"Podcast by a blizzard fan Nome about world of warcraft and geeky stuff. I promise you, they do talk about the world of warcraft. They just go off the rails sometimes. So we are coming to you an hour earlier on the live show. But according to daylight savings time, it's the normal time on the download you're listening to us anytime. I mean possibly from the future or the past if you time travel, but I'm frankly, I am joy by Allie of fables and all things as Lou and one of the longest running podcasters if not the longest running Custer. I mean, there was a Twitter threat by Sandra on this, but regardless, we are joined by Starman or star, my cut the alley on this thinking that I was getting confused starving vendor that are beat store US Vice from. So do you soap aids? No good. Star Trek beads or something. Yeah. Actually have aids in my car from a Grateful Dead concert. Okay. So if you sell to me, then, you'll be the star, and then I can we'd store and that that'll be perfect. I sell beads, and you're the same star. We are joined by Michael gains of water work AST, and this, we can trick and beads, cast, and be absolutely. I'm not even drunk yet notice that I know what's going on. Well on this episode, I wanna get to know you. I want to know more about I've not talked with the allots did Halley pay to do this because nobody wants to do that. I love knowing about people. Okay. I could have to Presley does not need to be paid off because he genuinely likes the community and he don't. And by the way, what a great community. It is. Oh, absolutely. I mean it was cool when James rigors announced this week that they were getting married, the community poured love over them. It was like a school graduations shame. And forget the other person I'm sorry, James future wife. This move. So I think with that chandy what time is it? It's time to go around the table idea. So what have you been up to recently? We'll start with the newest guest on the show, Michael. So I started playing this game called world of workers. It's new. It's hot, it's in it's, it's no, I started moving up my demon hunter because my Major's pretty much is, as far as she's going to get with what I can do. So I thought, well, why not just get another tuneup to win twenty silly? So I got my demon hunter up to one twenty this week. And I'm really not sure see, I've been playing a major forever since vanilla, and I have a priest and a major in monk in death night. But they're just like distractions, but I was thinking, like, if I wanted to have a real all not just like somebody, I just got to one twenty like a real like somebody, I could do million taking with. I'll just use my demon hunter. Absolutely. And it can glide. Yes, I completely forgot that they can do that. I accidentally hit my space bar twice that. That. At what level did you realize eighteen? Okay, so funny. So I know a little bit of credit, maybe a little. Get one bead to be fair. I didn't start using heroically till two one ten in legion. Look when I played vanilla. I didn't even know what talents were until I was forty. Okay. No wait. I couldn't have been forty. No, because I was in wetlands that would have been mid twenties. Yes, I remember I was group with someone they said, what's Becker, you and I remember like where I was sitting in when it happened. I'm like, wow, I feel really dumb. Here. I'm doing a frequent podcast about this game. And I don't even know what a talent tree is. Yeah. Absolutely. Thank you. I did L afar which is interesting because Elian I just had a conversation about this last week. Or like why I don't read because I rated a vanilla. I mean, look, I am not in any way using this term lightly at all. But it's like that PTSD from rating in vanilla, six days, a week four to five hours a day, and gathering stuff on on Sundays on her day off to this day like fourteen years later, I still think that rating six days a week seven six hours a day and allies. Like now just one day. Explains every every groups different some groups are more hard cores and group. Just does the one day and extend look out, but you don't have to hardcore, you know, minus fifty decay P minus every, you know, it's not like I mean, there are certain guilds the push to the limit their method. Oh, sure. But I can't do that anymore. I, I pushed myself way too hard back in vanilla. We did next forty? We've got halfway through it, and then the rest of the gilded just went. No, we're done. Yeah. That's sort of like why did away from rating for awhile? Amongst other reasons. What item level is your demon hunter now because I know you've been working on that. Oh, she. She's a three twenty six. Oh, nice. Yeah, so she was she's just now able to do her. Okay. So haven't any Geraldo yet, I feel bad, like Bradley three, sixty seven people like oh, I've got three seventy three ninety I'm like, oh, great. You know what? It took. Everyone plays the game differently everyone. That's right. It enjoys different things. And there's nothing. That's right. The my may just three sixty four now or three sixty five something like that. I just got an I four hundred the other day. Wow. Yeah. Nice though. I'm very happy about the four hundred chest the really nice cloth piece. I got that I'm like I've done. I quit the game now. Yeah. It was weird expansions. That'll be like nothing like that will destroy off a random quests. I know three months later. Oh this. Yeah. You got it. You gotta Transvaal and you're more powerful now. So. Can take over the game. Feel the Powell. Is this? When I should tell you, my level or probably, I know you're item level is you told me down. It's gone up was it three ninety now three ninety four down ninety four. Wow. Rate. And I finally got lucky? It's a couple pieces. So, yeah, all of a sudden, I feel inadequate it's like only have like three sixty five whatever raid and I only have one one twenty whereas you have to now. So true. There you go. Three. Could you show off three? Out to a shower. That's I tried playing a shaman year ago for our work has challenge. And I just couldn't do it. I make it interfa-. We just couldn't do it. Well, I mean, I had the clothes feel comfortable. That's true too. So, yeah, that's what I've been up to just, just playing the game having fun. Nice like I always do. So then Allie, what have you been? Have you been playing with the demon hunters like that? Now might even hunter is ninety eight and is not out of these starting zone, yet she exists, and she's there and she's done maybe four quests, maybe she's not out yet, so that no we, we are just digging out a blizzard we had yesterday. She is being called. It was pretty creek. We didn't get too bad here. Like thankfully, I lost internet for maybe half an hour. Okay. As well as we can show notes start over here saying that I should record five episodes yesterday. Whereas I at least showed them, son and recorded this morning and then also got a head start next week. So I feel pretty good about that. Nice record five episodes. Sh. But yeah, so that was cool. My parents live about half an hour from me and they lost power for four hours think there's other people who ask for seven and uprated trees, and it was really wind. The wind was nasty. That's tough when you lose power and it's cold. