Kellyanne Conway's Daughter Claudia, 15, Says She's Seeking Emancipation

"Kellyanne Conway, his 15 year old daughter. Ah has said some very interesting statements on social media, not just in the last day, but in the last weeks months, she said. She's she was devastated. That her mother will be speaking at the RNC. Ah, in a flurry of tweets criticizing her parents. She also said she and her father agree on absolutely nothing politically before announcing she would be taking a mental health break from Social Media. Get her daughter's only 15 years old, she says. I'm officially pushing for emancipation buckle up, because this is probably going to be public one way or another. Unfortunately, welcome to my life. She's left leaning. At one point, she urged progressive representative Alexander Acosta Cortez to adopt her. I'll tell you I wish Cortez would adopt me. I'll be honest, I'm with her on that one. She says. As far as my dad goes politically, we agree on absolutely nothing. We just both happen to have common sense when it comes to our current president. Stop staining him. Claudia tweeted using a term, referring to someone who admires someone or something the point of obsession. She added that her mother was selfish for pushing her line of work. My mother's job ruined my life to begin with. She also went on to say, heartbreaking that she continues to go down the path. After years of watching your Children suffer selfish. It's all about money and fame. Ladies and gentlemen, she also continued, and she said, I'm a savage. I'm aware, but you know, just going on and on talking about how angry she is that her parents, particularly in this situation, her mother for ruining her life now she also I've got some breaking audio that she went on Tic tac, and this just broke out on TMZ. So again, this is Kellyanne Conway's daughter. 15 years old on Tic tac. Have a listen to this. I'm probably stall this earth because of all of you like and I'm really grateful for that. Um And I'm really trying to manage my sister. My situation, but I I love you guys so much. Um And I just want to say thank you for supporting me. If anybody has lawyers or anything, you can email me. Um I'm going to be a whole lot of thinking for once. Take it. What does she want? Lawyer? She wants to sue her mom trapped. Trying to understand what does she want? No, she said she wants emancipation. By the way, if Kellyanne Conway was my mother, I'd probably want to get an attorney as well. Those air alternative fax my mother is Mrs alternative facts, But I wonder why, like, what is she trying to do? I want to sue my mom because my mom is a bad parent. And she cares more about Donald Trump in her own fan. I mean, I guess you could see your mom for that. I wonder how that would work. Anyway. Go ahead, Shaun going to be, you know, taking e mails on my email at sea and Conway five at gmail dot com. That's C M. As in movie Conway, five. A. Stein, Can you please write down that email? I want to get Kelly and complex daughter on a radio show I want. I want to get around the show. I'm serious. It's worth an email. I'm sure she got probably 200 other emails. But, you know, I'm sure she'll do Vegas local radio. Why wouldn't she dotcom And if you have any information on pro bono lawyers in the New Jersey or D C areas I really, really appreciate it. Um Because this is really getting out of control tonight. I have to get out of the situation of men. Um, and it sucks that I'm kind of being used as a publicity stunt. The PR son. It actually sucks. That's like and I don't even know what to say. Right now. I'm just kind of just in shock. I'm kind of just like And I can't even cry anymore because I'm so numb like two crying like I just can't But please don't believe anything that you see, especially like my parents saying that they're doing it for the family. They're not like they're not at all. I'm literally giving you the tea. I'm giving you all the realist. They didn't say anything about this. Um they literally just tweeted about it. Um, my dad doesn't care about me and Eric. He's never cared about me. Um, he probably doesn't even know my middle name. Which is really sad, but it's true. You know, he never really cared about me my whole life he always belittle when I was younger. My dad physically abused me a lot. Um Right here in this very room and My mom is standing with my mom. You know, my mom got me arrested. You know, She's very, very physically abusive, long, very, very, very abusive. I've been belittles and badgered Mine's higher life, And I just said this to them, you know? You guys putting on this whole show? You know, they want attention. So you know, then putting it on this whole show of them Leaving? I guess isn't really Going to be effective. You know, I think they're just scared that I'm going to emancipate myself, which I am. I'm going to try.

