Not completing high school is more of a social thing than it was an academic thing. I came out in the 11th grade. Nobody was embracing you. Kids were cruel. It was very difficult to be gay. Even though all these years have passed, I still had that longing to have my diploma. The hard part was determining that I was gonna do it. But I definitely didn't do it alone. At age 30, with the help of her mentor, Carissa finished her high school diploma. I have a mentor, Maria. She convinced me to continue my education and finish what I started to get my diploma. Antisemitism Is So Satanic

"If you want to know, this is always fascinating to me. We were mentioning the black Israelites, who are insane. They are absolute anti semites. Total anti semites. Nick Fuentes, who some people call a white supremacist, total anti semite. Anti semitism is so satanic that whenever you go over the edge into super crazy evil, you always bump into anti semitism. If you want my view on anti semitism, read my biography of Dietrich bonhoeffer, where I think I make pretty clear the Christian view of anti semitism. What I guess, what I want to point out to people, even if you don't want to think about the morality of antisemitism in the wake of something like the Holocaust. Consider that being Amy semitic is like getting a lobotomy for your movement. You're cutting off the all the smart people. All this money people, but I don't just mean Jews. I mean people like me when I were friendly with Jews who grew up around you who liked Jewish people who are attracted by the sophisticated Irving cosmopolitan culture that Jewish people tend to be involved with. We like all that. You're cutting us off too. None of us are going to have anything to do with you because you are programmatically an intentionally stupid and morally obtuse. All at the same time. So bye bye. So if you're talking about trying to create a an effective conservative movement, don't cut off your frontal lobe by adopting stupid crass any semitic idiocy. I don't know how to be any clearer. Yeah,

"I'm also grateful this is going to sound a little bit weird. I'm grateful for some of the Friends that I'm no longer Friends with. So one of the things that is really hard for me to look at is over the 14 years, some of the friendships that I've had in the industry haven't worked out. And I am that's not typically my style. Like I don't have enemies, at least I don't think I do. And I try to be really compassionate and loving and empathetic to everybody. And I take my friendships really seriously, but there's a few friendships along the way where quite honestly I didn't show up as my best self, I would say that they didn't show up as their best self and the relationship didn't last. And I still, for every, there's a very few of them, but the ones I'm thinking about break my heart every time I think about it, it feels sad, but then at the same time, I tell myself, I'm grateful for what that friendship offered me while I was in it. I'm grateful for the love that those people gave me, the support that I gave them, and vice versa. And what it taught me, and so I looking back, you know, when you start to look at your career and when you're asked, what are you grateful for? It's funny that some of the hard times came up for me. Like I started to journal on this. And some of the rough things came up for me. Friendships that haven't lasted in the industry, specifically, and hardships that made me a better person and more confident when it was all said and done. And things just going a little bit different than I thought, you know, I had one of the worst years of my life in 2021, which was just last year when I moved to Nashville and really struggled with the move, but I love being in Nashville now.

INGAA's Amy Andryszak Pens Letter to Biden Administration

"So this letter from the interstate natural gas association president and CEO Amy andraz Zak To President Biden just last week should concern everybody Here's some excerpts Please this is important I am writing to further underscore the concerns about the New England region's growing uneasiness about electric reliability and corresponding price bikes during cold winter months Now these people are involved in providing the energy and representing the people who do and they are jumping up and down they are banging the pots and pans they have been doing it month after month after month And nobody is listening to them Instead we have Congress today in the Senate voting to codify same sex marriage Like that's an issue And 12 Republicans in the Senate That's their priority If you want to get married in this country and you're gay go for it It's the law of the land because the Supreme Court said so What's this codification stuff It's a vote For political purposes She writes I encourage your administration that's Biden to pursue a long-term solution that addresses the root cause The region's long-standing electric reliability problems a lack of adequate natural gas infrastructure Rather than focus on the short term emergency solutions there were neither intended nor designed to address systemic issues like those that are present in New England

What Do These Election Results Mean?

"Asked all morning and late into last night as I was doing the commentary on network from both Fox News max and others, you know, what does this mean? Where does it go? Let's just try and sum up where we are. What was very interesting, very good last night if you were coming from a conservative defense. Number one was Florida. Ron DeSantis took a seat in which he won by really .1 .2% four years ago and won by 20 points last night. I mean, it was a complete beatdown in the state of Florida. Now, Charlie Crist was an awful candidate, should have never won. But then again, nobody wanted to run against Ron DeSantis in Florida because Ron had built up a not only a very high profile governorship with keeping the site open, working to keep businesses going. But he also, and there's a beyond the gap there of governance that Ron DeSantis and his administration did very well. And that was he did the administrative part well. I mean, the businesses were kept informed. The schools were kept running, the money was going out, the training, so to speak ground on time. When the hurricane hit, it was, I mean, you'll hear anything out of the Amy and was one of the most devastating hurricanes to hit South Florida on that side of the western side of this in years. And yet, I mean, the bridges are being put back together. People's homes are getting put back together. They've reduced the regulatory burden. And again, the mainstream media has left Florida. If they had not been doing so well far there would be inundated with national press talking about how bad the Sanchez did. And he didn't. He did a great job working that out. Again, now everybody is saying this is now an early referendum on 2024, especially with Donald Trump saying he's going to announce for president next week. Again, I think it makes an interesting case to see what happens. As we go forward here, will desantis take that opportunity to run against Donald Trump while others jump into the race. A lot of the conversation is that that will be true. Again, my heart take this second is just as I just hold on.

Caller Reports That a Candidate Was Missing on His Ballot

"Sal have you been out to vote yet? Yes, I was into this morning. And a candidate that I wanted to vote for was not on my ballot. Well, who are you trying to vote for? Amy, Jennifer white, she's running for House Senate seat against Teresa piers, Democrat. And I asked the gentleman after I put my ballot in the box, I told them my candidate that I wanted to vote for was none of my ballot. And he didn't have an explanation. When I got home, I called the town manager left the voicemail. I called you a show, spoke to grace. I called my local TV station W CSH. They got back to me and gave me the name of John Osborne of the DoJ. I spoke to him, he told me to call a Secretary of State, which I did. I spoke to two people there with no satisfaction. I called the FBI. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Never got through. I talked to the Jennifer white office. And ray ritcheson, I couldn't reach, but something is wrong, okay? Now, if I were you, I would call her campaign office and let her know about that. I mean, if there's a candidate, if there's a candidate on the ballot or who's supposed to be on the ballot and her name is not on the ballot, that is something that I would be fired up as if I were a candidate. So my encouragement to you, Sal, reach out to the campaign, and let's see, let's see what they tell you.

