"The therapy could be off the shelf. Which helps compared to other cell based therapies especially ones in melanoma and one company that i'm gonna touch on in these few slides i o vance that has seen some issues lately but that is not an off the shelf therapy and therefore revenue might be a better option for patients that have melanoma so some upcoming stuff. And i'm not gonna go through. The details of the therapy may save that for an additional video but replica in is going to do a data update on their lead programs during a virtual investor event on june third. Twenty twenty one. And i see this as a major opportunity. And the two indications there primarily focusing on now one is in anti pd one failed melanoma therapy and here estimate around ten thousand patients per year. And then they're also looking at another skin cancer where this around seven thousand to twenty eight thousand patients per year and if you estimate that the cost is going to be something like one hundred and fifty thousand dollars per patient per year you can imagine. The total addressable market is pretty high now. The companies also looking at other indications are looking at non small cell lung cancer which is a very large patient population. And you can see all the readouts that they're going to have in twenty twenty one so for me. I see this a lot of potential in this year especially and i'm took a position. The stock was trading at around thirty bucks and in a similar way. They kind of remind me of vans. Because they were also looking at indications in melanoma and some of these other cancers and vance his peak market cap after they released their pivotal data was around seven billion dollars and with rep unit. Only around one point eight. I see there being a lot of especially in a company. That's shown that their treatments do work in early trials. So for me. I think it makes sense to take a position and i'm going to hold probably through twenty twenty one so that i can see some of this. Initial data come out and then we can reassess after that but for their melanoma indication. They recently met with the fda in order to plan what they're pivotal studies going to look like so. I do see that. Reprimand is a pretty interesting company. And we're gonna see a lot of on june third hopefully and with that. I want to touch on the upcoming catalyst that we can expect to see and so we saw on terminal the x. Is really wrong terminal where a novus should have the checkmark but moving on a cheek. We're gonna see data coming up soon. Happy on his well. Alex college forty molecular therapies. Their lockup expiration is coming up. So i am not going to be holding that sock. "That was the crack in case the one that was filed by Alice College in and sit the power. This was a case the joint election fraud case, and we have an update on that case in the center of the conservative Circus. We have centering. We have Terry Joe Neff. She's an investigative reporter for the Arizona Daily Independent and late yesterday, Terry Jo. The crack and lawsuit was dismissed. Remind us briefly what this case was about, and who brought it. Well, Good morning, Jane. So the 11 Republicans who would have been the ones to represent Arizona next Monday, when the electoral college meets, they're the ones that would have cast the vote. Arizona's 11 votes for President Trump if he had won the state's popular vote. They believe that, uh, there was constitutional violations, not just America, but county but statewide in the election, But the federal judge yesterday did not agree with their position. Um And she was quite forceful and her finding this court case came with a whole lot of ballyhoo. I mean, we're talking about released to crack, and they were information in this in this court case that was released at the unofficial hearing that took place here a couple of weeks ago. What did you make of the judge's ruling? You said that she was pretty forceful in dismissing it. Well, why Well, a lot of folks, um, some attorneys. I talked this last night and just been reading it. There's a bit of a disdainful or maybe even contemptuous tone. Um, I mean, some of the comments that she she makes is that you know their allegations of fraud fail in their particularity and plausibility. Um, she says that they they attached 300 pages of attachments, which are only impressive for their value their volume. And this is the big one. The various affidavits and expert reports are largely based on anonymous witnesses here, say an irrelevant analysis of unrelated elections. She was not happy with what Sydney Paolo and Lin Wood and you know that big power group of attorneys put forth to her. And and I think also, there's probably a lot of folks that we're waiting for the big Ah ha! Where's the evidence that everyone said we were gonna have? And maybe her attitude was because she, too, was waiting for all of that. It was a bit disappointed. We got Terry Joe Neff in the center ring of the conservative Circus. She's an investigative reporter for the Arizona Daily Independent. Terry Jo. Is it over now? Or do the plaintiffs intend to appeal? Oh, my God. It is not over James I'm Politan, who is the one Lone Arizona attorney who was on this team and has done so much of the work in all of the other other elections challenges He told us that the Arizona Republican Party has already authorized to do the emergency appeal on do one good thing with the judge's order. That least she's laid out a road map for the plaintiff's attorneys. So now they know where the the presumed shortcomings are and what they need to touch on to get this into the you know, all nine of the Supreme Court justices we talkto Alexander College and yesterday well, actually throughout this whole process, and he was just this fired up yesterday as he was when his first thing started, even when he was doing the other cases. I don't think he's necessarily the eternal optimist, but he really does believe that they do have something that they can go on. And he also said that whether they win or lose, I mean, even if they lose, they have a better shot at getting this before the Supreme Court. So when you're looking at the way he's