Talking Arab-Israeli Peace with Acting Consul General Israel Nitzan
"Israel needs on is a veteran. Israeli. Diplomat who has served in a diverse array of postings from Egypt to the UN to his current role as Israel's acting consul general in New York. There's been a lot of news out of Israel lately and Acting Consul General Nitzan joins us now to help us break it down and to share his country's view Israel. Thank you so much for joining us. Thank you very much. Now we wanted to have. You on this week in particular because Israel has brand new diplomatic ties with the UAE and bunkering and you are one of the relatively few Israeli diplomats who actually already has experience representing Israel in an Arab country what do you think actual practical on the ground peace with the in both rain might look like is it going to be similar to the Israel Egypt relationship that you know up close or is it going to be something totally different? Of. All I. think that it is different. This agreement is an important milestone region undermine stolen today in our Middle East. So we strategically and regionally, it strengthens our actually formalize ties within our relationship with very important regional glares in the Arab. Gulf. Sunni Arab countries who first of all perceived a threat posed by Iran we showed the perception of the threat posed by Iran and we agree also on the ways to address this threats basically I think that in the last few weeks I, think that both Israel and needs Sunni Arab neighbors in the Gulf called on the International. Community to continue in the maximum pressure on Iran. So this is at least from this angle. Secondly, you mentioned Egypt and I think that in many ways yes it is going to be a different kind of beast i. think it seems that is much warmer piece. I think that the key to peace in our region is encouraging more and more people to people engagement, and this is what we've seen in the last few weeks when people from the Gulf on social media, it seems clear that there are thrilled about the relationship very excited, actually encouraging and initiating a dialogue with Israelis This is great and I think that this is the key to any future of peace in our region especially with our neighbors that people people engagement is so key and it's so interesting. I mean Israel has had peace with Jordan for. Twenty Five Years Twenty six years peace with Egypt for even longer there's a little bit of Sinai tourism but like it's not a thing for Israelis to you know drive to Amman for lunch right? Do you think Israelis are going to fly to Dubai? Abu Dhabi. Fly to Montana and kind of explore the Arab, Gulf. I think definitely, yes. Of course, we are in a different reality to covid nineteen but I think that the expectation is already an ongoing dialogue between Israelis and moralities over zoom Israeli universities, research centres startups have already reached out and initiated this very important dialogue with their colleagues into golf. They'll talking about basically using our innovative meaning both Israel and the UAE innovative spirit. You know the the needs of people and I think that this is also one thing that is clear that the idea here in this piece that we prioritize both Israel in the UAE, prioritize the needs. Of their people and this is the first step you know to promote the regional peace no. As we said, there is an ongoing dialogue between the peoples between Israeli civil society between startups between companies in Israel I. think that You you mentioned my experience in Egypt and I think that what? I know from my experience in Egypt, the pieces for our job I need must be nurtured, and in many ways, the key to everything is education especially educating the younger generation basically educating them to accept the other two except the different to accept Israel as a legitimate neighbor. In many ways, I, think that the secret to success of any peace in our region will be found in the media and the textbooks, and basically these two means educating people today first of all in the media forming an encouraging public opinion supportive of peace. And also the textbooks educating the leaders of tomorrow through schools, universities, and basically educating them about accepting the other accepting Israel as a neighbor as A. Member neighbor-. Neighborhood

UFC featherweight champ defends title in split decision
"I Will Fight Island was officially christened tonight for the UFC in Abu. Dhabi there was no baptism to be had in the main event of UFC two fifty one. What's going on everybody? Welcome to the official. You have to fifty one post fight. Show here on, May, finding dot com I'm Mike Heck location this week from Boston Massachusetts visiting the parents this weekend. That is Jose Jose. Main Event Kamara, who's been retains a welterweight title against Whore Mazal. Challenger looked pretty darn good in that first round. I'm pretty surprised that judges gave in that first round, but it was the much fresher champion that was able to sort of chip away at the always game, or hey mazda throughout the fire Ab. Fresher champion but Komo. Zeman was basically been in camps since beginning of this year, despite was like Ben Booked and booked in both supposed to fight earlier this by giving burns, and also muzzle steps in, so yes, he's finally fresher because he he's had the full camp and everything but I think Kamara wasn't one hundred percent in that fight, either considering this long extended, Feick at Ala, similar to twenty Ferguson with all these these these fights falling apart, but Kamara who's been one nonetheless, might not have been the most exciting fight. I saw a couple of tweets complaining about the fight and I really take that. I felt it was a lot of fans that were on this very muzzle hype train. He's on the video game cover on this baptism round the resurrection Super Necessary Punches bef tile, and that they were expecting violence, even mice I myself said fight between WHO's minimize well probably has a higher chance of ending in a violent way, but it did not come out who's been one I had them winning all five rounds the first round I guess. Didn't really matter to me. Who won that? I still come who's been what at least four of the rounds comfortably? The people complain about. The foot stopped the wrestling the headbutts. That stuff will come out. Who's been did what he had to do to win. That's exactly why I thought he would. Take, her might as well because all the time Mazal taking this fight on short notice. Kamara also took this fire. On short notice gets an extra a completely different fighter between Gilbert Burns as well. It's completely rechange leftist camp Had his new trevor wittman is corn for the first time fighting the guy all this bad blood is in the air all the pressures on him, and perform a like we ourselves, said all the pressures on who's Madonna not not a whole lot on Mazal, but at the end of the day. Who's been doing what he had to do? I didn't have a problem with the way fought. Might not have been the most exciting, but if I was going to pick up, predict away whose men would pull this off. This is exactly how I thought he would do it. Yeah, when you get a fight like this and you have a guy as hot as MAS. Bat brings in a lot of the casual fan base. Does your watch? As many events as we watch, and some of the hardcore fans watch everything so most people expected this fight to go exactly that way I thought the first row was going to be the most interesting round, obviously, because of Mazda was going to get it done. He's probably going to have to do it in the first five minutes, and this is the fire. We got like Mara. Who's been defends his title. For the second time. It was another classic who's been like performance and he gets a one-sided win and highly anticipated main event so in the end. We like to talk about the overall letter grade, but it felt like just kind of looking at the time slot when we're all said and done. We're getting ready to hit record here. We're just like man this is this is super late like I feel like the card and the whole night in a weird way. Wet Kinda slow did it not. started off really really quickly. Might just. Like I feel like the first few flew by and all of a sudden I had been watching fights for two and a half three hours and I'm like wow, this fight is cars going quickly I like this pace, and then we the main card and Amanda he boss comes in, and just submits patriots immediately i. wish went exactly as I expected, but then there was decision with Rosen on drugs, and then even Yawn Aldo finish, but it was in the fifth round, so there's still basically fought for twenty five minutes, and then we get twenty five minutes, Vulcanology Holloway and then we get twenty five minutes of in Mazda, also of these we've seen. We saw that graphic on the screen like. All the cards are three title fights, and like we used to fourteen had like Woodley Maya in Jones, a cormet and Cyborg Abinger, and then to seventeen