The Left Is Very Bitter About the SCOTUS Dobbs Decision...

"The left is very bitter about the Supreme Court's Dobbs decision overruling roe versus wade. And they're trying to do whatever they can in a desperate, angry way to strike out, to lash out in every direction. Now, the Biden DoJ is arresting pro lifers, accusing them of violating the so called face act, the face act basically by obstructing or by blocking access to abortion clinics. Again, the left does this all the time. They do this on campus. They do it elsewhere. They are either not arrested or they are arrested and released immediately, but these pro lifers are facing long prison terms. So this is the deep inequity of injustice, the deep inequity of our society, and here we see the left in a different way trying to go after justices. Now, we've seen how they have protested at their homes. They've chased them out of restaurants, but now they're trying to get their books canceled. Wow, this shows the extent of it. So Amy Coney Barrett has a book contract with penguin random. This is Random House merger with penguin books. And it's apparently $2 million book advance for Amy Coney Barrett to tell her story and to lay out her judicial philosophy. And but there is a revolt in the publishing world. Several hundred, it turns out the number originally was a couple of hundred now it's over 600 publishing industry staffers. By the way, not just from Penguin Random House, but from all kinds of other publishers, Simon and Schuster, and Harper Collins, McMillan, they've all written a joint letter. Basically asking the publishing house not to publish Amy Coney Barrett's book to cancel the book.

Do Tokens Constitute Securities?

"We are diving into one of the long-term thorniest issues in crypto. And that is whether tokens constitutes securities. This is a conversation that has never really gone too far out of view when it comes to crypto and regulation. It certainly has had spiking moments of relevance such as during the ICO boom in 2017 and early 2018, but even to this day remains one of the most contentious questions. The answer to it has implications for which body should oversee cryptocurrencies and what the rules around them should be. It's something that legislation that has been proposed such as the responsible financial innovation act comes at explicitly. In that act, for example, there is a new definition of ancillary assets which are sort of security like commodities that to some extent change over time. The conversation around whether tokens are securities has come more into view recently based both on the Gary gensler led SEC's push for broader power to oversee crypto, as well as in discussions around the Ethereum merge. One of the narratives on crypto Twitter or more specifically if we're being honest Bitcoin Twitter was that the shift from proof of work to proof of stake might actually make Ethereum more security like. This interpretation while sometimes proffered in a political way on Bitcoin or crypto Twitter has also seen some validation in SEC enforcement actions. Today we are reading a piece that argues the opposite. The piece is written by Rodrigo Sierra, crypto counsel at paradigm, Amy axie Zhang, the policy council at paradigm and Jake stravinsky, the head of policy at the blockchain association. It's called Ethereum's new staking model does not make eth a security. One, introduction. In the wake of Ethereum's transition to a proof of stake consensus mechanism, the merge, various commentators have suggested that Ethereum's new staking model could result in its native token ether or eth being deemed a security under U.S. securities law.

"About elections and getting people registered and voting and I know this week we've got even more electoral count stuff from Liz Cheney zoloft and others. But I remember you surprised me back when we were dealing with some of the Democrats wanting to nationalize elections. When you discussed voter registration or lack of it in North Dakota. For our listeners, just for a minute, explain how that works in North Dakota. And you'll have a great success at it. Yeah, we have the easiest ballot access of anywhere in the country. You get a thousand signatures. Sometime before the first week in September, you can qualify for the ballot as an independent. And we don't have voter registration. You know, we're going to talk about an electoral count act Bill as a law grant Liz Cheney doing all that, but Amy Klobuchar just introduced a same day registration bill in the Senate. And I'm going to have to go talk to them about that because we have to be excluded from it. We don't have registration. Every time the Democrats do one of their election messaging bills, I got to go up to the rules committee. And I got to educate our Friends, Jamie Raskin and all of the and they don't believe it. Yeah, so you had a segment so seconds ago you were talking about someone who emailed you and said that, you know, people in Russia are now believing in God. Man, nothing will make you believe in God more than a witnessing this, this kind of a storm. And the kind of the magnitude of nature itself, it really does make you feel small in comparison. It is something that has been happening forever here. Every one of my neighbors is flipped through tons of hurricanes. Obviously, this is something that normally happens in Florida. It hasn't hit Tampa in quite a while, but these people are simply hedonists, right? They don't believe in God. So they believe that they can control the weather. They say this all the time. Barack Obama says he's going to lower the waters, right? Well, right before he builds his mansions on the right on the water. That's right. Maybe that's because he has the power to lower, but it's just classic hedonism, man. Claiming that we're in charge of nature and that we are God on this earth and, you know, nothing will make you believe in God more than standing in the middle of hurricane.

For the first time to have something on my nose looked at and take an offer a biopsy he recommended. I start using a moisturizer with spf for my face but not a specific brand. Can you weigh in on this. Rebecca so okay rebecca so sorry to hear about your nose. I really hope the results are good. That is definitely never fun to have to go in for any sort of biopsy But yes definitely a good idea to use spf. I am obsessed with revisions intel shade in the original They have a mat option to if you have oily skin or maybe for summer months but since we're entering fall i think you're okay with getting original no matter what and yeah. I always have intelligent on my face unless of course it's bedtime. I use it every single morning. I put it on after all my zeo skin-care my whole routine that i do with that. And then i apply with a damp beauty blender. It definitely goes on easier with that. And i feel like you don't have to use as much 'cause you definitely want to not waste your intel shade and both the intelligent and the beauty blender on my amazon favorites page which can be found at radio. Amy dot com all right. I got to emails here that we're about adoption. So i'm combining them as a like a third email together. The first one is from trish. Hey amy goddess put adoption on my heart. But i don't even know where to begin. I live in florida. Googling has been a rabbit hole. So i figured emailing you is worth a shot. Can you point me in the right direction for this journey. And the next email was from kaelin. Hey amy my best friend. Just got some pretty scary news and it looks like adoption will now be their plan for if they want more kids. You recommend it a book on air for anyone looking into adoption. What was that book. Okay kaelin so the book. We'll start with. That is adopted for life and there are several books that i would recommend but i think you're asking about the one that my husband read that opened up his heart fully to adopting after we weren't able to get pregnant biologically now. That's a book to read before you adopted when you're considering it and then during the adoption process or even after you've adopted i recommend any book by karyn purvis and i also recommend one by dr lee called healing parents helping wounded children learn to trust and love because naturally if a child is in foster care or has been lived in orphanage or maybe even was adopted as a newborn there. Still some stuff that's going to be going on in their brain that doesn't allow them to trust fully. So that's why i'm recommending that book as well and then trish. I'm so happy to hear that you're thinking about adoption but also happy to hear that you're researching and asking questions. I feel like it's so important to do that. And i'll start off by saying that adoption is amazing. But you also need to know that. There's going to be challenges. I mean but there's challenges with raising children adopted or biological. I'm personally love adoption because it gave us the opportunity to have kids otherwise we would not have had. We wouldn't have kids at all and so you know. After struggling with infertility adoption was the option. That made the most sense for us. We opted not to do via for anything like that and we also chose to adopt older children from haiti because the likelihood of them getting adopted was far less than a newborn baby and we did consider the newborn domestic route for a little while. In fact we had done all the paperwork for that. That's the road we were headed down. And then our story just shifted. After i visited haiti and we changed our minds. And you know when we adopt. It's awesome because we're giving kids opportunity to be loved to feel safe to have a family. But i highly recommend that every family consider the pros and cons of adoption before you begin the process. Because it's very long and very grueling. Even if you're not fully prepared to adopt honestly. I think the process itself will naturally weed you out because if you're not ready or committed than you definitely are not going to follow through with the paperwork because it's never ending and one of the agencies that we worked with we actually ended up working with a few different ones in the process. Had us answer these questions at the beginning of our journey and i went back into my email like years and years back to find these questions from two thousand twelve and so i'm just going to read them off so they sent an email that said. Do you meet the legal requirements to adopt..

