"His prime people are saying that it's very primer like as far as. It being confusing but what I need to see the second time for because I think his story, the story lines and what he's going I think it's a comedy I think that he made a comedy here and I think he's calling out other big action directors throughout the entire movie. I. I couldn't find anybody else was I search to see if I'm onto something here no one suffer from what I could see was. Saying the same, but it seems like because he's Such a champion of AMEX. We know he hates three D. we know that he likes to already said, he likes to use the theaters to their best the best of their abilities and he sees the trends of how people are moving to watch movies in their house and long before covert, and he's trying to fight that because of his love of cinema and he's calling out the. The filmmakers who have the power to Kinda follow him and it seems like they're not doing that so much. So yes, the story of the forwards and backwards and the tenant, and it's all based on real. Theories like actual scientific theories. Nothing that's been proven just like time travel, but it's it's based on. Very People's ideas of what could be possibilities where it right and. It's no more confusing to me than like the infinity stones which don't really make any sense at all. They're just kind of created keep the story moving forward right and he does the same thing here. It's not so much about what's he's trying to say with quantum physics whether whether that's what it is. I'm not a scientific guy when it comes to this kind of stuff but. What whatever whatever it is he he's trying to say with that. To move the story for, but he's just doing it in a realistic fashion or much more realistic and much more plausible in the real physical world in reality than say the infinity stones and thor being an actual character, you know what I mean. So delete character Washington Washington is unnamed. He's name the protagonist and there's a lot of talk about him being the protagonist and him being the only one that can save the world and all the troops are right there and I can't imagine the it's so tropy Brian and I think that it's like tongue in cheek I think that it's Almost like a satire. At Time I. WON'T I am DB which is usually pretty loose with the with the John Ritter was wasn't going say comedy. But. This is by far the funniest. Loose but by far, the funniest movie Nolan has made with exception of of what he ledger did in Dark Knight Take Heath Ledger out of that, and there's not a funny moment in that movie. But this is the most fun I've seen him have with dialogue I was laughing a few times. Okay. All that being said all that aside and let the story is it's working for some people not for others. There were about five set pieces in this movie action sequences were I can feel the shit eating grin on my face huge. It was it felt so good to be in that theater and watching. Christopher Nolan do Christopher Nolan practical effects like there's a seem that involves a giant airplane moving a slow rate into a building and it's all fucking real and there's no question that Israel like he loves to do real stuff and use the camera and use cinnamon uses screen and use the sound, and it's just there's nobody else doing that today and even if the story is what I, what is what it is, the characters are kind of stiff Robert Pattinson has got some decent lines but. It's almost predictable at times because I think he's I. Think he's making fun of the James Bond. entire franchise for sure with. With Washington's, character. I. Think you're GonNa I. Appreciate this I do and. I might be giving them too much credit but I think that the most. I think what he's really doing is just. Giving shit to other filmmakers who are kind of dropping the ball and talking down to their audience I think that's what he's doing. Really I think so okay now. I've many questions. Number one, describe the theater atmosphere was there was a pact was it What's funny is I was trying to get to come with me. I bought my ticket the day before. On on the APP because I'm still you know with with AMC stubs and And he was kind of going back and forth and then he wanted in, he wanted to go down there with me and I went to look and see how close a CBS and it said sold out. So I'm like sorry buddy sold out and I went down there and there's maybe twenty people thirty people there in the in the in the theater and it was probably a two, hundred, two, hundred, and fifty seater. Interesting. Okay. Now, is it worth risking your life for I'm asking for a friend I think it's the perfect movie to break orange with like I said. It's a perfect movie whether that's today or that's like maybe two months from now. When. I imagine still to be playing I would I would think this was probably the plane for the rest of the year. Maybe maybe I'm wrong. Maybe they're gonNA a lot of movies that they're gonNA try and jam in there I don't know but I know it was really disappointing that only made twenty million the first weekend. But I mean, what are you? What do you expect look what's going on out there you know and all of La. County. All of La County is still shut down. However, you go the Ansi Webs AMC website and it says most of our theaters are now open. So I don't know maybe most countries open. You know we're on our own little bubble, but it's still like, no, no theaters are open within forty miles of me right now. Brian is it worth risking your life? Bryant. No. I would not say with your current state..