approaching it, Do you think it would be approached different if Alice College it was handling it as opposed to the other attorneys? Well, I still think that your evidence has to be there, you know, and anonymous witnesses here say things like that. The judge is right that that isn't good enough when you are potentially asking a federal judge to overturn our entire 2020 general election. But there did seem to baby be a disconnect between the arguments that the out of state attorney put up to the judge. So who knows? You know, we could always Monday morning quarterback. Harry don't have from the Arizona Daily Independent. That case, I think is going to all those who try to get it before the Supreme Court. That's what Alex College it was telling us yesterday on. A lot of folks are sort of disheartened because there's so much evidence off fraud. And if you notice the fraud cases all across the country have been dismissed by various judges. People like what? What in the world's going on. But yesterday when Texas filed to the Supreme Court petition over 20 twenties, messed up election you had in the last week for hours 17 other states joined them. And Texas is arguing that the case is presented constitutional questions of the immense national consequences. They're saying that you know you're messed up math. You're one plus one equals 10. Million votes for for Biden is fraudulent and it should not impact our states who did our elections above the board. So this is very, very interesting. And a lot of the experts and the Trump administration is saying that this is the case. This is the most significant of the cases filed and it's the most significant because it isn't George just said completely outcome determine it. What does that mean? It means that If the court were to rule in favor of Texas, those four states. The states named in the complaint would in fact, have their state legislatures determine the outcome. They would pick the electors. Yeah, we're talking about Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. Which I think are all republic in legislatures. That doesn't mean anything. We got re budget Republican Legislature here in Arizona that hadn't served us very well. But but This would be one of the possible avenues to a trump victory. This case now invokes the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, which means states can sue states. For violations of law are claims that they have in the Supreme Court of the United States. The Supreme Court does not have to accept the case. It's discretionary. This court young. We don't have a lot of time for this to happen. But this is a purely constitutional. A case right here is that I have to prove fraud. Get the proof does it's the Constitution? If these states did not conduct their elections in a fair and free way, if they had different sets of rules, if the if the secretary of state passed some rules instead of the Legislature, Well, that's that's pretty much Problem. And if the justices ruled with that, you know, then we got to go to the next step in all of these states. We have, uh, elections that are at variance with their own statutory rules. That's number one but number two in Pennsylvania, in particular, the secretary of state made an affirmative representation. To the United States Supreme Court suggesting that ballots would be segregated that were challenged. She failed to comply. It's pretty straightforward and understandable. And that's why so many people and the White House are excited about this case. This case, Texas versus Georgia, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. So we will be paying attention to this. In the meantime, we got a huge big fits by novel thing that's blowing up. We've got a Democrat congressman Having an affair with a Chinese spy. Wait till you hear Who knew about it? That's coming up at 8 18. Right now, with.

"James T. Harris. We have a case that we're waiting to get a hearing on. It's going on. Right now. This is the joint election fraud case that Alex College and filed along with Sidney Powell, and we have Alex collagen in the center ring of the conservative circus. And I want to have you on to give us an update on your case. I heard a rumor Alex that the Democrats have been ejected from the case. Is that true? Was that all about Yes, Their motion intervene was Gina which to my knowledge has not happened anywhere else in the country because, of course, Marc Elias that the NCS National Council has been going around popping into these cases is trying to trying to threaten lawyers. But he made what big mistake which we pointed out to the court is the court told him That said it wanted a five page brief on He ignores the court and filed a 22 page brief, But I don't think the court like that they're in right, right and he just hit him. That is that is hilarious. But it's also good news. Was this also the case where we had the never Trumpers try to weigh in as well? No, no, This is not that one. I know it zone, many of them and I can't. I just can't keep these things separated. But that's why we were having you here that was college in the state of Texas is now suing They sued to overturn the election results. Does that have anything to do with your litigation? Yes. So the way that these things work is there like a snowball and you get you get them rolling, Right? And at first everybody started a zoo. You know, everybody thinks you're nuts. You start putting this evidence on the table. In the bigger players start looking at it, and I think that's what happened with the state of Texas. And now several other states have joined the fight and they go. This is real. Now we're gonna put the put the state's behind it. So now we're very, very happy that we have a case that Z going in front of the Supreme Court and hoping to get our case up there alongside it. You know what's what's amazing is what you just described. I mean, at first people like you're crazy. The media says You're crazy, but you had Rudy Giuliani and the crew just hammering on You had legislators step up here in Arizona. Next thing you know, there's more evidence coming out. There's more stuff coming out. The hearing that went on in Arizona