Freezer Aisle Finds for Baby-Led Weaning

"Let's look at the frozen foods that do work for baby led weaning all right so let's get right down to it. I don't need to tell you about all the foods that don't work in the frozen food aisle. Let's focus on all the foods that babies can eat right of course frozen dinners and frozen pizzas and food with lots of salt and sugar. Babies should not have a lotta those foods in the frozen food aisle. I'm gonna go through five of my favorite foods for baby led weaning. This is not an exhaustive list. Every time i do. I start with a list of like thirty things and then i'm like that will be too long narrow down to five. Here's five of my favorite foods. I love cauliflower rice. I love regular call from. There's a million different as you may call safe for babies to eat. I don't offer call prices like a lower calorie low carb option like the reason. Why a lot of adults he cauliflower rice. I think it's a really cool way to impart a different flavor in different foods and it's a convenience food normally would not. I'm pretty frugal. I would not spend money on many produce convenience foods. Like no thank you. I can cut up watermelon by myself. I don't need you to quintupled the price and do it for me. But coffers rice is one that is a pain in the neck to make and you can find it in the frozen food aisle. How do you use it for baby led weaning. I like to call for race when i make fritters. It's already all chopped up. Its rice like a very very fine dice consistency or size. I guess more so than consistency. So you can use it in if you're baking like zucchini muffins. I'll sometimes add. Call rice in there. I'll add it to fritters or patties as a vegetable. If i'm five just like some leftover grains like oh shoot. I don't wanna just make grains and eggs in my put the cauliflower rice in it. I'm you can use it as pizza crust. I'd also like regular pizza crust especially for babies but sometimes the commercials pizza crusts. Do you have a lot of sodium in them. So there's really cool recipes using call race for that also use it and mash it up of. I'm doing like baked potatoes. Just add different flavor so again if you're cruising through you have cauliflower rice any recipe you would make adult with cauliflower rice. You can just adopt that for babies. Just making sure doesn't have added sodium or any sugar. Second up. I remember being super surprised when i found out that there are some brands of hash brown potatoes that are in the freezer aisle. That don't have sodium now. Careful 'cause like there's just as many that have tons of sodium. So my general rule of thumb as i mentioned is less than one hundred milligrams of sodium per serving of food that i'm going to serve my baby. Now you feed your baby. Don't come out of the package so it was kind of a moot point but if you're choosing packaged food look for less than one hundred milligrams and also babies don't eat the same portion size that adults do so they're going to be eating significantly in many cases less than that but back to the hash brown potatoes peeling and shredding potatoes and then like pushing all the water out of them. It's takes so much time to me. It's like never work that. I do not like hash browns enough to do all that however i do like that. There are some brands of already shredded. Hash brown potatoes. That don't have salt in them. And the thing that. I use these primarily to make like a crust to line either quiche. Or if you do like muffin. Tins i'll make like the hash brown potatoes mixed with egg and push it down as the crust for making like zucchini. Ed cups for use it for a lot of breakfast foods. There's a million other ways to use hash brown potatoes. Not personally a huge fan of them. But i love that as a convenience food there an option for you if as a safer way to feed babies now you can of course feature babies regular potatoes if you want to. I do just point out that a lotta times especially if you're doing baked potato bake russet potato. It can be very mealy very dry and any dry bread product. Any dry food for that matter can potentially choking hazard so you want to add a lot of butter or a lot of fat lot of liquid a sauces to make any potentially dry potato product. A little bit more moist for your baby to eat so number one. Call our rights number two hash brown potatoes number three. It's kind of a weird. One ezekiel bread. Now i mentioned the brand usually try not to mention branded foods because of course everyone's grocery store looks different. But ezekiel is one of the few national brands in the us. That has a low sodium option now. Sodium breads are hard to come by breads by themselves. Don't love because they tend to be more on the dry side and dry bread products like albro products as just mentioned. Can you token hazar. But if you're gonna be doing better when you're ready to read you might be looking for a low sodium option. First of all you might have never looked at the sodium in the bread aisle. And you're like oh my gosh. Why does every single piece of bread need of two hundred fifty or three hundred milligrams of sodium will is obviously is a preservative. So that's why you're breads can stay on the shelf If you've ever traveled other parts of the world. Do not use as many of or the same preservatives as the united states and your bread will go moldy in a day or two whereas here. It can stay a lot longer. Some of that has to do with