to five those had some bangers like like two to seventeen had three epic fights three like violent, like just three of the craziest finishes you'll see. And then, of course to a five, the CONOR McGregor show, and then to seventeen had the DC Jones trilogy, so I think we're a little maybe. We'll. We'll spoiled on these three. These three title fight cars while we're expecting something like that and I loved all all great fights off spectacular fights, but I think a lot of fans are tuning in to see fight island. In the Mazar strain, all these title-fights might have been. A limited. I could see why they might have been little disappointed. I didn't have a problem with it, but probably was the night Dana White wanted in terms of finishes. Yeah, the main event may have disappointed some people but for. The Sake, this is like the best thing that could have happened for the welterweight division like if you're burns. Edwards these guys are pretty happy right now. Especially Gilbert Burns. One hundred percent I mean we. We set it on count after it was on what the heck or or post eyesore produce. All kind of blend together at this point in the summer, but we. We said if Moslem Dole wins. That's going to be a problem for the US's pockets the welterweight division I mean. We were talking about him fighting the bringing the both belts so that the Conor McGregor. The table and all this. Kamara who's been one and it's? It's a no brainer that Gobert burn gets three matches. Suppose he should've been fighting tonight. before covid nineteen October, nineteen. That's applaud the car, so yeah, for all the way division, and the the the martial art fans of the world that don't like quote unquote. Holding divisions I think that's a good thing, but I. Honestly I love chaos at Moscow had one I. Think I, think it would have been fun time in the world of May. And Mazda all. Let's be clear. We all know this. He was the a side heading into this fight. He's the reason. There was a lot of buzz and a lot of fanfare when you had a guy like game bread in the street that he's on. That's what happens, but a lot of people wanNA know where he goes from here. Because despite losing the fight tonight, he still has a ton of options moving forward. Chaos can still rain in some way Jose. Can you say that again? You cut off quick second. Chaos can rain. For horny Mas at all got about it because he's got so many options moving forward despite the loss tonight. Yeah, I mean Hoy Mazdas. All I'm Kamara. WHO's been himself set like he's GonNa. He's like. He's like he's GonNa. Lose all these like excuses. Bill didn't talk the finance days notice flu costs. The country doesn't have was coach in the gym, covert nineteen this and that so like I. Don't think I of course I think Mazda obviously cooled anytime. You lose. You cool a little bit Conor McGregor and Nadir's, and it's such an insane finish that they run it back, and you have another epic fight like that, but for Mazda all you're obviously going to a little bit but he himself said. Let me, get a couple of wins and they'll run back. I'm sure he want. He would love to five full camp but the Colby College. Is there I? Think that is going to drum up a whole lot of interest I. think people might even be more interested in that fight in the dynamic between those two fires, oarsmen and I think that Kobe Covington already Moslems? Fight does not need a title online. That's just two guys. They hate each other I wanNA break brick on each other's faces. WHO'S MCCANN? Fight Gillard. Leeann, Edwards of course out there, wonder boy thompsons, working his way up Santana, positive I think has covered to so he somewhere out there, so the welterweight division will move, but for now Mazda all. Of course cooled, but he's still I think still the hottest commodity hundred seventy pounds.

Edited by Andr Naffis-Sahely The Heart of a Stranger: An Anthology of Exile Literature
"I'm going to be talking about an extraordinary book. It's called the heart of a stranger. It's an anthology of exile good richer. And you know once upon a time that was an inevitable subject when we were talking about Joseph Conrad who wrote in English when his native language was Polish or about a -demia Nabokov when he was an exiled Russian aristocrat native language Russian road I in German and then in English but here we have an anthology. I think it's one of the most remarkable anthologies I've ever read it takes us from the ancient Greeks up to the present and shown us how much of the world has been living in exile. Odysseus returned to Greece at the end of the Trojan. More is the story of a man going from an island to island exile. Sometimes the exiles in this book are like the Britishers in Africa. They're exiled in Paradise. They are really. What is the expression you found for this Andre Parasites parasites in Paradise Andrei Nafis a? He is the editor of this book. The heart of a stranger. He gathers essays letters diaries poetry from every continent. How many authors are there in this book? Do you think there's one hundred contributors. We're reading not just homer and the Old Testament and the new testament but all the way to Palestinian poetry. This editor is born of an Iranian father and Italian mother he was born in Abu Dhabi and he brings the travels around the world. He's Taunt in England. He's currently teaching classes both oxydental college and Ucla. Now I'm telling you my listeners. This is the book to read if you want to know what is happening in the literary. World Today. Who are the people were talking to us? Who were their predecessors people like Emma Goldman? How did the idea for the San Thaung G Begin Andrei? Well I thank you for having me on the program. It's really quite quite a privilege to be able to talk to you about this. You know the the first question I usually get asked a dealing with. This book is is why now and I think. A lot of people pointed to the fact that this seems to be a particularly good moment to talk about exile. Although of course there's never been a bad moment to talk about exile others sixty five million displaced people that we know of this year two major wars and of course right now. I'm living in Los Angeles which is a home of exiles. We tend to think of the the homeless here in Los Angeles is coming from somewhere else attracted by the Clement California weather but of course a lot of them are Californians. So there's that they mentioned of the book. The other one is personal while it took me roughly around three years to put the book together after I signed the contract. Publishers in reality of really being preparing for it my entire life my father as you mentioned. Israelian he was exiled from Iran in nineteen seventy nine for belonging to a French Communist group. He was forced the Liberals leave the country my grandfathers on both sides where economic `exiles of one kind or another and so. I think there was the intense personal history on the one hand and on the other the need to create a very modest platform for some of the writers that I think need wider exposure. Let's pretend that I have not seen the San Thaung achieve before. What is the literature of exile? I know it has many definitions and that's one of its definitions that it can't be defined of but what is it well. I think it's it's safe to say that. Especially these days. We tend to think of as a by product of civilization so we are continually exposed to headlines The talks about political exiles exhaustive war tax exile governments in exile. But I think it's quite clear to me. That exile is actually engine of civilization. So take the founding myth of the Israelites with an exodus. The reason promised land. The American republic was founded by themselves the European Union likewise the Europe the Italian renaissance fueled by Byzantine exile so the literature of exile. Is I see. It really is a record of the civilizational process because again without exile you cannot have civilization the very first story actually in the book is a a retelling of an ancient Egyptian myth by the fantastic novelist. Keep Foos who one of my favorite authors Name of win win a Nobel Prize. He did thus to date. He is the only middle-eastern Nobel laureate

How Man City Became Banned City