"Stores being looted what everybody just thought that would all be ignored in the usual hundred thousand that it made reservations would show up what's more likely you know Alexander Acosta protest other claiming credit and so is is a lame brain Steve Schmidt the guy that ran McCain's campaign in truth he ground Steve Schmitz out there trying to claim credit that his teenage daughters ran the operation using the giant com are apt to talk to reserve all of the million seeds and make sure the trump supporters couldn't go I think what really happened I think a whole lot of trump people signed up never intending to go because of all the things that place them as obstacles but they wanted to show their support anyway he gets up before all the details here knowing you can imagine trump flying in being told and by and somebody says that he was not happy that the news was announced six of his staffers came down with the virus before he landed dinner stand why that was announced then he sees the other small crowd look I've been in situations like this you know it's one of the reasons why I know trump as well as I do I have I've been there and done that and you know when you when you're used to filling arena whatever the size of the arena is and you're not going to feel it it can be disconcerting especially when you believe all week long that a million people tried to get in and you went along with building an outdoor stage your monster truck rallies out they're going to have musical combos in groups firing up the tunes and then none of that is is going to happen so I don't know I I think I think it was I detected at any rate that that trump was ticked off during some of that right well obviously and a lot of it was of course aimed at the media and much of it was aimed at the media purposely getting everything wrong about his appearance at west point the graduation ceremony now as to the content of the subject matter of the substance of trump's rally speech there I'll be honest a couple times a couple times I said no no no no not yet you can't re run the twenty sixteen campaign you can't can't re run that play book you getting getting you got I'm gonna move forward there's there's a record you have now it is a great one it is a fabulous record to remind people of prior to the to the virus it is overwhelming particularly for African Americans it was through the roof great the economy unemployment wages all of them something that is purposely being torn down and I think you know the American people have have a clear choice here and it's also like a choice that they've ever had this is not a choice between Republicans and Democrats this is a choice between America as founded and bye bye America S. mounted and that's exactly what's on the plate that is not an exaggeration it is abundantly clear and it has been abundantly clear to me for four years now these people on the left they have no interest in correcting what they think are America's mistakes that's not they're tearing down statues they're tearing down artwork you're tearing down anything with a link two of the past in this country it's not because the past offends them it's because they're getting ready to wipe out this country and they're getting ready to totally scrap it and start again they believe the country is here redeemable they're simply folks it's a bunch of marks as we find ourselves in this campaign not against Republicans Democrats this is the American people versus Marxism is the American people versus communism in stark terms it's exactly what we face here media there's a couple tweets is a trump tweet and somebody somebody number twenty three trump tweet is about an hour ago so we did a great job in corona virus including the very early ban on travel from China ventilator production testing by far the most and the best in the world we say millions of American lives yet the fake news refuses to acknowledge this in a positive way but they do give doctor Fauci who is with us in all ways a very high is seventy two percent approval rating so if not gonna found she is in charge along with the vice president and with us doing all these really good things why doesn't the media treat us as they should I mean if they're praising foundry and frowned she's running the show here then why does this administration not get the credit answer says trump because they are fake news in here is doctor found G. on Capitol Hill today house energy and commerce committee having a hearing on the pandemic Frank Pallotta Democrat New Jersey said look at his rally over the weekend the president said and I quote when you do testing to that extent you're gonna find more people you're gonna find more cases so I said to my people slow the testing down please and this morning he said he meant this a doctor found you do you agree with that all I as a member of the task force and my colleagues on the task force to my knowledge I know for sure but to my knowledge none of us have ever been told to slow down on testing so found she once again every opportunity here to let the Democrats have what they want this is normally have been told to slow down the testing this isn't another example of these people not knowing who trump is not knowing a sense of humor it's no different than Hey Russia if you're listening maybe you can find Hillary's missing emails everybody in America is looking for and they can't find a maybe your viewpoint they may I mean the media might love to hear from you so the Democrats immediately think that trump is asking the Russians to hack Hillary's emails meanwhile the heart does already happened months ago so that's what I want to say that on the rally I chuckled doesn't this typical trump sensei humor the testing is showing more cases more cases is feeding the media that we're losing control slow down the testing I told them to slow down that's the another quick tweet here Alexandria Ocasio Cortez she had to pull this tweet down but she didn't pull it down before it was shared over two hundred thousand twenty thousand times sorry Alexander Ocasio Cortez three this is a couple three days ago it is vital that governors maintain restrictions on businesses until after the elections in November because economic recovery will help trump be reelected a few business closures or job losses a small price to pay to be free from his presidency so here's an example don't castle creek that is urging governors to keep the lock down on so that businesses will be shut down in a whirlwind in people's jobs will be lost forever because economic recovery will help trump be elected the few business closures of your people losing their jobs small price to pay there you go there you have it and a lot of governors are paying attention to works didn't start it but we'll be happy to finish it rush on the EIB network.

