"Triple H 9 7 one SAG triple 8 9 7 one 7 two four three. I am Larry elder. I've got friends in Florida, and several of them are contacted me and said, Nancy Pelosi brought a really expensive house here in Florida, and I checked it out and turns out there are a lot of reports that this is simply not true. It's a Internet rumor. And it certainly sounds like something that the phony Democrats would do, but apparently it is not true. Now I could be wrong about that, but what I have heard is that there were lots of speculation that Nancy Pelosi bought a whatever it was 2020 $5 million home in Florida. And that, of course, representative hypocrisy because Florida has handled the coronavirus altogether differently if run by Republican, and of course Democrats hate floor, therefore. But no, she apparently did not do that. But if you know otherwise, let me know. Now you know I fully support the incredible work job creators network does, fighting for small business owners. Well, they've just turned up the heat even more. Despite two federal court rulings ordering a stay of Biden's illegal and unconstitutional vaccine mandate, the administration is plowing forward as if those rulings never even occurred. Their demanding that small businesses move forward with forcing their employees to be vaccinated, or face, loss of job. Job created network president Alfredo Ortiz says his time to stop White House's bullying of American businesses. So JC and has filed notice with the 6th circuit Court of Appeals of Biden's inappropriate pressure, asking that court for a final resolution of the stay on vaccine mandates. JC and is demanding that the president cease and desist, pressuring small businesses to comply, with his illegal vaccine mandate. So we all need to stand up for small businesses right now. Joined with job, created network to help small business owners fight this illegal mandate, go to block the mandate dot com that's blocked the mandate dot com. You are talking about Waukesha, Josh from Wisconsin was that his Thanksgiving was, of course, hampered by this troubled by this, marred by this. Check this out. Talk about hypocrisy. In an Associated Press article about this attack. Here is what the article said child is 6th death in Waukesha, parade crash. Suspect charged, parade crash. Now the AP referred to the 2017 Charlottesville currents. As a car attack using the title, woman recalls total terror of Charlottesville, car attack. AP calls Waukesha a parade crash called Charlottesville in 2017, a car attack, and not just Associated Press. CBS News. Last week. Called waska deadly Christmas parade crash. In an article referring to Charlottesville, CBS wrote, quote, man gets life plus 419 years in deadly, Charlottesville, car attack. Sky News. Wednesday. Had an article called wash a car.

"Of job creators network, Alfredo Ortiz, Alfredo, how are you? I am doing great Larry. First of all, I just wanted to thank all the veterans out there who thought so hard for all the freedoms that you and I enjoyed today and the rest of this country. Absolutely. Alfredo is so much to cover so much that's happened to the lifetime we've talked. Let's start out with the lawsuit, as you know, the Biden administration is mandating that employers private employers who have over a hundred employees mandate that their employees be vaccinated. I think he's planning on doing that against small bit smaller companies as well, Alfredo. Yeah, absolutely. We have we take great exception with the way the Biden administration has already done. This particular mandate in terms of how these were trained to the American public fainted only impact the largest employers of our country. Barry, when I hear that, I think Coca-Cola Delta Wells Fargo, I don't think of Joe and bill's manufacturing insisted Iowa that has a 120 people. But those are the very people that are being impacted the most, especially in this labor shortage. Alfredo, I'm assuming you agree with me that it is simply not legal. It completely not legal. We believe it's complete government overreach osha has not been given that kind of authority by Congress. Now, of course, we've had the governor races in Virginia. Upset win by Glenn young, almost a win in New Jersey. Does that tell the administration anything about these vaccine mandates in your opinion? Well, you would think that it would, but this administration continues to be tone deaf Larry and the results of the Virginia election are just I mean truly a preview of how Americans are feeling about the state of our country. And right now, most Americans feeling that we are definitely going to the wrong direction. In fact, I think I saw the most recent survey saying that 70% of people now believe that we are going in the wrong direction as a country. And independence fill that way too. Of course, that's where the money is independence in their very, very unhappy with the Biden administration. Now the job report for October came out. Give me your analysis on that. Well, we added about 530,000 jobs there, Larry. I mean, a good number, but the problem is it could have been better, right? And we just firmly believe that a lot of it because the war on small business. Look, our small business owners that we talked to and we survey are pulling back on job hiring because they're concerned about the future. They're concerned about the inflation they're concerned