"Here it comes. Oh. Wow. Didn't have to throw it so you catch. Good catch. Thank you. Yes, Greg will be in Atlanta. He has booked his room. By the way, in the show notes, you'll see a link to book your hotel room at the renaissance concourse if you're going to join us for the 500th episode recording in Atlanta. And my God, what a crappy picture. Yes. Well, I'm showing this crappy picture here. Crap three approach to turn tower. Our artist extraordinaire captain Nick, tell us about how you came up with this artist concept. I just have to work with what I'm given, Jeff. It's very good. I'm laugh so hard when I saw it. Yeah, you know, it'll tell us there's so many elements to this to this one. Well, we needed an excuse for the airplane to dump all its crap on Heathrow. So we need a 5G signal messing up with his rad out, so that pilots holding his phone and there are all sorts of 5G warning signs around. So that's why guys go around and of course he's emptying his loo is toilet at the same time, which sadly is landing on Adam spink. We've got a tanker with all the constituents of a decent chem trail. They're driving along and of course that beside it on the grass there is a Buddha. If you remember, we were talking about saying a little prayer before we go fly, it reminds me of ara America. And of course, that particular pilot is the first officer of some Canadian airplane who didn't have a torch do is walk around and so we've given him a torch and in fact because there was no anti icing gear. That's actually the deicing torch. So you could use that to melt the ice on the wing. Because it's a real flaming torch flaming torch. Yeah, exactly. So they were the main elements. Managed to get it all together in one picture. I think it worked reasonably well. I like the chocolate milk. That was a great little clip I got there to represent emptying the aircraft's toilets. It is so complex. It's like a good wine. Yeah, there's a few bits going on there. And of course it hidden always is the show number. Liz and I always play a game try and I try and hide it and just try and find the show number, where's this show number? It took me a while to find it, but it's in the tower. Based on the talent, I guess. Right. It's up the tube that the tire is balanced on. The previous week, it was on the ring through the pig's nose. This one's up there. And of course, the airline has its drop in all that is an acme airways. So yeah, that's very nice. I always get a kick out of when Nick refers to the tower at Heathrow as the pepper pot. I'm not the first to do that. Yeah. They're very salty in the pepper pot. So if we want to call it the salt and pepper pop. So whose face did you use in that Canadian holding the torch? Is that somebody that we know? Or is that a generic face? I think he looks a lot like our mister bounds. So I'm feeling that that was the model we used for that face. Okay. Okay. But is it actually his face or not? I'll let the listers work it out for them. Well, that's who I thought it was actually. And I saw it. So anyway, it's really lucky coincidence. You came up and said, is that level? Yes, it could very well be. Well, it was very clever and it had me laughing. And holding his phone and crawling. Now now that I'm looking at it though, I'm thinking, you know, now it couldn't be Neville because Neville's much better looking than that face. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah, I'm sure he is. Now you come to mention it. I'm sure he is. Yes. Tim van ram says Playboy magazine always hides the bunny logo on the cover, a friend tells me. Well, I mean, you know, you can see the cover without actually. So I have to look at the cover so yeah. Now I'm gonna go ahead and go ahead and I'm sorry. So it's usually on the centerfold, I thought I used to have to study that send a phone for hours. Informed that that's where it was. The only reason why. I kind of play that game with my pictures on Twitter too. I always try to hide the water. Well, I did notice that you had your name on that throttle quadrant. I did below the throttle quadrant on that picture we saw earlier. I was going like that from the factory actually. Exactly. From David Calhoun's desk. Let's take a look at that just to remind ourselves ah, here we go. There's the throttle quadrant and then down a little bit below the throttles themselves. We see at Miami Rick. And oh, they're also a reference to the AP G there over there next to the speed break lever. 50%. Yes. Very good point. Yeah. That's the 50% mark. Yeah. That's how we managed to achieve exactly 50%. We know where to put the levers. No more, no less. That's exactly right..

