"Women everywhere I know you're a feminist yes I am Wendy I know yes I am explain to people at the you know feminists just mean that people want to be treated men and women treated equally it's not that you're a man hater Christ certainly not all the friends of mine there's none of my family that men in my family for decades it no for awhile there was a common misspelled eyrie felt that if you if you if somebody was a feminist that that meant that they thought that women were superior to men when in fact it does not mean that at all it means equal to men as they said they are well now also made history today to women astronauts embark on the first ever all female space why excellent from the internationals not house of pancakes but the international space station why don't they have an I hop on ISS question U. S. astronauts Christina cook and Jessica Meier made history today they exited the international space station at seven thirty eight hours eastern time so what is that our time I'm not good at the conversion what is a seven thirty eight AM eastern time so it was seven and a half hundred hours thirty doesn't start at midnight no I know it's seven thirty eight AM that's eastern time what is it here it's an hour later here Hey so eight thirty eight they went out this morning I am not an astronaut I can't tell time and space an all woman in space walk was canceled in March do you remember why because this bothered me I don't remember the reason there was it was ill fitting space suit they didn't have that's three that fit the winner yeah isn't that terrible yeah astronauts see the sun rise about every ninety minutes when you're on the international space station I would take some getting used to admit it feel like boy A. today went really quickly I've got nothing done right their job this is again the first all female space walk ever in the history of ever yeah the job is to fix a broken part of the station's solar power network so they're handy yes I love this the pair of currently moving to the space station's P. six trucks trust excuse me at the fire and they began work they'll be replacing a failed power controller it's a five hour thing I don't know if there have wrapped it up but I know there was a live stream where you can watch what's going on I'm looking at it right now it's pretty cool I'm sorry cool a five hour thing it was streamed live on net by NASA is a landmark moment for female astronauts and scientists it makes you wonder if in the early days of NASA if they could of even gasped when something like this would take place if they probably sent out three where it's going to be that's hundreds of years in the future that'll never happen and here it is happening good and then the first American female space Walker who carried out her own mission thirty five years ago Kathy Sullivan her name's Cathy Sullivan yes that weird she was delighted by today's milestone a coke and Meyer are replacing battery units after they failed to provide increased power to the international space station the failure has not significantly impacted the crew or its mission but it definitely needed to be repaired lasts yet and cook who is set to complete the longest single space flight by a woman will remain in orbit orbit until February twenty twenty and then she will have been the longest woman in space that's the longest woman in space just serve the most time during long single space flight okay what do you mean that the longest women's space like she was you long somehow travels no but then remember when you come back to earth your body changes are you shorter yeah yeah I don't remember these are I can't believe it's taken this long for it's hard to imagine why did it take so I don't know and we've not had a woman on the moon yet that needs to change who's been who's the last person to go to the moon we don't know we still have announced they always said Alex Alice Kramden would go to the moon but Ralph used to threaten her and that was wrong I don't know who the last person on the moon was but is not been a woman yet now and they would not be afraid to ask directions guys who are always afraid as directions may I tell you the difference woman wouldn't need to write they just know somehow it's magical what is it I'm not kidding some of the biggest stupid fights German I get into it right because I use Google maps and he use is apple maps yeah and if I'm driving he'll go no take this way I said no my Google maps to show up yeah but I use this net but you're not driving right that is the one I'm residing gets to decide the weight shield travel yeah and to control which we write you listen to I think driver gets to decide and the routing yes don't you think don't you agree yes I'm trying to think if it's ever come into play yeah I think who's ever driving makes those decisions yeah but why is that and if the windows are up and down up or down this is your I don't know if other cars do this I drive a jeep and if you just have one window down somewhere in the car it makes a weird it's just the best Randy yeah it's more it is the back windows isn't it yes so it makes your car vibrate while you're driving it sounds like you are in an airplane ready to take on yeah and it's just the back windows and you'd think if they fix that I don't know and I am so frustrated and I'm so glad it's not just my car's a because it is it like that in all your current yes and don my youngest sits in the back and he he like I get car sick so he always seems to have the window down yeah and then we always have to open one in front to kind of make that noise go away because it's like that that that that that right I think that the daughter right and it frustrates the heck out of me but I'm sorry they have streamlined and change the the exterior of cars yeah it's worse because an old cars that never happened I know I know it is zero dynamic my **** what is it do they send that to GM and see what happens tell on that I don't know it's very confusing and it it doesn't like the rest of my family is not bothered by it but when you're just how it is the whole time you driving you can drive with that it like hurts your ears as a loud yes yes they have streamlined too much right alright so we've decided to whoever's driving gets to decide the songs will be played in the route in the route and whether or not any windows in the back or open so you don't get the vibrating noise right all right that seems fair but why is it is we were talking about the first one and space walk today that are made history yeah why is it that you guys won't ask for directions you will drive through proud hours out of your way for you to stop and ask directions to proud just to press and it's wrong needs to change behind that movement will yeah yes we'll take a break and then there's more show but first this everybody sit down if you think about it you spend a lot of time in bed about eight hours a night that's.