"They say the esteem case drew scrutiny following an investigation published in November but I am and Miami Herald called perversion of justice that examine the ways in which US attorney for the Southern District of Florida Alexander Acosta worked in conjunction with apps dean's lawyers to engineer the non prosecution agreement and to keep it secret from apps scenes victims so they could not object Costa is now president trump's secretary of labor so that's how they're going to get in to Donald Trump because they don't have anything really on Donald Trump on this that we know of they do bring up the friendship with bill and Hillary Clinton because that's something that we've known for a very long time that bill and and and Robert Epstein would would you know go on trips to the private island from from time to time there's no information of Donald Trump being involved in any of that it looks like they're just going to go after see look he hired this guy who was doing shady things down in down in Florida and I think that's that's really what where this thing is going to end up in about a year from now now some of the people that are either going to be prosecuted or used as cooperating witnesses one of them is this this woman named Maxwell she's almost sixty years old she's a British socialite she was a a woman working for AB Steen apparently as the madam and according to court records she was partners in this international modeling company and what the what the the scam was is she would approach these young girls and say Hey do you want to be in a in a modeling company we can help find jobs your beautiful blah blah blah I want you to come to this modeling class an assignment and we're gonna help launch your for your modeling and fashion career and give you all kinds of educational opportunities and then they would be flown down and then someone would say if you don't have sex with him and all of his buddies he's going to destroy your modeling career you won't have a chance at anything because do you know who he is I mean he's in there with the former president of the United States Bill Clinton you can't say no to these people they'll stroll you and then they had them that's that's in a nutshell what they think is going on if she turns because she's going to face prison for a very long time if they have evidence against her they think that she's going to be named as a cooperating witness and and if she is cooperating and admits to all this all I mean he'll go to jail for the rest of his life and others may also go to jail for the rest of their life which would be a very very good thing long as long as it's honest I don't think they've even scratch the surface who's been involved with this either eight I think there's gonna be a lot of people that are probably pretty nervous right now because he's got re arrested if they they were probably thinking this was over and they settle this case he paid off a bunch of people that I'm I'm I'm in the clear and now he's been arrested again so yeah they're going to get caught I think this is the biggest Travis the travesty of justice I've seen in a long time in a long long time I mean I can't think of a another well OJ Simpson comes to mind but this one was corrupt from the get go the main the guy who's working for trump now should be investigated not because of any connections with trump but because this was just thirty it was clearly dirty nope the police a you know that were involved so they've never seen anything like this before it was this shady deal that was supposed to keep him out of court for all of all of the sex stuff right I don't know he's supposed to go to a judge today and they're saying that he may not leave jail he may not be able to post bail because he's considered a flight risk and I would imagine a guy with that kind of money yeah the billionaire him he is playing risk that is a total flaming there's that is the definition of a flight risk that guy keep board a plane in the middle of night specially with all of his political connections and I mean if he really does have connections to the royal of the royal family and Bill Clinton and and and people in the trump administration the guy could get out of the United States probably fairly easy so we'll see we'll bring an update on this tomorrow after we find out exactly what is happening also are we headed for the end of the world oh my gosh I read this review of this book that talks about the end of the world and what's bringing apart and Pat do you remember what they said about the Overton window yeah the review and and agenda twenty one it was just all this conspiracy theory okay and it was just nothing it wasn't an awful it was Glenn Beck's conspiracy theories even though all of our stuff in those were foot noted so you knew exactly what was real and what wasn't when you read the I. of Moloch well that's pretty much that's pretty much the NSA and Google that's what that book was about before that book knew what they were going to be called save on your next oil change at.

"You know I do know that people in the transition when Alexander Acosta being interviewed and was being asked if it's connection to Jeffrey at sea would be a problem he didn't think Sir okay he said I was told even if they buy him to leave Jeffrey dean alert I was told he was above my pay grade he he he he did say I was told he belong to the intelligence unity it's not on hot deals for the CIA to claim jurisdiction over somebody you but you would think that a U. S. attorney would say that the allegations of molesting underage women would not it doesn't matter whether or not that connected to the CIA or not this is that that somebody should go down for that so I think it said this remains either what with the leverage that Jeffrey had seen had we known from depositions that he's given in the questioning in this deposition specially to the securities and exchange commission it clearly so by investigators that he had he had he had knowledge thank me for example back in the day activity by Jimmy Kay and then the sea as fast and and a screen back then the chairman of fast and he was asked what he knew about possible insider trading why having being fired he seemed to have been given an unusually large Hey out by the bank I mean these are old yeah why seven people have paid him extraordinary sums of money when it's not entirely clear what he's done for them these are the kinds of questions I think at the end of it I will propose that me and really looking into right now this is WNYC FM HD N..

