I you know and then i use the functional medicine approach to handle my issues and a lot of things significantly improved. I feel twenty years younger and And people are surprised that i am the age that i am because of some of the things that i do on a fifty. I'll be fifty seven this year. And i play ultimate frisbee with twenty thirty year olds zil and so people are always shocked to hear something like that but i am the in the best shape i've ever been in in my life. Immensely is and spiritually. So and i am. I'm telling you're the first person for me to tell you this but i've actually been off antidepressants for a year. Yeah so. I want to mention that until i actually said. Been off of it or year. But it's actually a year anniversary will be actually a year on november sixteenth.