here was very revealing, especially when he talks about some of the machines that were being used. And it just seems like we're now doing up to a critical mass toe, where even the mainstream media who have ignored things were not going to be able to turn away from the Texas case. And if your cases of going to the Supreme Court, they're not going to be able to turn away from key claims in that. Well, no and already, you know, I think the polling that has shown you know how about half almost half of Americans believe that this was not a free and fair election, and so regardless of the means mainstream media's attempts to suppress it. The American people already know they already know. And they're finding out even more. We have Alexander College and in the center ring of the conservative circus. He fell to join elections fraud case along with Sid the Pol. What Is going to happen next. I know we're waiting to hear from what goes on today. What happens if they if they don't kick it out? They want to go further. Well, if the court doesn't kick it out, and then it goes to an evidentiary hearing on Thursday, after which the court will make a decision on otherwise they might kick it out today and honestly, either is fine for us right because the name of the game speed we're trying to move up the ladder to the U. S. Supreme Court as quickly as possible. We would really like to win at the trial court level. But more than that we want a quick decisions that we can move on up a lot of people out there looking at the Texas suit you're saying, man, You know what, Constitutionally, That's the stronger one. But I don't want that to take any spotlight off of you, Alex Calledem and what you're calling the the cracking If your case gets up there, which one do you think has the stronger play? Well, I there are there are strength and weaknesses. Boat, right? The weakness in my perception of the Texas case is standing right, like does it does state suffer an injury when another state break Breaks. Itwas regarding election. You know, I think that that might be hard for Texas to show. On the other hand, they've got a direct path to the Supreme Court, right? And so it would be nice, you know, and I don't know that this is just happened to be nice to get some both hurt or both Consolidated so that the strength of each year before the court That was my next question the possibility if they both get there, that today's they be consolidated into one. Yeah. So? So that is that is not something I'm really, uh, authorized to discuss it. This boy. Okay? Okay. Okay. Alex E seem to I seem to ask question. Why stumble into areas that are still restricted. But that's okay. One is areas If you want to tell you what. Listen, thank you so much for coming on to giving us this update will keep an eye out and we will get you want to explain Next steps win. It is a necessary Does Alexander Collagen? Hey, filed that joint election with the city power. He says. However it goes. We're trying to fast track this to the Supreme Court, and I asked him, you know what about consolidating the two and that's when he went stone code can talk about that. Well, I'll tell you what. Both of these cases of what I'm here are very, very good one. Covers the constitutionality of other states not handling their business, and the impact is going to have on states that that do The other one is about the theft is about the fraud. Get them both up there right now. I think would be all that we need. But that's just that. No, no, it's not just wishful thinking. Things they're going to start happening fast. I'm going to give you an update on these two cases and how American people as Alexander colleges, said the American people they're starting to find out more and more every single day. What impact is that going to have on the perception of a free and fair election? Four. Our friends, the Democrats. That's coming up at 8 48 Tombstone Tactical, My favorite firearms store in the Valley, located right off the ice 17 at Metro Center between Dunlap and the Peoria..

"I imagine because of what you've been doing on behalf of we, the people here in Arizona that if you were looking at this case, and you didn't see some fire, you probably wouldn't take it. No, absolutely. Absolutely not, You know, And we've we've flat turned down lots of cases election cycle because we go. Yeah, that's that's a lot of allegations without a lot of evidence without enough evidence, or, you know, without what we want to see to make sure what we're putting in front of the court is it is a bona fide dispute. You know, in this case Uh, there's there's plenty there. So Alex College in Well, you know what? When we when we get some news, or you hear something we need to you need to catch up the audience of the conservative circuits. We appreciate you so so much. Well, there it is. I had heard that this was coming. I did. But I'm also you to tell you that what you've been hearing in some of the some of the testimony, uh, that was here in Arizona that took place in Pennsylvania. This stuff is some of the stuff is crazy. It's explosive. But if it's in what we have been noticing, especially since election Day, So well, you're gonna be you're the first to know. And I will make you make sure that you are up to speed on every aspect every twist and turn off this case once it is dropped, we're gonna talk about the gals from the view. Because I believe that they're setting the tone for what is in our future. If But if Biden is sworn in, and I still I'm still holding out. I don't think so, but it but we got to consider some things. So we'll do that at 8 48. Have you ever stopped to calculate how much you spend on bottled water? I bet it's a lot Part of the reason is because we live in a desert, so getting good tasting drinking water from your faucet. It's a bit of a challenge. Hard water. We have it. It means that you literally have rocks in your water. Arizona has some of the hardest water anywhere. In an average year. You could have £15 of rocks in your water. What? True time to skip the rocks to save money by calling all about water. We're talking about water treatment, folks With all about water, water treatment..

