"Some of those data points to where you could kind of see the path here. And that's the whole thing. I mean, we talk all the time about low totals and the value of a number this large. You talked about muddying it up and I think it's the perfect way to kind of look at a game like this that what is the magic number for either Washington to achieve or the forty-niners to achieve if they're going to cover or if the commanders become the side. So an interesting game for a variety of reasons I think oftentimes people are laughed or left with a lasting visual of Washington struggling against the Giants 20 to 12. They know about how well the forty-niners are playing the narrative and all that can often create a little bit of value in the betting market. Well, Washington travels west two of their familiar foes within the division will do battle in big D and the murky picture here. Got a little bit clearer earlier this morning as news officially broke that Nick Siri said Jalen hurts will most likely be unavailable to play this weekend against the Dallas Cowboys, something the betting market told us Monday morning when that number went from one and a half to two and a half to three to four to 5 to 6 and topping out at 6 and a half. We've now settled in with the Dallas Cowboys a 6 point favorite total on the game 46 and a half. First time all year that the Philadelphia Eagles will actually be listed as an underdog. The third regular season meeting where both of these teams, the cowboys and eagles will enter with ten plus wins. The cowboys won the previous two games, which happened back in 1980 and 2009. What's at stake here, the eagles can clinch the NFC east and home field advantage through the NFC playoffs with a win. The eagles next win will mean there's been no repeat NFC east champion in 18 straight seasons since the eagles did it back in 2004 extending the longest run by any division since the 1970 NFL AFL merger. We know the cowboys despite losing last week against Jacksonville did clinch their playoff birth. And you talk about trying to replace a level of productivity in Jalen hurts, pain, I'm amazed how many people in the last 48 to 72 hours are talking about how it won't be that big a drop off, Gardner minshew has starting experience and is more than capable of taking over the eagles offense. It leads me to believe they're selling Jalen hurts short and some of his ongoing development, not just as a runner but a pastor this year knowing he's got such dynamic weapons and the likes of devonta Smith and AJ Brown that we're putting up Pro Bowl type numbers. And for the eagles, their offense will get at least a shot in the arm here. We'll see exactly how he's integrated back into the fold with Dallas Goddard being upgraded to the active roster. Not a fan of the stash. I mean, he's good, but to say he's Jalen hurts in the offense won't experience a drop off his downright nonsense in my opinion. We managed to talk about this in passing and get the podcast out for consumption on Monday hours before the news actually broke and we kind of mentioned Gardner minshew being one of the best backup quarterbacks in this league and that's why we talk about value all the time and the drop off from hertz to minshew not nearly as large as mahomes to henny. This is a horrific spot for the eagles. There are almost plain for nada here. Dallas is playing for virtually everything. And this is the eagles third straight road game late in the season. Some negative trends against that. However, with minshew, started two games last season. I think we backed him in one was fantastic on the road against the jets, did play week 18 against this very cowboys defense led by Dan Quinn. You kind of might want to use that data point and on the surface you might be okay, but I wouldn't do that. And I understand that that matchup didn't go very well. You had a 51 QBR. He finished the week quarterback 26 out of 33 and EPA plus completion percentage over expectation. But I think you do have to put mint shoes performance against the cowboys last season in the right context. And the right context for me is like understanding the eagles were down four starting offensive linemen. Three of the eagles top four weapons. This season didn't play or weren't on the roster. And last season's week 18 matchup with AJ Brown and miles Sanders in Dallas Goddard all not on the field for that. And then you kind of compound that with what's unfolding here with this cowboys defense. Micah Parsons not practicing it this week because he's dealing with an illness, I would assume he's going to be fine come Saturday. Doran's Armstrong, who is second on the team and Sachs, was on the injury report last week, battled through it and played in the Jaguars game and then left with that same injury in that game. And he's been limited all week. So let's see how that unfolds. And Leighton Vander esh well, he's certainly been, I would say had a disappointing career relative to where he was drafted. Still a starter in your front 7, and he's down with a neck injury, hasn't practiced jet and from the cowboys ideal defense, the one that they would want to put out there if they could handpick their guys. There are 7 starters that are either out or have a questionable designation this week. And I think what you're seeing and this was one of the reasons we bet Jacksonville last week over the last month, since week 12 basically, this vaunted cowboys defense, 19th, and overall schedule just efficiency. The injuries in the secondary have been exposed by quarterbacks like Daniel Jones and Matt Ryan, who was just benched for the second time in the same season. And Davis mills, who was also benched this season. Trevor Lawrence, obviously. Receivers like Chris Moore and Alec pierce and J Jones are just going ham out there against this team.