"You'll get an email and you'll be one of the first to receive it and we do anticipate that these will sell out at least in the first round for sure so i just wanna make sure that if you want one you're signed up and then yes they will be coming to everyone for sure for sure and time for christmas shopping which is all an article the other day that said you need to start your christmas shopping now especially if you're looking at different toys for kids because of stuff that's going to be in stock and shipping is all crazy. Cova has just really messed everything up so just any type of production. We're seeing that and stuff that we make for a spa. It's been very difficult to get things and mary's done. A great job of dealing with all that bid sometimes having things in stock and getting things made in getting things shipped is just such a longer process than it used to be. So just another word to the wise right. There would be to start your christmas shopping early this year. And then the fourth thing i just wanted to update you on is that bird. Feeders can go back up. I've seen in multiple states that were asked to take them down. Because of the bird disease that was spreading around that we can now put them back up. So i personally have put my feeders backup so i'm excited for some fall mornings to sit at my kitchen table working on a puzzle. I think i'm the only one. Yeah mary's getting a copy soon. But i have an actual four things puzzle that i'm walking up and working through and testing out to make sure it's good to go and so far i'm loving it but sitting there working on puzzle drinking coffee checking out my birds. So that's going to be my weekend plans for the next several weeks for sure. But if you're thinking about getting bird feeders or you took him down. Then i think it's okay you might wanna check for sure where you live that. It's okay for you to put it back up. okay My first email and i'm going to get into is from jerry. Hey amy i saw you bought some ankle weights. But i'm wondering what size you got one or two pounders. I wanna get the right size. Thanks jerry pick in austin texas. So jerry i got the ball bengals and yes. They are ankle weights. But i was wearing a my wrist. And i got the one pound ones from free people but several places seldom you can just google bala bengals and so many options will come up again. I got the one pounders. But i can definitely see myself ordering the two pound ones or maybe i'll just put them on my christmas list or something but so far. The one pounds have served me well on my wrist when i'm going on hikes out for a walk and something that i've noticed when i have them on my wrist is it helps me. Keep my core tight while. I'm walking which leads to better posture with helps out my back pain. So i don't know why that is because not like it's tons of weight but like wanted you pounds on my wrist and my arm just going back and forth helps me keep my core really type which i think is important especially if you deal with back pain like i do okay..

