"Attending the way. They're color tanning some of it. Yeah yeah some. I've seen green and blue. It's the old audis out of us to take in between the waves. They'd run a blue thread which a lot of people realize they'd run a thread through it through their weaves and it wasn't like a carbon fiber special they had as their weaving the carbon. It just had a blue thread and it crisscross so when you clear you couldn't see. I think it stopped and seventeen or eighteen but you could take a flashlight and when you're looking at it. The blue is dancing ship. That's more you know. I wanna know summer in texas when you guys get known ryden sunsets. I mean from seven thirty to eight thirty. It's pretty awesome. At least over. What are you guys. Do you get on writing at all. I mean yeah i. I've been riding every day multiple times a day for me first thing in the morning Or at dusk Usually first thing orients better Just it's it's still a little cooler because it's been cooler at night. Yeah whereas even at night like the roads still really hot and radiates up pretty pretty bad. Yeah but i've even been going out in the middle of fucking day like right now. Just got awfully fucking hot. I just keep it short. I'll do you know twenty minutes. Yeah there's two quick Quick short ride do and and you know for me it. It's just because i didn't grow up riding motorcycles. And you know. I'm so far behind the power curve. I try to get as much experience doing it as i can. So that I can really evaluate the bikes. And and you know push them to their their potential at least to the best of my ability which again is not not a high level but I just try to try to get better. And i enjoy it so those two things combined has me as me ryden every day couple of times a day in most cases. Yeah we rode sunday. That won't for a nice long Indian sound you're right around town right Eighty miles we did that. I got sun. Yeah let's say melissa. As long as we were going it was fine. I mean even even in the middle of the day especially on the indian. Because it's a fucking dome dome helmet and shirt you know not not fully jacket and full face helmet like you are in the sport bikes So but god at the stoplights sweating bullets. There was a. I don't know what it was but we were going through a semi cold front and it just felt like every now and then someone turn on the air conditioning. And then i never been happier to go through rain. Fuck yes rain. Hit a rain spot for just a couple of minutes but yeah cooled off twenty degrees. Like that s fucking sprinkling. It was pretty nice sprinklers. And your kid that's great. There's nothing like it. nothing like it at all. What else you got. That is playboy. A classy magazine. Well doesn't exist any. Did you say class here. Classic classy this really. I remember back to go right back on us. We're at the radio station. They flipped so they weren't going to nudes anymore. But they were gonna do tasteful photos. And that's when they a bunch of old radio guys brought up a bunch of their old playboys set them out on the tables at the station. Like wants to flip through these. you know. get to get a piece of history. And i'd never actually seen a playboy in person and with on the internet right. It's this free pornography that playboys way class here than what you can say online. Well that's the thing i think. I think the internet at least a lot of people never had it and you know pearl clutching evangelical think playboys like hustler no get sockets illustrated and you talk about pearl clutching and talking about naked women. It makes me think of something later. But here's the kicker though. And here's where playboy or hugh hefner don't get any props okay. They were the king of what is now photo shopped instagram modeling. Okay because i don't know about you. But i've seen in met. I would say seven eight playboy models and nothing like they did in the magazine. You're looking at it. Like where's she go. Which false advertising question yes classy. i think. And that's the degradation of our society is is why playboy doesn't exist anymore is because it was classy and people don't want class anymore really no now. They won't trashing they to be able to see people's kids. That's that's where i found and most people will say. Oh you're playboy actually had good reporters and damn good articles real good stories and talk. You know cars and watch sports. I mean it was. It was good. I would say the dupont registry of but with women in hot bitches. And i'm not saying all playmates are ugly. Now i would say half of the ones. I've met were and then the other ones like damn so i i gotta. I snagged a couple from the station. I remember taking him taking him home. And sean christine and she said the same. I kind of thought these are going to be trashy i like. They're really not actually a cool pakistan articles. yeah exactly hustler. A hustler Yeah beach baseball. Bat giving birth to a time. Here's a time worked at barnes and noble way to do came in every week and bought a hustler and a high times magazine and i was like that guy his life. That's i had so much respect for that man. Yeah hundred percent. Classy yellow forgotten man. The cars and bitches say did you have a couple of back in the day. I mean a couple living that to anybody. Our any any american males in our age bracket there was a box in there. Fucking dad's closet or or somewhere in their house ahead fucking nudie megs censure almost everybody i mean every one of my friends are dad's had fucking playboys at that we would raid. Yeah i got at least four or five years of every one of them in a box somewhere in my house now keep them. Yes especially when i heard they were going out like i wouldn't even look at them. I take note it wasn't i'm put it up. Yeah i have them because one day we were something like a baseball card back in the day. Maybe we trade and trading playboys like nfc's coin. Yeah yeah i'll give you this february twenty seventeen for that centerfold of yet. And what's your tits. I will tell you this naked picture of this woman who has nothing to do with this transaction for this much money. Exactly playboys trip. That's about it today. you got it guys. Thanks for listening. "Now and then which is past weekend. I'm fucking glad. I did at some point. We'll slowdown