"He's got it. Touchdown. Bearcats. Alec pierce. So if you can imagine a Michael Pittman and his contested catch kind of capability and Alec pierce now a deep threat backing defense is off a little bit of Jonathan Taylor. He might be even better this year. So who knows? Well, Chris, now you're right in our Wheelhouse here. I mean, you're talking the wide receiver position and we have witnessed a massive re rating of the top, both in free agency. I'm talking to Monte Adams, Tyree kill, cop, AGB you name it, as well as the draft, right? I mean, we had a lot of wide receivers go in the first round. And so my question for you is with all this money that's getting paid to the wide receiver position. What does this mean for teams for general managers looking to build a champion? Yeah, it has me calling my agent and asking, do I have any potential of a comeback at all? Whenever they're making $40 million a year now it's insane. But I think it is exactly where the league is going. And even more so this year because it hasn't been talked about a whole lot yet, but the league is going to really crack down on illegal contact penalties this year. And the reason is that scoring has been moving downwards. Just ever so little, but a little bit. And one of the great breakthroughs that happened as far as you can look historically that when scoring really started to take off is when they really put that illegal contact play in, bump and run coverage was lessening the scoring around the league. So now they're going to really crack down on it and they make no bones about it. They send out a memo the other day. The reason we're doing this is we want more points scored to the National Football League. So now with devonte moving on to the Raiders with tyreek going to Miami and we're starting to see this influx of incredible town. I mean, think about the guys that are in the game these days and 6 foot three way 225 pounds and run four three 5 and all the insanity and you can't go up and play bump and run coverage against them. You're going to see some points scored and you're going to see the passing game be even bigger and more prevalent in what has been so far this year. So it's exciting times for the league and for wide receivers. So there's this need or this push to get higher scores in each of the games. Is that to generate excitement to make it more engaging for the viewer? How much of it is tied to the popularity, the growing popularity of sports betting? Well, like I always tell my kids if you don't know the answer to something and you answer money, you're going to be right 99 points. I don't know what the other one tenth of 1% might be. But yeah, it's all the above. And I don't think it's directly tied to gambling, but I think if you're gambling legally now, which we can all officially talk about at this point in time and certainly at TF athletes do a lot of talks about gambling and our new app that came out. So we're excited about that too. But yeah, I think that the overall excitement of the game and what differentiates it is are the skill positions, these great quarterbacks, the ability of the receivers to make incredible plays with these gloves that are made out of flypaper or something these days. I would have liked to have played one game with the plus on, but that's a whole other story there. But yeah, I think that we're seeing now what the fans want, clearly, are more points, more great plays, more games that end like the Kansas City buffalo game last year where whoever took the field last was going to win the football game and move on in the playoffs. So yes, that's what sells. No question about it. It's what the fans want. I want to talk about you, PFF, that because I think you just kicked it off the year before last year when we talked to you. If I got the app right, how has it been going recently? We actually, we were working on it last year when we talked. And it has just kicked off and I'm probably going to get in trouble for doing this because this is supposed to be our soft launch where they make sure nothing breaks down and they make sure that there's wrong. So I'm going to come on your show and we'll have $10 million check it out. Don't worry, I won't tell anybody, man. Okay. "To stop. And that's what they think they have in Matt Ryan. You know, so there's so many positive things. And I think Matt Ryan's been everything. We hoped in dream for. You know, I know happy the whole organization is having his leadership going into the season. And if they need to win the division, I think it's more important for them to win the division, then maybe any other team in football because they haven't won the division since 2014. And they've only won one playoff game. He's 2014. So there's a lot of disappointment about where this team has been in January the last several years. No more than last season. When they had a really good season, absolutely fall to their fingers at the end, but this team needs to win the division, and Matt Ryan needs to play well. And they need to make some noise in January. We have this strong feeling when Matt Ryan comes in from the passion of my heart from what Chris Ballard has known and coach Wright that look at, you know, this is a time to set up another generation of greatness. I don't know if they can get to the AFC championship game or the Super Bowl, but anything short of the Division Championship is going to be a huge, huge failure for this team. Coming up, two additions the colts made that could actually make a bigger impact than that Ryan. We get support from talkspace. You've also written about some key acquisitions the colts made on defense in particular defensive end Yannick and gawk way. And defensive on Gilmore. What are they hoping these two can fix when it comes to their defense? Yeah, they were the two biggest needs in a lot of ways. You know, this defense has been good the last couple of years, but the one thing holding it back in late game, tight game situations with having that feared pass rusher. They just didn't have a guy who could finish a game and get to the quarterback. So that's really why they made the move to go get in got white. And you can see it and can't. He's got that speed off the edge that this gives offensive tactical trouble. So who's that guy that really haven't had since Robert math is back in 2013 where you've got a guy you know can win one on one and get to the quarterback at the end. And then Gilmore, and this sounds like hyperbole, but it's not, is there best cornerback outside cornerback they've had since vontae Davis in 2014 and 2015. They just have not had any real talent at that position. They skipped it. They haven't drafted well. And Gilmore without a doubt was the best defensive player in training camp. He looks like he did a couple of years ago when he won defensive player of the year in New England. Now that sounded prediction, it's really tough to win that award if you're a corner, only two corners of one in the last 25 years and being one of them. But those are two money positions where they got a lot better at. And in training camp, the things you want to see are your best players looking like the best players. And that was very true for in gawk way and for Stefan Gilmore and training yet. They got to do it on Sundays this fall. But those are two really important needs, the colts went out, spent some money, brought in some veterans, or the really confident are changing the locker room, and we're going to change the way this team plays in the fourth quarter of this season. We've talked about the case for optimism with this team. So let's look at the flip side of that for a second. What does this seems biggest concern or potential flaw? Yeah, I like that. It's a good question. No one talks about pessimism this time of year, right? Everyone's drinking the Kool-Aid across the league. I don't love the tight end room and I don't love the wide receiver depth. And I don't love the offensive line depth. So you've got these studs on offense, right? You got Jonathan Taylor, you got Michael Pittman. I think Matt Ryan's going to be good. You've got nahim Hines, but there's some weaknesses around them that could be a problem. You know, if someone gets hurt on the offensive line, they could be in trouble. And the wide receiver depth behind Pittman has been and will be a massive question mark. Alec pierce is a rookie, and they've got Paris Campbell who has not stayed healthy in his career, but I still think can do some good things. But every year that seems like this team has an injury wide receiver and they're scraping free agency to find someone in September or October, November. And if you're looking for a receiver in November, you're not going to find a great one. And that's been a problem before. So if they're doing that in October, they have nobody to blame, but themselves. Finally, Zach, taking into account everything they've been through and all the new pieces they've added. Is this team finally ready to put the nightmare of last year behind them? Well, they can do a really good thing and start off with a win because they haven't won a season opener since 2013, which is remarkable when you think about it. Wow. And they were one in four to start last year and one in 5, a couple of years before that. So they can really change the tenor of the season and the mood of this city by starting fast because they're going to need to. They've got Houston and Jacksonville to open and then they got Kansas City coming to town, then they've got Tennessee and then got Denver on a Thursday night. So we're going to find out really quickly if this team is for real. What we see on paper matches what we think they're going to be in September, October. So yeah, Jacksonville feels like a long time ago that lost that meeting with Chris Ballard and Frank Reich and Jim Merced late into the night. You know, earth a demanding changes. I think they have the ingredients to get past that, but it doesn't really matter what they do early in this season. You've got to finish. And this is a team that knows