‘Walking Dead’ To End With Expanded Season 11, Daryl-Carol Spinoff Series Set at AMC

"So the walking dead I am a huge fan of that show. It turns out, though, I guess I'm not as big a fan is I thought just the other day I was looking through, you know, looking through, like Save DVR recordings. And Ah, I think I have it set to keep 10 episodes or something. You know, as it's recording them. And Dalton are there and no one's watching the home. I mean, I really feel like I haven't watched an episode. About a year ago. We were kind of back into thin after Rick left and the spoiler alert. But it's going on. It continues. There's still 30 more episodes, but then they're going to end it. Yes. Spoiler alert. 12 seasons in, You know, the guy leaves. Or 10 seasons. I don't know. So it's taking a while to kill this thing, often, by the way, it will not be completely dead. Even once the original the walking dead is over. There's a zillion spin offs and etcetera. AMC announced the upcoming 11th season is going to be the last. But instead of the usual 16 episodes, it'll be 24. It'll be stretched out over two years, and we're actually gonna get 30 more episodes because, as previously announced the show, is adding six additional episodes onto the end of the current season. Entities in 10, so they'll be airing new episodes through late 2022. But the end is in sight. So if you go and look, it is a good show. I I really enjoy some of the characters. I don't know why I just haven't been able to jump back on it. Since that one guy left. Um Also, there are at least two more spin offs in the pipeline. There is a fear the walking dead show already happening. One of these new spin offs is going to follow Daryl and Carol. But that's what we call, but that's a great name for a zombie show. Daryl and Carol Fight the zombies. Ahh! That's Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride. That's coming in 2023. So soon is this arc is over. Their characters are going to continue on Witches, and they always have had kind of a cool relationship. Very brother sister thing right. There is a scripted anthology. Siri's called Tales of the Walking Dead That's going to feature And you know, they did like a little. They used to do these little vignettes. So as you're watching the walking dead in the middle of the commercial break, there would be like a minute long chunk of Ah sort of like an episodic like a cereal like you'd have to stop in the middle of the commercials. Toe Watch this, and there would be several Many tiny episodes of as it followed. Some others something completely unrelated in the world of the walking dead story. So I guess that's sort of what this is going to be. Tails of the walking dead is going to feature individual episodes and arcs that feature new or existing characters. Backstories another standalone stories. So if you just love if you see nothing wrong with the world of zombies, and you can't get enough of it, they'll be these little this's whole other spin off show, which is going to be random stories from the walking dead world. So that's going to join fear the walking dead and a limited Siri's called the Walking Dead World Beyond. Which premieres next month. So while I'm telling you that the walking dead is ending, it's not ending. So in part is it's really not even that great of a show like I honestly feel like it. All you do is watch people run from one side of the screen to the next and they're just here we are. We're running there were on the run. It's It's not that great. It hasn't held my attention at all. Yeah, it's Ah. First use yours to the first few seasons are great, and it's not just running from side to side. Their whole episodes where I'm like There were no zombies in that I need more zombies. I'm watching a zombie show. And I'd like there to be zombies enough with the governor. Cool. Don't worry. He's out. He was out couple seasons ago. Ah, yeah, it's ah, you know? Look, if you love it, don't worry, apparently is never going away. So walking dead. Everybody am sees really their anchor show. I don't know what? Well, I am seated madman, right? So that was a solid chauffeur Them it, wass. What else is on AMC breaking bad? Both of those gone. That was big. Again. Breaking bad was then better call. Saul must be too, right. Yeah. Yeah, that must be right. And that's a big show for them, actually. Ah, anyway, walking dead. It's a thing.

Can Movie Theaters Woo Audiences Back with Blockbuster Film -- and Pandemic Precautions?