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So we got lucky here though we can get like just slightly east of us got hit harder than we did that is done. I did my unlock for the colts yesterday. Nice which was a lot of fun. So do you have one? I mean you did the unlocked. But did you start a character? She has the best name. What is it? Allie morgan. Wait, wait, wait, wait. It gets better. There exists in game a captain title. I need to go get the on my pre from the garrison shipyard stuff, and I don't quite have it yet on my priests. I'm going to go get it. And then that way. When my coal Teheran monk is one hundred she could be captain, alley Morgan and just to get the pirate hat from the mission. Harry, how that show I raise my beard you. Thank you. Thank you. Bye. Captain Morgan tomorrow. So I was pretty excited about that. And I created her today, and it was fun to create her. Little more my likeness like she's got green eyes. And I have green is she has freckles and well, he can't see next more makeup like I have freckles especially during the summer. So my freckles and I just it was really cool. Some really happy with her. What she looks like, and I look forward to having fun with that. No. Was it just me? Or did I miss the train that there would be no skinny Kotei for the character? I kept thinking it would be one of the options. I think everyone thought that because there are skinny model Tiernan BC's. Yeah. And it was in the dressing room while heads and stuff like that. So I don't know what happened with that. That's actually really good question. Yeah, I heard same thing. So I've done the unlocked. So I haven't tried it myself yet. But yeah, there's no there's no skinny model and that I know that surprised a few people. So I don't know if we're get them eventually or if that was just too much on blizzard system, or I mean, I don't mind the. Big body coherent. I mean, I don't mind the I mean that beer gut. I mean it's awesome. Some. I'm pretty excited about that. And I can't wait till level her and. I did the quest with mammy to upgrade your neck, piece just two which was short, but it was still really good. Yeah. And then they say oh, we have to wait seventy seven cycles for the next part. I'm like, I was like, okay, so a outside. Seven seven days. Exactly. Which was smooth. That was some of them. But there was there was draw dropping moment. And I wasn't expecting. So I was really the no spoilers jailers was I was really excited. I can't wait to get there. Yeah. You should definitely do that. And then plus upgrades, your Ezra ten levels. Nice, such good. I did the two new turtle Tortola in world quests. They're more them. So there's a cycle of life, which is when we turn to a crabby tech, the turtles, which that's right. I forgot about that really understand the whole cycle of life thing. But it feels so wrong because they're just cute little turtles. And they're just coming down the way. And you just go, like snap them and kill them and. No, right. Don't feel too bad. You're actually saving them from the sauce because everyone's saying that the Zahn good. There's really cool web come about that, and everything. But it still feels wrong, sir the trolls to cute. And the other one is calligraphy and you have to basically like run in follow like the shape of a room or whatever that no less shows, you, but she shows you and disappears and you have to get like dead on. There was one time I swerve dead on, and according to Nola wasn't, but I didn't I didn't the opposite way. And then it worked for some raising those, like almost again exactly the same as last time. So that was a little tricky. I read from someone that if you mount up, it goes better. Do calligraphy world quest mount up, I trusting, and then my raid, our first normal Jana kill. Graduations? So that was a relief on the best part is still being able to mind control people off the boat because it's just way too much fun. So it was cool and just enjoying eight one five and discovering everything in an apparently, I'm doing some time walking tomorrow. So it's good times. Very nice should be fun. I speaking of walking, like I got a new Fitbit. Oh, yeah. How do you like it? I love it. I had the ion EQ and the battery lasts longer, but there's parts of the versa, feels better. So love it. It's been last couple of days, and I'm glad to be back on the flip it because it's I love getting on my watch like that. And then I watched the marvelous, MRs Mazel been the entire two series. I need to watch that. All is good. I know being that late the forties or like that time period for me like when I was born was like not that far back. I kind of like have a thing for that time period. So, yeah, I would love to watch. I've been meaning to watch that. And then I heard there was a season till I miss one. Okay. And then be coming out sometime this year. I've heard okay and do you know Lois from family guy, and also Alex Boersting from mad TV they are one of the character. Tres on miss the miss Mazel. They actually might favorite character Maizels great or misdemeanors. Look great. I love out sports characters. The most is just it was every time he was on. I just like spiralled laugh. All right. I'm gonna have to watch it. I'll report back. Absolutely. A good one to to to dive into just make sure when you do it that you prepared to keep going. You're not every episode you're gonna want to keep going. Okay. And then I also dived this week into sub Nautica. This is my new main non IMO game. I'm just it is so vast is the pirate game that I see..