about supply chain issues. They're concerned about these mandates that potentially may face. And so this is why they're holding back. So the numbers could have been better Larry. My guess is Alfredo Ortiz, president and CEO of job creators network. Alfredo, the Biden administration maintains that wages are rising faster than inflation. Well, that's absolutely just incorrect. I mean, again, I love how they make up their own facts and through life and then pretend that the American public should actually believe them. But they're absolutely, we know that inflation actually they called the CPI, the consumer price index increased to 6.2% and wage growth is not keeping up with that. Last number I saw was about 5.1%. So that's really a paid cut for Americans. So you have the Trump administration given this tax cut, the Biden administration's giving us taken. Afraid we have about a minute left. If you want to help Alfredo with his lawsuit against a Biden administration, go to block the mandate dot com that's blocked the mandate dot com Alfredo theta administration says the inflation that we're facing is transitory. Temporary is going to go away soon. Oh, come on, man. That's a bunch of malarkey. Come on, man. It's just a bunch of malarkey areas. This is about transitory. They're already saying that we can probably see this all the way through the fall of 2022. We have a $1.7 billion $1 trillion excuse me build back better plan waiting in the wings, assuming that were to happen, what would happen to inflation? Well, I like calling to the build back broke plan because that's what's going to happen. We're going to break this country and we're going to go broken inflation's going to go through the roof. I'm already estimating Larry that we're going to end this year at very close to 8% inflation rate. Now, we talked the last time about what we're calling the freedom to cheat act that is to nationalize voting procedures all over the country. And we've got a couple of voting based bills that failed. And I wanted to get your take on that. Look, I mean, we got to continue to pass laws that make it easy to vote and hard to cheat. Just like George is like Texas is doing, we need to make sure that the integrity of our vote is into anything else, really, and we've got to protect that. Again, we're on Veterans Day here where Americans died for our freedoms. And this is one of the freedoms. The freedom to vote and the freedom to have fair elections. Alfredo, I've always find it fascinating when I ran for governor out here in California. I was asked over and over again about whether or not I think the 2020 election was stolen. Hillary for four years refer to 2016 is stolen, called Donald Trump illegitimate Al Gore still believes that the 2000 election was stolen. Stacey Abrams called the 2018 George de gubernatorial election stolen. Nobody seems to ask these Democrats, whether or not they believe are those elections were stolen. And if so, are you going to chastise Al Gore or Hillary or Stacey Azul, Abram for promoting quote unquote, the big lie? Yeah, see, and that's the thing in Georgia. Which I followed very closely when going on there, both sides, Republicans and Democrats say there were issues with voting. And so that state took the action among his legislator to make sure that that guided eliminated. And again that they put a policy in place and assist in place that made it easy to vote in order to cheat. That's what we need to focus on. We're going to have to leave it there. Alfredo Ortiz, presidency, CEO of job Prius network. If you want to help him with his lawsuit against the federal government, over the vaccine mandates, go to block the mandate dot com that's blocked the mandate dot com is always Alfredo. Thank you so much for joining me. Absolutely. Thank you, Larry. We'll talk soon. Larry's father, staff sergeant Randolph elder says hard work wins. You get out of life what you put into it. And now, here's Larry elder. Larry, my name is Brendan, I'm actually calling.
Rough Night for Democrats Exposes the Party's Weakness
"Obviously, Democrats are still trying to pass crippling regulations a ridiculous amount of red ink, but they got punched in the face last night. That was a political punch in the face. What does it do to them on the hill, Alfredo Ortiz? How can job creators network dot com help? Yeah, absolutely. Well, this was definitely a referendum on Biden as well, which is I think why the Democrats today are going to be really changing their tune. I think they're going to start changing their playbook, because all that radical woke ism ideas, I think they're going to start seeing that this is not what America wants. They didn't have a mandate to do that. And yesterday clearly, I think, will show that I mean, my gosh, look at New Jersey. I mean, I don't know if they'll pull it off if the GOP pulls that off. But even as close as it is, I don't know about you if you didn't see that one coming, but that just shows you how bad things are. Virginia, though, we're so excited about that. A clear sweep, and when you think about the not only for junkin, but then you've got the first African American black woman that actually is in a leadership role as well as a Cuban, which is amazing. So sweeping all three. I mean, this was a clear sign to the Democrats that those policies that located mentality is not what America want.