say. He's having fun with another car. I'm gonna slow down if i see shit. Just don't feel right. Yeah around them. I don't wanna be in that mix up you know. And as he does the same thing but Arteries and said that. I was showing cords on my tires and i had one of his kids in my car and didn't realize oh it fixed. That's good the pros and amazing car. I can't wait to feel with that horsepower. And part of the reason. I haven't let you drive it yet. As i didn't want you driving it without feeling like it was feeling it was fucking horrible. It was bad now. I'd definitely say. I like you to drive especially before we do the turbos. Because i'd like to because then we can do the seat comparison seat dino but my car came with a wing that was huge. Had a cool. Look i think it looks cleaner now with the stock went back on Other than that. I want to change the turbos. And i'm gonna kinda pull you and leave the car. Loan of it does what i wanted to do. And hard until or ninety six argued pista. I'm curious there. Was this study. They did that they. They surveyed a bunch of americans and they found that there's a general level of happiness salary. They said like eighty one hundred thousand dollars. You're kinda right in the goods because once you get once you're making over six figures you start getting into stocks. Knowing multiple properties stress starts to come on your life a little bit. And then if you make less you gotta keep up. But they found this like range. They were like this is this seems to be the spot for general happiness when it comes to cars. D think. that's where the piece is or do you think there might be something up past that. Maybe this is the thing like maybe. Maybe there's a level that i haven't ascended to yet. The thing is is that cars are so so subjective to the owner. What they like what they do with them what they want out of it And that varies so greatly from person to person. Yeah i would even say not argue with with that statistic. Obviously you know polls polls but i think with with people and salaries. It's kinda the same thing i think you know. Happiness is is largely a choice really is like in. Its way way fucking easier said than done having said that. It's also easier to choose to be happy when you've got a fuck ton of money but to your point that also comes with a lot of extra also don't need to look very far to see people who are obnoxiously wealthy. That are absolutely fucking miserable. Yeah you know. But i've also met some people that are really wealthy. That are couldn't be happier to now And that's every spectrum of every tax bracket so. I think you know money. I think Amplifies who you are. You know it really. Does i think in both extremes really is that if if you're a good fuck fucking person and you know how to make yourself happy and your balanced having excess fucking funds is just going to magnify that on the other end of spectrum. If you're this fucking broke like that's going to reveal who you are as a person and what kind of attitude you have also a good and bad your shitty person with a fucking terrible attitude and your piss broke. Its going to magnify that if you have a you know a really really good attitude and your piss broke. Its going to magnify that too because people are going to see that. Hey even though this this and this is the case in your life like you still or smile and having a good attitude fucking choose to be happy with with your circumstance And i think with cars i. It's just it's hard to compare those two that same way. I think because you know again. Like what matt and i are very similar in what we want out of a car and it needs to be kind of well rounded not kind of well rounded needs to be very well rounded in that. Yes you need straight-line speed but you need like where. Most people focus primarily on that amount of horsepower wheel horsepower. Sixty two one thirty zero to sixty quarter mile times for sure. We're interested in those in those matter. But that's that's one piece of puzzle and there's four or five other components. That for both of us i know are absolutely every bit as as important. How many people are are they like. Do the fucking breaks are amazing on this car. Like you don't hear people talk about that normally that's not in motor trend magazine most the time. They're not talking about look fucking brakes on this car. Most people don't really give a shit some people do and they mention them. If it's like you know the has the most pistons of any fucking or the biggest diameter of any carbon carbon ceramic brake. Ever made like. Yeah they may mention it then but but just as one example you know handling i think. I don't think t to me. Handling is the most underrated characteristic of a good sports car. That in the general population gets you know completely missed now. There are plenty of people out there. You know people that are on track and porsche fanciers. And and ferrari fanciers and in certain pockets of of the demographic. I think that understand how valuable it is for sure there is but i think most people like you go to car meets and stuff. Most of the people there isn't a knock on any of them. But you know. How many times do you overhear people talking about how well a car handles fucking never know you know. It's how fast is it you know. Never how was it break. How well does it handle. You know how. How does it absorb speed. You know what's the ride ride quality like. How's it feel to me like that's for me. And i've kind of learned that in in having the piece to for a little while now is is how important those things are to me like. It's just magnified. How important they are. You know ride quality handling tires grip active era and downforce. And how well it sucks the road when you're when you're really hauling ass to me that that's what makes that car so special and so fun to drive is all of those things combined with the accessibility to the engine that that makes it feel like. It's not a turbo engine. All it's very very quick not fast but it's also very quick it gets to to these high higher speeds Quick and gives a good punch right out of the gate. It reminds me more of a charger than it does. twin turbo. And it's just it just such a fucking marvel in describing describing the feel of a car. It's elusive right. It's easy.

