Marner sets Maple Leafs points streak record in OT loss
"Alex killorn scored the game winner for Tampa Bay, just 33 seconds into the extra period at the lightning beat the Maple Leafs four to three. But with the teams combining for 15 penalties, 7 in the second period, killorn says it was hard to get into the flow of the game. A lot of guys didn't get a lot of chemistry with their lines just because we hadn't had a lot of 5 on 5 play, but in the third it kind of came alive. I think Toronto's Mitch marner opened the scoring with a short handed goal in the second and tied the game with a power play goal midway through the third with those tallies, marner extended his point streak to 19 games a Maple Leafs record. "Finally gave me the idea for a title. Michael saylor, you are still early to Bitcoin. Great. Nice. Glad I could help. Has sailor run a poll asking his followers if they've taken their Bitcoin into self custody because I mean, I think that means a great idea. Great idea. Great idea. I mean, what do you guys think? I mean, that just shows how early we are now. 100%. I ran that poll myself and I think it was like, I don't know, in the 80s that said yes, and then the teens that said no. And I think I have a decent amount of shit going to follow me. So, you know, I don't know. Obviously it's like people who don't are probably less likely to respond, but at the same time, people who do might have some obstacle concern. So I mean, I don't know. But it was a good amount of response. It was like a thousand people responded. So, but yeah, I mean, you know, in the teens said no, and I was like, guys, what the fuck, man? Like, what do you guys doing? This goes right back. It's a great point wicked. I mean, this goes right back to what you've said for a long time, Alex was just that determined muscle. And Andres, what do you guys are saying? I mean, it's just not hard enough for people, right? Like so many people are in the developing or developed world. It's just this cushy lifestyle. Until the Canadian trucker until it affects you until your bank account gets shut down until something happens to you. You don't give a shit. And sailor that poll just wrapped this all up together and kind of made it come full circle to me, just clicked in my head. Again, I was like, I just how early we are. Most people, they don't give a shit. They're like, who gives a shit? I don't need a dome money. I just go to the bank, I do my thing. I got myself who cares. So with that just wrapped it all up, you showed right there in the cross section of society, even people that are generally following sailor still still most people.
Infowars host Alex Jones files for personal bankruptcy
"InfoWars host Alex Jones files for personal bankruptcy. Facing nearly one and a half $1 billion in court judgments over his conspiracy theories about the sandy hook massacre, Alex Jones has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. His documents in a Houston court list one to $10 billion in liabilities owed to 50 to 99 creditors and one to $10 million in assets. The bankruptcy filing comes as Jones faces court orders to pay damages to relatives of victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting for calling the massacre a hoax. I'm Shelley Adler

Ye no longer buying Parler app, Twitter account suspended
"The rapper Ye has been kicked off of Twitter in a rambling interview with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones on Thursday, the rapper Ye formerly known as Kanye West, talked about his recent meeting with Donald Trump, made anti semitic jokes, and said he saw good things about Hitler. His Twitter account was suspended after posting a picture of a swastika merged with a star of David. The platform's new owner, Elon Musk, tweeted that the rapper had again violated our rule against incitement to violence, Ye posted an unflattering picture of Musk in what he called his final tweet. Meanwhile, parler announced that the rapper is no longer buying the conservative social media site back in October, they'd said the acquisition would be completed near the end of this year. Parler was launched in August of 2018, surged in popularity when followers of Donald Trump migrated to the site, it had to be relaunched after it was kicked off of Google Apple and Amazon Web servers in January of 2021 over its ties to the insurrection at the U.S. capitol. Fresh update on "alex" discussed on What Bitcoin Did
"And so your view is it's not going to, if that was over 40, 50 years, we would gradually adapt people would move, build C defenses, et cetera. Well, we can get into the weeds. Yeah, you can pull out any scenario. If it happens overnight, it's absolutely the worst case scenario. It happens over extremely long time. It means very little. If it happened over 10,000 years, it doesn't mean a lot because it's very easy to display. But if it happens, let's say that it's 50, 60 is what significant. But again, it just goes back to the rate, which is what we're looking at. A hundred times faster. Okay. Yeah, and I don't care to even try to argue the next. I'm not knowledgeable about the actual stats. I'm not the guy to argue that that's someone like Alex Epstein or someone like that. But this still goes back to the argument. Yeah, that's bad. But all this stuff provides positives to people. What was their cost of living brings them resources shelter, food, they can have families. Again, but again, you keep blaming fossil fuel industry. It's not the phosphoryl industry that does that. It's the people that use it. There was some other people. And I will frame the questions. Okay, so. I just want you to repeat what you're saying. So you're basically saying, there is a net benefit. Yes, there is. The whole concept of negative externality that we're not pricing in. Acknowledging, that's fine. There's going to be flooding. There's going to be more stronger hurricanes, tornadoes. But I just assume the worst, yes. It's going to be worse, but is that a reason to forcibly intervene and keep people from using fossil fuels today, like forcer coal plants down or tax all the people who are using fossil fuels. So I have a more important question to put you on that. Because this is one of the ones I struggle with, especially people who are anti regulation, anti government, anti central banks, is that even if I agree with you and I'm kind of part to the point where I think we're not going to stop this as much as we want to. It's going to happen. The time frame is what is what will change. But we live in I live in the UK, which is a rich wealthy nation. You live in the U.S., rich wealthy nation, and between us. Canada, sorry. Same thing. Same thing. You're just nice American. We're like Britain too. Yeah. But generally speaking, and we're all comfortable middle class, maybe upper middle class. We can adapt easily. I can get on a plane and I can or I can buy a house in the highlands of Scotland. We're a workman here. So not only as an extension of the economic colonialism, which Alex custine is talking about, there's kind of a form of, I don't want to say climate claiming doesn't because it's not that, but it's like this disregard for poor nations who we've abused is we did inflict territorial colonialism. We did go in a slave people. And now we've enforced economic colonialism, so we can live these great rich lives. And we've published their nations. Now we're there is a distinct change in climate and we are going to see sea levels rise or an impact on poorer nations. What do we do about them? And that's why I really struggle because when I saw the recent debates at cop 26, while a lot of people were focused on 40 private jets winning, yes. Obviously that shit and hypocritical.