"From wondering I'm David Brown and this is business wars daily on this August, twenty eight happy Friday France. The other day my producer was driving down the street in Denver and caught a glimpse of a movie marquee. The Independent theatre surprise was open. And it was showing this movie. There is a creature alive today. WHO has survived millions of years of evolution. Without Change. Without Passion. And without logic? It lives to kill. A mindless eating machine. That's right. The film of the evening was none other than the five year old blockbuster jaws shown at a steep discount for its sheer classic nece. That is it's age no matter. Jaws scared the pants off that nineteen, seventy, five generation of movie goers several generations since. But now movie goers have an even more deadly enemy to fear something called Covid nineteen perhaps you've heard of it, the inner change have been closed since March Putting AMC theaters on the verge of bankruptcy and many others into dire economic straights. Now, cinemas are under pressure to make some money this year, they're tentatively reopening in trying to convince anxious audiences to return that has less to do with the appeal of any particular film than with assurances that the theaters can keep the virus at bay. Indeed, the public wants to feel that the only thing to be scared of at the cinema or the movies themselves. So last Friday hundreds of rival theater chains got together and did something unprecedented. They cooperated on a safety strategy called cinema safe under that plan announced by the National Association of Theatre Owners. Customers must wear masks theater managers will reduce capacity in order to maintain social distancing. They'll step up and improve relations systems and implement contactless ticket purchasing and no going back for seconds of Popcorn, which frankly is hard to eat with the mascot anyway, three hundred and forty cinema

There's A Better Way To 'Dub' Movie Audio For Visually Impaired Fans

"How much blind people like to watch movies and that there is a special feature that allowed blind and visually impaired people to do this, so just like you would do close caption. If you couldn't hear and have subtitles, What they do with movies is besides hearing the people in the movie speaking, they have voice actors who are describing the scenery what the characters look like what emotions they are displaying On DH since 2017. The Americans with Disabilities Act has required movie years to do this. So if you need the service, you'll get to the theater. You'll ask for a headset in a transmitter box and then it's also baked in the DVDs, just like the subtitles are so here is an example of that. Here is the Lion King and a little bit of what it would sound like if you watched it. If you were visually impaired, hundreds of animals gather at the bottom of pride rock a tall, flat ledge that towers over the rest of the Savannah. Zazzle, a small blue bird with a large deke flaps to the ledge. He vows to move us a powerful, dignified lion with a thick red mane. So this scene didn't have any touch. Besides asked the music Yeah, but I just wondered, how would they do this in a scene with a lot of dialogue, like if there was two people arguing, and they were speaking very quickly. I feel like it would hardly be hard to say. Her brow wrinkled up when she was angry. His lips were pursed. The wallpaper is green. Well, why don't you find a scene like that? And then play that for us will wait. His brow is first. Yes, the blue Bird was very angry. So the reason this article came out that was not to just describe that this service exists. It was saying that this doesn't exist for foreign films that only exists for big Hollywood films. And the only reason that it does is because of several lawsuits. Apparently, Netflix, Lulu and AMC all were either suit or settled out of court. Because people said, Hey, you have to provide these services. Eso won per Joel Snyder. He directs the American Council of the Blinds Audio Description Project. He thinks that the reason is that they don't think there's enough money in it that these foreign films don't bring enough money and at the box office, so it's not worth it to go through the trouble to adding the surface are sorry service. So are they susceptible to a lawsuit? Then if you want to see a great foreign film, and they don't offer the services, or is the law just indicative for big movies, Big commercial movies? Yeah, I couldn't find anything like that. It just said, like, why don't you look for that more weight? Man, you're a joke, and I don't like, click the button, and now I can't find my Eleanor. Eleanor again. Idea what you look for the answer that and then we'll wait. Animals hundreds of animals, So the reason that this came up was because the film parasite that won best picture at the Oscars was the holy nominee in that category. That didn't include the audio description, so nobody who is Blind or keep seeing in Paris. That's not how you say it. What is the issue of visually impaired could watch that movie and that was very popular. So I think that's what brought it to the officials. Face turns bright red with embarrassment, eyes this too many, John Think three was funny for that is the rule. By the way you

