"You see this in parts of the country, like when you go down the Florida or other places in the South Carolina When I was down there, it just it's a different like sense of urgency. Towards protecting yourself like putting on your mask and you know, washing your hands and staying away from people. It's just It's just looser. And so they didn't take you know this this this protocol It was demanded of NFL franchises as seriously as other places. Like like, Like the Jets and Giants, you know for damn sure, you know they were. Don't don't get close to me. Don't do it knowing think about breathing on May you know what I mean? So they're giving them a slap on the wrist, basically, as opposed to severe penalties, and I think the reason Is because the downstream effect wasn't as bad as it could have been. You know what? Though? I still um is going to seem a little inconsistent because you want the punishment. To match the quote unquote crime. I don't think it's that different from You know if your child goes in the pantry and and you know, like we have, we've got the Halloween candy that's like put away Although Daddy kind of broken too, But I've been crushing little girl lead a little tiny banks of Skittles at a wolf a few of those down like a clock. But of course they're not lets in minimums. All that good stuff. Yeah, she's got the evidence sided problem, Not a big chocolate guy Like the sweet stuff like I liked, like Swedish Fish, or Starburst or Skittles were element heads, and I like that better than chocolate. You know? Yeah, personally, but I know you like your Eminem's You like some of that? What was the chocolate that used to bring the studio? The chocolate covered almonds? Yeah, yeah, that was a good dark, dark, dark, dark chocolate covered almonds. Those Tracy goes toe. Think Wegmans wherever she gets him. She's like, Do you need anything? I'm like, Yes, dark chocolate covered almonds and get rid of the monster bit. It's a huge bid, but she only gets one in like two weeks. We're done with it two weeks. I mean, that's longer than is goingto shelf. Life's gonna be in my house. That is for sure. But anyway, like, imagine, so kids aren't allowed to go in there and take it, you know, obviously, but like if they do, and it wouldn't surprise me if he tries You're not goingto put him in his room for a month. You've gotta have a punishment that is commensurate with the infraction, right? Yes. OK, I say that because now I'm going to deviate from from that very common point of view. I do think In this instance it would have been smart. To preempt like to preemptively dissuade all the other teams like you know what? Tennessee you messed around your ruined 34 other schedules around the league. Okay on because of your insubordination and your your lack of, you know, adherence to the principles, the guidelines the rules. We are making an example of you because we cannot afford Anybody else to look at this and say Well, Titans didn't get punished too harshly. I'll just do what I'm gonna do. They missed the messaging moment. And I think that they might lament that down the Yeah, maybe, but I also don't think that Other teams are having this issue like for instance, you think Think about the Patriot. The Patriots AL break? The issue with them was Cam. And Cam was it was isolated, and the only reason that's defined Gilmore at least this is, according to reports. I don't know if this was ever verified. It got tested positive because he went to dinner. On that Friday with Cam Newton, probably at his house or whatever it was, But there was that whole back and forth with Schefter..

And her homeowners insurance was the same thing astronomical and going up every time he turned around. So she came into my office. I got those people on the phone with her. Collectively nicer could you explain to me why this is happening to this lady? Got this young guy who. Began to tell me that it was primarily as a result of replacement cost. So I said explain to me how this little hundred and fifty one hundred thirty thousand dollar house for replacement costs. You've got like a two hundred and fifty thousand dollar replacement cost on that. So he told me that. Now, this was this is unbelievable. But I promise you, it's true. He said that in order to replace it with the exact same materials as when it was built way back in the day. It's going to cost a lot of money. I said, listen, we're not trying to rebuild it with the same type of materials. We'll just trying to rebuild it. If anything were to happen to it. So I want you to take that out and replace it with today's materials, not nineteen twenty seven materials. So he rewrote it. So you need to go look at every single thing. That's covered do line by line item. And see what they're covering you. And with and why we're the most astrakan astronomical portion of that policy is going and concentrate on that there's some things you don't need you might be able to raise your deductible slightly if you can manage that if there were catastrophe. There's a lot of things that they put in there. That's just unnecessary. Okay. Great great. Yeah. 