Media Crushes Jerry Jones Over 1957 Photo
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the occupation show. Hey, I want to jump back into the conversation I was having about LeBron James and I want you to get the chance to hear Stephen a smith's take on Cherry Jones. Being pictured in a picture of something 68 years ago. Wrote a clip of Stephen a Smith. On my podcast, no mercy. Because you got people that wanted to come at me in the wrong way. I stand by what I said. In regards to a 14 year old in a still photo. And that's what you want to use to jump on them. You just highlight it. There's plenty of other things to jump when Jerry Jones about. You ain't never hired black coach. You didn't stand up for Colin Kaepernick and his rights as an American citizen to do what he did. You didn't speak out initially. You were actually hiding when it came to social justice issues, Jerry Jones. Jerry Jones would tell you I told him that. Where you at? I'll give a damn what you say. Say something. You gotta speak up. You can't be quiet. But that's entirely different. They use in the still photo of a 14 year old standing in a crowd in 1957, pre civil rights, pre voting rights because clearly the climate of those times were what it was. Do we need to regurgitate what the hell was going on in the gym crow south? We all know that story. Lynchings murders, rapes mayhem all types of stuff. All types of insidious despicable things that was done and inflicted upon the black race. We understand what the hell was going on down there. So if you're Jerry Jones and you're standing in the crowd, I'm looking at how you're acting more than I'm looking at what the environment is. I would love to let him finish, but I just need to talk about what he said. He didn't stand up for Colin Kaepernick, but he panned dak Prescott a very handsome. I'm out of money. So it make this make sense. He don't care about black people, but his quarterback is probably one of the highest paid quarterbacks in the NFL. Oh, but he didn't stand up for Colin. 'cause Colin Kaepernick is an idiot. That's why he didn't stand up for Colin Kaepernick. But he's standing up for that Prescott.

The Idaho Murder Mystery
"I wanted to talk about this murder. In Idaho, 'cause I was at the cigar lounge last night, and there were some people asking me about it. And there's a lot of confusion going on with this murder, right? There's four young people that were murdered and it appears that they have nothing. They have no evidence, they have no weapon recovered, they don't have a suspect in mind. A lot of people are completely perplexed. And in a way, I'm kind of perplexed. But let me just give you a few reasons. Why this could be taking a long time or the perception of it taking a long time because if you're not in law enforcement and you don't do investigations or you don't have direct knowledge of it, it could be very confusing for you. So there are four things that could be at work here. One thing is that this is a very small town, right? I mean, you're not talking about a major city. And with small towns, there's a very limited amount of resources. And obviously we see that they have the FBI coming in and assisting in this investigation because they just don't have enough. You know, how much technology do you think they have in this little small town? How is the closest crime lab? You know, what kind of forensic training have they done? How many murders have happened in the town where they have enough experience to do a proper investigation into a murder, especially a quadruple murder?
How Your Bad Is Worse Than Your Good
"Now ladies and gentlemen, let me get back to Kanye. Let's go to clip too, 'cause I missed out on clip too. Let's roll clip two. Every human being has something of value that they brought to the table. Especially Hitler. Okay, let me talk about this for a minute. What do Hitler is the problem, Hitler May he may have brought value at some point, but his murderous ways counseled all the value. What value could he have bring to the nation that could overcome what he did? Let me just say this. That's like being a guy who's a football coach. And he coaches on a team and he molests half of the players. Because he won a championship and he was coaching kids on a team voluntarily. Let's just say he was volunteering his time. But then you go in molest kids, nothing that you're good is pointless at this point. You've ruined kids for life. The championships mean nothing. Because you have literally ruined a generation of children. It's the same thing with Hitler. Like, maybe he did some good inventions. And maybe he, you know, did some things that are good. cares when you murdered millions of people? You ordered the murder a slaughter of millions of people. Do you go down forever as being a deadbeat?