higher levels of sodium but sodium is also a leavening agent meaning that it makes bread rise and it also provides moisture so all those things are important for. Bread ezekiel brand. Is one of the national brands. That has a low sodium option. You don't always find the bread in the braille though so for example like if you go to a smaller grocery store they probably have ezekiel bread. But if it's not fresh in the bakery section you can actually find it in the freezer aisle so again check out. That brand ezekiel bread for lower sodium. Bread options you'll taste it and be like this is gross because it's low sodium bread. Do keep in mind. it gets pretty dry. Though because it's not retaining that moisture with assault so astra butter again. Add extra sauce. Do what you need to do. But the low sodium. Bread ezekiel bread. You can find it in your freezer

How to Lead a Less Hurried Life

"So Dr. Like men. Dr. Alan Lightman. Nice to meet you hear remotely I've to meet you opera. Thanks for joining us for this call to unite and also on super so conversations. From the moment I read that article that you wrote in the Atlantic recently title the viruses. A reminder of something lost long ago perfect title. Might I say I was so moved by your words. I've been wanting to talk with you about it so I'm glad we had this opportunity so before we get started. I just want to introduce you all to tell you Who Dr Lightman is? He's a physicist also a humanities professor at Mit you're known as one of the few scientists who is also a bestselling writer of novels and one who embraces spirituality. That's what got my attention. A scientist who embraces spirituality. Sounds like to me. You're a renaissance man. For Time. Such as this well the world has gotten more and more interdisciplinary so we need people that can cross discipline and talk to each other so before we talk about that article in the Atlantic and I was just sharing with you before we that the Atlantic is doing a great job on covert you there so nonpartisan you. You spill the truth in them. I wanted to ask you about an experience that you wrote about in one of your books. Call for the stars on an island in Maine. So you're on a boat at night on the ocean when you had a transformative transcendent experience. Share that with our audience. Will you will. I was coming back to an island late at night after midnight and a clear night and there was no one out on the water and I turned off the engine of the boat and got even quieter than turn off the running lights of the boat in got even darker and I lay down in the boat and just looked up at the sky. And just you just you just me just me on about after midnight. I lay down on the boat and looked up at the at the sky and I felt like I was falling into infinity. I felt like I was merging with the stars and not only with the stars I felt like I was merging with the cosmos was an incredible feeling. I felt like I was part of something larger than myself. And I've been scientists all of my life and But I realized later the Dow was a an experienced it was really not reducible by the methods of science. The feeling that I had of being connected to something big because science does always out to prove a thing. And you're saying that just the experience itself for you and anyone else. Who has that experience? That is proof enough. That's the authority lies the experience itself. No-one can negate the experience that you have. That's pretty amazing coming from scientists. So we're living in a world now at a time where a scientific facts as we can tell from. Every news organization are more important than ever for albro from all the information that we're getting we're living in a time where scientific fact is so important but you say that there is actually room for us understand that there is an invisible and as we just said unprovable but real connection between all living things in the universe. Can you explain a little bit more about that? Well i'd like to distinguish between the physical universe. Which is the subject of science? And what what I might call the spiritual universe and by spiritual universe. I mean the collection of all of those experience that we have where were tied to something larger than ourselves. I'm not talking about organized religion on talking about this very vital personal experience like the one I had lying in the boat and Maine looking up at the stars where we feel connected to things bigger than ourselves and those are two domains the scientists in spiritual h had their own region of validity. Up questions like how old is the earth or what is the cause of climate? Change those light in the physical realm and they are the the realm of science but there are other human experiences that we have like the one we describe lying about looking at the stars that that are not reducible by science and the report of some other world some other existence. I think that's one of the things that connects us as people. Well you know. It's interesting what you describe in the boat. I had an experience like that in two thousand six. I was walking along a road in Maui in an area where the cloud had come down and it was like we were walking through the clouds. You could see only through the cloud. Just a sliver of a of moon and it looked like the moon and my friend said Oh that looks like the DreamWorks Moon. You could put boy up there with a fishing pole and you could just see the