Tesla Rivals are Moving Into High Gear -- and Going Public

"From wondering I'm Elaine Appleton grant and this is business words daily on this Wednesday August Nineteenth David Brown's on vacation. Tesla has long had an image of being in both good and less good ways without comparison. CEO? Elon Musk stands out for his big vision and sometimes quirky behavior, and until now anyway, Tesla's all electric vehicles have stood head and shoulders above the competition coming from traditional automakers. Competition what competition I can almost imagine musk saying. Oh, but there is plenty coming tesla shares soared two, hundred, fifty percent this year. The company is now the most valuable automaker in the world according to. CNN. That's because Tesla which went public ten years ago is finally profitable. Tesla had a record twenty nineteen in posted its first annual profit last year despite the pandemic it's been profitable this year as well and that kind of performance and the stock market's reward for it is convincing more and more electric vehicle makers to go public and to try to woo customers away from Tesla last week, Ohio Electric Startup, Lordstown Motors Corporation, or L. M. C. said, it plans to go public by the end of the year. It's ticker symbol ride. If the deal goes through, the company will be valued at close to one point five, billion dollars. So who is Lordstown Motors to burst on the scene this way? L. LLC is a spinoff of another electric truckmaker called Workhorse. GROUP LORDS DOWN CEO Steve Burns is the former CEO of workhorse with LLC Burns resurrecting a project that we're course didn't have the money to do the company plans to release an all electric full-size pickup truck the Lordstown endurance in the second half of twenty twenty one that's according to journalist Alan. Adler, writing for trade publication freight waves. The truck will have a range of about two hundred fifty miles on a charge the same as Tesla's sci-fi looking cyber truck it'll toes seventy five hundred pounds alums. He says again, just like the chuck, the endurance will start at fifty two thousand dollars a good deal more than the cyber forty thousand dollar base price. But UNLIKE TESLA LLC plans to sell the endurance to commercial customers buying fleets of trucks since revealing the prototype on June twenty-fifth Ellen Mc says it's received more than twenty seven, thousand pre orders. That's one point four, billion dollars worth of trucks. NCO Burns says its first years worth of trucks are now sold out. That is if it can raise the money, it needs to actually make them l.. AMC. Bought the Lordstown Ohio GM plant that shutdown last year when GM killed the last Chevy Cruz that six million square foot plant needs retooling, which is costly MC plans to raise about six hundred and seventy five million dollars through its IPO. That boatload of cash could help it come through on its boast to be first to market among a group of EV pickup truck competitors in addition to Tesla that group includes Ford GM Nikola and Arabian a company backed by Ford and Amazon. So, here's the obvious L.. He doesn't yet have a product just a prototype if you're wondering how the young startup can go public without a product you should be. L. EMC is one of a handful of electric vehicle makers employing what's called a reverse merger that means the company that plans to make a product like LLC hooks up with the so-called blank check business. It's also called a special purpose acquisition company. SPAC. Is doing the reverse merger with a blank check company called Diamond Peak Holdings. Diamond peak is already publicly traded that means when the merger occurs. LLC. MC becomes public sort of like easing into a coat someone else has been wearing. This back door IPO method is easier for companies to do. They don't have to produce expensive roadshow's. Also, avoid a great deal of financial scrutiny by the SEC. One of the most famous reverse murders was Richard Branson's space company Virgin Galactic, Holdings and Fantasy Sports Company draftkings went public in a three billion dollar reverse merger. Last year according to the A. Times. The number of reverse mergers hit a record high last year. That's because the IPO market was volatile and high profile IPO's like Uber Fared. Poorly. It ain't cheap to build a new car company but Tesla's successes inspiring other entrepreneurs to try and they need oodles of money that helps to explain why another electric truckmaker nickel motors used a reverse merger to go public in June and vehicle-maker. FISKER has a reverse merger in the works. The is green truckmakers may see these back door IPO's as the speediest way to raise the cash needed to fight he'll in musk and rapidly launched their new products. Tesla's promising to deliver the cyber took by late twenty, twenty one which means that the deadline to beat yes. It may be tough to knock Tesla on it's pedestal, but LLC and a raft arrivals are sure going to try.

