If you do this for out your life, cool, if you make these habits of doing solving complex problems that it takes you up that mountain, but you're still going to go down the same slope is everybody else, you just a higher point. Okay. So so basically what you do decline. It won't be as as steep or it will be steep. If you've started higher. We found no differences between the slope of decried between those that engaged in those that didn't engage so your rate of decline, it will remain unchanged because of your intellectual endeavor, but you start from a high point. So it depends on how you view losing it. If losing it means, you are not able to do something that you used to be able to do then they the thoughts of endeavors don't affect. But if losing it means, you folding, some cognitive fresh you're deemed to be impaired. Or let's say demented. It will protect you. So does this mean, you're you don't? Okay. So you spent a lifetime in intellectual work something that involves thinking constantly and challenging a lot of different theories versus someone who has done more physical labor that not physical labor doesn't thinking. Yeah. The person does the person that's that spent a life challenge himself. Intellectually will have more reserve the technical term will be this is his pacifism. So we'll take this further up that mountain. So so what what would you suggest them for people cross the border to make sure they're starting higher when they do start to decline? Should restarting these intellectual endeavors early as possible when life you should develop these these habits of proper solving, and if you like difficult crosswords and Sedukh copay mentioned quite often in the press. But it doesn't just mean that means all sorts of all of of the garage of complex problems solving one of the sausage dietary indicates the to do with a noble taste with a variety of new program solving that may be important new meaning stuff that you haven't constantly done things that are combatant previously done.