"To the conservative Circus. I am your ring master James T. Harris After Governor Ducey signed a along with the attorney general of the Secretary of state certified the elections. The interesting tweet went out. You are lying to the good people of Arizona. You know, Maricopa County and others were rife with election fraud. Counterfeit ballots to did the domain Yin give you election insurance? What else cracking on steroids coming soon to a court near you. And we do believe that that was sent out by Sidney Powell. In the center ring of the conservative circus. Ah, we have Alex College and he's one of the lawyers we've been talking to throughout this whole thing. And I, Alex Ah, you filed a lawsuit against the state of Arizona today, along with Sidney Powell. There are some sweeping allegations made from what I could tell. Can you briefly tell us what this is about to tell us? Some of those know what they are for us? Well, sure, every lawyer that's practice election law for any significant period. Crime knows that the voting systems used including the Dominion Systems. Have significant bomber abilities and are very easy to hack. You know, a technically minded junior high student could probably do it on. Of course, this whole election cycle has exposed. You know the different ways that proper security measures work followed. For instance, the daily Independent ran an article on the fact that Dominion was taking you know voter data and tabulated both off site without any any observation or chain of custody, So the question was never How would someone cheap right That was that was always easy to see. Nor was the question Why would someone cheat Because unless you believe politicians are honest, plenty of people would have the incentive. The question was simply How can we prove it? And the problem is, you know, lawyers. We're not really technically minded people. So we put all this together and we go. But how do we actually demonstrate that it happened? Um in so, so Sydney Palace firm engaged a cyber security. Company, uh, to actually analyze the data from the voting machines in Arizona. And when the cyber security company analyzed that data, those technically minded people I could look at that data and conclude to a reasonable degree of professional certainty that the vote totals have been manipulated. So that was the final piece of the puzzle to go. Oh, what we think must have happened. Actually did happen. Well, that's interesting. That's fascinating. That's also very exciting. You know, as part of the lawsuit you are seeking in injunction and I have to ask you some of the things you want to look at. Should have been made available to all of us who were concerned about the election integrity already. Am I correct about that? Yeah, absolutely. You know, I always I always like to turn the government's words back on them, right. If they didn't do anything wrong, then they then they shouldn't have any reason to hide and the fact that they have been trying so so hard. Hide information from voters not allow these machines to be analyzed. Right this whole this whole several months. Saga was just a fight of hiding this hiding that, you know, it's ridiculous and and, frankly, makes people this trust the process. You know, whenever the government starts hiding things, that's when I know I'm on the right track. So you know it doesn't help. It doesn't help it all in in the way that the supervisors that miracle Bacani, the board of Supervisors where they conducted themselves. I made a lot of people curious as well. They could have made available this information so we could be sure, at least, you know, comforted a little bit that we had a fair and free election and they chose not to do that. Will you be looking into some of the stuff that's happening with America? But Connie S so this particular thing is is about the statewide totals right? Because there's there's improprieties and several counties, so it's not particularly directed against Maricopa County. But a lot of what in the complaint concerns America to county and selection system. Senate election procedures is part of that state wide problem. We have Adams College and in the center ring of the conservative Circus. Oh, he has walked us through Sharpie Gate. He's walked us through the original ballot crossing out of controversy. And now here we are. Right now it's working with Sydney Power talking about dropping a lawsuit in Arizona today. Time is of the essence in this matter. How soon will you get into court? Well, we've asked the courts for the Federal District of Arizona for T R O or temporary restraining order and non lawyer terms. Those those usually go pretty quick, you know, looking around the country and what's happened elsewhere. The courts have gotten people into court. You know, within a within a week or so, So that's certainly what we would expect. Certain within a week or so, Yeah, And you know, the clock is ticking. But I tell you what the fact that you have teamed up with, uh, with this Super lord, the crack at seeing you have done that was in the pile. I think a lot of people are excited to see how this is going to turn out, Alex. Oh, yeah, Absolutely. You know, I know it was funny. Because because watching this is an outsider before we were retained. You know, I go. You know, cracking this crack in that you know is there Is there substance to it the right And of course, anybody who will be able T. C all of the all of the data, all of the evidence attached to the complaint. And indeed there's there's a great deal of substance. When we analyzed it. We we concluded. Yeah, this is you know, there's there's There's some fire to the smoke I imagined because of what you have done in the past. I mean, you've taken on these cases you tried to prove them, uh, in the same way they say about Sidney Powell. You know, she has a reputation to protect..