sliver of the moon and as we're walking it became so still that I tell you just thinking about. It makes my eyes water. It became so still that I felt that thing that you're talking about in the boat where I felt a connection between all time all life all sp it just felt. I felt expanded. I felt like I felt like I was a part of the clouds. So that's one thing you're talking about. Yes that's the same thing and I think many I think all of us have had experiences like this One of the aspects of the experience you're describing and I imagine you felt to is. Is You you lose your body. You lose track of your ego you lose track of yourself you lose track of time. It's a beautiful experience is Dr Lightman. Is that just a glimpse? That's just a glimpse of what at what is right. That's a glimpse at the full present moment that we speak. So much of this is a tiny little glimpse. Just please call me Alan. Yes that's Okay Allen Dr Allen. Now that we're talking about transcendent experiences we should be. Yeah Yeah it's a glimpse it's a glimpse of something and of course we don't know with that larger thing is. Einstein said someone asked him whether he was a spiritual person or believe or something and he said I feel like we are children going into a library and we see a lot of books in the library written in different languages and we don't. We can't read the books but we know that somehow they got there that something produced those books. Yeah you know. I'm thinking that this pandemic as a massive reset for the world and I know that you believe that we have a chance to choose a less hurried life. Now you wrote about that in the Atlantic article and you write that we've been living too fast. We have sold our inner cells to the devil of speed efficiency. Money hyper connectivity progress. I know you are a whole book on this topic. Call in praise of wasting time but this time that we have white now. Do you think that this is a perfect time to be reset and to do what we're talking about? Be more united. Yeah well I think there is a silver lining to the the virus and then of course when you say that you have to. I acknowledge the tremendous human suffering. This going on the billions of people don't even have clean water to wash their hands so millions of people who've lost their jobs people lost their jobs and we need to celebrate the the care workers and the people working in grocery stores. That are keeping everything going. You know what this time has done. It is allowed us to see that the people who you for for many people overlooked and were just a part of your daily life how necessary everyone is more your life to be lived comfortably and well yes yes it gives us a greater appreciation of the end of an invisible people that make our lives run But I think that there might be one or two silver linings to this devastation. And one of them is that it is forcing many of us to slow down Of course you have to have a certain amount of privilege to be able to slow down. But I hope that we can become conscious of of the frenzy of our normal lifestyle. Where most of the Runaround checking off items on our to do list Being connected to the grid. Twenty four seven. Everything is scheduled up and we haven't had the time to think about who we are to reflect on what's important to us To be quiet and still and I I believe that one of the possible benefits of this period. We're going through now. Is that it's forcing some of us to slow down

How to Motivate Millennials to Build a Culture with Charlie Rocket Jabaley

"Say what's up to fire nation and sheer something interesting about yourself that most people don't know what's what's up fire nation. I. This is one thing that most people don't know as a kid like seventeen years old. We created the biggest sneaker websites in the then when I got an hip hop trade is some of the biggest media outlets and signs some of the biggest artists on his millions and millions of records. But I always did it in very disruptive ways and now the reinvented Charlie rocket. You know. When I do podcasts interviews. Everybody asked me about you. Know how? I became a Nike Athlete. And how I did the Colin Kaepernick Commercial for Nike. But nobody ever asked me about the business strategy behind how we went from winning. Emmys to winning grammys spoiler Charlie. Because I don't WanNa waste any time not picking your genius of Marketing Brain. So let's talk about this marketing process. You call it mom. -nology let's talk about Mahmuljin. How you shifted Nike using that process. When I was young house looking at fan bases at some artists had and I looked at companies that would have these fans who supported unconditionally. We'll see it with donald trump or Kanye west. I try to do everything in their power to destroy their fan base and yet they're our fan base loves them unconditionally. I was always fascinated by this with business. Was like well like these people. Stand in line for three days like how you do that. That's more fascinating to me. Then what Walmart does you know like? It's just I'm always fascinated by these things at cost frenzies and I thought about it in my life. I was like what who loves me unconditionally. And it was my mom. My mom like she'll support everything do so. I asked my mom I was like like. Why do you love me unconditionally? And I've thought about marketing and marketing can do two things. Marketing can lead to a sale or marketing can