"Fucking cold dude. There is. there is no attitude about any fucking thing you know. It goes into just survival mode at that point. You know and the fact that we as taxpayers fucking bankroll hundreds of billions of dollars or however goddamn much money i mean i know it's billions ton to you know to to house fucking people that or scourges on society. It's like what the fuck you know. Obviously it's working you know. The prison system has exploded in the last thirty forty years. To where like we have the highest rate of incarceration of any country in the world. You know and it's because prison is is to fucking easy. I mean it really is. I don't understand it. I would love to have like that fucking sheriff. Come on. who's count count almost famous now. I can't remember his name. But jor jar from the one. That does the sixty days in. He's the sheriff of the sixty days in prison. It's the it's the same area it's tucson tucson pima county jail for the pima county sheriff. I think who it is. But i'll say if i reach to me it'd be cool to get him on on the show and be like. Hey what like i know. There's cruel and unusual punishment Clauses which is probably going to prohibit most of that which is a problem but to me. That's you know. I mean and i'll even use myself as an example and not sound like hypocrite. Let's take speeding. You guys at this point. Know how i feel about that because if i got sent to jail you know for speeding and and i was in that environment. I'll tell you right now. I'd stop fucking speeding. I'd be pissed about it. But i would stop doing you know like right now. It's just enough to piss you off now but the punishment isn't severe enough to keep most people from doing it or people wouldn't do it. Yeah i mean fuck. Dallas is the most dangerous city driving in the country right. Fuck yeah congratulations. Yeah just just got voted that or or whatever awarded via statistics. So you know. It's like with anything i mean if if it's a problem and you wanna curb it like you you've got to to make the consequence commensurate with the curbing of the problem and they just don't do it as the same thing when opponents kid and i had this saturday when i punished for my daughter i never okay. I'm gonna take one thing from you know you did some shit. I didn't like you're getting punished. I'm just gonna take one. Take everything so i don't have to. If you learn your lesson. I don't ever have to fuck with this again. And that punishment. Over and wallace harsh on the kid is like i said you when we punish our kids with kids don't understand we're punishing ourselves to have you ground your kid especially if your kids under teenage years say twelve and under if you're grounded for a week well guess who else was fucking grounded for a week. Now i guess to watch your ass for hire a babysitter. So now it's costing me to punish your ass. Kids don't understand that because they're not adults that just an asshole but if you go to the extreme like you're saying when prison and you take all that shit away right away they're like fuck. I lost everything. yeah. I don't wanna do that shit again. Some kids will rebel and do it again. Like he won't do that shit again. And you bag it up with the second. How fuck that. I ain't doing that. I mean with kids. It's it's for sure different. In terms of of the mental maturity or lack there and the frontal lobe not being developed their inability to logic and reason especially the younger they. Are you know so it. It's not you know completely apples to apples that way. But yeah for sure as they get older and they start to really understand right from wrong dot com. You know it's it is i mean there. There is a mechanism to say. Look here's the fucking deal like if you don't stop doing this than than this is going to happen where i think. The problem is is in the rules that govern people's ability to to do that you know whether it's parents or or even the prison system is that it's it's illegal to not let fucking prisoners do a lot of things that i i. Just don't think you should lose all rights. Jean you when i granted my daughter one time and here in another room. She's telling her friend. Don't touch that. What the fuck ni- here and here the little kia. What's wrong while. I'm grounded from that. We're not allowed to play with that. Essentially ground her and all her friends. Kit that's funny. Go in there like thirty minutes later. And her and her friend or just sitting on the edge of the bed just kicking their feet scared. But i mean yeah i mean if you fuck up and you fuck up your rats and you go to jail. You're rats are no. You have no more in that yard. You're rats are gone. You're following the rules of the prison. And that's it fuck you don't like like how can someone be on death row for ten years. I get the appeal process but if you clearly did it or you admitted yeah did especially for the you know. Cases of it's on video dude admitted it you know like it's there's there's no question about it. There's no appeal process. Yeah i don't. I don't get why why they have to sit there for fucking ten years. You know waiting for For it to happen. It's fucking dumb. Meyer we should just have my my. My heartache is any some some prisons or businesses right and left for a business function you have to have customers and it doesn't make sense to fit to get your customers to not come back for business right like if they keep people it's the same thing with With animal shelters you know the the adopt. Don't shop mantra that. You hear a lot of people say you know. It's one of those things where the the road to hell is paved in good intentions in similarly. You know if if let's say any any big animal shelter that's usually full most of the time we're all the time you know. And especially when they're connected with hsa us or aspca. Is that if those animal shelters are now sudden empty. What does that mean for the facility for the workers for the staff the admin the man you know and especially the higher up they get like wayne pacelle. I don't know if he's still the humane society President or not. But i mean that motherfuckers make an hundreds of thousands of dollars you know. It reminds me of the wounded warrior project. You know the. I don't think it's that way anymore. Either because people found out and made a big big stink about it which they should you know the the founder or whoever's managing a nonprofit shouldn't be making hundreds of thousands. They do need a salary that that is adequate for their talent level. And if they're they're operating you know millions of dollars of You know of revenue via donations. You do need people that know what they're doing and do a good job and you shouldn't ask them to do that for nothing but also they shouldn't be you know making enough money to have four different fucking houses and whatever anyway. Point is is that Just like with prisons because most prisons are private at this point which i think is a huge mistake For for exactly that reason but But you know back to the dog. Thing is that if If those dogs aren't there You know then. People aren't going to adopt them. People don't adopt and then it doesn't open up You know space and so while most people think well you know. I'm doing the right thing by adopting a dog from an animal shelter for that dog and for right now. Yes that is the right thing The problem is is that for the long term. You're keeping up a demand of a sub-standard dog which is why they're there in the first place is shitty breeding practices. When you're taking dogs. That have no business being bread that have thin nerves that have no drive that have health problems. That have you know mental instability. They've got fucking shitty temperaments and they're being bred over and over and over and filling these populations of of shelters and then you've got all these people who wanna do the right.