"Of voter irregular even irregularities in America to county and our friend Alex College. It has been all over. Alex called into the Republican activist and the Arizona attorney who really has investigated this and try to get some of these. Lawsuits through court. We have been with him ever since. Miracle but county recorder Adrienne Fontaine was doing his shenanigans and he is here to give us an update. Alex. What is your analysis of what happened at Friday's trial? And what are the next steps for you and your client? Well, first of all, from the very interesting happening Friday. Try a which is that for the first time the county admitted perhaps mistakes were made early with the understatement of the century. Um they, of course, tried to hide witnesses. Threatened, threatened our client on the record with criminal prosecution to try to get evidence kept out of the record, you know, got got a lot of the expert testimony stricken, but still they had to admit that there are mistakes made. So now, of course we're evaluating. Appellate options because, of course, we never expected a trial judge to give us what we wanted, but But I feel that we're on the scent. Well, here's a question because we were talking to a reporter about this whole thing who broke it down. And one of the big surprise is Was you actually had an expert that was not allowed? T give testimony about the about the voting machine. And it seems to me that the county maybe we should have full transparency. And you know what the miracle be. Board of Supervisors Way should want to understand what's going on, and it seems like they're blocking things left and right. They totally are. You know they there was a whistle blower with the nature and Pontus his office that we that we had testified, and the county actually got an order from the court that we couldn't talk to him because they said he was the county employees. Then when we tried to subpoena the county for his testimony suddenly he wasn't a county employee, and they wouldn't tell us where he was. And they said You got to go find him in one day, and we did. So they're trying to hide. They're trying to hide this. This is very, very interesting attorneys around the country represented. Conservatives have been targeted by the left merely for doing their jobs. Has anything like that happen to you? Because of this case. Oh, yeah. You know, we've had people post in our office address on Twitter and things like that. Which isn't bad Psycho thanks for the free advertising. But more concerning Li. Our staff is has received a lot of Very hostile call. Shall we say, you know if that staff members get cursed out, and you know it's sort of Russian roulette when you answer the phone these days? Well, this is this is crazy. So you got dogs and the people at your Ah company are getting harassed because of this lawsuit. Yeah, that that's right. And of course we have. We have people out there calling for for the courts to punish us for the for the temerity to actually bring this, uh, this information to light and yes, So it's a You know, the left plays dirty. That's that's how they play. They don't care about the rule of law. They don't care about the judicial process. If you come at them, they'll come at you. What are your next steps? Alex College in So, uh, are our next steps are we have to get the actual court ruling right? Because the court has issued a full ruling, and we have to get the transcript of the case. And take a look at it and go. Did we get what we needed out of the trial court to make a successful appeal? Because because ultimately the win this you gotta win it in the Arizona Supreme Court. So do did we get out of the truck work What we need for the Arizona Supreme Court. That will be the question. If you go before the Arizona Supreme Court, do you think you'd have another shot at interviewing the whistle blower in all of that? The expert We got. We got the We got the whistle blower, right? We did get his testimony on the record. Okay. Okay to the to the experts, they might really man for consideration of the expert enforce the trial court to do that. That's certainly within the realm of possibility. Well, I did not know that the they admitted that there were some problems. So that's a start. I was content. They admitted they printed crooked ballots for one that the machine's can grace. They printed crooked ballots. Now wait a minute. This takes us back because we had the ballot fight with Adrienne Fontaine as early on because he wanted to be able to make corrections. And then we were told that they didn't have enough paper to do the to make the corrections And this has just been a wild ride, and now you're telling us that they printed crooked ballots. Purposefully. They admitted that well, I don't know, purposely or not, but they said, Oh, yeah, You know some of our balance they were pretty crooked, and that's why the machines could read those back. Well, well, Alex, I gotta tell you what we will touch base with you when there's more developments, But that is That's crazy. Alex College in Again. He's a Republican activists and again he was on this from the very beginning. It happened right here on this show and on the pages of the Arizona Daily Independent, you had a lot of people who are complaining about the sharpies. And folks recalling me of saying This is a non story while you're talking about it. No, actually, it was happening all over the state. I'm still hearing from people about the sharpies. Then we get other things going on as well. And Alex is just trying to make sure that every single voter you know, is able to feel comfortable about the election. They just took place that just took apart it. But while this is ah, this is very, very interesting and again. Another reason why this rush to certify just seemed to come out of nowhere for a lot of Arizona's if they just would have taken some time. And go back through and do a unaudited hand count compared to the machine. But not anyone do that. And now we're finding out