"I have a little pro tip for everybody about how you can score Ah movie theater tickets for a whopping 15 cents. Yeah, I saw that This was going on. Great. So as we all know, A lot of people have been waiting for this to happen. Movie theaters have been closed because of the pandemic, And AMC, which is the nation's largest movie theater chain, has announced it is reopening plans. They did it. They tried to do this a little bit ago. They had to change your mind. They push it back because of what's going on, But now they think they've got it down to where they can safely open. And and they have all their cleaning policies and procedures, and the theaters are going to be captive 30% and so forth. It's all outlined on their website. But that breaking news if you will, is on Thursday next week, so the 20th of August They're going to be opening 100 theaters across the country, and then by early September, they're going to try to open even Mohr. I think that's when tenant comes out. So they're trying to make make that happen for that big moment, but in our area Next Thursday. The following AMC theaters are going to be opening up. Coon Rapids, Eden Prairie in Vergara fights Rosedale and Southdale all opening on Thursday and to try to lure people in because they know people might be skeptical. You know, they would not be in the habit of thinking. Hey, let's go see a movie, and they might Might be kind of on the fence, comfortable wise, So they're trying to lure people in selling tickets on that first day, only August 20th next Thursday for 15 cents a movie ticket. Wow, we're calling it 19 twenties prices in 2020

"100 of its locations on August 20th and for one day only tickets at the theaters will sell for 15 cents. That was the cost of admission in 1920 when the company was found, But you're not going to get new movies. It's going to be legacy titles like Black Panther and the Empire Strikes Back, and the few new movies that are opening in advanced the Big movie tenant that we will probably never see. "Blocking out every other row of seats to decrease congestion. Pushing guests to use online ticketing and Kiosk to limit interactions with staff and designing various points within theaters for one way foot traffic. Okay I. Want you to remember that that paragraph because I am I doing this on the television podcast I'm not doing this to. I was the best AMC and I look forward to the day that I can go to a theater and feel comfortable in it. But. These all of these procedures, the more I stack up might make you feel safe. If you absolutely positively have to go to theater, you gotta see this thing on the big screen, but if you don't. Which I think is going to be the case for many people. For certain movies. They're going to say later. I don't need to go through all this astle. I wanted to see the movie and also don't want to pay. Twenty Bucks to get in and twenty bucks for bag of popcorn to have to go through all this rigmarole. Can just get the movie for for for that one twenty bucks, and then the other twenty bucks. I can order a big domino's Combo. AMC says it plans to increase capacity in his theaters. In stages at first AMC will only make thirty percent of the capacity. Available every showtime over time that will increase the forty percent, and then the fifty percent capacity AMC hopes that will be able to have half of its auditoriums full by Labor Day. That is. Pretty optimistic. And projects that will be at full capacity by Thanksgiving. Happy thanksgiving. In order to educate theatergoers about new measures AMC is participating in an industry wide marketing push that has been orchestrated by talent agency, CA. And overseen by former I'm ex. Entertainment Chief Greg Foster. The company is planning its own promotional efforts as well. Tenant. The Christopher Nolan sci-fi thriller. Had originally hoped to kick off movie going when it opened on July seventeenth week, but as we heard, it's been pushed back to July thirty first now as I reported last show. Instead of tenant being released on July seventeenth on July seventeenth one brother's going to release. Inception. Now. Here's the deal in and I said this last show, and I'll say it again for those who didn't hear what happen is. They got a number in mind that they think inception should make, and if it makes that number. which I don't know what it is, and I'm not even GonNa suggest what it is, but they have a number, and if it hits that number there..