"Really appreciate all of you guys. Thank you so much for being here today. Really nice weekend on top of it. The weather was gorgeous. You know, nice fall weekend here in the city. And even more than that, the conversation, the chance to hang out, enjoy some good food and beverages together in each other's company. In a second and done. So thank you all again. This is amazing. I know that has not a lot to do with aviation, but there was some good aviation conversation that happened this weekend as well. So we did leave that out completely. But anyway, we're going to wrap up our drinks and food here. So I'll throw it back to you all in the studio. Catch you soon. Thanks, doctor Steph. And yes, the beer authority is the very same place we're actually almost I think in the exact same spot as we were sitting last time we were here. Many, many moons ago and people like Nick were still flying and coming to New York and visiting B and H but in any case, it was great to see everybody day trip to New York was great fun and it was always great to cheer on doctor Stephen and yet another amazing accomplishment. So back to Jeff and everybody else in the studio. Thanks for allow. Great report and so good to see our community getting together, especially now that the pandemic seems to be tapering off a bit and it was so cool to I wish that all of us could have been there to cheer stuff on on yet another marathon. Lovely to hear great to hear that back in the bare authority because it was just up from The New Yorker hotel where I used to say one of our very first meetups all these strange people coming and drinking beer and talking airplanes and of course that they strangers have now turned into very good friends. So obviously brilliant. Remember that very well. Yeah, that was a lot of fun. A lot of memories from that place. Congratulations to Steph you broke four hours. I gather. Yeah. 59 minutes, and apparently those laps last four miles real killer. So we're well done stuff fantastic finish. Good job. Absolutely. Rockstar as always. I wonder if LL was in his bathrobe and luffa. Sound like you added loof on hand there. No, I think he started off by saying that, you know, he's not in the shower, which is kind of unusual. I have to admit. Yeah it is. Absolutely. Can someone help me out a close up picture of stiff doing? I think what's she got in her left hand? Looks like, I don't know. Here, let me put that back on there, so everybody can look at it and scrutinize it. If there's some runner out there that knows what this technical device is that she's got. It looks kind of like a hat, I don't know. I was just curious. It might be some kind of drinking, like, looks like some kind of, yeah, it looks like some kind of like a bladder ladder with a, I guess. A math piece? Yeah. I think. Yeah, or something. They call it goo or something like that. I don't know, runners talk about this sort of thing. Yeah, I think it's forever electrolyte or energy or I don't know. I will never I will never know because I'm not running for marathons in a month. So electrolytes to deer asylum make those. Yeah, you can either drink that or eat a couple batteries. Your eyes light up. Yeah, I know they're energizer. You just keep going and going. Yeah, yeah, yeah. If you're a bunny. Yeah, exactly. You got to have a fluffy bunny tail, otherwise it doesn't work. Well, Nick, how have you been sir? I've been pretty busy actually trying to get this playing child done. But I did have some help from someone I'd just like to give a shout out. Nia Ben dov from Israel, who, first of all, suggested this week's plain tale. And then said, you know, there is an interview with the pilot involved that, you know, you might be interested in, but it's in Hebrew. So he said, if you want to get together on WhatsApp or whatever, we can have a chat and I'll translate for you, which was absolutely fantastic. So I spent Sunday afternoons spent an hour yaking away to Nia near is the same guy who told me about the plane town I did have O 7. The mi G 21 that the Israeli intelligence service managed to arrange for the pilot to defect and they escorted into Israel when the mi G 21 was the new kid on the block. The great aeroplane of its time. And the Israelis got hold of one, and that's how the Americans first got hold of one, because the lent it to them for a while so they could have a play with it. So Nia has been instrumental in helping me out with a couple of plane tails. And both that make 21 and the aircraft involved in tonight's plane town. He's seen in both the museum over there. So I think it's fantastic. Anyway, so thanks very much to Nia. And just a reminder, you know, 500 is coming up. The days are starting to tick down. I've still got a round ten. Places available in farmborough and just to remind you and it's such a good deal because we're going to have a look around the museum beforehand. There's going to be a few adult beverages. And about to eat if you get hungry while we're doing the show. And then I'm sure we will settle back somewhere afterwards and have a beer and chat. We've got a great panel. This end of the Atlantic. So praying captain an animal will have a time off. He's bid for time off. But we've got captain knight. We've got Adam spink from Heathrow traffic. We've got pip coming, but, you know, with you take what you get. Okay. But basically, don't let it kill you..