that not only did they not want to do that. But though we've got a whistle blower, we've got the expert On the on the machines. The mega machines who did not get a chance, T O talk. Yeah, This thing just does not smell good at tall at all the media now says. That Trump doesn't need toe to concede. They're saying that we're able to toe move on. They also Ah want to you to disassociate yourself with President Trump or there may be a price to pay. That's what we're going to be talking about. Coming up at 8 18 the fact that the left is trying to get you Come on the board. You can't have any peace. We can We can't heal. Unless you admit that to your devotion shall we say to President Trump's America first policy Was a bad thing was was darn near evil until you are willing To acknowledge that You will not have peace in this country is kind of a scary time. "Enforcing election integrity laws in the case. Is what has become known as Sharpie Gate. Sharpie Gate. Alex College and his firm received over 400 complaints by a miracle Pecanha voters who believe that their ballots did not count and I have been inundated. With Ah email text messages from folks across Arizona once they heard the story realised that they did something similar. Are they use a Sharpie on their ballots? And they goto Go to check to find out. Yeah. Was it counted and they're finding out it was not What do you do? We are scheduled to talkto Alex College in about this that he is a lawyer who has been keeping us on track. With what's been going on with Adrian Font as the different shenanigans from You know, if you if you make a mistake on your ballot, just cross it out and write in the new know All of that stuff to having extended day has just been one circus after the other, and the big problem here is and we ask the question. Why can't these things be fair and simple? Why do things have to be so complicated? The College in Law Group and the Public Interest Legal Foundation have filed the suit on behalf of AH registered voters in Maricopa County. After the election Integrity activists received approximately 400 complaints, and that was 400 at the time, and I'm telling you they've been cascading in ever since. We met many people believe, including the Trump campaign that the president will eventually prevail. You know in this valley count, but it's been hampered. It's been slowed down and what he possibly is done here. With sharpies is create Arizona's version of the hanging, Chad. They remember the hanging Chad that's back in 2020. They were. They were counting the chance. And then they yet they have poll watchers come in. And you know what? That was the first time I ever saw Republicans like Storm the best deal. You had these yet this Republican men and their their khaki shorts and their blue blazers and they were trying to get into the door. They want to be able to observe all of the counting that was going on, and they wanted to observe which direction the chad was hanging. If it hung to the left. That would be a vote for Al Gore. If it hung to the right. That would be a vote for W. And in the end, it had to be the Supreme Court. Two steps in and many people are saying no but the lawsuits that are going on today. That the Supreme Court if they have to step in there, hoping that with Amy Cockney Barrett that things were going to go our way, But I want to cost you on that. We have originalist now in court, and I think that they're talking about having it go back to the states. That's why this battle right now on the ground is very important. And that's why people like Alex College and are very important. Because if you feel as though your vote was not counted in, you cast your ballot. You need to have recourse. So I'll tell you what. We're going to follow this story it we talked about it yesterday. It broke wide open statewide. And where even Ah, with national people are laughing shopping. Come on, man. Come on. Yeah, but, you know I've had some folks in the Latino community back when we were still, you know, a couple of weeks out who were doing early voting and they knew that something was wrong with Sharpie. They asked for a pin. And I was getting reports earlier. I didn't I didn't think that much about. I have to be honest with you. May I missed the ball on this? Maybe I'm just a little bit too naive. I'm thinking this time it's going to be different, but no, This is a coordinated effort to steal an election. And we've had so many showdown against with our miracle Picante recorder that Adrian Font says that we shouldn't take anything for granted. So we'll try to reschedule with with Adams College that he has been on with us in the past, and he has been very, very passionate. About having clean elections, and that's something I want to get into. I want to get into this because as we're looking across the country, you know you can't look at the news right now, but they'll see and you're the picture of the map. And all of those states that are white. Those states are the ones that is too close to call. And their course Most of them are battleground states, and most of them were heavily for President Trump early on Tuesday evening. Then all of a sudden, the voting stopped. It is curious because we've seen this before. We've seen this time and time again. My problem is so many people kind of get used to it. Okay, Here we go again. Have you noticed? That the states where they slow down the voting. Where they stopped counting. I should say. And by the time they pick it up, have you noticed Every single time is flipped is by razor thin margins, and it always goes for the Democrat. Coincidence. In Wisconsin. Ah, what is it? Ah Biden supposedly won by 200,000 votes. Magically. That's the number that was flipped when it was the governor Scott Walker and Tony Evers. I think that was sort of in your face Move. When I was a deep state in your face, Same thing with Michigan. Then you have a bite and going on, say, Well, we want it was concert by the same margin at Trump beat Hillary Clinton. Oh,.