"That's walmart dot com slash gap home. I have an email here that i would love to read too cat and then just since you're a therapist you may take it in. I'm definitely freshman the any of this. But i'm just gonna leave everything anonymous just in case. This person's friend might be listening. Sup might be awkward. But i got this email that said hey. Listen your podcast. Every week love hearing all of the positive body image food freedom and self help segments that you have. I'm writing in. Because i was recently on the phone with one of my good friends who is thirty weeks pregnant right now. She kept making comments about her body and how she is so proud that she'd only gained twelve pounds since the beginning of her pregnancy. How fat she feels though etc. That absolutely broke my heart to hear. And i didn't really know how to respond. Apparently she's never had so many compliments on her radiance her complexion and her glow none of which are related to her weight. I tried to steer the conversation the direction of bringing attention to her unborn child and how amazing it was that her body was growing baby. However it didn't seem to change anything. I wanted so badly to tell. Her worth was not tied to her size. But i didn't know how to say that without sounding insensitive. I know she's excited about her baby but she seems really determined to get to her pre baby figure maybe even keep the pre baby figure even in her third trimester me know if you have any advice. I'm concerned for my friend. Thanks now i know this is alive. But i guess just from a perspective of you really could take this. Like maybe don't have a pregnant friend but you have an opinion about a friend's life or about anybody in your life if you have something that you're concerned about them but is it really any of your business to say something or how would you recommend a friend handling this with her friends. She feels like her friends. A little too obsessed with like not gaining weight during her pregnancy Well one i would say. I think that it's honorable that she's even noticing that and also what stuck out to me as her saying i think of something about you might have to remind you what it was but i don't wanna be insensitive. I don't wanna be yes. She said i wanted so badly to tell. Her worth was not tied to her size. But i didn't know how to say that without sounding insensitive. What about that sounds insensitive. Well i don't know. I guess your body is changing while you're pregnant and it so if you're struggling with it and you're saying that to a friend than in the friends like oh but you know you shouldn't have. You shouldn't worry about okay that makes it. That makes sense. Okay that makes it so. I think that's where you can invite the dialectic of having to things that are conflicting. Be true in real. It sounds like you're really struggling with this and it must be hard for me. I've never been pregnant. So i know what that feels. I could say something like. I don't know what it's like to watch your body change as you're going through pregnancy and at the same time what i know to be true about my body and your body is neither of our bodies have anything to do with how valuable in good we are. Humans notice it. Yeah it's a good way to say it. And that what that does is that honors their experience at the same time speech truth. Yeah no. that's great advice. Because i'm so glad you're here because i was going to be like anything. It's business with other things. I was kidding. Is your think that right. That's glad that you even joked about that. Because some people do think it's my business. And i don't wanna step on anybody's toes and i don't want to do xyz. And what i would say is they are one making it your business because they're bringing up to you but also a lot of the times we say things like that because we are looking for something that we're afraid to ask for so you know what i aim so like if i'm having a really really bad body image day you might hear me say something like i feel so gross in my body or something like that and i might be really asking without being able to ask for i need you to reassure me that like i am not with my body. Looks like because. I can't do that on my own today. Now where i am in my the recovery process. I might be better equipped to actually verbalize what i want. But a lot of people and sometimes even me. I don't have that ability so let me ask you something as a friend that might be giving you that. This is interesting. Because i think sometimes we hear our friends and needing that validation or that affirmation we might offer up the you look great or you're not. I'm just saying the response. Yeah if someone's like oh. I feel so fat today. You're not fat. Yeah okay right. That's our response. But what. I focused on what you said which the response was not giving them. What the that's not what they need to hear. They need to hear say it again. I'm learning what they really probably need to hear. Is that their what their body looks. Or what their body feels like does not have a direct relation to their worthiness or how valuable they are. Yes yes write that down. Because i think that we do that often is friends is just like no you look great eyeing that about yourself or ended up but it could be the like know what they need to hear as that validation that yes they're worth has nothing to do first of all i. I like the fact that you said. I feel fat. We don't want to say no. You're not fat because what one that saying is being fat would be bad right when it's not exactly and then the other thing is like we don't get to choose how somebody feels in their body so if i do feel like that is my truth that day. You telling me that that's not my truth. Isn't solving the problem. But what i might need to hear. Is that like yeah you you. Maybe you feel that way and that's probably really hard. Guess what you're still just as good as you were when you felt this way I feel like this is good for. Moms to take into or dads. If you're listening to your kids can say certain things about their body at times and that's an excellent response to that. You know what i used to hear a well-meaning thing and i i think so many parents do this. I was teased as a kid for my body and what my mom would tell me is your should probably say like. You're not fat. Your big boned. You built your dad will. Also i don't want that. That doesn't help me much or probably wanted her. To say is oh. I'm so sorry that you're feeling bad about yourself. You're feeling gross at the same time. I want you to know that no matter what your body looks like. I'm gonna love you the same. Tell me that. Tell me that what your body looks like my love you the same. Yeah that's good. Speaking of our bodies. I got a couple of emails asking about a follow up if i ever went to see my dermatologist. Because i had this black line in my thumb now. I forgot about that. Yeah so. I haven't gone for the full body. Checkup had to move the dermatologist's appointment twice now. So what. I was supposed to actually have one this week but my daughter started volleyball. And she's got a game now. That was scheduled site. A move it again but i was able to see a friend's husband who is a dermatologist. And he looked at it but in a he didn't specialize in that he he's more of like a a surgeon that does works with dermatologists. I guess i guess. It shouldn't ascribe exact i i don't know if it's he looked at it off the clock and said that he thought it was trauma to the nail it that it wasn't any type of skin cancer but what was interesting and that i want to remind people abou is that i will be going my full-body checkup as soon as i can get it scheduled but you shouldn't wear nail polish to the dermatologist. Because they need to look at your nail beds because you can get melanoma or whatever type of cancer in there and that's how a listener noticed it. I put up a picture on instagram. At my dad's funeral was holding a bottle of coke and some peanuts and like a rose because we had peanuts and coco funeral and she zoomed in. But i mean i guess. She's highly sensitive to it because she's someone that lost her thumb due to this. So she's zoomed in and salt the line and then reached out to like ray and bay through their cameo to like get me a message because she didn't she didn't know if i would see a note so she paid forty dollars started cameo and she straight up said to ray like i don't want the cameo i just want you to tell amy to please go to the doctor. That's actually really. It was really thoughtful in sweet so rayan ended up making a cameo anyways to get to our. But i thought that that was i was like well. We have the most amazing listeners in the.

"Kick with amy brown happy thursday. Welcome to the fore things. Podcast amy here. And i thought i was going to have an interview for you today. But my guests had to reschedule. So you got me for all four things. But i feel like i've got some good stuff for you. We're gonna talk about sitting with anxiety of also got some things to do at night for possibly a better night's sleep. I have four things that i'm going to recommend for you something that i'm adding into the podcast here. And they're just things that i am using or loving or you are asking a lot about when i post something and then lastly i have a tip for manners if you happen to be a parent. You're gonna wanna listen to this one for sure all right so first thing sitting with anxiety my friend lisa hayme who i co host outweigh with and she has her own. Podcast called the trickiest live. I've shared her newsletters with you often. Because gosh they're just so good. And i get them in my email and then i read over them. And i'm like oh. This is something that i want to share with my listeners. Because i think it's a value for sure so this is the newsletter that lisa's sent out and it was titled sitting with anxiety. Lisa said i woke up on monday with a real funky visit from an z. What i sometimes call my old friend. Anxiety i could feel an in my titan tummy. Shallow breath and continuous reach for the cell phone and repeated opening of the same apps. I needed nothing to do with. Let me stop right here and be clear about one thing. My goal is to not cure or rid myself of an. We're in this life together. And i don't think it's possible nor is that the best method of trying to control the beast. Although this was once my approach my goal is to avoid aggravating her and perhaps use methods of anxiety management to tame her the best. I can or perhaps learn why she's paying me this visit so i'm going to share with you my plan that i use if you two are having a visit from an number one break from the plan. I wanted to share something on instagram. That i felt called to share with yesterday. The message is important but the timing is also key. This can wait. I reminded my busy brain and action for you. Is there something in your life. That can wait that. You're adding urgency to for no reason..