"It's so big. And it's so impressive in in the fact that we're talking about and the fact that you know news stations across the world. If I lied artem you know from Friday night on woods is because I think the size of of city or the clubs are being banned from the Champions League before and Galatasary Turkish slogan AC. Milan Daping Bam this while Icy Milan. This season banned from the Euroleague. I think it's probably the fact that it's Manchester City. And also the factor the other two mentioned we kinda bound for fallen foul of the rules and spending a bit too much but this one. This is more about the seat. This is a club with a long history since eighteen hundred ninety four. This club has been at the very core of a city. That's proud a city. This allowed a city. That's always stood out from the crowd. A club foot all of Manchester. But it hasn't historically been one of the top clubs in England. You know the the sort of long been seen as the second team in Manchester. Yes the modern era. Yeah that's the top half better grow. John did ooh out this. Connor says Hi Drew Danny and Rob I want to thank you guys for getting the NF one for the first time this season I jumped in for SPA and now I'm totally hooked looked to the point that I've been watching most practice sessions. That is you're in deep as we've now sent the twenty nine hundred season off into the Persian Gulf sunset. I was wondering if you guys guys have some favorite races from the last handful of seasons that new fans like myself can watch during the offseason to fill the void also on a side note for drew as a fellow Athenian from the class of twenty seven. I'm pretty sure your vacation of the last few years has made your made. You are most well known alum. So ex-governor Qassem. I've a little list of a few here from me to go through some of them when you guys are having to think I think we all agree three actually on what this year is would be right. Yeah Germany Yeah Hockenheim ring this year. How can I bring this year with with the slip and slide lied was particularly interesting race in a similar vein race? We often talk about which I believe is on F on. TV is the twenty eleven Canadian Grand Prix. It's another race with rain. Red Flags and Perhaps the most dramatic one of the most dramatic final APPs of a a of a of f one ever at was the twenty was a tooth has an ace presenting. Grand Prix was not the ear. Hamilton won his first I championship. I think it was nice. I think you're right with the master thing. Yes that whole race is is is is a real joy to watch A. That's a that's a an another good one and then trying to think about last year maybe the back who had two years in a row. Two thousand seventeen was the great race race. I think two thousand eighteen was the last year when the rebels had their contact. I think there was a bunch of good stuff that one as well but yeah I think it was the twenty seventeen gene Canadian. or as you're Johnny Grand Prix we had which was which was a real romper stumper. Yeah I think those those are great picks. I think I would only only throw in. I think it might be Brazil. Twenty sixteen where it was like verstappen putting on a masterclass rain. Yeah that's that's what it is. I'll I'll double check that and also put these in the show notes in case you're not writing these down. Yeah I don't I also don't know how many of them are on on TV archive..

"And they may have closed those roads. CHP CHP and CAL Trans. We called the like. We found their numbers for each district and we called them and they had no information for us at all. We just kind of had to sit and wait. So you're still in California because you're going up north right. Yeah Yes don California. Wow so how much the holiday spirit was your party. By the time you finally arrived. I tell you what after he got out first of all once we they were. We're digging out cars ahead of us one by one because once we got stuck it snowed a whole bunch and then people who hadn't put chains on couldn't get out and so cal Trans Hang. Hang out cars one at a time. That's why it took so long to get to us but once we were dug out Actually we didn't need it but the cars in front of us were dug out when we left. It felt like the end of the movie argo. When you're on the plane but still in Iranian airspace? You think you're going to get turned around or stopped or something I can we. Can we actually go. It was sort of Stockholm Syndrome. Fee Link Oh my God. He's finally we got going and we went to a diner Aw One of the best meals of my life. Best bathrooms in my life. That's absolutely insane. Yeah it was miserable but the problem it is or the cool thing is in five ten years. That's going to be one of the best Thanksgiving stories. You're going to have for your life like yeah you know and it wasn't. It was was really bad camping trip. Yeah it was. It was hard to sleep not only because it was like sleeping on an airplane but also because it super cold especially your feet. We'll get really cold but we were able to start the car every hour or so. Run it for ten minutes and warm a backup that did burn a lot of fuel though Thankfully we refilled filled before. We got there so I imagine they're probably other people who didn't have that luxury and didn't have we met one lady who went down South for a dentist. I appointment and then was stuck on her way back didn't have anything on her car. Oh my God loaded with Thanksgiving snacks so we were able to share with her. This is have you ever played the long dark. It's good because you're prepared then for have what befell your family. That's absolutely insane. What was the what was the? What was the worst part? What was the most difficult part of the whole thing the back when it was like eleven? PM and we. We realized we were going to stay there. Overnight right the the mental preparation for the awesome Houston suck. This is gonNA suck. Did you sleep well. Because presumably were turning on the car to get warmer at that stage. We're glad to have you here. We lived Speaking of cars endanger. If you're new to this podcast welcome. It's the end of the season. If you're new to Formula One is self though we recommend listening to I are preseason primer episode at the beginning of this year and then at that point. No better time. There isn't it assumes no prior knowledge so if you heard about hey the end of the season maybe a bunch of news stories kicking up about Formula One twenty nineteen done. Maybe we should get into that and when we do we literally not retire this until we do the next. preseason exactly you never know when someone's someone's GonNa find the podcast and just click on the most recent one. This year's primer last twenty nineteen primer is episode fifty nine but we are honestly closer to the next primary than we are to that one so our and the February got the data. That's right yes also. The show was supported entirely by our audience over Patriot dot com slash shift F. One every month including the months that we will be in the off season we released at least one. Bonus podcast and bonus video exclusively exclusively for our patrons covers racing documentaries and films on video games primers rather racing series and a lot of weird stuff so if you want to support the show and get access to all of that it over the Patriots Dot com slash. Shift one. Click the link in the show notes. What's what's been going on over? There Danny are formative primer has been very popular. We've actually got a couple the emails about it today. So we'll touch on a little bit. We've been we nailed that by the way I really enjoy that. Yeah it was it was it was entertaining throughout but it ended up being like an hour and forty minutes. It's good word. Danny that's really feel. Danny I thought you were making a joke about not having an exhaust. Actually when you said Oh that's very good. Yeah we've we'll have phone game history up this month and of course we will have this month's Patriots podcast up. I think it's going to work Christmas Day. We're still trying to figure out exactly what this one will be at. We have for the ones who are going to do. During the off season. An and yeah we think since Twenty Twenty S in an election year the January patron only one. WE'RE GONNA put up for a vote so expect that one and in a couple of weeks to because we're a couple of weeks away from twenty twenty. Would you believe yes today. However we will be discussing the final race of twenty nineteen That which took place in Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi do uh-huh practice wise not going ah metal spun and hit the walt turned nineteen a portent of things to come lost an engine Grosjean and botas collided in which Botas was issued a reprimand for that. But it also destroyed grow John's only new specification floor. which was the wrong? You're kidding cars it it really is. I'll I'll bet those guys cannot wait to get the season by the one of the most worrying things I saw in one of the I think they did. One of those is it always the last race of the season where they do the press conference where all the managers they did a fun one. This time around and I was thinking was Williams Amazon. Were both talking about how their car was kind of of like a steppingstone car. For next year he says well thinking. Oh God please if nothing else please give those four houseboys new some new engines a new wheels next year. Yeah speaking of new engines botas starting at the back of the grid for power unit. Changes got some qualifying notes. Here federal again an unforced spin at the final turn to start his hot lap very embarrassing. I heard somebody say boy. That's like formula four mistake or Romain Grosjean mistake. There's somebody who's a video