"You are listening to the conservative circus. I am your ring Master James Harris. We started to get some word that there is some problems with some of them. The polling places out in fountain hills. Believe it or not, they're turning aways reported that some folks from the poles because they're saying that they they ran out of ink Donegan regimes, You know, from the very beginning, we've been told the watch out for shenanigans Way had a Ah Adrienne Fontaine will take into court because you want to change the balloting rules. You know, you could scratch something out and handed it still handed in. And then all of a sudden we couldn't change the rule because it wasn't enough paper. Alex College and has been on top of all of that. We welcome him to the center ring of the conservative circus. Alex, can you confirm what we're hearing about Some problems around some of the voting areas not been able to find polling places or or machines running out of ink. Oh, absolutely. You know, I was waiting in line this morning toe vote, and it was. It was an hour long line at 6 A.m.. So anecdotally, I can certainly tell you that's true, And I've also heard reports it up in Fountain Hills. Basically, immediately after the polls open, they ran out of ink. And, of course, As you know, Fountain Hills was one of the most conservative areas in the Valley. It's the ace in the Republican deck of cards very, very suspicions that they wouldn't have anticipated high voter. Turnout up in fountain hills and made sure that ink was appropriately stock. So wait a minute you're saying after being open for basically an hour, so they're saying that they ran out of ink in the machines. Yeah. So what is this? Unbelievable. So what is a border to do if they want a vote, and there's no ink and machine. Well, they're gonna have to drive to another polling place. But because early voting the resource has got spread over many days, so there aren't many polling places as there are in years past. I mean, this certainly smells a lot like voters, depression. Aah! And you know, Adrian Font says his pitch to voters is. Is it easier to vote now than it was four years ago? Well, there is your answer. Certainly not if you're a Republican. Well, you know, I'm hearing reports of Von Tests said that everything is running like a smooth, oiled machine compared to ah, past past elections, But you're hearing well, Let me ask you this because cut through it. If people are having problems at the at their polling spot, What can they do about it? Is there a number that they could call some site that they could visit? Well, you know they are there. Welcome to call our office. Our numbers 602730298560273. There are 2985 were very interested in gathering reports of malfeasance about this election. We are we are investigating them. And so 6027302985 I tell you what, Alex, I want to thank you very much. And again. This is when we talked about the shenanigans. That could pop up on election day. There were a lot of different scenarios that people came up with, but one of them was not. We don't we ran out of ink. Yeah, well, like I like I said yesterday, you know, I don't know what's going to pop up with Adrian Font is but I knew something was going to pop up and lo and behold, you know, think of the devil and he shall appear Alex called in. I want to thank you very much for checking in. Telephone number. 602730 29 85. If you're having problems at the at the voting voting places this morning, that is Alex College that he has been an activist. On the heels of Adrian Font test since the very beginning. Of this election season. And I'm getting reports that, he said. Everything is working perfectly fine. Well, absolutely. We could be guaranteed that shenanigans regard to happen. And they continued to happen and I don't understand how this guy has not been reined in yet. Chris Cuomo. Chris Cuomo is responding to this is sort of a preemptive strike because one of the things that the left has planned in the possibility of the President Trump is reelected. They're planning violence and Is so Dominus that you have many stores in cities across the country that are boarding up tonight from Washington, D. C all the way out to Beverly Hills, California because they do not want more property damage in the wake of political violence. Chris Cuomo Always in there so many people in such desperation. This is a nation on edge, not because I say so. But because you're living in now you say so And now they're even more worried about what this election could mean businesses a boarding up in anticipation of potential unrest. But you have to be better than what you oppose, Okay? That's what this election is coming down to. Who do we want to be? Which will be reflected in how we decide to be Whatever happens tomorrow, I'll say it again. Things can't stay the way they are sure to Cam. We will never get to a better place. If things stay in the state of play that we're now mired in were mired into resistance. Mould things can't stay the same. But you know what? Then you need to have the left come out of resistance mode. It can't be things they're going to get better when we win. There was a time when there was a peaceful transfer of power. That ended in 2016. If the president know if he is reelected, Here's your opportunity left to act like decent human beings. If Joe Biden with I can guarantee you that is not going to be Trump's supporters out there, rioting and breaking out store windows. That's not gonna happen because that's not who we are Chris and everybody knows. Why D. C and other cities are boarding up their storefronts. We know Washington, D C isn't boarding up because they're worried about Trump's supporters taking in the streets. They're worried about the continuation of the violence we have seen, and I think the great irony of what's going on right now, Tucker Is that the Republican Party is actually expanding. The Republican Party is becoming a big tent party. I think Donald Trump is gonna win Mohr with blacks and Hispanics, working class voters and the Democrat Party is narrowing. It's the Party of extremism. Party of totalitarians that don't accept anyone if they don't bow down to that mantle on the altar of this violent extremists left That's what isthe that's what needs to change. That's where we are in this country. We're going to talk Tio Ah, person from the digital orbital polling and get a beat on what's happening in Arizona. Voting is underway if you did not vote early. We're asking you to to go today to the polls, there might be a little bit of a line. If you're on phone heels, make sure you find out where the polling places are because we're hearing that it wanted a polling places ran out of ink. But make sure you vote today. Do not let the left suppress your voting. It is very important if things play out the way they should, as Faras Republicans going to the polls were going to re elect President Trump today or maybe was maybe I'm wrong about that. We'll find out at 903. Economy under President Trump. Is it the best in history? That's the Rush update.