Here He is. Over the weekend on Fox News. It's just a couple of minutes. But I want you to hear The whole thing, because it's very important. Flatten the fear. That's the name of the campaign backed by 1500 doctors to reopen schools. They signed a petition in support of getting teachers and kids back inside classrooms this fall. The job Creators Network Foundation launched the initiative, saying, in part the risks of reopening schools for non adolescent Children are low. While the rewards scholastic, social and economic are significant. Joining us now is president and CEO of the Job Creators Network and White House. Hispanic Prosperity. Initiative Commissioner Alfredo Ortiz. Alfredo, Welcome to the show. As always, It's great, too happy. Where on a really important topic. So talk to us a little bit about this petition that's been signed by a number of positions What it says. And and where you think this whole conversation is moving. Yeah, thanks so much, And by the way, we're up just under 2000 signatures already, And that list continues to grow. Look. Unfortunately, parents, teachers and students are really caught in the crossfire of ah of an election season of a presidential election season. Between Republicans and Democrats. They're having it out, and unfortunately, like I said, the parents and teachers and students, and especially the students here are going to be hurt, and we're very concerned about that. And that's why we asked and put this petition out there and are getting this kind of response, which is amazing. Look, you actually come from a family of teaching you yourself, I believe were a teacher. You know that teachers are saints in terms of you know the patient that's needed to teach kids, you know, Parents are stressed, first of all, to no end in terms of what they could do to teach their kids at home. Not just because you're a great parent doesn't make a great teacher and we're concerned about the level and quality of teaching that really is taking place in this home in home learning environment. And when you think about the negative social and economic impact that it's having on our families, especially quite frankly, the lower income lower house the lower income households, this is a tremendous, tremendous issue. And I have to tell you that this is actually very personal for me. I came from one of those lower household incomes when I was a kid, and I have to tell you the saddest part of my day was when that bell ring at the end of the day because I had to go back to Dad. That quite frankly, wasn't the nice is that on the planet? And school for me was my safety was my safety zone. It was also a way of creating community and where we're taking away from our kids, especially in this case through rate, which is what the petition is about. Especially in that area, the social development aspects of going to school and of learning. There is just so so critical and we're taking that away from our kids, and that's why again we put this petition out, and we're getting the kind of response positive response and by the way, this is also supported with science. Science is on our side on this dead. We've got personal CDC, meaning the recommendation already You know I came. I grew up in a house. I grew up in a house where both parents had to work. There wasn't really another financial option, so I don't know what would have happened to a child like me In a situation like this. It would have been really, really scared for my parents to have to figure that out. One of the concerns parents have, though, is what will this look like? They're worried about sending their kids into a classroom environment where the kids were in masks all day where the kids were in bubbles were that important, healthy social interaction you typically find in schools. Doesn't exist. Is that something? You can speak to it all? Yeah, You know, there's actually a study that's been done with about 15 different countries that have already sent their kids back to school. I look absolutely the classrooms are going to look different. We know that because of social distancing because of the different precautions that have to take place. It's going to look different. But look, I let you talk about mass. Make the mass fun. Great projects, right? I mean, make him about superheroes. Why do they all have to be black and Blue Mass. Really. Looks like you're in a hospital, right? Do a lot of outdoor learning. This is a great opportunity as we go into the fall, too, used the outdoors as classrooms right there. You don't necessarily have to just stay in the classroom, expand that out, and then we're talking about the case rate. Specifically, and they're the ones that really, really desperately need that social development. I think our high schoolers, they have a little bit more of opportunity. A little more independent, my focus and our focus really asses K through eight. And that's why again the teachers. You know what we're saying is pleased, you know, Speak out, Speak up. Stand up, because we know as you as you were as a teacher in the past, you love your kids. Right. You love your Children, You know that This is the right thing to do. And let's not let this political Ah nightmare That's taking place. You know, in this election season be the reason why our kids are hurting today. Great conversation that Alfredo Art Ortiz, our friend from job creators Network had over at Fox News. You could send the keyword right now petition to 1 806 556453 to sign the petition. On DH obtain a lot of data that will help you make some some informed decisions about what we have to do next. And you get to decide that, so let me put this to you. Let me just ask you directly, and I mean it from the heart. What do you think is the right thing to do with schools? When we say throw open the doors of the schools and kids need learning, And I agree with all of that they do. But what does that mean? For maybe a vulnerable teacher, an older.