recently to wind up with grow John's worst mistakes which really was a fun journey through through Through his most notable memories. Maybe yeah greatest hits yeah exactly also Russell in Q.. One out qualifies all five cubits twenty-one for twenty one on the year just like Alonzo End van Doren. Guess how many points got though. That's true Guess who is coming back to Williams also true. I saw some more not not confirmations exactly commits it's a saying that he's a he's targeting team for next year. Oh Cool Hashtag which watcher yeah last bit and I'm so glad to be back. No matter who was in that race was going to be. It was a lemon so like yeah it was it was cool to see him around. I wish you know I think he. He will have enjoyed doing this year than the alternative of never coming back. I you know what I mean. I'd like to. It'd be great to have his thoughts on it but I do feel like you'll probably still enjoyed being part of the of the spectacle of the circus yes. Speaking of drivers who were out token Berg gets into Q.. Three for his final qualifying session in Q.. Three Leclair gets backed up for his final run on and does not make it over the line. Wow echoes of Monza. But this time it's just him Lewis. Hamilton gets his first pole position in nine races. Yeah which I guess you know if nothing else does show you. How competitive this year has been even if it doesn't feel all that competitive especially when you go into the final Rayson everything's been wrapped up? But yeah there's there's been battles there's been a little bit of especially the latter half of the season you know and those those Ferraris sure could qualify. Well here's how this battle will shape up Lewis Hamilton on top followed by Max for stap in bow ties actually qualified second but he gets bumped bumped down of course for that engine penalty the Claire and third and fourth Alex Album and fifth behind him. We Got Land Norris Daniel Ricardo Carlos Sainz Nico Nickel Holcomb Berg and Sergio Perez in tenth place and we have ghastly stroll Caveat Magnusson and Grosjean and Fifteenth Antonio Edgy of Nazi Kimi Raikkonen George Russell Robert cubits and vowed parade protests. Starting from the back of the grid do How how much do you blame Ferrari for when Claire? Yeah I mean I listen to the radio so I don't know how how much they were on his arse but like they should be checking Delta's as for him while he's on his Hala so I don't know I think he's probably I think actually raise fan has an article that sort of breaks down the the play by play of what exactly happened and why he was there. But that's sort of ancillary to me. The team should have put him out earlier. You know and I don't I still don't understand why they cut these things so close is it because they don't want to be first and if you're not I then you you well. I wasn't going to say but if you're not first then you're at the mercy of where everybody else slots in Nah. Nah I is it. Is it a gap thing. I don't know I don't know how I'd yeah. I don't understand why they cut it so close because it is a sport. Let's seconds so she just give yourself a ten second gap there in Q.. Three by default though like that is the other thing is when you really do. The math of fear cars. Pardon is fewer cars. There are but just in terms of your out lap. You're flying lap your cool down into the pets for tires like it's such like Q.. Three is gotta be pretty stressful but yet does feel like Ferrari seem to you. Get these things wrong more than other teams a theme. That comes up in the race as well. I there have been rumblings of changing qualifying. which we've seen before in the Bernie years as frustrating as something like this happening happening is I think I like? I think I like it. Yes I think I want the danger of this to be there. Don't change qualifying is what I'm saying. Yeah Monza was a nightmare for all of the drivers and the most entertaining qualifying has ever been yes. It was hilarious of the top. Six here only vessel is starting on soft tyres instead of everybody else's starting on mediums uh-huh and that's all I've got for pre race anybody else before we take to the start. No all right Danny all right. Let's ash way. We go at the front fronts. Pack all fine reasonable seemed like everyone got a decent stars and the only a little bit of action. We usually get something on that first term without big dirty runoff area and the right Was Gosling who unfortunately locked off and then sort of unfortunately for him was right in front of land stroll who also locked up and went into the side of him goslings front wing badly damage stroll had some damage to wing but also just seemed to damage the underside out of the car. Or the right of the chassis or something and we had a lot of action in terms of overtakes hopping kind of from the latter half of sector actor to Or the the latter one into sector to K- Magpies Hamburg on what would be his final race of the of the season. And maybe ever huckabee would probably just happy to try and get around one lap of the circuit. Considering what happened last year. We ended up on his head at the Clare. Got Past for stopping into second on the on the I I D straight. Let's call it the main sort of back straight for the game and the then we had sort of update on Botas who was up in the sixties. Already by that say gee gobbled up a bunch of places early lops that'll then got passed verstappen and Denver stop and got him back. I didn't see the original overtake there. But I saw him getting back at the end of the straight and then we had. I think it was Narus got past signs but by this stage we're open to sector sector three so there was a lot of those already few laughs. There was a lot of an interesting back and forth and not the same type of back and forth. We see here where it's kind of like you overtaken the straight number one at your peril because of the Diarra straight number two being so close to it and I guess some of that that was because there was a problem with the US right there was yeah lap four we get a message. Drs Disabled due to a technical issue. Robbed robbed you. I saw you posted a news story about this. Do you have any my making that up. No no no. So the the thing that laid out basically is the data server for the circuit crashed and and apparently everything hinges off that server so like all the lights off like a lot of the time lowering I guess and also theoreste detection goes off that I don't know why it is timing and scoring seemed to work fine for like the broadcast. Our data avair never seemed to be interrupted But in terms of like what caused the Serva- crash Yeah I it just sounds like the server failed and then they had to spend twenty minutes bringing it back to life again textile one more than that I think they were playing a specially cool because Michael said something interesting he said. I don't want to think about if we turned to non hadn't worked. I couldn't tell you what was going to happen and that makes me wonder. was.

"Through through maybe You know maybe it's always own fault but through his junior singles Ebay. He is going to have to prove the DOT was wrong. Whereas Policy George came in with those big title? GP Three hundred sixty back to back in the the much better than the Nicholas I don't think Nicholas Fail. Held onto by any of the criticism received because I think he'll take ownership of Ebay and be quite proud of the boys achieved or was as good as some of the doors. But I think He's a he's he's very much a man I think it's worth pointing out because is obviously there's A. There's a lot of. There's a lot of kids in these genes Anglesey Grayson Nicholas is always someone who seems to elevate himself a Gravitas that he has in the product when he when he walks around and when he speaks to people very he's very well respected and very highly so upset. I think he'll bring all as a package to to form in Washington You know I think initially the Probably won't be there and it may take him a little bit of time to get up to speed but I think he's shown he's got some of the characteristics needed needed for him to to catch up and reduce that Gupta Georgia over the course of the season. Well we'll be guaranteed always. He's going to be the best rookie of next season. Only because he's the only one but it will be interesting interesting to see how he gets on the page. I've attack see things one. You have to judge drive by what they do. Know how. They got plenty drivable money before and two with the Super License old style. The what what would normally batch does the pay drivers people with absolutely useless eve as you know there have been people go into formula two one. He's never even close to the kind of things he's achieved in formula too. I let's let's be fair. He may not be in the top bracket of stellar genie career. But he's these non idiot. Thanks very much Japanese and also to j box leg for your insight on by simplicity and the Abbey Grand Prix de checkouts dot com loads fool out.