"I I wasn't once I went with you and John Gabriel and we saw burger at the Orient Express a lot of fun that wasn't too long ago. Kenneth ah. Yeah. You did a few glasses of wine that did that would be the last time you were at the move yet. That was it. Stress. Brought. Yeah. That was a, but that that so the Alamo draft house experience I found I thought the servers were who did a good job. I just thought that the setup with it felt intrusive. It like like my movie was being interrupted. And here I think it's because it's a little bit newer. It's not the innovator of the concept that was clearly one that I would been maybe at the original one or one of the originals. But I think this one that they do a little bit better job of not making it feel like it's a interrupt. Yeah. Exactly. It's huge interruption. I guess them points. Yeah. We this is a little bit before aunt that. This would I feel this is one of the few that it was built to be an AMC dining, right, not retrofitted because I've been the only other one I've been to was one in Orlando at Disney springs, and it was always AMC. And then just some of the theaters they retrofitted to become an AMC dining in. It's a completely different experience. Very intrusive. Oh, okay. So it can it can depend on. It's almost like a rate. It's just a regular theater with like reclined seating. But then they just put a bar in front of you to bar top and of you. So you have to sit up and then eat, and then you that's good. I don't like that these these little swinging tables came in and out of your seats that were almost like an like an first class. Yeah. It was great. I thought those worked really well. Right. Should we should we talk more about the movie captive staters? Are we done with it? What else is there to say captive, Nick? You a captive state?.

"And still get locked in for a full year of nineteen ninety-five. Even if you're in California, one of those other states where the price is supposed to get height that the almost sounded like a sponsored has been. It was certainly was not. But it was just an important thing for people who are listening who maybe just subscribe or something, and they're like, they say January ninth. Yeah. Like, the the price is going to go up that's not necessarily true. So and h he would have been screwed either way because Washington DC and New York her. You can't escape one. Last question guys. I know we're getting this podcast, Kim Kyong, but what price. Do you see something like AMC lists? Rising to where it becomes unattractive to you. Personally. I know I know you don't have a list yet. I don't because I get to see I'm lucky enough to get a lot of movie screenings and stuff. But I feel like if for me this question, I think twenty five dollars a month would because I see movies a lot with my wife like almost exclusively. Like, we go together every time, basically. And I think so that would mean that I would be paying fifty dollars a month for both of us to have this service. And if it went anything above that, I know that like like, I guess analytically, I know that we would still be paying more. If we bought the tickets individually because we're in L A because movie ticket prices are so high here, but just seeing, you know, anything more than fifty dollars a month on a monthly statement or something I think that would just be like this mental. This mental bridge that I don't know if I'd be able to cross see I use my AMC list, you almost on a weekly basis. So technically in Elway. That's like, you know at a bottom line ticket price. That's what like sixty dollars a month value or something in if I'm seeing I'm extra Dobie is probably even more money than that. But personally, I would say like the price of two tickets. I think is like the higher end of what I would be willing to pay each see what what is the highest you'd be willing to pay for a list. It's the same for me. I would not like to pay more than about thirty dollars. Because that's about the price of two tickets. 'cause I do see it see more than two movies a month. Definitely I'm I'm kind of the same movie going habits as you Peter. I don't get to see a lot of screenings. So I ended up going at least like every weekend sometimes every other weekend. But still I ended up seeing at least four movies a month and. And having paying ma- maximum thirty dollars for that would make it worth it for me. But I would prefer it to have around twenty five or less. I would like to see if they're going to do some upgrades. One thing I've noticed since the introduction of AMC list. All the Dobie theaters. And I max theatres have been selling out way. More in advance out love to see AMC actually start to transition some the there other auditoriums to those like adobe or prime theaters with like, the comfortable, recliner seats and stuff like that. Like, you know, put investment in those in, you know, I think that would be a good value for a la- subscribers. But yeah, anyways that brings the end of today's slash on daily. "They're bringing that price way down and and scott i guess the the objection from amc is that we are losing money directly on this because movie pass has to pay the full price of every ticket that you buy that you get through them but amc is worried about price deflation they're saying if if suddenly everybody can get an unlimited number of tickets per month for ten dollars that's gonna drive down prices world of accra theaterwide industrywide and we're not going to be able to make money if that's the case i think they're worried about the perception and precedents that something like a ten dollar a month subscription sets i think they're scared of that because that sounds crazy cheap i know that if you said to me my local theatres values here role getting on this program i would in less than a heartbeat sign up for this thing and do it and i will if they do if this they know as a working out neither of which ramsey theater so i'd be okay if they if they boycott this thing i guess but that's ridiculously cheat from a uh a consumer standpoint even if i really don't go that often i may go twice a month if i'm lucky given my my schedule that's still going to be worth it to me so i have to see i have two weird concerns air one is i can't believe they can go as low as ten that's a seemed insane to me and say hey go to any of them you want the restrictions like you mentioned before no trudy movies you can't see the same dourthe heidi movies its duty brienza that's what i met duty movies only know 3d movies no i mac special screenings those kind of things and out of the door but there's no 24hour restriction anymore sleep they used to have that they got rid of right you could go three new releases that we weekend go on a saturday morning adult leave told out traditions went saw three movies so that that is very palatable from a consumer standpoint but on there and they're probably seeing that as well this really cheap it's the movie doing experience suddenly instead of that or higher being a single ticket price for a twoday digital film.

