be okay but the but when you're with people at a super bowl party and you're all making fun of the halftime show. It's so much fun to me. Not having that gathering this year and again we did it last year. But not having that grouping it really strips the rolled down to what it really is now. If you're a sports fan you care about tom brady. Or it's going to me like another game another game but with less fans and it really strips it down to what exactly is which is a game of two teams. That don't mean anything to

Lego Fans Tricked By Counterfeit Kits
"Lagos, are more than a toy, their investment, the company that makes those little plastic building blocks pulled in more than five point five billion dollars in sales. Last year, they often sell legos in special kits, sometimes depicting famous movie scenes and they retire those kids after a while making them collector's items for fans and upping their value. But where there's money to be made, there are also scams. Let's go into the world of counterfeit. Lego sets with Stacey Vanek Smith and Sally herships from the PODCAST, the indicator planet money. Tom glasco lives in Dayton. Ohio is three kids and they all love Lego, which is how he got into trouble. He'd been looking for a LEGO ray resistance fighter for his son and so perusing facebook one day I saw an ad for it for what seemed to be a low. But maybe not too low of a price. The exiting was half price just thirty bucks. The pieces weren't the same quality and they didn't go together quite as nicely as regular legos Tom had bought what turned out to be a knockoff. Lego set a counterfeit on their own legos are just these little plastic bricks. You can see why it would be tempting to make. Counterfeits chronic air pot or an apple watch or something the biggest and most notorious. These counterfeiters is a Chinese brand called Leppin. It operates completely openly I mean you can visit the company's website Leppin, world dot com and you will see that its logo and Legos logo are almost identical. But if you end up buying a knockoff, you don't just risk getting a flimsier product you could also ended up costing yourself money down the line if you're planning to resell your legos later on to understand how the LEGO scams work I turned to a superfan Steve Elliot he is thirty eight and lives in Albany Wisconsin if someone posts like a big seven, hundred dollar. People will zoom in and look to see if they can see the legos stamp on the top of a brick, which is called a stud. They don't see it. They'll accuse them of it being a knock off products. The lego community is enormous. There are whole websites like brick picker, dot, com brick link, and facebook groups like star. Wars Lego collectors USA, and if you buy fakes even accidentally and try to resell them, you could get yourself banned in two thousand seventeen something unprecedented happened in the Lego aftermarket, the secondary market, the prices of big sets, those giant boxes with thousands of. Lego pieces they started dropping, and this is according to brick picker. One of those Lego pricing and investment guides unprecedented here here's a clip from the brick picker youtube channel. Now, elephants in the room of course, is the Millennium Falcon and take a look at legal Millennium Falcon Graph when the Lego Millennium Falcon was first released over a decade ago. It was the most expensive legos ever four, hundred, ninety, nine dollars, ninety, nine cents, and then the price shot up to almost five thousand dollars but a couple of years ago it dropped by more than thirty percent in less than a year. By this set was one of the worst decisions that I made in my entire collection brick picker said. In Alkan started cropping up all over the Internet from places like let's knock off Millennium Falcon sets, which, of course, sell for much less a Lotta the Lego fans I talked to you were pretty upset about this. So be careful out there the next time you are shopping make sure you are getting the real thing