"Ways to look at this. But he was he was definitely chucked into After he very early back in two thousand Twelve Anne bounced around. I'm sure he's the only driver Tova Finish eleventh in in the Porsche. Carrera Cup Great Britain Championship ashore but Yeah he's he's bounced around a lot and opened down singles career for sure formula. Three point five let's it's a two after GP to And and really two thousand eighteen was supposed to be the ED Nicholas Latifi emerged onto onto the scene promptly and with the new after you especially equalize the field there was a lot of rockies. Point your remember Georgia so Alex Albany in London Rolpa Fat Rookie Crop London. Donna race in in two thousand seventeen. GP TO BE COMEDY. Carl L. knows him Having a lot of experience but Nicholas was really supposed to hit the ground running. Not Yeah it was really after eight four with Charles the second half of two thousand seventeen eighteen in GP to and and really taking the fight to him and only Roland in that second. Half of the year and Dutch armies never emerged He was ill in the in. The preseason testimony missed the first test and wants he came back he felt like he was chasing the new call completely completely different to his drive in style in in the Collagen fail anything like the dumbs driven in the previous year in GP and he you went we always on a rabbit. Warren of setup changes that took him in the complete wrong direction. All is happening while Alex album was scoring three consecutive polls From the second race of the season woods and really taken Pfizer to George Russell in London noise in early season so Nicholas really struggled with illness and then and then the missing time the loss free test so that was that was supposed to be his year and it didn't. It didn't go that way. It took till Hungary really for them to undo all the bouts of changes. They'd made an Nicholas. The safety If you've seen we've feature on all export dot com unfortunate is written by me but if you take the time to work through it You know explains that that season in great depth and it was hungry when they When they got together but it also it also shows a a great willingness to look inside himself and dictate to to realize is is made mistakes and he's very honest about in the future if you if you read the quote some Very honorable set of quotes. I would say you know these first presents out to take a long look in the mirror to actually actually realize that it was my fault. We know what was going on there so Twenty nineteen spend much better but still walking a pole position. That's the one thing that you know. Therefore funders of commendable will notice on receive. Eighty is not an orgy. PT Position which is obviously a big deal but East Windsor she took the fights. Nicholas the reason. I think I genuinely think he's been looking at times as we've seen a couple of incidents where he should have scored better results through no fault of his own Definitely Monica it was a big one way or the The flag was applied incorrectly and Nick degreasers leading the race at the time was not then. It didn't have to pay again in that race. Despite the fact that you I should have done further regulations because of the red flag allowed to change tires under the red flags at about SUV made is mandatory tired change later on in the race and they. They didn't have to do that and also also the the drivers further back. We're not giving back which they also should have been so from about eight thousands. I think it was the whole field was lockdown and Nicholas was one of those drivers and he. He fought very hard onto at that race. He was taken out by teammate. In the rebel rink So set camera. He also had a a very Controversial incident move with Guangzhou What's Monster? As well aware he was he came off the western and not bow as well so probably three or four races of the ruined is weak and just just the backbone if you went back into more detail you bill to to find out more. So he's not fighting for the championship this weekend. And trump was replica weekend. Daly by by Nick Debris I think Nicholas feel very hard by having seen Nick Theresa's performances in Abu. But W this weekend. They just can't monetize economic model officer if it had been a final weekend decided I think Nicholas. Let's if he would have had a good chance of winning championships this weekend but it's just not worked out for him. What we can expect is what we've learned from his union singles ECOWAS? He's very willing to take a long look himself to work on his own. Drive in to listen to advice ace to accept when he's not got it right and to go back on that all key traits. I think for you know we've seen drivers come in to form a woman not have those traits Be Very restrict about how they want the cost. That's up and not be willing to make changes and realize that they're the problem and that kind of drivers who you don't last long phone so I think judging by the fact that Williams allies let's be at the back of the field again. I I think he's acceptable choice for them to take you know. We don't know the INS and outs that L.. But we're all human that brings him some push it through his valley. Extensive family family businesses is. That's been involved with longtime opposition. McLaren were purchase law share on around Monaco. Time last year so You know he's very interested in Formula One and ease always in the potty Atlanta Pushing Nicholas to to today better and not in a in a porsche cartoon dot kind of way. But you know very supportive kind of always have a presence in the product and always co presents Tautou about Nicklaus's performance as well and you can see where am would look from. You know there's no there's no shame looking at yourself and say I've made a mistake this round all we've made a mistake over the last couple of months so yeah I think I think good job. Williams obviously with people like Nicole combat on the market. You Know Williams have made a big coal to go with Nicholas despite the father is single. Is You know not spotless. As some of the people learn a lot from Georgia I think you know Georgia's year to establish himself in full now has proven that. He's a very talented driver I think Nicholas will have a lot to learn. And The Times where he doesn't impress any makes mistakes and you may be isn't on Georgia's pace but I think he showed in his journey single career as we talked about the East cots ability to to really book look at data analyze workers engineers and you know definitely acknowledged you know. When he's made a mistake he'll it'll be the first one to try to? He does strike me as one of those droves. He's never really caught the all you with this kind of stellar underlying ability lights like you say that work ethics been important. I Know Williams have been quite impressed with his attitude the way he's asked today Robson. Basically principal engineer thinks his job title and he was signed the whenever Nicholas is on a Friday always kind of lets. The garage obeys. Go a good approach and I think he's going to be the second Dr George Russell next year I think I don't think he's quite in that class from what I've seen he does lit- lie. Someone who can just work through. Things will be quite useful additions to the team and he may not be someone who's jaw-dropping laptop so that kind of thing but I can say in putting together decent rights performances learning from mistakes as you as you said obviously it's a financially motivated decision. There's no doubt by the number I've heard is in the vicinity of maybe fifteen million euros For the year which is designed basically as well commit suicide was bring joy. Says there's no shame in that what's whatsoever so he's not kind of Norris Norris Russell Alban Types Helen but one of those interesting ones. Sometimes you see drivers like that. Do get progressively better the more complicated implicated the job become. Shall we say we've seen come through with the perfect junior single seater. Save a lot stuff over northern. It's not worked for them. It's not A it's not golden cave conforming. One for the next twenty years is part of a much bigger package and I've seen some comments on social media and and some actions it to the feature we wrote and and people you know say Nicholas Pedroia and he's boy is see he doesn't to be there and all that kind of stuff you know. I think I understand is Is Unique single. CBS and probably what you've come to expect from people committee chairman one but For me all the signs that he's got the ability to to improve even I don't think You know it's obviously difficult to to compare jounieh. Are you single. Say it creates how he's GonNa React. As you quite rightly said he's very good at working with engineers We've already talked about how he's good at work on himself and he understands astounds data and is a very intelligent driver and the one thing we didn't