She was wondering how she was going to get home from school when campers car slow down Lou notice, the university, staff stickers. Well, also notice roseland in the front seat. So she climb into the back seat. No worries whatsoever. I went on down a ways and slowed down Kemper later, recalled interviews, I remarked on the beautiful view all the while still driving down the road as if he was taking the girls to their desire destination. He's holding his gun, you know, from near his foot to his lap. He didn't picked it up quickly pull the trigger killing Rosalyn who slumped against the passenger door window debt in the backseat. She was moving around and I miss twice. He finally hits around the temple. She wasn't yet. Daddy, shoots her again. According to some accounts, she may have still been alive in moaning loudly as he approached the entrance to the university. Even if she was still alive, you didn't stop Kemper from driving the girls to a security. Check point guard who saw campers university parking sticker believed his story that the girls were drunk, and he was just taking them back to their dorms. It was getting easier to do Kemper said, and I was getting better at it. So he instead of taking them back to the dorms. He takes them back to mother's house where he takes Alex Alice's body inside to have sex with it and Rosalyn in order to remove the bullet from her head to reduce risk of detection. Then he dismembers and beheads both girls despite taking precautions to not get caught like taking the bullet out of the one head around the time. He L starts getting more, reckless and cockatoos behavior. Now, I suppose you're going to want to stay up and talk all night. That's all he said that she said, oh my God. I suppose you're going to tackle night. "Five sixty ks. Here's perhaps another reason why these guys were Matt. There was a mastermind involved in the planning of the nine eleven attacks. This was all well coordinated to this day. We don't even know how these guys got into the cockpit of these planes. We don't know to this day. We don't know. It's possible. That some of these hijackers were in the cockpit when the plane took off posing as airline pilots. We just don't know. Or if we know they haven't told us. But this is a little known fact, and I learned this for a friend of mine who has a he has a restaurant in Texas down buffalo gap, Texas. That's where I learned about the buffalo gap news roundup that sometimes we talk about here on Cassidy vote. But my friend's name is Tom parini. He owns a parini steakhouse. Parini steakhouses one of the best steakhouses, I would say in the United States, quite frankly. So George W Bush was president, and George W Bush is from Texas. He had parini and breezy steakhouse catering at event at the White House. It was going to be now get ready for this. It was going to be a luncheon for everyone. It was going to be a barbecue for everyone in congress. The entire congress was going to be on the lawn of the White House. On nine eleven. Oh boy. Now first we had the report of the planes crashing into the towers, then there was the report of the plane crashing at the Pentagon, and my friend Tom said the work because there was there was still another plane in the sky appeared to be coming towards the capital. My friend. Tom said, they got everybody was just told run run. There are there have been terrorist attacks run. So my friends setting up on the lawn of the White House. And he said, we we just ran we didn't even know where we're supposed to run to. We were just told run. So the thought is this plane was heading towards the capital towards the White House. It was coming in. And to be fair to the the story. I can't recall right off the bat. If he said, they were setting up the White House lawn to the cap in front of the capitol. I believe it was the White House. But nonetheless, the entire congress was going to be there. They were told to run and run he did. So those flight ninety three flight ninety three with forty four people aboard took off from Newark headed toward San Francisco. So there's a local connection here that was at five forty one our time at six thirty seven our time that plane crashed into the western those we take that back at. 707 our time that plane flight ninety three crashed into a field in Pennsylvania killed all forty passengers. And a crew. It it appeared as if they were headed towards TC. So it's quite a story. In fact, perhaps you've seen the film flight