"As well but it was cool to see how many people ended up going to buy journal. After they saw my robin roberts posts which i felt like a stalker but robin posts these morning videos on her instagram. And she's in her dressing room and on her counter. You can see that. There's a four things gratitude journal. And i have all these different screen shots like every day that she posts the morning video her dressing room is zoom in to see if the four things gratitude journalist somewhere on her counter and it normally is so. I haven't embarrassing amount of screen shots on my phone of robin with the journal. But i'm obsessed with robin roberts. I'm recording a podcast with the b. team tomorrow there's a couple of people that are members of the team. That have abbad podcast. And i'll tell you all about it. After i record but we're recording tomorrow and one of the questions they wanted me to be prepared for. Was my mount rushmore. A women and so. I've been thinking through that and i was like okay. Well for sure. Robin roberts would be on there. And then i'm thinking. Reese witherspoon your mount rushmore of women. Since there's four people on mount rushmore. It's like you've just pick for of your favorite things so maybe brennan brown and then i really enjoy katie couric too. I feel like she's someone does a good job of like living life and having fun she's been through a lot she's very smart and kind of has the whole news reporter thing down but then she also has the goofy fun side down to so I admire her a lot. So that's the four that i'm thinking of. I don't know if that's officially the for that. I will go with. But that's who came to mind good also share with me. I think that's an interesting topic like who were your four. Mount rushmore women. So how'd usa who one of the b- teamers doing the podcast with good topic conversation. When scrolling through my subscribe to podcasts. I realized that. I haven't listened to the fore things. Podcast in awhile. Sorry so naturally. I've binged because my heart has needed what you've been sharing a number of reasons when listening to your most recent fifth episode with mary followed by the fantastic episode of doctor candy. And especially after listening to the one with your brother discussing open-mindedness i absolutely had to share a book. Recommendation with y'all the book is the scout mindset. Why some people see things clearly and others. Don't buy julia gal. If i heard the book after listening to a vox conversation podcast titled how to be wrong less often. I listened to the podcast and purchase the book about halfway through listening. It's so good imperfectly. Explains what you and your brother and other guests have been discussing being open minded and actually listening to one another. It's amazing hope. You have a great day all right lisa. Thank you for that recommendation. And i wanted to share your email because i have downloaded the book. The scout mindset. "You're new here the podcast came after the merch like we had the four things lying under a spa to support haiti. And then the podcast was happening. We were trying to figure out a name. And one of my bosses said something about the four things podcast and the brand was already there and it was like oh that could be interesting for different things every thursday and so that stuff came first but it is cool because if you're a listener on your part of the four things fan than it's like you have merged to represent that you listen and it doesn't have to be the joy seeker there's other four things items probably our most popular being. I'm fine. it's fine. Everything is fine but it is something where if somebody else sees you out in it. And they're in the know then they're like. Oh yeah i see you. You're either the fan of the podcast. Or the bobby brown show or the shot ford or somebody on instagram. Or maybe you just saw someone random posts about it and you don't know who the heck we are. Somehow you're here now but this is us and that's the origin that's how it all came about. The podcast was not i. The fourth line also started with the four things tote the very first thing which mary and i've explained this we need to get all the details but it all started with her giving the gift no intention of making the item never like i no and then the orphanage or kids were they needed to pay the nannies. We thought. Why don't we sell these. Try to fund raise for the nanny salaries and then boom. It just kinda took off from there and then back to the penguins since brittany mentioned them. The show that i was talking about on netflix is called penguin town. And it's so good. I highly recommend it. And then yeah. If you haven't listened to stephen young he's been on my podcast twice. He runs a homeless ministry. Here in nashville called home. St home then lizzie velasquez. She's little lizzie. Yeah i just thankful that those episodes resonated with britney and they've stuck with her and she wanted to mention them so and then thank you britney for sharing four things that you're thankful for today. That actually came about in this inspired. I love that so many of you are putting that at the bottom of your emails now but that is from our four things gratitude journals which we also have that we make to support haiti. And it's just about you don't have to have a journal to do it but you you can just write in a notebook or on your phone like four things each day. You're thankful for or whenever you think of but if you did want to have one of our journals those are available as well and four things. Dot com is an easy way to get to any four things items. So that's just something easy to remember. A next email is from amy. Hey amy don't get a parrot. Parrots live forever. My aunt had cockatiels and eventually had to give them away or create a guardian for them. After she passed away they lived with her for more than thirty years before she resumed them. They are messy and live so long. Go for a higher turnover parakeet for kids. I'll adly give you my two parakeets that my daughter got in high school in his now in college so i have two parakeets. Otherwise i'm on board with all of your bird adventures. Amy which i appreciate the honest feedback like it's good to know my signed wants a parrot and i obviously have been obsessed with birds since late last year and i would love to have a bird in the home but i ever has one. And that's how right he and so my neighbor across the street. She sits outside on her patio with our parrot like pets. It and so whenever. I'm on facetime with stevenson i would. I want to see the parrot and so he's like no way and so i would show i. You know i show him. And then i don't know maybe i made it to normal because that's not normal. Is that normal to win a pair. It no till. I have a parrot that sits on your lap outside. I don't know i hope. So because that's what i want. Do this normal. I don't know. I wanted to like snuggle. They snuggle oh. I thought it like stays in the cage. I don't know i heard. They can be very and they can like they rub their head up against your folder. Like hey i don't know i don't wanna like romanticize having a bird because amy here the email me feel that way but yeah have strong opinions one way or the other But which. I'm keeping tally. So send me your strong opinions. Listen i have strong opinions weekly health so my mind can be changed like one day. I might be like okay. Yes we're getting this bird but if y'all tell me otherwise might need to look into getting another bird. I feel like i will thoroughly research it. I would love to rescue a bird if it needed to be rescued like an older one we have. There's probably lots of if anyone's looking to rehome a really calm as invert amazing bird. That loves the snuggle and talk but not too much then. Hit me up. Like i'd love to hear from you for things with amy ron. Gmail.com is how you can find me on next. email is from courtney. Hey amy i'm behind on your podcast so you may have already touched on this before. But i've been hearing a lot about the importance of magnesium do you have a daily magnesium supplement that you take recommend well first of all according not a doctor not a nutritionist or anything so definitely consult someone like that if you really feel like you need to implement like a supplement into your life what i will just say that i would say to any friend is that i've just started taking calm again which i used to take a long time ago. It's this powder form that you take. I take it at night and definitely forgot about it for a while but my sister was told to start taking it to help her get some rest and deal with like some anxiety stuff that she was having and it reminded me that i had some of my cabinet. So i busted it out. And i've been back on it and it has magnesium citrate and it there's different forms of magnesium..