"He is in the twilight of his career, I said. I didn't see his retired yet. We're not taking him into the glue factory. But let's see what he's got left in the tank. Fortunately for Ryan though, he probably or at least hopefully won't be running for his life in Indianapolis the same way he did last year as a member of the falcons. Agreed there. And I've said this the last couple seasons. And I still believe it to be true after looking at the data. Matt Ryan, to me, still has a lot of juice. And if you look at some of his numbers last year, he was 7th best in adjusted accuracy from a clean pocket. The problem was exactly what you said. The falcons offensive line was a Sith. They allowed Matt Ryan to be pressured on 40 percent of dropbacks. And it's not like he was holding on to the ball forever. Ryan had a well above average time to throw it under 2.7 seconds. So the ball was leaving his hands pretty quick. I also felt like Matt Ryan handled pressure relatively well. Everyone's trying to send the guy into retirement, but you look at some of his pocket presence and awareness numbers. He had the 9th best pressure to saccharide. So only 16% of pressures turned into sacks and for context, Josh Allen was number one at 11%. And then you look at Matt Ryan when you would actually flee the pocket. He was 11th in EPA per pass attempt throwing from outside the pocket. So again, he's probably not going to win many 40 yard dashes, but at 37 he's certainly not a statue. And I think what's interesting here is he's walking into an offense that has an identity now, right? It has a plan. It's led by a former quarterback who does a really good job. Building leads, that is organizational emphasis. And if you look at Frank Reich on early downs, cults were number one in the NFL and EPA per rush the first three quarters. The falcons were 20th. So Matt Ryan is going to have a little bit more support here. You'll look at the offensive line. Probably Matt Ryan's best he'll play behind since 2017. And I think when you look at that cultural line, I know a lot of people do have some potential question marks for it. And I'm not sure it's going to be elite like it was a few years back. I think there are still some nice pieces here. There's still some good attributes. It just needs to get cleaned up a little bit. And it needs to be more consistency. When you look last year, indie blocked well. And when they blocked while they blocked really, really well. They finished top 7 in both adjusted line yards and run block win rate. The problem was at times. It could get overwhelmed a little bit and blown off the ball and you see that in the number where Jonathan Taylor has been contacted at or behind the line of scrimmage on 49% of his carry. You just need more consistency there. There's some questions about the depth along the offensive line and some guys are being shuffled around, but you look at some of the actual pieces and how they've performed in the past. Matt Pryor coming off his best season. He's played laugh tackle before. Brayden Smith proved to be a really fine right tackle. Great out 11th of 54 qualifying tackles last year. Then you have pinter who's now playing guard after being a very dominant run blocking center. And I think that bodes well now that he has less responsibility. And then you have Quentin Nelson and Ryan Kelly and we know Kelly dealt with a couple off field tragedies last year. When you look at the numbers, no surprise it was his worst season on the field. I would expect a bounce back there. I think barring injury, the colt still have a top ten offensive line. Then you look at without the support of an efficient ground game and a fringe top ten offensive line. I think you're looking at Matt Ryan, who's going to prove to be substantially better than Carson Wentz last season. I think you talked about some of the accuracy things. And then you look at him pushing the ball down the field that a little bit better of a rate on passes of ten or more yards. So basically the intermediate and deep passes combined. Matt Ryan was third and accuracy. Like, who are his receivers last year in Atlanta? I thought that was exceptional. Once was 31st in that category. Then you kind of strip down the benefit of throwing with play action since we know that's a little bit of a cheat code for quarterbacks and look at only passes without that enhancement of play action. Matt Ryan was 7th and accuracy. Once 32nd. And Matt Ryan was also more accurate than whence when using play action as well. The receiver group here is interesting. I was told this past summer that there would be a Julio Matt Ryan reunion. The colts didn't press as hard as Tampa did. And once Mike Evans engage went down with some tweaks and knowing Godwin was coming back from ACL, tear there, Tampa kind of put the full court press on Julio and landed them. I don't think there's going to be a ton of moves made, but potentially you could see a reunion with TY Hilton. You could see a play for will fuller. I think they're still kind of figuring out what this receiver room looks like. But I envision Michael Pittman having a little bit of a coming out party this year. You look at last season, Michael Pittman was top 5 in both total route wins and route win rate, which means when he runs her out. He was getting open. I think when you have a more cerebral quarterback and a more accurate quarterback, like Matt Ryan, you should be able to find Pittman a little bit more when he's winning all those routes. Alec pierce is interesting. He's The Rookie out of Cincinnati. I think they've kind of thrown him into the fire. And you listen to Frank Reich, he basically said, I threw him into the deep end of the pool with a brick tie around his ankle from the onset. And it was an interesting visual for sure reading that particular quote from Frank Reich. That's for damn sure. Yeah, he said he wanted to expedite his growth. So basically, Frank Reich has had Stefan Gilmore shadow Alec pierce every day in training camp. And aside from a few drops, pierce has showed pretty well. And sometimes we all do it. We judge a book by its cover. But pierce is 6 three, 215 pounds. He runs four four with a 41 inch vertical. Yesterday, if you're reading some of the reports from joint practices against the lines, pierce was basically turning Jeffrey Okuda into a pretzel with his route running. I think the colts may have found something there without pierce, but it could take some could take some time. Again, I think Chris Ballard potentially kicks the tires on will fuller or TY Hilton just based upon the idea of can Paris Campbell stay healthy. If you can, awesome, he becomes a wild card with elite speed to the offense, but can you actually rely on him and then Kiki kutai is dealing with a nagging injury as well. I think you look at two things that need to happen for the colts to kind of realize their potential. The first

"Relatively easy for me. I just let's see. That is such a reach on the ADP, but I mean, in my rankings, and I don't even disagree. I don't want to go for Tyler Lockett. I definitely want to go wide receiver here. I already got my third QB. I want to go wider receiver. I don't want to go Tyler Lockett. Michael Gallup makes some sense, but he's going to be injured and this is still one of the starting players for our roster. So yeah. I'm not going cordell Patterson. Like I said, I'm not going running back. So if you go down the list, the next guys are David bell, Alec pierce, what about a guy? Robert Woods as a bounce back candidate. Yeah, that would be fine, but this late in the draft. I'm shooting for upside. And I think, I mean, it's not that late in the draft, but this is a starting guy, and I think that if one of these guys has big time touchdown potential and who knows, I mean, he might get the yards too. I'm just going to take the take the guy. Ellen lazard. It's not sexy. It doesn't feel great. But Rogers right now. Yeah, Rogers has to throw it to somebody out there. And we know Sammy Watkins is going to be good week one. And after that, he's probably going to get hurt or if he even makes a team. There's some talk. I think I saw an ESPN article that said, he's in jeopardy, not even making the team potentially. So yeah. I know Randall Cobb's going to be there. They got the draft of Christian Watson in a second. Vacated targets often go to the running backs. So Aaron Jones is looking pretty good to get some targets there. But Al mazar is proven with Rogers that he can score some touchdown. So I feel good about that pick. After my pick, team 7 goes Michael Carter, team 8, David bell, team 9 chase Edmonds and then mister Anthony with the 1110 your last year. Is it going to be