It's it's it'll be a lot of my content but there'll be some dog stuff it's really. It's a patriotic page for kind of everything that have gone on. So we'll do like. I said a lot of behind the scenes mic. Drop stuff Interaction with the guest stuff that we do before and after the show You know may throw some car bike stuff in. There is some kind of day in the life type shit of some of the things that i do Maybe some stuff out with all the dogs. The word dog foundation know just really trying to Have kind of a one stop shop for everybody that's asking about all the different components of Of all the ridiculous shit that i have going on. So that launches today as we record so when you see this little been out for a few days but yeah we're excited to To bring a lot of people have been asking for all that that stuff so I guess we just wanna have one one spot that we can do that. So yeah a lot of good Good benefits in there. Got some got some good stuff. You can get behind the scenes videos We were talking about a one hour. We work out the back end up. But i think we can do it with what we've got here. This all seems capable My birch coupon codes. It's gonna be cool man. That's why it's been lacking but we want to bring you guys content that you can't get on youtube you know it's if we want to go out shoot guns do stupid shit. America's come on come on christmas. Bill cosby bill cosby. Got left the fuck. Oh what's up with that only. I don't know what's up with it to me. it's weird. i have mixed feelings on it on the one hand like if somebody didn't do some shit and they shouldn't go to prison on the same token wasn't he convicted by jury so he was convicted by jury. He got out on a loophole. So i went. And i was like it had to be something. Just got fucked up. You know because it went through. All the appeals process. Come to find out in the state where he was trav- which out forget. Where was it new york. So there was a civil case which went first then the criminal case the civil lawyer in which was also the. Da district attorney. Yeah yep and the What's it called where you go in and you do all your testimony before during a judge. I can't think of it hearing now. It's.

"Amg one hypercard. Yes so. I feel like i've been looking at this thing for a long time at the auto shows but maybe just variations of it but mercedes. Amg coming out with this new hypercard car. It's going to be a hybrid it's it's pretty cool looking for testing it out on the streets recently kind of kind of cam owed but not really 'cause you can kind of tell what it is it's it's got definitely shades of the mercedes. Amg supercar that. I don't know how many of those they made you. Never see him trade hands. You never see seal case. Yeah super expensive ryan and do you ever see those cars come across anywhere. I haven't seen them for sale but somebody has when here and they roll it around at the cars and coffee events and it's an a trailer it's like in the had. I have seen one at the father's day beverly hills. Nice shaw there. What is that. What is the nineties then. Super cards kind of mercedes see okay and how many did they make an how. Come none of them ever sell. I never seen one limited well while he's looking this up. I'm going to give you some of the specs and it's gonna be interesting so eleven hundred horsepower hybrid powertrain combined but the engine is a one point. Six turbo charged v six. That spins to eleven thousand rpm. Wow this is all starting to feel a little kona zag right right tiny engine v. Six though like wasn't conan's like a three cylinder. Yeah think so at his four hundred fifty horsepower but one point six liter v six turbo eleven thousand rpm one. Point six okay. yeah Boy that thing must spool up man had they said one point six straight four. You know with the turbo and high. Rpm yeah i see what you're doing but six Configure yeah Interesting is it going to sound like a motorcycle. Maybe with the displacement isn't there but the cylinders are there. Yeah the Obviously mercedes kind of famous for their straight sixes The see okay. Gtri the car were talking about mexico. Where is that car. What was that car. Mid nineties late nineties said a nineties. I wanna say nineties. I'm trying to. I'm thinking of like the lights and stuff of only seen them in silver. Yeah yeah late late nineties. I don't know how many they made but who ever got. Hold of those cars. They don't sell right. They're kinda up there with the mclaren. F one from the nineties like people just have them come across every once in a while. Yeah there was like a couple like two three years in a row. They popped up as one in monterey monterey from august of two thousand eighteen sold for four point five The now that four point five. I think so and i think someone bought that car right at four point five because if you take a luck twenty-five examples if you take a look at the mclaren f ones that are twenty million bucks now. Yeah that's a good point this cars undervalued at at four point five although yeah sure it's gone up a lot it's crazy looking at. It looks like it shouldn't be street. Legal yeah they to cool piece. It's a cool piece. You pull that into the home depot. And yeah i would yeah. I'd say the whole foods but you know the home depot. You're all let me hit this empire. Rector empire records..

"Remember and There wasn't a lot in between the airport and the city denver's kind of getting filled in. So it'll take you a little while just to get through denver. I dunno max paddock and figure it out but denver international airport to boulder is about forty five. Miles yeah it seems like yeah denver from the airport to denver's probably twenty five miles or thirty miles or something like that. It's not that close and then it's a national. I think it's all the same direction. Yeah i gotta go. And i got to rent a car. Here's the funny thing about renting cars right now. Rental cars are expensive because we were in this pandemic. Nobody was renting cars. All travel was shut down the rental car. Companies are basically going out of business so they sell all their cars to get cash right now. That travels opening up again. They can't get new cars because we have a chip shortage and none of the manufacturers can make new cars so now the rental car companies are going out and paying a premium to purchase used cars to fill back up their rental fleet and used cars heart an all time high talk about talk about selling low and buying high the opposite of you want all the rental car companies doing that so now it costs one hundred twenty dollars a day to get a kia soul. Which would have been thirty bucks a day. Somebody needs explain this to the government. Which is there's this notion of. We'll just raise the price of fuel and goods and lumber and meet. But they're not gonna pass it along to the customer. Yeah it's like you don't think that's how it works. We're just immediately gets passing thing is like we're raising the price of woodhead. But the the person who's building the house shouldn't have to pay for that. Yeah that's not. How set worse. Let me start raising. The price of everything gets inflated. And they just fucking get right right down. How else would it work. Rental car companies. As i was booked at was basically more money than a flight and hotel room. Wow so it costs more to get the car. Yeah vinnie sold his f one fifty for five hundred dollars less than what he bought it for three years ago. Yeah used cars are like an all time high that chip shortage that we have now. That's that's preventing us from building new cars. This is not an easy problem. This is this is a a year or so before it saw. We'll start getting chips in down factories and stuff again. You know when ford chevy. Now we're gonna make mass. We can't make cars yeah. This is now now that we're open. We can make cars like the camp. No chips can't get them all right. Well let me tell you what to do with your car..