And yet here we are with a bunch of white folks, primarily liberals and, ah, hand full of never Trumpers. Admitting they openly not just hate the president. They hate you, too. The Maga bubble, the credulous boomer rube demo that backs Donald Trump. They think that anybody that expresses Affection for their son or empathy for someone they don't know is we call trumps the smart one in there. Oh, yeah, you elitist clocks, news viewers who seemed to be endlessly gullible and willing to accept whatever the president says. You will lead us with your geography and your maps. We also are going to check in with our lawyer friend Alex College in chess, so we could be all on the up and up of the possibilities That could go on tomorrow campaign shenanigans because we still have Adrienne Fontaine says. Running the joint. Yeah. So make sure your 200 for that. Let me go to Joy Behar Bill quick Because Joy Behar, she put the cherry on top of the sundae. So what am I worried about him? I'm worried about seriously these thie secret Trump supporters on worried about them because before the election when they voted for him They could say, Well, he's a business man. We hate politicians. He's something different, but the back But now now is different Now. They know he's a misogynist. They know he's a racist. They know that he separated little Children from their parents and had no plan to reunite them. They know that he has mismanaged this cove in crisis, And they also know that he deliberately did not do the right thing. By all these people who are getting this disease. He deliberately did the wrong thing. We know that because of the tape with Bob Woodward. We know that because of the tape with Jared Kushner So they know this now so they can't hide behind it. I mean, unless they don't tell people they're gonna vote what each other I guess each other. They can tell her what an amazing amazing a litany there But you've got Joy Behar going from one lie to another lie. I mean false stories, false narratives. All just inner stringing them in a row. These air all of the media narratives that were spun To tear your support for President Trump to tear away at it. And they all failed miserably. See the media is upset that you didn't believe their lies. They're supposed to be able to tell you what to think and how to think it. They played the race card. They played everything. It is just not working. So they are now imploding and emoting all over you your chance to win. $1000 is coming up at the top of the hour. Make sure you are tuned and D. C. Is catering to the homeless. Well, that's the rush update sponsored by Nationwide Vision Center. Right, folks Get this Washington Post headline D. C. How's the homeless in upscale apartments? It hasn't gone as planned. Other story covers the upscale Cedric Gardens apartment building in northwest Washington near fashionable Rock Creek Park. It's listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Now, here's where it gets good. A couple years ago, Washington D. C. Housing officials fattened the pot of money available for rental subsidies. Their goal was to give tenants in high crime, impoverished neighborhoods a shot at moving out of there and moving in the high end housing what could go wrong? Well, some of these tenants moved into Sedgwick Gardens directly from homeless shelters are the streets. And big surprise. They brought their behavioral problems with them. Police visits to the building. Quadruple. There is pot smoke in the air feces in the stairways like in San Francisco, there were so many complaints, the city started staffing the building with social workers. Long time residents got the heck out. Now, whose idea was this? You see, this is liberal thinking This is liberal planning. This is liberal policy. This outcome is totally predictable. It would almost be hilarious if it wasn't so tragic for the people who were forced out the people who were paying to be there..

But We have far too well, I guess this is you know, this is water under the bridge. Now you can't get it back. We have so many states going in this direction. Yes Jim TV IRS from technology to to the work that you do today. Yeah Shift Yeah. You know a couple of years Alex College when I had been doing that work for a couple of years. I was working in consulting. Just working huge long hours. Right actually liked the work but just you know long long hours and I was. I was only twenty four and I was experiencing stress headaches. Stomach aches insomnia and so a friend actually recommended a meditation class as it happened. It was a shocker meditation class and that really transformed my life. I really resonated with not simply meditation but specifically energy base meditation for me. There's a lot of modalities for me that resonated and it sheens the way that I managed my energy in my life and so as I can. I continue my career for many more years in technology but I was studying energy healing. And kindling meditation on my own throughout that time and eventually made a career shift and then kind of another within that career shift. Another shift specifically to women's energetics in Toronto. A A little bit later on while so. How does the trauma healing for our women's and bodies and shock were systems differ than for men? Yeah so we have been. Our energy bodies are anchored in a different place edgy body for those who already know the shockers Zell author. This might be too technical for some. But we're anchored in our second Shaqra Which is in our pelvic area. As opposed to the root shot which is to anchor. And that's not taught a lot but it's very important because what it means that shockers actually receptive Yin Fluid Shaqra so in general although this pay much. Generalized men ten energetically to focus more on fluidity and women need to focus more on energetic boundaries and grounding grounding their energy and directing the natural fluidity of their energy body and energy bodies because we really have a default of absorbing other people's energies and emotions without realizing it meant so learn to work with our energy in such a way that we can really distinguish when we're picking up others emotions and when we're knock and of course men can do this too but for women. It's much more of a default both energetically and because of conditioning because we are still very much condition to take responsibility for other people's emotions to our detriment so a lot of the work that I do. Women's energetics is helping women's specifically kind of he end the ways. They're doing that and specific shocker. Meditations to help them Counter that and Kinda reprogram the way they are in.