"Round pick Alec pierce out of Cincinnati is 6 three 220 pounds. And moale cocks their tight end at 6 5 two 75. And when I think of that as a quarterback, all I think about is ball placement. I just need to make sure that I've got ball placement that at least gives them a chance and throw that catchable type of almost, listen, they're not Julio, but almost too similar to what he had Julio in Atlanta. We're pivoting that catch radius on him as huge. If you're Matt Ryan, how comfortable I don't care who you are. Matt Ryan, throwing that ball to him, how comfortable you throw in and knowing that if he's got a back around him, he's got that huge radius that just get it close. Just throw to a spot away from throw it away from the background. That's one thing that was tricky about playing backers. You might have great coverage, but a better ball beats coverage every time. And with those big, long athletic guys man, if you're Matt Ryan, you got a great run game. They're really good. Similar to what he had in Atlanta, the MVP season. Yeah, and he can hand the ball off 25 times a game and be good, or if they need him to throw the ball 40 times a game. He's got those guys you mentioned. Yeah. To get it to an easy way. Frank Wright just wants him sorry. Just wants him to make the throws when it's necessary. And in big moments, to me, that was a thing. I mean, if you look at the numbers last year, that was when Carson Wentz really failed. He wasn't terrible for portions of the season. It was really wouldn't matter. All right, we got a lot more coming your way here on NFL live. But the ravens, not drafting a receiver, Raymond spans might feel worried about their offenses firepower, but our own quarterback says this mountain thinking of Lamar's MVP season. Dan is going to explain next. We'll be right back. Hi, this is Brian windhurst. Twice a week on my podcast that he collected. I have conversations about the NBA's top storylines, but the league's preeminent analysts and plugged in insiders from encore analysis all star and postseason awards ballots, the latest trade owners we cover it all. We can find the hoop collective wherever you get your podcasts, but it's also now available on ESPN's YouTube channel. We're so excited about this. There will be a special Monday Night Football double header in week two this season and earlier today on Good Morning America are Joe buck and Troy Aikman announced that there will be two games on Monday night September 19th, first the Titans traveling to buffalo to play the bills at 7 15 on ESPN, then at 8 30 on ABC. It's the Vikings at eagles two games and over four hours of football on one night on two of our networks. A lot of changes on all four of those teams. So which new player are you most looking forward to seeing on Monday Night Football, Dan? You first. Trey lon burch, for the Tennessee Titans. You know, obviously replacing AJ Brown, this is a guy that averaged 16 yards per touch essentially or catching the SEC, and he was using the multiple multitude of ways to get him the ball quickly on some of the cross the line of scrimmage stuff. One on one just really giving him an opportunity type throat is Tennessee deploy him in that aspect. How many different ways can they find opportunities to get him the football? Especially early on in this game to really set a tone for this Monday Night Football game. I'm looking at Dan, the Philadelphia Eagles new, wide receiver. AJ Brown, they went out and drafted and acquired. We saw what Terrell Owens once did for the eagles offense and there are people who believe that AJ Brown can have a similar effect in Philadelphia on the eagles offense this year opens up everything. Gives more opportunities to devote to Smith helps the running game which was already very struck and helps the quarterback Jalen hurts. AJ Brown, the man to watch in week two against the Minnesota Vikings. All right, I'm gonna go to Kobe dean linebacker at a Georgia plan for the Philadelphia Eagles. He's gonna get knocked for his size. He's a little bit shorter, short limbed guy, but most natural feel out of all the linebackers in the draft class this year can get to the ball can scrape and run sideline the sideline. Really good shake in between to escape from blockers, but I think the thing that helps him the most of the three big guys in front of him, Fletcher Cox, Jay von hargrave, and now Jordan Davis had a Georgia as well. Oh, let me take it from there, Luke. I'm saying, watch out. Kirk Cousins for Jordan Davis, because he is dynamic. And I think he's going to be, I know I love him so much. I think he's going to be really playing with his hair on fire out there trying to prove something. You saw the eagles go and get him I absolutely love the pick. A reminder too guys that there's Monday Night Football week one as well and on Thursday we will find the entire schedule out and we will have a schedule release show on ESPN2 at 8 p.m.. Can not wait to see one of Monday Night Football as well as the rest of the season on some other rookies guys. The chiefs and ravens holding their rookie mini camps today, both teams bolstering their defenses in the draft and taking some past catchers as well as you look at the rookies out there. It's so fun to see these guys finally in their NFL uniforms. The chiefs and ravens had two of the best draft classes this year based on pre draft rankings, they were two of the 14 to draft three players who were in the top 40 overall of scouting's final rankings, KC took Trent mcduffie, George Carr Loftus, and sky Moore with their first three picks and the ravens have Kyle Hamilton, Tyler linderbaum, and David ojabo. They got some great value out of those pics, especially two knowing that they don't need a Jabba right away. He would have been a much higher pick earlier on, had he not gotten injured. Okay, so the ravens had a stellar draft. They're still thin at the wide receiver position, though, with Hollywood Brown being traded away on night one. What does this offense for Lamar Jackson look like? I think two different ways. Number one, run game wise, I think they go back to a little bit of their zone scheme, which is that kind of we're working to an area rather than in the past year or two they did more gaps that more pulling people. And then pass game wise, getting Lamar back to throwing in between the numbers. That says 2019 MVPs MVPs and use unbelievable. QBR third in the league and then we've seen this kind of decline in performance wise with him throwing to the middle of the field and that's because stupid media members not me. I don't know if he's doing it. We got to get the ball. We got to throw the ball inside, and we got to throw the ball inside more. And they listened. And that's just not who they are. And I get that that's what we like the most. That's what we've seen the most be successful pass game wise in the league, but this is what this offense does the best. And by the way, they did it really well. So I said this for the past few weeks. We're going to see those multi two multiple tight ends get on the field. We're going to see the zone run game and a little bit more of the horizontal stretch. And I want to see Lamar and I expect them to get back to work in the middle of the field in their past game and dominating with their tight ends. I think you NATO with the two tight ends. You know, you look at who they have, Mark Andrews, obviously. One of the best. And then they went and got a guy this year Charlie Charlie Kohler at an Iowa state 6 6 and a half long. The middle of the field for these guys is going to be where they make all their money and the ravens honestly right now remind me a lot of us in 2015. We didn't have a true number one wide receiver, but we had a true number one tight end that basically was our number one wide receiver and Greg Olsen. He dominated the middle of the field outside the numbers. You could kind of put him wherever you want. So they might not necessarily have the true number one that most people think, but they have a tight end in Mark Andrews that can do that. And you pair them with Charlie Kohler and then when those two running bass come back from the torn ACL is I think they're going to be able to run the ball and attack the middle of the field. I think they'll be in great shape. Wait, just remind everyone what happened in 2015 with that team just in case people didn't know. That was that was when Julio Jones moss me were all laughing to bring it back. We were 15 and one that year. Amazing. And cam won the MVP not to dissimilar from Lamar when he came to that season, right? Yeah. Oh, you're great. But if you think about this style of offense, right? We just saw the rams with that firepower and those big time receivers. Can this style of offense that you guys are talking about here? Can that win a Super Bowl? Because that's what the ravens are looking at here. So I think it can because the quarterback is such a special talent. And the scheme is so unique. There's a fine line though, right? Like I get it where people say, there's no way that this offense can get through the juggernaut through the gauntlet of the AFC and win a Super Bowl. And that's fair. And there's no way this offense.