"Yeah i've just gonna. I'm just going to leave it there. We're we're we're. Am eleven hundred horsepower. I don't know how'd you say they'll electric the electric thing. I think it was the electric all right so speaking of electric to more mercedes news mercedes is finally coming out with a legit tesla competitor the e s. I know this is sort of caught. The attention of our buddy alastair weaver at edmonds and so i haven't seen it in person Yet but the e. s. is a luxury sedan. I believe it's the first of all electric luxury sedan coming from From mercedes the photos are sort of this. Two-tone tone thing like the black in the silver like they're doing with the maybach. I think it looks stupid. But maybe it's just the color combination. That's all i could say with it. I just don't like how it's being here. I think maybe the lines of the vehicle. I don't know like the lines of other perspective after describing. What you just drink. It's definitely not an amg one that's for sure. I don't know something about the the line on this thing. The beltline across the side has a little bit of that. Vw cc if you remember that from a couple years ago maybe it's still I think it's been replaced by the artist. But anyway it's the interior looks gorgeous. It's going to have plenty of room for it and we love all the stitching and stuff that's going on. I believe it's gonna. It's just a massive screen but integrated into the dash not kind of tacked on essentially three screens like digital gauge cluster. In front of the driver a big central screen and even one in front of the front passenger as well. I'm not exactly sure what the passenger can do with it. But maybe controlled entertainment and climate control. Now what i can tell you right now is is. There's going to be two versions of this to start with. And i say to start with because mercedes likes to do an amg vers. So there's the s four fifty plus which is a single motor rear wheel drive three hundred twenty nine horsepower. Four zero six pound feet of torque. Expect that somewhere in the five point. Five seconds zero to sixty range. Certainly not tesla beating by any means but That's the base version. There's an e. s. five eighty four matic so this is going to be an all wheel drive version five hundred sixteen horsepower and six hundred and eleven pound feet of torque. That should get you down to the four point one second range. Now imagine there's going to be an amg version of this right. This is where mercedes is going to say. yes now. We're going after that two point something second rains that tesla doing now as far as range We don't have the actual range yet but the The estimated range is four hundred and fifty seven. I think that's the euro spec and the euro spec seems to be it was. It was usually a little more optimistic than the way we test here. The but but what's happening is we're finding out in talking to to alastair is is a lot of guys are beating the range. I think he said pretty much all of the cars. He tested other than the tests. That was beating the rain. Show i don't know for summer in that. Four hundred plus four twenty four fifty range. That's that's that's a big step off from. Let's say the average of two fifty that a lot of the other car manufacturers are are doing. And i have to tip my hat ended. They successfully are foyt of any character with the car. he'd go yet again to the all electric space. I mean they've they've taken all sexiness out of the design of vehicles so yeah although the interior is impressive the interior. Yeah i think the living space of this and think about how. You're going to use the car. I think is gonna make a difference. That interior is gorgeous. Now granted this this vehicle is got all the great stitching and all the the screens are lit up in blue in two white. And you know it just looks like a showpiece for sure. It looks good. It's it's definitely something that i think they needed to get into. I think the idea of getting in it into it with the with a luxury version of their easy is better than just going because they're going to have that. Amg one as their halo vehicle right when the so now doing this. And then can we get this as an amg version. That's gonna be the interesting portion of it. I think as well so good for them. If you guys are interested in competitor's to to the luxury ev market because we talked about audi gt coming out right those as well and porsche taycan. This is this is being or sorry. Mercedes version of what they're doing. Okay there's a few more things. Let me just let me just. I think the other thing. I wanted to touch on was Was bronco right. There are some delays with bronco but four continues to test. And they've done this for a few a few times with their other. Vehicles of course is is in disguise. They've taken like the raptor out and did to baja racing and some things like that and and excuse me the the bronco. Obviously it's not disguise. They took it to the nora mexican one thousand rally. They ran it in the stock class. Oh they took four bronco. I think the badlands had version version of it. Basically stock other than safety equipment roll cages and stuff and they put it out there and they wanted to see how. It's going to go They they didn't have the professional ringer driver. They had them but he was on the crew advising the team and to affords engineers obviously good drivers but to afford engineers brought it out there and it it it. It did very well. I believe it was third in class. Took third in its class. interesting enough. is there ford ranger when i in its class. And there's a lot of platform to be shared here between ranger and bronco and the glickenhaus of vehicle was took second. I doesn't surprise me at all. I've been following him on instagram with the build off of the they're cutting cutting edge for sure man i i'm i'm very interested in stuff there especially that gca. Well bronco did well. So that's a good sign. It had the roll cage harnesses and seats and fire but it had a two point. Seven liter ecoboost v. six and had the ten speed automatic transmission on some of the dry lake bed of of the event. They were doing one hundred plus miles an hour. They ran it on thirty three inch. Bf goodrich all terrain. Tires did something with the With with the axles. Yeah anyway it looked at it. It had all the the standard equipment on it. It seemed to run pretty good. It's a good sign. I think for For those of you that are on the list for the bronco which becoming out for you guys soon It seems like a pretty well. The photos and everything look bad ass on it. So hopefully it's going to turn out to be what everybody thinks it's going to be you know. Meanwhile i i want to thank for very much for a extending the delivery of these vehicles. My son's fifteenth birthday is monday. And now i. It's quite possible for his six king's birthday. They still may not be out possibly give everybody with it gets his first license interesting. Well that's a bad. Ask her for a sixteen year old. There's that there's many rules are going to be applicable here hundred percent and all the new apps and all the controlling vices tracking everything will be associated with. Yeah i mean hey price. And the cool factor you know second generation that vehicle truly second generation at the coming out done right. I think it's a possibility..