"I have many leather bound books and my apartment. Smells of rich mahogany. Yeah, that Internet's really good, isn't it? You're very useful. Yes. I printed them all myself. They look very official. They're very fuzzy. How do you guys see? The Charlie hotel is actually someone qualified to ask you these questions. I don't know. I mean she's demanding proof. I'm demanding proof from Charlie hotel. Anything to do with the medical profession and she's allowed to ask these questions. Oh no, I think she very much is. Her complaints are well noted, but I can assure Charlie hotel that I am not an offender of the things that she sees on a day to day basis. And why she thinks that shouting at you is going to affect the entire medical profession. I'm not sure. I don't know. I don't know. Don't know who these doctors are who don't have electronical electronic prescribing. On their electronic medical records, because everything is already pre populated is virtually impossible to mess it up unless you delete everything and send it blank. Which usually won't let you do. Well, apparently that's one of Charlie hotel's pet peeves and also she wanted to do a little rant. Yeah, she's around. Isn't she? She's the young communicant. Anyway, well, you know what? We welcome the fact that you're watching or listening to our show, Charlie hotel and. Rest assured that we will be talking exclusively about aviation things very rarely about political things because this is an aviation podcast. It is a good point. The fact that I'm a doctor just incidental. Exactly. So you're about to run a marathon. I'm going to run a marathon. And you're a real doctor. And what else? And I did some flying this weekend. Thanks. Just on Sunday, because the weather was not great on Saturday. And we'll talk more about jumper dumping operations here in a little bit. So I might jump into that then. All right. Good day for us. Yeah. All right. Stay for us on Sunday. Excellent. Captain Nick. Well, I'm going to say I'm a little disappointed in the number of miles I've received. Concerning the 500th that farmborough. So this is exclusively from UK and Europe. Now, one really nice one I've received is from great friend tilman, who is coming over from his fantastic circus hotel in Berlin to attend. So really looking forward to seeing you Tom and brilliant. Thanks, and be a rest assured if you're traveling a long distance, do let me know and a place will be guaranteed for you. But it looks like I've set the barrier that branch the jump a little high, the hurdle a little high for some people because we're not killing many people writing in, saying, oh, this is my suggested clip and can I come to the 500th? So start getting your emails fired up, people, because, you know, we want to see you all. You've clearly intimidated them, Nick, by your high standard. Worried about that, yeah. We've got a great panel. Don't come to see just me. We're going to have cap nights. Hopefully captain now. He's still waiting to see he's got time off. We've got pilot pip. We've got Ned from PT UK, perhaps one other from BTK had yet to find out about that. We've got Adam spink from Heathrow air traffic. There'll be on the panel. And everyone else is going to be there and if you want to have a voice on the show for the 500, then come up with a decent clip or a good old question or a fine bit of feedback. And then we'll make sure you're there. And you've got to see feels worried. And to be absolutely fair, a bit flat strapped at the moment. Between the last year and this show, getting a plane head out. So at the moment, I'm shoving all the emails or even the few that I've received, and I have received yours into a folder to look at when I get a spare moment. You know, the lineup that you just described is truly a star studded lineup and I don't know why anybody wouldn't want to attend. And I'm thinking, you know what? Because of that high standard, the high bar that you've set Nick, I think people are going through every single episode to try to find the very best little nugget of goodness that they possibly can. And that's why you're not receiving it. Taking them away. I'd like to remind people that there are excellent nuggets in every single episode because we only record high quality content. Thanks for watching. Yes. Oh, just pick your favorite. And you can always put in two emails now. And we'll pick the best one. All right. And if any of those, by the way, conflict with any other ones that we have from this side of the pond, well that's automatically deleted. Just don't do that. No, we don't know what's going on. It's just a wonderful, you'll get a look around the museum beforehand. And most of us are staying overnight in the aviator. Our hotel nearby. So get yourself around there and join us for.

