"This coming up sometime this hour I would say when but sometime this hour coming up this hour gonna talk about that video being released of a six year old that was arrested people are all up in arms over it but six year old I control nothing that they should arrest secure was out of control state secession I it is the foolish idea will never ever happen but we'll talk about that we're going to get into a story about Tesla and their auto pilot that apparently driver was playing a video game in Mountain View California when this one day I will talk about all that stuff that's coming up this hour right now this disgusts me I have been since the beginning of the show trying to get more information about this particular story and they're simply not out there need graphic interdigital what to happen but I can't understand why this was allowed to happen and this is one of those stories where you look at it and you go the reason this is allowed to happen and the reason this sort of thing keeps happening is because we do not take it seriously when it does happen in Indiana dentist and his wife convicted of neglect of a dependent will serve zero jail time despite evidence that they locked their daughter in a cage why is that becoming a thing by the way I've been doing this kind of work for thirty some years and it was never a big huge thing and now for whatever reason in the last couple years people just gotten this idea you know what would be a good idea let's lock the baby in a cage what what why did anybody here and when we do find out about it there is such outrage in that just outright venom spewed at the idiots that do it no one has ever been praised for locking their child in a cage and beating them and denying them food why is that suddenly becoming a thing did I miss something that happened I got two kids the idea too of locking them in a cage never occurred to me not a single time well my daughter but that was too wacky boys went out with more for her protection than anything she was doing Alan and Aimee Friz were arrested in October of twenty seventeen authorities were sent to their do what county home after someone reported that a juvenile that well about about a juvenile was out of control they interviewed the girl with assistance from the prosecutor's office police received a search warrant for the home and found a closet area of a bedroom that was converted into a lockable cage so not only did they just lock him in a cage not only that they actually retro fit into a closet to use it and if they created a torture chamber for their child no jail time none police said the couple locked their daughter inside the cage at night and possibly at other times according to court documents they withheld food water and sanitary facilities from her while she was locked up what what what again I'm trying to wrap my head around why if you don't have to keep you know if you don't want a child you don't have to keep it and you'd almost rather that somebody didn't keep their child turned it over to a state agency then torturing unless they're the kind of people they get off on torturing children which may be the case here doesn't make any sense to me now Alan Friz the father the Indiana dentist in question here was charged with eleven counts of criminal confinement eleven counts of neglect and four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor so that would be a total of twenty six felonies now his wife Amy was charged with eleven counts of criminal confinement and eleven counts of neglect again all felonies so twenty two felonies so what do we have a total of forty eight felonies total of forty eight felony charges exactly zero time in jail how was that all right how do you you don't sometimes your big sometimes your people are charged with a couple of felonies and they do jail time sometimes your people charge only been charged with a felony and they do jail time how do you get charged between the two of them with a total of forty eight felonies and gets zero jail time I'm asking because I don't know and just so we're all on the same page I like I said I hurt hunted down information about this I could find no information about this child being some sort of hyper violent a special needs child that needed control hyperactive whatever you want to use there was nothing HM even if there had been it doesn't make it okay like your kid metric in a cage even if that had been the case even if you're sitting here thinking well you know sometimes kept their hard when they have special needs they're difficult to deal with and when that happens the parents fifteen to do something for they can get a little respite from everything that's going on even if you are one of those apologize review believes that somebody needs to explain the four counts of sexual misconduct and I'm guessing that nobody will be able to again forty eight felonies between the two of them zero jail time the couple was supposed to be tried in dubois county but they argued that they would get a fair trial there so the case was then moved to Crawford County again this is an Indiana the trial was scheduled for March but the case was settled in Crawford circuit court with a plea agreement all charges were dismissed except two counts of neglect of a dependent with the convictions change from level six felonies to class A. misdemeanors cell we had forty eight potential jail Lobel felonies including four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor child molestation they locked their daughter up in a cage with held food withheld water without access to a bathroom facilities didn't water cleaner self up or anything the father was alleged to have engaged in sexual misconduct with a minor forty eight felonies were plea bargained down to two class A. misdemeanors so what should have been years and years and years in jail for torturing and sexually molesting a child turned into nothing they were sentenced to two years of probation the first year will be supervised probation so what the check in every so often the second year will be on supervised probation so I guess when it's supervised up to check in with your probation officer when it's unsupervised you just don't get caught doing anything bad otherwise all hell's gonna break loose we are not messing around except that we are can anybody explain to me how forty eight potential felonies including four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor child molestation how to people lacked their daughter in a cage denied her food denied her water denied her access to the bathroom or the shower again sexually assaulted her to the tune of forty eight felonies how they get zero jail time how they do not do any jail time at all I hope to god it doesn't say here but I hope to god they don't get to have any access to this child I question it though because they took the plea bargained down forty eight jail uble felonies to two class A. misdemeanors and got no jail time at all this is outrageous if I lived in Indiana I would be marching through the street which pitch forks and torches right now to get my hands on the prosecutor because I don't know how you get away with this and we wonder why people keep doing this this is the first time people locking their kids in cages all the time we wonder why people do this we wonder why people molest their children wonder wonder why people abuse their children you want to know why this is why there.