"Choices is David bell going to Cleveland. He was sitting there in the third round 99th overall the reason why you're going to four 6 5 40 at the combine. When everyone else was burning things up. So what? I don't get it. He was winning. Remember when we spoke to him, he was that kid who said that his mom was in the stands, recording all of his stats and he told her afterwards after he saw her at the game. I think did he beat a big, I think he beat Notre-Dame or he beat no, he had a big game. Iowa. He beat Iowa when I was top was top 5. And his mom comes out of the stands with his stats and he says, mom, you know, they have ESPN for that. There's an app for that. And so David bell is really, really good. And you might not take the top of the defense off, but by the way, he could be faster in his pads than he is without him. I think Cleveland got themselves a winner and they need him and Cooper. Together. You know, obviously they've changed their receiving core quite a bit. I like them. I think that's a sneaky good pick and I think Cleveland is going to love David bell. That's number four, and then just again, we'll go one last glue guy here. Number three on the list is Cincinnati's Alec pierce. I was thinking about this when I was talking yesterday to Chris Ballard, the general manager of the Indianapolis Colts. This kid is like mister go route. He's the king of the 50 50 ball. He's a winner. He's also 6 three. And with Michael Pittman at 6 four, so you're going to have to deal with some serious, you know, deep threats that are very tall and then when you're concerned about that, maybe Jonathan Taylor comes out of the backfield and he hits you. I think this kid Alec pierce is going to be an outstanding number two with Pittman being the number one in Indianapolis. He was the second round selection for Indianapolis, and I kind of dig that pick. Number two is another wide receiver. I thought about this when he was at the combine running his routes and going through his drills. I thought to myself, he would be incredible in Kansas City's offense, but they've tyreek hill. Not even imagining in a million years. That tyreek hill was not coming back to the Kansas City Chiefs. And which I've been told, by the way, the chiefs had known for quite some time. It would be very difficult to keep him. Oh, really? And now, Tyree kills gone, and they drafted the kid. In the second round, sky more with two eyes. Is coming at you with both wives from western Michigan. Tyreek hill, 5, ten, one 85. Sky Moore's 5 ten one 95. Look, I'm not saying he's tyreek hill, I'm just saying he's got the height weight of Tyree kill and he's got a big game too and I think Andy Reid is going to plug him in and we're going to see how good he can be and we might see Kansas City joining Tennessee and the department of, well, we can't or we won't pay our receiver who we know and we could see what he's like in our offense. We're going to trade him elsewhere, let him get paid there and we're going to draft his exact comp. We saw Tennessee do that with AJ Brown and trailer Burks and I think we're seeing this now with the chiefs with Tyree kill and sky Moore. I can't wait to see how he's going to do in this offense this fall. And the number one top sneaky good draft choice of the 2022 NFL Draft, according to me, when he was drafted by this team, I thought, oh my God. James cook and the Buffalo Bills offense is, I don't know if that's fair. I don't know if this is fair. Well, as soon as the as soon as he got drafted by the bills, I'm like, oh my, how many times was I talking about the bills needing a back? I don't know if he's got the bell count like his brother. But he can. He can run, man, and he can be a passing matchup nightmare. So you're looking at Stefan Diggs, you're looking at Gabriel Davis, you're looking at Dawson Knox and you're wondering if the quarterback's gonna come downhill and hit you himself. 'cause he can, and he will. And James cook is coming out of the bathroom? That kid from Georgia, who was unguardable by my Michigan wolverines? That kid is now a Buffalo Bill. That's.

"The kind of receiver he is. And a couple of other guys at wide receiver taken right in that area of the trap, because not only did taekwon Thornton go 18th in the second round of the Patriots, two picks later, George pickens just talked about him with the Steelers, but a couple of receivers right after that that are very different players from one another. Yes. But could become very valuable weapons to their two respective teams. I know you loved Alec pierce. I do. From Cincinnati and the colts got him with the 21st pick to the second round and then sky more. From western Michigan to the chiefs, I don't know if he could be the tyreek hill heir apparent, but I mean, obviously they think that put him on a team with Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid and that group scheming up for him that he could be a really good NFL player. Well, I think with Skye Moore, look, Tyree kill was a little bit of a freak. So we don't want to say anybody is tyreek hill. But I think the chiefs are looking at sky more in terms of deployment. It's not the exact same player, but the deployment can be the same. And by that, I mean, line up slot outside. Jet sweeps, orbit reverses, those kinds of dimensions in your offense, sky more can give you that. He certainly not quite as explosive as tyreek hill, because no one is, but it's the deployment. And then you hit on Alec pierce. A player I was not the least bit surprised when in the second round. I watched his tape and I thought to myself, I don't see a big difference between Alec pierce and Drake London. So I thought Alec pierce was a really, really good pick by Indianapolis with the 53rd selection and a player in my view based on tape study worthy of that spot in the draft. What about the running backs? The jets getting breeze hall. We talked about this a little bit with Charles Davis, who was awesome yesterday, by the way, in our second to last episode. But the fact that in this day and age, you can have a brief hall, a Kenneth walker. Guys that are that talented and a running back not going until the early parts of the second round. And obviously you breeze hall showed an ability to catch the ball a lot at Iowa state, Kenneth walker, not as much. At Michigan state, but I have to think this is part of that projection. Could you take a running back in today's day and age in the NFL without a belief that he can be a pass catcher? I think that's team and scheme specific bob because I think Brie saw, by the way, I think there is receiving trades to be unleashed and unlocked. We saw enough of it at Iowa state to know that he can be a factor as a receiver, but ultimately I think you're drafting Bruce hall to be a volume runner. I don't think you're drafting Greece hall to carry at 9 times a game and spread them out wide. I think you're drafting him to be a volume runner and as you know with the