lead to a complete stranger being turned into somebody who supports you as much as your mom does and what I call the biggest veins the biggest supporters the biggest customers who love you unconditionally. I call them moms so. I created this process. Marketing called mom allergy and I believe like like the small groups of people. There's there's two frequencies there's two frequencies we can tune to week attuned to a conquering frequency and business of okay. I have my business. We need more customers. So let's let's picture imagine a village right and they're about to go to war with another village to conquer the other village so they go out and they fight. That sounds a lot like business. Like we're going to go get more we're GONNA do more. Would if we flip the frequency and we took our village and poured so much love into the people that are already there that they screamed so loud in the other villages are looking over like what. How like that's a perfect utopia over there? You know what let's move there? And then the city limits start spreading and spreading so many people are moving. And then you take over the other villages just because the the the the empire so large because which you took care of home was so special so beautiful and is that that nurturing is an in marketing and in business you don't talk about love very often but how I bill cult followings how we built these fan bases of rating phase. Who who when we released a tour sells out in two minutes. When we release a item we do. Two million thirty days is because we cultivated our fan base is and I don't see him business very often. We're not taking care of people like our MOMS. Take care of us and then we we get them to love US unconditionally. So that's the process call knowledge and I have a system of Howa do it and I love to be able to break it down to break that down. I mean is this an acronym or is this just a process a system like break this down for some curious okay? It's not an acronym But it's all based all based on. We're very familiar with on mothers. So our moms have this heart connection with us like they're literally connected to us right so we come from them. They created this miraculous. You know Feet of giving birth to us and we were connected to them so connection. Is the number one most important thing when it comes to building a fan base? That loves you like mom does so when I look at connection. I look at this concept of what I call the. I am youth theory and break it down like this is really the influencers versus the influential people of the world. We live in a world right now in flint where everybody's trying to be on the top of the mountain saying this is how perfect I am. That's why you should follow me. This is how successful I am. That's why you should follow me. This out beautiful. Rem this are rich. Rem. These are the reasons why you should follow me. But when I look at the most influential people in the world they operate by the exact opposite paradigms John. Let's take like Oprah for example albro. She had the story that touched our heart. They gave a connection of her being abused as a child in she had she had She got fired from her job. Right in this yet love issues then. She has weight issues. Why you think this is one of the most influential women in the world. Because she's not trying to be different enough. She's literally showing us. She's just like us now. We would be disappointed if Oprah was in front of private jets every day like you know if she was fit like showing her booty like how. How disappointed will be be an oprah who was showing her Buddha but in data status he would not be an influential person she would be influenced her so then. I looked at it like this boom okay. Who's the most influential person? Maybe in the history of the world. I was looking at it. Okay religious I but it might be Jesus. That man was super influential and Jesus was a cartoon Sir. This is hung out with the poor people. We'd be disappointed. In Jesus is he was lifted up his shirt showing a six pack disappointed. We'd be disappointed in Jesus if you trying to make micro content all day for Tick Tock. We'll be disappointed because he was the people that he was with. The people any wasn't trying to be perfect. Even though I mean he could have been he could have been like. Hey look at this magic trick like trying to be more popular. He was not very popular. He at twelve followers. He was not popular but he could have been if he had the white horse and the armor and the sword he would have more followers but he would not have been as influential. So then I look at it like Michael Jordan okay. We're talking about heart connection here Michael Jordan. When he would catch the ball in the second quarter of a regular season game twenty thousand cameras in the arena would go off. That doesn't happen for other players. Why No unapplied player of his magnitude has the story he had as he gave us a gift. He gave us a gift that he got cut from his high school basketball. I'm sorry Lebron James just doesn't have the same emotional connection with the world. Because he never really struggled he never was the underdog. You was always. Perfect is not his fault. He didn't do anything wrong. But the people want something so relatable and I did a little google search one time John of the what is the most profitable superhero franchise adjusted for inflation. And guess what it came back as spider man.