mention there really is is race craft as well which is Something old same good info. We want I think because he's very He's not he's not perfect in January squash. Don't get your own book for Someone Who's not schooled Paul Position and he scored six wins in the championship but not shows that he can come for the failed. I've seen him many times for the season. Qualify around sixth seventh eighth and work his way forward to score podiums. He's very very good in a race and I think the Dan the criticism I think I have of his is race Fisher. Toll was incident with. We've gone you Joe. I mentioned earlier. That was split-second decision that you had to make their and I think he should have failed to the runoff quicker. Could then he then he did. I think that that was all that was on jobs fall. In in my opinion you know the opportunity to get out of the way of that one I think and he left the call that almost in you know trying to hold his ground and and I think if you went back to change that but that was a split-second decision. He didn't know what the other driver was doing. And I think it's hard to criticize him for that but yeah for the for the rest of the season in the rice crop spin been ready to good and I think not you know that should help make up for some of the. "Could be reduced in the short term. Furthermore it's difficult to power larger vehicles such as trucks and aircraft with electric powertrains. So it's still worth focusing on the icy it's fuels quote however what we cannot do is carry on digging those out of the Ground Continues Simmons. We're going to have to somehow synthesize them. And that's what we want forming the one to explore and hopefully to lead so completely synthetic combustion based fuel is the goal. Apparently have basically where would you. Where would you get these thanks? You doesn't matter like it's not the fuel like it's okay if we pulled oil from the ground and the emissions weren't the issue with the emissions. It's the burning running it like it's not that it's it's not that it's oil from ground that's bad and it has all these other chemicals in it. It is that the process of using an internal combustion engine region to burn a fuel creates a mission that like drives global warming and greenhouse gases and the rap on bio fuels. Is that it really like with a lot of things. A lot of it depends on where you're sourcing thing at from like for instance Like the history of synthetic fuels goes back basically to World War Two Germany right as the sort of cut off from oil and and they start developing synthetics to power increasingly power Their fleet of military vehicles and I think their first synthetic fuels came came from like potatoes. I WANNA say like there was a famine in late war Germany in part because so much of their food crops got diverted into like synthetics attics to a big part of the Irish Dasa as well because we were just doing too many open wheel races during that period of time. A great tragedy The Irish just felt that need for speed Well we got Eddie Irvine out of its on all worked out you know but the is so that was kind of a model that was encouraged as well for like what if we could create whatever you take Arable farmland and turn that into a source for fuel fuel as oil becomes more scarce in bracingly oil scarcity is not the issue that is not the concern. The concern is the emissions where you can get some savings is we are in an era of What I've heard some of the oil industry call like dirty oil? The idea of like fifty sixty years ago so you think a while and you got the beverly hillbillies gusher right and it was just like Oh shit like oil out of the ground. Danielle plain view right and now increasingly. You hear things like Tar Sands and such we're like really inefficient or hard to access sources of oil that do create a lot of energy Overhead and create a lot of environmental impact. Just to get the oil out. biofuel does solve for some of that but then it still has to hit an engine and still get burned and as I understand it and I was just reading a little bit about this as the topic. Ah came up. But it doesn't sound like biofuel really solves the emissions problem And me in a piece the guardian from two thousand seventeen Where you know? A survey of different biofuel sources. A lot of them were worse than oil. Oh Oh wow like and this is two thousand seventeen. Obviously they dea is that to me is going to continue improving. But I don't think that bio-fuel actually solves the problem we're facing of can be interesting too sick Formula One on that. Try to solve it. But I think you're right rob the point out that that doesn't seem like the precise problem that they are aiming to solve. No I mean think about like where have you seen the most aggressive bio-fuel live fuel advertising. Who's WHO's marketing idea? bio-fuel crisis PAT petrochemical companies right. Yeah it's people looking down the barrel of inevitable notable environmental regulation and trying to figure out how you can create the smokeless cigarette basically of the oil L. Industry So I don't know this is a pretty disappointing initiative. 'cause I like I understand that I understand there are some things that internal combustion engines are really good at the they're kind of ideal for I understand maybe you know. F One is not quite ready ready to go purely electric but this notion that biofuel is some sort of like out there we go solve that problem just doesn't and not to be online about it but my reaction to this is very much like this ain't it but like I think would be kidding ourselves if we didn't think that this entire initiative wasn't mostly about the optics rice the and and the word biofuel in and of itself is an entirely entirely like that's a marketing like word bio when you get right down to it so a lot of this stuff it doesn't hold up to that it doesn't hold up to scrutineer right like when you get right down to it in the same way as well if you talk about Tesla's and you're like yeah. It's wonderful electric cars getting powered it off the same grid that everything else is you know you try and hope maybe that these things are a means to an end or like a step towards a brighter future but yeah yeah you're totally right. It's it's it's kind of to me at least this whole part of us. I if if they were doing this you know this is what is going to be in ten years time and and they didn't have something that was bending. The knee somewhat to environmentalists that and they'd be called out on it. It's just side. I guess that the reality of this is what we need to fix. These problems are such massive institutional changes to the way in which we create energy the like even if one can't get ahead of that right what what are we going on like. What's the alternative? Solar cars get rid of the Abu Dhabi race. Then there's a missing the opportunity here though and this is what frustrates me. That feels like Formula One looked at the situation and they're like well. How can we partner with the Petro? Yesterday where where what I think could be an opportunity for Formula One and like this is sort of the stuff that George Russell was like pointing at right is that the opportunity is actually in reimagining. How complicated logistical chains that span? The Globe can be reimagined to have a low lower over lower overhead ahead of emissions to make it less energy and emissions intensive to do things like send bespoke parts and You know cars around the world and I don't know what that looks like I don't know if it means like Formula One gets super into advanced principles or something so that there's Pappas abilities ladies around the world and basically not shipping cars. You're you're shipping files I don't know like what that looks like but I think there's an opportunity there of okay. You can still have Formula One something like Formula One which is not just like the pinnacle of Motorsport also kind of the pinnacle of the globalized era. We've all been living in and the interconnected economies and manufacturing and resources. That have started to find this era. How do we keep? What is good about this Madera County? We've come to know while reducing thing instead stating environmental impact. I think Formula One could lead in some of that stuff because the thing that people are often frightened of giving up is like or has to give up in the wealthiest parts of the developed world are the really high end luxury. And there's has nothing more like luxurious or consumptive than than Formula One. But this notion that you can you could maybe reimagined the sport retain its identity and retain. What's cool and ridiculous about it but also make it less? Harmful is intriguing to me. What's far less intriguing? Is this idea of gesturing vaguely like an algae pool and being like someday our cars will run on that. I guess see. It's green. Yeah Yeah Yeah well said speaking of clearing the air very