"Your podcast and listening to the bobby bones show. Ps my son is starting to talk right now in his favourite new thing is pointing out and saying bird. I thought you'd appreciate that. Your friend. Jamie and dayton ohio. Which amy i feel like i get this question a lot so much so that i had cat defatta on recently. My therapist friend. That has a podcast called. You need therapy. And she talked about how to find a therapist. It was actually in a fifth thing episodes if you go back a couple of weeks ago. It's a fifth thing. It's titled. Amy shares care frontier nations skorts therapy and more. So that's the title of the episode. Which i guess. Yeah cat and i did talk about like our favorite denim shorts for the summer and yes. She bought a pair of skorts from like american eagle or which. Mary's like a fashion person. I don't know our skorts back. I think so okay. I remember having a pair of yellow skorts in third grade or so. And i used to wear them with this white shirt. That had a red roller skate on it with yellow wheels. I remember everything about this outfit. Because i loved it and i would wear all the time and i had spent the night at my friend. Kristen lease house and she lived in my neighborhood. And i left that outfit there and her burned down. Oh my gosh it's going. I know very random. Tragic like it was awful. They lost everything and was because of a lamp timer. It like exploded or win. I don't know gore caused some short and just like where's my score. It's no. I felt awful for them but it was. I did lose my yellow skorts and my roller skate shirt. I would wear all the time. But of course like i didn't care about it at all other than that's my memory of my job. My brain works like just now. I saw skorts. I didn't even think of that when i was talking to cat. For whatever reason. I just thought of it just now. The on that episode. Yeah we do breakdown how to go about finding a therapist and yes can also broke down the care frontier. Actually it was an episode. We were talking about how mary had called me out on something that as a friend and a caring loving way. And that's when cat gave us a name for that. She said that ed place where she used to work they would sit down and go around and it was almost like a like a work activity like okay care for tation time like confront your core whatever you need to talk about today and it was like yes. Sometimes you have to like confront things in a caring loving way. So hopefully that episode is helpful for you jamie and then i recommend you. Maybe just listening to cats podcast. As well. she probably has other episodes with helpful information and Hopefully you'll be able to find a resource or someone good for you soon. All right four the email is hey amy this past november i had surgery for an invasive though thankfully benign mass in my brain at twenty four years old. This wasn't a turn that i anticipated. Having to take at this point in my life but thankfully after several long months of weighing my options and consulting with neurosurgeons. I had the procedure. And i'm now fully recovered while i don't know the details of what you and your family are going through this last fall and winter knowing that you were handling difficult times and listening to your candidate counts about the lack of sunshine and roses in that moment really helped me feel less isolated. During that time. Hearing the stories of other amazing listeners overcoming their own difficult obstacles on the fifth thing was and continues to be an inspiration to become a better version of myself as well. I feel a special appreciation closeness for the four things family because truly feels like family these last few months even though we've never met i'm currently in graduate school in working towards becoming a researcher to better understand and promote intergenerational relationships. You and chase have discussed before that. Sometimes you just have to put yourself out there and send an email. Well i'm taking your advice and reaching out for a favor. I'm in the process of collecting data for my dissertation which focuses on the grandparent grandchild bond. And i wanted to see if you could plug my survey on four things. I know this is a complete long shot but it would be a tremendous help. And as i've learned from you can't hurt to ask. The survey can be taken by both grandparents and grandchildren. Even adult grandchildren and all responses will be anonymous. I'm hoping to have people participate from all fifty states and plan to use the information to create programs that strengthen grandparent grandchild relationships across the country. This survey can be found on my website. Abigail stephan dot com. And i'll just spell it. Because honestly i'm not one hundred percent sure but it's like stefan but abigail ab g. a. I l. s. t. e. p. h. a. n. And you can rewind if you need to hear me. Say that against you get it right. Because this is someone from our four things fam- that is working on her dissertation and would like somebody from all fifty states. And i am so sorry abby. I don't know if. I said this abby from south carolina but i'm so sorry that you had to go through brain surgery. I'm super happy to hear that you're now recovered and i'm so glad that this community has helped you. During that time it continues to. And i love the you decided to shoot your shot. I mean you're right. It can't hurt. And while i can't promise that listeners. From all over the country will for sure. Take your survey. I'm gonna personally pledge to do it. So at least give you the state of tennessee california's covering mary's going to do it. So now we've got tennessee and california so we got forty eight states to go. Oh mary is going to be in hawaii later this month. Technically i could get hawaii. Yeah yeah i've ever do. Yeah so maybe that will help. I had an email. I think last week from a listener in canada. So maybe we take this survey international again abbey. I have no idea. And i've clicked on it and i'm just going to give a heads up like it is a survey you're going to have to like pay attention to you. Have to agree to the terms which honestly it was a lot of reading to do. But abby said you'll be anonymous. And i trust her so i just agreed to terms so it seems simple enough and i only had i mean for some people. It might take more time if you have like four living grandparents right now but i only ever knew one grandparent like one biological grandpar- was alive when i was alive. What about you mary. Well i had all four for a very short period of time. But i was really close to one but i had realized for like until college and then actually have one grandma still alive. But she has severe alzheimer's says she. It's not quite the same but She does she ever find a home for her cat. Yes oh yeah. The cat is happy with the newlywed couple. And they love was his name again. Frank tim toby. What was the name. No funding idea. The cat had found a home. I just bring it up. Because there was a time where mary and i were considering my dad taking on the cat so backstreet. My grandma lived in a house and had a caretaker live with her and then it just got too much for the caretaker. She actually at two caretakers and then so she went to like eleven facility homeplace and she had a cat which the cat could dot co there so which. She didn't remember that she had to get every time the cat would show up. She'd be like why can't hear like every i'm laughing she it's it's not i mean what is the guy's name. Oh my gosh. So anyways we had to find a home for the cat. And yeah amy at one point was thinking about taking it possibly for your dad and the hospital. I know which update here. That i'll just say is i think we may be found to share a cat if you've been following cat gate quite the process. We think we've found a cat and it's actually in california near mary. So we're gonna probably be flying to california at the end of the month to get the cat and the murray flying back with the cash. If you're on a flight from orange county international you hear lots of meowing the whole flight rally is probably us also to..

