It's been a fun couple of days. Celtics are on the board. Finally, to come a little bit into day two to get going. But yeah, I'm excited. It's been an interesting free agency period, and there's, you know, until Kevin Durant gets traded, there's still we can say, I love more to come. So normally I pay all the respect in the world to our guests. And I put my phone off to the side. So for that it opens up a lot of things offensively and then defensively just to have a guy who can provide that kind of Rim protection and that kind of communication we hear from the assistant coaches. Just how much Rob has improved in communication job defensively. And so I do think that, that is a huge thing that is missing for this team right now. Right now on route 20 in Western may be best to avoid that area. If you can again this between Highland Street and old Connecticut path right now, do expect delays in that area that we're watching mid day workers up to the North and Danvers 1 28 South bound. It's that works on after Endicott Street. It's got traffic back to route 62 right now and over and wall family had two vehicles struck by ice off the top of a truck here in that wall, FAM stretch one by Winter Street. I think the other one was by taunting pond. So be careful in that area of fact, Be careful on all area roadways behind any trucks with any snow on top down in Braintree, its route three north bound, You're on the breaks from the Bergen Parkway getting in that lane closure on the ramp to 93 south at the Braintree split. The workforce is the last to go. I think of the people who support all the communities who who's jobs are necessary and everybody's dependent on and that's the type of opportunities that we look for that we invest in and really presented a crowd well. We can't just joined the crowd though and do what everybody else is already doing. So how could we actually create some differentiation within a crowded market like this. There is a lot of opportunity and I've had a pretty unique approach a to differentiation given that I didn't jump in right away. I actually leveraged my background to take the best approach approach in my opinion. I had a unique upbringing. I grew up in a family business which happened to be focused on real estate so I remember growing up sitting around the dinner table with my family I was I'm the youngest and listening to a lot of the conversation happening at the time about real estate much of which I I didn't understand so I would sit there and I'd observe and what I learned through observing and those experiences was the importance of pragmatism and really how important it was to do research before committing to something so it was really through battle. Lens which I really observe the early formation of this industry the real estate crowdfunding industry when everybody else was jumping right in so I noted you know so a lot of platforms were rushing to market and that's because a lot of these platforms were also founded by tech entrepreneurs who didn't necessarily Sir we have as much experience investing in real estate but understood technology and how to reach the consumer so I said while I know speed is important and the right product at the end of the day trump's being the first to market and that has been my position so I went about creating this platform form arbor crowd associated with a professional real estate institution and run by seasoned real estate investors and I like to say that it's product I not technology I so the success of Arbor crowd. Today is pretty clear to me if you're to look back at the progress. Dog Restaurants are launched in two thousand sixteen. We funded a deal to date of properties in excess of total capitalisation of two hundred million dollars two hours and one of our investments has already completed its first investment life cycle which actually outperformed is projected returns by a lot even more so is we have a strong repeat investor threshold and that number is forty percent and I'd venture to guess that it is probably we the highest in the industry and pretty high considering any industry and that really points to you know how happy our customers are and how happy they are in our product so it's a combined experience. I find that were confident. in in our approach and our current success it's really speaks to it and that's really generated from that positive feedback from our from our repeat investor numbers because at the end of the day it takes time to build held a reputation especially when you have the life cycles of these transactions which are pretty long three to five to six seven years even so were consciously trying to be the standard bearer when it comes to professionalizing the real estate industry and were comfortable doing things a little differently so oh oh. I think it's important that we stand out to be recognized for the right reasons and to me. It's not about volume. It's about quality and in an industry were a lot of people are pushing volume because that's what happens in or that's what you need to do. In order to show growth you still have to sit back and remember at the end of the day that quality is very important and it's an and so his patients so my advice is it's. It's okay to be willing to be different and to really advocate for what you think is right and focus on that quality