wealthy This on what he saves he saves. He saves the best till the end of the season. The this'll coming from Reuters this one. Just basically Ferrari a clearing the air in relation to that Haphazard Collisions always shall we say between Seattle and Charlotte Clare at team. Bus Before we talk. That's about it. Let's get the Dwyer opinion on it. We we missed you last week. Yeah I mean yeah what an awful race to I was literally getting on a plane like an hour after the race or I've after before you were quite in the pot guys thank you God. Can I just do the podcast while in the airport. Maybe it was. It was such a fun race and I mean look I think. Battle the battles sort of we've seen the tapes from previous races again. He he tried to give himself a little bit more space so he wasn't in such a disadvantageous position. Making that left at the end of destroys and obviously the Claire wasn't moving and so like I don't know it's like one of those times where somebody nobody hits. Maximum Max Acts Weird and then people tend to give Max a little bit more elbow room. You know what I mean or I've obviously Charlotte is not. It just didn't doing Josh is not interested in in in keeping where he was he had enough space. You could've stayed there. It's this it's similar to the Hamilton album thing. Where like Louis? There was a gap. There should Louis in an album closed at haphazardly but also was Louis going to make any kind of committed to laze. It was just what both of them were just kind of messy crashes. I think appleton was more at fault for the Albion one in a way obviously. He ended up getting penalties so just saw sought that way too but for the Ferrari one I think it was just it was unfortunate for both of them. I think if anyone was to blame it was vital bus also how to blame was he. He he didn't really crush into him. That bad and the resulting damage to both cars was probably more than you would normally see and that type of incident so yeah and and I guess maybe Ferrari just want to sweep it under the rug as quick as possible. I think for that reason nobody really comes. Editors when looking good the team don't Fateh look a bit Amateurish Church doing us and the Claire. It's as if he can you know say he was completely innocent. Either he held line. And sometimes when you hold your line people headed to you right. So that's kind of part of it and As for Ferrari themselves team have an auto said after the race at interlagos there would be a review with the drivers at the factory to go through what went on on how to prevent any recurrence this quote from the story since last Sunday Muttiah and the drivers have spoken every day as they would normally do anyway so there was no official summit nor videoconference. Afri- Ferrari spokeswoman said. They know that silly mistakes are still silly. Mistakes what happened. Today is shame for the team but not of said at the time So they're saying that the Arizona fully cleared and they're focusing on Abu Dhabi. I think a large part of this as well as the fact that ultimately it didn't really matter Ferrari are basically secure in the the second place in the constructors championships. Probably didn't help the squabble between the two drivers bus both of them lost all their points. So I think the best thing they can canoeist just look towards the the.

He's having a lot of banking as nick. Heidfeld would say in fact. There's going to be one of the first corner. I think the last final corner rather it's going to be banked at eighteen degrees which is twice as much as India's bank which which is Pretty Bitar. Do you want to be the bank. Trivia plays which form of the pack actually that vein formula. One driver a apostle life Banco was crucial Swiss Bank. Hey Hey. He Races K.. For Bank doesn't he. He's all right for Bangkok off. The difference in eighteen degrees for example depends on how why the track. He's I guess. But whatever with the tracking of this corner it's four and a half May. He does high on the outside the inside. So that's that's toll. That's that's a lot. It's a lot of banking I is that just run. That trump is gonNA cut. No no I made that. It's higher so if you're on the inside of the circuit to see the outside it's four and a half made is up in the air. That's how it'd be we'd ever tight is what I mean. I don't no no because I've obviously well. I've never been anything but I also haven't raced on banging by virtue of that fact but he's in the. I think the idea here. Is that because of the banking you can go. You could be able to go side by side. Maybe because you don't have to slow down as much on a banked why mayor that's how American novels. It's just tuning in. But that's gone from with sick designed for we should they should have been should have just been infected. They should bank it so much because it just on the former cock and rice upside and because of the dentals they just try not race on the sides in a bowl where they don't on the ground not why they could right side by side the whole time you say that Red Bull Zero gravity thing. I fast forward through. It could a bit bit preamble that I didn't want it was good. Yeah let's do that. I've always said so you're telling me they've done a pitstop zero gravity yet. Mailbox needs to come. Has it ever happened but yes. It is surprising that they've never actually just one of those things. I guess it probably would happen. But I don't trust it and we're not GONNA do it. I'd love to say I'd also love to say go wrong. It'd be for the COP during the car upside. Dan Tin Maintenance do that still cabs they also they also join us to the third loss corner. Big It's going to be banked less only nine and degrees which is the same as Indianapolis so they reckon that'll mean cars can go side by side which will be interesting because we don't have anymore if it seems the incident vibe anymore banked corners really certainly nothing to this scale. Yeah we haven't designing intentionally Turkey. Turkey tonight is that bank and was that banks could be a corner in Malaysia. With a banked opposite off Campbell what they call that Jenner Jenner era generation and we lost the right so obviously didn't work out cracked a hungry. You may lifts so something to look forward. Maybe in England following up from the Brazilian Grand Prix. You'RE GONNA have that into with rory crashing. That was pretty good. I kind of did we say last week. Oh is this someone else say that. Conversely an important event because the teammates have Ferrari crashed in a run for a long time. When was the last time Ferrari drivers hit each other? I don't I know the answer if you're thinking of it so I don't know surely financial in Massa or today rocket mass shirley that's happened in fact I don't know I don't know must have it sometime but it's this added level of of intrigue because Ferrari has never a hat or not neighbor but almost never has a second driver that would ever day to assume they can overtake the driver tickets. You macadear Callo Massar and Alonzo driver in exactly so so. This is already quite significant for variety. Because they've never really had to or if someone doesn't win they didn't play tells they've never had to deal with the drive with two drivers who both think quick. I mean I'm sure all of knew that they weren't allowed to do that. Kind of soundtrack so these are interesting but they've had these clear. The air talks Ferrari stresses that they not unusual meetings. It was just a regular a Gila sheduled meeting just because it was in a padded room. Didn't mean it was not shedule to be there and they say everything's all goods can be good for these rights but there was a report on the BBC. ABC said the John Elkin. The chairman was angry about the crash because obviously to Ferrari drivers crash. So I mean not. We're running about one rice lift so it's not a great test of how well this is GonNa work but next year presumably championship contending. That will go down at some point and that will be genuinely a new you'd level of Ferrari management required because they've never had to contest rich average with truly drivers. Like this I mean just because I think a lot of people the questioning with a table saying that it will be Leclerc. Twenty twenty one championship. Sr Twenty Twenty Championship campaign. Does mean they don't have enough people to fill their planes. Maybe. But at least it's a good idea for consumers for passengers I found that's since we are with that. How was your experience of Abu Dhabi another done? Man. I was expecting. I don't know what I was. I think I was expecting to buy or Doha I stepped off the plane, and I was like this. It is crappy. It is. It is super narrow tired old and dang parts. Yeah. I was I was shocked qualifying because I honestly I can't wait to go to zero. I'm sure it's going to be super futuristic and massive incredible. Like. Had loud need to make sure I get plenty ties. It