"A a flight landing in heathrow today and she told me that the flight went around after the wheels touched any speculation on why this would occur. They went around and landed uneventfully uneventfully with no explanation from the crew. I don't like that part of his feedback as something which is standard practice on an airliner. I'm sure it can happen but the around the lack of explanation. yeah. I think the the former. Yes the ladder. No i would think that at a busy airport like heathrow wouldn't be something like another aircraft on the runway after being cleared to land. But who wouldn't be something like. Yeah i think it would be actually adam. He could comment. yeah. I think that It probably was that situation there where another aircraft was still on the runway and they were directed to go around and one of the things. While i let i'll let Steph talk about go around and touching down in that kind of thing. Actually i was gonna let you talk about it. Couldn't he passenger jet part one twenty-one area yeah i don't know all your i mean for us it's not a big deal if you touchdown and need to go around power mature you quickly you know for for us neither in fact We're always trained that If you initiate a go around procedure before you have touched down it's possible especially in low visibility approaches that It's it's a not uncommon. That the wheels will touchdown in the process of the go around procedure. And but you're still continuing the doubt if you're if you're a still in that landing mode and you have the speed armed and everything else where touching down is going to cause a weight on wheels signal and the spoilers come up and everything else then you're committed to actually landing but if you're in a situation where on short final you're not that far above the ground you start the go around procedure. You're basically disarming those spoilers from deploying when the wheels touch so And and the thing that is most concerning to me about your feedback though jeff is not doing the go around and the wheels touching down which most people might think is the most concerning but not really what's most concerning is the fact that the crew didn't come on after that in explain what happened. That should have been what occurs. Sort of like everything's fine. You know whatever it was it. Was this there the other issue. No big deal can come back and and lend for us discuss. Liz is making a good point. She said that you probably should have made a pa and said it was adams spinks fault. That's what i would have done. Heathrow for sure at heathrow messerschmitt well folks wanted to land. But we were directed by adam. Spink control tower tower. No you're not landing on my watch. So yeah something. I was gonna say. Something really would've found profound. Just don't remember what it is. I'll go round about go around. I mean there normal procedures. I was gonna say for us for stephanie. Going around is is not. i mean. it's just part of our job. That's what happens sometimes but for somebody. That doesn't fly that often that it could be a for someone who does so. We've kind of talked about this where it's not that common of occurrence right I think i've commercially a fair amount. And i've only been a passenger on commercial jet. That has once that has gone around. I hate to say this. Because now i know it's going to happen because my next trip will probably have to go around five times on the trip. I have not. I don't even remember the last time. I had to perform a go around procedure in the real airplane now in the simulator. You do them a lot. Because that's kind of one of the reasons go into the simulator uncontrolled airport with obstacles and hazards another aircraft. And sometimes they talk on the radio and sometimes they don't so go arounds rounds happen. I don't know probably once a month. Okay yeah but usually well in advance of actually being on short final approach gets broken off. And i would say in the scheduled airliner world part one twenty-one world here in the us that the number one reason would be an airplane still on the run they have. I mean on the other end of the you when you say yet to be careful when you make the pa. There was another airplane on the runway. People on immediately picture that they're like right there. Where you touchdown. Now what we mean is and i was make make a point of saying. There was another airplane way at the other end of the runway that but they had not yet cleared the runway and the rules are we can't land unless they're completely clear the runway and so they can be pretty much almost clear of the runway. But if you haven't cleared fast enough to go to a little part of the airplanes still hanging out over the tales still a little bit over the run wyans. Technically no we can't do it interesting lead takeoffs that's another story at least in the us for sure at atlanta international where. I fly most of my flights in and out. They can clear you for takeoff when the previous airplane is still on the runway on their takeoff roll and they haven't even rotated yet and his like really. You can do that. But there are some rules regarding separation and everything else and they can do that because it feels a little weird that The probably the second most The second reason that most go arounds a per most common thank you lists or was that yussef that said that your voices now are like being the same are. They're they're they're sounding are you like. Wow because i see both of you and my video. The second most likely reason for a go around would be for an un- stabilized approach not necessarily not necessarily completely unsafe. But you might have gotten yourself into a situation where you just you know. Weren't at the right speed or the configuration wasn't complete by a certain altitude. And then you just go. You know we're not stabilize. we don't have. We have not met are stabilized approach precede or a criteria and we need to go around I would say those two now as far as go arounds missed approaches and that kind of thing with the instrument procedures know honestly they really don't they don't happen very often and again. That's one of those things where we see that mostly when we're in the simulator. Doing neil got a comment here on the most common reason in american idol thrust out. Ron one okay Neil says motorbikes on the runway that that actually is the number one reason that most rents good point forgot about that one motorcycles on the runway mohammed says Ca- you're talking about the us rules in dubai aircraft landing. While the i haven't vacated yet is allowed by the regulator with terms and conditions terms and conditions terms and conditions apply blood. You said that stuff. Because i had no idea what t. n. c. Me pretty sure. That's what he means. That sounds reasonable to me. Okay yeah again. That's why said it was in the us. I don't know what the rules are around the world anyway. All right well. Thank you jeff for the feedback. And i'm sure that you explained to your daughter that what had happened and i'm sure she was assured by name we love his name. Yes we do. Love your name whether it's real or not if it is real. That's even better we're referring. I would imagine he understands. We're referring to the show reno nine one one. With officer dangle dangle yeah lot of people have said that. I remember that your double. That was my top. I do have a short short. Loves him he's worried. Now folks i'm dangling all right. Let's i think she's actually collapsed. She's she's laughing. Pretty hard okay Let's continue on with some feedback from robert. He sent us some audio feedback and we have some overlays to go along with it. So here we go. Low crew from albany georgia..