'cause my home is Al break. And then it was built like you say knows. Earlier years, but phenomenally debris in place McCall's for. Is your speeding TCU? Welcome to come to my office with your policy, and we call them together. Yeah. Do you might as well, do it at snow sense? And you're paying that money. It's ridiculous. They're just trying to Jack you. Thank you know. No, no, no. Did you get my number? Let me get it again. Please seven seven o four eight zero eight two two two. It's just gonna take a phone. Call. Awesome. Thank you. That's my cellphone. I remember you. Okay. Take your shirt. Thank talk to you. Bye-bye? Tara. How's it going? How how are you? I'm doing good. How about you? Well, thank you. And thank you so much faithful isn't I've never called you. But I've spoken to you on the phone, but just want to thank you for what you offer us information, you provided invaluable. Thank you so much. But I wanted to ask you have other questions to this is the main when I need a master carpenter. I need my kitchen cabinets to be I don't know Donald surface. My home is fourteen years old, and it's time. So I was wondering if you could. Offer the name of master cabinet. I can. But I'm gonna tell you right now that I don't have any experience with these people. However, I did all him out because my is going to need cabinets. If you give me a minute, I'm gonna try to dig racking my information because I saw it and I did a screen shot. What a screen shot is. Anyway. We'll go there. So hold on a second. I'm just trying to find it. So what's your next question while I'm looking because I own back. I have a bunch of questions because what I want to do is. Fix my home up and then rent it out and buy another one my goal is to become a real estate investor. And I'm doing a lotta reading I don't know where to start. But I do know that seems a number of people become wealthy do real estate. And I really love it and wants to leave something for our children. I hear that. Yeah. Definitely. Even if you don't I don't really encourage anybody to go in it with I wanna get rich type thing because then you really with you go into it with that type of goal then. Typically, there's situations that come up whereby you can compromise your ethics and things like that. I know, but I'm just saying, you know, things like that do happen. But if you go within a goal that definitely want to leave my kids, something I'm going to build a nest day on a beer an investor, and you know, that's a great. That's really great. And I'm and I'm happy to talk to you about that. Hold on. Need to find these Anita flooring person as well. I was thinking about a general handyman name. But I was listening to her talking about how it's best to go with a master. And I I didn't know that makes sense because they built a code. Yeah. Usually important because if for any reason you have to sell your house, so when you get ready to. Your house is going to get an inspection. Right. And what's going to happen is if they're a decent inspector? They're going to inspect to code. And they're going to say, well, this house isn't up to code electrical isn't up to code. The plumbing is not up to code Decatur DeKalb cab has really strict and new requirements with reference to plumbing. So they have to be up on the code. So there's this new place. I promise you, I cannot find it. I I did a little screen shot. But I tell you what let me look for it. And I'll tell you what it is on the air in reference to the cabinets. Because I want to use these people to my daughter's house in. In atlanta. She's we bought a kind of investment property to and you'll me she lives in it. But she's going to need new cabinets and redo it in order to sell it as well. So I'm gonna you know what though hold on though, because I don't want to lose you. I don't want you to not get it. No, hold on your number. Spoke. Spoken with my husband and myself spent about three for USA husband number. No, rush or anything that. Would you happen to have a master depends on what kind of flooring you want? Vinyl the they look hard. They looked like the hard goods. But they're really a. Yes, I do you know what I'm going to give that to you off the air, though, if you don't mind owed on hold on. Okay. Well, thank you so much for four hundred ninety two seven zero three weeks got Tony back and LeRoy holding. I'll be back with you. Right after the break real estate one-to-one one back in a minute..

"Polly Howard believes that he's probably up to the tune of two million dollars or so at this point. All right. So on the line now. Yes, he's on the William Hill US hotline. And Nick, I was worried I thought maybe duffle bag boy, you know, put you in a duffel bag and took you along with the the plunder. What's what's going on with this guy who is this character? You know, what he just one of many better? I mean, he's just. Obviously plays higher than the normal person. But nothing we haven't seen a million times in my thirty years and. Yeah. No, just a guy who likes to shove money in the window. So hats off to him when he wins and beat him long term. But right now, he's ahead. There you guys longs. He's not taking Leicester City a couple years ago. You know, that that that'd be duffle bags that we wouldn't be able to get back so crazy stuff, but Nick, lots going on World Series just wanted to check on the handle because you would figure, you know, Vegas being dodger territory, but Red Sox very popular team. Because so many transplanted new Englanders out on the west coast as well. But then again, you've got properties back east now and down south. So how's the handle going on the World Series itself? Very good yesterday. We needed the Red Sox in New Jersey, and we needed the dodgers here. So just it's weird. Al breaks out tonight. It was a pretty good two-way action. We just need the under pretty good. So I I only does four to seven. With.