was all crappy. I was really really surprised it is it is. And you can understand why I keep saying because you can see the new terminal with sits there they need to open it because this airport completely earn matches the experience of Eddie hod, which is really good. And then you arrive there you like what is going on? Here are the an airport from the eighties forgot to close or something. It's just like very very strange. It's a positive thing about it is that even though it's crammed with people, and because all the corridors super narrow keep like elbowing, everyone that you try to find a way that doesn't make sense. Even with that admitted still pretty fast to do a short connection. So it's not bad in the layout. Because you can't find your way you were departing in lending. So it's a different in Tillerson the second, but as a layover airport if you have an hour connection, it's more than feasible. Because this is not that big. And even though there's a lot of people you'll be fine. So at least I will give it that. Yes. Some other. So how was your arrival and be parting situation. I mean, it was fine. I had one of the fast track immigration passes that they give business class and first class passengers I don't know if they do it on every airline, but certainly anti had they did. And I'm very glad they did. Did you have to negate with a person I had to go through a person there were two desks and the regular non-priority or premium mortar? You wanna call it line was long and moving very slowly. So I'm glad I did and the immigration people were very friendly. Are remember I said what I did my stopover on the way back from Australia. And I went to see the Lou the are super friendly because sometimes into by by their they have they're very fierce. But I always joking with the guys Dubai too. But yeah, they virtually went in and I had someone to meeting me. And I was actually also surprised how far out the airport is from redoubled self, and I had a very cool time in Dahbi again. It was not what I was expecting as a as a place either. It was much more. Sedate but not in a negative way. Compared to I like it. I got to go to the to the qualifying for the grand prix, which was fun. My god. Some so got to see the. Aerial display team who were phenomenal really close as well. And then did a fly by with aids radio, which was kind of cool all the stuff that would never happen. Never in many countries. You're regulation. You have like a three eighty over your head year. Right. None of that was gonna happen. So yeah, it was good. And then going back like I said, I got there really early because I wanted to explore the airport, and what is. And really take advantage of that. So they aren't good at you have got dedicated business class and first class check in desks and priority security, so that was all that was very easy and fast, you're out in the crappy airport. It's true that when you say that. Yeah. You actually write your rive in the experience is very first class e you belt into the airport, and he goes back to the what's going on here. The the lounge you've experienced allowance to business class. It's not great. It's okay. It's almost I don't know if you agree with me almost feels like they know they have the new terminal so the not gonna invest a lot because. The other one still is. The is not that great either..

"Do you do? What do you say to someone? If you only had a few minutes to take something what would it be? Think about it as you walk through your house today, maybe even make your own Meshiah bag because God willing is coming. There's ever a chance fix all these problems that we were experiencing in our world. Maybe that's the answer. But what are you putting your back? Take a look around. Start thinking about that. I'll tell you another inspiring thing that I saw this. I love everyone knows how much I love Israel, nothing greater than Israel and this past week Israel. Israel was an Abu Dhabi and Israel, the state of Israel won gold in judo competition. That's right last week. Israeli judo starts Sigy Mookie Sagis nicest Rayleigh made history as he stood on the winner's podium at the Abu Dhabi grand prix with his Goldman flashing lights. Best part was as the Israeli national anthem was being played, ladies and gentlemen. That was the first time these Rayleigh national anthem was being played in an Arab country. An Arab country that officially does not recognize the state of Israel's right to exist. I want to tell you something that's e- told. H. In a interview something so special when they asked him what was it like what was it like to compete in? Abu Dhabi wanna know what he said he says it was so special what an incredible opportunity because when he won the bronze medal in the same competition three years ago in two thousand fifteen they refused to let him compete under the Israeli flag. Instead he had to wear International Judo Federation kit. This was the first time he was able to compete under these rarely flag. And as a result he felt a huge lift of motivation completely motivated. Unfortunately, because of the politics that some of these countries have with Israel, the fact that many of them don't recognize Israel. You know, even even Israel's right to exist. He loves to compete for Israel. He loves to fight for his country. When asked did he feel the weight of the world on his shoulders or the Jewish world? And the answer was of course on the road to the final. He had won all his fights. By what they call a judo knockout move. The phone, but in the final he was definitely much more cautious. You felt so focused. He didn't rush, and he waited for extra time for they call the golden time were single move can win the match when.

"We had hall of Famer Lita go out and announced the rebranding of the divas division to the women's division. She unveiled a new championship belt that was more akin to the men's but still very feminine and announce that are women would now be called superstars same as the men. And since that time are women have been more regularly, headlining and main eventing, our paper views and live events, we signed rowdy, Ronda Rousey, you know, one of the world's greatest athletes, male or female, we've heard her. Yeah. And and this past December in Abu Dhabi for the first time ever our women were allowed to compete and during their match. It was a women's championship match with Sasha banks and Alexa, bliss a champ broke out in the arena, men and women chanting. This is hope in Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi. This is hope and there were tears in the eyes of little girls in the front row. And that's what this women's evolution is all about. That's how meaningful it is for us to now have this event. This Sunday at Nassau Coliseum. It is a true. Evolution in our business, and hopefully Representative of change in the world. So triple h from the guy's perspective in the organization how what's the buzz like what is it all positive? It's an all just yes, yes. Yeah. They love it. I think you know, as time we're changing just prior to a Steph talked about the hashtag coming out of give divas a chance. We'd kind of seen that shift coming as you saw it in the world little bits and pieces of things coming and we started to train the women differently down in Florida and our performance center and different levels of athletes. You're coming in and policy himself short. I mean, he really pushed for this change. He started recruiting elite athletes all over the world, male and female. He started training are women the same as men and giving them the same opportunities to cut you off. Should should hire. Her. You should send him an invoice. That's that's later. But show I think for the guys it really as that opportunity if they hadn't seen it already as that opportunity presented itself to the women, and they kept knocking it out of the park every single time. You started to see guys. But to me, the true shift is when guys start to watch the women's matches going like, oh, man, I guess dip game. Yeah. And you clearly saw that shift starting to happen. I watched main event guys sit at an takeovers, which are pay per view at the time for our inex- brand, sit and watch a women's match go down to the main event knowing that they had to work the next day at summer slam and come in the back like, oh, my I'm going to be up all night trying to figure this out because he saw the shift happening within organizations without a doubt. I think that's where it is. Now is there's no with most of the male. There's no difference. They're not looking at going to Got match. a match, and then we're up after that or something just looking at it everything on the card doesn't matter. Male female doesn't matter. It's all it's all a big family and everybody works together Debbie being team. But there's competitiveness of who's going to have the match of the night. And all that..