"Yeah he he did a body kit and wheels and stuff on it. I might have done something on the stance. And i don't think he did anything to the electric motors or anything on the programming. But he did do a gear. He was able to to swap gear and improve the acceleration just based off of that. So that's some sort of gear swap all right Speaking of four lightning. You guys that ford upcoming all electric f one fifty not to be confused with the hybrid f. One fifty right we have the f one fifty lineup hybrids and the power boost and the all electric f one fifty. Which ford was doing this partnership with riviera and right the electric truck and they sell the huge investment in that company. From now i spoke to some of the engineers on the either side of the business. When i was when i was driving the mustang marquis i believe most of their engineers or their office is is is in europe. I think they have a lot of stuff happening. They're not necessarily for the european market. That's just the office that they're using. And i don't think riviera and is going to end up being. Excuse me the f one fifty right. So don't expect the rivi and pickup truck in the f. One fifty to be the same by any means they f one fifty is such a big profitable big selling vehicle for ford They weren't gonna go. Hey let's just scrap f. One fifty and go with arabian arabian struck is going to be riven struck and the verdict. Still out on that. I like what the company is doing. A lot of is on them. But that's not what the f. one fifty is going to be. Some of the and technology may end up being shared possibly with lincoln. Like some of the things that are happening with ravin's truck and our suv could end up on the lincoln side. Which which would make sense. But i believe ford is developing all of their own stuff to underpin the f one fifty But this is kind of fun is the rumor is now. They're bringing back. The lightning name played for the for the f. One fifty percent. of course it makes sense. It'd be fun now. Here's the thing. Though is my thought is already took the mustang machi and all electric little suv and gave it the mustang nameplate. And when you did that ford had to end up doing like a gt gt performance edition to have put some emphasis on the performance of it. So i don't think you can have a ford lightning and not have a little bit of a sport truck kind of performance option going on especially because they already have raptor raptor are coming out right so they're already in tremor by the way right And they so. They've got the off road stuff covered they don't have the sport truck covered and and we know that there's a lot of advantages ongoing full. Ev when it comes to those like zero to sixty times and and whatnot so and maybe we're not quite. There is a lot of wishful thinking. But i'd be interested to see. Listen i ford what you bring that thing out here and you're ready for some photos you let me know because i've got a really nice f one fifty lightning that you can put that side by side and we could do some photos and stuff together. You're more than welcome to use my truck. You just let me know when. And i'll try with or without an engine so you gotta let me down soon to see what you guys want to do with that but it is. It is available. I am willing to make that available to you. Guys thousand interesting little marching dealer. I like i think there's a lot of equity in reviving successful nameplates right. This is why we keep pushing you know bringing back things like challenger and charger and you know camaro a few times now. Mustangs been around the whole time and and there was a when when ford was really doing cars other than sports cars. They had ford taurus. That was successful for them. Then they went to like the five hundred or something and not successful and they brought back the taurus nameplate and i think it did okay but at least some equity there some brand equity there. But i don't think it. I think it kind of works before i get into some more stuff. Tell you guys about geico. You guys own your home or you rent your home. We know how much work that can be. But you know it's easy. It's it's bundling your policies with geico geico makes it easy to bundle your homeowners and renters insurance.

Hershey giant center that he did last year what we're getting that's a minute I must have read that along all but but if it was thirty years of age I I I I three and I started when I was twenty three so the thirty years ago on SNL thing makes sense I just don't know if it's June twenty second who happened how did you how do you get discovered to get the audition and Saturday Night Live that was I was stand up Dennis Miller was a great man he said I was he thought I was pretty funny he he alerted SNL grass to come see me and then me and I Chris rock and a few other great comedians went to Chicago and underage I just saw a story with you and Chris rock were walking along the beach in Malibu and they described what you had on I think it was and I know you love the paparazzi when they follow you like that but can you explain why you and Chris rock were walking on the beach it was at hand in hand we were just reminiscing about grown ups and how you stole the now you and Chris rocker walking along the beach in Malibu why yes okay so Chris is staying down the street we we rarely had moments like this where we can see sitting not work so we were so we called each other up and said let's meet on the beach here while we've been taking walks together and enjoy each other's company and we didn't know somebody but Chris did look good answer and I will look good in the group that slightly too small comedians in flip flops taking walks I do not show Netflix is going to green light that said Matt what are your buddy yes I I you know by the way I was on the downhill side so looks like you can call it that bothers you doesn't it sure I think you know all the guys that you hang out with I've never seen rock play basketball can rock play at all rocked by the way Chris has been working out of so it looks different he's got like bigger arms he looks like he's taking it serious I never seen rock cared this much about his body I think he got to an age where you said I want to live and he's been eating eating better and and hitting the gym you stumble Spector I said he's got biceps I never saw them so but it's so I'm sure who is who goes a jump no that's not true I've never seen rock play and you've never talked about Chris rock's basketball he doesn't doesn't play a lot when he plays she we're talking Adam Sandler something happened thirty years ago we're not sure Paul S. what what Paul Adam I I have here that you were hired to be a writer in November of nineteen ninety and then a couple months later you made your first appearance in in deficit exactly but spring of ninety one does that sound right so I think I was I got out of here as a writer and and they said they're gonna