"Big news course everybody knows by now probably is last week. The united states. Lifted the ban on the boeing seven. Three seven max. In fact this happened on november twentieth. When the fa issued a d twenty twenty dash twenty four dash to airworthiness directives. The boeing company airplanes. And what that did is that superseded the earlier airworthiness directive twenty eighteen dash twenty three fifty one which applied to all boeing company model. Aoa sensors in order to eight. 'em cass recalling the accident so he's just one angle of attack sensor <hes>. So to a required and you need inputs from both of them. The inputs have to be compared from the two sensors and if they differ significantly than that will disable the speed trim system which includes m cass for the remainder of the flight. So what's what's the definition of differ significantly greater than five point. Five degrees for a specified period of time also only one activation of 'em cass. "Guys have flood control. Yeah. Seems to be very efficient because it doesn't really affect those of us who fly internationally and in. So we'll get delayed when in because of see we're not flexible enough in in different regions as we approached the states but Sunday catchy on in the UK if you speak to Adam Spink than he knows all about speak control gay into somewhere. Like he'd thrown keeps it under control such that it is really well organized as soon as we come off the land, really we given some speak control. And so that we sequenced and nowadays there is much less holiday and a Cosa Europe really is now on the master and major. At traffic control regions, and they do coordinate pretty well. But I'm not a show guy around Europe. So I know how well it works. I just fly over it occasionally. But I think wait we catching on and with future. I navigate systems is any become more more efficient. Yeah. Mentioning for you know, the the number of times that I've held in the last six months or a year is definitely I can count on my hand one hand or less because it used to be very very common for us, especially coming into Atlanta or Chicago or New York. In fact, that's still not uncommon of if we're heading up to the New York airports, and there's a little bit of bad weather up there. Sometimes we end up getting to hold several different spots. What are you up to the camera there, Nick, this is a ho- crossbar wasn't gonna mention it? But I know you'll fall sting. This is the toasted tea cake across spun. So I just thought I'd thank you. Appreciate another problem. His religious connotations with across comes. That's true. Yeah. Very nice Jesse. I'm going to eat Liley. Okay. So do we Steph? Have you been thinking about it even harder about who? That was that Glenn was believe it was Alex. Good. Not that had anything to do. I was in the right? I was I seem to have a knack for nailing down the first letter of people's names and the number of letters in their name on a guy said, Andy, I'm not sure where you came up with Patrick. I think somebody else in earlier piece of feedback referred to somebody, Patrick, maybe maybe not go back and listen, scroll backwards or whatever. All right. Let's see eleven. Okay. We have this from Philip. And he says, hi, ABC crew and listeners hope you're all well, Philip from Switzerland. Checking in in my very first feedback which I'm must have sent in a year ago. I mentioned a flying program offered by the Swiss government called there. S P H A R talents for the sky. It gives with citizens ages eighteen through twenty three the chance to gain their first flying experiences in an intensive two week long. Flying course, the program was created to identify future air, force pilots. But also gives you a clear advantage. If you apply for any pilot training program in Switzerland. I'm now very happy to say that I passed the initial screening tests, and we'll be attending two week. Flying course in August in Greenwich in Lima five Zulu Gulf Sierra, it looks like cut LSI. Yeah. Okay. Go I don't know. Why to me it's looking like a. Five. But it's the font is low. Oh, that's right..