Is It Time to Cancel 'Ye'
"So he did a lot of stuff that some could argue that some things were good some things were atrocious. And some people may have a problem even with a person agreeing that Robert E. Lee wasn't all bad, right? Abraham Lincoln wasn't all bad. One aspect of what he did was bad. But I just want to make it clear. I think that when you articulate that, you have to have a pretty compelling argument because it's very difficult to compare Hitler to any other great leader that did good for the country. And are their country. And let me just express this as well. I mean, Hitler wasn't even the worst. Joseph Stalin was even worse than Hitler when you talk about the death toll of what he's responsible for. So when you, somebody like Kanye start to talk about these things, you got to be able to articulate and put them in perspective. And this is why I think he's going to lose a lot of people when he say certain things that he says. Now, maybe he's smarter than I am, and he knows that this is going to cause him to get a lot more attention. And maybe out of all the crazy stuff he say, he does say a lot of stuff that's profound. I mean, within the rent that he makes about Hitler, he does say a lot of things that you can say, wow, that's a pretty profound perspective that most people don't come to that conclusion about. You know, it's funny because as he says, Hitler wasn't all bad. You know, I think it's a pretty interesting comparison that I think Ye ain't all bad. But I don't think that that's let me make sure I'm clear on this. I don't think that that's a legal comparison because murdering people is different than saying crazy stuff every now and again. But I do think Ye even though people are going to throw them away and they're going to say he's the craziest man on Planet Earth and he don't deserve to have a platform. I do think some of the things that Ye says is incredibly profound.
Rapper Ye Draws Fresh Denunciation for Hitler Praise
"Oh my God. We gotta talk about Kanye West on the Alex Jones show. Man, all transparency I did not watch the particular podcast, the show. I saw clips. I saw excerpts from it. And my staff was watching it, they were looking at it and they had told me some of the things that Kanye had said, and I really feel bad for Kanye to a certain degree. Because I get what he's trying to do, I think I get where his heart is at. But the articulation of what he's thinking and what he's actually doing, they're not, they're not meeting in the middle, baby. They all, they everywhere. He said that he loved Hitler. Now let me say this. I want to put this in perspective. I think that if you say that in the context of the Bible, that would be a correct thing to say, right? You're supposed to love everybody. You post to love everybody. Even your enemies. That's what the Bible say. But in the context of expressing that to human beings. I don't think many people are gonna understand you when you say you love Hitler and then he goes on and he said that Hitler had done a lot of great things. Now, let's be honest here. You know, Hitler probably had some accomplishments that he had made, obviously he was an incredible orator that he used for bad, not for good, and he probably had some accomplishments. However, the bad counseled out everything he could have possibly done that was acceptably good. And that's just my opinion about it. Some people may disagree with me. But I don't care what freeways you build. I don't care. I would argue that people probably study him on the way he was able to communicate and influence that many people to do such evil things with our many without question. He would probably study the fact that he was able to lead like that. However, when you go and exterminate people and put them in internment camps and burn them alive and gassed them and do our kind of stuff to them because you want to purify a race of people and completely obliterate people that you don't agree with or you don't like or you don't believe is worth living, everything that you've done in your life begins to be counseled.
Elon Musk Makes Apple Blink in Pursuit of Free Speech
"Back and glad to be joined by John schweppe of the American principles project who I love to talk to when we're talking about anything online and speech related. And John, I gotta tell you, man, I'm having a lot of fun with Elon kicking over all the conference tables, wrecking people's rice bowls, just basically playing the disruptor that he likes to, but I think in a very effective way, what's your take? Yeah, no, we've been talking about this for months. Once he finally took over, was he actually going to follow through on this? And you know there are some worrying things early when he was talking about conversations with the ADL and all these other groups. But he's been wonderful. And you know, I think obviously he has his limits. He's not truly a free speech absolutist. He doesn't want Alex Jones on the platform. You know, there's things like that. But really, he sees that Twitter interfered in the 2020 election. He said as much. And he wants to make sure that that doesn't happen again. And I think it's great. And so conservatives should be pretty happy with this. The hope is that this will actually affect some of the other platforms and really strengthen free speech online without any government involvement, which would be pretty cool. And that's the whole point. We are conservatives we don't want to have to use the government, but we had monopolies, and we had a use of those monopolies to advance a partisan political agenda in a way that was fundamentally damaging our constitutional republic. And now there's a crack in the dam. And I think you're right. The idea he went to Apple. And he had a showdown with Tim Cook. And Timmy back down.