put me on a or two and then I started writing skits and then my first on air was Tom Hanks show and I played I played I mean I think this is my first one of five I played an Israeli guy on the cypress I got it December eighth nineteen ninety Adam Sandler appears in the cyber sketch with Tom Hanks Uniper cal as musical guest wow that's amazing yes I think that's true so it's got nothing to do with June twenty second June twenty second is my marriage we got married on June twenty second at Dick Clark's estate in Malibu and that was pretty great who showed up at your wedding Tom Petty Kate said to the Tom Petty that and I got in a car accident on the PCH and came to my wedding used all also heating company you're betting sure invited him I don't want to put pressure on companies to show up but Rodney Dangerfield okay so my wife and my father was on course a very sick at my wedding he had cancer and Rodney showed up and my father was in the bill we were hanging out together that seems dealing with the chemo and all that and my father came in I mean Robbie came in and those where's the darn darn so weekly SO Tom Petty gets in a car accident right down the street he doesn't know that you live there he just seeking help so he knocks on the door I think you know was yellow jackets in there forever conceito called a hall of Famer knowledge you know I'm a baseball hall of fame voter it's my most prized possession in my life it really is I really take it seriously my bowl to read for this year the deadline was the thirty first novel for the pro football hall of fame their procedures a little different where guys come into a room when they make the case for guys you know that's not how we do it in baseball but there's a couple guys on the list I guess we could look at and automatically think that they belong in the hall of fame and then the other guys I have a problem because I just don't know like the procedure of what what are the criteria like base what is couple magic numbers if you have three thousand hits you almost automatic log home run I want a home run three hundred wins you notice some numbers in football I double the notebook I think football then baseball and basketball but in a hockey I'll just say Hey Gavin are Jana are you happy guy got was from southern California I do like hockey are good you know they'll be the resident hockey guy here but it's Joe Joe you have a lot of the charges for a jolt from Detroit I know so would you say that is from Detroit you got to be a he's got to be a right wing guy but it's not that you do it's just that clearly you don't are you the choice has Ole and a dry as when breaker pullover areas in alliance had if you had an article he's from Detroit I think we know because nobody painfully is walking around the lines pull over and had willfully you know what there are people cheap people because most life stuff is always seventy five percent off the US will I think I still saw some yourself up there are when you were in Detroit of your rapport less stand over there all right that's all gonna at Joe and Gavin hospital this is well done with you to your point about the idea of being criteria I think the NFL where I was going with that was it's the most I think they have the best war we all go yes to that guy they give you like right off the list Troy Polamalu why yes with the Pittsburgh right do we all agree always formal we have that we all we would all say like right away without even looking at any stats right Robert just noticed guy was made an impact on the NFL all one with the Steelers he was there from two thousand three to two twenty fourteen I mean what what else do I need to say no there's not much you need to say about him but that that that's kind of my point where the NFL does a great job of it let's say this was the first year Lawrence Taylor was up we would all go yes like there's like you know a hall of Famer where is in the NBA you're like Dwight Howard AG G. like if we were on Israel will probably split on the White House yeah yeah that he that the three year stint or so younger than that and I and I would say no it's Richmond is all in favor Mike okay Joe Dumars who where I'm from Detroit a light I loved Joe what is the all of that so the NBA is one of those leads where you go I agree yes NFL as he gets it right most of the time I think we all go nothing baseball the hardest and that's why for the most part you know they've ruined overland yeah not a forty five years because I we will never know you're gonna have very bonds my daughters were three and one may never see Barry Bonds of the hall of Famer got he's got a couple more years I do it for very long yes I voted for every years been on the ballot he by far the best player I ever saw so why are you able to look past because they know and your other peers are not yet because for me it's it's not my job does is that's cal they count never been tested positive true I'm just going by what is out there you could suspect people and all the other stuff and he was the other part I don't know why I I don't know if there was a test of everybody in the league during that time and he was the only one him and Clemens and roll your people then it would be alright I believe it was widespread that people were trying it and it was the best of the druggies of the others are steroid Monday about the pictures also would use in it who pitch in to one so yes driver they have an advantage I don't know right no no you got you got you look I work well this real quick Edward James I'm gonna go yes I'm gonna go with me if it is at this years ago and all points you got Zach Thomas of course with Miami Dolphins in in the cowboys bright young B. tackle with the forty Niners for many years was tiled wish to see more he jumps out at me Super Bowl was there John Lynch as well they might even add in the success that he's had read you read you what he's going to get in he's going to get it all by Laurie all still out there Tory hold as well so interesting less you can "Mercedes AMG driving performance I don't know what he's going to do next he could be an analyst I think he's very bright opinionated good sense of humor and knows the game got credibility but you know if your bill Belichick in ed reed goes I'd like to be your defensive backs coach now I'm I'm assuming you have a DVD coach so you might go and I got somebody there but you know I'll keep ya I I think Bella check would hire Rodney Harrison as a defensive backs coach in wouldn't you love to have somebody like that just that wealth of information may to be great it just what do you see no when you see a play develop what do you look for look like they've been nuances that these guys will tell you about I remember Rodney Harrison I think Rodney got the job on football night in America for one moment when he was being interviewed I don't know this for a fact but Rodney was interviewed at NBC so he helped us for one