"She doesn't have instagram or anything. I don't know when that day will come mean she's fourteen so we're just kind of feeling some stuff out but she has adopted she's only been in america three and a half years so she's a little bit behind thank goodness socially and emotionally and stuff like that so even though she's fourteen i don't feel like i'm dealing with what some other parents a fourteen year olds might be dealing with. You know what i'm saying. So they've over that. But the gab. Wireless it looks kind of like an iphone. So it's not like a cheesy kid. Phone look childish and i think that that's helpful because you you know a fourteen year old doesn't want to be embarrassed. They're cute little like frog zone. That can call three people you know like she's or like what we is like a brick nokia walkie-talkie well. I didn't even what i had. When i when i was a pager. A we didn't even have you wanna picture. Yeah she well. I go back to that. And i'll be like you have to find find a payphone or school phone and just look like an iphone. It does yeah. I mean and i feel like we've been super happy with it. So calling gab wireless. Hopefully that's something you can check out for your son and thanks for the email. All right thank you. Everyone is listening for sending in notes. Love hearing from you. Four things with amy brown at g mail dot com is where you can send emails and if you want something to end up on the fifth thing i just ask that you put v thing in the subject line whether you have a question or something encouraging you wanna share with us or a quotes where anything because i mean i feel like we're our own community here and we all help each other out so you may have some wisdom that i can read and share to someone else listening and it may be exactly what they needed to hear so i love hearing from. Y'all appreciate all the notes. And then i know we were talking about cell phones in ages. But you you're younger than me. Like i had a pager. You probably never had a paycheck. What year were you born. Eighty nine eighty nine. Okay well i was asking 'cause we put out our board near sweat shirts and they're super cute. We only had a few years to begin with but just a heads up. So you'll know we have thirty three years now. Available eighty-nine is available. Eighty one available sixty nine available lead up. My sister came was born in sixty nine like. I don't know that. I really wanna wear that on a sweatshirt but we've sold like ten so there's ten sixty nine torture that we're kind of didn't think anybody was going to buy sixty nine because it's included. Yeah they do. it's there to sell. We have yet ninety one which could be good because a lot of people turning thirty this year. The eighty one's for people turning forty. "We wanna make sure you get your father's day items in time for father's day which is june twentieth and then pimp enjoy the patriotic stuff will just make sure that you get that before fourth of july. So if you can separate your orders that would be amazing. Really really amazing. Just a small business trying to figure it out. I know mary ann ashley. We're talking about possibly being able to sort out the items like if people did order together to make sure that you get on at the same time that that's just a lot to figure out and again might not one hundred percent be doable. So we don't want to mess up anybody's orders but just kind of a weird timing thing but thank you in advance for everything. Thank you for supporting all. The different causes that we have going on like it truly means a lot and you for listening to the podcast and for rating and reviewing and for screen shotting and sharing on your social media for subscribing. I know that. I thought it was a follow button and i guess for some people. It's changed a follow but for some people it's still subscribe and actually looked at my phone and it still says subscribe so however you want to make sure that you're getting the episode every week if you follow or subscribe than anything. I put up on the four. Things will automatically downloaded every tuesday and every thursday. When i put new episodes up so i just appreciate this community a lot. I'll have been very very very good to to me to us to all the things that we have going on. Mary and i are so grateful for all the support. The bobby bones shows grateful for everything that y'all do to support especially if you're listening to this episode the fifth thing. I know that you're hardcore. Because i know there's a lot of people that still listen to the fore things because that's the a more substantial episode full of things I don't know i'm saying substantial because more work goes into it. But i don't know that it's like substantial value depending on who you are and what you need at any given moment but you know as long as somebody benefits. Maybe even one person benefits from an episode. Then i have done my job. Not every episode is going to be for. Everybody and i totally understand that. But yeah if you're listening to the fifth thing. I feel like you're definitely hardcore. You're likely abi teamer. And i'm i'm gonna do a live on the team facebook page by the way tomorrow night so wednesday night if you wanna go join that But i think in order to join the team facebook page you have to get approved because they don't mess around over there. They are all about positive vibes and kindness and if anybody is rude for one second they are kicked out so but i feel like everyone listening to this is probably super kind so just a heads up. There is a team facebook page. I think there's like forty thousand members now and that's different from the bobby bones. Show facebook page which you know has tons and tons of people. But it's mean over there. Like i don't go hang out there at all whatsoever. People complained about everything. And if they've got something to say they definitely say over on that page and that's why the teamers formed their own facebook page because they wanted a positive place to go to bond and talk about the bobby bones. Show thank you so much for that. I don't know what i would call you know hardcore four things listeners. Guess a team. But then i don't wanna counter the b. team so who knows just now that you are appreciated and you are awesome and if anybody has any name ideas than ab all could email those to me as well so all right. I will talk to you on thursday. Mary and i will be doing the first thing together on thursday. We had a friendship moment where she kinda called me out on something so we're going to break that down just in case. Maybe it's something that you might need to hear as well and then for the second third and fourth thing. I've got michelle williams on from destiny's child remember her back in the day will she wrote a book and she's been through a lot including depression. Which is what inspired her to put the book out. So i'm not talking with her for the last three things so i hope you will listen on thursday.

"But i wanted to let you know that i'm sending a print of the coke and peanuts painting attached below to you at the station address. It came as part of a membership to bitter southerner. And it's very cool but i have no personal connection to it. I know that you do. And i know how much you love and miss your dad. It is a sad sorority that we both belong to. I hope that looking at it will bring a smile and a beautiful memory and if someone has already sent this to you please feel free to pass mine onto your sister or another relative praying for strength and comfort kelly which kelly i just wanted to say. Thank you so much for this thoughtful gift. I cannot wait to get it in the mail at the station. Nobody has done this to me. I had not ever seen it before. But thank you for attaching a picture. So i know what to look out for. Its adorable and if some of your like wait what kokin peanuts. What are you talking about At my dad's funeral we had a cooler full cokes and a basket full of peanuts. And what my dad used to do on road trips was he would pour the peanuts into the coke and i know this is a thing that a lot of people maybe grew up with a grandma or grandpa or maybe even parents. That did this as well. But it's something. I'm going to pass down for sure. It's if i'm on a road trip. I'm going to do this in honor of my dad but it's a way of snacking efficiently while you're driving. So when you take a swig of the coke you get a few peanuts in your mouth and boom you get a snack and drink at the same time and my sister was telling me to. My dad used to also do grape soda with peanuts which is a nice little combo probably tastes like a little peanut peanut butter and jelly sandwich or something. So if you've never tried it. Give it a try. But i had posted about it on instagram when i was at his funeral. And so i guess. Kelly you saw post on instagram. And thank you so much for sending me this this picture from your membership to bitter southerner. I have never heard of that. But if y'all want to check out bitter southerner the instagram account is just that at bitter southerner. And i guess they have really cool art and maybe you get different drawings. All the time don't know how it works but i am grateful to be recipient of one of the pieces. So thank you. Kelly for thinking of me and sending that in all right i appreciate each and every one of you so so much and before we go I'm just letting you know too. I know i went on a father's day spill a minute ago but tomorrow on wednesday on the bobby bones show at eight thirty seven. Thirty central re. We're going to be putting up our patriotic pimp and joy line which is going to help build a veteran a home. And we've done this for the last four years. This'll be our forth. that are in that. We've helped build a home. We partner with building homes for heroes and these veterans are so deserving they sacrifice so much for our country this one in particular is army staff. Sergeant majestic and his name is jerry jerry majestic and he was struck by an id. His car was or his truck in iraq and when he exited the vehicle there was firefight that ensued as well and he was shot so he has burns. He's has amputation. Z- had eighty surgeries to date. So man. he has been through a lot and to be able to be in a home that is fitted just for him and his needs so that he can get around better. He's now in a wheelchair and it's just a whole thing to think he was over there fighting for our country and that's something that happened to him as he was just driving along and he was targeted because of certain relationships that he was making. So someone did this to him on purpose and it's crazy just to hear his story but then also and see what an inspiration he is and it's a story of hope him and his new wife. They're going to be moving into the home that we build the current home that they're in is not equipped for him at all whatsoever so this will be the biggest blessing in the world and all proceeds from pimp enjoy will be going to this. All proceeds always go to the cause that we have going on. But i love every summer leading up to fourth of july. We put out the patriotic line. Which is red white and blue stuff. So if you've never bought anything pimp enjoy now might be the time for you.

