"Look, the packers end up pulling this one out in overtime. This is what was kind of cool. Especially if you're a packers fan and your team is one, you've just been kind of waiting for like a month now for this team to get some kind of break. Some kind of one, get a couple bounces, and two, just some sort of breakthrough performance. You got that from Christian Watson. You got that from a couple of turnovers on sort of miscommunications among dak Prescott and intended receivers. And you end up eating a really good team. Yeah. I thought when that ball was in the air, the first deep ball to Christian Christian Watson. I thought this is the season right here. Really? And you know, if they come down with this thing, if he scores, I think this team finally gets some juice and here we go. And that ended up being the case to the point where when he scored his third touchdown, there were like three guys open on that play and there were two people on Christian Watson. So, you know, if this is where we're at now, where you're starting to draw some double teams, Al lazard can kind of go back to doing Alma's art stuff. You're cooking with gasoline here, I think. Yep. And Watson almost had another long one. You know, the throws are there for Aaron Rodgers. Lazard, the long RPO catch and run in overtime. That's what Allen was our does. Just encouraging stuff. It's still going to be a struggle. There's still, I think it's a year away from any sort of like true breakthrough, but you just got some answers in this game. And like I said, you just got a couple of breaks along the way. Last week in Detroit, that's a game they're probably in most scenarios leading 17 nothing. Instead of having it scoreless midway through the second quarter, you just get a couple of weird turnovers and that's the way it goes. But encouraging stuff and stylistically a ton of ton of stuff on the ground, that's what they're going to be. They're not going to be airing it out. It's not going to be Aaron thrown for 400 yards. It's going to be sort of a patchwork passing game and hopefully a foundational run game here. Yeah, Aaron Jones, I thought, a little bit of a bounce back performance. And I think the packers are going to kind of, whatever's going on with AJ Dylan, I think, and that I think is a big part of the story. I think that they're just, it's got to be a hot hand approach at this point. It's like, whoever's going to come in there and just start smashing people is who's going to get the ball and we really don't care anymore. I think they probably like the idea of AJ Dylan a lot more and what he represented.

"Relatively easy for me. I just let's see. That is such a reach on the ADP, but I mean, in my rankings, and I don't even disagree. I don't want to go for Tyler Lockett. I definitely want to go wide receiver here. I already got my third QB. I want to go wider receiver. I don't want to go Tyler Lockett. Michael Gallup makes some sense, but he's going to be injured and this is still one of the starting players for our roster. So yeah. I'm not going cordell Patterson. Like I said, I'm not going running back. So if you go down the list, the next guys are David bell, Alec pierce, what about a guy? Robert Woods as a bounce back candidate. Yeah, that would be fine, but this late in the draft. I'm shooting for upside. And I think, I mean, it's not that late in the draft, but this is a starting guy, and I think that if one of these guys has big time touchdown potential and who knows, I mean, he might get the yards too. I'm just going to take the take the guy. Ellen lazard. It's not sexy. It doesn't feel great. But Rogers right now. Yeah, Rogers has to throw it to somebody out there. And we know Sammy Watkins is going to be good week one. And after that, he's probably going to get hurt or if he even makes a team. There's some talk. I think I saw an ESPN article that said, he's in jeopardy, not even making the team potentially. So yeah. I know Randall Cobb's going to be there. They got the draft of Christian Watson in a second. Vacated targets often go to the running backs. So Aaron Jones is looking pretty good to get some targets there. But Al mazar is proven with Rogers that he can score some touchdown. It feels like the rams last year were a quarterback away, and they got a really good quarterback and now a great edge rusher to go along with it. I'd be shocked if they're not playing in the NFC championship at least. At three I got the Cardinals. I still don't know how to feel about them. I don't love them, but I don't know, they've had a lot of really good games. And they were in position to win last week, but could not get it done. So I got them at three. I'd probably got the bills. They let dolphins hang around a little bit. They closed them out in the end, but I fully expect them to absolutely dominate the Jaguars. They've played quite a few easy teams, though. "Ceiling in terms of rushing yards and probably the lowest floor. I guess maybe antonio gibson you can make a case. Because he's so unproven. You can make the same case for naya harris but among the first round running backs. There aren't a lot