"I wanna get the route. I want to get to the root of something here, Alfredo, because this goes deeper, this is what's frightening about a socialist agenda. And we're seeing socialism now on the rise in a big way, prominent Democrats, like a OC like Bernie Sanders socialism hates job, creators, socialism, they believe and correct me if I'm wrong. But the whole ideology capitalism is evil people who create jobs are evil, if you're wealthy, you're evil, they're, this is this is this disconnect. That is show so alarming about the rise of people like Alexandria, Kazuyo, Cortez. And again goes back to why we didn't we wanted we were hoping this is what we wanted to force the conversation, right? Most bringing let's have his conversation. I applaud the president and his state of the union. He made that statement this country will never be a socialist country. Thank god. Because everybody believes American dream. That's why we're the envy of the world. That's why people are coming over here. There's Nicaraguan dream, there's been swell on Mexican American country. Offer so many so many people who are willing to work hard for money to have some like AOL take that away from people that American dream people didn't unamerican and celebrate it and celebrate it not only take it away. But, but, but, but, but happy about it and celebrate with some kind of major victory. That's the part that's chilling Alfredo Ortiz. Congratulations on great work with this and keep fighting the good fight. We need job, creators network. Now more than ever tax cuts, work dot com to learn more. All.

"We're back on the Mike Gallagher highlight show. Let's jump back into Mike conversation with job, creators network. President Alfredo Ortiz. I want to go back to this, because, and incidentally, there's another tweet from her that, that is even more alarming than targeting, you directly as she did and trying to because it's obviously, it's clear what she's trying to do. She's trying to get her base and her followers to develop by job, creators, network and Alfred Ortiz. That's why she tweeted it out today. She also tweeted this that I love this. She writes, I believe I don't know if it's a re tweet or she actually wrote it because I'm not entirely clear on this. But here's what her tweet says, billionaires pain to put up anti progressive propaganda in Times Square is like the obscenely rich version of the scene, where Michael Scott points to the Bubba Gump and saying, this is it. This is the heart of civilization right here. She's referencing. I guess the Michael Scott, the character in the office. But billionaires show show, let me. Get this straight. She celebrated chasing twenty-five thousand jobs, out of New York and billions and billions of dollars of lost revenues. And now she's complaining about billionaires pain to put up anti progressive propaganda. I'm a little curious Alfredo, and maybe you don't want to reveal this, but I'm trigged how much did the billboard cost compared to how much revenue she cheat jettisoned from New York? Yeah. That's a great question. Like so she claims there, one of spending tons, and tons of cash on billboard in, in New York City, I'm gonna tell you right. And how much we spend, we spend just about four thousand dollars on that. Wow. Billboard in Times Square. I like that. That's a good rate. Well, look. It was opportunistic Mike. And I'm a I'm a small business owner, as well as you're a small business owner, right? We try to find opportunities officiant in the second we found one, I jumped on it. Right. That was opportunistic in nature. Obviously billboards all made sense to me. We did it because of the great opportunity to get that message out. But she one thing I do know she cough, the city of New York in those folks in Long Island city, four billion dollars cloth way. Just four thousand investments, exposing four billion dollars way to twenty five thousand jobs and one thing. Mike, I gotta back with the economic activity. I also wanna talk about it was just it was the job piece is up tax revenue. But think about the economic pity the pizza guy. The daily guy the shoeshine person than try cleaners always different small businesses. That would have benefited from that kind of move and expansion, bright that could have grown their businesses.