Amber Athey: Kanye West Praised Hitler on Info Wars Interview
"This Kanye thing It's gotten serious Now there's no this is taken out of context for those of you who missed it This is happening now as amber and I are on this call He's on InfoWars with Alex Jones and it is just a generated into a cesspool of anti semitism This isn't ata context As I said before the literal definition of indefensible And I said before the guy needs help Please stop putting him on shows I'm not suggesting anyone should be deplatformed I'm a free speech absolutist on this Someone I'm suggesting at all But you don't have to magnify the guy's message using your platform What they're doing now is they're having them on clearly in an effort to gain clicks and views and it's really disturbing This thing has spiraled really quickly I remember about a month ago when he did the interview with Tucker Carlson He said a lot of things that made sense He said a lot of things that I thought were understandable But then asked over the last couple of weeks it has devolved into just blatant anti semitism And a quote from the show that he's doing right now he said I see good things about Hitler also Every human being has value that they brought to the table especially Hitler and he also said that people needed to stop being so critical of the Nazis
What's Right With Maryland
"Every single person who spends the night at the house reads about their own state. And then they begin to compare. It's like the best publication you could possibly do. I don't know who the original brain was behind that, but it's beautifully designed. It's very easy. You can download it, but I think people can they order it from Alex so that they get the hard copy. The paperback copy. Yeah, you can order a copy. We'll send you one in the mail, but rich states poor states dot org. It's all there. I was actually my Uber driver recently was really interested to learn about it. He pulled it up on his Tesla touchscreen as we're driving. I'm not sure I like that. By the end of by the time I got dropped off at the airport, he was ready to leave Maryland. Well, a, that's good. In fact, I came in this morning to the hotel and in Alex staffer was going down to the gym. I said, you weren't outside were you? No, no. Because it's freezing. And I said, where are you from? I said, I'm from Marilyn, part of the Alex staff. And I said, well, good, you know how cold it is. Why does anyone live in Maryland, do you think? No one should live there. I moved to this area. I remember. I remember the other side of the river. Other side of the river and it makes all the difference in the world. D.C. should just tilt and empty out everywhere. So
Alex Lorusso on Elon's Next Steps on Twitter
"Do you think that moving forward, Elon is going to kind of permanently change Twitter or do you think that maybe over time things will kind of just relax itself and people would just be used to having people not being banned anymore or do you think it may take a while? I think it's going to take a while to get all of the counts reinstated because what they're doing is a manual review to make sure that people that violated the law don't get back on or that ramp up farms and all of that as for policy that's already started to change. They rolled back the COVID-19 misinformation policies. So that kind of came out. This morning early this morning, but it actually got rolled back on the 23rd. But I believe he's going to start loosening policy restrictions on he's going to get rid of permanent suspensions for awful speech, which is something that a lot of people are cheering on. And he's going to reserve permanent suspensions for people that spam for people that run farms to have authentic engagement. And for people that violate the law and he's really going to crack down on child abuse on the platform, which is something that Twitter has been in trouble for in the past because in my opinion they're focusing on the wrong type of censorship. They're focusing on political speech instead of unlawful content on the platform. So I believe if Twitter is more focused on that and getting illegal content off the platform, I think it will really clean up the platform.
Mike Quigley: Kevin McCarthy Is Trying to Appease Republicans
"Mike quigley is somebody from Illinois Democrat No surprise there And he's on MSNBC yesterday And these people make such stupid comments I want you to hear this then I want to respond to it Cut 11 go Your reaction to Kevin McCarthy I mean his threats of investigations If the secretary doesn't resign is this what we can expect if Kevin McCarthy becomes Speaker of the House Alex knit with one of the hosts and they're all of a sudden very concerned about investigations Pretty funny isn't it Go ahead Is this an appropriate tone or approach to address issues with immigration I think we've heard about this for coming months Kind of a question is this How come he didn't ask him Should Talib and Omar and IOC apologize for their anti semitic statements and the recent past How come you didn't ask him that by the way Go ahead McCarthy preaching to the faithful He knows it's going to be in a tight race for speaker within his own party to get to that threshold number So he's attempting to appease him on an early stage You know we impeach for people who are presidents who incite violent insurrections and attempted coups but we impeach presidents There was no insurrection There was no attempt at goo There was no armed uprising It's all a lie was the building breach by some idiots Yes Some of them were violent Yes But there was no overthrow of the government This is just so over the top I'm so sick of it And it cars attacking The White House as I've said before trying to get the president of the United States and to hang him from a telephone pole
How Fossil Fuels Can Help Address Climate Change With Alex Epstein
"I mean, one of the varying genius points you make, which I really like is, you know, there are people who defend fossil fuels and they do it by minimizing or just poo pooing the notion of climate change. What you say in the book is look, I'm not denying climate change, but I am making the point that fossil fuels can help us to deal with climate change. In other words, you know, it's not necessarily the idea of like, let's try to blot out the sun, not prevent the sun's rays from getting to the earth. There's actually a more sensible way to deal with climate change. how fossil fuels paradoxically can help address climate change. It's even I'm glad you brought that up. It's even stronger than that because if we start with reality, which is how you began this whole interview, the reality is that human beings are far safer from climate than we've ever been. And this seems insane if you look at the news, but it seems obvious if you look in practice. Like would you rather live in the winter a hundred years ago or now? Would you rather live in the summer, a hundred years ago or now? Would you rather live through a storm a hundred years ago or now? And what you get is that wait, there's our climate conditions. That's one thing. And then there's our ability to master those conditions. And what matters the most is our ability to master it. And we can quantify this. We have climate related disaster death statistics that tell us how many people are dying of extreme heat, extreme cold storms, floods, wildfires, et cetera. And those deaths, this is shocking to people and it was shocking to me when I learned it. But those deaths are down 98% in the last hundred years,
Dinesh Welcomes 'Fossil Future' Author Alex Epstein
"Alex welcome to the podcast great to have you. Thanks for having me. I really appreciate it. You start off this book, and in fact, you argue this point also in your earlier book, that look, let's just begin with reality. We have a world that is making progress, tons of people are being lifted out of poverty. Growing energy needs around the world and that there's only one type of energy that is meeting this demand and that is fossil fuels. So talk about the dominance of fossil fuels in the world today. And the role of fossil fuels and making our world a better place. I believe it is really important to start with the reality and particularly what are the benefits we get from fossil fuels because there are these proposals on the table to rapidly eliminate fossil fuel use. And if you're rapidly eliminating anything, like if somebody says, hey, let's rapidly eliminate antibiotics. They have side effects. Well, you'd want to know, what are the benefits? What are the things that you might lose? And as you indicated, so fossil fuels are the dominant source of energy. They provide 80% of the world's energy. They are still growing. They're growing particularly in the parts of the world that care most about having low cost reliable energy, such as China. So this indicates they have some unique cost effectiveness that is continuing into the future. They're not actually being replaced in an energy transition. At most they're being supplemented in an energy addition. And then if you understand how dominant they are, how much they continue to grow and then you think about how valuable as energy because that's the thing that powers all the machines that make our lives productive and prosperous. Once you see that, you should be really scared of these proposals to get rid of fossil fuels.