of guys who could realistically have an under one thousand yard season without an injury. And i could see that happening with aaron jones i could see rushing yards. You mean i married aged one. Taking on a couple. Extra carries aged aaron jones dropping thirteen carries per game and then him going back to twenty nineteen efficiency where he was four point six yards per carry and that would probably be enough to get him under a thousand yards for full rushing yards for a full season. Maybe he has. Last year touchdown efficiency instead of twenty nineteen but they all that i think that's all possible But that's leaving out. The one thing that. I think is likely to be much better for him this year. The receiving that's the best one game. Yeah but he had We had nine rushing touchdowns in fourteen games. That's it feel like you had more than eleven total touchdowns and fourteen. Yeah it was. It was low after nineteen and sixteen games pass three years. The packers have had fifty percent reference. Those twelve running back touchdowns for jason garrett offenses the packers offense as averaged eighteen running back touchdowns over and there's a chance maybe dylan gets half those. That would be a problem for aaron jones. But i think it's just so unlikely that we're going to see those fifty targets or sixty targets on a sixteen game pays go. Aj dylan's way. I don't think he probably gets half that. Which should mean an extra two to three targets per game for aaron jones which should cover up any real risk that he loses in the running game. I guess it's just. It's not inconceivable that aj dylan is just so good like he is derrick henry good and he just demands carries. And you know. Maybe that's possible. I think that's probably the downside. Risk jones is what if and i don't think this is likely. But what if he's not the best running mechanism backfield and he gets into a fifty fifty split. Well that's a good thing about jones. I mean he's not just a product of the officer. He's awesome you know. He's proven that he's a great player. It'd be hard for dylan to unseat him. It's it's hard to make a bus gays against them. Especially if you get them in the second round looking at adp since july thirtieth so not even a week he is. He's eleventh he's ahead of chubb and barclay and davante adams is the first wide receiver off the board so it's been adjusted a little bit. It's that should be the case. Yeah adams is aid than hill than kelsey is ten then aaron jones. He's our be eight still ecuadoran. Jonathan taylor going ahead of him. It's hard to acquire them. You know in that gray area sometimes because the person who has them on tv now was rosser. There was gonna see go so right now trying to acquire them. It's not really worth it for you if you're super super interested in them and you just want to wait so where they land that you can go after them on. It's hard to pursue them right now that that's my opinion but a big trade offer. It never hurt so go train offer if you like them So those are the The franchise tag players. I felt were important. Obviously players like dak and stuff avoided this whole thing. Which again like. I talked about last episode cowboy fans. Happy you avoid this whole franchise tag matter For dak prescott just pushed the player in a right to me. It puts players at ease at comfort. Play when i'm doing my rankings and when i'm thinking about draft certain players i definitely considers a fight this and dak being on a brand new contracting again paid to me. That's a major win for cowboy fans and fantasy dynasty fans who have dak on their team or looking to acquire him That puts me all in undocked for sure The other news. Trent brown was even playing for them. Sometimes you know last year. I feel like he barely played due to injuries and everything else. So the raiders weren't appreciate the effort. They felt like he could push through some of that probably. They felt like he was out of shape. You know Might may i came out and said that that when he's in shape and healthy is one of the best hackles ofo ball when he's not he's no good for you so My assumption is my guess of. I had to predict out. Trent brown will be entirely healthy next year. Because he's a patriot now and so he will not do injury concerns. He won't have all these issues because he's happy because he thinks he's on a winning team. No surprise surprise. Trent brown the patriots wearing good last year. Was running. It looked like a skinny post and the defensive back. I mean, God, ah, hunk of his jersey. I mean, a full hunk of his jersey and no call was made that same defensive back made the interception. So that was the controversy surrounding that play. And Aaron Jones fumbled the opening moments of the second half and gave the ball first and goal. The Buccaneers and the credit goes to the defense here to write these guys, they're studs. "Tomorrow. It's going to be probably the thirties. Maybe get into twenties later and maybe if it's if it's lamb bone is the playoffs. One of the at the base of all that is a Dynamic from this organization that says we're here to win championships. We've done it