Super Bowl Player Predictions

"All right Kramer kick things off. What is your first? I Chiefs Related Super Bowl profit. Well we started by talking about We started super bowl week by talking. About how one of the angles is this chiefs rushing attack I the niners rushing defense. which is the weakness of this team? They are San Francisco's defense thirteenth and adjusted line yards on the D. Line in eleventh and DVR against the run. This team has not gone under this total of eight and a half eighteen rushing yards. They've only got under that once in the last. Ten Games I it seems almost too obvious that they'll they'll be attacking hacking this angle so it gives me a little pause but like I said they've gone over this total nine out of ten. It's not a bad matchup. People will point out all with San Francisco's got a great defense. They got a good defense. They don't have a great defense against the run so there will be opportunity. Andy Andy. Reid is one of the greatest coaches in the again. One of the greatest offensive minds not to win a superbowl for sure not to win the Super Bowl but he he he gets running backs ax to produce no matter what they look like. So eight and a half yard seem silly. They've gone well north of two hundred in both games. This does seem really low. Oh I couldn't be jumped right off the screen emmy as a former tight end as a A former are you referencing as a former China and I also worked with a hall of Fame First Ballot Rob Gronkowski which Danny worked on the show as well we got a witness not know how to Pronounce Chore Four In Person. George sure calling worse. Instead of Chore Sports He Kept Calling at George Sports all right rob just one more time. He's like coming up George now the wartime I think it's the sports and then finally the Co host is like you don't know what a chore is like Washing Dishes Sweeping floors and he goes. I never did any jurors ores growing up. I was too busy scoring touchdowns to smile. This big GROG again channel. He thinks he's GRONK. He thinks he's King of the BRAS. There's only one continue the bras. And it is Travis Kelsey. I'm taking Kelsey to have more receiving yards than than kindle over. You're still you're still avenging. Take a loss in the albro category. I was bullshit that he didn't get in. And I think kindles little overrated and I liked the minus one and a half yards Kelsey Chelsea against Kendall that's risky bro. Kelsey is an a seasoned bro now older Keel. Those two young. He's only as a young and up and coming Bro. I I think he's again. This is just I had the early take. I kill sucks at home instead of adjusting to the optics or the reality. I'm GonNa just lean in. I'm going all in on trump. So you know. Sometimes you're presented with evidence and you just have to ignore it. I'm locked in. I'm okay I was GONNA see. Danny I know you gave me your props one. You liked Nicole Hardman. I just love McCall Hardman in this game we he. He caught a pass in the chargers. Game to really start the ball. This was the week. Seventeen chargers game caught a pass to get the ball. Rolling with our offense later had a sweep. Like they're we're GONNA use them. They've been waiting to use him for something if he's maybe it's a sammy. Watkins Pass. I would say if you're gonNA scheme something like that up the other end of it is going GonNa be somebody like Nicole Hardman McColl Hartman. Scores a touchdown in this game was three hundred over at my book. Make some money this guy. They've been sitting on what he can do all season. They've been waiting for him to get better at whatever the hell it is route running. You know timing. Whatever it is that he needed to do? He's doing it. He's more trust in the offense. I think more so than demarcus Robinson I think he scores a D.. In this game let me ask you Sean. Do you take over twenty three and a half yards over one and a half catch or over fifteen and a a half yards for longest catch. Well I guess I'll jump to my second one because it's literally one of those. How when I wrote it down McColl Hardman's that's total over? mybookie was twenty three and a half up to twenty six or twenty. Six ounce. Sounds like it's down to twenty three and a half. Do whatever it is. I like it over. This kid is a burner. Oh I think he can get it in one catch again speed kills and I think they're gonna be focusing on Hill. He's along I don't think is going to have a huge game now. Maybe breaks it off. Maybe he does but I think Sal is going in there with that mindset of. We're not letting tyreek Hill beat us in this game so I I'm throwing a little a little tiny tyreek hill and beat and didn't mention the field. That's always trying to move past that I feel like don't you. You want to protect yourself against that one catch for twenty one yards and just take longest reception over fifteen and a half. Oh see well that was total yards. But you're right I yeah what do you want to do. So you're saying I feel you'd be gets a catch. It's going to be like a twenty yarder. Always does