"Wow. Interesting set of circumstances there. Yeah. Quite a Mary miss south not anymore. Yeah. And I was quite surprised the the the consensus they needed to get that amount of slash foam. Inside the field. Pipes didn't require very low temperatures. It was quite a amid range of feel temperatures. But it was mainly due to the very lightweight that crop didn't have many passages on any Congo. And so throughout the front they had a very low power setting. So whereas normally the movement of the fuel would have carried away and the ice forming on the inside of the fuel pipes in this case, it didn't it was just the right second science to allow that build up to slowly increase until it became quite a mass and the Ol- sl- Fullwood at the same time when they're in the descent on on the approach, so yeah, it was an interesting one and I have to. My the friend sick examination that Boeing did to exactly replicate the circumstances the closed. It sat happen see where the i-is fell prove that point. And then basically on. So the question it would have been almost impossible. I think to count how it would have. Otherwise, I think that this whole thing was a subject of one of those accident investigation programs, and I was just acid by as you said the process that the engineers went through and replicating the exact circumstances that they encountered on this flight, and how they, you know, surmised her ended up figuring out what happened here that That was was pretty. pretty amazing. Yeah. I think we're all trying to interest the friend six of this. I'm motoring queries and Olson's. And I I'm I mile the people who have the knowledge to do that kind of. What could no mistake must be very very satisfying for them to when they come to finally come to conclusion. Yeah. Very good, another great plain tail and I suppose that that's the end of our discussion of speed bird thirty eight beaten. Yeah. I think we've beaten that wanted to death. Oh, no someone in the chat rooms asking. If I'm going to do interviews with the crew note, I didn't know the crew. And I think we've covered all that. I have listened to the interviews that the captain gave afterwards. And after put out his book, he has written a book on the subject, and he had a bit of a check a career after that. But having made up with his ad line. Hey did rejoin them, and I think he continue to have a good career with. We'll get here. All right. Thanks again. Nick for putting all that work into that. Yeah. Might my thanks go sky to Adam Spink because without him kicking that subject often. He's fantastic knowledge. And willingness to interview it would have been the nothing story. Yeah. Thank you. All right. Shall we continue with the item for from rent? He says Hello to the crew. Thanks for the terrific program. In conversations that you have I was recently using the Google maps, satellite view and prompted a question that I don't recall hearing, you talk about before have you ever been distracted in your flying by the sunlight reflecting off of solar panels. There solar collector arrays of all different sizes around the country's slush world mounted on buildings and across the countryside. I recently noticed the large field of solar panels out west of the Indianapolis airport, for example, obviously, there are certain conditions that have to be aligned like the holes in this cheese that it could happen. Probably thanks again for all your hard work and the team effort someday. I'll catch you a meet up. I'll certainly be watching for me to information at auch nineteen air venture. I love that place. And I'm so thankful that my father in law introduced me to it in the midnight. Nineties every guards. And this is from Brett fry in Ohio. And so I'm taking a do remember talking about solar panels, and how they can't be a distraction, and so I did a search on the airline pilot guy website. And and I found this from March of twenty fourteen episode one oh nine so this was long before anybody was co hosting with me the except for the one off that Dana did with me and savannah episode ninety but it was still a solo effort. Tony, Tony, Tony excuse me. Tonia I forgot his name. Anyway. So episode one oh nine we talked about this..