Point has 2 goals, assist in Lightning's 5-2 win over Blues
"The Tampa Bay lightning got right to the point scoring three early goals en route to a 5 two victory over the St. Louis blues. Brayden point scored a three 29 of the first period to put the lightning up one nothing, then after Alex killorn's goal scored again at 8 O four to make it three zero Tampa Bay. It's physical early. I think both teams were into it right away. It was nice to hear about the goals for us early. Pretty good jump on the game. I thought it was a fun game. Coyne also weighed in his system, Brandon Hegel's goal after the blues to close to within three two in the second period. Nicholas Paul scored the other Tampa Bay all as the blues lost for just the second time in 9 games. I'm time Miriam
How Emilio Estevez Got One up on Alec Baldwin
"So Demi Moore though, you were you did wisdom with the Demi Moore. We were engaged. Yeah, that's what I thought. Yeah. No? No, I'm just kidding. No, but I'll tell you. But there's an Alec Baldwin component to this. This is in your new movie? And Alec doesn't even know this. Alex and his latest film does not know this story. Uh oh. Oh. Juicy castle. Do not use this clip. Alec Baldwin does not know the truth of how he came to be known by me. And that is, there was a bunch of us. There was a group of us. It was, you know, Tom Cruise and Sean Penn and so we were all up for the same roles and we, you know, we'd fight it out in some way would get the offer and someone would be in waiting. If that person passed, then you'd step in and we were all sort of kind of interchangeable for a moment. Along comes Alec Baldwin. Right. He's 6 foot something. He's not fucking ridiculously handsome. He's a wonderful actor. And the whole town is abuzz. All your hearing is Alec Baldwin Alec Baldwin. You and Tom Cruise are out slamming tequila. He's a dick. He's too tall. Right. So, Demi and I are engaged. She has a, she's living in a little bungalow that she owns in West Hollywood, and she has to go to the dentist and leaves me a home alone at her house. I sort of for, you know, for the afternoon. Right. Do you remember the days when we used to have the little phone answering machines and had the volume up? Oh, so you could hear it. Of screen calls. Hi. It's Alec Baldwin. Oh, I love this story. Go ahead. The phone rings. The volume's on. Hello to me. It's Alec Baldwin. And he's going on. And I don't know what. I don't know what the relationship is after that point. But I'm her fiance. Did you pick it up? It's Emilio. No. No, no, no. No? No, no. No. I walked over to the machine and I said, interesting. Alec Baldwin just called interesting. Huh. Erase. I hit the erase. And I felt like I had just given him some right hook, a cold cocktail. I knocked out a moment flat he's out overly tall. Done. To this day, I don't know if she ever heard the message or he ever called back.
Larry Taunton Talks Voter Fraud
"Welcome back, talking to Larry Alex Staunton Larry. We've seen such unprecedented things. The voting fraud. I think because we didn't get the red wave, we might have been hoping for. I think it's a good thing because I think it is forcing more people to realize, wait a minute, this is genuinely rigged. No one believes John fetterman grunted his way to victory. Nobody believes that Carrie Lake lost. Nobody could really honestly believe that Joe Biden won. I mean, it doesn't make sense and you're looking around and you think like something rotten has entered our political life and the folks who don't like pro American figures, whether it's Trump or Carrie Lake or Doug master yano, that they will do literally anything to keep them out of power and that they've simply taken election fraud or whatever it is manipulation to a new level and if we the people don't wake up to this. If we don't go to bat against this stuff, it's over. We have no America. Yeah, well, let me just say something very, very quickly, a little anecdote your listeners might appreciate. What an impressive lady Carrie Lake is. I say that Georgia maloney, the new prime minister of Italy, the populist candidate is the Carrie Lake of Italy. I mean, Carrie Lake is just a powerhouse, but I was with you at Mar-a-Lago and we're sitting, I don't know if you remember this, but we're chatting in the lobby and you look over my shoulder and you say, hey, hey, there's the next governor of Arizona. And I turned and looked and it was Carrie Lake.