he get the second catch to get over catch props over the total total yardage lab take longest or first reception is twelve and a half yards now. Hopefully they don't go to a screen or something to him. It's Y- yeah. Is it a reception as it. Total yards what we talking about my twenty three and a half was total receiving received but Kramer is making a case here and a good case. That maybe you're better off off just playing the over. I catch or global catch. He's only expected to have one and a half. So maybe two and they're saying twenty-three which means they're expecting directing two catches of twelve yard. That's an interesting way to all right so you talked me into all right. GimMe Gimme. I'll switch it up. I'll give I'll go over. I catch twelve and a half yards. Now no actually. I'll stick with my total because I want to. If he doesn't get it on the I catch then I have some live bets. Already have have too much stuff going to see what we're having here is. We're having the synapses firing in my going on right. Now we're in the car with with Johnny and Johnny's Janis driving and we just had a discussion that he was going to have with his buddies later. Now he doesn't have to have that conversation tech. We've sorted it out. He's not gonNA play. I cash over twelve and a half hour. We're going to move forward. What's your second point of the discussion? Sammy Watkins over three and a half catches this is I ah I I know I'm chasing a little bit. But I do like the angle that they are gonNA shut tyreek Hill down. I like the angle that they're going to try to shut Travis Kelsey down and and I'm probably going to attack props around everyone else A Hill and Kelsey are going to be the chalk your plays for the yardage rich props be more people will probably play those overs. So I'm GONNA attack is like Sammy. Watkins and I think he is the guy that is going to benefit the most. Because he's the guy that seems to be running more their possession stuff and as they stretch the field vertically Sean they call that taking the top off the deep and that leaves a lot of room in the middle for a guy like Samya walk in so I really like him to get three and a half catches. I mean you you got to figure how many throws is Patrick Mahomes GonNa have. I can't imagine he's having less than forty throws which means I can't imagine having less than like thirty two thirty two catches and then if you take the attempts so over or even the pass yards over with homes what is actually looked at it. Plays out in both scenarios. Where either they're throwing the ball a lot and winning or if they do get down there behind hind they're playing catch up? It makes sense for either a Kansas City win or unfortunately San Francisco win the over and and then passing the ball. It does kind of make sense. We haven't talked a ton about the running backs Darwin Thompson. What is he involved in this game I think so I mean the over are underway? What one and a half Kerry Russia rushing attempts? I mean there's lesean McCoy is persona non grata. Now he's he had some fumble issues he. He's he's actually quick and I have liked watching him break off a few

"albro" Discussed on Two Broads Talking Politics

"And that's not happening in this state or many other states. So I would hold there are there are criteria for equity that have been that are out there and can be measured. So I would say that that that would be the most important part of the federal government's responsibility to hold states accountable for equity. And then to make sure that that we states and the federal government are allocating enough bones to make that happen right now. Thank goodness. That's devos. Didn't get her way to reallocate funds to non public schools for the most part. Our congress has voted this year to keep the budget about the same. I also believe I'm an early childhood supporter. I that's what my degree is in. And I also owned a childcare center that I started many years ago. So I believe that early childhood education is is so important high quality net, just, you know, bringing your children down to someone's basement to babysit we need we need high quality early childhood education from birth actually because a lot of families don't have good child care, and they need to go back to work or go back to school in order to support their families. So and then also on the other end making sure that. Everyone can afford or they are have free post high school education that leads into a career, and we know that people have to we'll have to change their careers happening now frequently through their lifetime. And so making sure that we have educational opportunities for them to update their skills and their knowledge to change their career. No, one of the the big issues right now everywhere, and this is certainly coming up in Michigan is gun violence read on your website that your family had been affected by shootings. You talk a little bit about the kinds of things you would like to see done by congress to address the