"The amc the amc processes that sets it up orders the appraisal and the appraiser gets that order than the appraiser is toll don't do that assignment they complete the assignment they upload it back to the amc the amc reviews it processes it and then sense at back to the bank and they go from there so there's no more direct contact between alone officer and the appraiser who was speaking with joe cavanaugh of cabin appraisals and if you want to be on this program you have a question for joe or myself the number here eight four three five five six twelve fifty so let me ask you a question how do appraisers get on the list these appraisal management companies i mean what what sort of qualifications are there as a good question brian the only way you can get on there is to just a fill out their application send in your resume your qualifications some examples of your work and if it's up to their standards than they put you on the approved list so you don't have to have like fifty or 100 appraisals under your belt it is there's any is there any experience based requirement among somebody's different banks and and do the requirements per bank or i'm sorry per appraisal management company differ i can't answer that because i'm not sure what they say their qualification outline is but what i can say the minimum requirement is you have to be licensed they don't accept apprentice appraisers as of this time now we are working to change that but it's been a big problem in the industry the think this whole system of appraisal management companies as is working like it was intended to work or other flaws well with any system i think there are flaws i'm sure from the banking side it's working very well the problem on the appraisal end of that is it used to be prior to the crash in the creation of these amc's that a bank relied on appraisers experience how well did they know oh that particular market you wouldn't sand somebody who's new in the business out to do a three or four million dollar property downtown around the ocean front or down a key awoke after.

"You know history of it or anything and suddenly they're competing on a grand scale with hbo end with youth these big networks of gem historically throwing good money it shows and then aims he gets madmen and the breaking bad ed the fact that for an extended period of time amc had madman breaking bad run at the same time that's that's insane like those those were both shows that we're on the that amc went from the kickboxer rerun channel 2 bad been breaking that at the same time is a little mindblowing in hindsight yup roaming hbo dude autism and the sopranos back tobacco's dramas that's pretty great to but still like to come out of nowhere like this and do that and find though shows he's pretty miraculous and most of the people who helped like acquire those shows and develop in the first place aren't at amc anymore which is i think one of the reasons that amsi while they've still had a number of excellent shows they never been able to quite match that combination right there yet did you um how much of the pilot of madmen you remember oh i remember all of it i watched at the time washer many times since watch it again a few times is when i was reading revolution was televised that's that's what i could probably quote most of it as i was watching it at this point that's an act i've watched i didn't watch the whole thing i kinda did like a quick scheme through real quick yes just did.