"When I wake up every morning, before I open my eyes, I try and listen to here the birds. And it seems so simple, but I love the way in which a bird just arrives in the date always chirps at a certain time at a certain way in which the light arrives in the day. And it reminds me that it's about what I'm going to focus on in a day that's going to give me the sense of my life. Mostly I just want to experience life. I want to live it. I want to feel it. And I feel like art allows me to touch life in these really, really intricate, sensitive ways. So I just can't imagine life without art. I can't, I mean, the reality is that if I don't make art for even a couple of days, I start to feel really chaotic because it is the way in which I center myself to experience the world. Alex, thank you so much for sharing how you see the world with pacha birthday. Your curiosity and the unparalleled energy you commit to exploring the emotional core of humanity profoundly shapes our collective sense of self. Without art, our lives would be flat. With you, the contours of life are continuously being navigated, translated and shared. Great, transcends the everyday by showing us who we are and who we can aspire to be. Is one of the most important tools we have for healing the planet. Alex, thank you for staying true to that pursuit, no matter how difficult the journey. And thank each of you so much for being part of the podcast journey from the entire podge of earth crew sound engineer up spade executive producer David Khan and from major blumenthal, please support the artist in your life..

"Alex pursued the same rigor with painting, photography, video, poetry and writing. I've never met anyone as talented in individual or multiple media, which is lucky because Alex has a lot to express. Alex's art is focused on translating the world inside her, the world around her and the world between us all. Being Alex's husband means that I know how compelling and challenging this process can be. I start by asking Alex to share her first memories of drawing as a child. I used to love drawing trains and ships and airplanes. Little bombers and I would just lie down on the floor in my bedroom near the window. So I love sun patches. So I was always lying down in a sun patch where the sunlight would drift in and I would be on the floor. And I would create these drawings and it was just a world for me. Where I could be very peaceful. Did you feel like you were in another world? I felt like I was in another world when I was drawing everything around me.

So you can get good lasting results and keep them lifelong while avoiding pitfalls and setbacks so you can save time money health and efforts on things that simply do not work. I ready to rock and roll. Let's begin how greek a fast and there was a different protocol for them. How i break prolonged fasting compared to them tender fast and because those are different. Imagine how your body's shifted after this. Let's say seventy two forty eight hours thirty six hours fast your tissues the whole gut baio shifts and you mucosal layer will start in the eaten partially by yourself in the gut. They will start eating your well. Mucosal layer which is the got a coating of your gut. So they're going to start breaking down those cells and eat them to survive. Because that's the way it is. The cleaning process will be starting so your gut is kind of baby moat. You need to warm it up really slowly how you going to break the one. Well you gonna break the one similar way. How a break intimated faster so you have bone broth the couple boomer of no soul remember. We consume sold only during the fast. When i is over with trying to for the day for twenty four hours or something eliminates so because it's going to create a lot of them rebound the fact and the water retention it bites you in the back so you break with the bone broth then maybe in fifteen minutes. You have your lynch ican orleans shrimps. Some kind of lean meat lean protein but stay away from the wave protein. Just son warrior project yet. Pea protein slash. Putting those are the best would be because we want to avoid the kasim fourteen and things like that. At the time when we break an facile again will only consume broth only consume some lean protein preferably lynn chicken. Lean shrimps things like that after that you can completely skip any other meals and just go sleep so you break your fast. You consume be five hundred calories with this break in fast. You may be eight eight eight ons five unto of this lynn chicken and the big cup of the born bro. Five hundred calories ish. Let's say and you might finish on that and go sleep even though you might still be hungry but that will help you big time because at that moment if you will start consuming raw vegetables or you start consuming different fats. And things like that you need to remember. We haven't eaten for forty eight hours that means in our gut with stopped producing enzymes to break down those fans. Those raw vegetables. It's very hard to digest. We don't have those enzymes. The body twenty dollars because well we were fasted. We don't we never. We didn't need them so right. Now we start eating. Nuts seeds oils pretty much anything but lynn protein. To be honest. If start started vegetables. Because i think all we need vitamins vegetables is good is good in one day after this we break fast then where it's going to be good fats. This is where you're going to eat avocado and all the healthy force. I'm not against that all. I'm just trying to explain it. We don't have enzymes to break that. let's go lean. Let's go simple. So what i generally do is a set is consumed as breaking the fast meal and then maybe in one two hours consume more of the lynn chicken orleans shrimp and bone broth or disarray. Just lean again. Just lynn and you go sleep or you can only one time one or two times but preferably whatever you feel. You don't eat too much. You don't go and bench and even don't eat too much of the lean meat you get. Maybe one thousand calories maybe unto of lynn chicken one cup of broth. You can split the for two times as i said between them. Two hours depends when you break and things like that. That's it and you strategically go over the night. You sleep the night you wake up and now you keep on going for what you keep on going for. Pretty much the same. You consume things like lean protein. N is boring and you keep it as less season as possible as well. Better know soles. No like that. So it's you imagine when you do this Prong fast and repeating period this break in a fast to twenty four hours window when you kind of the whole next. They also don't eat much of their tasty foods. Don't combine carbs. Dr combine fast. You just only trying to eat lean foot. Think about that. it's like your dog. get sick after that. What you gonna feed your dog. Will you give them everything after your dog got sick. I don't think so you're gonna take care of his gun a little bit right. You're trying to make it plain Not too many things combined together. So do not create inflammation in indigestion problems and like that that was my main explanation about was prolonged. Fasting was the benefits. How to break the fast and this deke with any type of fast most hardest one is to help to break a fast and then after that you can already introduce on the second day. actually you can After you slept you can introduce steam or boiled vegetables. That's top like broccoli is going to digest easier nuoro vegetable second day when you break a fast next day. So twenty four. I twenty four hours. After you break. And i i would say like that. Go as lean as possible now for those of you who want to work with me directly on your healthy with journey who need more personal touch. Who need or want to me. Hold in your hand in helping you with fasting with kito nutrition exercises whatever the case might be and the most importantly with accountability and the mindset. The only one should be proud Now that was really cool for me getting to connect with the. I'm glad