ninety three Katie I watched I watched I couldn't I couldn't. I literally walked out of the theater. I it was it was too much for me. I just. I couldn't watch. I just couldn't watch it. It was so well done I could not watch it. But we spoke to some people who had loved ones on that plane. Let's begin with Alex Alice Hoagland Alice a former flight attendant her son Mark Bingham was on flight ninety three and she like a couple of others received a phone call from her son as the plane is flying. Was that a low enough altitude? He was able to know actually think Sherry helped me out here. I think he was able to use the little phone on the back of the seat. That's what he did. Right. That I believe or whatever they were which were popular then use the air force some use cellphones. But he was using an air phone. She describes her phone conversation with her son, Mark Bingham. Mom. This is Mark Bingham. I just want to tell you that. I love you. I'm on a flight from Newark to San Francisco, and there are three guys on board who've taken over the plane, and they say they have a bomb and about that point Kathy handed me a note that she'd been making it had to number ninety three in the word United. And he said, do you you believe me? Don't you mom, and I said, yes, Mark, I believe you who are those guys and he was pulled away a little bit. And and the FBI asked me later. Well, did you hear any signs of a scuffle or hear anything? I said no, it sounded to me is if there were three or four or five guys in in a quiet, boardrooms, speaking, American English and talking over something serious, and that was all I could hear and then Mark came back on. And he said, I'm calling you from the air phone, and I realized he wasn't using his cell phone. And and then he said, you believe me, don't your mom. I said yes again. Yes, mark. I believe you who. Are those guys? I was completely flat-footed. If I had had another a minute to think about it and understood the situation better. I would have said Mark get the cockpit key out of the triangle compartment near the cockpit door, and you can use that to get into the cockpit and the door pulls open inward into the cabin. And you don't need to use a liquor card to bang on the door. Because that's what they were trying to do. They were thinking of using the liquor cart, or perhaps they already had at that point to bang down the door. But in in the heat of the moment, she failed to tell him where the key was. Nonetheless. She describes how her son was calm during this phone conversation. Clipped to. His message to us was not. Hey, I'm in serious trouble. We're going to have a bloody battle. I've just seen four people knifed to death before my eyes. He didn't say any of that. His message was I love you. I love you all and I want you to know that. And and that made a big difference to us if the news had to be that bad. I was really glad that we heard it from Mark. So she made phone he made phone contact with her via the air phone, which was on the back of the seat. It was very common back in those days. Don't see that so much anymore because everybody has the cell phone. But here, she describes the voice mail messages. She left for her son on his cell phone about the time that he and the others were storming the cockpit. I called March cell phone twice. Marcus's your mom. It's a terrorist attack. And you need to do whatever you can to try to get control of the airplane. They're going to try to use the plane as a target. I said we're targeting I should've said missile, and I I sit there doesn't seem to be any plan for them to land the plane normally so it's going to be up to you to try to get control talk to some other passengers in and go together as a group, and and I love you, sweetie. Good. Bye. Good luck and hung up and child again said the whole thing again, just I was so rattled and wanted to make sure that I got through to him. But the thing is Brian. He wasn't about to answer his cell phone because he and Tom Burnett, and Jeremy Glick and Todd beamer and whoever else helped that day. We're already running up that that I into the first class cabin and into the cockpit of flight ninety three. Of course, that's where they famously said, let's roll. Let's roll. You're going to hear in just a few minutes on case. We'll just another reason to not leave us David beamer, David beamers son was Todd beamer the guy who the GTE mobile operator heard say, let's roll. So you're going to hear from David.