jets, I think they now see Michael Carter, which is probably what he is as more of that complementary back because you can split him out and he's got those explosive traits as a receiver. I think when you talk about team and scheme specific, you look at Seattle, drafting Kenneth walker at 41. We know what Pete Carroll wants to do. Now they have Rashad penny and Kenneth walker. They want to run the ball. That's what they want their offense to be. So they are looking for a back that can give them volume and carries. I think a really fascinating pick to me again, going back to team, is James cook going in, I think, late in the second round. If I'm not mistaken or was that very early in the third. He was the 31st pick of the second round of the bills. And I know you loved him. There you go. James cook is not a volume back. Now he's a terrific runner. He looks very much like his older brother, Dalvin in his running style. But James cook may be the best receiving back in this draft. And you can split him out wide, detach him from the formation. He can run all the conventional routes when he's offset in the backfield, but he can run vertical routes when he split. And we know, as you well know, same division, we know what buffalo does. It's a Josh Allen based offense. They're not looking for a back to get 22 carries a week. But they do know they need a run game and he can certainly give you that to some degree. Obviously they still have Devin Singletary, but James cook is a back that fits exactly what the bills offensive approach is. And I thought that was an outstanding pick. That's Greg cosell on bob with shoes and loves scrolling through the draft, looking for these guys that we spend so much time over the last couple of months talking about, especially the diamonds in the rough. And then seeing where they went and seeing which teams maybe got those diamonds in the rough, we're going to come back in a moment and not only talk about more of those players, but also spin it forward and talk about next year and talk about the guys that, you know, we think also might have gone undrafted that Gregg still has on his radar where teams went out and after the draft was over grabbed some players that could be big contributors on their roster. It's amazing how often an undrafted free agent turns out to not only be a contributor, but sometimes even a star in the NFL. On this final episode of tape heads draft season, Babu shoes and Greg cosell back looking back now at the 2022 NFL Draft and some of those diamonds in the rough players that in the, you know, after all, the headline makers come off the board in the first round. If you're a real football junkie and you watched the draft all the way through the weekend, it certainly on day two, some players that Greg cosell, I know had circled as he thinks having a very high ceiling went to some very interesting spots. So Greg, we've been running through a few of those players. James cook was a player. We just talked about who went with pick number 31 right at the end of the second round running back to the Buffalo Bills. The last pick of the second round. Pick number 32 was Nick bonito. Edge rusher from Oklahoma, Denver got their hands on him. Of course, you know, them moving on from their legendary pass rusher. They're looking for an heir apparent. Could he be that guy? And it's funny, bob, because I thought Nick Benito. And again, you know, I don't get into where guys get drafted and necessarily because I know teams place different values on different players and reasonable people can disagree. But I thought Nick Benito, when you talk about edge rushers, I thought he was the loosest, liveliest, maybe the bende edge rusher in this draft class. Now he came in at two 48 at the combine. He looked thinner to me when I watched Oklahoma's tape and maybe he just has that kind of body type. They used him in multiple ways at Oklahoma. I think he's best served as an edge player and maybe he's just a situational edge player, but we know that teams play in their sub package defenses more than they play in their base and I really like Nick bonito's tape and I think his game fits the NFL. He is so fluid he can bend, he's flexible, just his transitions is change of direction.

"To me, if you go back and look at how I've done that twice before, how Lamar Jackson played. He played better when they had all the tight ends on the field. So let's bring that back. I know you're a little upset with us because we got rid of Hollywood, but I think they actually made it where the game can be better and easier for Lamar Jackson by adding these tight ends to go with the guy there. So we've talked about this before about one of the things that they do and their track record is they double up at positions. So when you go back through and look through their history and you look at the tight end position, they did it with pitta and Dixon, I believe, right? The first hit it. And then they came in first. James Hearst. Hayden Hurst, yeah. James Hearst to tackle. By the North Carolina I saw a clowny plague in search of the game. But yeah, so that's their philosophy. What's a draft that stood out to you? Yeah, look, I think the Houston Texans, you know, we talked about it at the top with stinging green as their first round picks, but I really loved what they did on day two. They went with Jalen Petrie, got some speed there at safety to replace Justin Reed, who ended up leaving. And then you get John metchie kind of add into as maybe a little bit more of your middle of the field receiver. You got Nico Collins last year, a little bit of the physical big, bigger body guy, and then you already got the speedster extending Brandon cook. So I think it's a contract extension for the first time in his career. So I thought that was nice. Then Christian Harris upgrades that the athleticism at linebacker because remember, Zach Cunningham, they just straight up cut in the middle of the season last year. And so he kind of fills that void. I even really liked it. Damien pierce pulling a China chop kind of running back there. He needed a little bit more in the run game production. He had 13 touchdowns, had more rushing yards against that stout Georgia defense than any running back did. In this entire draft. So I think that really helps him in the fourth round. Thomas Booker is a guy that we kind of liked as a solid smart player to be up there on the defensive line. You know, maybe on the interior there for lovey Smith there in the 5th round. So I thought they did real good. If I could just give you a quick honorable mention for Tina didn't have a first round pick that I thought did really well. Three of my favorite players go to the Indianapolis Colts with Alec pierce, jelani Woods at tight end and Bernard ryman at tackle. Yeah, and if you look at all the athletic scores in terms of taking way up there. Big time. That's something Chris Bauer's into. You think about the traits they got very athletic.