Trump abandoned the citizenship census question, yet thousands still have to answer it

"The president announced on Thursday that he is dropping further attempts to include the citizenship question on the twenty twenty census instead he signed executive order that's gonna require the commerce department to separately gather data from other departments within the government and then putting that together with the census information they'll get a complete picture of who all the citizens and non citizens are in the country we spoke to Nicole the ray immigration reporter at law three sixty for more on this the press conference that he gave was kind of weird it started off with his rhetorical question are you a citizen Gee I can answer that question are you a citizen of the United States of America Gee I'm sorry I just can't answer that question he essentially conceded that continuing to pursue the ship question in court but it also leaves preventing the center from being printed on time but at the same time he answered the negative order saying that states may actually be able to use their citizenship data that the department of commerce will ask me to draw electric affect based on eligible voters so that in some ways could be a concerning point that the X. value at least has highlighted is something that could be challenged in court at a later time but as of now it appears that comp is totally backing down on including the citizenship question on the census and definitely not a win for him he specifically said that I'm not backing down in my effort to get all of this information on who are citizens and non citizens this method that he's gonna go through with this executive order is basically what the census bureau said they should do instead you know go through all the other departments and you can get this information this way I guess the executive order is just making it clear that these other departments have to provide this information to the commerce department they can't provide this data to the commerce department but they also won't be actually allowed to use any kind of thank you that you may not get a more accurate this is just basically calling the resources that already exist within the government and it's creating a whole lot of new resources let's talk about bill Barr the Attorney General because the president brought him out to explain the back down it is the way I saw it obviously the Supreme Court said you can't put this question on the census you need to go back to the drawing board and give us different reasons for why you want to do this you can explain yourself well enough the first time so bill Barr comes out to basically explain that away saying the Supreme Court shot is down we can do it this way and he congratulated the president twice to say congratulations Mister president you're gonna get these numbers anyways I and it was just a weird picture that was going on actually catch this decision as a practical one he said that if the White House went back to the drawing board and fully explains the rationale behind the citizenship question in your credible court where this case now is they would definitely win but with such an abbreviated timeline for printing the census it ultimately he said just came down to a decision practicality rather than it being a matter of not being able to win the legal argument it did seem that way because the Supreme Court did say that they do have the right to ask the question is just you're not doing it the right way just yet go back to the drawing board and that that that was it the time line was just not working in their favor they needed to start printing the census pamphlets since July first I believe it was so go back to the drawing board it was just delay everything and you know that would just cause even more problems this is all going on against this backdrop we've been told that there's going to be a number of raids on undocumented migrant families by ice over the weekend I think they're starting Sunday and they're gonna be talking at least two thousand immigrants have been ordered to be deported and this gonna happen in at least ten major cities it's all in bucket it's a great immigration policy is better thank you they're in a great first in responding to your question on the campus that would improve their political power and now trust them service into hiding with each additional rates on but you know what the ACLU is now challenging you grades preemptively in New York federal court they just found a few today thank that the government have to get at least twenty families may be affected by that an opportunity to present their case in court and have a chance to make their teeth forty four Michael Moran immigration reporter a lot three sixty thank you very much for joining us thank one of the big stories of the week happened over the weekend and into Monday where federal prosecutors released an indictment against billionaire financier Jeffrey apps the in charge him with sex trafficking and creating a vast network of under age victims for him to sexually exploit the indictment alleges that he would pay girls for massages that would then become sex acts and then pay the girls more money to recruit other girls the store has a lot of details and even some connections to the current labor secretary Alexander Acosta for more on this we spoke to Kate breakaway she's a senior reporter the daily beast she was in court for actually is arraignment and tells us more details new about this is that he's being prosecuted in New York but the allegations are hauntingly similar to those that he faced in Florida about a decade ago and so the idea is that Jeffrey obscene uses employees as associates to recruit under age girls to come to his mansion and give him the sauces but once they arrive to his mansion in Palm Beach these are suppose it massage sessions actually turned into sexual abuse and molestation he paid the girls hundreds of dollars each visit and then he paid his victims to recruit even more underage girls so it is in a sort of the sex trafficking pyramid scheme that he was accused of running in Florida and now with thirty the New York are accusing him of doing the same thing but it is a pre side mansion in Manhattan but the motives and the and the methods are all very much the same in both cases the thing that's crazy about this story is obviously okay so he's connected to a lot