gun violence dumbing in this country. Sure. Well, what I wrote about on my website was that you know, in the past like probably forty or fifty years ago. My family lived on farms in North Dakota. So they had guns all over the place for hunting and that type. Of thing. So that the to exit of where actually accidental shootings of siblings and friends, and that kind of thing which happens frequently with guns that are not locked up those accidental shootings are free put as as well as suicides two thirds of gun deaths are suicide related, but I first of all I don't wanna take away the second amendment rights as many people are accusing me of. I just believe that we need. There are certain things that we can do that the constitution allows for and that is a comprehensive background check on all gun. Tra- firearm transfers in the whole country right now, some states have more regulation or protection and others. So it's easy for someone to go into a state and purchase a gun legally with no background check. And then bring it into a state that has, you know, more strict protections on on gun purchases. So I think it needs to be a federal law. We need to make sure that. The data is up to date and everyone whether it's gun show and online sale or whatever everyone has to go through that background check in order to purchase a gun or to be given a gun. I believe in safety classes, I don't know if you can mandate it, but I sure would hope so that we could mandate or regulate the locking up guns, and and separating amunition from the guns. So that children and people who like I mean, we've had some shootings where the perpetrators had access to their parents gun or somebody else's gone. So if we lock them up there that excess quite as easy, I also believe in trigger locks that are some way that other people can at us your guns. Those are all things that that I believe that if we have a democratic majority we can pass, but with the Republican majority that's not gonna happen. Anything else that you want to make sure that we talked about the way that things are happening in this country right now favor, the wealthy favor companies that are making huge profits and they're getting away with not paying their fair share. So I really want to be able to work in a congress in a government where we can shift our priorities to supporting the people in this country and investing in our people because I really do believe that the return on investment, if we do that we'll be far greater in the end than the way.

But also problem the general energy out there. There's many layers of white people are engaged whether or not we're talking about school safety in situations. We'll see or climate change. So what kind of legacy were even for our kids and our grandkids and their kids. I mean, this is something I talk about every day when talking to people about why how why white if they haven't we saw people? Are you have how do you get more and more people all and not only for this election by this thing off after that, it doesn't stop election day? Even if you get who you want like that, I think we have a lot of community learning and helping other build strong communities and successful country world for our kids and their kids. All right. "Actually pushed up shut rogatory who's a six nine seventy this boy press the button i love this guy with the albro though because listen i understand why he has the albro to shipment from his son played in that term it gets very hot it's a long day when you're outside but when you start to run the idea that he was running with it like he was in sounds music or something i absolutely love the shots and mary poppins break up the vote no question about it he was on his reality this thing is guenter my head i might get myself into a fight i'm not going to give us up a sunburn okay here's the other thing first off if you're going to put yourself in the middle of an altercation you might wanna close the case you've got to use it as a wearable put it down to kiss use your head priorities his priorities straight skin care number one breaking of a physical altercation number two in that order obviously fiscal competitions are funny but running after them with an umbrella on a sunny day is funny moving on to this david griffin former general manager of the cleveland cavaliers was right here in this building on the jump he had something very interesting to say about carries trade request well i think carries going end up getting trade but i think what what ron was saying israeli unfair to kyrghiz i don't think this is youth and experience this is a guy who handled the situation exactly like he was supposed to he went to dan gilbert privately told him that he thought he would be happier somewhere else the absolute worst thing this guy could have done was pretend to be all in in sink the ship from within most guys don't have the courage to do right he did so that's not youth nick rinse that's that's a little bit more courage than people give him credit for.