Superbowl and he was really good he was surprisingly funny and opinionated because I didn't know Rodney but he was good any other you know a tough reputation dirty player but he was a great player and I remember him dissecting a play and he said do you see what term where Tony done Tony Gonzalez Tony Gonzalez is you see where it's feet are I I don't know this any goes he's going he's going for a pass he goes I can always tell when he was going to line up to block and when he was going out for a pass by wares feet were small thing noticing the small things is sometimes the difference in making something big happens in ed certainly did that Rodney certainly did that as well and you know people had people sending me the names of people should be in the hall of fame look I I'm I'm for more generous than the voters are I look at this and go I think that person and I don't do this status is much as everybody else I'm fortunate to have seen most of these people play it's like when somebody goes all you know Oscar Robertson is one of the top five players of all time how many of you saw Oscar play not many I did spectacular player yeah but you know people go all you got to put in such and such I'm lucky to have seen a lot of these players play whether covering them or just being a fan and you know we get to those point sometimes where you go like us all a favor Zach Thomas hall of Famer to me I he may not be you but that's okay these are players who have been an all pro not Pro Bowl all pro at least five times and not in the hall of fame now I'm gonna go with modern day because Chuck Howley played for the cowboys from nineteen fifty eight to nineteen seventy three and I believe a Superbowl MVP insuperable five when the cowboys lost to the colts Zach Thomas Allen fan occur in Steve Hutchinson just talking modern era Zach Thomas a hall of Famer Allen family because a hall of Famer in my opinion Steve Hutchinson's a hall of Famer in my opinion they were all pro that's the measuring stick not Pro Bowl all pro five times for Zach Thomas five times for Steve Hutchinson and six times for Alan fennica infanta can Hutchinson on the doorstep this past hall of fame class they were finalised Zach Thomas to me is a whole fame I think you play dug in twelve years and only I don't know what the other numbers are Zach Thomas to me is all for him and so with these other guys fennica is Steve Hutchinson is Kimball covert is now is it there's a few of these guys that they're like hopefully this one hundredth anniversary these are some of the guys who do get him welcome back best and worst of the weekend make love and you asked me what I rather have Vince Carter's career or Robert Ory oreo exactly okay and your seats listen this unknown seat not course loves Robert Ory oreo I have two more players to put in there if I said you.

"The Mercedes AMG man cave Mercedes AMG driving performance make love and you have Mario's latest tweet I do are you sure you want to share this on there all right now Mario who is of the I don't even know what his job title eight I think he's listed as associate producer wow no I said here breakfast producer associate lunch preacher in training okay and he had a tweet after the bench clearing brawl between the rich and the pirates and Mario tweeted out basically what would the robo I'm do in a situation like this with a bench clearing brawl and he said he was kidding Twitter didn't see it that way got roughed up a little bit there and did just in case you didn't rough him up with that of a cent on his Twitter handle and said go at him again and people did everybody ordering breakfast all day yesterday he was on he was tweeting last night what was Mario associate breakfast producer tweeting about a cornet Mario mere thirteen all right so why got everyone's attention I'll take this idea for a spin extend netting in front of outfield fences you say fifty feet high protect the fans and homers will drastically declined to issues that have been extremely prevalent this season dots question mark what was the reaction on Twitter make love in it wasn't good it was it it was bad real bad really for instance I I don't I let me find that are safe for work a couple okay because people tend to discourage him out that was the general realities getting quite a few already this morning hang in their bodies he's got a lot of breakfast orders coming in still there's one here think before you tweet please they aren't robotic empires automatic strengths and new automated yeah he said he was just joking yes we'll just to recap he put the net in front of the outfield the bleachers whatever so fans can't catch a ball in home runs will go down drastically in the sport yeah so he was able to come with two horrendous ideas for the sport of baseball in one sense pretty impressive they're both terrible idea people asking if Merrill's robo umps can deliver their breakfast forum fans like catching home run baseball and rarely does anybody get hit in the bleachers yeah in which I'm guessing when the ball is hit you have a little bit of time to react they're out there and runs kind of equal ratings it seems like yes I think he was I hated the van while he was totally joking with that right that was a hundred percent in that in the outfield for home run balls that was it I see I thought is robo I'm thing was more tongue in cheek then is not ideal I know that he is everyone's attention yeah I thought he was trying to be serious now that he has our attention because everybody made fun of him with the robo arm the hidden comedy stylings of Mario he's what you might be the funniest guy in the room why would there be less home runs by the afters we played off the net when they just decided to home if it goes over the wall and hits the net which will count as a home run I don't get how does it bring that'll make it less home runs let's not really have a deep dive into Mario's tweet I think we're giving you spent the last hour teasing it all I know but I wanted I wanted people to know that he got roughed up coming up next we'll take a look at Hey what's Mariota maybe we'll do that each hour now with the show it'll be billed in it'll be sponsored today's stupid tweet to brought to you by coming up next we've got don Mattingly just after that you don't want to miss latest tweet that's coming up next we'll talk to drew Brees but more importantly Mario will have a tweet and what's your reading find out after this well I just wanted to bring it to your attention I don't think we need to explore that deeply maybe it's better left for us to decide if was you joking or not I just heard merit tweeted they're adding more playoff game since in the NFL yeah yeah when we get down don Mattingly will join us he's all in favor of the robo arms maybe order breakfast for Mario drew Brees the saints quarterback will join us as well here on the Dan Patrick show here's something to think about this summer July.