that we could. You know up on the podcasts together. But yeah like i. I know what you're big into tiktok like rolling without so much. And i know you're clever and with different people off of clubhouse which is great and we you know we we talked about all the social media haters through tiktok and like that how you've been coping with adler honestly think that's incredible because it's such a hard thing for people to go through biak like i wanted to dive deeper. You said With with your to school getting to film and and radio broadcasting like would you want to be on tv show. You want be like a producer. I don't know what you can do with that degree because if let's say you don't get rich and famous. Let's say tiktok has just like your side hustle. I know you will medical hypothetical word Somewhere along the lines in media be producer or like being on a talk. Show like at all a anything about that industry like. It's something i'm interested in. And i don't know what i want right now as they haven't done the program yet so i can't really give you a definitive answer. All i know is goals. We'll i would like to have my own talk show or maybe like a movie or on my life like who's our big dream that i have. I mean if the like there. I would like to go down the line in a few years. Start a family. It's like these are all like goals that offer my life but like me. It's it's about staying in the president and like being okay with not thought when it hosts a single saying the president. I love it. it's super big in. I mean i like that. You have a bigger purpose kind of going forward and you're kind of just not like obviously you're having fun. You're leading to kind of like breeze bile in life kind like work for you and it's awesome you just like no. He wants to continue to pursue these bigger goals. And you will like you have the right support and people around you. That's what you need right now. Is that people around. That are going to take extra mile and support you. And i not super big. Do you have any what is already do talk show like did you have people look up to the head like a talk show or just like basically share your message like something like this where we're just kind of like the interview thing or something like this like i just think that lake i like entertain people. I like talking. I liked helping people like issues. Like all the ingredients of like everything that i like in a job or career is doing this So wherever that may take me. I don't know but like even if i'm not rich and famous that's not the point of why doing it but like it does help. Don't get me wrong and like i'm not saying that life isn't hard it's fucking hard like about the hardest year probably might tire life But i can say that one hundred percent worth it So if you're thinking about doing starting some things or you're not sure you're feeling like you're in the middle. Just do it like you know what already what you're feeling now which already know it matters. What tribe can already go back each angle back to your own. Life isn't go back to what every now but we don't know is like what lies ahead. tha that would be. My piece of advice is just to try stuff. Basically it's like just to be able to to kind of dive into stuff and not be scared like what your reputation is going to look like what you're gonna end up in like ten years or something like even do delay us. You try like you try dots. It like sauna. Failure is not like oh. I shouldn't have done that like imagine like you. Not knowing that like you didn't try only like i'm trying to think of a good thing to say because that's like super big right is just like i wouldn't have any. I wouldn't have done any of the things i have done in my life. I wouldn't accomplish anything. I wanted to make the relationships that have. It wouldn't be worry. I'm right now. I wouldn't have his podcast right. I wouldn't have this five former. Wouldn't have the people in my life. Who i do if i didn't try new things and just kind of dive into opportunities. I'm really big on. That is dislike diving into -tunities and just like doing. That's like a philosophy that i like people who know me know that i'm big on that Going into like like what's the what's the key thing of like. What are people doing that are successful in like better happy in their fulfilled. Like what are they doing. And like the answer is just doing like they're literally just like going out and doing things and acting on new situations hopping into the new things and trying like something. That's like scary to them. you know. Stepping out of the comfort zone is like flato. Just doing what do the do i keep saying. Because it's a super important thing to do. No matter where you are in your life you should just never want to be Like just like say where. You're trying new things. Like i love that. Like what is this school thing to you where you're going in like actually going through broadcasting as alex something that's scary to you or you just like abdu just refund thank like that. Anything is scary. That like requires change while he's fermi so it's something like that. I want to build a career with so like things are on the line on taking a risk wake there is good risk and then there's flake unhealthy so it's just like picking what works for you. Okay so there's good risk unhealthy risk so like like like it's kind of like the defining factor like a lot of people gambling like a million dollars best not a really smart idea like hey might win with two million dollars but like might lose everything you have. That's what i need. Yeah exactly understand. I feel like a lot of people would be like. Okay how do i calculate difference like how can i see. This is a good risk of. This is a batteries. Like what's the defining akers. Obviously you know if you're to go kill somebody if we're gonna go gamble your money but i feel like a lot of people would be like weighing their options. Like 'cause i understand what you're saying like. This is a good risk as the battery. That's not like for people to understand and like figure out if this is a good risk batteries. that's like the the whole thing about the risks. You don't know where it's gonna go right on the unknown it's scary. How how would you like. 'em up with somebody like jamie hyneman office like a good risk your a like how would i go into. It is kind of hard to answer like a super individualized right i. Yeah i don't have that answer but if it scares you and it's not harmful is probably a good thing. I love it. I love it you know we. We share a lot of the same values jamie. I really appreciate you as a person who was really cool you know. I think you're an incredible person is super bowl or to see you in go do incredible bigger things. I like a lot of like what's going on. And we get a continue to see them up there. You're gonna start your own clubhouse room as i feel like you should. I don't know. I don't really like to because then i'm just left with leh starting around but like i've thought about it like but i don't know if it's something i want to. I have a lot of options. And i'm just like taking my time like i'm focusing on my trusting the process and maybe i will like we'll see i've done a couple of rooms in the past but like i don't know i don't know that's what i wanna be. But was the yeah. Okay we've been on the guest for a little bit For a while now. I just wanted to ask like one. Probably maybe one final wrap up question Because i know you have a lot of followers on tiktok. And i know a lot of people have incredible stories exactly like yours and they want them to be shared and they wanna get their story out there. That won't build to know who they are. The one advocate for change and a different arena. Or wherever and i know there's like hundreds of people out there that are trying to do that and they're trying to grow tiktok. How did you get where you are. How did you get to the platform that you have given advice for anybody. That's trying to advocate for change. I know i asked questions. No i.