"For a solid chunk of his of his senior season high school, he was the number one recruit in his class. Yeah. And Jack Jones sound I don't think he was number one, but again, it's the same thing where he's a 5 star recruit and obviously that potential wasn't recognized USC in the Arizona state, but the Patriots see that and say, well, there's something here. There's clearly something here. Can we tap into maybe what that detour, the year off juco, that might have put him off the track? Can we put him back on the track? I think that's the thought process here. Again, and I feel this way with a lot of the picks. They made throughout the three days. The NFL drafts about adding good players. They added good players. The questions for me are more about the guys they did not, you know, somebody at the chat brought up collusion here. I look at this point in the draft, whether it's Jalen or morte Davis, whether it's McCollum, whether it's Tariq woolen, right? To me, it's about, you know, there's going to be this draft is the potential to have a lot of revisionist history. I think Jack Jones can play. It's just did they take, I think they took a guy, it's just that they take the right guy. Yeah, we're going to be playing that game, I think, with this draft, like you said, for pretty much every pick that they made. I would say with Cole strange is not necessarily comparing him to players at his position. It's just comparing him to players that went in there and hit daxton hill is going to be the one. Right, daxton hill went after him, quay walker went to pick after the Patriots original Duffy went with the pick the Patriots traded to Kansas City. Kair elam went to buffalo a few picks after quay walker. So those are going to be the guys that you're going to say, okay, well, you had in this ten pick range. We had all this defensive talent and we took the guard. It's not so much about Cole strange. It's not so much even about the guard position. It's just really more about who they could have taken. With taekwon Thornton in the second round, sky Moore, George pickens Alec pierce. They all went in that ten to 15 pick range. So we'll see. For better or worse, that's what these guys are up against. They're up against comparing the guys that at their position specifically in most cases, the guys that went around them and the guys that were clustered around them on the board. All right, let's move on to the running back that the Patriots selected in the fourth round, one 27 Pierre strong from South Dakota state..

"You think about Drake London coming off the fractured ankle. So number one is Garrett Wilson from Ohio State. The body control, the ability to run any route necessary Brian Hart line of coach here. It was a great job getting those receivers ready for the National Football League. He could go number 8 to Atlanta be a great pick there for the falcons, Marcus Mariota taking over a quarterback. They need wide receiver help. He would team up with Kyle Pitts, give them that passing game situation in terms of weapons that they really need. Then you look at the next receiver off the board, could be Drake London from USC, Drake London, as I say, coming off the fractured ankle aid October, but he brings the size the physicality that the New York Jets that pick number ten would be looking for for their young quarterback Zach Wilson. So Drake London, I think, drops to ten because of the injury, not going through the process as clean as you would want, and it'd be a heck of a pick for the jets and crystal lava. I'll put him in a three. Jameis and Williams when I update the rankings on Wednesday day before the draft will be number three, but right now Chris olave is three. You know what you're getting a professional ready to contribute as a rookie to Philadelphia Eagles pick at 15 opposite devonte Smith he would look very good in an eagles uniform and jamison Williams certainly would be a guy if he's three and he's moved up that far. He's a guy you want to trade up for if you're Green Bay or your Kansas City and then I mentioned trailing perks from Arkansas, Christian Watson, North Dakota state and you can't forget about Jahan dotson from Penn State and my underrated guy I've been talking about since October sky more out of western Michigan also like Alec pierce a lot coming out of Cincinnati so the depth Kelsey wide receiver is outstanding although it doesn't match last year when we had the three big timers at the top. The depth overall is as good as it gets. 7 wide receivers going in the first round of your mock draft that would tie the most in the common draft air and we will see what happens. And speaking of wide receivers, more on this Friday, coming your way, the forty-niners, they've got a tough decision to make on Devo Samuel. Also available on ESPN deportes, ESPN radio, and the ESPN app. Now everybody's journey to the draft day. It's different. And for linebacker, David ojabo, it's been an unconventional one. Oh, Jabba was overseas at home in Scotland unable to return to the University of Michigan for months. He realized the game of football can be taken away quickly. And so he dialed in on every little detail of the game. It's a game that he only learned a few years before. I was born in Nigeria, lived there to our 7 years old. My dad's engineer, my mom's a lawyer, so I threw my dad's job. We moved over to Scotland. And I was playing soccer, basketball, and then Renault's 15 years old. I had dreams of going to the next level in America. I was a blurry academy, those two sports didn't really work out as well as I thought it was. So, you know, I switched to the track and field and ended up winning the hundred meter dash, perhaps state title, which then led people to tell me to play football. I gained new sport. It was a very difficult in the beginning to learn, but my first year, I earned 35 scholarships. We chose Michigan because, you know, it's the best of both worlds, you have the top education in the country and the biggest stadium in the country. Third year, we finally got to play, and top of that my parents got to come over and watch us beat a house that and go on to a big time championship and beat Iowa. I'm so grateful for my parents believed in me as a 15 year old. They let me go, and they supported me, and I owe them everything. Such an incredible journey, but now he's walking down another unexpected path. He suffered a torn Achilles at his pro day, Mel kiper, junior, as I'm going 34th overall to the Lions, a team that has 5 picks in the top 100 Jared Goff, of course, considered to be their starting QB. But what will they get at quarterback in the draft? Here's golf's thoughts on if they do go quarterback. You know, whatever it is I trust those guys, you know, they've expressed a lot of confidence in me and feel good about where I'm at and where I'm at with them and where we're headed. I'm excited about it. But if anything were to happen there, no, no concern. And trust those guys upstairs. I mean, I've always liked helping younger guys. I don't know. I have no idea I've never been in that position, but I don't know. I'm sure I would be the same guy I am and be helpful if I felt like it. So Jared Goff Jeff saying all the right things. Do you believe what he's saying? I do. Jared's one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. And I don't think that he would treat any competition like that with animosity. That being said, I also sense when he says those things that he feels some level of comfort from the organization and maybe things that they've told him to instill some faith that he will be the starting quarterback this year. Things change, of course, but at this point, yeah, I do believe Jared and I believe that he's very capable of handling that now that he's been in the league for this amount of time and really been through some rigors in that time. So I do. I do believe him. It's definitely been a journey for him to get to this point. Meanwhile, meld the lines, they have 5 picks in the top 100, including the second overall pick, so do they go quarterback you think at number two? I don't, Kelsey, some think they will. I disagree. I'm Malik Willis name has come up for them, but I just think you go defense. You got a corner like sauce gardener, you got a defensive pass rusher on that side of the ball like Trayvon walker, you can move around, try to figure out where he's going to maximize that ability or maybe even kayvon thibodeau. And then you go defense as well in the second third rounds moving forward. You've got that 32nd pick. That could be traded to somebody else, or if they feel like either Desmond Ritter from Cincinnati or Matt corral from old miss has a great high enough to warrant being the 32nd pick, then you would do it. If you don't feel there in that range, to be that guy and have that higher grade than you have to go defensive side of the ball. I think in terms of what they need, they need everything, right, mail, they don't need a quarterback. They got a quarterback in Jared Goff. Jared Goff gets a bad rap because of the way it all ended in Los Angeles for him. He took a team to a Super Bowl, multiple playoff appearances, a Pro.