"I e the cockpit door today. I've the chance to pack back a little knowledge from my side as German native speaker, I'm from Austria, I've to tell you something's odd with the title of your Lascaux 357 Gooden art is unfortunately, just wrong. I already have to listen to the new episode right now. So I don't know if he referred something special. So I try to put it right with some suggestions. I you could say good afford. No end at the end, which means good ride. But only if you go by car or. This is even funny by hot air balloons, but not for any other aircraft related tr travel aviators are wishing themselves. Just good fluke, which is good flight. Here you do put the end at the end, and the most general acclimation is good horizon, which has good journey, but only if you're a passenger ABC's referred mostly to Gooden fluke, surely use bot of the small difference between good and Gooden. This mysterious n this is one of the most complicated things in German suffixes on words are changing permanently to determine the right sex and used case of substantive in a sentence or substantive and a sentence that Darego I dare to go more detail. Here prevents a lot of headaches anyway for further questions, depending on the crazy German language, please don't hesitate to contact me at anytime. Oh, I've got a question. I've got a question. So if I'm on a symphonic door say a good fought, all good fluke. Okay. Robert get back to us on that play on restate that again, if I'm writing a look Kisan Fouts oik to say good fought all good fluke, and what is aloof case in court, or whatever you decide. It's. Is a kind of made up name for a hovercraft because if you Jevons that will just say hovercraft having stolen the wood from the English darn them. Yeah. They've would. It's not car. It's not a hot air balloon. So we know what happened again just remind everybody my daughters. I I'm thinking, I don't know how she would make up putting the an on something that because she does not speak German things. He was probably looking at the plaque or whatever it was. And I do remember she the picture associated with that was look like a gondola of a balloon. And but I don't know maybe they made a mistake at the museum, but I did change. The title initially published as G U T E N at took the anount because of our expert testimony from Robert in Germany and team on the chat room has. Your answer yet. But he reckons goot fought. So I'd be interested in if Roe, but agree, I always enjoy a good fart. Yeah. Likewise. And he doesn't Bank map with Luke Kisan Fahd's. Like some kinda was probably right with a. And to answer your question. Dana. I don't know where my video is my video camera after I screen shared is decided again not to not to cooperate today. It's been. Yeah. Extra camera. So that when that tends off switch another one now, maybe I'll just you know, it's it's an audio show. Whatever. Yeah. I know everybody would like to see me. But well, you might all f it with the head. So I know I mean, I even went to the barber today. They can't get my haircut for this visa for you. Shame. I know of good quaff. Thanks. See? So when you don't see me face to face, you feel like you can say anything you want on got it. Okay. Let's see why don't we go with a part of the show that we feel compelled to play because we don't wanna hurt captain next feelings trip, which is you know, I'm just joking phantom Spink fair. That's true. Yes, ma'am. I say this one's particularly good. The series that that is true. That is true. It's awesome. Yes. So without further ado, it's without further ado, it's this week's plane tale entitled Adam Spink and speed bird thirty eight part two. The speed of the impact and the descent, right? All I was convinced the very seriously and do that on the Kraft. They all pilots plane town. Adam Spink and speed but three two. So we where ten twenty minutes, pasta incident. "I'm went tip them while they give me exactly one in one half ounce measured. They get exactly the appropriate tip to go along with that. So there is an advantage to it in that is they they earn. What they what they? A giving fire service goes. In. It's all about price. It's comes down to you know, at acme your American United. You're not gonna have ever see that. I don't think because they're fairly compensated. The in-flight staff you get to frontiers, and and Nowy lesions and Ryanair's they pay them, Jack. Say the word. Jet crap. Yeah. Interesting. Little twist on that is that at frontier right now the tips that are received are pooled together and shared equally amongst all members of the flight attendant crew on a given flight. So that kind of takes away the incentive for somebody to go above and beyond. Right. I mean. Sharona? Yeah. That's hoping the way it goes. Because win you'll tipping through machine is no way that you ever know whether the personalized she served you get that money. What's the guarantee that says that will happen it Lovin, go towards the restaurant ONA on a sub to them to decide where it goes because there's no legal system and as for God's tipping on avoiding paying taxes while I understand the restrictions on the resistance. There is to funding. You government hit in an American. I read it I wanna get into that discussion because a semi payments on that on this isn't a a pub cost about taxes. But I think everyone needs to contribute a certain amount towards a country to ensure that it has the ability to do the things that the government needs to do and avoiding that system is self defeating. And if you remember correctly tips. Did the definition of it is to ensure proper service service should be there? What a medically. Very well. Yes. Okay. Well, I think we covered that one pretty well. Thank you, Texas, actually. Well, it's jolly, but he stood the Paul to that. Well, let's see we talked discussed 'bout the auto land. I less protection on believe. It was a Lascaux. Adam Spink are professional air traffic controller manager supervisor wrote in and said just listening to the chat about Islas, protection and auto lands and cat one might be worth saying that the details read out by Dana only apply and the United States. And I thought we were we were kind of clear on that. But maybe not. So that is only the United States. That those details apply he says in Europe and the rest of the world. The Islas critical area is always protected regardless of whether when the islands is being used when category to category..