"And we'll just be on a different level like this conversation will be completely different and like we're just going to be on some enlightened shit so facts exactly bro and we talked about. We talked about a lot. I like i like it. We're going to. We're willing to puerto rico. We're going to buy me. Maybe who knows where we go. I i'm trying to go there. Like low key in miami like i know this other guy showed up to jari like he he. He's a. He's a killer as well as shot ronald They're both like in florida. And like we're thinking about you. Collaborating with the podcasts. On in in miami like billing studio obviously like is a startup like you guys can see on my camera and like every wherever i am fucking basement right now like i tried to make it not look it because there's like a as she back here but every startup everybody. It's still funny and listened to so because they're special but you know we're like we're leveling up in the world everybody podcast as a startup. That's what i'm saying like. I'm trying to go to a place. Like miami like places. Be fun cool to live in. Like with people i collaborate on like this podcast. That's what i'm saying. Like we could meet up there. And then go and then try fuck with the frog in puerto rico like i. I'm serious bumps ship bro like i wanted. I wanted to become a god. This is alex. Let's see dude. But yeah miami like we were at that like in terms of collaborations. Like ernie away bro. Scaredy frog shit. I'm telling you re going to offer back no frogs. We can just like we can. We can listen to the people that take the frog. So let's just bring a frog and the let's get some puerto rico guy like your friend him. You can use your techniques on them and get them to come with us like is it. Would you compare it to mind control or no. Because like if i was the girl and then i thought that you were trying to mind. Control me like paying money to do it. I'll be like what the fuck. I'm not like saying anything bad to you but i'm just saying like what what is Is it like my control by controlling women web. I doing the mind control techniques or is it just like better communication better communication line. You can't completely control somebody's mind you. They're having his is but like z. Win put up a picture of you on screen right now. View the mind control helmet on and my controlling a woman some decided you know okay. Cool so essentially.

"I completely agree with you on that i don't do that. But understand like social cues and emotional intelligence like that is what coach kyle teachers and like. It's not like you know i. It's not what it's made out to be. Whereas like i say this in say that it's more like a haida communicate in like what like tracks i don't want to the girl on in stuff like that and like you know what you know. What's what's good like accused. And there's just so much shock cow because like he really truly is like a superior coach in like all the other coaches. I've seen but If you're a guy and you're watching this and you wanna be able to get like attract a high horno free blocks no fucking free plugs on my show. Kyle's kyle's gotta pay me at least two thousand dollars to get me to bro. We're not talking about kelly moore. That's too many free plugs. The that's i have different experiences. You know. I've i've seen people that have said stupid. I've seen people that have been done about it but obviously you're having success on. I'll have to do it. But if you're a girl or a guy or anybody Just reach out to the podcast. Tell me or make a comment or like or go on anchor a spotify leave a message and tell me what your thoughts are. If you're a girl what would you think if somebody's spent like a thousand two thousand dollars or whatever. It is to like biggie. Better like talking to you. Would you feel like aw sweetie like honored or would you like feel like fucking creepy. Get the fuck away from me. Because i feel like there'd be both i feel like that'd be both anna's and understanding right is like a guy you know like woman sometimes women they get more like. I'm not trying to say like every girl is extremely emotional but if humans go through emotions so being able to be in that situation and understand what's going on it's just like sales like for example if they're giving you the price objection it's like okay. I typically soon you're going and scary territory here man and everything in relationships like salesman canceled out here Relationship do all relationships that into your building really selling is building relationship. I mean dating is building a relationship so it's humans we're all human all the same. It's all in the same category like it. All falls under communication and like. I say that communication is up here. This is like a cloud and then like their sales and then communication with with sales saying sales psychology Saying it's just communication like if you understand communication you'll get what you want in life so that's pretty much just a rabbit and that's why i'm so. I'm so into like the the the dating scene again with counts of like that. It's because i want to undertake communication at the highest level. And that's like one of my goals because i know once i can do that..

Maybe they saw video on youtube but they can come to you and they have this one stop shop solution as well. Yeah exactly awesome. Okay well great taste.