"Which helps and that kind of keeps him in there. But Mainly has the potentially has the ability to To do exactly what it did tonight. And, you know, we've all seen that before it be nice to get him going offensively. Well, he got going offensively last night, albeit for just a little bit, but big hit. So here's the wild card situation in the National Lake. You have the Giants. You have the Dodgers. Most likely it's It's going to be the Dodgers who win the wild card, although right now Both the Giants and the Dodgers are tied equally. 87. It's 50 87. I'm sorry. 86, 50 86 50 and both have healthy leads. It's the second wild card really? That's up in the air and the Reds right now, As I said her a half game ahead of the Padres, 2.5 ahead of the Cardinals, three ahead of the Phillies. Even the Mets are hanging in there just 4.5 back with only a handful of games to go. With the Reds need more than anything else is to get this thing. At least to a point in the final week of the season, where they have some sort of comfortable lead over whomever is directly behind them at the Padres, the Cardinals of the Phillies, then You can figure out how you want to sit your pitching for a one game playoff, and it's not just the starter who's going to have to be situated perfectly for that. Would have to also be the relievers and who is getting innings leading up to that final week of the season. Look, you got to win to get in, and if you've got to use everybody to get in in that final game of the season Well, then everybody is has to be available. But you don't want that You want your players, particularly your pitchers rested because in a one game playoff playing out on the West Coast Which is not always been Congenial to the Reds. That could be a dicey situation. So we'll see how it goes A lot of turf still to go 25 games to go and three teams legitimately with a shot. At that second wild card spot, But for the moment for the moment at 73 64 the Reds a half game up on the Padres, the Padres with a game in hand, Uh, maybe like you. I watched I watched the You know, you see football team last night. I watched that game against Miami. You talk about games that a team should win. That was a game that you see should have one. All due respect to Miami, which is coached by a terrific guy and gets its share of players that allows it to be competitive in the Mac. You're playing in your home stadium. You're playing against a team from the Mac. You should win that game. And that's what the University of Cincinnati did. I said this yesterday. Jim Kelly on the air with me. The terrific color commentator on on Bear Cats football game games on 700 wlw. I said to him, this is the most eagerly anticipated season. That I can remember. And I think you'd be hard pressed to find a season that has been as eagerly anticipated by a fan base in the last generation, if indeed, a generation is defined as 25 years Well yesterday. University of Cincinnati, largely behind its defense, collectively and individually, Desmond Ritter took it to Miami, 49 to 14. This game was over by and large in the first quarter. Desmond Ritter was terrific. 20 of 25 295 yards. He averaged about 12 yards per pass four touchdowns. He rushed for another. Got some major major exposure in national media last night. And if you were if you were just critically watching this game, sure you saw some flaws. I mean, Ritter threw an interception. Goofy as it was, he threw an interception. Prater threw an interception. I think Evan Prater is going to be a phenomenal quarterback when his time comes. It's obviously not this season, but they got to been there for a little bit. And in terms of of just grinding out yardage. Can you not be excited? What you saw from Jerome Ford 121 yards on the ground averaged 10 yards a carry. Had a 50 yard run. That was just absolutely terrific. And, of course, a touchdown. Prater rushed for another touchdown as well, and we talked yesterday. About the receiving cord core that that that you see has tighter. Scott Jaden Thompson. Alec Pierce, Uh, Jordan Jones. I mean, they're all they're all there, and we're all intricate yesterday in the passing game, So he's a man you might expect after the game. Luke Fickell was feeling pretty good. It was on the air Here on 700. W, well W and w E B n And the topic turned to Ritter and the performance he had. Here's what fickle said about Ritter a guy again. That just was was terrific. I mean, in his accuracy. Absolutely terrific. Give me I'll give you the stats again, Desmond Ritter yesterday. Was 20 of 25. And threw for 295 yards. Just about 12 yards, a catch and for touchdowns on the air. What touched down on the ground Fickle on Ritter after the game was over. He did a great job. You know, I felt bad. We were going to give him one series in the second half. And you know, it kind of grew a little bit. Um, you.

"After further review leaded interception in the end zone, followed by the fumble into the field of play, So my real momentum does not apply, however, defense recovered the ball. The one yard line with me down at the one ball be placed at the one yard line. Cincinnati Ball first down. Cincinnati in the end, will have the football at the one yard line, and they have 99 yards to march. And now they've got, I think the first and two most critical plays in this game so far in their favor. Special teams punt that went four yards, setting them up in enemy territory. And then a Georgia drive down in the red zone that now nets the no points and Cincinnati just needs to flip field position here. If nothing else coming out, it's so difficult to now taking care of the exchange, but no doubt a huge mo mentum swing coming off their defense with another interception on this season. So the real test now for Desmond Ritter, the 64 junior From Louisville, Kentucky. Get the football here for the bear Cats. Like Damn Rock, the offensive coordinator for Cincinnati. It's an offense that has shown plenty of punch this year. The bear cats getting almost 39 points per game four times They have scored. At least 40 so they can hang up a bunch of touchdowns on you. We've seen them get after it. This is a group that again extremely athletic As we look at what comes into this match up, and we've already seen they're big time Playmaker is showing up. Alec Pierce. Certainly down the field. Michael Young, the Notre Dame transfer with a couple of big time. Acrobatic catches in the middle of the field as well. They're in rhythm right now. So the Georgia defense has to find a way to get Desmond Ritter off spot better than they have. Would watch the reviews several times. Any dispute as far as you're concerned, you think they got it right? I think they got it right on the ball placement. I still don't know if Kobe Bryant had possession long enough for that to be considered an interception, but Their cats now operating at their own half yard line. First down and 10 closely bunched on the line, a quarterback Ritter under center 3 29 to go here in the first quarter. He's just going to take the snapping dive ahead. As if you were looking for just a one yard gain Its Much what he gets their diving straight forward. That'll bring up second down for Cincinnati. Working at their own three. Our line that formation looked like the victory kneel, too tight ends around the quarterback and in a post Bush bush era way, see those tight ends just shoving their quarterback for word to get out of the shadow of their own end zone. He did pick up to second down eight. Cincinnati again and all red with the black helmets moving left to right. Snap back to the quarterback in the end, so he's going to roll a bit to his right is going to throw incomplete to the near side line intended for La Belle, his tight end, but under throne and just smart by Desmond Ritter feeling pressure getting the ball out before anything, Harry happens. No holdings in the end zone. Don't give them a chance for a sack or a bad play..