more than any other. Franchise. The National Football League 13 times, hopefully 14 after this season. And I never take that for granted because we have the smallest city. Green Bay is in. I would assume I don't know the schedule next week haven't looked that far ahead. But I would assume the bills will have that cold weather in their pocket next week as well, They might and you know, I was actually surprised to see them. They were allowed to have fans on Saturday's game against the Colts as well. And I would imagine The same thing's gonna happen this Saturday when they take on Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. So we're gonna have some fans in their favorite. They may have the weather in their favorite, too. But You know Baltimore and that defense and Lamar Jackson being able to sort of control things for the Ravens to you know, the Ravens are kind of built to be a team that can play in cold weather. I was very comfortable with the receiving corps that i built which will talk about next week. but i i have no problem starting with Ekeler who is You know Pbr monster and james robinson. Which i think. Prove himself to be a top toll caliber running back last year with the addition of trevor lawrence wellesley. Be good. actually. That was really the the basis for the question was the confidence and james robinson Over i guess a safer pick like hopkins with devolved into something else but okay dave. What would you have done their if you already had a running back in the first round in three receiver. Pr league on running back around to. I might and it's because i know that there's going to be good wide receiver depth and i think people will see that when when they see rounds three four and five and our mock next week. huddled recently had a left that kind of scripted portion the game plan all of their production had kind of dwindle it'll be like they were they were scoring points early in the struggling late I want to see the pattern continued last night and he never really got it going last night no and the three turnovers early and you want the point we made almost the beginning of the show back in our number one and you know I I I want to believe in them I will especially playing at home in limbo but I I know if if he can't throw it and they can't catch it and they can't score points that way I I can't trust the defense enough against San Francisco or New Orleans we're Seattle your ticket to get them through a game anywhere so they've got to me ask you this is our Jones good enough to carry the team offense I don't think so you don't think so I I think young with what you saw last night a hundred fifty four yards on the ground he's had an unbelievable year the albums have been an issue right but you know catching it and run it out of the backfield Jones has been an absolute start for the Packers could not be less about Rogers could be less about his brilliance of a signal caller and more about running the football winning at the point of attack in a winning time of possession getting after the quarterback they can certainly do that defensively but offense of Lee can be less about Rogers pulling a miracle out of his rear end and could it be more about Aaron Jones basically wrote it down your throat hit list yeah I get it its it's there's two distinct ways to look at it that this is that this is good news that they actually have a complimentary Aaron Rodgers throwing the field for a long time they haven't had a good game and he was able to throw it have success throwing it despite no running game I just I still ng feel that they need that passing attack to be at maybe dynamic is asking too much based on the weapons around with us and who we throw the football to but I still think they just need more than they've gotten over the last month or so that's fair and and listen I I don't I don't necessarily disagree with that especially in this kind of a league especially the fact that neither you or I can really trust that Packers defense even after what we witnessed last night but let me ask the question this way is it a case of not having the weapons around him or is it a case of a regression in the quarterback I don't think if any regression is there I don't think that it's anything more than that and kind of the normal regression you've had you'd have to be at this point of your career I don't I don't think he's falling off more like in any significant way he just wanted me because he is always you throw devante Adams right Jimmy Graham Investigators trying to determine cause of deadly Arizona boat crash
"We're now hearing from witnesses of Saturday's deadly crash in the Colorado river near the Arizona. Call California border KTAR's, Jeremy foster joins us live with the latest lettera. Jamie was a horrific holiday weekend after the two boats carrying sixteen people between them collided all the people thrown into the water. No one was wearing life vests. The body of a California woman has been recovered three. Others are still missing nine were hurt to critically. Dave Dade was on another other boat in the river and says he saw the whole thing unfold.