"Ninety nine to one only Senator Mike Lee of Utah was descending that of course, doesn't happen in our congress that often this. Vote was a package of bills aimed at addressing the opioid crisis. I've wondering how you feel about the Bill. Does it go the right direction? Does it? Go far enough. Will it does go in the right direction? There's certainly plenty of good things in there. And you know, it's a recognition of how widespread the problem is it's really cutting across the whole country in every demographic. But it does fall short. I hope they don't believe that the job is done. You know, I would draw the analogy with a bunch of people were were poisoning. We certainly want to stabilize those people. But we'd also want to say, you know, what's going on. You know, was there some salmon El Al break or some something in the water. And I don't think we go far enough to look at what's actually driving the problem to begin with. And that's where they need to go further. Are we talking here about the use of illegal drugs or about the misuse of prescription drugs? Well, it's both in many cases most cases it started with a prescription. And so generally people were following doctor's orders that didn't necessarily mean. Those orders were right with the benefit of hindsight. And then they got addicted or, you know, they were given so many pills that were a lot leftover. And so there were some, you know, there are some recreational use. And then as the awareness grew about how addictive they were and how many people were dying. There have been past efforts to really pull back from these prescriptions. And the result quite predictable the addiction. Is is really strong the withdrawals are horrific. And so when you have street opioids who are available for, you know, basically, the same money, and now you have some really potent drug in the form of fat, knol or heroin laced with all or even. Counterfeit drugs. Look like a regular tail but they're laced with all. That's where you're seeing the additional spike in death. So it's a combination of factors is. This a case of education. I mean, I for example, I have never had the desire to ever use anything like this. And I'm not exactly sure who the people are who are doing it. Yeah. I mean, it's really every day people. You know, the eighty percent of people have had some acute backup owed or maybe you had your wisdom teeth. Most people had that in most cases with either one. You were given opioid. You may not have realized a lot of people including myself until recently didn't realize things like vicodin Percocet, Oxycontin, these are prescription opioids and so. You know, when you have a prescription for something like back pain. Rush Limbaugh would be an example that you know, he had back pain. He was given a prescription. He got addicted is pretty brutal. And you know, he was following doctor's orders and essentially after seven days of taking prescription opioid. It's essentially Russian roulette or one out of six will become addicted. Are there people with the genetic predispositions or environmental predispositions to addiction? No question. Some people are more susceptible to it. And you know, there's a lot of opioids that are prescribed inappropriately. For mental health issues. And so a lot of times people have not just mental health issue. They have a back issue or diabetes and mental health, and there's a men's given opioid in that situation, and that may have to deal with their environmental situation where they may be an economically depressed area or have some family history of addiction or number of issues that can make them more susceptible. I have a personal experience that I will relate because the bears on the situation. There was a time in my life. When I drank too, much and one day. I just realized this is not a good idea. And I just stopped drinking that much. I didn't never go cold Turkey and never followed. Any of the precepts of alcoholics anonymous, I still have like about a shot glass of wine a day. They say it's good for your heart. This is what September. So this year. I've probably had maybe seven or eight drinks all told alcohol does do much tobacco. I've an absolute hardcore junkie. I would not smoke somebody's baby cigar, I'll take it from them. But I'm not I'm not lighting it up. Because if I did I'd be back to two and a half packs of Marlboros a day tobacco owns me. And I'll never go near it alcohol. I can take her leave. And so I am living proof of the fact that there are people out there who can be very addictive for some things and not to others. Yeah. No question. And then there's also some substances that are more. They produce a stronger addiction, and you know, you talk to people who've gone through withdrawal from opioids. And they will describe it as, you know, take your worst food poisoning episode and extend that out for three weeks straight, and that's the sort of feeling. So it's in the brain scientists are been looking at this. And they're finding that the effect on the brain is not dissimilar from traumatic brain injury concussion. You know, things that soldiers are coming back with him, and, you know, the brain to heal and it takes some time to yell, and then doesn't always fully heal..