"Of walker actually singing. At here we go all right back to the email. I just wanted to share that. I love the shirt and simply looking down at. It makes me smile and feel so good. It has pretty much everything on it. I want to live for. I think it may be my new life motto. It's not always easy to live that way though and this cute comfy shirt is great encouragement. Your friend crystal from indiana so yeah just wanted to close out the podcast today. Reminding y'all to become kind. Choose joy laugh lot. Eat cake and also. Just thank y'all for all of the support. I mean crystal even the fact that you went to buy the t shirt. I know it takes a lot to hear me. Talk about something that mary and i put together and we put a lot of work into the merchandise that we make whether it is for pimp enjoy or four things or a spa or the new que. Bueno stuff like we. We put a lot of work into that. And it's not lost on me that y'all are hearing it and not really getting a visual of it and you're trusting that it's gonna be good and then you take the time to go to your computer and either go to radio dot com or you go to shop dot com or you go to four things dot com or the shop. Ford whatever however you find it all redirects to the shot ford website with. There's tons of items up there that give back but those are the ones that i'm involved in and just to see how y'all supported us in. Our community has rallied together. It's just been really cool. I was in texas this last weekend for my dad's funeral and i got to pass out the que bueno shirts to a lot of my family. And if you aren't familiar with that story. I have a post up on my instagram. You can just go read about it. Radio amy's where you can find it look for the selfie of me wearing a navy shirt with white letters across sake. Que bueno. which means that's good and you can read more about it. There and the scholarship fund that we've created in my dad's name the harvey clifton moffitt. Scholarship fund could be a great father's day gift for someone in your life or actually all cold at items under s blah normally. They support haiti. But for this father's day in honor of my dad. We've shifted everything supporting his scholarship fund. So we can build that up and helped send kids to college or at least give scholarships so that we can build that up and give scholarships to kids in rural areas. That would like an opportunity to go to college because my dad is someone that wouldn't have gone to college. If it wasn't for scholarships and the reason why it's kim we know is he was fluent in spanish. She always said that again. I told you could go read about the post. But it's like i can't help myself. I have to talk about it but it was really cool to pass those out and it's been really cool to see all of y'all and support it but if you do have fathers day shopping to do just wanted to encourage you and you know crystal sharing that email and being such a happy customer makes us feel good because she likes shirt. She likes the quality of the shirt. She likes the reminder of the shirt what it's all about and that is literally why marian. I anything that we come up with. We come up with with that in mind and that is our hope for when you wear it so super. Cool all right. Thank you guys for listening. I feel like the fifth thing. So if you are listening to this and you listen all the way through shout out to you. I appreciate it and thank you so much for all the support all right. Talk to y'all on thursday for all four.

"Beautiful in your life the thing is she. Does this sometimes pick a new hobby and then just stays with it for like three months. I've been with us for a minute. The never goes back to it ever again painting on the easel up. still guns. yeah. That was a long time ago. Still it was for a minute. You're writing or guitar along. The list goes on. I know but y'all for me puzzles. Birds are here to stay like this is the new me or the old you. I think it's the older you so even my quote today is about birds found this one purposefully because i thought it was fitting and it's firm. Charlie ward all from his book understanding and building confidence. And here's what charlie said. A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking because it's trust is not on the branch but on its own wings. So hopefully that is something that you all can use to help. Build your confidence. It might be a book that i need to check out. I literally just googled bird quotes and that was one of my favorite ones and then i came upon his book. And i'm like well. Maybe now i need to read this book all right i. E mail izza from brian. Hey amy listener here. I know you think you're talking mostly to women. But i listen every week. This wanted you to know. But i'm gonna keep this short and to the point. I saw your post on instagram about a hummingbird feeder. That you wear on your head. And i'm not sure if he posted where to get it. I saw it. And then i wasn't on instagram for few days and the story expired. Can you email me the link. I needed to buy that for my wife. She is obsessed with hummingbirds. Your friend brian which just wanted you know signing at your friend to prove that i listened all the time. Oh and i'm from california. More proof that i listen. All the time brian. Thank you for that shoutouts all the guys that are listening okay brian. Yes my new hummingbird feeder helmet confluence of. Mary arrived at my house. And i had posted a picture of the other day but then posted a video so the video actually might still be on my instagram stories. I guess it depends honestly when you're listening to this in case you're listening to this and it's not up their radio. Amy is where you can find it in the stories and i linked swipe up but you can also go to heat stick dot com the website. Were mary found it. And honestly i don't know what all they make. I think there's some candle situation that's why it's heat. Stick dot com. If you scroll down past the candle thing you'll see the hummingbird feeder situation and it's supposed to be the most intimate experience with a and. I can't wait to see if it actually works. I kind of wish. They made other intimate experience helmets for all kinds of birds. Because that would be amazing. And maybe they do. I just don't have one yet. I think mary just randomly googling hummingbird feeder helmets and came across this. And i'm not sure if he gets a lot of orders but he personally called. Mary was asking her how she heard about them and she said she just searched it up and found them so anyway i think this guy he makes them himself and he was so excited to have the order so brian. I'm sure he will be equally as excited to get the order from you for your wife so super thoughtful gift and anybody out there that wants to get it for someone in their life or maybe for yourself who knows but you also maybe wanna wait for me to review it. I haven't actually put it on and gone outside and had any sort of experience yet but it is still a cool gift to give somebody if this is something they would be into. And you never know never know what. Kind of humming verdicts variances. We're going to start having but either way i mean who knows. I don't even know if. I really get hummingbirds in my backyard. So tvd tv. But brian heat stick dot com is where you can find it and you're super thoughtful.