of really famous important people Bill Clinton president Donald Trump even famous lawyers Alan Dershowitz is kind of wrapped up in all this stuff with him as well but tell us what happened because when this was going down in Florida he got some sort of sweet heart plea deal that let him just plead guilty to two counts of prostitution and everything basically went away he got a year in jail but even that he was getting out six days a week I think on work release this is back in two thousand seven he's a powerful financiers you said he has a little black book filled with famous people including you know these so seats of the Clinton assistance of the Clintons he had Malani and Donald Trump and his little black book I mean he knew everybody and so it's no surprise that he had a high powered legal team that stepped in to make sure that these charges didn't result in serious charges for hammer serious prison time essentially he had enough money to make this all go away so back in two thousand seven the US attorney's office in Miami which was then led by Alexander Costas who is now trump's labor secretary and his office had actually prepared a fifty three page indictment against that steam esteemed high powered lawyers which included their show it included Ken Starr intervenes behind the backs of the victims in this case so we have a situation where it is very powerful man with his all star legal team is collaborating with the US attorney's office with prosecutors to downgrade these charges on the other side you have victims that come you know they're vulnerable they come from under privileged family situations and esteemed attorneys made it out so they weren't credible at all I mean they created das Sears on the victim they provided the victim's social media pages that perhaps indicated drug user just had unseemly photos or things like that and so you know they not only attacks the victims in the case and there were allegations that I've seen sent people to follow the victims and to follow the victims families that Alexander costs that his bed in the past in a letter that he's written that prosecutors were under attack that they were looking for different peccadillos of prosecutors that could be exposed so it seems from the outside that prosecutors just wanted to get this deal done the US attorney's office now says well many of the victims in the case received a settlement from I've seen they didn't have to pay for their attorneys and you know I guess the US attorney's office thought it was okay that Mister Eckstine pleaded guilty to two state charges and ended up serving a year in jail and as you said that jail time was pretty laughable I mean he's in the private wing of the county jail and most of that time was spent on work release so it really is a miscarriage of justice that deal also shielded any co conspirators who may have helped arrange the girls coming to his places a lot of people are kind of sweat it right now because of these new charges who knows if they could be connected to all this all

Serena Marshall in Washington hello Sir hi Tom so what was the opposition to the question in the first place and who was opposing it well the opposition stems from the fact that the sentence is it mandated by the constitution to count every individual in the United States at every ten years now at the White House said this has been done historically that's actually not factually incorrect they've never in the history in a state at every single citizen but their citizenship wide there every single it'll individual who's been given insensitive treatment what their citizenship what now opponents are saying it by adding this question here would actually get an inaccurate reading of the number of people living in the United States because it's going to scare people from answering at and getting an accurate reading will impact how not just commercial district are assigned but also how federal funding is sold out this went to the court and the court ruled at the Supreme Court ruled that the administration's reasoning for needing to add this question was contrived they said they needed to enforce the voting rights act so they were shot down the president now saying they're not backing away from the spider just going about it a different way but how much really interesting about this is though and the executive order the president announced yesterday it's something that they could have done back in two thousand eighteen it was actually how the census bureau recommended the administration get the information that they want not to buy and then the question of the citizenship not by adding the question of citizenship to the center but instead using administrative record is actually something that some agencies have already been working with the senator on doing including in the department of homeland security which had started working with them more than a month ago on this problem C. B. C. Serena Marshall thanks reticle is to eleven twenty five for the propellants are its business update a look at your money news so many bargains where do you draw the line A. B..

E. O. of newsmax who's a close friend to the president talked him all time said that he doesn't see it cost a lasting very long he also said he sees the plea deal casa struck with that scene as indefensible and I'm sure he's told that's impressive so abstain are about the esteem case the labor secretary Alex Acosta held a press conference today to respond to all the criticism that's been leveled against him recently I don't think he did himself any favors I've been adamant about the fact that I think he needs to go does it matter to me that he's in the trump administration if this were the Obama administration to be saying the exact same thing this is not about politics to me and I'm gonna tell you I'm even more convinced that he needs to go after watching him respond earlier today he basically said the Palm Beach state attorney's office dropped the ball ended his office swooped in and save the day as best they could he said he gave abstain an ultimatum plead guilty to a charge that would require jail time and registering as a sex offender or face federal charges but he also essentially said he could make a case against abstain and that's why I had to make a deal despite having thirty four victims at his disposal and nothing mandating his office to stop the investigation as soon as it did.
